Weak Tea?

Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota) could be defeated!
The Tea Party was crushed by the Establishment! They nominated the Establishment candidate Mitt Romney as their leader and now voters have a chance to vote for him or President Barack Obama in the 2012 U.S. Presidential Election.

Merely three years ago, hundreds of protests began in February 2009 on the whims of conservative outrage to the first Black president. They've masqueraded their crusades against the president based on claims of massive spending, taxes and socialism.

Things that portrayed a "NIGGERIZATION" of the first Black president. Spawned by online activism and borrowed from Congressman Ron Paul's (R-Texas) supporters came the Tea Party movement. The first massive Tea Party movement started in April 2009 and was sponsored by the conservative Fox News Channel and its then lead agitator Glenn Beck.

Signs were aplenty and controversy was there. From comparisons to Hitler to pictures with bones in President Barack Obama's nose, the Tea Party was dubbed by its foes as the last remnants of racism in the modern history. While the Tea Party roundly dismissed this, they've brought on Black, Hispanic, Asian and even gay activists who were supporters of the Tea Party. They were the stooges to a growing movement in a sea of White faces.

They were pushed by Sarah Palin, the former governor of Alaska. She was dubbed the "Tea Party maven" or the "Mama Grizzly" of the movement. She spawned activism and became the voice of the movement in 2010.

Her endorsements of Minnesota Republican congresswoman Michele Bachmann, Senator Jim DeMint (R-South Carolina), Joe Walsh, Allen West, Mike Lee, Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, Kristi Noem, Scott Brown, Tim Scott, Rick Scott, Congressman Steve King (R-Iowa), Paul LaPage, Congressman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), Pat Toomey, Nikki Haley and others. Some made it to the governor's chair, the state house, the U.S. House, and the U.S. Senate.
Counting the days! Congressman Steve King (R-Iowa) is facing a tougher election this time.
Their most biggest rallies were in April 2009 when it started. In 2010, the Democrats passed historical healthcare reform, the Republicans and Tea Party were standing on the lawns of the U.S. Capitol shouting and threatening the Democratic members as they cast their votes.

In 2010, the Republicans won control of the House of representatives, state/territorial governorships and the voice of the American people.

Now in 2012, the Tea Party is hardly mentioned. The signs and protest are gone. Sarah Palin is barely mentioned in the news. It seems like even forefront members like Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas), Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota), Glenn Beck, Herman Cain, Dick Armey, Christine O'Donnell, and even Fox News were caught off guard by this. They were beaten by the Establishment.

The Establishment (or moderate Republicans) were the thorn in the Tea Party. The moderates were willing to help President Barack Obama when it came to major legislation. The Tea Party wants none of that.

Senator Richard Lugar (R-Indiana), Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) and then senator Bob Bennett of Utah were defeated by a Tea Party backed candidate. Congresswoman Jean Schmidt (R-Ohio), Congressman Don Manzullo (R-Illinois), and Congressman Cliff Sterns (R-Florida) were defeated in GOP primaries.

They were sent home even though they're highly conservative members of the House of Representatives.

Now it's likely the Democrats dream of winning back the House is far fetched. They have to build a new coalition of progressive, moderate and even slightly conservative members willing to sacrifice their principles for the good of the country.
Congressman Sean Duffy (R-Wisconsin) is working harder to keep his seat. The former reality television star is among some of the Tea Party endorsed candidates who are facing tougher elections this time!
They couldn't have a strong majority when you got members who side with Republicans on issues that could roll back progress. The Democrats have more party switches than Republicans nowadays.

Artur Davis, a former Alabama congressman who served as a Democrat reemerged as a conservative Black Republican. He was the only Black legislator from a deeply conservative state such as Alabama.

Democrats hope that the Tea Party mishaps could bring fortune! Already we had Congressman Joe Walsh (R-Illinois), Congressman Allen West (R-Florida), Congressman Steve King (R-Iowa), Congressman Sean Duffy (R-Wisconsin), Congressman Don Young (R-Alaska) having tougher races. They could be defeated.

The real prize is getting Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota) out! She's a prime target for defeat by a stronger Democratic challenger.

We'll see in the coming days.

But anyways, please vote early.

VOTE NOW!

Help put Barack Obama back into the White House!

Man Working For GOP Busted For Throwing Away Voter Registration Forms!

