Insurgent Lawmaker Wants To Flaunt Her Ignorance In Washington!

Boob running for Congress. Michele Fiore, a controversial Republican assemblywoman running in a swing district.

The junk food media is watching a hotly contested Republican primary contest in the state of Nevada.

They're watching the race unfold between a rational conservative Republican and an insurgent who once stood in adamant support of White extremist Cliven Bundy.

Nevada State Assemblywoman Michele Fiore is by far one of the most divisive politicos in Nevada.

The lawmaker is considered a gadfly to fellow Republicans in Nevada. She uses her beauty, her breasts and her bullets to sway Republicans to vote for her. She is a lifelong member of the NRA and a beauty model for the gun magazines.

She was born in New York City. A proud Brooklyn native, Fiore moved from the cold nights of New York to the hot and steamy desert city of Las Vegas in 1993.

Fiore is embracing a spot in the House of Representatives. She said that she will give up her relatively safe Republican-held District 4 for the swing district currently held by a Republican. This election could determine if the impact of the insurgency in districts that swing for reliable politicos.

The 45-year old Fiore is campaigning for the 3rd Congressional District. The district covers Henderson and Boulder City, these areas are located within suburban Las Vegas.

Congressman Joe Heck (R-NV) is giving up his seat to run for the competitive Senate seat given up by the Minority Leader, Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV).

Donald Trump and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) are inspiring more extremism within the Republican Party.

Fiore has decided to run for Congress because she's inspired by the Ted Cruz presidential campaign.

Well her rhetoric managed to get some attention. The Republican primary debate was contentious at best between Fiore and a Republican rival. Many spotters are hoping to expose the insurgent for being inept and not ready for primetime.

Raw Story and Crooks & Liars have put this now viral video online. It shows Fiore going into a combative repose against Annette Teijeiro.

Footage from the six-person debate shows Fiore looking intently at Teijeiro as she drops a load on her.

"I know you’ve been around the country, but there are problems here in Nevada. And you know what? We can’t solve problems by going and shooting people in the head."
Fiore with her family holding firearms. Her grandson is holding firearm.
The remark was a reference to Fiore’s statement last December that, rather than barring Syrian refugees from entering the state, she would rather travel to Paris and “put a piece of brass in their ocular cavity and end their miserable life.”

The video, which was originally posted by Teijeiro, shows Fiore standing up and grabbing another microphone before telling her, “Your time is up.”

As the assemblywoman says that, a bell begins ringing — presumably to signal the end of Teijeiro’s turn. Fiore then adds, “You wanna have a debate with me? You wanna have a fight with me? The bell is ringing. Put your mic down.”

The two candidates had another contentious exchange later on, when Fiore said of Teijeiro, “This chick can’t run on her own merits, so the only thing she does is attack all of us.”

“I’m not a chick, I’m actually a medical doctor,” Teijeiro replied. “I’m an anaesthesiologist.”

Special thanks to Raw Story. Fiore has been a political gadfly for some years now. Since she's been elected to the Nevada Assembly she's done nothing since she's been elected. Many people should see that this "boob" shouldn't win on the merits of flaunting her breast and firearms.

Fiore is obsessed with talking shit and popping off shit. She might as well ask Dana Loesch for a job at the struggling Blaze Network. She'll fit right in with these wack-a-doodles.

Dana flaunts her breast and bullets too!

Palin: Black Lives Matter Activists Are Dogs With Fleas!

Sarah Palin and Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson at Stop The Iran Deal Rally.

The word vomit of the infamous former governor of Alaska. The One America Network host goes to Washington with Donald Trump and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) to protest the Iranian nuclear deal.

The former half-term governor took a pot shot at Black Lives Matter. She referred to the activists as anti-police "attack dogs" and stood firm with the notion President Barack Obama created this.

Some look at the comment as coded.

“Oh, and you know, since our president won’t say it, since he still hasn’t called off the dogs, we’ll say,” Sarah Palin said. “Police officers and first responders all across this great land, we’ve got your back, we salute you! Thank you, police officers!”

The racist right blame the activists for the death of police officers.

Palin didn't endorse Trump or Cruz yet. But she sure is a fan of them.

Any thoughts on this controversy?

Trump And Cruz: Do You Want Wine With Your Cheese?

Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Dum.

The controversial pair head to steps of the Capitol with the half term governor, a washed up celebrity television star, and two right wing agitators to plead to the Republicans to kill the Iranian nuclear proposal.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Donald Trump are currently running for the nomination. They are doing their best to keep the agitation going. Joined with them, Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson and the three morons: Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck and Mark Levin.

Each of these agitators were just as bombastic as the two clowns running for president.

Trump hasn't turned birther on Cruz. The controversial senator is born in Calgary, Manitoba. He is born to an American mother and Cuban father in a foreign country. Yes, Canada is a foreign country.

Cruz, Glenn Beck and Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-TX)
Trump still leads in the field. Ben Carson is in second place and Cruz is either tied in third or fourth with Carly Fiorina.

Cruz is an unaccomplished politician who pisses off Republican leaders. His combative and unabashed principles are what's destroying the remaining amounts of bipartisanship in Washington.

Many Republicans quietly and sometimes loudly mock him for being a "pain in the ass." House Weeper John Boehner (R-OH) once told some his buddies that Cruz needs to "shut the fuck up".

This has brought his stock up. He was in eighth place. The Kim Davis fiasco and this event may inspire the extremist to support him. He surged to top-tier standings.

The Tea Party Patriots (the group responsible for aiding insurgent candidates) hosted this event.

The Republican rally is the last ditch attempt to keep focus on opposing an already settled matter.
Controversial agitator Mark Levin speaking at Washington DC rally.
The matter is done. Republicans once again are on the losing side of the debate.

The president won the month yet again. President Barack Obama worked during his August break to wrangle up most of the Democrats. He managed to get 42 out of 46 Democratic senators (include independents Angus King and Bernie Sanders) to block any Republican counter proposal or resolution blocking the Iranian deal.

The Republicans didn't even read the proposal. All the Republicans done during the 60 day period was take a vacation.

This comes on the heels of the conservative outrage at Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei's social media outburst. They are outraged that Khamenei went to Twitter to blast Israel and Republicans for threatening his country. He said that Israel won't last for longer than 25 years if they attack his country.

The president had called Iranian president Hussan Rouhani in 2013. He wanted to make a deal with the Iranian president. He told him that if they would cease the nuclear enhancement, the United Nations will lift the sanctions.

I won't be able to fit all the nuts in but I will say that Trump, Cruz, Palin, Beck and Levin were the headliners. Also Phil Robertson, Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX), Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-TX), former lawmaker Michele Bachmann, and Breitbart agitator Joel Pollak were in featured speakers.

