Mary Peltola Takes Down Mama Grizzly!

Democrat Mary Peltola will be sworn in as a U.S. Representative from Alaska.

The return of Mama Grizzly ended on Wednesday. A relatively unknown running as a Democrat bested the two Republicans running to take the spot vacated by the late pork king Don Young.

Young died in Los Angeles while awaiting flight to Alaska.

The special election to fill his seat was certainly a national watch for possible Republican enthusiasm. 

The former Alaskan governor, 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee and reality television agitator was defeated in a special election. The results came 15 days after the August 16 election, in line with the deadline for the state elections officials to receive absentee ballots from outside the U.S.

Those who served in the military of course.

Mama Grizzly's return to politics ended today when Mary Peltola became the U.S. Representative-elect.

Peltola is the first Native Alaskan to serve in the U.S. House and first woman to hold the seat.

Peltola won with 52% against the far right agitator's 48%.

"It is a GOOD DAY" said Peltola on social media. The U.S. Representative-elect will be sworn in within a few days. She will ended up having to defend her seat in November.

Peltola is from Yup'ik. Her victory will give Democrats the needed boast to retain the House and Senate coming in November.

Endorsed by Washed Up 45, the former Alaskan governor was hoping that her name and likeness would encourage Republicans to turn out to vote for her. It was not what she was expecting.

That MAGA Republican nonsense still continues to this day. The Republicans have vowed that if they get into power, they will start investigating the FBI, Hillary Clinton, Hunter Biden and advocate for a national abortion ban. 

Palin the loser. 

Peltola was the first Democrat in over 50 years to win. Nick Begich was the last Democrat to hold that seat. He was declared legally dead after his plane disappeared in the Alaskan frontier during a campaign stop. Begich's grandson, Karen was running as a Republican.

Both Begich and Mama Grizzly wanted to be an America First lawmaker.

Turns out that Alaskans are not too keen on the MAGA Republican way of thinking.

The former Alaskan governor emerged on the scene as the running mate for John McCain. He introduced her in Dayton, Ohio. As soon as she started talking, she sounded more like Softball Hannity which led her to being called the "Queen of the Tea Party Movement." Her rise is credited to the nonstop conspiracies that fed Washed Up 45. She involuntarily gave him a reason to run for president.

So adieu to Mama Grizzly. Please hibernate and never see the sun ever again.

What Happened To Donovan Lewis?

Columbus Police kill unarmed man in a 3am raid.

Another deadly shooting by the Columbus Division of Police. The state's largest city with 1 million residents continues to grow as a prominent Midwestern city. But with more growth comes more problems.

The police are doing damage control after two officers executed a search warrant on a resident's home.

The cops enter the home with a K-9 and within a few seconds, they entered a bedroom and literally shot a man in his bed. The man was unarmed and the police are trying to justify the shooting by saying the individual had a criminal history, blah, blah, blah!

The victim, Donovan Lewis was Black. The cops were white. 

The cop a 30-year veteran who handled the K-9 was identified and placed in the freezer pending an investigation into whether it was a justifiable use of a firearm.

So they served a felony warrant for domestic violence, assault and weapons-related incidents at an apartment complex in the Hilltop neighborhood. The main road that goes into Hilltop is Sullivan Avenue, a place where the working girls make their business known.

The area is kind of economically deprived. The city is proposing gentrification for neighborhoods.

Police conduct an early morning raid of an apartment complex.

The warrant was served at 3am. They were conducting a raid on the property. So the police knocked on the door for a few minutes. A man answered the door, Donovan and man were sleeping. 

The cops detain the two and then enter the home to search the bedroom. Within seconds, the gunshot.

Lewis was struck once. The young man ended up dying at a local hospital.

Ricky Anderson, a 30-year veteran assigned to the canine unit, holds the off-and-on barking K-9 while opening a closet door while coming around the corner from a living room area.

"We're gonna send that dog in," one of the officers warns before Anderson gives a slight push to a bedroom door off the kitchen. The door squeaks slowly open and the light from the gun of another officer shines on Lewis as one of the officers yells, "Hands!"

In less than a second, the video shows Anderson reaching into the door opening and fires a gunshot at Lewis, who appears to have raised his head from lying on his left side on the bed and is leaning on his left arm when he is hit in the abdomen and he goes face down onto the bed.

An officer yells "Hands" repeatedly for several seconds before telling Lewis to "crawl out here" twice. But the wounded Lewis remains on the bed.