In the crucial state of Virginia, a worker for a firm required to register new voters threw them away.

A young man who works for a firm that assist in *GASP* helping Republicans.

You think the Republican desperation is there? Mitt Romney made a surprising turnaround in the polls. After numerous disastrous gaffes, the Republican nominee is either leading or closing in with President Barack Obama in the national polls. The electoral college lead the president had is all but evaporated and puts about a handful of states in the hands of either Romney or in toss up columns.

Here's the individual.

This is 23 year old Collin Small. According to Rockingham County Sheriff's office, Small is accused of destruction of voter registration applications, obstruction of justice, and disclosure of voter registration application.

A witness saw voter registrations in the dumpster. And of course the witness tipped off the police.

This is an ongoing issue in this election. They're trying to help Mitt Romney win. They're trying to keep minorities, the poor and the disabled from the ballot boxes.

A young woman in Colorado was trying to register only Romney supporters.

The Republican nominee tells business owners to warn them if they avoid him at the ballot box, they can kiss their jobs goodbye.

Ohio residents in minority neighborhoods are seeing billboards up warning them about voter fraud being a felony. The state governor and secretary of state are trying to cut back early voting on the last three days, defying a Supreme Court ruling.

Arizona, Florida and Wisconsin voters who are Hispanic are getting flyers telling them in Spanish the wrong date for voting. November 6, 2012 is Election Day but some flyers are saying to come vote the next day.

It's getting worse! With the first Black president, the Republicans and its allies in the conservative movement are devising a NIGGERIZATION against Barack Obama.

Early voting is a thorn to the Republican Party. Many Americans who traditional vote on Election Day are usually Republicans. Mitt Romney can't inspire his supporters to early vote (although he's trying)!

President Barack Obama is giving up North Carolina. He's not worried about that state no more! What he's putting his chips on is Ohio, Wisconsin, Colorado, Florida, Virginia, New Hampshire, Nevada and even Democrat leaning state Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Colin Small could face time in prison for what he's done. It's likely that Small may rat out who put him up to this! Of course, he's a rookie, the professional shyster is either working for his company or a member of the Republican Party. And to make matters worse, the Republican Party of Virginia have no comment about the situation.

Pinpoint, an independent private organization contracted by the Republican Party of Virginia, for purposes of general voter registration.

The forms were discovered on October 15, the deadline for voter registration in Virginia. Local officials said the forms would be counted and that the incident did not appear to be widespread.

In a statement, the Sheriff's office said there was "no indication that this activity was widespread in our jurisdiction; it appears to be very limited in nature" but that "there is the possibility that additional charges may be filed in the future if it is deemed appropriate."

It was unclear whether the voters whose registrations were thrown out were Democrats or Republicans, because Virginia does not register by party.

Brian Moran, the chairman of the Democratic party of Virginia, called on Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli and state authorities to investigate whether the recent incident could be tied to a larger effort of voter suppression.

GOP trying to curb advantages to help President Barack Obama win!
"This individual was an employee of the first firm the Republican Party of Virginia hired to do voter registration before they fired that firm amidst allegations of fraud in other states. Virginians deserve answers as to how this person was still working for Republican campaigns here and whether his behavior was directed by his superiors or party officials," he said.

Moran went on to say, "In order to assure Virginians that this was not part of a larger Republican effort, Attorney General Cuccinelli and state authorities must conduct a thorough investigation into how Virginia Republicans conduct their voter registration and turnout efforts on behalf of George Allen, Mitt Romney and Republicans across the state.

In a statement, Republican Party of Virginia chair Pat Mullins called Small's actions "a direct contradiction of both his training and explicit instructions given to him."

"We were alarmed by allegations recently made regarding an individual in Harrisonburg," he said. "The Republican Party of Virginia will not tolerate any action by any person that could threaten the integrity of our electoral process."

Mullins said Small was immediately fired and that the party was "grateful to the local sheriff's office and Registrar for acting so quickly to protect our democratic process and will fully cooperate with any requests made by them."

The NIGGERIZATION Of Barack Obama: Welfare!

Conservatives: You people are obsessing over welfare? Is that a way to say Blacks and Hispanics are stealing from the White man again?