Trump, Cruz and Palin were be featured. Find the rest on CSPAN or YouTube. I couldn't stomach the bile.

One Duggar And A Whole Lot Of Trouble!

The Duggars. The family admits that Josh molested children.

Josh Duggar is a conservative activist and reality television star. He was fired out the cannon at the Christian extremist Family Research Council after he admits to molesting young girls including his siblings.

This is the oldest son of the family.

TLC is concerned that 19 Kids and Counting is in limbo. The show stars Duggar's father Jim Bob and his mother Michelle. They are the proud parents of 19 children and six grandchildren.

TLC films their daily routines in rural Arkansas. They are a ratings grabber. Among the conservatives who believe that the junk food media is too liberal and giving Christians a bad name, the Duggars were an escape from it.

Conservatives love them Duggars. Matter of fact, if you got an endorsement from the Duggars, you're getting some major star backing.

The Duggar family have a lot of support from conservative activists. Scott Walker, Stallmigo Ted Cruz (R-TX), Mike Huckabee and others were pictured with the Duggars.
Josh and wife Anna are the parents of four children.
Wondering if that annoying conservative agitator will find some issue with it?

Nope.

Josh admits when he was young, he admits that as a teenager (yeah, right) was touching his girls inappropriately.

There's an uproar about it. Some are calling for TLC to end the ties with the Duggars.

Josh apologized for his sins and vows to do right!

Yeah, right.

The Washington Post added that his apology came through the social media.

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar.
“Twelve years ago, as a young teenager, I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret,” Duggar said in a statement posted on Facebook on Thursday. “I hurt others, including my family and close friends. I confessed this to my parents who took several steps to help me address the situation.

“We spoke with the authorities where I confessed my wrongdoing, and my parents arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling. I understood that if I continued down this wrong road that I would end up ruining my life.”

Hours before Duggar’s statement, In Touch Weekly had published a partially redacted police report from the Springdale Police Department in Arkansas that, the tabloid said, contained details of the allegations against Duggar. The report redacted the name of the suspect and the alleged victims, all juveniles, but listed Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar as relatives. The incidents occurred in 2002 and 2003.

I mean again, we're human beings first. Everything else last. If things were normal in America, no one would care about what goes on in someone's personal life. Unfortunately, when you're dogged by the cameras, everything you do is the third rail. The Duggars are no exception.

The Duggars have spoken anti-gay rhetoric. The Duggars have been known to be racial extremists. They are known Christian extremists. They promote themselves as this large normal family. But what goes on when the cameras are off and TLC left the home, what happens next?

Conservatives are quick to label Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown "thugs".

Will they call Josh Duggar a pedophile?

Some Righties Want Kasich To Get Into The Clown Car!

Some of the Republican faithful want John Kasich to put the makeup on and jump into the clown car.

After a landslide victory against the Democratic nominee for Ohio guv, Republican John Kasich is being floated around by the junk food media as the next clown to get into the car.

The current guv of the all important swing state of Ohio is thinking about it.

Kasich a former congressman and agitator on Loserville decided to run against Ted Strickland during the 2010 Insurgency Wave. He was testing the water during his final leg of hosting his gig on talk radio and Loserville. He would get Rupert and Chief Roger's blessing to run. In 2010, on a narrow victory, Kasich won.

During his first term, he pissed off the public sector unions by running the SB5 law that stripped collective bargaining rights from the public sector. That was roundly rejected in a referendum ballot sparked by voters.

He would later embrace Obamacare. That pissed off the insurgency.

He embraced the U.S. Justice Department's investigations into the killings of John Crawford and Tamir Rice, pissing off some in the law enforcement and racist right.

He would go golfing with President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden. And you know how the conservative agitators react the president going on a golf outing.

Yeah, he's not loved among the insurgency. He's too RINO for the red meat crowd. He's been a bad governor at best. And its unfortunate I did vote for him. He's not a terrible governor but the actions speak of stupidity and basic showboating.

Sure Ohio has a low unemployment rate. But hell, half of the residents split from the state.

It's leaving the door open for rival states to surpass Ohio in population growth. See when the state fails at growing it loses a U.S. Congressional District.
Kasich is thinking about it. But he hasn't formed an exploratory committee yet.
Kasich knows that Ohio is on the downward trend when it comes to residency. He can brag about the unemployment numbers and a balance budget all he wants, but the state is not popular and people are driven to states where the real jobs are!

Some how, I don't know what to think! Kasich has a candle to hold on! However he and the rest of the clowns are uninspiring, inclusive and too goddamn intrusive.

Given the forward march on marijuana legalization, women demanding equal pay, gay marriage, and calls to raise the minimum wage, I can't see any of these candidates viable against a potential perennial run for Hillary Clinton. Even a Clinton or Biden run is uninspiring for me.

I don't have the buzz of inspiration! They pretty much made me lose faith in democracy. The way they've disrespected the first Black president also makes me think that White presidents aren't going to be any better or worst than the previous predecessors.

The Freedom Summit Conference was being held by Iowa Republican  Congressman Steve "Deport The Vermin" King. He hosted the wackadoodles like that former Alaskan guv, former Arkansas guv, former Texas guv, Louisiana's Piyush "Bobby" Jindal, Wisconsin's Scott Walker, New Jersey's Chris Christie, Stallmigo Ted Cruz, Marco "Amnesty" Rubio, and perennial loser/always last place Rick Santorum in the fold. But absent were establishment politicos Jeb Bush and perennial loser Mitt Romney, both former guvs, Indiana's Mike Pence, and Ohio's Kasich, both current guvs.

The field is extremely weak. I mean given that Jeb Bush is probably the best clown in the whole field,. The fact that former governor Oops, former nutbag Michele Bachmann, perennial losers Romney, Santorum, Jim Gilmore, and the ex-Arkansas guv are thinking about failing again is just sad.

The failed candidates of 2008 and 2012 are really desperate clowns. Obviously the world hates them, but it would be fun to see if they can managed to get enough delegates to nominee. I hope that they eventually win the 270 to become the ring master.

Do you believe that Kasich is the right clown to fit into the car?

Can he become the star of the circus?

Flashing Signs!

TK gifs

The consequence of not voting. Voting is extremely important for Americans. They say that your voice doesn't matter. If you supported the party that loss, then you can't be mad that you didn't vote.

The junk food media leads into stupid discussions about politicians doing unprofessional or unbecoming things around their constituents.

The racist right continues to rear its ugly head after this election. This local junk food media story from Minneapolis got attention of The Huffington Post and the Daily Kos.

TWO THINGS TO GET OFF MY CHEST.

