Bernie Sanders: If The Election For Claire McCaskill Was Held Today, She Would Lose!

Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) aims at Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. Sen. Sanders (I-VT) is gaining steam in some polls. McCaskill openly endorsed Hillary Clinton for president. She is a fierce defender. But will liberals defend McCaskill in the 2018 U.S. Midterms?

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is gaining momentum against perennial candidate Hillary Clinton. These clowns are running for the blue nose while the Republican candidates are running for the red nose.

Sanders is a senator from Vermont who is a Democratic Socialist. He is registered as an independent.

He and Sen. Angus King (I-ME) are senators who caucus with the Democratic Party. The independent senators don't often side with most issues the Democratic Party stands for, but they agree that the Republicans are too extreme in their stances.

So it's quite funny that a fellow senator would go after her own because in her mind, he's "too extreme" for people like her.

It seems like the endorsements of Hillary Clinton are in full swing. Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) is the first to aim a shot. She went on the junk food media programs to lob a shot at the candidate. On MSNBC's Blow Joe, McCaskill went on the attack.
Bernie is no joke. He's catching up to Clinton in some polls.
She says the junk food media went soft on Sanders. They fail to note his socialist views. They can't see that Hillary is getting unfair coverage in the junk food media.

Sanders has shot back. He said that McCaskill is such a tool. She supports policies that won't please the Democratic Party. She barely survived a challenge from an insurgent who believes women can have "legitimate rape".

The policies he support are pretty mainstream and he's vocal about it. Sanders said that no matter what she does, she's going to be defeated in the 2018 U.S. Senate race by a formidable Republican senate nominee.

Fans of Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) have swung a protest towards McCaskill. The vow to see her either defeated in the primary or defeated in the race.

McCaskill is going to be finding it harder this next election. I doubt Bernie will campaign for her reelection.

Louisiana Republican governor Piyush Jindal (known by most as Bobby) has quietly entered in the race for the clown car. He's the 13th candidate to be in this. He is a huge bore and already facing an uphill climb.

Pat Roberts Sweating!

Pat Roberts is a member of the gridlock express. He's been very comfortable with his position as senator from Kansas. Then along comes Greg Orman, an independent who called Roberts out for being too established. Now we have a dead heat race.

Even in Kansas, the Republicans are pouring more money into a race that should have been an easy ride. I didn't know that Senator Pat Roberts (R-KS) was struggling. I wrote this race off as a Safe Republican.

Now I am putting it in the leans Republican category.

He's facing a candidate who isn't even a Democrat. He's being taken on by independent candidate Greg Orman.

Roberts is the senior United States Senator from Kansas. A member of the Republican Party, he has served since 1997. He previously served as the Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.

Insurgent candidate Milton Wolf warned Republicans that he was going to go after Roberts for being in Washington too much.
Born in Topeka, Kansas, Roberts is a graduate of Kansas State University. He served as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps and worked as a newspaper reporter before entering politics in the late 1960s. He was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1980 to succeed 1st District Congressman Keith Sebelius, for whom he had worked. He served eight terms in the House, including one as chairman of the House Agriculture Committee.

Roberts was elected to the U.S. Senate in 1996, and is currently serving his third term. On the Intelligence Committee, he was responsible for an investigation into the intelligence failures prior to the 2003 invasion of Iraq.

Orman is putting some political fire in the Sunflower state.

This race for the U.S. Senate is closely watched by the junk food media. They have put their input into this race. Orman a businessman who is an independent may shake up some things.

Orman was born and raised in Mankato, Minnesota, the second-oldest of six children. He resides in the Olathe, Kansas.

Orman graduated from Princeton University in 1991 with a degree in economics. He was a member of the Princeton College Republicans and worked for George H. W. Bush's presidential campaign in 1988. However, in 1992 he supported Independent Ross Perot.

Orman supported Barack Obama for president in 2008. He supported Mitt Romney for president in 2012. He supported carpetbagger insurgent Scott Brown, jackass Todd Akin, inept Senator Harry Reid (D-NV, Majority Leader) and Roberts.

Orman admits that he's not interested in supporting either party.

For Orman, whoever is more in line with Kansas voters is who I am interested in.

The Democrats had their nominee drop out because they fear that if he stayed in the race, they would fail. Chad Taylor, the nominee for U.S. Senate under the Democrats saying its not worth it. He didn't endorse Orman, but does supports his campaign.

I mean this is even affecting embattled Kansas governor Sam Brownback, the Republican running for a second term.

Orman was once a Democrat and once a Republican is getting hammered by the establishment.

Even that annoying gadfly from Project Veritas tried to sabotage this one.

Roberts who has been relatively comfortable in his position as a U.S. Senate now treading on thin ice with the voters of Kansas. He's senate for nearly 20 years.

Roberts' time might come to an end if Orman runs this "I'm truly an outsider" nonsense.
Followers of an insurgent candidate tracked Roberts getting out of his vehicle. The plates were registered in Virginia. Orman has used the insurgency's tactics against Roberts.
Like with former Indiana Republican senator Dick Lugar, Roberts hardly spends time in Kansas. He took up residence in Virginia. Roberts lives in Alexandria, Virginia. The New York Times has reported that the house that Roberts claims as his residence in Dodge City, Kansas is actually owned and occupied by campaign contributors C. Duane and Phyllis Ross.

That was a weapon Orman used against Roberts. That right there has put Roberts in the embattled category.

Could Orman be the Clark Kent in a Superman suit?

Seriously I am saying this!

Is Kansas voters so tired of politicians being "too comfortable" with Washington, DC?

Could this be the Democratic Party's chance to hold on to the U.S. Senate?

Did you know that Maine and Vermont have senators who are independent?

Senators Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Angus King (I-ME) are the two senators who caucus with Democrats but are extremely distant from the policies of the both parties.

One Good Shove Deserves Another!

Don Lemon and officer Dan Page get into a tussle. Page is under investigation for more than shoving the news agitator.

Don Lemon was doing coverage in Ferguson. An officer got into his face and shoved him. Lemon made a complaint to the St. Louis County prosecutor. The prosecutor was going to investigate this as police brutality. The officer who shoved Lemon decided to take an early out.

St. Louis County officer Dan Page made some inflammatory comments while a member of the Oath Keepers, a far right group that supports law enforcement.

Page made comments that drew some ire. He was talking about President Barack Obama, LGBT, Muslims, the Black community and of course his oath as an officer.

He is a 35-year veteran with the St. Louis County police. The video that got him in more trouble was his agitating speech on America's diversity. And after this revelation, he was suspended indefinitely. This video has been making rounds on YouTube.

This month was really polarizing. From this point on, never look at August as the dull month.

Things happen during the time the president and Congress go on their respective vacations.

The junk food media agitators worked overtime in jumping over the rioting and looting in Ferguson.
Speaking at an Oath Keepers gathering in a school gymnasium, Dan Page recites his vitriol.
They put the cameras in the 3% of the population acting like a bunch of idiots. Sure they're burning their community and throwing rocks at the law. The cops were going all out with military vehicles, shooting them with rubber bullets, tear gas, and of course allowing their K-9 partners urinate on the memorial dedicated to Michael Brown.

Loserville is all in defense of the reclusive Darren Wilson, the officer who put six in the body of Brown. Wilson is getting major donations from the racist right. The insurgency has always maintained that "we don't rush conclusions". Oh by the way, Brown strong armed robbed a man of a few smokes.

In their case, they're trying to say that Brown deserved his own death. They even goes as far to label him a thug and potential murderer. There are some on the racist right demanding to look into any history as a minor in the court system. They couldn't find nothing on Brown other than him giving the finger and rapping on a microphone. Nothing incriminating.

The officer's comments has gone viral. This may spark more protest in Ferguson.

