President Donald J. Trump has threatened American citizens, immigrants, foreign students, Democratic leaders, Republican lawmakers, Canada, Denmark, Greenland, Panama, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico, Spain, China, Russia, Brazil, India, Jordan, South Africa, Cuba and the junk food media.
Thanks to Trump and former president Joe Biden, the U.S. and its credibility are in major decline. Therefore several countries are considering moving away from the U.S. dollar.
The world wants to hold Israel accountable for its actions in the Middle East.
The United Nations has voted numerous times to punish, sanction and hold the apartheid ethnostate accountable. The International Court of Justice, the International Criminal Court, the World Health Organization and Amnesty International want to hold Israel accountable.
The Biden administration blocked every attempt to hold Israel accountable.
The Trump administration past and present blocked every attempt to hold Israel accountable.
Denmark warns there could be a 500% tariff increase if Trump threatens them and Greenland. They are the primary shippers of Ozempic, a popular diabetes and weight loss drug.
Canada has offered assistance when it came to the plane crash on the Potamac River, the wildfires in California and the shipment of weapons to Israel at behest of the United States. Trump has caused such friction by calling for annexing Canada into the United States. He wants to ship immigrants with criminal history to Canada. Trump and outgoing Prime Minister Justin Trudeau have a cordial but frosty relationship. Canada warns the U.S. that if Trump imposes tarrifs on the country, it could affect Americans who travel, purchase or use natural resources from the neighbor to the north.
Trump calling for the Gulf of Mexico to be renamed to the Gulf of America. He is trying to ship immigrants who were massively deported to the Global South.
Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Haiti, Venezuela, Panama and Brazil warn the U.S. that they are planning to abandon the U.S. dollar and avoid assistance when the Americans declare war on countries.
Biden’s ban on TikTok opened the door to its competitor RedNote.
China-based RedNote has opened up millions of Americans to openness. Some Americans are starting to question why the U.S. is no longer reliable in freedom.
RedNote has made Americans more aware of other countries and how they operate. Some are no longer seeing China, Iran, Cuba, North Korea and Russia as adversaries.
Trump’s executive order on combating antisemitism has only made Israel and the United States less credible. Because of the specific order being addressed to protect Jewish college students, Trump backed DEI.
Trump practically giving Jewish Americans more privilege than other Americans.
Trump is showing signs of cognitive decline.
BRICS photo. The Russian Federation is pushing for world leaders to abandon the American dollar.
Trump has apparently confused Spain for a member of the BRICS bloc of developing economies, causing some head-scratching and jitters over possible tariffs in Madrid.
Spain is not in BRICS, whose initials stand for Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. Spain is a member of NATO, along with the U.S., and of the European Union.
Trump erroneously said Spain was in BRICS when a journalist asked him about NATO countries like Spain which don’t meet the NATO minimum of spending 2% of economic output on defense. Spain ranked last in the 32-nation military alliance, estimated to spend 1.28% on defense last year.
Trump started his answer by saying “Spain is very low,” referring to its defense expenditures, but quickly veered into speaking about the BRICS.
“They’re a BRICS nation, Spain. Do you know what a BRICS nation is? You’ll figure it out,” he told the reporter from the presidential desk in the Oval Office.
Trump repeated his threat to put costly tariffs on BRICS, saying “we are going to put at least a 100% tariff on the business they do with the United States,” part of his economic plans that would overturn decades of free trade consensus.
Spanish Education Minister Pilar Alegría, who acts as a spokeswoman for the government, said she wasn’t sure why Trump made the comment.
“I don’t know if the affirmation made by President Trump was the result of a mix-up or not, but I can confirm that Spain is not in BRICS,” Alegría told reporters Tuesday.
Spain has been a committed member of NATO for the past four decades, she added, and the Spanish government considers the U.S. “a natural ally.”
Spain is one of eight countries that failed to meet NATO’s 2% spending target last year. Trump has said he wants NATO members to reach 5% spending on defense.
Deadly plane crash in Philadelphia. Days after one in Washington, DC.