Would you want the poor and needy to live in homeless shelters or hotels? Would you rather have them spend a night in jail if they steal from a grocery store? Of course, if they have no safety net, they have no food and they're likely to steal!

Without the safety net (i.e. food stamps, welfare, farm aid, Medicaid, Medicare, Lifeline phones, etc.), these people you're bullying will come into your neighborhoods and rob you or kill you of  your luxuries. Mark my words, you're thinking of a war in the city! Wait until those unregistered guns get into your suburbs. And watch how they destroy your privileged lifestyles! No I am not calling for a riot or suburban anarchy. I am tell you conservative assholes that it's going to be survival of the fittest. And trust me, some of you suburban/rural folks may have firearms, but you forget that the poor own firearms too!

The Drudge Report splashed at 11 am the notion that welfare spending is up 32% in the four years (2008 - 2012). The gay conservative agitator puts it forth, Rush Limbaugh sets forth in the first hour of his daily ramble. Sean Hannity rants on about it! And yet no one else in the mainstream media (except Fox News and conservative talk radio/blogs) is talking about this. Probably because it's not an important story or it's a lie based on facts. These type of stories pushed by conservatives are dog whistle! They're trying to paint President Barack Obama, as a Nigger who helps out his Nigger and Wetback friends.

Senator Jeff Sessions (R-Alabama) is a far right politician.
The notion that welfare is what the president wants is ludicrous. Unemployment adjustment by Gallup has the nation's ratings at 7.3%. Seasonal hiring is on the rise and long-term job searching is declining. The economy is improving. Yet, these right wing bigots are so focused on the poor, the needy and the lower class. Not concerned about their candidate dictating businesses to make employees support him, they're focused on the  people who need safety nets.

They're not concerned about the nominee's oldest son saying that he would love to knock the president out because of their testy debate! They're only worried about bullying the undocumented worker, the poor, the needy, the woman's vagina, the gay community and of course President Barack Obama.

The Washington Times, a conservative publication had an online story claiming that welfare spending has grown substantially over the past four years, reaching $746 billion in 2011 — or more than Social Security, basic defense spending or any other single chunk of the federal government — according to a new memo by the Congressional Research Service.

The steady rise in welfare spending, which covers more than 80 programs primarily designed to help low-income Americans, got a big boost from the 2009 stimulus and has grown, albeit somewhat more slowly, in 2010 and 2011. One reason is that more people are qualifying in the weak economy, but the federal government also has broadened eligibility so that more people qualify for programs.

[Alabama] Senator Jeff Sessions, the ranking Republican on the Senate Budget Committee, who requested the Congressional Research Service report, said it underscores a fundamental shift in welfare, moving away from a Band-Aid and toward a more permanent crutch.

“No longer should we measure compassion by how much money the government spends but by how many people we help to rise out of poverty,” the Alabama conservative said. “Welfare assistance should be seen as temporary whenever possible and the goal must be to help more of our fellow citizens attain gainful employment and financial independence.”

Overall, welfare spending as measured by obligations has grown from $563 billion in fiscal 2008 to $746 billion in fiscal 2011, or a jump of 32 percent.

The CRS numbers tell a complex story of American taxpayers’ generosity in supporting a varied social safety net, ranging from food stamps to support for low-income AIDS patients to child-care payments to direct cash going from taxpayers to the poor.

By far the biggest item on the list is Medicaid, the federal-state health program for the poor, which at $296 billion in federal spending made up 40 percent of all low-income assistance in 2011. That total was up $82 billion from 2008.

Beyond that, the next big program is food stamps, at $75 billion in 2011, or 10 percent of welfare spending. It’s nearly twice the size it was in 2008 and accounts for a staggering 20 percent of the total welfare spending increase over those four years.

Several programs to funnel cash to the poor also ranked high. Led by the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), Supplemental Security Income and the Additional Child Tax Credit (CTC), direct cash aid accounts for about a fifth of all welfare.

Reality star Nadya Suleman has been labeled a welfare queen after she gave birth to eight children and had the California government assist her and her six other children. The realty star has been in the news for becoming a porn star to pay debts.
Mr. Sessions’ staff on the Budget Committee calculated that states contributed another $283 billion to low-income assistance — chiefly through Medicaid. Combined, that means the federal and state governments spent $1.03 trillion on welfare programs.