The St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar saying that the comments Page made in the surfaced video, "deeply disturbed me immediately."

Will Loserville defend an officer who said some nasty things about those he swore to protect?

Was Darren Wilson in attendance of this?

Take discretion in viewing these videos.

Insurgency Republican Believes There's A War On Whites!

Another stupid White Republican blaming plight for the decline.

The Republican Party is a majority White person party. They can't deny the fact that 90% of the political party is catered to a majority of White, Christian, male and rich individuals.

It seems like the insurgency is a prime example of the reactionary outrage by Whites. The founding of the movement came during the failed presidential bids of perennial loser Ron Paul. It took off when some CNBC asshole ranted on television about Barack Obama's policies and motivated by one bitter cable news network devoted to tormenting the new president.

Now six years later, the insurgency is still around. It took out Reps. Eric Cantor (R-VA) and Jack Kingston (R-GA). It almost ended the career of Senator Thad Cochran (R-MS) and it looks like its apparently going to win some more primary victories in the coming month.

The constant racial agitation from the insurgency forces me and S. Baldwin to call it as the last remnants of American racism. Every accusation drives the insurgency bananas. They don't like being called racist.

They really believe that the president and his supporters are the true racists. We're  too extreme and should be charged for treason. They seriously believe that President Barack Obama should be impeached.

Just because the inept Congress refuses to pass a comprehensive immigration law and the president is using his Executive Orders to get the ball rolling. That's a crime according the "you can't fix stupid crowd!"

Here's a lawmaker from the insurgency who thinks its legal to discriminate against Whites.

Meet Mo Brooks, an Alabama lawmaker who has ties to the insurgency. He's the guy holding the Alabama 5th congressional district since 2011.

Brooks went on The Laura Ingraham Show and Ingraham played Brooks a clip of Ron Fournier warning that the Republican Party could not survive as the "party of white people."
The insurgency's newest ally/
Brooks responded: "Well, this is a part of the war on whites that’s being launched by the Democratic Party...And the way in which they’re launching this war is by claiming that whites hate everybody else. It's part of the strategy that Barack Obama implemented in 2008, continued in 2012, where he divides us all on race, on sex, greed, envy, class warfare, all those kinds of things."

The comment drew considerable comments and controversy. For example, The New Yorker stated: "White reactionaries in the 19th century imagined that abolishing slavery would turn white people themselves into slaves, and the concept of white subjugation was transferred into such things as black suffrage, civil rights, and so on. The war on whites has raged continuously in the right-wing mind for more than two centuries."

When asked about the comment later that day, Brooks repeated the clam of a "War on Whites", stating: "In effect, what the Democrats are doing with their dividing America by race is they are waging a war on whites and I find that repugnant."

Damn could this be the moment another Todd Akin opened his mouth let his foot and ass right in?

Kansas City Hate: Perennial Loser Was A White Extremist!

As Overland Park, Kansas police piece together the reason to why a failed candidate for office with ties to White extremists groups kill innocent people. The country is coming to grips of the real reason to why hate exists.

As long as Barack Obama continues to be in the White House, these lunatics will plot attacks against the government and fellow Americans.

The first thing in the BLAME GAME: What political party he supported?

The conservative agitation website Breitfart will automatically conclude that the shooter is a liberal or Democrat.

The conservative agitators will figure that the government is coming for the guns.

The racist right which most conservative agitators disturb figure that one man's quest is heroic and they hope they'll be more to come.

A little bit about Glenn Miller comes from Wikipedia. Miller (pka Fraiser Glenn Cross Jr., Rounder, or Frazier Glenn Miller, Jr. b. Nov 23, 1940),  is a former leader of the defunct North Carolina-based White Patriot Party (formerly known as the Carolina Knights of the Ku Klux Klan). Convicted of criminal charges related to weapons and violation of an injunction against paramilitary activity, he is a perennial candidate for public office.

He is an advocate of white nationalism, white separatism, and anti-Semitic theories; and a critic of homosexuality and Third World immigration into historically White nations.

Miller was named the only suspect for the shooting earlier that day in suburban Kansas City that ended in the death of 3 people. Shootings occurred both at the Jewish Community Center and at retirement home Village Shalom nearby, both located in Overland Park.

The names of the victims of the JCC shooting were released, identifying victims as Dr. William Lewis Corporon and his grandson, 14-year-old Reat Griffin Underwood. Both were United Methodist Christians.
White extremist wanted to win a seat in Congress. Thank god he failed.
The name of the woman shot at Village Shalom has not yet been released. Two others had been shot at, but escaped without wounds. Miller was found later outside an elementary school nearby and was immediately declared a suspect. Authorities told reporters that Miller had shouted "Heil Hitler" numerous times during shooting and arrest.

Miller was interviewed on The Alan Colmes Show, The David Packman Show, and by phone on The Distorted View Show and The Howard Stern Show.

Despite legal challenges from Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster and the Missouri Broadcasters Association's disputing Miller's status as a bona fide candidate for office, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) determined there exists no lawful recourse for stations that preferred not to air Miller's ads because of their offensive content.
David Packman of The David Packman show is on FreeSpeech TV and a featured contributor for Addicting Info. He was interviewed the White extremist on his failed bid for U.S. Senate.
The Associated Press added that Frazier Glenn Cross, 73, of Aurora, Mo., was booked into Johnson County jail on a preliminary charge of first-degree murder after the attacks Sunday in Overland Park.

At a news conference Sunday afternoon, Overland Park police Chief John Douglass declined to publicly identify the man suspected in the attacks. But an official at a suburban Kansas City jail, speaking on the condition of anonymity because he wasn't authorized to discuss the case, identified the suspect as Cross.

Douglass said the suspect made several statements to police, "but it's too early to tell you what he may or may not have said" during the attacks. He also said it was too early in the investigation to determine whether he had an anti-Semitic motive. The Jewish festival of Passover begins Monday.

"We are investigating it as a hate crime. We're investigating it as a criminal act. We haven't ruled out anything. ... Again, we're three hours into it," he said Sunday.

SITE, a U.S.-based terror monitoring group, described the suspect as a known and vocal anti-Semite who frequently calls for genocide against Jews.

Police said the attacks happened within minutes of one another. At around 1 p.m. a gunman shot two people in the parking lot behind the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City. He then drove a few blocks away to a retirement community, Village Shalom, and gunned down a woman or girl there, Douglass said. Officers arrested him in an elementary school parking lot a short time later.

Police said the attacks at both sites happened outside and the gunman never entered any buildings. Douglass said the gunman also shot at two other people during the attacks, but missed.

Authorities declined to release the victims' names pending notification of their relatives. However, the family of the first two victims released a statement identifying them as Dr. William Lewis Corporon, who died at the scene, and his 14-year-old grandson, Reat Griffin Underwood, who died at Overland Park Regional Medical Center.

They were both Christian, and the family thanked members of their church congregation, among others, for their support.

"We take comfort knowing they are together in Heaven," the family said. It asked for privacy to mourn.

Rebecca Sturtevant, a hospital spokeswoman, said family members told her Corporon had taken his grandson to the community center so that the boy could try out for a singing competition for high school students. Reat was a freshman at Blue Valley High School and an Eagle Scout.

Cross is also known as Frazier Glenn Miller. A public records search shows he has used both names, but he refers to himself on his website as Glenn Miller and went by the name Frazier Glenn Miller in 2006 and 2010 campaigns for public office.

Cross lives in a small single-story home bordered on three sides with barbed wire fences in the small southwest Missouri town of Aurora, some 180 miles south of Overland Park. A red Chevrolet adorned with Confederate flag stickers was parked outside. An AP reporter knocked on the front door of the house early Monday, but no one answered.