ONE: IF YOU ARE COMMENTING ON THIS AND ANY OTHER STORY ON JOURNAL DE LA REYNA, PLEASE LEAVE A NAME AND A MESSAGE. ANY COMMENTS FROM ANONYMOUS USERS WILL BE DELETED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

TWO: IF YOU'RE NOT AWARE OF THE OUTRAGE METER BY THE CONSERVATIVES (ALSO KNOWN AS THE RACIST RIGHT), A WHITE WOMAN STANDING NEAR A BLACK MAN. THAT IS DOG WHISTLE FOR RACISTS. THEY HATE INTERRACIAL COUPLES. EVEN THOUGH THIS IS JUST A GRASSROOTS ATTEMPT TO GET PEOPLE TO VOTE. THE VERY MENTION OF A WHITE WOMAN NEAR A BLACK MAN PISSES THE WHITE EXTREMISTS OFF. THIS IS A PROGRESSIVE MAYOR WHO WANTS TO ENCOURAGE THEM KNOT HEADED BLACK FOLKS TO VOTE.

IT MAY BE PART OF THE CONDESCENDING LEFT'S ATTEMPTS TO WRANGLE BLACKS AND LATINOS OUT TO THE POLLS. BUT THIS WEEK'S REPUBLICAN VICTORY IS A CERTAIN REASON FOR AN IN-DEPTH LOOK INTO ENCOURAGING HIGHER TURNOUT.

They want to clear the air over an apparent racially motivated story created by a disgruntled law enforcement officer and a turdporter who leans conservative.

The mayor of Minneapolis, Betsy Hodges is under fire for appearing in a YouTube video in what seems to be making a "gang sign" with an ex-convict.

Hodges teamed up with the charity Neighborhoods Organizing for Change for a get-out-the-vote effort one week before Election Day. She posed with Navell Gordon, a former resident of the iron college. He got served for drug possession and illegal gun usage. He's reformed and trying to at least repay his debts to society.
He poses with the mayor and takes a picture. That got the disgruntled officer pissed. He decides to gin up a racial panic by tipping off a local turdporter who probably acts like an anchor on Loserville.

Gordon who has been advocating for ex-convicts to vote is being smeared by this disgruntled cop.

KTSP hasn't responded to the concerns but are aware that their report gave them a great deal of controversy.

While that may look like just an innocently pointed finger, to KSTP and local law enforcement, it's apparently a "known gang sign." KSTP noted it was tipped off to the photo by law enforcement sources, who said they were browsing Gordon's Facebook page while doing "investigative work."

"She's putting cops at risk," Michael Quinn, a retired law enforcement officer, said in KSTP's report. "The fact that they're flashing gang signs back and forth at each other, showing solidarity with the gangs, she's legitimizing what they're doing, she's legitimizing these people who are killing our children in Minneapolis."

John Delmonico, president of the Minneapolis Police Federation, wondered if Hughes would "support gangs in the city or cops."
Two thumbs up are a "gang sign".
Based on what police told the station, KSTP reports there's "no evidence" Gordon is in a gang but he does have "connections to gang members." KSTP reports a spokesman for Hodges told them, "The man in the photo is well regarded by the nonprofit that employs him and the mayor is simply 'pointing at him' in the photo."

KSTP reporter Jay Kolls has defended the station's interpretation of the photo, suggesting the point is actually a symbol of a local gang called the Stick Up Boys.

Kolls did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Huffington Post.

“Law enforcement sources alerted KSTP-TV to a photo they believed could jeopardize public safety and put their officers at risk, especially given the recent increase in gang violence," said Joe Johnston, director of public affairs for 5 Eyewitness News. "Multiple sources from several law enforcement agencies told 5 Eyewitness News the photo had the potential for undermining the work they are doing on the streets. 5 Eyewitness News blurred the individual’s face and did not name the group he was working for because police called into question only the judgment of Mayor Betsy Hodges.”
Mayor Betsy Hodges of Minneapolis. She is a member of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party. This political organization supports the Democratic Party.
This isn't the first time Gordon has been targeted while trying to get out the vote. The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported in September that while collecting signatures for a petition to restore felons' voting rights, Gordon was tackled and handcuffed after a brief exchange with an officer, who then threatened to shoot witnesses who were protesting the incident.

The Minneapolis Police Department has been under scrutiny for a number of high-profile incidents, as well as a recent American Civil Liberties Union report that found blacks in the city are far more likely to be arrested for minor crimes than whites. While the mayor has worked to smooth over some of the department's issues, the Star-Tribune reports she has also criticized the police:

In response to the news report about Gordon and Hodges, Nekima Levy-Pounds, a law professor at the University of St. Thomas Law School and the founding director of the civil rights legal clinic Community Justice Project, penned an op-ed in the Star-Tribune titled "Dear White People: Mayor Betsy Hodges is Not in a Gang." She wrote about how she met Gordon and was impressed by his efforts to make change.

"This young man personally knocked on thousands of doors during the election season to help get out the vote and educate community residents about the impacts of felon disenfranchisement in Minnesota," Levy-Pounds wrote.

"As a young black man with a criminal history, he has experienced numerous challenges in attempting to successfully reintegrate back into society," she continued.

Minnesota Dad Tased In Front Of His Children!

Chris Lollie with his two children. Father was busted in a St. Paul plaza after police claimed he was disturbing the peace. Father did nothing wrong at the time of confrontation.

St. Paul Police are doing some damage control after a father filmed his confrontation with two of their officers. The officers confronted the father after he was sitting near a bank waiting on his children.

The police claimed that the father was disturbing the peace and was disorderly. For him to sit in a public plaza waiting on his children and the law bothering him for doing so warrants an investigation into the officer's handling of the situation.

Again "WE BLACK FOLK" and the law are like distant cousins. Blacks have the phobia that the law will shoot first and question last. The law often have problems with the residents of a majority Black community (or neighborhood). The law often try but fail at getting information

Say if there was a shooting. The law needs to know what happen. They want to prevent a potential criminal from committing a domestic attack. But with the Black community, they believe if you tell the law, you could end up dead or arrested yourself.

The Huffington Post and Addicting Info got the goods on Lollie's confrontation. The video is making rounds around the social networks. It's driven the narrative that police are trigger happy when confronting Black people.

Chris Lollie is a father of two. Earlier this year, Lollie recorded an altercation with the police. Police were called to the scene, and the 27-year-old began filming the interaction on his cell phone. The situation escalated, and police allegedly used a stun gun on Lollie before arresting him. As his footage began making the rounds online this week, the police defended the arrest, but Lollie says the incident was racially motivated.

Lollie's disturbing cell phone video is making headlines as a national debate swells around racial profiling and excess use of force by police departments across the country.

