The Midway Wrap Up!

Could it be the end of the road come November?

Well it appears to be five months in and six months to go before the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election. President Joe Biden and former president Donald J. Trump will square off again.

Okay, we made it through the first five months.

We also have the four year anniversary of the tragic death of George Floyd. The five year anniversary of the Dayton, Ohio tornado outbreak. Five years ago Trump was caught up in a scandal where had Rudy Giuliani, Lev Parnas, Igor Furman, John Solomon and Steve Bannon try to spin a scandal about Biden. Trump tried to extort Volodymyr Zelenskyy into pursuing an investigation into Biden and his son Hunter.

So instead of giving you a long reading. I am going to post the winners and losers so far this year and I hope that in the next six months we will see improvements or a total disaster.

We have hip-hop feuds between Drake and Kendrick Lamar. Drake had falling outs with A$AP Rocky, Future, Metro Boomin, Rick Ross and the Weeknd.

We have hip-hop feuds between Nicki Minaj and Megan Thee Stallion, Ice Spice and Latto, Chris Brown and Quavo, Eminem and Benzino and the Breakfast Club with RadioOne.

Trump had his first criminal trial which means he goes face to face with Stormy Daniels, Michael Cohen, David Pecker and Karen McDougal. Trump was convicted. He becomes the first U.S. former president to be held criminally accountable for his actions.

He will face a sentencing about the time of the Republican Party National Convention in Milwaukee.

He was ordered to pay a nearly $450 million fines which he is appealing in his financial fraud trial. He also is trying to get the Supreme Court to rule in his favor as the Jack Smith indictments pause because of Trump's ridiculous claims of immunity from crimes.

University of Michigan Wolverines despite allegations of spying on Penn State, Ohio State and University of Wisconsin's plays ended up going undefeated. The Big 10 Team finally pulled it off. Jim Harbaugh retired soon after. He is returning to the NFL to coach the Los Angeles Chargers

We have to congratulate the Kansas City Chiefs for another Super Bowl victory. The far right hates Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce and believe that she could impact the 2024 presidential election. Star quarterback Patrick Mahomes signed on for another three years. The Chiefs are petitioning for a new stadium.

Joe Madison, the iconic Black entertainer and talk radio host passed away from cancer.

The loss of Madison puts a dent in Biden's outreach to Black America. Biden will bypass Ohio Republicans after they stalled his ballot access. He will be virtually nominate him before the Democratic Party National Convention in Chicago. The party is expecting to face a major backlash because of Biden and Democrats support of Israel. Trump and Republicans will face the same.

Lauren Boebert was handed a difficult path. When Ken Buck resigned from Congress, Colorado governor Jared Polis announced a special election. Boebert who is running away from her current district is caught up in scandals. Her son and ex-ex-husband are caught up in criminal charges. She embarrassingly tried to rip off a Palestinian flag from the statue of George Washington at the university of the former president's namesake and was hammered with Beetlejuice songs.

Mike Lawler, Josh Gottheimer and Jared Moskowitz are trying to punish Americans who criticize Israel. Mike Gallagher introduced the infamous TikTok ban bill which became law this year. The president signed it and it faces a potential court challenge. ByteDance refuses to sell TikTok. Many believe the ADL and AIPAC pushed for the ban because of TikTok reaching out to show the realities of the genocide caused by Israel.

Marjorie Taylor Greene couldn't gain enough support to oust Mike Johnson from his Speakership. It also sparked an ongoing feud with many Republicans. Ken Buck resigned, Mike Gallagher resigned. Bill Johnson resigned. The Republicans are considering expelling Greene if she continues to be a burden.

Taylor Swift released another hit album.

Beyonce released another hit album.

Just so I don't want to go through everything in the world, I will just tell you who the winners and losers are so far in 2024.

I'm getting winded here. I am going to just say that in the next months, we will see more death, more successes and more controversy. I am certain I'll be around for some of these times.

I am an American.

I am Black.

I am a father.

I am a human.

On behalf of LaReyna, George Cook Reports, The Angry Indian and myself, The Blue Light Buzz, we thank you for reading our blog. We enjoy your feedback and hope that you enjoy the blog.

This is your blog.

Okay enough of this. We move forward and continue to do what we do. At least until I am completely tired of blogging, I will keep you informed on what's happening.

Marian Robinson Passed Away!

Michelle Obama announced her mother's passing.

Former first lady Michelle Obama and former president Barack Obama announced the passing of Marian Shields Robinson, the president's mother-in-law.

Mrs. Robinson been with the Obamas throughout his term. She was a caretaker at the White House. She was a guiding force for Malia and Sasha, the Obamas daughters.

On election night 2008, as Barack Obama sat nervously in a Chicago hotel suite and awaited news on whether he would become the country’s first Black president, his mother-in-law was by his side.

“Are you ready for this, Grandma?” Obama asked Marian Shields Robinson, who years earlier had doubted that he and her daughter, Michelle, would last.

Six months, tops, she had predicted.