More than 20 seconds later, an officer says "I'm going in, cover me." Two officers go in and begin to tell Lewis at least twice to put his hands behind his back. One officer says, "I need cuffs. I'm out of cuffs."

An officer picks up Lewis' right arm and begins to fold it back to handcuff him and Lewis lets out an audible moan as one of the officers says "Put your hands behind your back, now."

One shot the moment they entered the bedroom.

A few moments later, an officer says: "Stop resisting."

Other video shows the wounded Lewis being carried out of the apartment with his hands cuffed behind his back.

After Lewis was carried from the apartment, he was rendered medical aid by officers applying what appears to be a trauma bandage and performing CPR. Lewis was taken to OhioHealth Grant Medical Center, where he died at 3:19 a.m. Tuesday.

Bryant said it appeared Lewis had a vape pen or electronic cigarette in his hand before Anderson shot him. The device can be seen on the bed as officers handcuffed Lewis.

The shooting early Tuesday was the third police shooting in the past eight days and the first to end in a fatality. One other suspect was wounded and no one was hit in the third shooting. Columbus Mayor Andrew J. Ginther, Department of Public Safety Director Robert Clark, Columbus Police Chief Elaine Bryant and City Council President Shannon Hardin attended the press conference.

Ginther said Tuesday's fatal police shooting "resulted in the tragic loss of life, and that "regardless of the circumstances, a mother has lost her son in the city of Columbus."

"Transparency, accountability, cooperation — these are our bedrock values," Ginther said. "And (they) will inform every step forward. We ask for your patience and grace as we uncover all the facts."

Bryant said the Ohio Bureau of Investigation is handling the investigation into the fatal shooting as is Columbus policy on any officer-involved shooting in the city in which someone is injured or killed.

"We’re committed to full transparency to sharing as much as we can as quickly as we are able do so — and we’re committed to holding officers accountable if there was any wrongdoing," Chief Bryant said. "As the chief, it is my job to hold officers accountable, but it is also my job to offer them support and that I give that to them through the process."

Columbus police said the incident began when multiple officers had gone to the apartment around 2 a.m. Tuesday in an effort to arrest Lewis, who had outstanding warrants for domestic violence, assault and felony improper handling of a firearm. Court records show including a misdemeanor assault earlier this month on his girlfriend, who is pregnant with his unborn child. Multiple officers were at the scene when the shooting occurred, as is police policy when attempting to serve a felony warrant or a warrant for a violent offense.

Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence, monkeypox and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how gun reform is taking away your rights to own firearms.

I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth.

When you hear folks say "gun rights," what they really mean is that its white privilege. This good guy with a gun nonsense has to end. The cops didn't do nothing when children were shot inside a school. A security guard was shot dead trying to protect shoppers. A cop accidentally shot his own. The good guy who tried to stop a bad guy is outgunned and a part of the rule #3.

Remember #3 means: The "good guy with a gun" better be prepared to die if they want to stop a shooter.

I don't want to hear folks say masks and vaccine mandates impede their freedoms. It prevents a deadly outbreak from spreading. If you want to die from the coronavirus, that's on you. We lost over 1 million people from the coronavirus.

I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. Cause a bullet does not have eyes and it's always likely gonna hit a target. These folks seem to not get it. These incidents are a tragic part of American history. Thoughts and prayers and your heart going out to the victims is not enough. It quite frankly is an insult. I am also tired of scapegoating Black on Black crime, Chicago, Baltimore and Democratic mayors for the nation's obsession to be numb to gun violence. You pretty much enable this nonsense by deflecting.

President Joe Biden is trying to curb gun violence. However, he has no support from Republicans. Most Democrats and America are for gun control measures. However the two Democrats in the Senate refuse to change the filibuster rules and its holding us back.

The National Rifle Association is always pushing against it. They will not relinquish from the narrative that guns are not saving lives. The Republicans aided by a fickle junk food media are openly encouraging anarchy and disruption in a desperate attempt for the Republicans to win back Congress and the White House. These agitators are calling for Biden to curb crime but will not help him. They want more guns on the street. It makes no sense.

So in closing, expect more.

Bigger Than Anticipated!

The Department of Justice release an image of the top secret documents recovered at Mar-a-Lago.