The footage begins as he walks with a female officer, explaining to her that he had been sitting outside the bank for 10 minutes before he was asked to leave. He tells the officer he didn't see signs saying he was on private property and didn't think it was fair that he was being asked to move.

"The problem is I'm black," he can be heard telling the officer. "That's the problem. ... I’m not sitting there with a group of people. I’m sitting there by myself. By myself, not causing a problem.”

Shortly after, a male officer walks up to them, and the exchange becomes heated. Lollie appears to drops his cell phone as he is presumably restrained by officers.
The law before they were to bust Chris Lollie.
"Put your hands behind your back or you're going to get tased," a voice can be heard saying as Lollie frantically repeats that he hasn't done anything wrong.

“I'm not doing anything! Stop, please,” Lollie yells as a clicking noise, possibly from a stun gun, can be heard in the background. “Can somebody help me? That’s my kids, right there! My kids are right there!”

"I don't have any weapons or anything, and then you tase me? For what?" he is heard saying shortly after.

The charges were dropped. Chris has brought his encounter to the social networks. What do you think of the incident?

Was it right for him to be arrested for doing nothing wrong?

Obama: The GOP Continues To Build Themselves Around Stupidity!

On camera it's friendly. But these two really can't stand each other.

If I was the President Of The United States and I gotten the treatment from those of the opposing party, I would gladly tell them to draw them "a penis and stick it up their ass".

I don't tolerate being the president of millions of Americans and my opposition constantly attacking me and not offering anything to better the nation.

I am not the first Black president. I may be the next one if the party nominates me and the American people vote for me. But as of today, I am just another arm chair warrior. A warrior who complains just like those who attack President Barack Obama.

Thomas Friedman gets the president to lay out his frustration against his opposition. The New York Times gets the opportunity to let president vent off.

The president lays the track on Iraq, Russia, Israel, the Republican Party, the outcome of this year's midterm and his legacy.

The Republicans will certainly take offense to the criticism. After all, they wasted no time going after the president when he authorized an airstrike against the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

He labeled the Republicans and the insurgency a bunch of extremists.

“If you look at the Democratic consensus, it’s a pretty common-sense mainstream consensus. It’s not a lot of wacky ideological nonsense.”

The Insurgency's Newest Weapon: Laura Ingraham!

The newest face of the right wing insurgency has a microphone and two notches on her belt.

The conservative agitator is rising the stakes in Washington politics.

The controversial agitator is proud to say that last week's run off between Republican Congressman from Georgia Jack Kingston and David Purdue ended with another victory for insurgency.

Kingston is going to be the next victim of the insurgency's fight within the Republican Party.

Majority Leader's Eric Cantor and Kingston are packing their bags for home.

The conservative agitator along with Mark "Ratface" Levin and numerous other groups are fighting the Republican establishment. They've gotten tired of the hot dog process of Congress, the constant "giving in" to President Barack Obama and their ineptness to immigration.

The insurgency believes that immigrants who come from the Southern Border are vermin. They believe that some Republican lawmakers are willing to sell out their "White privilege" for a bunch of immigrants.

RealClearPolitics have been profiling the conservative agitator and it's a good read.

It tells a story of a nearly struggling talk radio agitator who managed to bounce back from the brink of defeat.

Obamacare Got Knocked Down By Federal Judges!

Conservative judges strike down the subsides for the Affordable Care Act.

The president's signature law is under fire once again by the activist court. A three-judge panel ruled in Halbig v. Burwell that people in the 36 states that use the federal health insurance exchange are ineligible for subsidized insurance. The decision would also affect those who purchased insurance through the exchange but don't receive subsidies, as reneging on the payments would lead to a rapid increase in insurance rates for everyone.

Raymond Randolph, a Bush, sr. judge.
The White House said Tuesday the decision will be appealed to the entire D.C. circuit court -- what's known as an en banc review -- where Democrats hold a majority that is nearly certain to overturn the GOP judges' aggressive move. The next step could be the Supreme Court, which already upheld the Affordable Care Act in a separate case two years ago.

The two judges seized on text within the law that said subsidies would be provided to people who purchased insurance on exchanges established by the states. But 36 states declined to set up their own exchanges, and chose to rely on the federal government's exchange instead. Because the law doesn't specifically say that people who bought insurance on the federal exchange also get subsidies, the law's opponents argued that therefore such subsidies are illegal.

"The problem confronting the [ACA] is that subsidies also turn on a third attribute of Exchanges: who established them. Under section 36B, subsidies are available only for plans 'enrolled in through an Exchange established by the State under section 1311 of the [ACA],'" the majority opinion ruled, rejecting the counter-argument that other portions of the law specifically say that a federal exchange set up for a state is by definition a state exchange.

Thomas Griffin, W.'s appointed judge.
Halbig v. Burwell is a lawsuit that challenges the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. A July 8, 2014 Washington Post article described it as being "the next big Obamacare case." On June 30, 2014, the Los Angeles Times said that compared to the recent Burwell v. Hobby Lobby ruling, it was "a far more fundamental challenge to Obamacare."

The lawsuit challenges the power of the federal government to spend money on subsidies for policies that were purchased at the federal exchange. The plaintiff claims that the text of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act only allows federal subsidies for exchanges that were "established by the State under Section 1311."

The Washington Post reported, "Section 1311 instructs states to create exchanges. Federal exchanges are established under Section 1321 of the Act." Subsidies for citizens in 34 states are at risk, because people in those states signed up under the federal exchange.

This is an ongoing situation, we here at Journal de la Reyna will continue to cover this controversy.

The Republicans and their allies once again obsess with a law that benefits millions of Americans who can't afford insurance. This ruling could affect over 4.7 to 10 million who already signed for the federal assistance in healthcare coverage.

IMPEACH!

Conservatives are having a case of impeachment fever.

Conservatives and the racist right can't stand him. They really can't stand him and now they're pressuring Republicans to bring forth the word....

Nearly 16 years ago, the very same members are trying to rehash the notion. A handful of far right Republican politicos are threatening impeachment again. Pissed off over the president issuing executive orders to get things going. And he ain't even apologizing for doing that!

Republicans are whining and throwing lawsuits at him. They're throwing not only lawsuits but insults on his character and ginning up funds to beat the Democrats in the Midterms.

Congress is politically ranked among the worst. Weeper John Boehner (R-OH) and Whisperer Harry Reid (D-NV) are feckless and ineffective. Minority Leaders Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Mitt McConnell (R-KY) are fucked up too.

The Stallmigos are annoying as hell. Rand Paul (R-KY), Mike Lee (R-UT), Ted Cruz (R-TX), and Marco Rubio (R-FL) are agitators more than lawmakers. The agitators on radio are planning their coronation for defeat. They hope these losers will be the next president.