“Never one to overemote, my mom just gave him a sideways look and shrugged, causing them both to smile,” Michelle Obama wrote in her memoir, “Becoming.” “Later, though, she’d describe to me how overcome she’d felt right then, struck just as I’d been by his vulnerability. America had come to see Barack as self-assured and powerful, but my mother also recognized the gravity of the passage, the loneliness of the job ahead.”

She continued: “The next time I looked over, I saw that she and Barack were holding hands.”

Barack and Michelle wanted Mrs. Robinson to join them on their journey.

The union of Barack and Michelle Obama, the 20-something lawyers who met one summer while working at a Chicago law firm, endured and made history. In her own way, Mrs. Robinson would, too.

She died peacefully on Friday, the former first lady and her brother, Craig Robinson, and their families announced in a statement.

“There was and will be only one Marian Robinson,” they said. “In our sadness, we are lifted up by the extraordinary gift of her life. And we will spend the rest of ours trying to live up to her example.”

Besides being the mother of the nation’s first Black first lady, Mrs. Robinson was also unusual for being one of the few in-laws who lived at the White House with the president and his immediate family.

Until January 2009, Mrs. Robinson had lived her entire life in Chicago. She was a widow and in her early 70s when Obama was elected in 2008 and resisted the idea of starting over in Washington. President Obama said the family suggested she try Washington for three months before deciding. The first lady enlisted her brother to help persuade their mother to move.

Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson, former Oregon State coach mourn their mother's passing.

Marian was born in Chicago in 1937, the fourth of seven children—five girls, followed by two boys—born to Purnell Nathaniel Shields, a house painter and carpenter, and his wife Rebecca Jumper, a licensed practical nurse. Her parents later separated. Both parents had multi-racial ancestry. Her mother's grandfather, Dolphus T. Shields (c. 1860–1950), was a descendant of slavery, with his mother a slave and his white father the heir of the slaveowner; he had moved from rural Georgia to Birmingham, Alabama, where he established his own carpentry and tool sharpening business. His descendants would eventually move to Chicago during the Great Migration.

Shields married Fraser Robinson III on October 27, 1960, in Chicago. They had two children together, Craig Malcolm and Michelle LaVaughn, named after Fraser's mother. Fraser died from multiple sclerosis in 1991.

Robinson worked as a secretary for mail-order retailer Spiegel, the University of Chicago, and a bank. In the late 1960s, Shields lived with her family in a rented second floor apartment of a brick bungalow the South Side of Chicago that belonged to her aunt Robbie and her husband Terry. This is where she raised her two children, Michelle and Craig, and continued to live until she eventually moved to the White House with the Obamas. Michelle Obama, in her book Becoming, describes her mother's strong attachment to her Chicago home and her commitment to raising her children as a stay at home mother. Shields resumed work as an executive assistant at a bank when her daughter Michelle started high school.

Michelle described her mother as forthright and honest, and spoke of her implacability and her silent support as a child and beyond. Shields used to take her daughter Michelle to the library long before she started school and used to sit beside her as she learned to read and write. Usually the kind of mother who expected her children to settle their own disputes, Shields was quick to see real distress and stepped in to help when needed. For example, when Michelle was in second grade and was distressed because of being devalued by a teacher, Shields advocated for her and was instrumental in getting her daughter better learning opportunities at school. Shields encouraged her children to communicate with her about all subjects by being available when needed and giving practical advice. She entertained Michelle's school friends when they visited and enabled her to make her own choices in important matters.

Manchin Goes Independent!

Joe Schmo goes independent.

White politicians, please keep Martin Luther King, Jr.'s name out of your mouth.

Do not share anymore honors to George Floyd, Breonna Taylor or any Black victim of police violence.

Stay in your lane and avoid trying to do good by adopting Black children, encouraging us to vote for your candidates or your political parties.

I am not sure on whether I will vote for either candidate come 2024.

The aftermath of the Donald J. Trump verdict. The Republicans and the far right junk food media agitators are calling for all hands on deck. They vow to support the former president regardless. Trump was convicted of falsify documents and trying to shield embarrassing information about his encounter with Stormy Daniels from making it a liability in the 2016 election. The Republicans still are backing a man who said he will be a dictator on day one. A man who will lie and deceive voters into committing violent acts towards other Americans.

The Democrats at least hold their candidates accountable. Hell many of the progressives want American lawmakers indicted by the International Criminal Court for backing Israel in its genocide.

Hypocrisy at its finest.

Now I hear the insufferable retiring West Virginia senator Joe Manchin who is friendly with Republicans is using his final months as an independent. The Senate is likely 50-50 now that Manchin, a conservative leaning senator left the Democratic Party.
The 118th Congress is the laziest by far. Manchin is an example of it too.

Manchin, a thorn in President Joe Biden's agenda is using his last months in defiance.

He and Arizona's Kyrsten Sinema, another independent who left the Democratic Party complain that the Democratic Party is no longer willing to be bipartisan. Mind you, these idiots voted to give Israel billions to commit genocide. They can't fix roads and bridges, feed the hungry here, give shelter to the homeless here, continue to protect the status quo and embrace monuments to white supremacy (i.e. border walls, Confederate statues and refusing to give reparations to Black and Indigenous people).