The seriousness of this scandal is being downplayed by Washed Up 45, Republicans and the far right agitators in the junk food media. The image released by the U.S. Justice Department shows an image that has implications that they had to take action now.

The documents that were obtained were so top secret, many FBI agents had to have a special clearance to view them. I mean you have to have special permission to view these documents.

The Justice Department filed a 36-page response late Tuesday night Washed Up 45's request for a federal judge to appoint a third party to sift through the records seized at his Florida residence. The government alleges that "obstructive conduct" occurred at Mar-a-Lago after the former president's legal team allegedly tried to conceal or remove certain records from investigators in the months leading up to the Aug. 8 search.

In the filing, federal prosecutors argued that Washed Up 45's request for a special master to review the records seized in the search "fails for multiple, independent reasons," and they accused the former president of leveling "wide-ranging meritless accusations" against the U.S. government in the motion he filed last week.  

The appointment of a special master, they said, "is unnecessary and would significantly harm important governmental interests, including national security interests."

Among the filings submitted to the court is a redacted FBI photo — taken during the Aug. 8 search of Mar-a-Lago, the Justice Department said — of records recovered from a container in the former president's office that include cover sheets for classified information with the markings "SECRET//SCI" and "TOP SECRET//SCI." The documents are positioned next to a container with a framed Time magazine cover, among other items.

Visible on the cover sheets is the message "Contains sensitive compartmented information up to HCS-P/SI/TK."

Federal prosecutors told the court that in some instances, "even the FBI counterintelligence personnel and DOJ attorneys conducting the review" of the records seized in this month's search required additional clearances before they could review certain documents, suggesting that they found the records to be extremely sensitive. 

In a post to his social media platform Truth Social, the former president claimed he declassified the records visible in the photo from the FBI. However, the Justice Department said Washed Up 45's representatives never "asserted that the former president had declassified the documents or asserted any claim of executive privilege."

"Terrible the way the FBI, during the Raid of Mar-a-Lago, threw documents haphazardly all over the floor (perhaps pretending it was me that did it!), and then started taking pictures of them for the public to see," the former president wrote Wednesday. "Thought they wanted them kept Secret? Lucky I Declassified!"

His legal team also has until 8 p.m. Wednesday to submit its own response with the court.

Investigators are probing the former president's alleged mishandling of classified documents, specifically records that he took from the White House to his Mar-a-Lago residence when he left office in January 2021, as well as possible obstruction of the investigation. 

The Justice Department revealed Friday that earlier this year, investigators found 184 unique documents bearing classification markings — including 67 documents marked confidential, 92 documents marked secret and 25 documents marked top secret — in material the National Archives and Records Administration initially collected from the former president in mid-January. The Archives later referred the matter to the Justice Department for further examination. 

In their latest filing, federal prosecutors said that during the course of its investigation, the FBI "developed evidence" indicating that in addition to the 15 boxes retrieved by the Archives in mid-January, "dozens of additional boxes" likely containing classified information remained at Mar-a-Lago.

To retrieve those additional classified records, the Justice Department obtained a grand jury subpoena and on June 3, three FBI agents and a Justice Department attorney visited Mar-a-Lago to get the materials, according to Tuesday's filing. The officials received from the former president's representatives a "single Redweld envelope double-wrapped in tape," prosecutors said. Washed Up 45 had previously claimed that he "voluntarily" accepted the subpoena and later invited investigators to Florida for the June 3 meeting. 

According to the Justice Department's response, an unidentified individual characterized as the "custodian of records" for the former president's post-presidential office provided federal law enforcement with a signed certification letter on June 3 that stated a "diligent search" was conducted of boxes brought from the White House to Mar-a-Lago and that "any and all" documents responsive to the grand jury subpoena were turned over.

Records taken from the White House to Mar-a-Lago were stored in a single location, a lawyer for the former president present on June 3 told federal officials: a storage room on the property, the Justice Department said in its response. A preliminary review of the documents conducted by the FBI revealed the envelope contained "38 unique documents bearing classification markings, including 5 documents marked as CONFIDENTIAL, 16 documents marked as SECRET, and 17 documents marked as TOP SECRET."

"Counsel for the former president offered no explanation as to why boxes of government records, including 38 documents with classification markings, remained at the premises nearly five months after the production of the Fifteen Boxes and nearly one-and-a-half years after the end of the administration," Justice Department lawyers told the court. 

