South Carolina Republicans Voted Out Their Women!

Republicans voted out the women. Three Republican state senators were ousted for protecting women's rights. W

Winners and losers of 2024.

Republicans are actively working on Project 2025. The results of the latest primaries has Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) carpetbagging to victory, former president Donald J. Trump winning his first presidential debate, Oklahoma mandating reading the bible in public schools, displaying the Ten Commandments in public schools, having immigrants being bussed to Chicago, New York and Washington, DC and of course, the junk food media following the Republicans narratives about President Joe Biden. Don't forget they all are rooting for Israel to push the U.S. into global war. Greater Israel is a threat to stability in the Middle East. Republicans and Democrats both support Israel but remain silent on the apartheid ethnostate committing war crimes and lawlessness. Republicans also vow to oppose any attempts to stop military funding for Israel. They will stop military funding for Ukraine and allow Russia to seize control. The Republicans vow booting the U.S. from NATO, the United Nations, World Health Organization and International Monetary Fund.

Trump vows to go after political opponents. He also wants permanent presidential powers. Our country is downsliding in democracy.

Republicans are booting moderates and mainstream conservatives out of the party.

If you're not MAGA, you're not a Republican.

AP AUDIO: Voters kick all the Republican women out of the South Carolina Senate

South Carolina’s state Senate has just two women left, after voters removed three Republicans who stood against a total abortion ban. AP correspondent Jennifer King reports.

The only three Republican women in the South Carolina Senate took on their party and stopped a total abortion ban from passing in their state last year. In return, they lost their jobs.

They even rejected Nikki Haley, the former UN Ambassador and former governor of the state. Haley lost South Carolina to Trump and it eventually led to her suspending her presidential bid. She reluctantly endorsed Trump.

Voters removed Sens. Sandy Senn, Penry Gustafson and Katrina Shealy from office during sparsely turned out primaries in June, and by doing so completely vacated the Republican wing of the five-member “Sister Senators,” a female contingent that included two Democrats and was joined in their opposition to the abortion ban.

For Republicans, the departure of Senn, Gustafson and Shealy likely means there will be no women in the majority party of state Senate when the next session starts in 2025. It could also mean that women will not wield power for decades in the fiercely conservative state where they have long struggled to gain entry into the Legislature.

Three Republicans and two Democrats formed a sisterhood. MAGA saw them as woke and voted three Republican state senators out.

How scant has political influence historically been for women in South Carolina? Small portraits of every woman who has ever served in the 170-seat General Assembly in the 250 years it has met fit on a poster framed just outside the governor’s office.

The sudden departure of the Republican women presents a potential power issue because the Senate doles out clout and responsibility to the majority party based on seniority. Half the members in the GOP dominated state were elected in 2012 or before, so it will likely be the 2040s before any Republican woman elected in the future can rise to leadership or a committee chairmanship.

“Women, somebody else is going to have to stand up. Somebody else is going to have to come and make things right,” Senn said in her farewell speech on June 26.

That gap should be alarming to anyone in South Carolina, said Sen. Tameika Isaac Devine, who took her seat this year in a special election and became the sixth member of the Sister Senators. Next year Devine and fellow Democrat Sen. Margie Bright Matthews will likely be the only women in the chamber.

“No matter how much empathy men can have, they have not had babies. They have not had hysterectomies. They haven’t had some of the heath care issues or the community issues we deal with every day,” Devine said.

Instead of a total ban on abortion, South Carolina ended up with a ban once cardiac activity is detected, typically six weeks into a pregnancy.

After that, the three Sister Senators — followed by two Democrats — gained international acclaim. Cover stories and TV appearances culminated with them receiving the John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage award for people who risk their careers for the greater good.

But that attention had another edge. Stringent abortion foes put up billboards and sent out mailers in their districts calling the three Republicans “baby killers.”

"BABY KILLERS"

Hey, wanna talk about the Mother Emmanuel Church massacre?

Wanna talk about Walter Scott being killed by a police officer and the corrupt cop tried to plant evidence on the lifeless corpse to escape accountability?

Wanna talk about all the gun violence in the state?

Wanna talk about South Carolina's three adulterers Nancy Mace, Jeff Duncan and William Timmons?

Wanna talk about South Carolina's gay senators Tim Scott and Lindsey Graham?

Republicans are full of shit and yet they are determined to put a convicted felon back in the White House. They are not concerned about their family values, principles or agenda.

It's all about revenge.