Manchin has served in the Senate since 2010. He serves as chairman of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. He said in a statement that over the last 15 years he has seen both major political parties leave their constituents “behind for partisan extremism while jeopardizing our democracy.”

Funny, protesting against Israel is extremist.

The Jan. 6 insurrection was an act of political extremism.

Holding Trump accountable is not extremism.

Protecting lobbyists and not voting with the party you aligned yourself with is political extremism.

“Today, our national politics are broken and neither party is willing to compromise to find common ground,” Manchin said. “To stay true to myself and remain committed to put country before party, I have decided to register as an independent with no party affiliation and continue to fight for America’s sensible majority.”

But his announcement left many questions unanswered. Manchin did not disclose if he will continue caucusing with Democrats in the Senate, where they hold a slim majority. And he did not indicate if he will be running for higher office in the near future.

A request for further comment from his office was not immediately returned.

Manchin announced in February that he would not be running for president, saying he didn’t want to be a “spoiler.”

“I will not be seeking a third-party run,” he said in a speech at West Virginia University. “I will not be involved in a presidential run. I will be involved in making sure that we secure a president that has the knowledge and has the passion and has the ability to bring this country together.”

The speech was billed as part of a national listening tour Manchin announced when he decided not to seek another Senate term. He told the Morgantown audience that he had no interest in being “a deal-breaker, if you will, a spoiler, whatever you want to call it.”

“I just don’t think it’s the right time,” he said then.

Sen. Joe Manchin (I-WV), Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), Sen. Angus King (I-ME) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) caucus with the Democrats.

Four independent senators, a historic first.

It's A Sh*tshow!

Two term Republican House lawmaker Jake LaTurner of Kansas is out. He is fed up with Republicans acting like idiots. He is one of the youngest members to retire.

Rep. Jake LaTurner (R-KS), 36 entered politics in 2021 to do something for the constituents of 2nd Congressional District. A staunch supporter of the former president, LaTurner wanted to be a voice for Kansans who felt that his policies mattered not the Democratic incumbent.

After watching the shitshow of former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy being ousted and the threats of ousting current House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), I guess it has taken a "toll" on him.

He and many more other lawmakers are departing from the House of Representatives.

The "little guy" Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-NC) is no longer seeking reelection. The former House Pro Tempore who was a loyal ally of McCarthy saw frustration when House Republicans pressured Johnson on the sham impeachment inquiries into President Joe Biden. Also being bitten by a rabid Fox, not just the animal has drove him to retire.

He like LaTurner are quietly fuming at Reps. Majorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Lauren Boebert (R-CO), Nancy Mace (R-SC), Jim Jordan (R-OH), James Comer (R-KY), Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Byron Donalds (R-FL), Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) and numerous others causing chaos.

The 118th Congress is the laziest in history. They only came together when it comes to funding the Israeli regime in its genocide of Gaza and the West Bank. Both Republican and Democratic members surpassed the definition of insufferable.

The very fact they are willing to give billions to Israel while it violating international law and is widely condemned for its actions is very definition of cruelty and culpability.

They have passed over 60 bills so far this year. Biden laments that a Republican majority and Donald J. Trump returning to the presidency could spell disaster for Democrats.

Even if Biden does win and Democrats retake the House or hold the Senate, they will have Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) slowing down legislation. Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) and Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) have slowed down legislation and caused frustration among several members. They both are retiring. It is a waste of time to have either party in charge.

Trump has set America in decline with his rhetoric and constant disgraceful actions while in office or on the campaign trail. Biden is continuing it by holding on to the status quo.

To date, the 118th Congress that began its work on Jan. 3, 2023, has enacted a total of 64 bills, less than one-fifth of the legislation that was passed by any of the previous four Congresses. Even that sluggish pace constituted a grind.

Members described once-routine House matters that are now fraught with melodrama, from passing bipartisan appropriations bills to electing a House speaker. “The things that I’m most proud of that were the hardest to do were negotiating the debt ceiling, passing the National Defense Authorization Act and reauthorizing and reforming FISA,” Mr. LaTurner said, referring to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. With an arid chuckle, he added, “Those things would have been just normal business in the past.”

Many of the 2024 retirees echoed LaTurner’s sentiments. Few of them came to Washington expecting that performing rote tasks like keeping the government operating and maintaining America’s credit rating would amount to career highlights. Referring to this year’s bipartisan Senate immigration bill, which Speaker Mike Johnson has avoided bringing to the House floor for fear of angering the far right, former member Ken Buck lamented, “We won’t deal with the tough issues. The border is a tough issue. The Senate passed a great starting point, and we just walked away.”

Accompanying the increasingly joyless slog of governance are other mounting hardships. Since 2009, the salaries of both House and Senate members have been frozen at $174,000 — high pay for the average American but challenging for members maintaining residences in both Washington and their home districts. Aware of the low estimation in which the public holds Congress, they have repeatedly voted to deny themselves cost-of-living increases. “Sometimes you wonder if members should just wear sackcloth,”  Sarbanes said.

Though none of the 20 people interviewed for this article would acknowledge that financial considerations played into their decision to retire, one of them, Rep. Larry Bucshon, a seven-term Indiana Republican, said, “I think recruiting qualified people is getting more difficult and I do think you’re seeing some people leaving because of the pay situation.”