But after the June 3 meeting at Mar-a-Lago, the FBI, according to the response, claims it uncovered "multiple sources of evidence" that indicated more classified documents remained at the property and that a search of the storage room "would not have uncovered all the classified documents at the premises." Prosecutors added, "the government also developed evidence that government records were likely concealed and removed from the storage room and that efforts were likely taken to obstruct the government's investigation."

It was against that backdrop that the Justice Department sought the search warrant from a federal magistrate judge earlier this month, prosecutors said. During the Aug. 8 search of Mar-a-Lago, federal agents seized 33 boxes, containers or "items of evidence" that contained more than 100 classified records, including information classified at the "highest levels," according to the filing. Three classified documents were allegedly found in desks in the former president's "45 Office" and also taken by the FBI.

Of the items seized by federal agents, 13 boxes or containers had documents with classification markings, some of which contained colored cover sheets indicating their classification status — the photo of which was submitted to the court in a supplemental filing.

"That the FBI, in a matter of hours, recovered twice as many documents with classification markings as the 'diligent search' that the former president's counsel and other representatives had weeks to perform calls into serious question the representations made in the June 3 certification and casts doubt on the extent of cooperation in this matter," the filing asserts.

Following the execution of a search warrant at the former president's Mar-a-Lago resort earlier this month, the former president filed a lawsuit asking a federal judge to appoint a special master to examine the materials and filter out any privileged or unrelated documents that were not within the scope of the court-authorized warrant.

Last week, Judge Aileen Cannon of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida asked the Justice Department to explain its view of the former president's request, setting a deadline of Tuesday for the government's response. She also ordered the department to submit a more detailed list specifying all property seized during its execution of the search warrant at Mar-a-Lago, though that document, also due Tuesday, was to be filed under seal.

In an order issued Saturday, before the Justice Department responded to the former president's motion, Cannon gave notice of her "preliminary intent" to appoint a special master, though her decision was not final. A hearing on Washed Up 45's request is set for Thursday afternoon.

On Monday, prosecutors said in a separate court filing that investigators had already completed their search for potentially privileged information and found a "limited" set of documents that might be considered protected under attorney-client privilege.

For his part, the former president has denied wrongdoing and claimed without evidence that the investigation is a politically motivated attack as he prepares for a possible presidential run in 2024.

They Still Talking!

The New York Post is a racist tabloid.

The far right won't stop talking shit about Duchess Meghan of Sussex. Since her marriage to Prince Harry, it's been a nonstop shitshow of attacks from these pompous white assholes.

In January 2020, the pair stepped down as senior members of the royal family and later settled in her native California. In October 2020, they launched Archewell Inc., an American public organization that focuses on non-profit activities and creative media ventures. In the following years, she released a picture book for children, titled The Bench, and launched a Spotify podcast, called Archetypes. 

Together with her husband, she also sat down for a much publicized interview with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021 to address the racism of British and American press. They said that the royal family were racist towards them. The royal family and longtime Head of State, Queen Elizabeth II have denied the allegations.

The New York Post, The Daily Mail, The Daily Express, Sky News, Fox, The Mail on Sunday, The Sun, The Daily Mirror and Breitbart are the most notorious media agitators aimed at the former American actress turned royal. 

Meghan is biracial and the British royal institution is historically a white privilege. She entered the royal family after marrying Harry in 2018. He met her on the set of her television drama Suits in 2017. While filming in Toronto, Harry and Meghan started secretly dating. The prince kept the junk food media out of his personal business for the most part.

Soon, when it emerged that they were dating, the junk food media was non stop in its criticism of her.

Since the marriage, British press continued its nonstop campaign to paint a humble American activist, actress and royal as a spoiled, bitter, narcissistic racist. They made endless comparisons of her with Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge.

When it was announced Meghan was pregnant, they went totally ballistic with negative coverage. They never stopped attacking her and Harry. It drove them nuts.

Seeing how it led to his mother, Princess Diana's tragic death in Paris 25 years ago, Harry knew the risk.

The media attacked Meghan and Harry for have homes in Victoria, British Columbia, Vancouver, London and Los Angeles. Their move to the U.S. was criticized by the New York Post as Megxit.

She signed an executive deal with Spotify and it has surpassed extremist Joe Rogan. They start attacking her for doing a podcast. One of her guests was Mariah Carey. The junk food media would tear apart the interview.

Some nobody who is one of Nelson Mandela's grandchildren decided to say shit. 