The Southern Poverty Law Center, which tracks hate groups, said it reached his wife, Marge, by phone and that she said authorities had been to their home and told her that her husband had been arrested in Sunday's attacks.

The law center said the suspect has been involved in the white supremacist movement for most of his life. He founded the Carolina Knights of the Ku Klux Klan and was its "grand dragon" in the 1980s. The Army veteran and retired truck driver later founded another white supremacist group, the White Patriot Party, the center said.

He was the subject of a nationwide manhunt in 1987 for violating the terms of his bond while appealing a North Carolina conviction for operating a paramilitary camp. The search ended after federal agents found him and three other men in an Ozark mobile home, which was filled with hand grenades, automatic weapons and thousands of rounds of ammunition. He ran for U.S. House in 2006 and the U.S. Senate in 2010, espousing a white power platform each time.

SITE said Monday that the suspect is a prominent member of the Vanguard News Network and has posted thousands of messages — including frequent calls for genocide against Jews — on the neo-Nazi forum's website. His most recent post was Saturday.

President Barack Obama called the shootings "horrific" and said in a statement, "While we do not know all of the details surrounding today's shooting, the initial reports are heartbreaking." The Jewish Community Center offered condolences to the victims' families on its Facebook page.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu sent his condolences to the families of those killed in Sunday's shootings at two Jewish centers in Overland Park Kansas. "We condemn the shootings which, according to all the signs, were perpetrated out of hatred for Jews," Netanyahu said Monday of the attack, allegedly carried out by a former leader of the Ku Klux Klan.

A police official confirmed that the gunman used a shotgun in the shootings, and investigators were also determining whether a handgun and an assault rifle were also used.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those who were lost in this senseless tragedy.

Take extreme discretion in listening to Miller's political ads and his interview with David Packman.

Mike Huckabee Thinks Dems Take Control Of Women's Libdio!

Huckabee is a total asshat. He makes a sexist comment.

It seems like lessons weren't learned during the Republicans defeat. It took one loudmouth agitator and his slut shaming of a Georgetown University student to propel her into the limelight as an activist. And it helped President Barack Obama nail perennial loser Mitt Romney to the wall.

Now it seems like a potential perennial loser opened his damn mouth and let his ego slip in!

Enter Mike Huckabee, former Arkansas governor and Loserville talk show host.

“I think it’s time Republicans no longer accept listening to the Democrats talk about a ‘war on women,’” Huckabee said. “Because the fact is, the Republicans don’t have a war on women. They have a war for women.”

“Women I know are outraged that Democrats think that women are nothing more than helpless or hopeless creatures whose only goal in life is to have a government provide for them birth control medication,” Huckabee said. “Women I know are smart, educated, intelligent, capable of doing anything anyone else can do.”

“If Democrats want to insult the women of America by making them believe they are helpless without Uncle Sugar coming in and providing them for them a prescription each month for birth control because they cannot control their libido or their reproductive system without the help of government, then so be it,” Huckabee said.

It's like history is repeating itself.

They fear Hillary Clinton being the next in line, so what they do is talk about Benghazi.

Texas is close to being a minority-majority state and Hispanics are a growing population there. It seems like the second largest state is having a flux of Democrats. That's why Republicans are in fear of the potential contender who may take over the Texas mansion.

Wendy Davis, a Democratic state legislator from Texas who is running for governor against Republican Attorney General Greg Abbot is the first of many candidates the political party is lining up to take on the embattled Tea Party.
Wendy Davis is the rising star of the Democratic Party. She is running for governor of Texas.
The folks over Loserville are trying to discredit Davis over her personal life.

That douche who claims he's a comedian, Greg Gutfield from The Five called Davis an "Abortion Barbie".

The shrill voice Ann Coulter called Davis a "gold digger who found a few sugar daddies."

Phony liberal Kristen Powers says that Davis is a media whore.

King Hippo, That Guy Who Helped Obama Win, Megyn The Outrage Princess and Greta The Ambulance Chaser have devoted their time to attack Davis personally.

This is an example of the Republicans war against women. Those folks over at Loserville are the reasons to why the Republican Party is so screwed up. Especially around the women.

Most agree this is going to be another weak field of Republican candidates. There's talk about perennial losers like Mike Huckabee, Rick Perry and Rick Santorum taking another swing at losing..

Also the Stallmigos Ted Cruz, Rand Paul and Marco Rubio are the talk of the nation.

Embattled governors Scott Walker, Chris Christie, and former Bob McDonnell are floated around as well.

Even that idiot former Alaskan governor is back in the pool.

IF THE REPUBLICANS ARE LINING UP THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL CONTINUE THE ONGOING FIELD OF WEAK CANDIDATES.

Fox News Contributor: Ashley Judd Is A B****!

Steven Crowder, you may remember was the guy who agitated a man into swinging into his face. He went to Lansing, Michigan at the peak of a hostile debate over the Republican led state house passing legislation making the heavily union state, a right to work state.

Fox News and conservative talk radio were making such a fuss about the unions, President Barack Obama and the Democrats. Crowder was there.

He shoved a man who supported the unions and the man socked him in the face. He went on to edit the scene where he agitated the whole event.

He threatened to charge the individual for hitting him. But the Michigan State Police determined that he agitated the event and so far the individual that hit him wasn't charged for the assault.

What makes this guy so familiar with me is the fact he was trashing Detroit in one of his YouTube videos.

He has the nerve to run up on people with stupid questions about politics.

Republican attacks signals run for Ashley Judd.
Steven Crowder is a cowlick douche who appears on the Fox Nation columns section writing nonsense about how the global warming is fake, or you can overeat and still live til your 100 years old.

Crowder runs to Sean Hannity, Greta Van Susteren and Geraldo Rivera whenever he post a video on YouTube. He is often making fun or getting socked in the face by a liberal or random individual he harasses on the street.

Yesterday it was reported by The Huffington Post that the conservative agitator took a shot at actress Ashley Judd. The actress is thinking about running for U.S. Senate in the deeply conservative state of Kentucky against a formidable but yet unpopular Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky, Minority Leader).

"What is this obsession with Ashley Judd and rape?" Crowder asked while joking about Judd and Apple products. "It's pretty unnerving."

Now here's what I call a stupid human turd!

Let's remind the Republican Party and his conservative allies that "rape is rape" and this type of nonsense is not welcomed. Even though he has the right to say whatever the heck he wants, this type of stuff towards women is pretty offensive.

Matter of fact, does Crowder even have a wife or a girlfriend for that matter?

Amazon Pulls Rape A B**** Shirts!

A real laugh riot! Nothing is funny about rape. I guess the company that allow this to appear is facing backlash.

The actual shirt were published by Solid Bomb Gold, a U.S. based clothing seller. After a weekend of firestorm from the shocking shirts, Amazon decided to pull the shirts.

There were three shirts that many deemed offensive. Some of these shirts had phrases like "keep calm and rape her alot", "keep calm and knife her" and "keep calm and grope a lot!"

Now think about how dumb these shirts are!

As a Black man, I find these shirts to be offensive.

I would never wear this type of outfit while dating a woman. If I would wear this shirt in the general public, I might have the police called on me!

That's the type of stuff a douche would wear in order to impress a group (i.e. jocks, fraternity, and Halloween costumes).

The Guardian from the United Kingdom reports that an apology from Solid Gold Bomb was issued before another public apology also appeared on Twitter. Solid Gold Bomb had its social networking accounts deactivated.

The American clothing company Solid Gold Bomb blamed an automated computer dictionary for its series of the items emblazoned with offensive phrases such as "Keep Calm and Rape a Lot" and "Keep Calm and Hit Her", based on the much reproduced "Keep Calm and Carry On" second world war poster.