Another exiting member, Rep.Tony Cárdenas (D-CA) admitted, “It weighs on us, it does. And you know, Congress shouldn’t be a place where only the wealthy can serve.”

Even as Congress has become less rewarding, it has become a more dangerous undertaking. Nearly everyone interviewed had received at least one death threat in recent years, some of which had resulted in arrests.

“It’s something you have to take into consideration nowadays, that if you’re going to run you’re going to face threats,’’ said Rep. Grace F. Napolitano, 87, a California Democrat. “ If it had been that way when I first ran in 1998, my family would have been against it.”

For House Democrats, the Jan. 6, 2021, assault on the Capitol represents a life-threatening nadir that has been difficult to move past. “I still experience trauma from Jan. 6,” said Rep. Ann McLane Kuster (D-NH), who said she was leaving Congress because of the cavalier attitudes of some in the GOP about the day. “I feel as though it’s impacting my ability to work with my Republican colleagues,” she said.

In contrast, Chris Stewart, the former Republican member from Utah, said Jan. 6 was not at all a factor in his decision to leave Congress. “Democrats are from Mars and Republicans are from Venus,” he said. “We fundamentally view the day differently. Honestly, it didn’t have an impact on my feelings about Congress or how I approach my job.”

Notwithstanding her decision, Kuster remains a member of the centrist New Democrat Coalition and had staked her six-term career in a purple district on being a politician who was willing to work across the aisle. Her views are common among the 20 interviewed, including many who named each other as legislators they were proud to have partnered with, like practitioners of an ancient ritual now facing extinction.

Most of them insisted that the calling remained a noble one that they would recommend to an ambitious niece or nephew, though not without caveats.

“If I’d grown up 30 years later, I don’t know that I would have made the decision I did,” said Rep. Dan Kildee (D-MI), who in 2012 won the seat that had been held by his uncle, Dale Kildee, for the previous 35 years. “Because it’s different now. You have to brace yourself for a level of anger and personal disdain that was always a part of the political world, but never at this level.”

Kildee added that he hoped for a new generation of willing legislators.

Buck concurred. “It’s important not to turn the government over to the crazies,” he said.

Guilty As F**king Sin!

July 11 is sentencing for Trump.

Damn, a former U.S. president is a convicted felon.

Donald J. Trump has a 45% chance of winning. It is a real fucked up situation for Republicans. Should they support a man who is convicted of 34 felonies?

Is this the "law and order" party?

They will defend this. Disgraceful Republicans want people of color to be held accountable for crimes. They loose their shit when the king of white privilege. Trump is very definition

Nikki Haley, you want to reenter the race?

Anyway, the presumptive Republican nominee is the first major candidate to ever be convicted of crimes against the state.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), Minority Leader Hakeem Jefferies (D-NY), Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Republican lawmakers, Democratic lawmakers, world leaders, far right agitators, progressive agitators, historians and you the reader are informed about the former president's conviction.

Vindication.

At 5pm, the jury in Manhattan County Superior Court had convicted Trump with falsifying documents to keep an embarrassing story from reaching the election.

Michael Cohen, Stormy Daniels, Karen McDougal and David Pecker are vindicated. The Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg proved his case that Trump lead a conspiracy of election interference.

Judge Juan Merchan set a sentencing hearing for July 11. Trump's sentence is up to the judge, and it could include prison time or probation.

Prosecutors accused Trump of taking part in an illegal conspiracy to undermine the integrity of the 2016 presidential election and an unlawful plan to suppress negative information, which included concealing a hush money payment to an adult film star.

A felony conviction of a former president or party frontrunner is unprecedented, but Trump, who is the 2024 presumptive GOP nominee, can still run for office.

Trump called the jury's decision a "disgrace" and said the "real verdict" will come during the presidential election on November 5. Biden said on social media that his 2024 rival can only be defeated at the ballot box.

The indictment, the first of a former U.S. president, was approved by a Manhattan grand jury on March 30, 2023. Trump traveled from his residence in Florida to New York City on April 3, 2023, where he surrendered to the Manhattan DA's office and was arraigned the next day. Trump pleaded not guilty and stated that he would continue to campaign for the 2024 presidential election if convicted. The trial began on April 15, 2024. On April 30, 2024, Trump also became the first U.S. president to be held in criminal contempt of court, due to comments he made earlier in the month about individuals involved with the trial.

Before, during, and after the trial, the defense made requests for the case to be delayed or dismissed, for the judge to recuse himself, and for a mistrial; these motions were unsuccessful. The prosecution argued that Trump's 2016 campaign sought to benefit from the payment of hush money to Daniels through Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen, who was allegedly reimbursed via a false retainer agreement. The prosecution rested on May 20, 2024, after calling 20 witnesses. The defense argued that Trump was unaware of any allegedly unlawful scheme, that Cohen was unreliable as a witness, and that the retainer agreement between them was valid. The defense rested on May 21, 2024, after calling two witnesses.

What Happened To Samuel Sterling And Riley Doggett?