“When you’re on CNN and you’re on MSNBC and you’re on the front page of the New York Times and the front page of the Washington Post, you’re repeatedly sticking your finger in the eye of a lot of conservative folks,” Republican Senate Majority Leader Shane Massey said.

Massey said abortion wasn’t the only issue for the Republican Sister Senators. “Their opponents did a good job of painting them all as squishy and out of touch,” he said.

Voters in Lexington County, conservative suburbs west of Columbia, said they couldn’t trust in Shealy after electing her three times.

“She lost me on the abortion vote,” Alexis Monts said. ”And I don’t think I need to just elect a women to be represented equally.”

Historically, it’s been worse in the South Carolina Senate for women. There were no women there from 2009 to 2013, when Shealy was first elected. Her goals were protecting veterans, women, families, children and other vulnerable groups.

In her 12 years in the Senate, Shealy has made big impacts. Forty-eight of her bills have passed, including those that require a review of every suspicious child death, ban subminimum wages for people with disabilities and require the state to come up with a plan to deal with increasing cases of dementia. No senator has passed more legislation in recent years.

“We’ve helped children and helped families and helped the disabled. We’ve helped women and we’ve helped veterans,” Shealy said after her runoff loss. “And what I am so worried about is who is going to do that now?”

Shealy has made small differences, too. The women’s bathrooms in the Senate office building were gray and drab when she arrived. She brought in her own art and knickknacks and stocked them with lotions and other items.

It’s all been in an effort to drag change into a General Assembly where women have often been minimized and forgotten. On Shealy’s first day in 2013, the session opened with “Gentlemen of the Senate, please rise.”

Chagrinned, leadership changed it to “gentlemen and lady of the Senate.” Shealy said that was belittling, too, because it suggested there were different levels of membership. Sessions now open with “members of the Senate.”

Shealy often looked at the walls of the Senate chambers and saw no women honored with a portrait.

“You can tell how tough it is by some of the comments made by some of the people in the lobby. Things like, ‘Women aren’t fit to serve,’ that ‘God doesn’t want us here,’” Shealy said during last year’s abortion debate. “Well, God’s pretty smart. If God didn’t want us here, I’m pretty sure we wouldn’t be here.”

A group called SC Women in Leadership is in its sixth year encouraging women to run for office. They train Democrats and Republicans to become better candidates for local and statewide races and support them when they get elected. But they said getting more women in office will take time. Shealy didn’t win her first race. Neither did fellow Republican Gustafson.

Each of the Republican Sister Senators said the GOP is tougher on women because of conservative thoughts on gender roles. A man finds problems. A woman complains. A man is forceful and decisive. A woman is bossy and pushy.

“It can be exhausting sometimes. I felt like I was always being judged in a way my friends who are Democrats were not,” Gustafson said after her primary loss.

As she gave her goodbye speech, Shealy brought out the $36,000 lantern trophy the Profile in Courage group gives to its winners. Her four original Sister Senators — only Matthews, will return next session — walked to help her as she struggled a little to get it out of its case.

“Here it is. And it’s beautiful. And I’m proud of it. I’m proud of losing this senate race just to get this because I stood up for the right thing. I stood up for women. I stood up for children. I stood up for South Carolina. And all these sister senators with me, we’re not ashamed,” Shealy said.

Calls Growing!

White noise calls for Biden to drop.

Sen. Joe Manchin (I-WV), Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI), Sen. Peter Welch (D-VT), Rep. Lloyd Doggett (D-TX), Rep. Mike Quigley (D-IL), Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (D-WA) and Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) have concerns.

Donors have concerns.

Many of the left's most trusted media outlets have concerns.

A lot of white Democrats have concerns.

But will it be a decision that could impact our election come November?

Again, none of these concern trolls are doctors. Many of them are considered a thorn in the president's agenda. Yeah, he is 81 years old. He has a little stutter. He lost a debate.

Should we care about it and play right into the Republican Party sensational tabloid playbook?

Do you want Project 2025 or Greater Israel to happen?

Will the Democrats call for President Joe Biden to step aside and allow another person to run against Trump?

The debate has been almost a week and the junk food media is more concerned about Biden having a bad performance than Donald J. Trump vowing to continue the same shit he done when he lost. They are allowing former president Trump get away with crimes and no accountability.

Do we actually want to replace Biden?