“Madiba’s celebration was based on overcoming 350 years of colonialism with 60 years of a brutal apartheid regime in South Africa,” Zwelivelile ‘Mandla’ Mandela told the Daily Mail.

“It cannot be equated to as the same.”

The singer and Meghan were discussing their biracial past. The junk food media zeroed in on the diva remarks not the substance of the podcast.

Black Brits see the writing on the wall and weren't too surprised about how racism played a role in Meghan and Harry's departure.

We'll Pass On Truth Social!

Google Play Store denied Truth Social.

The Google Play store has confirmed the far right social media platform Truth Social will not be available. They will not offer it to users of Android or Google based products.

Washed Up 45's struggling platform has not overtaken Twitter. Many on the far right would rather spend their time annoying the left on Twitter than Truth Social. They can't resist being assholes on the internet. The former president gave them a place to vent and it just doesn't live up to their expectations. They cannot debate or troll the left on Truth Social.

Google said the app lacks effective systems for moderating user-generated content, which violates the store’s terms of service.

Washed Up 45 had about 88 million followers on Twitter, has about 4 million followers on Truth Social, where he continues to push false claims about the election. He is facing a criminal investigation over secret government records he took with him to his Mar-a-Lago home in Florida and is considering another run for the White House.

The former president sure had time to post threats to President Joe Biden. He went on his social media to reTruth a conspiracy theory from a user.

While Washed Up 45 has in the past promoted QAnon-inspired accounts and theories, the posts on his Truth Social account were his most explicit, unobscured, QAnon-promoting and QAnon-baiting posts to date.

In one, he reposted the QAnon slogan — “Where We Go One We Go All.” In another, he re-posted a 2017 message from “Q” that’s critical of the intelligence community. The QAnon conspiracy theory was built around Q, an anonymous account that posts periodically on 8kun, often with vague or symbolic language that is then interpreted by followers. The account claims to document a secret battle being waged by Washed Up 45 against the Democratic Party, which followers of the theory contend is run by satanic, child-eating cannibals who run a pedophile ring filled with celebrities and political elites who have been covertly running the United States government for decades. None of the posts’ concrete predictions have come to fruition.

Users of QAnon forums rejoiced at the former president’s apparent endorsement of the conspiracy theory and its mythology. The top response on the most visited QAnon forum to one of Washed Up 45’s posts about the conspiracy theory read simply, “Wipe them out sir.” Others pleaded with the former president to “nuke them from orbit” and to “sir, please finish them off,” referring to QAnon enemies such as Hillary Clinton and President Joe Biden.

In addition to the QAnon-adjacent posts, the former president shared several conspiracy theories Tuesday on his Truth Social site and he re-posted a picture of Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, with the words “Your enemy is not in Russia” written in black bars over their eyes.

The posting spree comes one day after the former president posted a message that he should be reinstated as president — “Declare the rightful winner, or hold a new Election, NOW!” — and as he’s come under increased scrutiny from federal investigators who executed a search warrant at his Florida resort earlier this month and recovered troves of classified documents.

Can't he just shut the fuck up?

In the weeks since, Washed Up 45 has made a number of incendiary comments bashing the FBI, baselessly suggesting the agency planted evidence and claiming the search was politically motivated.

On Tuesday, he re-posted items about the Jan. 6 riot being orchestrated by the FBI and antifa, and made a false claim about the wife of a man named Ray Epps, who has been accused in right-wing conspiracy theories of being a federal agent who egged on Capitol rioters. The House committee investigating the riot has disputed those claims.

Washed Up 45 also re-posted a message from a user falsely claiming to be his daughter Ivanka who was complaining about “the useless vaccines.” (Karenvanka has been a strong supporter of the Covid-19 vaccine).

Washed Up 45, for years, has done little to distance himself from QAnon and its supporters. Asked his opinion of QAnon followers in August 2020, the then-president said, “I’ve heard these are people who love our country.”

More recently, adherents have pushed a large number of conspiracy theories that the 2020 election was stolen — some of which were later adopted by the former president and his lawyers. They’ve also called for a civil war to restore Washed Up 45 to power — although some followers believe he’s still in charge of the country.

The group’s followers have been linked to several violent incidents, including a train hijacking, kidnappings, a police chase and a slaying.

In his remarks on the group in 2020, the former president said he didn’t know much about QAnon and its followers, “other than I understand they like me very much, which I appreciate.”