Riley Doggett and Samuel Sterling were killed by police officers using their vehicles as weapons.

Be warned, there will be graphic videos.

What is going on in Kent County, Michigan?

The need for police reform in the case of high speed chases, apprehension and community relations with people of color.

Yeah, I know the Kia Boyz are annoying criminals who ruin the lives of motorists. I am a testament. The igorant Kia Boyz broke into my vehicle. They could not steal it because it was a push button but they seriously damaged my window siding. Someone also dented my passenger side as well. I am still frustrated that the police can't do anything about it.

It is vandalism and property theft. It is a crime that is replaceable by insurance.

If it was a injury or death, the police would react to this more. Mind you, we can't kill a thief if the person is not posing a threat. Police will not buy the excuse that property theft is worthy of death by a civilian.

Michigan State Police sergeant used his unmarked vehicle as a weapon.

But oh well, I found my only solace in watching videos on social media of Kia Boyz getting a classic style of Black punishment. Back in the day, Black boys who caused problems would get their asses whooped with a belt. Those belts straightened out children.

Now if you put a belt to a child, you could be arrested for child abuse and children services could put your child in protective custody.

Anyway to the subject of Kent County. It is in the lower peninsula of Michigan. It is called West Michigan. The city of Grand Rapids is the seat of the county. It has a population of 654,000 residents.

Interstate 96, Interstate 196, U.S. Highway 131 and Michigan 6 (Paul Henry Freeway) are the major roads in the county. The Grand River is a major river in the state.

Republican prosecutor Chris Becker decline prosecuting dirty cops.

Kent County is a fairly Republican area. Out of the 40 years, Barack Obama and Joe Biden managed to flip the county once. Obama in 2008 and Biden in 2020. It will make a difference for Biden of he retains the county. It is going to be challenging knowing that he had uncommitted in the primary take over 15% of the vote which equals over 148,000 voters. Biden won Michigan by 1.2% of the vote.

Gerald Ford once represented the area as a congressman before he became vice president and later president for one term. Ford could have been a great president had he not pardoned his former boss Richard Nixon after he resigned from office after facing a possible impeachment for abuse of power.
No mugshot of Brian Neeley.

The current lawmaker Rep. Hillary Scholten (D-MI) faces a tough challenge. The freshman lawmaker supports Israel, supported the TikTok ban, condemned Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) for her stances on Israel and voted with Biden policies 96% of the time. While Republicans are 100% supportive of Israel and its genocide because they relish in dehumanizing people. The Democrats are 95% supportive of Israel and the party's core base is disappointed in Biden and the party's support of apartheid ethnostate.

The type of training American police officers are given came through Israel. The Israelis use vehicles to run over Palestinians without any consequences. They used tractors, police SUVs and tanks on civilians. They trained U.S. law enforcement in Israel tactics on how to apprehend civilians.

Two incidents where police officers used their vehicles as weapons in apprehension. Both of the suspects died.

One man was ran over after fleeing an arrest. The Michigan State Police task force tried to apprehend him when a sergeant in his vehicle pinned the suspect into a wall of a Burger King.

Detective Sgt. Brian Keely, 50, of Grand Rapids, was part of a fugitive task force trying to take Samuel Sterling into custody on April 17, 2024. Keely is charged with one count of second-degree murder, which carries a potential life prison sentence, and one count of involuntary manslaughter, a felony carrying a 15-year sentence.

Sterling fled on foot shortly before noon, sparking a chase involving state troopers and other law enforcement agencies.

Sterling was in the parking lot of a Kentwood fast food restaurant when Keely struck him with the unmarked vehicle he was driving, according to authorities.

Smirking deputy Josiah McMains.
Officials said Sterling died later that day at the University of Michigan Metro Health Hospital.

On Tuesday, May 28, 2024, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel charged Keely with second-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter.

Second-degree murder is a life felony, and involuntary manslaughter is a 15-year felony.

“Public integrity is a top priority for my department, and we remain committed to providing a thorough and just review and resolution in each case brought before us,” Nessel said.

Nessel argues Keely was grossly negligent and created a high risk of death or great bodily harm that could have been prevented.

Keely will be arraigned at 62-B District Court in Kentwood, but that court date has not yet been scheduled. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

One teen was ran over after a police chase where he jumped out of the passenger seat and the Kent County sheriff's department deputy who was a K-9 handler ran him over.

The Kent County prosecutor declined to charge the deputy for his actions. It will be up to Nessel to indict the deputy.

No charges will be filed against a Kent County deputy accused of hitting and killing a teenager with a sheriff's cruiser, according to Kent County Republican Prosecutor Chris Becker.

"Based on the facts of the circumstances, I did not find a basis to charge the officer," Becker said at a news conference Tuesday.

Riley Doggett, 17, died of his injuries in the hospital on May 9.

Rep. John James (R-MI) and Kent County sheriff, Republican Michelle Lajoye-Young.

The 17-year-old and another teenager were found driving a stolen Land Rover near the Allegan-Ottawa County line on April 8 when they crashed and tried to run away.

Doggett would be sideswiped by a sheriff's cruiser driven by deputy Josiah McMains minutes later, catching his leg under the car and landing hard on his head, according to the Kent County Sheriff's Office.