The two presumptive presidential nominees met face-to-face for the first time in the 2024 election cycle at a debate hosted by CNN last Thursday. Biden’s unsteady performance there has dominated the headlines since, leading some Democrats to privately question if he should step aside as the Democratic nominee.

Manchin, the independent senator who is a thorn in the Biden agenda will make the Senate 50-50. He was going to vote with Republicans on many of their issues but remain an independent. He will not join their conference.

Manchin was about to publicly call for Biden to step aside but was talked out of it. Now he is threatening to vote with Republicans if they can't bring compromise.

History professor Allan Lichtman, who has a near-perfect record of predicting the outcome of presidential elections, said that the debate will have "zero" impact on the election.

He dismissed talk of Biden dropping out and said that questions over Biden's physical capabilities aren't coming from doctors.

"So this is all foolhardy nonsense. The same pundits and pollsters who led us down the primrose path in 2016 are giving the Democrats horrible advice," he said.

No Nebraska Love: Mass Shooting In Crete, Nebraska!

The boarded up home of a mass shooter who told his victims to go back to their country.

We had over 300 mass shootings in 2024.

We still talking about President Joe Biden and his bad debate performance. Instead of talking about former president Donald J. Trump and his lies, the Supreme Court and its reckless decisions, the states that are imposing Christian Nationalism in public schools, the numerous mass shootings in the country that barely make the news and lastly, Israel's genocide on the Palestinians, we concerned about Biden's age instead of real issues.

Biden's debate performance has Democrats concerned but Project 2025 and Greater Israel should have progressives terrified.

The debate is the only thing that got CNN'S ratings up. Since the debate, ratings are back to normal. Those who ain't voting for Biden are still the same. Those who ain't voting for Trump are still the same. Biden is old. Trump is old. Both are having senile moments.

But at least one is saying that he will not abuse his power if he is reelected.

Now with presidential immunity, the current one and future ones could legally kill Americans and break the law without any consequences.

There were 617 people killed in police shootings in the United States.

Since the Fordyce, Arkansas mass shooting only two weeks ago, more mass shootings in a Republican states with lackluster gun laws. The shooter was motivated by hate and MAGA.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Jim Pillen, Sen. Deb Fischer (R-NE), Sen. Pete Ricketts (R-NE) and Nebraska U.S. Representatives were notified about the mass shooting in Crete, Nebraska, a small town 35 miles from Lincoln.

Obviously, telling someone to "go back to their country" is a racist dog whistle to people of color.

The shooter committed suicide.

The shooter told his Hispanic neighbors to "go back to their country" before shooting seven of them – including four children – in a racially motivated shooting, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, said police.

Investigators identified the shooter as Billy Booth, 74, of Crete, Nebraska, according to the Nebraska State Patrol.

Who can you trust?

Booth shot up four kids, between the ages of 3 and 10, at a house across the street from his residence Friday afternoon. Additionally, three adults between the ages of 22 and 43 suffered gunshot wounds as Booth unleashed a hail of gunfire on his unsuspecting neighbors.

The victims - who have not been publicly identified - all suffered non-life-threatening injuries, said police.

"I guess it was just a racist thing that happened," family friend of the victims, Joshua Morales, said, according to KETV-TV. "So, I guess the dude that shot them was just racist cause he shot a Hispanic family and he told a Hispanic family to go back to their country."

At least 15 people were home at the time of the incident.

"Investigators are still actively working this investigation to understand everything that occurred, but at this point, we don't believe there was any verbal contact between the suspect and any of the victims in the moments that led up to the shooting," Nebraska State Patrol Col. John Bolduc said over the weekend, according to NBC News.

Crete Police Chief Gary Young, Jr., said officers previously responded to a "single report from the victims that the suspect had flipped them off, told them to 'go home' or 'back to where they came from,' and to 'speak English,'" the outlet reported.

The suspect, Billy Booth, 74, was later found dead inside his house across the street from what authorities said was a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

"It appears that all the victims of the shooting will survive," Caradori said during a news conference Friday.

Colonel John A. Bolduc of Nebraska State Patrol confirmed on Saturday during a press conference that "multiple rounds were fired" by Booth from inside his house. They do not know the exact number of shots fired.

To all the Black firearm owners who support the Second Amendment or former president Donald J. Trump in the 2024 presidential race, I just want to say...

"YOU'RE GONNA BE SHOT BY POLICE TOO!"

The National Rifle Association never reacts to lawful exercise of firearm use when a Black, Hispanic, Arab, Muslim, Indigenous, LGBTQ or underage teen of color is carrying them.