Mikhail Gorbachev Passed Away!

Mikhail Gorbachev has passer away.

The last president of the Soviet Union has passed away. Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev passed away at the age of 91. Russian television confirms that the 91-year old former leader and mentor to Russian Federation president Vladimir Putin had a prolong illness.

He was also notable for the unique scar on his head.

The most famous rivalry was Gorbachev and Ronald Reagan. The famous Berlin Wall speech which Reagan used the "tear down" as a call to end occupation of East Berlin and East Germany. George H.W. Bush was the president who saw the Soviet Union collapse and he developed a lifelong friendship with the former rival.

West Berlin was a semi-autonomous region surrounded by East Germany. It was considered "Free Germany" or the West.

Gorbachev, who served as general secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union from 1985 until 1991, was a controversial figure in his lifetime.

Celebrated in the West for dismantling the Iron Curtain, he was 0awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1990 for brokering international peace and helping to end the Cold War. In his native Russia, however, Gorbachev was reviled by many for presiding over the collapse of the Soviet Union. 

“I feel like a man who has lived several lives, full of great moments and heavy losses,” Gorbachev 0once said.

Though he expressed regret for some political choices, Gorbachev stood by many of the Cold War decisions that have earned him a place in history.

Perestroika, the program of political and economic reform that he introduced in the USSR in the mid-1980s, was one of his greatest achievements, he 0told The Guardian in a 2011 interview.

“What we were able to achieve within the country and in the international arena was of enormous importance,” he said.  “It predetermined the course of events in ending the Cold War, moving toward a new world order and, in spite of everything, producing gradual movement away from a totalitarian state to a democracy.”

Frenemies.

Gorbachev was born on March 2, 1931, in the southern Russian province of Stavropol to a peasant Ukrainian-Russian family.

His childhood was marked by suffering and terror. In the 1932-33 Soviet famine, nearly half his village starved to death, including members of his own family. Many more in the village were later killed during Joseph Stalin’s purges. In 1937, one of Gorbachev’s grandfathers was captured and tortured. “They tried to break his arms,” Gorbachev 0remembered. “They tried to blind him.”

Still, for all the hardship, Gorbachev was remembered by his classmates and teachers as a bright and popular child who enjoyed singing and dancing. As a teen, he helped his father operate combine harvesters on collective farms.

He was one of “best looking guys in the village,” his childhood friend, Alexander Yakovenko, remembered in “A Man Who Changed The World,” a documentary about Gorbachev’s life.

After decades of Cold War tension and confrontation, Gorbachev brought the Soviet Union closer to the West than at any point since World War II.

"He gave freedom to hundreds of millions of people in Russia and around it, and also half of Europe," said former Russian liberal opposition leader Grigory Yavlinsky. "Few leaders in history have had such a decisive influence on their time."

Bush and Gorbachev had a lifelong friendship.

But Gorbachev saw his legacy wrecked late in life, as the invasion of Ukraine brought Western sanctions crashing down on Moscow, and politicians in both Russia and the West began to speak of a new Cold War.

"Gorbachev died in a symbolic way when his life's work, freedom, was effectively destroyed by Putin," said Andrei Kolesnikov, senior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.

He will be buried in Moscow's Novodevichy Cemetery next to his wife Raisa, who died in 1999, said Tass, citing the foundation that the ex-Soviet leader set up once he left office.

"We are all orphans now. But not everyone realizes it," said Alexei Venediktov, head of a liberal media radio outlet that closed down after coming under pressure over its coverage of the Ukraine war.

When pro-democracy protests rocked Soviet bloc nations in communist Eastern Europe in 1989, Gorbachev refrained from using force - unlike previous Kremlin leaders who had sent tanks to crush uprisings in Hungary in 1956 and Czechoslovakia in 1968.

Gorbachev, the last Soviet president, forged arms reduction deals with the United States and partnerships with Western powers to remove the Iron Curtain that had divided Europe since World War Two and bring about the reunification of Germany.

But his internal reforms helped weaken the Soviet Union to the point where it fell apart, a moment that  Putin has called the "greatest geopolitical catastrophe" of the twentieth century.

Putin felt Gorbachev gave away the power.

"Mikhail Gorbachev passed away tonight after a serious and protracted disease," said Russia's Central Clinical Hospital.

Putin expressed "his deepest condolences", Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Interfax. "Tomorrow he will send a telegram of condolences to his family and friends," he said.