Be warned graphic video and images. Take discretion.
The posts from X or YouTube could be removed. I have no control of that.
The end of the month of January. We had two major plane crashes, mass shootings, first school shooting of the year, mass deportation which drew ire from human rights groups, Israel and Hamas in a ceasefire already violated by the apartheid ethnostate, two intentional vehicle attacks, wildfires in California and two senile presidents trade power.
Cutting federal government means more of this.
Plane crash in Philadelphia.
President Donald J. Trump, Vice President JD Vance, Gov. Josh Shapiro, Sen. David McCormick (R-PA), Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), mayor Cherrelle Parker, the U.S. House members from Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Eagles were notified.
The small plane crashed in Northeast Philadelphia on Friday, officials said, with a fiery explosion observed upon impact.
It happened near Cottman Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard just after 6 p.m. Friday.
It only January and Trump as predicted brings chaos.
According to the FAA, a Learjet 55 departed from Northeast Philadelphia Airport en route to Springfield-Branson National Airport in Missouri when it went down.
Police say the plane was on a medical assignment. There were reportedly six people on board, according to Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy.
The FAA had initially reported there were two people on board. The agency did not have any update on their condition.
In addition to several flight crew members, sources say there was a pilot, medic, flight crew and possibly a patient on plane.

A large fire burned in the wake of the crash, prompting a significant response. Vehicles, homes and even people in the area could be seen on fire.
"It was just horrific. I was just driving down the street, coming to Wendy's and I just saw a plane basically hit the building and it exploded. The sky light up and I pulled over and basically it was just real bad around here," said one witness, who described the incident as "Earthquakish.
"It lit up the whole sky," he added.
Fireball caught on video
President Donald J. Trump, Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth blame DEI for plane crashes.
Several doorbell captures captured the horrific moment of impact as plumes of smoke billowed into the air.
"It was a big ball of fire that went up into the sky and the whole gas station just started shaking. Little debris and stuff was flying so I tried to keep the door shut and not let customers out until the debris was gone so nobody got hurt or anything," said Mikey, who works at a gas station near the crash site.
"Once I saw the big ball of fire, I came outside and started seeing a bunch of plane pieces. It looked, honestly, like a human foot or something and a shoe still on the side of the street."
Several others in the immediate area were taken to the hospital with various burn injuries. There was no word on their conditions.
The Philadelphia Fire Department advised residents to avoid the area of Calvert and St. Vincent streets.
The FAA issued a ground stop at Northeast Philadelphia Airport due to "an aircraft incident."
Shapiro said his team is communicating with local officials and first responders and is "offering all Commonwealth resources as they respond to the small private plane crash in Northeast Philly."
Also the first defection of blame from the 45/47th President.
President Donald J. Trump is in charge and everything that happens from 12:00pm Jan. 20, 2025 until 11:59am Jan. 20, 2029. It all falls on him.
Can't blame former president Joe Biden.
Y'all voted for this!
The second major crisis in the U.S. and the fucking president and Vice President JD Vance pivot to other entities to deflect from accountability. The Republicans so far at risk of losing the U.S. House and two senate seats. They will not have a permanent Congressional majority but neither will the Democrats.
Republicans need to stop gaslighting.
If any tragedy happened in America, say a deadly wildfire, the far right automatically blamed Biden and Democrats. Or even a deadly school shooting. The suspect was Black, so automatically the far right assumes the suspect is a Democrat or the new word "DEI."
Trump called the crash “a moment of anguish” for the country and said there is now a “systematic and comprehensive investigation” underway, led by the National Transportation Safety Board, and announced he was appointing Christopher Rocheleau as the acting FAA administrator.
No survivors.
He then pivoted to baselessly alleging that standards for air traffic control recruitment and hiring had become lax during the presidencies of his two Democratic predecessors, Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
“We must have only the highest standards for those who work in our aviation system. I changed the Obama standards from very mediocre at best to extraordinary, you remember that only the highest aptitude they have to be the highest intellect and psychologically superior people were allowed to qualify for air traffic controllers,” he claimed. “That was not so prior to getting there ... and then when I left office and Biden took over, he changed them back to lower than ever before. I put safety first. Obama, Biden and the Democrats put policy first, and they put politics at a level that nobody's ever seen because this was the lowest level. Their policy was horrible, and their politics was even worse,” he added.