It is automatic dehumanizing from the far right, police unions and the junk food media.
When white men, women or even some Asians are carrying firearms, the NRA is often parading them around like they're heroes and protectors of freedom.

In about 45 states, I believe it is lawful for you to walk down a street with a firearm.

If you're a Black man walking down the street with a firearm, the random 911 call or the visual spotting from a police officer merits an automatic drawl of a service weapon.

Crete rarely has gun violence.

Police officers within seconds are either shooting or premeditated an excuse to use force.

The unions back up their claims of "fearing for their lives" despite the perpetrator not even firing a round. Given that the junk food media loves to paint the aggressor as the victim, the police officer is given the benefit of doubt. The person police shot usually do not get any ounce of doubt. A mugshot of a suspect or a picture of a person posing with money or firearms automatically draws far right conclusions to justification of force.

Even fleeing from police with a firearm and not even pointing at them results in police shootings.

If a person does survive, the state still charges the person for a crime despite the state allowing open carry and lawful possession.

So I just want to say that the Second Amendment is White, period.

A bullet does not care about color. We all bleed red and so many lives are lost to gun violence and Republicans offer no solutions other than "thoughts and prayers" with a touch of "lock em up."

Gun violence is the number one threat in the United States.

I dismiss this ridiculous notion that criminals are the problem, not the guns. Firearms are often obtained through legal purchases.

Again, having more security, teachers being armed and offering safe rooms are not solving the problem. The problem is lawmakers not willing to stop gun violence.

According to the far rightWhite shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. Almost all mass shooters are registered Democrats because they have liked one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white. They say a white person should "protect" from protesters and use of firearms are justified. They say if a shooter is active military or a veteran who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens, the far right automatically assume the gunmen are Black.

The Republicans usually amplify white victims. Anytime a person of color kills a white victim, it is often wall-to-wall coverage on Fox, Twitter and they force it into national news. They make the case to blame Black Lives Matter, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, Democrats, Rev. Al Sharpton and rap music for Black on whatever violence. Republican lawmakers who do not live in urban neighborhoods often troll social media to talk about gun violence or crime in Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee and New York City while not doing a damn thing to stop it. If a white person shoots a Black person, the shooter is given the benefit of doubt. White shooters are given glowing profiles about their perfect lives and how friends noticed something but refused to do something. When it comes to Black shooters, automatic vilification. They don't see mental illness. They see it as gang violence, allegedly fatherless homes, Democratic policies or the need for more firearms. The far right and Republicans exploit gun violence in the Black community for culture wars and racism.

America has a problem. Gun violence, racism and a cult of personality are the dangers.

So in closing, expect more.

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those police officers who were killed in the line of duty. Those victims who don't get their names or accomplishments mentioned in the junk food media. Let them know that we are tired of police officers using immunity when committing death of suspects in custody. Let them know that you are tired of private equity firms getting away with destroying small businesses and long established companies. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. Let them know you are very tired of your lawmakers embarrassing themselves in the media. You are tired of your lawmakers always being outside their district or state. You elected them to serve their districts and state not travel across the country or to foreign countries on your taxpayer dollars. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-semitic or in support of terrorism. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.

Zionists Are Scumbags!

An Australian-Swedish-American couple with Israeli citizenship claims a Vietnamese shopkeeper was antisemitic towards them while vacationing.

Boycotting Israel is gaining momentum and the Zionists are upset. Countries are rejecting Israelis and Russians respectively. Their actions in Ukraine and the Gaza Strip should be a reminder of how global impact is working and the status quo is crumbling.

Israel is claiming the United Nations and countries that are bringing them to the International Court of Justice and International Criminal Court are antisemitic.

Okay, this is getting really old and tiring. The whole world isn't antisemitic. It is tired of fucking Israel getting away with war crimes and apartheid. Crying wolf is getting old.

Again, President Joe Biden could easily handle the matter by demanding Israel conduct a ceasefire and hold accountable the Israeli military for crimes against humanity. He is fearful of the lobby and their attempts to use his terrible debate performance as a wedge to push Donald J. Trump, a former president and convicted felon back into the White House.

Biden, Trump and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. all support Israel and it is a damn shame.

Israeli settlers who travel to countries are crying victimhood. A social media influencer posted on Instagram a Vietnamese shop owner banning him and his family allegedly because their Jewish faith. In reality, he banned them because they are Israeli and the country is regarded as a rogue state engaged in a genocide. He said their money is no good. He also threatened to call the law on them if they continued to film him without his consent.