Putin said in 2018 he would reverse the Soviet Union's disintegration if he could, news agencies reported.

World leaders were quick to pay tribute. European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen said Gorbachev, who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1990, had opened the way for a free Europe.

President Joe Biden said he had believed in "glasnost and perestroika – openness and restructuring – not as mere slogans, but as the path forward for the people of the Soviet Union after so many years of isolation and deprivation."

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, citing Putin's invasion of Ukraine, said Gorbachev's "tireless commitment to opening up Soviet society remains an example to us all".

We'll Impeach Him!

It was no secret but now they make it a campaign promise.

The Democratic Party wants to encourage Americans to vote to save democracy.

The Republican Party wants to encourage Americans to riot and scapegoat human beings in their pathetic culture wars. They embrace white nationalism and cultural appropriation. The party would rather keep white America angry over immigrants, gays kissing, Blacks protestings and women getting terminations.

The cats out the bag.

If the Republicans do win back Congress, expect investigations into Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton, Anthony Fauci, Christopher Wray, Merrick Garland, the U.S.-Mexico border and Joe Biden.

QAnon Leader Karen McCarthy (R-CA) vowed "not to impeach" Biden for political purposes. But remember he was the guy who said that investigating Clinton would drive her numbers down on Fox.

He is lying. He will waste no time trying to punish Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI). He said he would love to slap the gavel over House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's (D-CA) head.

Rep. Idiot Karen Greene (R-GA) who was stripped of her committeeship in early 2021 vows to impeach President Biden. Her first week as lawmaker she introduced an Article of Impeachment to claim that Biden was not rightfully the president. She also introduced impeachment over Afghanistan, the Inflation Reduction Act, the Budget Reconciliation Act and numerous other gripes.

Rep. Karen Boebert (R-CO) has also considered impeachment over the Afghanistan withdrawal, Hunter Biden's laptop and his ties to Ukrainian officials. 

Bring it.

Rep. Karen Goesar (R-AZ) who was stripped of his committeeship in mid-2021 vows to open up investigations into Hillary Clinton's email server. He still believes that the FBI who "raided" the Mar-a-Lago resort were corrupt. 

Rep. Karen Roy (R-TX), Rep. Karen Jordan (R-OH), Rep, Karen Biggs (R-AZ) and numerous others have vowed to hold Vice President Kamala Harris accountable. 

Rep. Karen Jackson (R-TX), a former White House doctor to Washed Up 45 and Barack Obama, former ally of Biden, now calls for a cognitive test of the president and vows to make that an issue when he calls for impeachment.

If Republicans do win back the Senate, expect Obstructionist Leader Karen McConnell (R-KY) to eliminate the filibuster and back the House when it comes to impeachment, a national abortion ban and rolling back the Build Back Better agenda. 

The GOP's chances of winning back Congress has narrowed. They have a 2-point lead when it comes to taking back Congress. Since they have no actual plans, they win on the noise.

The noise folks.

Fox Karen Cries About Biden Wearing A Mask!

They mad her wore a mask.

The Democratic Party wants to encourage Americans vote.

The Republican Party wants to encourage Americans to riot and scapegoat human beings in their pathetic culture wars.

Dr. Karen Saphier is crying over President Joe Biden still wearing a mask. The president and First Lady Jill Biden both caught the coronavirus. The First Lady had a rebound case this week.

The president is trying to lead by example. The example is to wear a mask is to show careful behavior post diagnosis.

A licensed radiologist and the director of breast imaging at Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) Monmouth, New Jersey. She is well known for providing her opinions as a contributor on Fox .

She is also an anti-vaxxer and COVID-19 denier. She believes the pandemic was a hype by Dr. Anthony Fauci and the World Health Organization. 

While appearing for a taping of Jay Leno's Garage with the legendary comedian and car aficionado, Biden wore a mask. 

The Republican National Committee's Vote Red @RNCResearch Twitter page is so concerned with the president wearing a mask.

Last time I've checked, we are still in a pandemic. We have over 1.04 million people dead from the coronavirus.

Fox Karen complains about face masks and vaccines.

The funding for the coronavirus pandemic prevention is running out.

The Congress is not willing to push for more funding given that Republicans in the House and Senate as well as the two white nationalists in the Democratic caucus refusing to spend more money on preventions. They're willing to spend a lifetime to help Ukraine but never a dime for the needy here in the United States.