The deadly collision between a military Blackhawk and a American Airlines flight is going to be 2025's most shocking in Trump’s term. And once again, he makes statements that impact the world. Even if they're false statements, his impacts will affect everyone.
Trump also falsely claimed to have once again raised standards for air traffic controllers by signing a memorandum upon taking office which shuttered a longstanding effort at the Federal Aviation Administration to recruit people with disabilities to serve in roles having nothing to do with air traffic control.
Positions in the air traffic control system require years of training, special licenses, and annual physical examinations and medical certifications to ensure that controllers meet high-performance standards.
President Donald J. Trump and Vice President JD Vance blame former president Joe Biden and DEI. They are shameless.
Continuing, the president slammed the FAA’s disability recruitment program for having sought out “people with severe intellectual and psychiatric disabilities” and falsely claimed that the prior administration wanted people with such disabilities to serve as air controllers.
“Brilliant people have to be in those positions, and their lives are actually shortened, very substantially shortened because of the stress where you have many, many planes coming into one target and you need a very special talent and a very special genius to be able to do it,” Trump said.
Vance, who joined Trump at the briefing, also took time to blame diversity initiatives for the crash and suggested that the FAA had been lowering standards because the government has been attempting to hire non-white people for ATC positions.
"If you go to some of the headlines over the past ten years many hundreds of people suing the government because they would like to be air traffic controllers but turned away because of the color of their skin. That policy ends under Donald Trump’s leadership. Safety is the first priority of our aviation industry,” he said.
At the same time as he attacked the prior administration and diversification efforts for the crash, Trump also said he wasn’t sure that the air traffic control system workers involved did anything wrong with respect to the tragedy. He also suggested it was the Army helicopter pilots who’d erred in a social media post made shortly after the crash.
Asked why he was now blaming efforts to recruit people with disabilities, he replied: “Because I have common sense, okay, and unfortunately, a lot of people don't,” he said.
American Eagle Flight 5342, a scheduled domestic passenger flight operated by a Bombardier CRJ700 series airliner collided mid-air with a United States Army Sikorsky UH-60L Black Hawk helicopter while on final approach to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport near Washington, D.C.. Both aircraft crashed into the Potomac River, killing all 67 people on board the two aircraft.
Flight 5342 was operated by PSA Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of the American Airlines Group, and was en route from Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport in Wichita, Kansas. The helicopter was on a training flight out of Davison Army Airfield in Fairfax County, Virginia.
Within three hours of the collision, authorities confirmed fatalities. As of 2:50 the following morning, no survivors had been reported, and search and rescue operations were described as "becoming more grim." Kansas senator Roger Marshall said that all 67 people were presumed dead.
Among the passengers were several U.S. Figure Skating athletes, personnel, and family members returning from a national development camp held in conjunction with the 2025 U.S. Figure Skating Championships in Wichita, Kansas. Coaches traveling as passengers were Russian nationals Evgenia Shishkova and Vadim Naumov, the pair skating gold medalists at the 1994 World Figure Skating Championships, along with Russian three-time figure skating champion and coach Inna Volyanskaya. As many as 15 passengers may have been affiliated with figure skating. It was the second fatal aviation accident involving members of the U.S. Figure Skating team, the first being the 1961 crash of Sabena Flight 548 in Belgium.
Four passengers were members of the D.C.-based UA Steamfitters Local 602 union.
Three students and six parents from multiple schools of the Fairfax County Public Schools in Virginia were onboard the flight.
Among the soldiers aboard the UH-60L Black Hawk, the two military members identified so far are the Black Hawk's pilot, Chief Warrant Officer 2 Andrew Eaves from Noxubee County, Mississippi, and the Black Hawk's crew chief, Ryan O'Hara, a 29-year-old US Marine veteran from Gwinnett County, Georgia.