The company said it had received death threats and its Twitter account was bombarded with scores of angry messages, many of which said: "Rape is not a joke."
Keep Calm and Hit Her T-shirt
Would you wear this shirt?
It closed its Facebook and other social media accounts on Saturday morning and left a message on its website which read in part: "We have been informed of the fact that we were selling an offensive T-shirt primarily in the UK. This has been immediately deleted as it was and had been automatically generated using a scripted computer process running against hundreds of thousands of dictionary words.

"Any offensive items that are remaining are certainly in the deletion queue and will be removed as soon as the processing is complete. Although we did not in any way deliberately create the offensive T-shirts in question and it was the result of a scripted programming process that was compiled by only one member of our staff, we accept the responsibility of the error and are doing our best to correct the issues at hand. We're sorry for the ill feeling this has caused!"

Based on Amazon's typical charges, the internet retailer was likely to be making just over £1 on each sale.

Amazon is no stranger to controversy. The site's U.S. operation faced criticism for briefly selling a book described as a pedophile's guide. In 2008 it had to pull from sale T-shirts lauding Nazi leaders.

Both companies were bombarded with complaints and Solid Gold Bomb later closed its Twitter account. The T-shirts were still on sale in Germany on Saturday.

Amazon deleted most of the offensive "Keep Calm" range but continued to promote the company's shop.

GOP: Take That Hit To The Face, Bitch!

Democrats are angry at the Republicans right now! The 112th Congress matches the 80th Congress in lackluster progress. This is the modern day "DO NOTHING CONGRESS". Over 2,500 bills and only 219 of these bodies became law.

The DREAM Act, gun control and the debt ceiling will be another round of partisan gridlock by Republicans in the House of Representatives. Filibuster reform, treaties, possible nominations to federal courts, a Supreme Court pick and confirmation of cabinet members will be stalled by Republicans in the Senate.

The 113th Congress takes forth in 2013. As January 4, 2013 begins, many of the failed politicians are packing their bags and heading back to the private sector. The new class and a few perennials are welcomed to the circus. As of right now, Republicans have 234 members to the Democrats 201 in the House of Representatives. The Democrats will have 53 plus 2 independents who caucus with them and Republicans will have 45 in the Senate. President Barack Obama continues on into the second term in mid-January.

After bitter fights, a very important law to curb violence among women is dead in the water. Republicans blocked the reauthorizing of the Violence Against Women Act.

Despite pleas from the Democratic and some Republican women, House Republicans have blocked the Violence Against Women Act, making it the first time the bill has not been renewed since 1994. GOP legislators balked at the legislation's inclusions for Native Americans, immigrant women, and LGBTQ folks.

Now if you hear crap from Republicans being the party of Civil Rights, kindly tell them: They're full of shit!
Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-New Hampshire), Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-California), Senator Patty Murray (D-Washington) warn Republicans the dire consequences if VAWA wasn't passed.

The Violence Against Women Act of 1994 (VAWA) is a United States federal law signed by President Bill Clinton on September 13, 1994. The Act provided $1.6 billion toward investigation and prosecution of violent crimes against women, imposed automatic and mandatory restitution on those convicted, and allowed civil redress in cases prosecutors chose to leave unprosecuted. The Act also established the Office on Violence Against Women within the Department of Justice.

VAWA was drafted by the office of Senator Joe Biden (D-Delaware) (who would later become the current Vice President of the United States), with support from a broad coalition of advocacy groups. The Act passed through Congress with bipartisan support in 1994, clearing the House by a vote of 235–195 and the Senate by a vote of 61–38, although the following year House Republicans attempted to cut the Act's funding.

In the 2000 Supreme Court case United States v. Morrison, a sharply divided Court struck down the VAWA provision allowing women the right to sue their attackers in federal court. By a 5–4 majority, the Court's conservative wing overturned the provision as an intrusion on states' rights.

VAWA was reauthorized by Congress in 2000, and again in December 2005. The Act's 2012 renewal was fiercely opposed by conservative Republicans, who objected to extending the Act's protections to same-sex couples and to provisions allowing battered illegal immigrants to claim temporary visas. In April 2012, the Senate voted to reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act, and the House subsequently passed its own measure (omitting provisions of the Senate bill that would protect gay men, lesbians, American Indians living in reservations, and illegal immigrants who were victims of domestic violence). Reconciliation of the two bills has been stymied by procedural measures, leaving the reauthorization in question.
Violence Against Women Act is a big effin' deal! Vice President Joe Biden was a senator when he sponsored the legislation that was passed by Bill Clinton in 1994.

So as of today, without passage, I am guessing that an abusive partner can obtain a firearm and proceed to killing a former lover!

So I guess it's fair to hit a pregnant woman in the stomach if she gets into an argument with her partner?

So I guess it's fair to attack a couple who is gay because you see them holding hands in public?

So I guess it's fair to attack Native Americans because you feel like they don't deserve property rights that were stolen by them in the imperialistic society America is looked upon as?

So I guess that an immigrant can be attacked because the person can't speak English?

This is what Republicans want! Republicans want drug testing of the poor, cuts to safety nets, probes of Muslims, Blacks, Hispanics, and LGBT groups.

The Republicans want to flex their muscles around Middle East, allow firearms in schools, movie theaters and on public transportation. They don't care about the issues that involve the rest of the world, they only care about themselves.

In their warped minds, their version of patriotism is the all out bigotry of a person's race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, political and economic standings. They believe that anyone who supports President Barack Obama is either too lazy to work or too stupid to vote!

They call the people who support President Barack Obama, low information voters. But yet these are the ones who can't tell you what the meaning of Communism and Socialism!

GOP: You Sandy Degenerates Ain't Getting Relief!

Even Hurricane Sandy is a partisan event!

That's not what the Republicans are saying, but that's how they're reacting to the proposals that gives relief to those who suffered devastating since Hurricane Sandy hit the Atlantic coast in October.

We're beginning 2013 with the same bunch of stupidity and gridlock caused by the Tea Party who stood up for their "principles" against big spending.
Congressman Steve King (R-Iowa) stalling hurricane relief.

Conservatives are so fucking stupid. They are stalling progress only to piss off President Barack Obama.

The Republicans are infighting with one another over relief! Republicans who represent areas hit by Hurricane Sandy are angry with members of the Tea Party stalling passage of the relief bill that the U.S. Senate passed December.

Most Americans want higher taxes on the upper income, Republicans to work with President Barack Obama, reasonable spending cuts, reasonable gun control, relief to disaster victims, responsible immigration reform, no cuts to defense, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, food stamps and farm aid.

How come this stuff fails to sponge inside the heads of Republicans?

They fear the repercussions of the conservative base. Rush Limbaugh, Fox News, The Drudge Report, Grover Norquist, The National Rifle Association, The Club For Growth, and The Heritage Foundation are powerful forces in the Republican Party. They've been weaken after the president won reelection. So in order to gain ground, the conservatives want an all out purge of moderate Republicans.
Congressman Pete King (R-New York) is angry at members of the Republican House for stalling Hurricane Sandy relief. King is a controversial politician. A notorious Islamophobe, King sponsored bills that discriminated against Muslims.
Over eight weeks since Hurricane Sandy devastated New Jersey, New York and New England, many Americans held back on spending. The East Coast represents 1/3 of the economy. Those living on the Atlantic coast control most of the spending in retail. Retail spending went down and that impacted economy.

Even though many entertainers and charity organizations managed to obtain donations, the need is great.

Republicans can't spare the funds to repair those who were hurt by such destruction.

Many members of New York's U.S. Congressional Delegation slammed Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) and many other Republicans for killing the vote on Hurricane Sandy relief.

"This is absolutely indefensible," said Republican Congressman Peter King of New York on the House floor Tuesday night. "We have a moral obligation to hold this vote."

The fiscal cliff votes show a strong rift within the Republican Party.