Richard Kogan, senior fellow at the liberal-leaning Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, said that while the dollar amounts for low-income assistance are growing, they are still about the same slice of the budget pie when viewed over the long run. He said the costs may have spiked during the recession but are projected to drop back to regular trends once the economy recovers.

“In short, whatever one thinks about the merits or costs of these programs, other than Medicaid they are contributing nothing to long-run budgetary pressures,” he said.

As for Medicaid, which has seen major spending increases, Mr. Kogan said even there it may be a savings.

“Medicaid provides health care at a noticeably cheaper price than Medicare does, and both are cheaper than the cost of private-sector health insurance,” he said. “The problem is not that the programs are badly designed — it is that the entire health care system in the U.S. is much more expensive than in any other advanced country.”

“Virtually all the rest is in the form of in-kind assistance: Medicaid, SNAP, WIC, housing vouchers, Pell grants, LIHEAP, and child care vouchers; or in the form of direct services, such as community health centers, Title 1 education, foster care, school lunch, and Head Start,” he said.

Rather than straight transfers, those other programs provide support for services Congress has deemed worthy of funding. SNAP is the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or what used to be called food stamps; LIHEAP is the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program; WIC is the Women, Infants and Children nutrition program; and Pell Grants provide assistance for college costs.
Conservatives love to bully the poor and needy! They turn a blind eye when corporations want welfare!
The report comes as President Obama and Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney are fighting over the size and scope of government assistance.

Mr. Romney was damaged last month by caught-on-camera remarks in which he said 47 percent of Americans are dependent on government and see themselves as victims.

In Tuesday’s debate Mr. Romney blasted Mr. Obama for overseeing a 50 percent increase in the number of people on food stamps during his first term, which has risen from 32 million to 47 million.

But the two men also share some agreement on safety-net programs. In the debate Mr. Romney said he wants to increase the Pell Grant program to help low-income children attend college.

The CRS report looked at obligations for each program as its measure of spending. It included every program that had eligibility requirements that seemed designed chiefly to benefit those with lower incomes.

The report looked at programs that had obligations of at least $100 million in a fiscal year, which meant some small-dollar welfare assistance wasn't included.
A need for the safety net helps keep this from coming into your suburbs!
First thing, Senator Jeff Sessions (R-Alabama) has issues with minorities. He was the key members of gridlock when President Barack Obama wanted Sonia Sotomayor nominated as his Supreme Court justice.

Senator Sessions' home state of Alabama is very illiterate and has one the highest rate in obesity. They're pretty dependent of federal assistance. The state had some major tornadoes ruin Tuscaloosa and Birmingham a few years back. The federal government has to help keep people from falling into the streets!

Even though there's some who take advantage of the government, it's likely those in corporations and federal office taking out the honeypot. The Republicans love when a defense contractor spends our hard earn payments to Westernized Africa, the Middle East and Asia. The Republicans would rather let corporations make billions, hand over fist! They don't care if the returning solider is having financial problems! They don't care about the laid off worker who spent his/her live working only to be forced out by outsourcing.

It's not fair and it's not right for Americans to treat others negatively because they're poor! But in a country of over 314 million people, it's freedom.

Again early voting hurts Mitt Romney!

If you're voting early, you have an opportunity to lay the hammer on him and the conservative agitating media.

VOTE NOW

Help put Barack Obama in the White House!

Gay Men Smack Up Homophobic Customer!

Dropping that gay slur got this guy in the blue shirt knocked on the ground.
The old saying that gays can't fight is proven false. I must admit that the agitators in the news must love this stuff. A bunch of Black people acting out in the Waffle House. It's bad enough White supremacists target Blacks for being chicken bone suckers, but now it's waffles and grease! And now apparently, they're divas in the food shack!

Once again, this gives ammunition to conservatives and White supremacists who harbor bigotry towards race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, political and economic standings. This is a magnet for agitators.

This gives them the thoughts that Blacks are violent, Barack Obama is a "nigger" or the whole Black community in general are "primates". They think of these people as some of Obama's children.

Atlanta, Georgia is the second most gayest city in America. The Black gay population is very high down there! Southern Hospitality isn't friendly to these individuals. Georgia is a highly conservative state and Republicans have a 4:1 political strength. Atlanta is a Democratic stronghold and one of the many Black majority cities in America.