U.S. Figure Skating confirmed that “several members of the skating community” and their family members were returning from a development camp held after the national U.S. Figure Skating Championships in Wichita, Kansas.
“We are devastated by this unspeakable tragedy and hold the victims’ families closely in our hearts,” the organization said. “We will continue to monitor the situation and will release more information as it becomes available.”
Members of the Skating Club of Boston and their families were among the victims, Doug Zeghibe, CEO of the club, told NewsNation.
Skater Spencer Lane, 16, and his mother, Christine Lane, as well as Jinna Han, 16, and her mother, Jin Han, were among those who died.
“I’m not sure there’s words in the dictionary right now” for how the son of two Olympic figure skaters killed in the Reagan National Airport crash must feel, Doug Zeghibe, CEO of the club, told NewsNation.
Figure skater Brielle Beyer, 12, and her mother, Justyna Magdalena Beyer, were also on board the flight, reported NBC News.
Donna and Peter Livingston, along with their two daughters, Everly, 11, and Alydia, 14, were coming back to Virginia after attending a skating competition in Kansas.
12-year-old Olivia Ter was also on the flight after attending the U.S. Figure Skating National Development Camp in Wichita, according to the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Department of Parks and Recreation.
Inna Volyanskaya, an ice skating coach in Ashburn, Virginia, also died in the crash, according to a post from Rep. Suhas Subramanyam (D-VA).
Skating coach Alexandr “Sasha” Kirsanov was also a passenger on the flight, his wife, Natalia Gudin, told ABC News.
Jonathan Campos, 34, was one of the pilots flying the passenger jet, reported The New York Times.
Campos wanted to be a pilot from the time he was 3 years old, Beverly Lane, Campos’ aunt, told the outlet.
“I think he wanted to be free, and be able to fly and soar like a bird,” she said.
His co-pilot, First Officer Sam Lilley was one of the crew members killed in the crash, his father, Tim Lilley, confirmed to NewsNation. Lilley was a pilot for PSA Airlines, which is owned by American Airlines.
His father told NewsNation’s “CUOMO” that his son will be remembered as a kind, happy man.
“His career was going great. He was engaged to a great girl. He was just at the prime of his life,” Tim Lilley said. “I was so proud of him,” he said, adding that his son was able to obtain certification in just a few years because he “pursued it with a vigor.”
Flight attendant Ian Epstein, from Charlotte, North Carolina, was also killed, his family has confirmed.
Danasia Brown was the other flight attendant on the plane, her cousin-by-marriage, Carolyn Edwards, confirmed to NBC News.
The Kremlin confirmed Thursday that Russian-born ice skating coaches and former world champions Evgenia Shishkova and Vadim Naumov were aboard the American Airlines jet.
Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that the figure skaters had won the pairs title at the 1994 world championships and competed at the Winter Olympics twice.
Attorney Kiah Duggins who had worked with the Civil Rights Corps was a passenger on the American Airlines flight.
Duggins grew up in Wichita and and represented the Miss Kansas Organization as Miss Butler County in 2015, reported KWCH.
She was described as “a brave and beautiful soul, a light in the fight for civil rights” by former Sedgwick County Commissioner Lacey Cruse.
“Her loss is heartbreaking, not only for her family and friends but for everyone who believes in justice and equality,” Cruse wrote in a Facebook post. “May her work, her message, and her spirit continue to inspire and create change. Gone too soon but never forgotten.”
Asra Hussain Raza, 26, was returning home to Washington D.C. after a work trip for her consulting position, her husband Hamaad Raza told WFIU.
“She gave a lot, but she had so much more to give. But if there was ever someone who took advantage of their 26 years of life, it was her.”
Raza told the outlet he was waiting for his wife at the airport and said her last text to him read, “We’re landing in 20.”
Cedarville University in Ohio confirmed Thursday that one of the victims of the crash was student Grace Maxwell.