Biden thought Americans would take this shit seriously. Alas, they ain't willing to do it.

The pandemic is part of the culture wars. This war is costing lives. Thousands of Americans have tested positive each day of the week. Over 1,000 to 5,000 Americans have died from the coronavirus a day.

These folks not willing to get vaccinated, nor willing to take appropriate steps to prevent infection are the causalities of this culture war.

Folks like myself don't empathize with them. I refuse to. I am tired of dealing with people who think their only way to feel good about themselves is to "own the libs" or stop "wokism."

Of course, there's folks who are fully vaccinated but end up getting the coronavirus. As with vaccines, nothing is 100%. The vaccines are capable of preventing the coronavirus.

At best, it's a 94% prevention rate which means 1 out of 500 could be infected even if they're vaccinated.

Republicans so fucking eager to return to power will keep Americans fixated on the culture wars. Now vaccinations are part of this culture war.

We came so far only have a bunch of selfish idiots set it back. Just because they hate President Joe Biden.

The Republicans are so devoted to destroying Biden and the country for what....to regain power.

Pathetic.

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations. It doesn't care about anything. It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.

Death does happen to at least 40% of those who are affected by COVID-19. 

If you're not vaccinated, your chances of death increases to 48%.

Healthy people can die from this. Take this seriously. You only have one life!

The Dayton, Ohio bus driver who claimed three Black men were "polar bear" hunting. He claimed he was robbed, stabbed and shot. He said the Bible saved his life.

The woman who faked a scandal in October 2008. A woman who was doing campaign work for John McCain's presidential campaign faked a racial attack and mugging. She carved a backwards B in her face.

A partially deaf woman from Washington claimed a woman threw acid in her face. She was getting sympathy from the nation. When the FBI decided that the story wasn't adding up, Storro confessed that she put drain cleaner on her face and scarred herself.

The South Carolina woman managed to build this story of a Black man kidnapping her two children. The woman was in a divorce with her husband and was dating another guy at the time. Smith wanted to start a new life with this guy and lied to him about being a mother. So in order to keep this lie going, she would take her vehicle and drive it to a lake near her home. She currently facing life in the iron college.

The Minnesota couple who claimed Black Lives Matter and antifa burned down their garage and business vehicle.

The award goes to the Minnesota couple who staged a racial attack and arson.

We covered this during the 2020 election. Tensions were high and the coronavirus was killing Americans left and right. In order to help Washed Up 45, the racists staged a hoax to blame Democrats and their allies. 

These racists are raising their children to hate.

The U.S. Justice Department saw right through this and has indicted the husband. The wife is under federal watch. The Republican Party and Fox were amplifying this during 2020 elections to take ease off Washed Up 45's failures to handle the coronavirus, race relations and the economy.

The racist made a claim they were awaken to a loud explosion. They saw that their garage was on fire and they immediately called 9-1-1 to report the incident.

They claim that they were targeted because they had "TRUMP 2020" flags draped over their vehicles and garage.

In July, he was indicted.

The 29 year old racist, falsely reported to law enforcement that someone had lit his camper on fire. The racist reported that his garage door was vandalized with spray painted graffiti stating, “Biden 2020,” “BLM,” and an Antifa symbol, and that his camper was targeted because it had a Trump 2020 flag displayed on it. In reality, the racist started his own property on fire and spray painted the graffiti on his own garage.

Whenever something goes wrong blame antifa, George Soros, Hillary Clinton, Black Lives Matter and Barack Obama.

According to court documents, the racist submitted multiple insurance claims seeking coverage for the damage to his garage, camper, vehicles, and residence caused by the fire. When the racist’s insurance company denied some of those claims, he submitted written complaints to the insurance company claiming that it was defrauding him and threatened to report the company to the Department of Commerce and to the Attorney General. The racist also created and allowed others to create two GoFundMe accounts to benefit him and his family. In total, the racist submitted more than $300,000 in fraudulent insurance claims, and he received approximately $61,000 from his insurance company.

The racist also received more than $17,000 from individual donors via GoFundMe.

The racist is charged with two counts of wire fraud. He made his initial appearance in U.S. District Court earlier today before Magistrate Judge Tony N. Leung.

This case is the result of an investigation conducted by the FBI and the Brooklyn Center Police Department.

Assistant U.S. Attorneys Angela M. Munoz and Kimberly A. Svendsen are prosecuting the case.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