As the 113th Congress begins, Republicans are going to decide on the fate of House Speaker John Boehner, the Republican Ohio Congressman who managed to vote in favor of the proposal that raised taxes on those who make over $400,000.

Boehner who rose to the top spot after defeating Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi (D-California), America's first female Speaker of The House. He and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky) rank very poorly among the American public.

President Barack Obama was ranked the most admired politician by Gallup. His job approval is averaged at 54% at the close of the 112th Session of Congress.

Cliffhanger!

Turd pies were served to the Republicans. President Barack Obama wins the battle. Closing out the 112th Congress, the lawmakers passed the fiscal cliff bill with pouting and bickering among leaders in the Republican Party.

The Republicans are fighting within their ranks. Congressman Eric Cantor (R-Virginia, Majority Leader) is coming out against the Senate proposal that starves off extreme tax hikes and spending cuts. He voted with a slight majority of Republican members against the fiscal cliff bill passed by the Senate.

The U.S. Senate passed a proposal that assures that the tax cuts for the middle class stay permanent and the rate of tax hikes go up for those making over $400,000. Spending cuts goes off the table for two months.

The House Republicans are once again jeopardizing their majority. The public supports higher taxes on the rich. The people voted for President Barack Obama to handle the economy. It's unfortunate that the Republicans played this all the way to the very end. Bitterly fought and now it's over!

The next controversy will be the debt ceiling. Another gridlock fight with new members of the 113th Congress.

It's just confirmed by the Associated Press that the House of Representatives passed the bill.

Republicans were upset the deal did not have cuts.

"We not only need to grow the economy but we also have to address the fundamental causes of our debts and deficits and that's out-of-control spending, obligations that we have not got the financial wherewithal the meet," said Congressman Dave Camp, (R-Michigan) the top Republicans on the tax-writing Ways and Means Committee.

"So this is a first step -- permanent tax policy that then sets the stage for comprehensive and fundamental tax reform and then addressing out- of-control spending. So this will be several steps. This an an important one."

Liberals were unhappy Democrats left out a number of their goals for the bill, and that they did not push for setting the upper limit for retaining the old tax rates at $250,000 -- a promise Obama campaigned and won on. Obama had hoped to raise $1.6 trillion in revenue over 10 years. The bill only raises $620 billion, suggesting to many Democrats that future deficit reduction could come from cutting cherished programs.

"We're going to look back on this night and regret it," said Congressman Jim Moran (D-Virginia).

Congressman Charlie Rangel (D-New York) said passing the legislation was as if, "someone stopped hitting you in the head with a hammer, and you're supposed to say 'Thanks so much!'"

Yet most Democrats were willing to back the measure.

"Yes, to all of those who say all the other things that don't happen in the bill -- I don't know any piece of legislation I've ever voted for that did everything that I thought it should do," House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-California) said. "While this bill doesn't accomplish all that we need to do … it is a good way for us to have a happy start to a new year by taking this first step."

Democrats also were pleased that for the first time in decades Republicans signed onto a measure that leaves taxes higher this year than the the year before.

"This legislation breaks the iron barrier that for far too long has prevented additional tax revenues from the very wealthiest," said Congressman Sander Levin (D-Michigan) "It raises $620 billion in revenue by achieving the president's goal of asking the wealthiest 2 percent of Americans to pay more while protecting 98 percent of families. That's right -- that's what it does. I want to emphasize this contrary to propaganda coming from the other side -- it prevents 98 percent of businesses from another tax increase."

Despite the general unhappiness with the measure, which President Barack Obama has said he'll sign, it does achieve some major policy changes, chief among them making permanent the Bush-era tax cuts for couples earning under $450,000 and individuals earning under $400,000.

The bill also keeps the estate tax threshold at $5 million, extends emergency federal unemployment benefits for one more year, and delays for two months the "sequester" that made up the spending cut portion of the cliff. It also extends the stimulus-boosted child tax credit and the college tuition credit for five years, individual and business tax breaks for two years, and the Medicare "doc fix" for one year, preventing a 27 percent payment cut for physicians. The Alternative Minimum Tax will be permanently fixed, and the the farm bill will be extended for one year.

Republicans in the House spent much of Tuesday threatening to blow up the bill over the the lack of spending cuts. They went so far as to propose amending the measure with a $328 billion package of budget reductions, but facing the likelihood that a revised measure would fail muster with Democrats, caved in after two lengthy meetings behind closed doors.

Having lost a battle that many of them fought for years, the GOP was looking forward to future chances to extract cuts, likely setting up more last-second showdowns in March. That's because the two-month delay of the sequester ends March 3, right around the time the nation is expected to reach its borrowing limit -- which Congress has to extend to pay the bills. Funding for the federal government also runs out on March 27.

The GOP sees each of those as leverage points.

"We still have more opportunities. We've got the debt ceiling coming, sequestration," said Congressman John Fleming (R-Louisiana) among the first in his party to acknowledge that with the Bush tax cuts having expired at midnight, there was little else the GOP could do beyond take the senate deal.

"So we're going to get taxes off the table," Fleming said. "The president can't say, 'We've go to raise taxes first before we get to spending cuts.' We will have already done that. Now the topic will be spending cuts, from this point out."

The disarray on the Republican side had many wondering if House Speaker John Boehner's job was in danger, but most members said it was not, and that Boehner ably managed the eruption of discontent in his ranks.

"I think he showed he's trying to listen to the conference in regards to giving everybody an equal shot at moving something forward," said Congressman Richard Nugent (R-Florida), who opposed the bill. "But you also have to be pragmatic about what's going to pass."

Keep Screaming!

President Barack Obama's growing frustration with Congress eases with an executive order giving them and federal workers a slight increase in pay. The fiscal cliff/debt ceiling debate continues and it's likely they'll come up with a compromise.
The phony outrage machine is cranked up once again for the agitators of the online world. Conservatives and some liberals are scoffing the idea of the president issuing an executive order giving Vice President Joe Biden, all federal workers and members of Congress a pay raise.

By the way, many states are going to raise their minimum wage rates as January 2013 begins.

Conservatives are screaming that federal workers shouldn't be entitled to any raises whatsoever!

Shame though, these same individuals would punish the mail carrier, the FBI agent, a member of the military, the TSA worker, the IRS agent, the National Park ranger, a member of National Archives and numerous others for getting a pay raise.

The 112th Congress by far was the least productive. Republicans and the Tea Party have "stuck" to their principles and ended up sinking their job approval into the low.

As of March 27, 2013, federal employees will see a half-percent to one percent pay increase, marking the end of a pay freeze that has been in place since late 2010. Congress hasn't seen a pay raise since 2009.

This Executive Order will make Vice President Joe Biden's pay increase from $225,521 to $231,900 a year, before taxes. House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) will see his salary increased to $224,500 and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nevada) will take home an annual pay of $194,400 after his raise.

Congressmen and senators make $174,000 a year and will see an extra $900 in their annual pay packages before taxes next year.

The Hill Reports that the order is issued as President Barack Obama and Congress work to reach a deal on the "fiscal cliff" of tax hikes and spending cuts set to begin in January.

Unless Congress acts within the next few days, more than $500 billion in tax increases and spending cuts will take effect in January, and the fiscal shock would likely cause a new recession.

By law, Congress cannot get a larger increase in salary than the adjustment given to federal workers.

President Barack Obama proposed that workers get a 0.5 percent pay increase last year and wanted it to take effect on January 1. In September, the president agreed with Congress to delay the pay increase at least until the expiration of a continuing resolution funding the government at the end of March.

Federal workers have been laboring under a two-year pay freeze ordered by President Barack Obama in December 2010 to try to reduce spending. Congress has not seen a pay increase since 2009.