Maxwell was a junior majoring in mechanical engineering with a minor in biomedical engineering and was anticipating her graduation in 2026, the college said in a statement.
“Grace was a quiet person with a keen interest in helping others through engineering,” Tim Norman, who served as her secondary adviser, said. She had been scheduled to serve on a “project team this semester that would begin to create a hand-stabilizing device for a differently enabled Dayton boy so he could feed himself rather than relying on others,” according to the school.
The university said that counselors are available for students needing services.
Bob Schrock and his wife, Lori Schrock, were also aboard the American Airlines flight.
The Schrocks were farmers in southwest Kansas along the Oklahoma border, reported The Kansas City Star.
Mikey Stovall was on the American Airlines flight coming home after an annual trip to Wichita to hunt duck and pheasant with friends, his mother Christina Stovall told WINK.
She described her son as an “amazing father, friend and son,” the outlet reported.
“Mikey did not have one enemy. If you see pictures of him, which I’m sure I’m going to post on there, he was the life of the party. He loved everybody. He didn’t see color, he didn’t see anything. He’s the happiest person. He saw good in everybody, almost to a fault,” Stovall said.
Melissa Jane Nicandri, 28, of Brooklyn, was among the victims who died, according to her family.
The Washington, D.C., branch of the Steamfitters union said four members were on board the American Airlines flight that crashed.
“The entire United Association is grateful to the first responders who worked tirelessly through the night, and who will continue to investigate what happened,” the post on X reads. “Our focus now is on providing support and care to the families of our Brothers as we continue to gather more information in the coming days. We will share more details as they become available, including a nationwide UA relief effort for the families. These members will be forever in our hearts, and may God bless them and their loved ones. May they forever rest in peace.”
Loudoun County Public Schools in Virginia announced that multiple victims were former students in the school system.
“Our hearts are heavy as we process the devastating news of last night’s tragic plane crash over the Potomac River involving an American Airlines flight and an Army helicopter. This unimaginable loss has deeply affected our community, and with great sorrow, we have learned that multiple victims were former LCPS students,” the district said in a statement.
Mental health professionals would be available to help students and families with their grief, the district announced.
American Eagle Flight 5342 was en route from Wichita, Kansas, with 60 passengers and four crew members aboard when it collided Wednesday with a UH-60 Black Hawk carrying three soldiers. Both aircraft went into the icy Potomac River, prompting a large search-and-rescue operation.
American Airlines has set up centers in D.C. and Wichita for people seeking information about relatives.
People who believe they have family members on the flights and are looking for further information are asked to call 800-697-8215.
A bullet doesn't care about color. We all bleed red and so many lives are lost to gun violence. Republicans offer no solutions other than "thoughts and prayers" with a touch of "lock em up."
An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.
You're not safe in the school, the concert, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the state buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operative inspired are types of gun violence.
Gun violence is the number one threat in the United States.
I dismiss this ridiculous notion that criminals are the problem, not the guns. Firearms are often obtained through legal purchases.
The gunmen rammed a vehicle into a weed dispensary where Shaw was guarding.
Again, having more security, teachers being armed and offering safe rooms are not solving the problem. The problem is legislators not willing to stop gun violence.
According to the far right: White shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant thugs and criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. According to the far right, almost all white [or non-white] mass shooters are registered Democrats [or some progressive activist] because they have liked or done one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share or post disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme or make bogus social media platforms with the shooter's image as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white or associated with conservative causes. The far right says a white person should "protect" themselves from thugs, terrorists or protesters. They believe the use of firearms are "justified" if they are protesting or even instigating a conflict. The far right believes if a shooter is a police officer, an active military member, a veteran or a citizen who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens in urban communities, the far right automatically assumes the gunmen are Black.