Dani Namdar and his wife Raizel, self-declared “Chassidic nomads” and owners of the world’s first Orthodox Jewish family vlog dubbed “That Jewish family” on various social media platforms, were visiting Hanoi’s famous Train Street with their two young children, Mendel, 3, and Lev, 1, when an angry shop owner began hurling antisemitic insults at them.

Vietnamese man tells social media influencer to stop filming him and said his money is no good because of their support of Israel.

The incident, which occurred earlier this month, was posted in two parts to Instagram and has already racked up more than 40,000 views. The Namdars have a significant following on Instagram, with 208,000 followers.

In the first video caption, the Namdars wrote, “This is not Germany in 1938. This is a ‘Pro Palestinian’ shop owner in Vietnam yesterday. You say Anti Zionism is not Anti Jewish? We were casually chilling on the famous train tracks in Hanoi for a photoshoot when a ‘Pro Palestinian’ shop owner started threatening our children once he saw Mendel’s Kippah.”

In the video, titled “OUR FAMILY THROWN OUT OF SHOP FOR BEING JEWISH,” the Vietnamese shop owner is recorded yelling at the family, who were having a photoshoot on the tables in front of his shop.

Again, everything now is antisemitic. They that it's their right to film a person who refuse service to them because of their nationality not religion. They claim their religion is under attack because a store owner hates Israel and its actions in Gaza.

You can't make this shit up.

Israel continues to spin bullshit narratives to give cover to their inhumane atrocities.

Vietnam is pretty much a Level 1 country for Americans to visit but they recommend caution when visiting large gatherings.

It is not antisemitic to criticize Israel. For those who think it's about religion, then you're the reasons to why most Americans avoid religion.

Let me get this straight: You are more upset over words than actions. You are upset someone using their freedom of speech to criticize a foreign country engaged in a propaganda campaign to shield itself from war crimes and impunity. You are upset over people using their voices, their wallets and their time to protest an injustice. You upset over people protesting at a synagogue. You upset that people question a foreign government's propaganda. Well, get upset over your taxpayer money aiding foreign nations. Get upset over foreign nations killing Americans in a war funded by our taxpayer money. Get upset over the deaths of thousands in Haiti, Chad, Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Syria, Venezuela, Myanmar, Mexico, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine and Palestine. Get upset at your president, your senator, your representative, your governor, your state leader, your mayor and your local junk food media for bowing to the evil regime of Israel.

From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free! 🇵🇸 🍉

It is not antisemitic to rally for Palestine. Cry more!

Israel for way too long has manipulated me with this endless victimhood. All the while pushing for an ethno-nationalist state, Israeli government leaders [both left and right] have called for the eradication of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and West Bank.

The Israeli regime has rejected a two state solution. They have interfered in U.S. elections time after time with their proxy groups the ADL and AIPAC throwing money to primary challengers against Cori Bush, Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, Thomas Massie and Jamaal Bowman. They are literally influencing our lawmakers into banning TikTok, criminalizing boycotts against the regime and equating anti-Zionism with antisemitism.

They literally are spying on Muslims, Christians, protesters and organizations opposed to the regime's actions.

The Israeli regime is trying to force Americans to hate. The regime is rooting for Trump and when he returns he and Republicans can start their Project 2025 bullshit and assist in the Greater Israel bullshit.

The Israeli regime wants American lawmakers to punish lawmakers, athletes, media personalities, religious leaders, social media influencers, adult entertainment and television shows who speak out against the regime.

The evil Israeli regime has fanned outrage over regime change, boycotting entertainers who support Israel, octopuses, buttons, protests at synagogues, protests at Holocaust museums, blocking roads, blocking bridges, boycotting companies and calling for international sanctions.

Israel keeps calling it an attack on Jewish people and it amounts to antisemitic propaganda.

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.

Israel must be held accountable for war crimes and the U.S. must end its aid. Our taxpayer money should not help Israel any further.

Trump Has Some Immunity Says SCOTUS!

From left to right: Amy Coney Barrett, Neil Gorsuch, Sonia Sotomayor, Clarence Thomas, John Roberts, Kentaji Brown Jackson, Samuel Alito, Elena Kagan and Brett Kavanaugh. The Supreme Court is just as bad as Congress, President Joe Biden, Donald J. Trump and the junk food media.