AGAIN, these four politicos have NO LEGISLATIVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS and yet they appear in the junk food media more than most politicos.

TOO MANY GOD DAMN APPEARANCES FROM JOHN MCCAIN (R-AZ), LINDSEY GRAHAM (R-SC), JOE MANCHIN (D-WV), DICK DURBIN (D-IL), REP. MIKE ROGERS (R-MI), REP. MICHELE BACHMANN (R-MN), AND REP. DARRELL ISSA (R-CA).

You hardly see senators like Cory Booker (D-NJ), Mark Kirk (R-IL),  Patty Murray (D-WA), Kay Hagan (D-NC), Mike Enzi (R-WY), Maria Cantrell (D-WA), Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) and Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) in the junk food media.
Feckless Republican leaders plotted gridlock the moment Obama was sworn in.
I mean how many legislative bodies were passed by Congress and signed by the president?

How many legislative days and hours were used by the 113th Congress?

Yeah, let's play this game. C'mon draft the Articles of Impeachment toward the president. We need Republicans, conservatives and White extremists to get their wet dreams fulfilled.

It's practically a DO NOTHING CONGRESS and yet we're more focused on President Barack Obama.

What if Quinnipiac University done a poll on how Congress is ranked?

I can tell you that both political parties aren't good. They're very bad. Extremely bad.

Republicans rate worse than Democrats but yet are likely the ones to retake the Congress in the Midterms.

Douchebag senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Pat Toomey (R-PA) during a press conference in 2013. They were calling for reasonable gun control after the Sandy Hook tragedy. They own guns but wanted to limit firearms to the mentally insane. That failed.
The Republicans are practically more enthusiastic in voting than the Democrats. But that was said back in 2012 when the junk food media was saying that [perennial loser] Mitt Romney was the best candidate to take on Obama.

Republicans are very vengeful. They lost in 2008 and 2012. They're fecklessness and inefficient lawmakers who can't work.

Democrats are vengeful too. Say if we get a Republican president. You already know what's going to happen. They will go to town on the Republican president.

Also if you look at the word vomit on the comment pages, it's practically tell the world that Americans are downright mean and utterly stupid. Yeah, stupid is a nasty way of telling it, but by gosh we're so misinformed by the junk food media.

Truth isn't even considered a fact. It's just another spin cycle for the agitators.

Okay, the Washington Post has a record of how many times that word been thrown around by Republicans and their conservative allies. It's been there since 2009, right after Barack Obama was sworn in as president.
The Stallmigos: Rand Paul (R-KY), Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mike Lee (R-UT)
They [plotted and move forth] the strategy of obstructing the president at every whim. They would later turn that obstruction to utter bitching about things not getting better. They would say "Where's the jobs?" over and over until they've won the control of the House of Representatives.

When they gotten back in power of the House, the Republicans wasted time trying to find out Benghazi, Fast & Furious, the IRS documents targeting shadowy Tea Party groups, Edward Snowden pushing out CIA/NSA leaks, the Osama bin Laden raid, the release of Beau Bergdahl and the healthcare website.

Everything and anything coming out of the Republican playbook.

Here's a nugget from the lunatic fringe.

This is why it's important to vote this coming election. I mean you have the right to be "like this individual" and those who support him. That's probably why it's important that this stuff is condemned by the rational.

I mean you don't have to be a liberal, conservative or non-partisan to see that impeachment is government overreach. Just because you have a disagreement with the president, it doesn't grounds for impeachment.

Seriously, we are truly a mean nation. There's no respect for lawmakers. I even have more disgust for Washington lawmakers nowadays. I am tired of Republicans bitching and want Obama to hit them hard.

Hit them so hard, they can feel it. I mean if he swung at Boehner and McConnell and knock their pathetic asses out, then maybe you can file an assault charge on the president and impeach him on the grounds of felonious assault.

By the way if we impeach and remove Obama, then Vice President Joe Biden will become the 45th President of the United States. And rest assured, he'll complete a second term.

Nebraska Parade Brings The Outhouse To Obama!

We're in the abyss!

The United States declared independence 238 years ago on July 4, 1776. The founding fathers of this nation gave their lives so all Americans could achieve the dream.

Above is the freedom of speech. The freedom of speech in a negative way.

The first Black president is ranked among the worst since World War II. President Barack Obama beats out George W. Bush and Richard Nixon as the worst president since the great war. A sign that Democrats are likely lose control of the Senate (hereby losing Congress) to the Republicans.

Why is that?

Could be something to do with his policies (ah hem race)?

Most Black people should have seen this coming! I mean the "FIRST BLACK AMERICAN PRESIDENT" will always get the most flack. You knew the extremists would be livid over him being elected twice.

We haven't seen much improvement between White and Black Americans. The divide has gotten wider.

White families seem to do much better under the policies of Obama than Blacks. Although, Whites want you to believe that Blacks and Hispanics do better under Obama. They believe Blacks vote solely on race and not on policies.

White people often would tell me, "That I don't want to offend you...."

You know that the first thing you'll get in the beginning. But "Obama is doing...."

And of course, they'll word vomit every thing they could think of. From immigration to the crisis over in the Middle East. They would complain about policies that were proposed but never passed. They will generate conspiracies about the president's executive orders. Some would question his birthplace, his religion and even have the nerve to call him a NIGGER.

But this is why the freedom of speech is granted for this. I hate this stuff.

But who's gonna stop them from being an American bigot. Or at least an American extremist!

Norfolk, NE has a parade float that caused a lot of controversy. On Friday, that float came across the main road and it said "Obama's Presidential Library". It was an outhouse on the back of truck with a dummy and a couple of nooses.
Driven by a White guy, seen by a Black family. Picture was taken by the Black family and it went viral.

Now the junk food media is wondering why city leaders allowed this "freedom of speech" come through!

I mean honestly in the state of Nebraska, President Barack Obama has little support there. But still the utter disrespect towards him comes straight out of the playbook of Loserville.

CBS reports that the float, in the annual Independence Day parade in Norfolk, NE., was affixed to trailer being towed behind a blue pickup truck. The dummy was clad in overalls, standing by a walker next to the outhouse.

The pickup truck and the float did not identify a sponsor, according to the Omaha World-Herald.

In a statement, the Nebraska Democratic Party called the float one of the "worst shows of racism and disrespect for the presidency that Nebraska has ever seen," according to the World-Herald.

Glory Kathurima, a black woman living in Norfolk, attended the parade with her nine year-old daughter. She told CBS News Omaha affiliate KMTV she was outraged by the float and disgusted that her daughter witnessed it.

"I'm ashamed, I'm appalled," she said. "You see people laughing and pointing at it, smiling, looking positive about it. I immediately felt sick to my stomach...I knew what that meant, and I knew there was no sort of political statement being made by an image like that."