The Republicans usually amplify white victims. Anytime a person of color kills a white victim, it is often wall-to-wall coverage on Fox, Twitter and they force it into national news. They make the case to blame Black Lives Matter, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, Democrats, Rev. Al Sharpton and rap music for Black on whatever violence. Republican legislators who do not live in urban neighborhoods often troll social media to talk about gun violence or crime in Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee and New York City while not doing a damn thing to stop it. If a white person shoots a Black person, the shooter is given the benefit of doubt. White shooters are given glowing profiles about their perfect lives and how friends noticed something but refused to do something. When it comes to Black shooters, automatic vilification. They don't see mental illness. They see it as gang violence, allegedly fatherless homes, Democratic policies or the need for more firearms.
Too $hort and Fat Joe interview Kamala Harris.
The far right and Republicans exploit gun violence in the Black community for culture wars and racism.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that we are tired of police officers using immunity when committing death of suspects in custody. Let them know that you are tired of private equity firms getting away with destroying small businesses and long established companies. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-Semitic or in support of terrorism.
We have bigger issues at home and our tax dollars should solve the housing crisis, lowering food prices, fixing roads, bridges, helping reinvest in struggling urban and rural communities. We have hospitals closing, big box retailers leaving communities and television programs dying. There are bigger issues in the country than Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and legislators avoid influence from lobbyists.
All the money that goes to Israel could have been used for the Federal Aviation Administration. Republicans wanted to eliminate federal jobs.
Well here's the end game.
President Donald J. Trump, Vice President JD Vance, Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin, Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA), Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA), Washington, DC mayor Muriel Bowser, Rep. Elanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) and the Virginia U.S. House members were informed.
Washington Reagan National Airport is an international airport that is located in Arlington, Virginia.
A passenger jet collided Wednesday with a military helicopter while landing at Ronald Reagan National Airport near Washington, prompting a large search-and-rescue operation in the nearby Potomac River.
There was no immediate word on casualties, but all takeoffs and landings from the airport near Washington were halted as helicopters from agencies across the region flew over the scene in search of survivors. Inflatable rescue boats were being launched into the Potomac River from a point near the airport along the George Washington Parkway, just north of the airport.
The Federal Aviation Administration said the midair collision occurred around 9 p.m. EST when a regional jet that had departed from Wichita, Kansas, smashed into a military Blackhawk helicopter while on approach to an airport runway.
In a post on social media, American Airlines said it was aware of reports that one of its flights was involved in the incident and said it would provide more information once available.
Video from an observation camera at the nearby Kennedy Center shows two sets of lights consistent with aircraft appearing to join in a fireball.
The airport said emergency personnel were responding to “an aircraft incident on the airfield.”
The incident recalled the crash of an Air Florida flight that plummeted into the Potomac on January 13, 1982, that killed 78 people. That crash was attributed to bad weather.
America First is sloganing for dummies. Israel always comes first.
Fuck Donald Trump
Fuck JD Vance
Fuck Benjamin Netanyahu
Fuck Israel
Fuck Zionism
Fuck Congress
Fuck the ADL and Jonathan Greenblatt
Fuck AIPAC
Fuck anyone backing Israel
Free Palestine 🇵🇸
So now the First Amendment is what President Donald J. Trump targeting.
The Israeli government has a firm grip on American politicians. This must end.
We are at a point where the claims of antisemitism is bogus. You can fucking criticize Israel. You can fucking criticize Christians, Muslims, Satanists and Jews.
As long as you are not committing an act of violence, you can criticize, hate and protest against Israel and the government officials you elected.
The so called America First president appears to be Israel First.
He wants to deport foreign students who protest Israel and are accused of antisemitism. So the thought police along with ICE will apprehend lawful people protesting against a foreign country.
Trump signed an executive order Wednesday designed to cut off aid to colleges that tolerate anti-Semitism, though some critics called it an effort to stifle free speech and criticism of Israel.
"This is our message to universities: If you want to accept the tremendous amount of federal dollars that you get every year, you must reject anti-Semitism," Trump said during a Hanukkah reception at the White House where he signed the executive order.
The order basically aims to extend the scope of the section in the Civil Rights Act that prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin. It would now include anti-Semitic "hate," Trump said during the signing ceremony.