For one thing, homophobia isn't cool.

Americans must adapt to the gay community.

I am tolerant of the LGBT community. I don't mind what these people do in their lives. They entitled to live their lives in peace and harmony. They want to have marriage just like every straight couple. It doesn't bother me if they want to get married.

But of course, some do. And the National Organization of Marriage wants to put the wedge between Blacks and the gay community. Some Black religious leaders are ditching President Barack Obama over his endorsement of gay marriage. Mitt Romney embraces a national law that bans gay marriage across the country. Massachusetts was the first state in union to legalize gay marriage. It happened under Romney's watch.

Republicans would rather get in the business of what people do in the bedroom or in their vaginas.

The hip-hop agitator WorldStarHipHop is notorious for shock videos involving celebrities and average morons. The last time, I posted a video from this website, it dealt with a Baltimore transgender woman getting beat down by two Black women in a McDonald's Restaurant. The transgender woman was upset over her history as a known prostitute being leaked to the press. The woman who fought the transgender woman was sentenced to nearly 10 years in prison for assault and hate crime charges. The woman was accompanied by a teenage girl. It's unknown about the situation.

WorldStarHipHop is a controversial website. It's generated enough for the Huffington Post, The Drudge Report and other websites to pick up on it.

The fight last only a minute. But it was a clear knockout when a Black customer at a Waffle House in Atlanta called a group of gay men, the slur "faggot". They knocked this dude out!

So let this be a reminder to all who stereotype others. You never know until your face is on the ground! And for this Black guy, it's was clear he thought they were going to be a bunch of sissies! I guess he learned the hard way!

Soledad O'Brien Bouts With Semi-Racist Right Wing Agitator!

The Republican former governor Mitt Romney has sent his staffers out on the media circuit dismissing the president's strong showing at their second debate. CNN anchor Candy Crowley got most of the flack from conservative agitators in the media.

The Republicans are scolding the media handling of how Crowley injected facts deflating his argument. The Republicans are hasty over this controversy involving the timeline in the Libyan attacks.

The political agitators in the media have been debating over how this incident occurred. They can't get over how President Barack Obama's claimed an anti-Islamic movie caused the tragedy. The media can't understand why Mitt Romney licked his chops when the U.S. embassy in Egypt sent a cable seeking calm in the potential of a threat!

Soledad O'Brien comes back to CNN as the lead anchor of Starting Point. It's been over five years since her days hosting American Morning. CNN is going through some major overhauls since the longtime cable network is suffering in the ratings against hyperpartisan competitors Fox News and MSNBC.

CNN is trying to come off as independent. They don't want to be perceived as too liberal or too conservative. But to much of those who agitate political sides, it wouldn't matter anyway, CNN is hammered for its coverage of Mitt Romney and Barack Obama.

O'Brien talks to the controversial former Republican governor of New Hampshire John Sununu. The former governor came under fire when he made a comment about the president being on drugs and lazy. As a representative to Republican nominee, Sununu has been a lightening rod. His comments come off as borderline racist. And once again, Soledad O'Brien interviews him.

Former governor John Sununu says some of the most nastiest comments about the president and many in the media never call him out on them. He comes off as a borderline racist.
For Sununu to disrespect a woman of color is another reason why many Blacks and likely women avoid Mitt Romney when they vote.

Before we go into the video, I want to say this about the Ohio issue.

The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected a request from Jon Husted, the secretary of state of Ohio. The Republicans wanted to make the case to prevent voter fraud. But for them to end early voting the last three days before the election, the Democrats and the Obama Presidential Campaign took it court.

Well after a federal appeal for a fast-track to the Supreme Court, the Republicans were handed a major defeat. Early voting hurts Mitt Romney. The president knows the advantages of early voting and he's used it in the 2008 Presidential Election. So far over 250,000 Ohio voters cast their ballots early. The Republicans fear that Mitt Romney may lose momentum in the state of Ohio.

No Republican won a presidential election without carrying the state of Ohio.

Madonna - Like A Prayer

This is the one video right wing conservatives detest the most.

Barack Obama Returns Fire!

The second debate was feisty at best.

President Barack Obama trailing in some polls needed to regain his ground. This debate being moderated by Candy Crowley of CNN has went off with hitches and a whole lot of overtalking one another.