Here's a solution to all these agitators concerns: How about you fools stop wasting your energy keystroking on the internet! Take action and run for Congress. I mean if you so tired of Washington, DC, and the antics of both political parties, vote them out or run for the office.

I mean you can't do nothing if you're sitting on your lazy ass complaining about how it's "all Obama's fault" and never yours!

My Honest Opinion Of The Tea Party And Republicans!

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky), House Speaker, Congressman John Boehner (R-Ohio) and Majority Leader Congressman Eric Cantor (R-Virginia) are scorned by the public according to most polls. The Republican Party's stubborness and bitterness (likely racist) campaign against President Barack Obama has caught up and people are tired of it!
As the sequester (fiscal cliff/debt ceiling) debate continues with neither side willing to sacrifice for the sake of the nation, we here at Journal de la Reyna continue to keep you informed! The nation is gripping for a tax hike and possible spending cuts that may eventually take our country into another recession. Gun control is front and center as a result of the Sandy Hook shooting. Each of these important issues are taking either the backseat or thrown inside of the trunk when it comes to Republicans. I want to share my honest opinion of the Republicans and their allies in the conservative movement in general.

I can't stand them. I am very frustrated with Republicans, conservative agitating and the extremism.

By far this 112th Congress is the least productive in history. This is also the first Congress since 1947 in which a member of the Kennedy family has not served, as well as the most politically polarized Congress since Reconstruction, with record low approval ratings. This ties the 80th Congress of 1947 when Republicans took control during the times of President Harry Truman. The 80th Congress was nicknamed the "Do Nothing Congress" by President Harry Truman. The Congress opposed many of the bills passed during the Franklin Roosevelt administration. They also opposed most of Truman's Fair Deal bills. Yet they passed many pro-business bills. During the 1948 election Truman campaigned as much against the "Do Nothing Congress" as against his formal opponent, Thomas Dewey.

The very same thing only 63 years later. The Republicans gridlock Congress in order to sabotage President Barack Obama. When the 2012 election came forth President Barack Obama was at low job approval ratings, but by the end of his term, he ended up winning reelection against perennial loser Mitt Romney.

GRIDLOCK EVEN THOUGH REPUBLICANS LOST!

It doesn't sink in their empty heads that they've lost the presidential election. It doesn't sink in their empty heads that they barely hold control of the House of Representatives and the Senate is still in Democrat control. The Republican leaders are looking even more worse. Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky, Minority Leader) and Congressman John Boehner (R-Ohio, Speaker of The House) are now ranked unfavorably by a majority of Americans. It doesn't sink in their empty heads that most Americans want higher taxes on the rich, Mitt Romney to go away, and the Republicans to work with the president.

The Republicans are more Whiter and less moderate.

As the president wraps up his first term, his second term will begin with the very same idiots who screwed up the country. The president will continue to have his policies or nominees stalled or blocked by constant obstruction. Republicans agitate this debate that it's our current president's fault for the economy tanking.

Clearly wiping away the history of a two termed president who allowed the country to go into two wars. A president who allowed tax cuts for the rich go forth without paying for them. A president who raised the debt ceiling more than 8 times without much obstruction. A president who took us into The Great Recession.

That allow a Democratic senator become the President Of The United States. And during his first term, Republicans seemed willing to work with the new president. This new president allowed members of the House and Senate come to the White House to eat with him, watch movies and travel on his plane. This new president allowed Republicans come to the table on issues to jump start the economy. It took a conservative agitator and a cable news channel determined to see that this new president fails.

They didn't want no part of this new president's agenda.

So what do these Republicans do?

They create this Tea Party movement. This movement is based off of phony patriotism, bitterness and a strong hatred of the first Black president.

Now of course, not all Republicans are racists. There are reasonable members of the national party. But as of today and for the majority of this new 113th Congress, Republicans are by far the most extreme!

This week alone brings us to the finale of the debate.

It's now at least 25% chance of Congress passing a law that stops the fiscal crisis that may loom in the coming month.

As far as the Republicans are concerned, they've stood up for their principles! Their principles will destroy the nation and President Barack Obama is willing to tarnish them for sabotaging the economy.

Republicans aren't willing to support their own ideas. The Tea Party bucked Speaker Boehner last week.

They're trying to invoke fear in the Democrats. The Republicans and their allies are targeting Democrats and Republican members who support gun rights but support legislation that offers reasonable gun control. They are already focused on taking Democrats in politically Republican states.

They want to line up political novices such as Senator Marco Rubio (R-Florida), Senator Tim Scott (R-South Carolina), Congressman Paul Ryan (R-Wisconsin), Senator Rand Paul (R-Kentucky), New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, former governor Jeb Bush and others as the 2016 Republican presidential nominee.

They want to blame President Barack Obama for the mess he inherited from the Bush Administration.

They couldn't give him four years to get things done. Most of his agenda was stalled or caught in gridlock.

Although historical laws were passed and signed by President Barack Obama, the Republicans wasted no time trying to repeal them. They've wasted taxpayer money passing symbolic legislature repealing Obamacare. They've spent a majority of Congressional funds to defend the Defense Of Marriage Act, a controversial law that defines marriage between man and woman, slightly outlawing gay marriage.

There were many reactions to the possible government shutdown with some saying the economy could be hurt during a fragile recovery and others saying the lack of an unnecessary bureaucracy would not be noticed. There was also criticism that while senators and representatives would continue to get paid others such as the police and military personnel would either not be paid for their work or have their payments deferred.

VALUES MATTERED!

Again I personally don't care what these people do in their private lives. But since these guys promote themselves a family values and upright citizens, one is to believe these guys are serious about family values!

No. Not one bit!

These so-called "family values" members of the Republican Party were partying like rock stars. Recently Senator Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) was arrested for driving while intoxicated in Virginia. Congressman Scott DesJarlais (R-Tennessee) admitted he had an affair on his second wife and the mistress had an abortion after he learned the woman was pregnant. Congressman Ben Quayle (R-Arizona) was defeated in a primary by Congressman David Schweikert (R-Arizona). Quayle and Congressman Kevin Yoder (R-Kansas) have took their clothes off and dived into the Dead Sea in Israel. They created a sex scandal. Republican Arizona sheriff Paul Babeu was caught in a gay scandal with his former boyfriend being an illegal and the sheriff being a hardline extremist on border security.

Herman Cain and Newt Gingrich both natives of Georgia ran for president. Cain, a perennial candidate for higher office and talk show host once ran restaurants. Cain brags about turned around struggling Godfather's Pizza. Gingrich, a former Congressman and later House Speaker now does speaking tours and promoting books. Both are not family value candidates. They've both had numerous affairs on their wives. Gingrich dumping two wives to be with his current wife Republican operative Calista. Cain, a married man himself, kept his wife out the spotlight. His wife is a life-long Democrat and was likely to vote for the president. He had admitted to having an affair with three women, one filing a sexual harassment lawsuit against him.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, a famous actor ran for governor in 2003 as a Republican. Many conservatives and even some Democrats wanted the actor to win. And he won easily. He served the remainder of Democrat Gray Davis' term and easily won reelection. During his time as governor it was revealed that he had an affair with the nanny of Schwarzenagger and wife Maria Shriver's children. The former governor father a child who is about the age of his youngest son. Shriver, a news reporter and reality television celebrity. She is a decedent of the Kennedy family by mother Eunice (nee Kennedy). The couple recently had a divorce.

Mark Sanford, then governor of South Carolina was a hard line family values politician. It was revealed in 2009 that the governor left the United States to have an affair with an Argentina news reporter. His wife, Jenny is trying to rebuilt her tarnished image by running for political office. Sanford, himself wants to claim the seat that Tim Scott held before he was appointed as a senator.