Two weeks after Doggett's death Tuesday, Becker announced that McMains wouldn't be charged in the case due to insufficient evidence.

Evaluations of multiple charges, including involuntary manslaughter, reckless driving causing death and moving violation causing death, also did not fit the description of the incident, Becker said.

The driver of the stolen car, on the other hand, faces charges of fleeing and eluding causing death and continuing criminal enterprises, or CCE.

The juvenile could also be charged as an adult because the four minute, 45 second chase ended in Doggett's death, according to Becker.

The police using their vehicles as weapons now.

Tuesday's announcement comes just four days after attorney Ven Johnson, who is representing the Doggett family, claimed that the family has yet to receive a police report surrounding the 17-year-old's death.

Because of this, a civil action lawsuit has not yet been filed.

Johnson spoke with the junk food media after Becker's announcement of the charges against the juvenile driver.

"We obviously disagree with prosecutor Becker's conclusion that he can't bring charges, but that's his call," Johnson said.

Becky Wilbert, Doggett's mother, said they brought charges against the wrong person.

"The juvenile driver is not the one who hit my son," she said. "The officer hit my son."

Johnson and the Doggetts had demanded that police release footage of the teenager's death, saying that deputies should not be allowed to "hide it."

"They should not be allowed to hide this from the families, hide this from the public," Johnson said. "To be able to hide this video from the family and from the public for 46 days is shameful and disrespectful." At Tuesday's news conference Becker said the family had been allowed to see the video.

Dana Nessel must hold the Kent County Sheriff's Department accountable.

Moving forward, Doggett's family plans to conduct an independent autopsy, saying they believe the teenager's death was due to excessive and deadly force.

"That's not a side swipe, especially when you have the front passenger's side wheel running up the back of your left leg, taking your shoe off, and leaving a tire print on your left calf," Johnson said.

Wilbert is worried about the possible precedent this situation may set.

"These officers are getting out of control, and without charges being pressed, that more officers will think that they can do the same thing and get away with it, and that's not okay," she said.

Johnson said he plans to write a letter to Nessel, asking her to review the evidence and bring criminal charges against McMains.

Age Ain't But A Number But It Still Will Be A Biden Thing.....

Many of Biden's critics may never reach the age of 81.

Yes, his age is an issue.

Yes, his support of Israel is an issue.

Yes, his handling of the economy is an issue.

Yes, a lot of voters show concern about President Joe Biden as well as former president Donald J. Trump's age and health.

To be honest, I don't care about Biden's age.

I care only about his stubbornness and willingliness to back an apartheid ethnostate. He said he wants to save the "soul of the nation." Nearly four years in and we are more divided than before.

To be honest, many of his detractors didn't survive. Rush Limbaugh is a perfect example of slimeballs who attacked Biden on his age and numerous other issues. He is dead and gone.

Diamond, of the Diamond and Silk fame is gone. The Hollaway sister died and she was serving a dose of anti-Biden rhetoric.

I am waiting on Bill O'Reilly, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Roseanne Barr, Michelle Malkin, Tara Reade and Wayne Allyn Root to find a coffin to fit in.

Who's to say?

Biden is the oldest president to serve in current office. He said he can complete a full term and remain in office for a second term.

Biden roasted a reporter who asked if he would finish out another term as he met with supporters on a runway during a campaign stop on Wednesday.

“President Biden, will you be serving your full four-year term or handing over power to Vice President Harris?” a reporter shouted at Biden.

“Are you okay? Are you alright?” Biden replied in a clip aired on C-SPAN.

“You’re not hurt are you? I said are you okay? Did you fall on your head or something?” Biden jested and moved on.

Biden spoke at private preparatory school Girard College in Philadelphia as he and Harris launched their Black voter mobilization effort. Biden told Black Americans, “I’m still optimistic, but I need you.” He asked the crowd of supporters, “Are you with me?” The audience stood and shouted back, “Yes.”

Biden also sharpened his attacks on former President Donald Trump, saying that Trump “snapped” after losing the 2020 election and that’s why he encouraged the Jan 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol to retain power.

World Leaders Demand U.S. Cut Israel Loose!

Israel is the real terrorist.

We have lost our influence on the world. President Joe Biden, former president Donald J. Trump and Congress are viewed very unfavorably with world leaders. They see that American arrogance is the cause of the world's problems.

We are backing the wrong horse.

Let me be clear:

IT IS NOT ANTI-SEMITIC TO CRITICIZE THE STATE OF ISRAEL.

Israel will be a 2024 issue. Once this pass, I get the feeling that Biden will be the last U.S. president to support Israel.

Presidents after Biden (hopefully Trump never wins a second presidency) will come to realize that Israel was the bad guy all along. Just so we are clear: Donald J. Trump and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. support Israel also.

Over 150 countries have condemned the airstrike done by the Israeli regime on the Rafah refugee camp where that regime told civilians it was a "safe zone."

Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar are threatening to expel the Israeli ambassadors and they want force an embargo on the nation. The U.S. continue to block efforts to punish Israel and it has the United Nations furious.