Former Massachusetts governor, perennial candidate for president Mitt Romney is the Republican nominee. He was looking for the strength to continue. He did get in a few hits but it was the president who came with a stronger delivery.

As the debate concludes, liberals are spirited, conservatives are expressing anger. Some conservatives lay the blame on Candy Crowley for giving the president a few extra minutes of debate time and slapping Romney down for interrupting and agitating her. Crowley visibly got annoyed with the candidates when she asked them to conclude their statements so other questions could be asked. Also another exchange was the Libyan attacks in which Romney repeated the criticism of how the president addressed the attacks. The president on September 12, 2012 acknowledge this was an act of terror. Romney put more pressure on him, and Crowley told him that the president did acknowledge it.

The most talked about thing was Mitt Romney saying as governor he couldn't find qualified women so he goes to women groups and was given binders full of qualified women. That comment is another Big Bird gaffe. That's going to be another play at the most crucial swing voter: WOMEN.

President Barack Obama is tied with Mitt Romney with women. The president dismisses this assessment.

The president laid his best attacks on Mitt Romney over his 47% comments.

Both candidates forgot infrastructure, global warming, tone of rhetoric, Europe, and future of space exploration.

Here's the video of the two debating.

White Students Mock Chris Brown/Rihanna Incident In Blackface!

Troubling: This image taken during a Waverly High Schoo pep rally shows three students in blackface making light of a highly publicized 2009 domestic violence case involving Rihanna and Chris Brown
High school students mock Chris Brown incident in blackface.
Chris Brown fires back at his critics in a cocky song called "Please Don't Judge Me". The controversial pop star is reportedly back with his former beau fellow controversial pop star Rihanna.

The 2009 incident ended on a sour note when they got into it. Chris Brown was arrested for domestic violence when he assaulted Rihanna.

After the breakup, the singers traded subliminal jabs at one another. Also they've gotten controversial tattoos that got the public wondering if this feud was getting serious.

The Barbadian singer is signed to Def Jam when her mentor Jay-Z held whelm of the record label. Her successful crossover from reggae singer to pop icon has brought her chart acclaimed success. But out of the studio and in the public eye, many see Rihanna's party lifestyle just as controversial as her rebound with Chris Brown.

I've all but written off Chris Brown as a washed up celebrity. He's not bringing on the massive fandom as successors such as Justin Bieber and Drake. He's pretty much making more and more mistakes that's putting him front and center in the news.

This story has to do with the troubled pop stars. Out of upstate New York some high school students revisit the 2009 incident in which Brown punched and kicked Rihanna on their way to the Grammy's Awards.

They decided this act would be a part of their "spirit week" in which students show their pride for their alum matter.

Waverly High School is in the town of the same name. The town is north of New York by a few hours. The population is nearly 100% White.

At least one of the students is holding back the umbrella-wielding Chris Brown impersonator as the student portraying Rihanna is cowering on the floor.

Students who attended the pep rally appear to be smiling and laughing in reaction to the skit.

Many across the spectrum look upon this with outrage. The hip-hop community and women's rights groups are probably up in arms about this skit.

For one, domestic violence against a person isn't funny! These individuals had a right to make light of the incident, but they have to prepare for the consequences when the cameras are rolling on them and someone takes it to the national news agitators.

Of course, Chris Brown and Rihanna are looked upon negatively. But they're human as are those who mocked the 2009 incident.

The Daily Mail reports that the high school in upstate New York has found itself in the middle of a controversy after it was revealed that a trio of students in blackface performed a skit making light of the singer Rihanna being beaten up by Chris Brown during a pep rally Friday.

The story has attracted national attention after Waverly High School alum Matt Dishler posted a photo from the skit on CNN's iReport Monday.

The image shows three white students in dark makeup, with two of them portraying Rihanna and her ex-boyfriend, who were involved in a highly publicized domestic violence incident in 2009.

Students who attended the pep rally appear to be smiling and laughing in reaction to the skit.
Could all have been forgiven by pop singers.
Dishler, 24, who graduated from Waverly High School in 2006, said he did not attend the event, but heard about it from friends.

'I can testify there's not a lot of racial diversity in that school whatsoever. We're not really exposed to that at that school.' He told the Star Gazette. 'I felt like something should have been done about this. I don’t believe the kids had any vicious intentions, but the administrators should have said that’s not exactly OK.'