A White House statement said the order is written so as to enshrine "the definition from the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance of anti-Semitism into an executive order, and clarify that Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act applies to anti-Semitic acts."
The ADL is no longer reliable. It is an agent of the Israeli government.
Before signing the order, Trump said anti-Jewish hatred appears to be on the rise, and apparently was a motive for Tuesday shooting's at a kosher deli in Jersey City, New Jersey, that killed a police officer and three other people.
Critics said the order is really targeting criticism of Israel, particularly the "Boycott, Divest and Sanction Israel movement" (BDS) that involves criticism of Israeli policies toward the Palestinians.
"This is not 'protecting Judaism under civil rights law,'" tweeted Sophie Ellman-Golan, director of an organization called Jews against White Nationalism. "This is using Jews and Judaism as a shield to go after Palestinians and anti-authoritarian professors and student activists."
The U.S. Campaign for Palestinian Rights criticized the order as an attempt to silence protests against Israel, saying in a statement that it is "a clear instrument of repression targeting activism for freedom, justice, and equality for the Palestinian people on college campuses."
During the White House Hanukkah ceremony, Trump denounced BDS and similar movements that call for economic boycotts of Israel.
"We forcefully condemn this anti-Semitic campaign," he said.
Trump has made an appeal to Jewish voters a major part of his election strategy and touted his ties to Israel.
"The Jewish state has never had a better friend in the White House than your president, Donald J. Trump," he said at a weekend conference in Florida sponsored by the Israeli-American Council.
Good luck on stopping a movement. Y'all made it bigger.
Trump's critics have also accused him of engaging in anti-Semitic stereotypes. During that Florida speech, Trump joked the audience had to support him over the Democrats because “you’re not going to vote for the wealth tax.”
Halie Soifer, the executive director of the Jewish Democratic Council of America, said "we strongly denounce these vile and bigoted remarks in which the president – once again – used anti-Semitic stereotypes to characterize Jews as driven by money and insufficiently loyal to Israel."
Some critics said the new executive order comes dangerously close to declaring Judaism its own race or nationality, but supporters said that is not the case.
Jonathan Greenblatt, CEO with the Anti-Defamation League, tweeted that the order "protects Jews and other religious minorities from discrimination" under civil rights laws, "but does NOT break new ground on identifying Jews as a protected class."
The proposal does not differ much from previous actions of Democratic and Republican administrations to protect Jews and other religious groups in "a climate of rising anti-Semitism," Greenblatt said.
“Anti-Semitism on campus is a critical issue," he said, "and we at ADL have supported bipartisan efforts to improve the federal tools to combat it for years."
The Trump Mass Deportation Agenda will cause our housing market to fall, food prices to increase and unemployment rate go up.
President Donald J. Trump will fail and he will take the United States with him.
His support for white nationalism, Israel, austerity and attacking minorities (along with protected classes) is the results of y'all voting against former vice president Kamala Harris. It is the results of Democrats playing too nice with Republicans and the Israeli regime.
Democrats thought backing Israel would help them. Nope. It cost them big time.
It lead to three Democratic senators being replaced. One independent senator being replaced. No monumental gains in the long term. Historically four Black senators join the Democratic caucus. However, Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) is vulnerable as well as Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA).
Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-NH), Sen. Gary Peters (D-MI), Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV), Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) and Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) are at risk of being defeated.
This mass deportation issue affects families, relationships and brings tensions with trade partners.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids were reportedly conducted across South Florida on Sunday as President Trump begins to make good on his promise to increase the deportation of undocumented migrants.
The Department of Homeland Security has authorized law enforcement agents from across the federal government to partake in "investigating, determining the location of, and apprehending" undocumented migrants, issuing a directive aimed at operationalizing the president's signature campaign promise on immigration, according to a memo obtained by CBS News.
The directive allows federal law enforcement agents to conduct immigration-related enforcement actions that are usually reserved for officials under the Department of Homeland Security.

The memo, authored by acting Homeland Security Secretary Benjamine Huffman, says DHS will grant "the functions of an immigration officer" to several Justice Department law enforcement agencies, including the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the U.S. Marshals Service.