Norfolk City Councilman Dick Pfeil told the World-Herald that the city "doesn't condone" the float.

But one of the parade's organizers, Rick Konopasek, told the Lincoln Journal-Star the float was intended to be no more offensive than a political cartoon. He said the outhouse was the most popular float in the parade, and that it earned an "honorable mention" from three judges.

"It's obvious the majority of the community liked it," Konopasek said. "So should we deny the 95 percent of those that liked it their rights, just for the 5 percent of people who are upset?"

Really, how about a Black or Hispanic person put together a float saying "THE TEA PARTY IS A RACIST'S BEST FRIEND!" or "IT'S GONNA BE WHOLE LOT A BROWN IN 30 YEARS! BUSH ENDED IN ERROR! OBAMA BEGINS IN TRANSITION!"

I would love to see the reaction of those insurgents of the Republican Party!

GOP Dominates Sundays And Breakfast Chats!

These two run to the cameras more than the Democrats.

I will say that conservatives love to call the media "liberal". They continue to spread this narrative that the free broadcast news is partisan against their causes.

NEWSFLASH: You are a part of the media!

Whenever I hear at talk radio host complain about how the media is "shielding" the president, then I shake my head. The beginning of a new active week starts on Sunday and the Republicans have dominated th

Republicans dominate Sunday and Breakfast Chats. That's a fact.

How I know?

Look at the former Republican presidential nominee and current Arizona senator John McCain. So far he and his best friend Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) have appeared on most Sunday programs. Bitching and bemoaning about the president. Then there's Representative Mike Rogers (R-MI) who is retiring to become a conservative agitator.

They along with Stallmigos Ted Cruz (R-TX), Rand Paul (R-KY) and Marco Rubio (R-FL) have gotten favorable coverage on most Sunday shows and weekday breakfast chats.

Talk radio is dominated by conservative agitators. They dominate 93% of the free airwaves with rabble rousing and utter contempt towards President Barack Obama.

Republicans make up less than a quarter of all American voters, but somehow managed to constitute a majority of guests on Sunday talk shows this year.

The GOP brand weakened during 2013, especially after most Americans blamed the party for the government shutdown in October. Only 24% of respondents to a recent Gallup survey (December 5-8) considered themselves Republicans.

And yet, GOP politicians consistently made more appearances than Democrats on programs like “Meet the Press,” “Face the Nation,” “This Week,” “State of the Union,” and “Loserville Sunday.”

Six of the top seven, and 10 of the top 13 guests on these shows were Republicans, according to the calculations of Steve Benen of MSNBC.

Representative Mike Rogers (R-Michigan), chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, made 27 appearances, putting him atop the list.

No. 2 was Senator John McCain (R-Arizona), with 24 appearances. No. 3 was former House Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Georgia), who hasn't been in office since 1999.

Also finishing third was Democrat Dick Durbin of Illinois, the Senate’s majority whip.

Durbin was followed on the list by more Republicans: Representative Peter King of New York, Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky.

Obama: If [Weeper] Boehner Spent More Time Working Than Crying Maybe We Could Get Things Done!

If the president wanted to be really disrespectful to Boehner, he would have told the junk food media that the Weeper needs to stop spending taxpayer money on those awful tans. He's starting to look Blacker than Obama.

President Barack Obama scoffed at the notion of the most inept House Speaker's threat of a lawsuit over the executive decisions being made.

The president knocked this lawsuit as a "stunt" to impress the insurgency and their goal is to BLACK everything he does!

Oops, I meant block!

In a much televised interview with ABC News host George Stephanopoulos, the president states that Congress is a train wreck and he welcomes the Speaker and Republicans to compromise on some his policies.

President Barack Obama on Friday said he wasn't going to apologize for his use of executive power.

Boehner officially announced he would introduce legislation in the coming weeks that would authorize the House General Counsel to sue the Obama administration and "compel" the president to enforce existing law. Without citing the specific executive orders he found troubling, Boehner named health care, energy, foreign policy and education as areas where the president has "repeatedly run an end-around on the American people."

“You notice that he didn't specifically say what exactly he was objecting to,” Obama said in the interview. “I'm not going to apologize for trying to do something while they're doing nothing."

Often stymied by a recalcitrant Congress, Obama declared 2014 a "year of action" and issued executive orders on immigration, the federal minimum wage and federal pay discrimination. His Environmental Protection Agency further plans to unveil unprecedented regulations to curb greenhouse gas emissions from coal-fired power plants. But the moves have infuriated Republicans, who say the president is unlawfully bypassing Congress.

"We elected a president, Americans note; we didn’t elect a monarch or king," Boehner wrote in the memo.

Obama said he was forced to take action because Congress refused to do its job.

"What I've told Speaker Boehner directly is, if you're really concerned about me taking too many executive actions, why don't you try getting something done through Congress?" Obama said on ABC. "The majority of American people want to see immigration reform done. We had a bipartisan bill through the Senate. And you're going to squawk if I try to fix some parts of it administratively that are within my authority, while you are not doing anything?"

Congressman John Boehner (R-OH) is probably one of the worst leaders to hold the House of Representatives. As House Speaker, Boehner has been pretty tied up in a pretzel over how he handles business.

Washington, DC is in a gridlock. Republicans and their insurgency have been at odds with one another over how they could oppose the president.

Since he's gotten into office, the Republicans have been obstructive to his agenda.

When Boehner won another term as House Speaker, he told the Republican caucus that he is "done" with President Barack Obama. He couldn't trust him.

So now that the president and the Democrats go at it alone, these very same Republicans run to cameras on Breakfast Chats, GOP Sundays and every social network they can dig their claws in.

They hand those conservative agitators talking points and let them go to town on every proposal or even an ounce of bipartisanship from fellow Republicans. They trash the proposals or fellow Republicans for even having the decency to work with "that guy".

They don't understand that if the Democrats fall back into the minority, they'll become just as aggressive as the Republicans. Trust me: They will find ways to undermine a Republican president.

The choices of candidates are even weaker than before. They fear Hillary Clinton so much, they'll find everything to destroy her.

Cantor: I Was Blindsided By The Tea Party!

Republican leader was blindsided by the Tea Party and conservative media agitators.

Representative Eric Cantor (R-VA) will formally resign from his role as House Majority Leader in July. He will complete his term as lawmaker.

On that note, he and many Republicans were stunned by the epic loss. They knew that Dave Brat was outmatched by money and popularity. Somehow the gnats of conservative talk radio managed to put their focus on the race.

Laura Ingraham, Ann Coulter and Mark "Ratface" Levin have been flexing their political muscle in this race.