The IDF and Eygptian military forces clash at the Rafah crossing resulting in death.

Images showed the area engulfed in flames as screaming Palestinians fled for safety, with some video shared on social media showing disturbing images, including severely burned corpses and a man holding what appeared to be the headless body of a small child.

The strike drew condemnation from world leaders just days after the United Nations' top court ordered Israel to halt its offensive on the southern Gaza city, where more than a million people had sought refuge.

In an address to the Knesset on Monday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called the strike “a tragic incident," his office said, clarifying comments made in Hebrew that could be translated in English as either “a tragic mishap” or “a tragic mistake.”

“We are investigating the case and will draw conclusions, because this is our policy," he said.

Nikki Haley doing her due diligence by writing her name on artillery shells.

As global outcry mounted, the Israel Defense Forces initially said that it had targeted two senior Hamas leaders, that it did not strike a designated humanitarian area and that it took steps to reduce the risk of harming civilians. It said a full investigation would be conducted into "the deaths of civilians in the area of the strike."

Qatar warned the airstrike could hinder efforts to reach a cease-fire deal, which had been renewed in Europe over the weekend. Adding to tensions, Egypt's military said one of its soldiers was killed after a firefight with Israeli forces was reported at the Rafah border area.

The IDF confirmed that “a shooting incident occurred on the Egyptian border,” adding that the incident was under review and that discussions were being held with the Egyptians.

Benjamin Netanyahu refuses to end this.

Former UN Ambassador and failed Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley went to Israel to sign her name on the ammunition that Israel uses on civilians.

The IDF said its strike targeted two Hamas leaders who it said were responsible for organizing terrorist attacks in the occupied West Bank area. It said that it was aware of reports that civilian tents were ignited in the strike and that the incident was "under review."

In a subsequent statement, the IDF said the airstrike was based on "prior intelligence information regarding the presence of the senior Hamas terrorists at the site." It said that before the strike "a number of steps were taken to reduce the risk of harming uninvolved civilians" and that "it was assessed that there would be no expected harm to uninvolved civilians."

Israel went to Rafah despite Biden's tepid warnings.

It said an investigation was underway into "the circumstances of the deaths of civilians in the area of the strike. The IDF regrets any harm to uninvolved civilians during combat."

In a statement, Hamas described the strike as a horrific “massacre." It did not confirm the death of the commander or the senior leader.

Earlier Sunday, Hamas' military wing announced a missile barrage into Israel targeting Tel Aviv, the first in many weeks. The IDF said that eight projectiles were identified crossing from the area of Rafah into Israeli territory and that a number had been intercepted.

From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free! 🇵🇸 🍉

Israel for way too long has manipulated me with this endless victimhood. All the while pushing for an ethno-nationalist state, Israeli government leaders [both left and right] have called for the eradication of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and West Bank.

The operatives have operated with shell agencies like the American Israel Public Affairs Committee and the Anti-Defamation League. These organizations operated at the behest of Israel.

The evil Israeli regime has fanned outrage over regime change, boycotting entertainers who support Israel, octopuses, buttons, protests at synagogues, protests at Holocaust museums, blocking roads, blocking bridges, boycotting companies and calling for international sanctions.

Israel keeps calling it an attack on Jewish people and it amounts to antisemitic propaganda.

Let me get this straight: You are more upset over words than actions. You are upset someone using their freedom of speech to criticize a foreign country engaged in a propaganda campaign to shield itself from war crimes and impunity. You are upset over people using their voices, their wallets and their time to protest an injustice. Well, get upset over your taxpayer money aiding foreign nations. Get upset over foreign nations killing Americans in a war funded by our taxpayer money. Get upset over the deaths of thousands in Haiti, Chad, Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Syria, Venezuela, Myanmar, Mexico, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine and Palestine. Get upset at your president, your senator, your representative, your governor, your state leader, your mayor and your local junk food media for bowing to the evil regime of Israel.

Could you name one damn thing Israel's done for the United States?

The Israeli government through its proxies are trying to sway American lawmakers into criminalizing criticism of its actions to antisemitism.

Israel's latest excuses to justify the genocide:
  • They claimed that Hamas wants to kill as many Jews as possible.
  • They claim that Hamas has underground tunnels under schools, hospitals and refugee camps.
  • They claim that Hamas was planning on building a dirty bomb.
  • They claim that Hamas are using civilians as human shields.
  • They claim that Hamas is ISIS.
  • They claim that Hamas had a copy of Mein Kampf inside a base in a children's bedroom.
  • They claim that Hamas was beheading 40 babies.
  • They claim that Hamas misfired a rocket at a hospital.
  • They claim that Hamas wants a regional war.
  • They claim that Hamas had top secret plans to attack the U.S. and Great Britain.
  • They claim that Hamas has a calendar that showed the shifts of who was watching the hostages.
  • They claim that Hamas shot female soliders in the buttocks and breasts.
  • They claim that Hamas shot dead a civilian and raped the victim's corpse,
  • They claim that Hamas has placed explosive devices on corpses.
  • They claim that Hamas has infiltrated college campuses in the U.S. and Great Britain.
  • They claim that Hamas support from individuals amounts to being a terrorist sympathizer.