Joe Walsh, an outgoing Illinois congressman is a deadbeat parent. He has the nerve to attack single women such as Sandra Fluke. He speaks ill of Black voters and their overwhelming support of the president. Walsh had the nerve to attack a veteran who is disabled. His opponent Tammy Duckworth is a double amputee combat veteran and Walsh treated her as a some degenerate! He was handed a defeat. He was a defiant in defeat. John Ensign was a Nevada senator. He resigns because he was caught in an affair and had his parents bail him out!

TOKENS PLEASE!

Republicans prop up Black, South Asian and Hispanic members like trophies. Republicans flex their color card with Tim Scott, senator from South Carolina, Herman Cain, South Carolina governor Nikki Haley, Allen West, outgoing congressman from Florida, Marco Rubio, senator from Florida, New Mexico governor Susana Martinez, Raúl Labrador, congressman from Idaho and Ted Cruz, the new senator from Texas.

These extremists prop themselves as "freed" slaves off the "Democrat Plantation".

Republicans online and sometimes in the general public make ridiculous assertions about being the party of Civil Rights legislation in the 1960s. The Republicans were a minority in Congress during the 1960s and they managed to court the conservative Moral Majority! They constantly bothered President John F. Kennedy for being too liberal and meddling in the affairs of White people. After President Kennedy was assassinated, his successor President Lyndon B. Johnson took control of the agenda. They nominated extremist Berry Goldwater, a senator from Arizona to take the helms of the Republican Party. They push forth this narrative that the New Deal was a failure, the Great Society is "big government" run amuck, and the Black Civil Rights leaders were trouble makers!

Republicans didn't want part of Johnson's agenda. In their distorted minds, they claim that without their help, they wouldn't have passed historic laws that ended segregation.  They continue to beat up on former Vice President/media mogul Al Gore's father and the late senator Robert Byrd for stalling Civil Rights laws of the past.

This current Congress managed to stall Civil Rights legislation for Hispanics by refusing to pass the DREAM Act. The Republicans look at Blacks as dependent on welfare, entitlements and vote only on race! Instead of wondering why these growing minorities are supporting Democrats, the Republicans are trying to pass laws that restrict minorities and the poor from voting.

THE GREAT CULTURE WAR!

The Defense of Marriage Act was passed in the 1990s after the Republicans pressured President Bill Clinton into signing the law. The law was pushed in with tax increases. The laws is discrimination against same sex couples. The law is on the docket in the Supreme Court.

The Republicans want NPR and PBS to lose public funds. The Republicans want Planned Parenthood to lose funding and women to not have preventive healthcare.

The Republicans want to end labor unions by passing legislation that restrict collective bargaining rights. They want to maintain legislation that keep wages low and productive activity high.

The conservative agenda spreads into businesses like Chick-Fil-A, Hobby Lobby, Papa John's and Denny's want to punish the working class for supporting President Barack Obama.

Fox News, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, The Drudge Report, and Andrew Breitbart worked overtime on culture war issues. They rallied against the Obama administration and had people fired. These ridiculous conservatives grabbed their cameras and ran into the poor neighborhoods of America to find a Black person to make the case against the president. They interviewed a woman in Ohio and she says "I get a Obama phone!" This lit up the internet of hate and Republicans wanted to have this become a rally cry for ending the safety net for poorer Americans.

They were up in arms over Fast & Furious and Benghazi incidents. They tried to damage Attorney General Eric Holder and United Nations Ambassador Susan Rice. They want them marched out of Washington, DC in handcuffs. They want to see the president impeached for tragedies such as these since firearms were used in these tragedies. But when real tragedies occur such as Sandy Hook and Aurora movie shootings, the Republicans rather allow this continue because these infringe on "their rights" as Americans to own firearms.

Even though most want issues to be solved, Republicans are the only ones standing in the way of progress!

SUMMARY!

The Republicans would rather see the economy tank in order to blame President Barack Obama for the crisis.

The Republicans wrapped their asses around American flag in defense of these silly culture wars.

The Republicans and their allies in the conservative movement are reactionary bigots. These bigots harbor hatred of minorities, the lower class, the middle class, the working class, independent women, and the LGBT community.

The Republicans and their allies in the conservative movement have issues a person's with race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, political and economic standings.

The Republicans are determined to defeat the president at any cost.

The Republicans and their conservative allies are the racist, sexist, Islamophobic, homophobic, condescending, pain inducing morons that the Democrats and liberals paint them out to be.

And today and probably for the most part, I will no longer support Republicans and their conservative allies.

I hope you understand that this time it's personal!

John Boehner Can't Get His Own Party Together!

Republican leader tears up after PLAN B comes up short of votes. Republicans playing with the fiscal cliff and it's going to have causalities. Congressman John Boehner (R-Ohio) may go down in history as one of the worst Speakers ever!
The Ohio representative who is the current Speaker of The House has been boxed in by President Barack Obama. The fallout over taxes has Republicans scrambling! The Republican leader has to make a tough decision. As Washington prepares to go over the fiscal cliff, Congressman John Boehner (R-Ohio, Speaker of The House) has to make tax rates go up for those who made over $250,000. Tonight, his own Republican House members aren't going to any tax increases, regardless of the situation.

President Barack Obama's honeymoon period began after he won reelection. The president's job approval is at 56% according to the Gallup Poll. This matches May 2011 when the president announced that he ordered the successful mission to kill Osama bin Laden. This is the final year of the president's first term but it seems like it's his second term already! The unprecedented gridlock even after the elections has the public souring on the Republicans. And the slim majority in the House of Representatives may be lost if this stuff continues.

Boehner for his part tried to limit the tax rates. He wanted to raise taxes on the millionaires and not those who make $200,000 to 1 million. President Barack Obama was sliding into that direction. Republicans have not supported this nor the president's plan. The fiscal cliff is rounding down to less than nine days and the Republicans have piss off a majority of the American people.

Mitt Romney lost! Republicans barely have control of the House of Representatives. The public want the rich to pay more. The public doesn't want cuts to safety nets. The public want reasonable cuts into the safety nets.

The Republicans and their conservative allies are going to be blamed.

The president is getting tired of the games being played over the debt ceiling and fiscal cliff. He already played his hands and Boehner is shaky. On top of that, his own Republicans are screwing him.

Tonight's pull of the so-called "PLAN B" of raising rates on millionaires is just too much for even Republicans to swallow. Now we're four days away from Christmas and it's likely the president and Congress will be in Washington during this period.

"The House did not take up the tax measure today because it did not have sufficient support from our members to pass," Boehner said in a statement. "Now it is up to the president to work with Senator Reid on legislation to avert the fiscal cliff. The House has already passed legislation to stop all of the January 1 tax rate increases and replace the sequester with responsible spending cuts that will begin to address our nation's crippling debt. The Senate must now act."

Senator Harry Reid (D-Nevada, Majority Leader) ordered all members of the senate to stay in Washington until this is done. Boehner will likely do the same if the Republicans continue to hold back his proposals.

This is a reminder to why it's important that you don't support Republicans! This is a bunch of bitter ass old White people who continue to screw the nation up because of their hate of a Black president. Some members of the Tea Party Caucus are so screwed up! They don't even see that this gridlock will be their downfall. This playing with the country's economy for partisan purposes hurts the nation.

Republicans fear Rush Limbaugh, Grover Norquist, Matt Drudge, Fox News, World Net Daily, the Heritage Foundation, Americans for Prosperity, and the National Rifle Association. The Democrats are putting in their spine and are likely going to be more aggressive against these foes.

Boehner may not have the gavel for much longer if the Republicans continue to be an obstruction to him and the president.

GOP Senate Candidate Says It's God's Plan For Rape Victims To Get Pregnant!

Indiana Republican senate candidate Richard Mourdock under fire.
The Todd Akin scandal spreads into Tennessee, Illinois and now Indiana.