Did you know that Cantor was the only Jewish Republican serving in a majority Christian party?

Did you know that Cantor is married to a liberal?

Somehow the conservative agitators found out about it and used it against him.

Cantor goes to GOP Sundays to scream and bemoan fellow Republicans, the president and everyone who contributed to his loss.

"I don't have 'any regrets', because I remain focused on the mission that I'm about," Cantor told CNN's Dana Bash on "State of the Union."

He did say, though, that he will vote for Brat in the upcoming general election.

"I want a Republican to hold this seat, of course," he said.

Bash asked Cantor about comments by his pollster, John McLaughlin, whose surveys predicted a win for the majority leader. McLaughlin told CNN in a memo that he believes Cantor lost because thousands of Democrats voted in the Republican primary.

"I'm looking forward," Cantor said. "A lot of folks are going to be interested in that, but to me, the problems that people in this country are facing are a lot greater than any kind of setback -- political setback, personal setback -- that I've got, so I really am very focused on continuing on the mission that I've tried to be about here in Washington. It's those reform conservative solutions that actually can be applied to people's problems in the working middle class in this country and for everyone."

The majority leader said he did not think there was any one thing that led to his loss. He stands behind his statements in opposition to comprehensive immigration reform, he added, but still supports legal status for young undocumented immigrations who came to the U.S. as children. Immigration became a focus of Cantor and Brat's campaigns in the final weeks before the election.

"It did, I'm sure, aggravate people on both sides of the issue, but it is the principled position that I've taken and I believe it's the right one," he said.

Cantor is the sole Jewish Republican in the House of Representatives, and Bash asked whether his loss could be partially attributed to anti-semitism.

"I don't ever want to impute that to anybody," Cantor said.

Stick A Fork In Him, He's Done: Thad Cochran Says He Done Indecent Things To Animals!

Animal farm!

If all this stuff could have sink his career so long ago. Now all of sudden, here a bombshell to embattled Thad Cochran, the Mississippi senate Republican.

In the digital age, perception is key. Say if I say something that I know sounds right, but to a certain group it sounds wrong, then I would face a made up controversy. Today, I see this happening. It seems like the Chris McDaniel campaign is unleashing tape of Cochran telling a joke that may sink his career as a senator.

Knowing that he's at the verge of losing to an insurgent, he should have known that conservative agitators will do whatever it takes to destroy the establishment. Cochran is the establishment.

Cochran would reminisce about the days of being a lad. He tells the world that he once did indecent things towards animals.

Knowing that he's facing insurgent candidate Chris McDaniel in the June runoff, the Republican incumbent may have sunk chances as the potential nominee.

The racist right has already knocked off House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, the Republican from Virginia.

One more won't hurt, says the insurgents.
It's almost over!
Okay, here's where Cochran sunk his chances. He told an audience at a Hattiesburg hospital, “I grew up coming down here for Christmas,” he said. “My father’s family was here. My mother’s family was from rural Hinds County in Utica.”

“It was fun, it was an adventure to be out there in the country and to see what goes on,” he said of his boyhood visits to Hattiesburg. “Picking up pecans, from that to all kinds of indecent things with animals.”

The audience chuckled.

“And I know some of you know what that is,” Cochran said.

It maybe curtains for Cochran. So we'll hear our conservative media agitators continue to encourage registered Republicans to dump the chump. The chump could lose to the nut.

This is a civil war within the party. Even though Cantor and Cochran voted against the Affordable Healthcare Law, reasonable gun control and immigration reform, that's not enough for the rabid base.

That base wants to openly call the president a........well you know! They won't stoop themselves at least to that level unlike our insurgent candidates.

Travis Childers is a conservative Democrat. He was a two term U.S. Representative from the 1st District. He will face the Republican nominee in the U.S. Midterms.

MISSISSIPPI IS CONSIDERED SAFE REPUBLICAN.

No matter who takes the nomination, surely a Republican will win. The only way this could change is the possibility of a war within the party.

Note: I call the Tea Party insurgents. So far they haven't mounted war against the United States in a coup d'etat against President Barack Obama yet.

The Transgender Tea Party Candidate!

Lauren Scott, the chairwoman of Equality Nevada switch parties to run for Nevada state assembly. Originally a Democrat, Scott became a Republican. This could be the first transgender lawmaker. She took a picture with Vice President Joe Biden.

Nevada Republicans could elect its first transgender candidate for the state legislature.

The Huffington Post reports that Lauren Scott is posed to be the nominee. She is the executive director of Equality Nevada, won 58 percent of the vote Tuesday in the state Assembly's 30th District.

If Scott wins in November, she could be the nation's first openly transgender state legislator, though another transgender woman, Dana Beyer, is running in Maryland's Democratic primary for a state Senate seat and so could also win that distinction.

Winning in the legislative district, which encompasses parts of Democratic-leaning Reno, could prove to be a challenge. However, Scott thinks her background -- she used to be a Democrat, registering as a Republican in 2011 -- may help her in her bid to unseat the Democratic incumbent, State Assemblyman Michael Sprinkle.

“I have always been a moderate and I am willing to work with Democrats and Republicans to find solutions to the problems facing Nevada today,” Scott said in a statement after her victory.

Scott was as an active-duty member of the U.S. Air Force for nearly seven years.

According to her website, she claims that her party change started when she was disenchanted with both political parties and had originally registered as non-partisan.

Scott agree with many issues the Democrats supports but the issues of taxation and business development, she supports Republicans.

On Thursday, Scott suggested that she'd have national support from the Gay and Lesbian Victory Fund, a group that works to elect LGBT candidates to office.

Now you understand that the Republican Party isn't that tolerant of the LGBT community. They happen to be the party that is trying to pass legislation that openly discriminates against transgender Americans.

This candidate will have to work hard to get her Republican friends to support her.

Mark Levin: Republicans Better Stop Chasing Genitalia!

Right wing extremist whines about Republicans being a bunch of pussies.

In the wake of the devastating defeat of House Majority Leader Eric Cantor of Virginia, Republicans are now scrambling to be in the position.

Republicans across the country practically wrote the insurgents off.

Alas, this gadfly of history still exist!

They're celebrating this victory of political newcomer Dave Brat as the slaughter of the establishment.

Brat ran against House Majority Leader Eric Cantor for the Republican nomination for Virginia's 7th congressional district and defeated Cantor by a 12-point margin.

Brat was outspent by Cantor 40 to 1.

Cantor spent over $5 million and Brat raised $200,000, but did not spend all of it.

Brat's win was a historic and stunning victory, as it was the first time a sitting House Majority Leader had lost a primary race since the creation of the position in the 19th century.

Brat ran well to Cantor's right. His campaign laid particular stress on opposing immigration reform, stating Rep. Cantor favored "amnesty" for illegal immigrants.