Trump v. United States is the most controversial decision by the U.S. Supreme Court.

The 6-3 decision, which is complex, further delays special counsel Jack Smith's prosecution.

White privilege triumphs again.

The very reason why its important to drag President Joe Biden across the finish line is the rogue actions of the Supreme Court. While he does not have absolute immunity from criminal trials, former president Donald J. Trump is somewhat immune from criminal prosecution while in office during the Jan. 6 attacks.

His actions to overturn an election and using his supporters to attack the U.S. Capitol are considered official acts. Under our constitutional structure of separated powers, the nature of Presidential power entitles a former President to absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority. And he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts. There is no immunity for unofficial acts.

It means that President Joe Biden and future presidents can officially commit criminal acts while in office or post presidency. Biden could commit state acts against Americans if he wanted to. It is complex.

The decision shows how democracy is downsliding.

Roberts made clear that anything the lower court determines to be an "official act" cannot be used as evidence in a criminal trial — meaning it's entirely off limits to prosecutors even if it would corroborate evidence deemed unofficial.

Donald J. Trump is the definition of white privilege.

"Presidents cannot be indicted based on conduct for which they are immune from prosecution. On remand, the District Court must carefully analyze the indictment’s remaining allegations to determine whether they too involve conduct for which a President must be immune from prosecution," Roberts wrote. "And the parties and the District Court must ensure that sufficient allegations support the indictment’s charges without such conduct. Testimony or private records of the President or his advisers probing such conduct may not be admitted as evidence at trial."

The decision will now make lower courts decide on whether acts Trump did while doing official White House duties are justified. It will delay the Trump trials in Washington, DC and Miami.

Republicans praised the decision.

Trump v. United States was a landmark decision of the Supreme Court of the United States in which the Court determined that presidential immunity encompasses constitutional authority and preemptive authority. The case extends from an ongoing federal trial to determine whether Donald Trump, president at the time, and others engaged in election interference during the 2020 election, including events during the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol. It was regarded as the first time a case concerning criminal prosecution for official acts of a President was brought before the Supreme Court.

Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas have real ethical issues. They have openly supported Jan. 6 actions and have spouses who engaged in acts in relation to overturning the 2020 election.

Biden can't appoint new members to the Court because Joe Manchin, Kyrsten Sinema, John Fetterman and Republicans refuse to end the filibuster.

Republicans will end the filibuster once a Republican president takes power.

You're Not Doctors!

One debate has the junk food media demanding President Joe Biden step down.

A whomping 72% of Americans say President Joe Biden isn't fit for office.

How many of them are doctors?

How many of them are actually voting?

Rapper Plies and social media influencer Kenny Walden (@2Raw2Real) said in plain terms, "Y'all ain't doctors! We sticking with Biden. FUCK the noise"

Yeah, a terrible debate performance has Democrats actually concerned about replacing Biden before the national convention. Yeah, Biden has struggled with Arab Americans, Black men, younger voters and Jewish voters because of this Israel issue. Yeah, Biden is the oldest currently serving president. His opponent is just as old.

But what happened to him isn't an issue for me. It about the results.

It's about preventing a convicted felon and his minions from enabling Project 2025 and Greater Israel. The Republicans are already pushing Christian Nationalism in Oklahoma, Louisiana, Florida, Ohio, Texas, Arizona, Indiana, Kansas, Idaho, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, South Dakota and North Carolina.

They are going to eliminate the filibuster and confirm Supreme Court nominees and federal judges without consequences. They will push for bans on immigration, must learn English, must read the bible, eliminate birthright citizenship for any child born to immigrants, eliminate spousal support of immigrant married to Americans, eliminate student loan cancellations, eliminate the Affordable Care Act, gerrymander districts to make it easier for Republicans to win, eliminate gay marriage and transgender rights.

They already made being homeless a crime. Republicans and conservatives are emboldened by white nationalism, Christian and Jewish supremacy.

Voters are concerned that his opponent, former president Donald J. Trump is unfit for office as well. Trump had a great night. After all, Jake Tapper and Dana Bash didn't control him, allowed him to deflect, didn't muted his microphone after he ranted, said racially charged rhetoric and lied his ass off.

A White House historian who often predicts the outcome with a strong accuracy called out the junk food media and CNN especially for promoting a narrative.