The Tea Party backed Richard Mourdock has put himself in the soup! The Indiana state treasurer beaten longtime moderate Senator Richard Lugar (R-Indiana) after Republicans were pushing for more conservative candidates.

Now it's apparently that this "War on Women" stuff is real. The Republicans are trying to meddle in women's legs and a same sex couple's bedroom!

Mourdock was told by the Republican National Committee to tone down his rhetoric in the conservative leaning state. After he said that he wasn't willing to work with Democrats if the Republicans take control, it caused his opponent to catch up with him. The state trends Republican and it's likely a victory for the controversial candidate Mourdock. He's facing Congressman Joe Donnelly (D-Indiana) for the seat. The seat is a toss lean Republican.

The Christian Science Monitor reports that during a Tuesday debate between Asked whether abortion should be allowed in cases of rape or incest, Mourdock said, “I struggled with myself for a long time, but I came to realize that life is that gift from God. And, I think, even when life begins in that horrible situation of rape, that is something God intended to happen.”

After the debate, Mourdock clarified his remark, saying that rape is a horrible thing that he does not believe is itself part of a divine plan.

President Barack Obama carried the state in 2008, but it's unlikely he'll carry this state in the general election.

Mitt Romney is embroiled in another scandal that has him flip-flopping even on an endorsement.

Just this Monday, Mitt Romney put his full endorsement of a candidate who said it was "God's will" that rape carries should carry pregnancy. Now the nominee is putting heavy distance between himself and the embattled Republican.

When Congressman Todd Akin (R-Missouri) said his comments about women reject rape, that lit up the internet. The Republican National Committee at first didn't put a dime into his campaign. Mitt Romney and Congressman Paul Ryan (R-Wisconsin), the vice presidential nominee have called upon the candidate to resign. Akin refused the call and continued on. The Republican is trailing in polls against embattled Senator Claire McCaskill (D-Missouri). The race is leaning towards the Democrat.

Then a Tea Party endorsed Congressman Scott DesJarlais (R-Tennessee) had revealed he had an affair with a patient when he was then a physician. He urged the woman to have an abortion to save his marriage. DesJarlais ran on the notion as a pro-life (even in case of rape) candidate. That has the Democrats scrambling to assist the challenger Eric Stewart, a Democratic state legislator.

Congressman Joe Walsh (R-Illinois) is taking on perennial Tammy Duckworth, a military triple amputee veteran. The Congressman has knocked the president's supporters as being degenerates. Called Sandra Fluke a "loser" who gained fame on "whining". And now talking about abortions, Walsh wrote:

"When it comes to having an abortion to save the life of a mother, I will say again that, outside of the very rare circumstances such as ectopic pregnancies, during which both the mother and baby will die if the baby is not aborted, and other rare health issues, the research is pretty clear that with the advances in modern medicine, an invasive and traumatic procedure like an abortion is not necessary to save the life of a mother.

In those very rare cases where a mother's life may be in danger past the point of viability for the baby, today's doctors work to induce labor or perform a cesarean section in an attempt to save BOTH lives. These cases are extremely rare, and they unfortunately are used by the militant pro-choice movement to justify every single abortion."

Walsh corrected his stance during a radio debate against Duckworth.

Now we know that Rush Limbaugh started the fire and now Republicans are adding gasoline on it! It's like the Democratic Party is moving to the right and the Republicans are moving off the planet.

Seriously, why are people concerned with other people's bodies and sex lives?

I don't like abortions, but I don't stop a woman from making a choice for her body! That's a decision that is not only an emotional experience but also traumatic!

I don't think the state or federal government should have a right to intervene in a person's right to choice.

Weak Tea?

Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota) could be defeated!
The Tea Party was crushed by the Establishment! They nominated the Establishment candidate Mitt Romney as their leader and now voters have a chance to vote for him or President Barack Obama in the 2012 U.S. Presidential Election.

Merely three years ago, hundreds of protests began in February 2009 on the whims of conservative outrage to the first Black president. They've masqueraded their crusades against the president based on claims of massive spending, taxes and socialism.

Things that portrayed a "NIGGERIZATION" of the first Black president. Spawned by online activism and borrowed from Congressman Ron Paul's (R-Texas) supporters came the Tea Party movement. The first massive Tea Party movement started in April 2009 and was sponsored by the conservative Fox News Channel and its then lead agitator Glenn Beck.

Signs were aplenty and controversy was there. From comparisons to Hitler to pictures with bones in President Barack Obama's nose, the Tea Party was dubbed by its foes as the last remnants of racism in the modern history. While the Tea Party roundly dismissed this, they've brought on Black, Hispanic, Asian and even gay activists who were supporters of the Tea Party. They were the stooges to a growing movement in a sea of White faces.

They were pushed by Sarah Palin, the former governor of Alaska. She was dubbed the "Tea Party maven" or the "Mama Grizzly" of the movement. She spawned activism and became the voice of the movement in 2010.

Her endorsements of Minnesota Republican congresswoman Michele Bachmann, Senator Jim DeMint (R-South Carolina), Joe Walsh, Allen West, Mike Lee, Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, Kristi Noem, Scott Brown, Tim Scott, Rick Scott, Congressman Steve King (R-Iowa), Paul LaPage, Congressman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), Pat Toomey, Nikki Haley and others. Some made it to the governor's chair, the state house, the U.S. House, and the U.S. Senate.
Counting the days! Congressman Steve King (R-Iowa) is facing a tougher election this time.
Their most biggest rallies were in April 2009 when it started. In 2010, the Democrats passed historical healthcare reform, the Republicans and Tea Party were standing on the lawns of the U.S. Capitol shouting and threatening the Democratic members as they cast their votes.

In 2010, the Republicans won control of the House of representatives, state/territorial governorships and the voice of the American people.

Now in 2012, the Tea Party is hardly mentioned. The signs and protest are gone. Sarah Palin is barely mentioned in the news. It seems like even forefront members like Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas), Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota), Glenn Beck, Herman Cain, Dick Armey, Christine O'Donnell, and even Fox News were caught off guard by this. They were beaten by the Establishment.

The Establishment (or moderate Republicans) were the thorn in the Tea Party. The moderates were willing to help President Barack Obama when it came to major legislation. The Tea Party wants none of that.

Senator Richard Lugar (R-Indiana), Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) and then senator Bob Bennett of Utah were defeated by a Tea Party backed candidate. Congresswoman Jean Schmidt (R-Ohio), Congressman Don Manzullo (R-Illinois), and Congressman Cliff Sterns (R-Florida) were defeated in GOP primaries.

They were sent home even though they're highly conservative members of the House of Representatives.

Now it's likely the Democrats dream of winning back the House is far fetched. They have to build a new coalition of progressive, moderate and even slightly conservative members willing to sacrifice their principles for the good of the country.
Congressman Sean Duffy (R-Wisconsin) is working harder to keep his seat. The former reality television star is among some of the Tea Party endorsed candidates who are facing tougher elections this time!
They couldn't have a strong majority when you got members who side with Republicans on issues that could roll back progress. The Democrats have more party switches than Republicans nowadays.

Artur Davis, a former Alabama congressman who served as a Democrat reemerged as a conservative Black Republican. He was the only Black legislator from a deeply conservative state such as Alabama.

Democrats hope that the Tea Party mishaps could bring fortune! Already we had Congressman Joe Walsh (R-Illinois), Congressman Allen West (R-Florida), Congressman Steve King (R-Iowa), Congressman Sean Duffy (R-Wisconsin), Congressman Don Young (R-Alaska) having tougher races. They could be defeated.

The real prize is getting Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota) out! She's a prime target for defeat by a stronger Democratic challenger.

We'll see in the coming days.

But anyways, please vote early.

VOTE NOW!

Help put Barack Obama back into the White House!