Cantor was a key figure and highly polarizing member. He basically was caught off guard by this defeat.
The Tea Party scalped Eric Cantor. Dave Brat will face Democrat in general election.
I mean Cantor had more money, more name recognition, had the establishment and the Tea Party backing him. The Cantor campaign threw the gauntlet at Brat and felt that it could have defeated him.

But his constituents in Virginia's Congressional District 7, Cantor didn't care too much. He felt comfortable in his state. But unfortunately the people felt that his quest to usurp Ohio lawmaker Weeper Boehner, was not what they wanted. They wanted a lawmaker who did things for the district.

I guess from the racist right comes Mark "Ratface" Levin. He's an extremely controversial talker on the AM dial and a good friend of That Guy Who Helped Obama Win.

Him along with Ann Coulter and Laura Ingraham came out swing against the establishment. They were on Loserville doing a victory lap.

They were blasting the Republicans for not doing enough to defeat President Barack Obama and knee toeing to people they've deem insufficiently conservative. They want no association with the Club for Growth, no more Chamber of Commerce, no Karl Rove, no more Bob Dole and no more establishment backroom deals.
Blonde agitators Ann Coulter and Laura Ingraham endorsed insurgent candidate.
Levin managed to attract attention on last night's right wing carnival. He said to That Guy Who Helped Obama Win in an epic rant:

We see the country slipping away, at least the kind of country that we want. Why is it so hard for these guys to articulate our principles? They talk about Reagan, but they're Rockefeller Republicans. And what's ironic about this is the main opponent to Reagan in 1980 was George H.W. Bush, and now it's Jeb Bush, his son, who seems to be the main opponent to conservatives who are trying to rally behind a candidate in order to take this country back. And when I say take the country back, I mean from a president who is an imperial president, who every day says he's going to act unilaterally and does across the board. We wake up in the morning,w e don't know the next outrageous thing he's going to do, and Congress acts like it has no power, it has power, it has the power of the purse, it's got the power to do other things, and it needs to do it. And they're afraid of Obama, they're afraid to take these steps, and you can see there is a growing anger among many American people, not just Republicans.

I'll tell you one other thing: You look at this election 2012 with Obama. Obama should have been beaten by a halfway decent presidential candidate in the Republican Party who could articulate the principles of the party and expose Obama's fecklessness and weakness. We didn't do it. Millions of people stayed home. And who were they? Reagan Democrats. Blue-collar Democrats. Stop chasing ethnic groups, stop chasing genitalia, talk to the American people about liberty, opportunity. Explain to them that Obama's wrong and we need to unleash the American people and the economy.

The racist right will waste no time trying to look at this upset as an example of government going out of control. They will find ways to unseat Mississippi senator Thad Cochran in the Republican primary runoff.

Brat will face Democratic nominee Jack Trammell, also a professor at Randolph–Macon College, in the November general elections.  Brat is heavily favored due to the 7th's significant Republican lean; it has a Cook Partisan Voting Index of R+10.

Eric Cantor Defeated In GOP Primary!

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor of Virginia was defeated in Virginia primary.

House Majority Leader, Representative Eric Cantor of Virginia got the pink slip by fellow Republicans. It seems like this is the first major victory of the insurgency.

Tea Party endorsed Dave Brat put an end to the long-term legislator.

USA Today reports Brat, an economics professor at Randolph Macon College in Ashland, Va., had been making an issue of Cantor's desire to pass an immigration bill.

In a sign of Tea Party discontent in Cantor's Richmond-based district, activists booed and heckled the Virginia Republican in March.
Dave Brat will be the Republican nominee for the 7th Congressional District in Virginia.

Cantor was the U.S. Representative for Virginia's 7th congressional district, serving since 2001. A member of the Republican Party, he became House Majority Leader when the 112th Congress convened on January 3, 2011. He previously served as House Minority Whip from 2009 to 2011.

His district includes most of the northern and western sections of Richmond, along with most of Richmond's western suburbs and portions of the Shenandoah Valley. Cantor is the highest-ranking Jewish member of Congress in its history, and currently Congress' only Jewish Republican.

Dave Brat beat the majority leader on the whims of being a part of the establishment.

Did you know that love isn't always political?

Cantor met his wife, Diana Marcy Fine, on a blind date; they were married in 1989.

They have three children: Evan, Jenna, and Michael. Fine is a lifelong, liberal Democrat. Contrary to her husband's stated positions, she is pro-choice and supports same-sex marriage.

Well it seems like Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) will now have to watch what they do the next go around. They managed to fight off their primary foes. But Cantor, being a highly polarizing figure in the party was shaken out of the tree.

Failed Porn Gig Led To Woman Killing Herself!

A young woman pulls the trigger on herself after she failed to get a XXX-deal.

The Atlanta Constitution-Journal reports that a Las Vegas woman managed to pull the trigger on herself after she couldn't score a gig in the porn industry. I mean how desperation turned to a death sentence.

You're beautiful and because of a rejection this young woman would kill herself.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Alyssa Funke.

Beautiful and young, Alyssa Funke went to Las Vegas and “auditioned” for a porn movie via a website.

After the video went public, the former straight-A student's old classmates in Stillwater, Minnesota, began sending her messages.

Some were surprised, some negative, and others supportive. She answered a few with social media posts of her own, including “Pornstar status” and “FAMOUS for dayzzzzz.”

However, it all took a toll, and the young woman bought a shotgun and drove to her family’s boat, where she killed herself.

KMSP-TV reports Funke’s family confirmed she had a history of depression. Her father is in prison, and her mother has been charged with dealing drugs. They say Alyssa also had struggles with money.

Funke's family blame her death, in part, on online bullying. But the sheriff’s office said the messages she was sent did not amount to criminal harassment.

Alyssa’s family said they are talking about her death now because they want to keep other girls from making the same mistake. They want young women to understand the pressure that comes from social media and the stigma porn carries.

They also said they would like to bring attention to bullying and the effect it can have on somebody.

Under the name Stella Ann, she would have sex with a man. The former students of Stillwater High School in Minnesota were taunting her and sending harassing comments. This took a toll.

The cyberbullying drove her to death.

Once you post something online that could be embarrassing, it's there forever!

With cyberbullying, I want to make this clear: MEN ARE LIKELY THE ONES WHO ENGAGE IN THIS BEHAVIOR!

The cyberbully/cyberstalker creates emotional distress. The individual can ruin your reputation and cost you your job. Having someone posting your personal address and phone number in a fake profile is the ultimate insult. The cyberbully/cyberstalker invite problems by harassing you with personal threats and unwanted advances.

It's only funny, until someone gets hurt. And believe me it's getting worse.