Waverly Superintendent Joseph Yelich said he was not aware that the students were planning to do the skit, but he has received numerous complaints since then.

Whistle-blower: The photo from the racially charged skit was posted on CNN's iReport by Waverly High School alum Matt Dishler.

'The Wevarly School District is committed to creating a positive atmosphere through all activities,’ Yelich said. 'I’ll be working with building administration, staff and students to develop future activities consistent with that commitment.

In a phone interview with the Daily Mail, Yelich said he has met with staff, students and a school psychologist Tuesday to discuss the incident. He said that all those who attended the meeting made commitments to examine the school’s current activities and ‘set clear expectations’ going forward.

Yelich, who has taken over as school superintendent a little over a year ago, said that he plans to further address the situation during a school assembly planned for next week.

‘I have a personal commitment to create a positive environment,’ Yelich said.

The superintendent has declined to comment on whether the students who took part in the skit or the teachers and staff who signed off on it or failed to stop it during the rally have been or will be reprimanded.

‘There’s more work that need to be done,’ he said.

According to an opinion piece posted by Dishler on CNN iReport to accompany the photo, the Friday rally was attended not only by students, but also by parents, members of the media and local community leaders, and ‘none of them stopped the skit.’

The 24-year-old Waverly graduate shared reactions to the incident from his fellow alumni, including Waverly alum and Yale University graduate Vlad Chituc, who was quoted as saying, ‘I think it's unconscionable that such blatant racism has been tacitly approved two years in a row.

‘The administration should be creating an environment where minorities are welcome, not the butts of racist jokes that make light of domestic violence.’

Dishler’s schoolmate Hannah Van Wie-Desisti said, ‘I used to be so proud of where I came from. Not so much now due to the recent incident. I found it unfathomable that the faculty would not only approve this idea for the skit in the first place, but allow it to go on during the pep rally.

‘I honestly don't believe that the students meant to offend, but were just ill informed of how offending their skit actually was. The staff should have stopped it before it even started. By acting like the skit was acceptable, they are teaching their students that racism is okay and that abuse is humorous.

'The whole thing outraged me and made me so disappointed in the school that I was once loved.’

Dishler has since come under criticism from some Facebook users who compared the skit to a piece of satire, saying that it is not unlike some of the off-color material that is frequently shown on TV and in the movies.
Whistle-blower: The photo from the racially charged skit was posted on CNN's iReport by Waverly High School alum Matt Dishler
Meet the guy who tipped off the mainstream media. Matt Dishler told the press about his former school's racial antics.
In response, the 24-year-old wrote that domestic violence should never be a topic for jokes in a school setting.

‘Do they do it on TV? Yes. Know what else they do on TV? Eat maggots, talk openly about their sex lives, use profane language, show drinking, smoking, a litany of other offenses. If your justification for why it wasn't wrong is because it is ‘on TV,’ he wrote Monday.

Dishler’s mother, Janet, came to her son’s defense on Facebook, writing that she is proud of the 24-year-old for shedding light on a seemingly racist display that took place during school hours, with elementary school students in attendance.

‘Also, I would like someone to explain to me what this skit had to do with team spirit and promoting the homecoming game?????’ Janet Dishler wrote.

Chris Brown appears under RCA Records.
Rihanna appears under Def Jam Records.

Texas 99!

23 year old mother of five, Elizabeth Escalona was sentenced to 99 years in prison for child abuse. This type of punishment will sound alarms with the Supreme Court over cruel and unusual punishment.

God damn it's cruel and unusual punishment for some individuals who are sentenced for crimes. In the state of Texas, there's a governor who isn't ashamed of the death penalty. He tried to run for president and got slaughtered by a perennial candidate for higher office. This governor once labeled the perennial candidate a "flip-flopper" on issues such as this one!

God damn this Texas Justice is a bitch!

And this one doosy!

A mother in Texas was sentenced to 99 years in prison for child abuse. She beat her child and then super glued her hands together and then to a wall after the child wasn't compliant to her mother's demand for potty training.

The mother of five is Hispanic and the judge was White and jury was likely the same.

CNN reports that the Texas mother who super-glued her 2-year-old daughter's hands to a wall and beat her over potty training problems was sentenced Friday morning to 99 years in prison, a Dallas County felony records department district clerk said.