Hamas is not raping women and there is no proof they done such a horrible act. It is part of the dehumanizing campaign Israel is promoting to influencers in the West. You see it when they are constantly deflecting from the images of Gaza being destroyed by American and European sponsored Israeli weapons. In their minds, they are justifying the brutal slaughter of children, men, women, journalists and doctors as collateral damage.

Hamas stated the reasons for the attack on occupation forces. It has nothing to do with the Jewish religion or Iran.

The IDF has the weapons to destroy everything. All on the American taxpayer, Israel has killed civilians, their own citizens and the status quo.

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.

We need to put pressure on Democrats and Republicans to do something to improve everyone's lives.

Israel will be defeated.

Keep pressure on them with Israel.

Israel must be held accountable for war crimes and the U.S. must end its aid. Our taxpayer money should not help Israel any further.

They are feeling it. Democrats know the risk of supporters being turned off by their policies. They know that Biden is under extreme pressure to do something. Arab Americans, Muslim and young voters have vowed to never back Biden putting his reelection chances in danger. They beg Americans for political donations while using our taxpayer money to fund Israel and these stupid lobbyists.

Not one penny will go to Biden, Democrats, Kennedy, Trump and Republicans.

The call number to the White House and U.S. Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official White House numbers 202-456-1111 and 202-456-1414. This is the Congress official phone number, 202-224-3121. Please be respectful to operators, staff members and elected leaders. Your calls are monitored by the U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Capitol Police.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. Let them know this law on TikTok is a ban on free speech. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-semitic or in support of terrorism.

We have bigger issues at home and our tax dollars should solve the housing crisis, lowering food prices, fixing roads, bridges, helping reinvest in struggling urban and rural communities. We have hospitals closing, big box retailers leaving communities and television programs dying. There are bigger issues in the country than Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.

If anyone trolls you about condemning Hamas for Oct. 7, 2023, kindly ignore them or respectfully tell them that Israel has committed an illegal occupation of Gaza, East Jerusalem, Golan Heights and the West Bank. They shoot innocent civilians and indiscriminately bomb heavily populated areas in Gaza and the West Bank.

Will you condemn the actions of Israel if I have to condemn Russia, Iran, Hezbollah and Hamas?

If you're upset over protests, why are you not upset over the treatment of innocent people being killed by Israel?

If you're upset over TikTok being a danger, why are you not upset over X, Instagram, Facebook, Rumble, Threads, YouTube and Truth Social?

Ohio Has A Poison Plant Invasion!

A dangerous plant makes it mark in Ohio.

Ohio has an invasive plant called the poison hemlock. It is a highly poisonous plant and it could be deadly to human and pet if injested.

Conium maculatum is a highly poisonous flowering plant in the carrot family Apiaceae, native to Europe and North Africa. It is herbaceous without woody parts and has a biennial lifecycle. A hardy plant capable of living in a variety of environments, hemlock is widely naturalised in locations outside its native range, such as parts of Australia, West Asia, and North and South America, to which it has been introduced. It is capable of spreading and thereby becoming an invasive weed.

Hemlock will usually begin to bloom between June and August.

All parts of the plant are toxic, especially the seeds and roots, and especially when ingested. Under the right conditions the plant grows quite rapidly during the growing season and can reach heights of 2.4 metres (8 feet), with a long penetrating root. The plant has a distinctive odour usually considered unpleasant that carries with the wind. The hollow stems are usually spotted with a dark maroon colour and become dry and brown after completing its biennial lifecycle. The hollow stems of this toxic plant are deadly for up to three years after the plant has died.

Mike Tyson Had A KO On The Plane!

Iron Mike had a mild scare on a flight.

As the veteran boxer prepares for his comeback with an exhibition match with content creator and boxer Jake Paul, Mike Tyson had an medical emergency on a plane.

On Monday, In Touch Weekly first reported that Tyson, 57, suffered a medical issue during a flight from Miami to Los Angeles on Sunday.

“Thankfully Mr. Tyson is doing great,” his representatives said in a statement to ESPN on Monday. “He became nauseous and dizzy due to an ulcer flare-up 30 minutes before landing. He is appreciative to the medical staff that were there to help him.”

Tyson’s representatives also shut down reports that suggested that the boxer’s medical issue caused the American Airlines flight to be delayed.

“It’s false reporting that his medical attention caused the flight delay,” his rep added. “This two-hour delay was due to an air conditioning issue on the aircraft.”

On July 20th, Tyson and Paul will square off at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

The clash clout.

The match will be streamed globally on Netflix. The company is gearing up for live sporting events which include MLS, WWE, WNBA, NBA and NFL events.

Tyson is the father of seven. One of his children died in an accident with a treadmill.

Tyson has been married three times. His marriage to Robin Givens and the rape of Desiree Washington gave him a reputation of a sexual predator. The rape of Washington put Tyson in the iron college. He has to register as a TIER II in Offender U.

Tyson resides in Henderson, Nevada, a boom town outside of Las Vegas.

Tyson and Paul endorsed Donald J. Trump for his 2024 presidential bid.