Despite a burst of policy changes since Trump took office, no large-scale immigration operations have been carried out yet.
The memo, addressed to the acting attorney general, also underscores that agents within the FBI already have immigration-arresting powers, known as Title 8 authority, and while infrequently used previously, such authorities have now been conferred onto the other agencies.
The Wall Street Journal was the first to report the memo.
The ATF and DEA are conventionally not involved with immigration enforcement, with exceptions related to drug trafficking or firearm violations. According to the new memo, that could soon change. The U.S. Marshals Service routinely assists in immigration-related cases involving federal fugitives, and some work alongside Homeland Security Investigations at the border to thwart transnational criminal organizations, part of DHS' Border Enforcement Security Task Force.
White people are Trump's biggest supporters.
While the memo falls short of deputizing agents or detailing specific personnel to partake in the president's planned deportation campaign, administration officials appear to working to increase the number of law enforcement agents who can carry out immigration-related matters.
In a statement, Huffman said, "Mobilizing these law enforcement officials will help fulfill President Trump's promise to the American people to carry out mass deportations. For decades, efforts to find and apprehend illegal aliens have not been given proper resources. This is a major step in fixing that problem."
The move comes after Justice Department officials issued a directive to department staff emphasizing Mr. Trump's immigration priorities. Acting Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove instructed prosecutors to investigate and potentially charge state or local officials who impede federal immigration efforts. According to a separate memo obtained by CBS News, Bove also instructed Justice Department components like the FBI and ATF to identify any evidence related to noncitizens in the U.S. within 60 days and pass that information along to DHS.
CBS News has reached out to the Justice Department and its law enforcement components for further comment on the new authorization. The FBI referred the matter to the Justice Department and DHS.
The former president Joe Biden has been villainized for inflation. Republicans were constantly complaining about grocery and gas prices. They used it to win over voters and reclaim the presidency with Donald J. Trump.
Now that Republicans won control of Congress and the White House, they all but ignored the skyrocketing prices of eggs, meat, rent, insurance and commodities.
They too busy deporting immigrants who are in the country but not U.S. citizens.
Folks who do labor, pay taxes and keep the country moving.
Republicans too busy giving taxpayer money to the apartheid ethnostate of Israel.
They want to be America First by stripping freedoms and long held policies away from minorities and the protected class.

Egg prices are estimated to increase about 20% in 2025, compared to about 2.2% for food prices in general, according to the US Department of Agriculture’s price outlook. Beef, coffee and orange juice are among groceries with higher prices, but eggs are uniquely impacted by the aggressive strain of avian flu, which has strained supply.
The prices of eggs will certainly increase the cost of bakery goods, pasta and pet food.
Trump also barred research data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and FDA.
While some states escaped last year’s outbreaks, many have reported a resurgence of the virus, which killed about 17.2 million egg-laying hens in November and December. That’s nearly half of all birds killed by the virus in 2024, according to the USDA.
The average price of a dozen large, grade-A eggs was $4.15 in December, up from $3.65 in November, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Egg prices were also up more than 36% year-over-year in December, according to the Consumer Price Index.
“Not to be the bearer of bad news, but we’re in this for a while,” said Emily Metz, president and CEO of the American Egg Board. “Until we have time without a detection, unfortunately this very, very tight egg supply is going to continue.”
As long as the avian flu persists, so will high prices. There are outbreaks in California, Indiana, Missouri, North Carolina and Ohio, the USDA said. About 8.3 million birds have died in January because of those outbreaks, according to the USDA.
Manufacturers and egg wholesalers have also drastically increased their prices in recent months. In New York, the wholesale price of large-carton eggs rose to $7.24 per dozen, while in the Midwest it increased to $6.84. In California, large eggs declined to $8.35 per dozen.
That’s costing grocers, who are holding prices at record or near-record highs, the USDA said. Avian flu outbreaks have spread to farms where birds are raised to lay eggs, hurting the population of young birds needed to offset the loss of egg-laying hens.