Elizabeth Escalona, 23, will be eligible to ask for parole in 30 years. She pleaded guilty in July to a charge of first-degree injury to a child, a crime punishable by anywhere between probation and life in prison.

"This mom was pure evil, and her children are better off without her," prosecutor Eren Price said after a judge delivered Friday's sentence. "Her five kids now have a chance to lead a productive life."

Escalona’s attorney said that the sentence was excessive and that an appeal would be filed, CNN affiliate KTVT reported.

Former GOP presidential candidate Rick Perry, governor of Texas.
Escalona's daughter Jocelyn Cedillo was less than two months shy of her 3rd birthday in September 2011 when Escalona used a powerful adhesive to glue her hands to a wall and beat her because of potty training troubles, authorities said.

Three other children belonging to Escalona, who was pregnant at the time, witnessed the abuse, according to Dallas County district attorney's office spokeswoman Debbie Denmon.

The child urinated on herself during the ordeal, during which she was hit in head and kicked in the groin, among other forms of abuse, Denmon said.

Oefelia Escalona, the defendant's mother, testified during her daughter's sentencing hearing this week that she found the girl and took her to a hospital. Once Jocelyn was there, medical authorities noticed severe bruises to her face and head, as well as a severe brain injury that led to her temporarily being in a coma.

At this week's sentencing hearing, prosecutors showed pictures of Jocelyn's hands and bruised body and forehead.

"The entire picture was very shocking," said Dr. Amy Barton, then a child abuse pediatrician at Children's Medical Center of Dallas, choking back tears on the stand on Monday. "I see a lot of children, and this was one of the most shocking cases that I have seen."

Escalona asked for leniency during her sentencing hearing this week, saying she behaved like a monster but deserved a second chance, KTVT reported. Her mother asked the judge to sentence Elizabeth to probation, according to KTVT.

Price initially offered a plea bargain of 45 years in prison, but Escalona turned it down, the district attorney's office said.

Price said that the judge, after learning more about Escalona during the hearing, was justified in sentencing her to more time.

"Elizabeth Escalona wasn't sorry for what she did to 2-year-old Jocelyn. Elizabeth Escalona felt sorry for herself," Price said. "Those tears on the stand were for her and not for the toddler she tortured."

An attempt to reach Escalona's attorney for comment Friday was not immediately successful.

Before this incident, Escalona had been investigated by Texas Child Protective Services but never arrested or charged, Denmon said.

The child welfare agency put all of her children in foster care after Jocelyn was taken to the hospital. All five of them, including Jocelyn, are now in the custody of their grandmother, Oefelia Escalona.

Texas mom gets 99 years for gluing toddler to wall, beating her
The sentencing of Elizabeth Escalona is a ringing bell to how our U.S. justice system treats Blacks and Hispanics.
I understand this isn't the parent of the year, but this sentence is begging for an appeal and national look into how the justice system works against Blacks and Hispanic/Latinos.

This young mother of five should have at least gotten less than 10 years in prison for such an act. The mother didn't murder her child. That's the problem. If she murdered her child, yeah lock her ass up!

Texas is one of the most conservative states in the central plains. The southern state allows firearm owners to carry in open public. The state's governor Rick Perry, former presidential candidate is proud of giving the death penalty to those who commit acts that involve killing of individuals. There's likely no clemency to those who are charge in crimes that are felonious.

Solider Bum Rushes Westboro Baptist Church Protester!

The Republicans kindly disavowed this group! The infamous anti-gay group from Topeka, Kansas travels across the country picketing the funerals of soldiers, bullied teenagers, and of course the gay community.

This weekend, the protest group gets into it with the family and friends of fallen solider Donna Johsnon, a openly gay woman who served in the U.S. Army. Her funeral was held in North Carolina.

The soldier was killed in the longest war in American history. Her wife and friends were attending the funeral when the anti-gay group was heckling the attendees.

A person in the crowd confronts and slams down on Fred Phelp's family members.

The person was apprehended after the attack!

Although they practice in disgusting acts of protest, the Westboro Baptist Church knows how to handle themselves when it comes to free speech laws. They've been sued by individuals over their disruptive behavior at funerals of the dead.

Shirley Phelps-Roeper is the leader of the church and media spokesperson.