Allan Lichtman — an American University professor who helped create a “keys to the White House” model for predicting presidential races — spoke with CNN’s Abby Phillip in an interview in which he shut down talk from “pundits,” “pollsters, and analysts” who he said have no track record of predicting elections.

“And yet they come on, and they claim they know how this debate is going to affect the outcome of elections. They have no idea,” Lichtman told Phillip on Friday.

The remarks on Biden, whose family members reportedly called on him to continue his push for a second term this weekend, arrive amid a fallout for the president among Democrats.

Lichtman, who has accurately predicted nine of the last 10 presidential elections, later declared that the debate would have “zero” impact on the presidential race.

“Debates are not predictive of outcomes,” said the professor, who pointed to debate performances by Hillary Clinton, John Kerry and former President Barack Obama.

Clinton won all three debates but still lost. John Kerry won two of his debates and lost.

Barack Obama won five of his six debates and managed to win.

He continued, “That’s why we rely on the 13 keys which tap into the structure of how elections really work. And they show that Democrats really only chance to win, contrary to everything you’ve heard, is with Biden running.”

Phillip later flagged a “problem” with Democrats considering a Biden replacement due to uncertainty around his ability to physically carry out the rest of his campaign.

Lichtman brushed the talk aside and noted that questions over Biden’s physical capabilities are not coming from doctors.

“So this is all foolhardy nonsense. The same pundits and pollsters who led us down the primrose path in 2016 are giving the Democrats horrible advice,” he said.

He continued, “Republicans are sticking with a blatant liar who lied for every one minute and 20 seconds of that debate. Donald Trump put out a lie. And by the way, lies stick. Debate performances can be overcome. And now the first sign of, you know, adversity, the spineless Democrats want to throw under the bus their own incumbent president. My goodness.”

You Gonna Serve Them Four Months!

Defiant. Far right agitator Steve Bannon will head to federal time out after he lost his appeals.

Winners and losers of 2024.

Steve Bannon must report to federal time out for his four month stay. After the Supreme Court rejected his last minute plea for clemency, the far right agitator lost his attempt to stay out of the federal time out.

Bannon, a former advisor to former president Donald J. Trump from 2017 until 2018.

He was also the former chief executive of Breitbart Media, a far right conspiracy propaganda company.

Bannon defied a congressional subpoena which he was summoned to explain his role in the Jan. 6 insurrection. He refused to do it and claimed "executive privilege."

Clearly knowing he had no "executive privilege", Bannon maintained that he will not release any information to why Trump and his minions used their efforts to literally overturn the results of the 2020 election.

Trump, Bannon, Roger Stone and several Republican lawmaker still plot to overturn the 2024 presidential election. Trump still refuses to accept the election results if he lost.

The appeal was originally directed to Chief Justice John Roberts, who oversees such requests from Washington. He referred it to the full court.

The court rejected it without explanation, as is typical. There were no noted dissents.

Bannon claims he had executive privilege despite being out of office for over five years.

Defense attorneys have argued the case raises issues that should be examined by the Supreme Court, including Bannon’s previous lawyer’s belief that the subpoena was invalid because former President Donald Trump had asserted executive privilege. Prosecutors, though, say Bannon had left the White House years before and Trump had never invoked executive privilege in front of the committee.

Peter Navarro also refused to speak to Congress and he was convicted. He is serving his four month term in federal time out. He tried to appeal and lost.

A jury found Bannon guilty nearly two years ago of two counts of contempt of Congress: one for refusing to sit for a deposition with the Jan. 6 House Committee and a second for refusing to provide documents related to his involvement in the Republican ex-president’s efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss to Democrat Joe Biden.

U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols allowed Bannon to stay free while he appealed but recently ordered him to report to prison after an appeals court panel upheld his contempt of Congress convictions. The panel later rejected Bannon’s bid to avoid reporting to prison.

Bannon is expected to appeal his conviction to the full appeals court, and Republican House leaders have put their support behind stepping in to assert the Jan. 6 committee was improperly created, effectively trying to deem the subpoena Bannon received as illegitimate.

Bannon is also facing criminal charges in New York state court alleging he duped donors who gave money to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. Bannon has pleaded not guilty to money laundering, conspiracy, fraud and other charges, and that trial has been postponed until at least the end of September.

Bannon has a podcast that is streamed on Real America's Voice, a far right platform that hosts extremists such as him, John Solomon, Frank Gaffney, Charlie Kirk, Ted Nugent, Tudor Dixon and sexual predator Ed Henry.
