Trump Will Defy SCOTUS Ruling On Kilmer Abrego Garcia!

He did nothing wrong, but Trump and his minions deported him.

This week, the unpopular U.S. Supreme Court made the right decision.

In an unanimous 9-0 vote, the Supreme Court ruled against the Trump administration's illegal removal of a protected status.

Y'all voted for this.

Donald J. Trump won 49% of the Hispanic vote. Wondering how many of those living in Texas, California, North Carolina, Florida and Georgia feel now that his policies are affecting their lives?

Anyway, in the decision, the Trump administration illegally deported a Maryland man to an El Salvador prison. The Trump administration made a mistake and said basically they are not responsible for returning the man back to the United States.

Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia is a Salvadoran citizen who resided in Maryland, United States who was taken into custody on March 12, 2025, and on March 15, deported due to what the Trump administration called "an administrative error" and imprisoned in the Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT), a Salvadoran maximum security prison. This was despite him having both a U.S. immigration judge's order protecting him from removal to El Salvador since 2019 and a wife and five-year-old child who are both American citizens.

U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis at a hearing Friday afternoon scolded the Justice Department for demanding more time to update the court on next steps after the department attempted to impose delays on the case.

The White House earlier Friday tempered expectations about the lengths it would go to in order to bring back Abrego Garcia.

“The Supreme Court made their ruling last night very clear that it’s the administration’s responsibility to facilitate the return, not to effectuate the return,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters.

Garcia states that the Barrio 18 gang tried to extort his mother's business for money and threatened that if she did not pay the money they would make her sons join their gang instead. As a result, at the age of 16, Abrego Garcia fled El Salvador and illegally entered the United States in 2011. According to his lawyers, Abrego Garcia has previously testified about the Barrio 18 gang's attempts to recruit him in El Salvador.

Kristi Noem once again trying cosplay tough gal.

In 2016, Abrego Garcia met Jennifer Stefania Vasquez Sura, who would later become his wife.

In March 2019, Prince George's County, Maryland police arrested Abrego Garcia with three other men in a Home Depot parking lot where they were seeking work as day laborers. One of the men claimed Abrego Garcia was a "gang member," but The Atlantic reports that according to court filings, he offered no proof and police said they did not believe him. He was never charged with a crime in connection to his arrest.

Police handed custody of Abrego Garcia over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for deportation proceedings. In those proceedings, the government claimed that he was a member of the MS-13 criminal gang because "he was wearing a Chicago Bulls hat and a hoodie" and a confidential informant claimed that he was active with an MS-13 group based in New York. An immigration judge determined that the informant's claim was sufficient evidence for denying Abrego Garcia’s bond request, and another judge upheld that ruling, saying the claim that Abrego Garcia was in MS-13 for purposes of the bond determination was not clearly wrong. Abrego Garcia has consistently denied any connection to MS-13.

The Trump administration will bring Abrego Garcia back but will delay it indefinitely.

While awaiting resolution to his deportation proceedings, Abrego Garcia married his girlfriend in June 2019, and they had a child together later that year. His wife also had two children from an earlier relationship, and all three children have special needs. Abrego Garcia and his family live in Maryland.

In 2019, with his lawyer, Abrego Garcia fought allegations against him in deportation proceedings in court and applied for asylum. His request for asylum was denied, as one must submit an asylum application within a year of arriving in the U.S. However, the judge granted him "withholding of removal" status that would block his deportation to El Salvador due to the threat that gangs would pose to him, finding that "he was more likely than not to be harmed if he was returned to El Salvador." He was granted a work permit the same year. He has lived and worked legally in Maryland since.

According to his attorney, after Abrego Garcia's release from detention in 2019 until he was taken into custody in March 2025, his only encounters with law enforcement were his annual required check-ins with ICE.

The Ego Has Landed!

Ego tripping.

Besides canceling former president Barack Obama's access to intelligence, President Donald J. Trump decided to remove the 44th President's picture from the White House. In its place is not the infamous mugshot but the infamous fist up when he was nearly assassinated.

The account posted the image and commented, “Some new artwork at the White House.”

The image appeared to be a painting and was identical to one that went viral last July after Trump was grazed in the ear by a bullet fired by 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks.

Trump has an ongoing feud with Obama.

It all stems from his ridiculous birther conspiracies.

The "America First" President Appoints An Israeli To Combat "Antisemitism!"

The elite. Trump decides to hire an Israeli to combat antisemitism.

Y'all voted for this.

Did Republicans think the 45th/47th President of the United States would Make America Great Again if the biggest priorities to him is pleasing Israel?

We are seeing the fall of Israel and the Trump administration.

I am enjoying this because the 75 million Americans were conned into believing President Donald J. Trump was going to lower the prices and Make America Great Again.

I am working paycheck to paycheck to see our tax dollars go to Jeff Bezos' wedding, Elon Musk's trip to Mars, Mark Zuckerberg and Prisella Chan's new luxury home, Tiffany Trump's new baby, Donald Trump, Jr.'s new girlfriend, the Israeli thirst traps and the corporations that rip off consumers.

The president has caused chaos throughout his first term. Now in his second term, he is finishing the job.

Eggs are priced at $8 a dozen on average.

Inflation has decreased but the prices are still the same.

This tariff against China, a major U.S. trading partner will hurt consumers and corporations.

Once people are laid off from companies going out of business, the Republicans will eventually pass a budget that strip the safety net. It will give billions of taxpayer money to Israel, a tax cut to billionaires, a restriction on stopping Trump's tariff policies and rollback of freedoms.

When your president is a useful idiot to Israeli interests.

Rabbi Yehuda Kaploun is appointed by Trump to combat antisemitism.

Truly, the thought of Jews controlling the government, the media, the banks and public opinion are just conspiracy theories, right?

Obviously, I didn't think that American people are now being charged with crimes if they criticize a foreign country?

More on Mahmoud Khalil.

Kaploun, a prominent Miami-based businessman and longtime confidant of the president, to serve as the U.S. special envoy to monitor and combat antisemitism as an ambassador-at-large.

"Yehuda is a successful businessman, and staunch advocate for the Jewish Faith and the Rights of his people to live and worship free from persecution," Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform. "With Anti-Semitism dangerously on the rise, Yehuda will be the strongest Representative for Americans and Jews across the Globe, and promote PEACE. Congratulations Yehuda!"

Federal Judge Authorizes Deporting Mahmoud Khalil!

If you are a Green Card resident or an immigrant, you can be deported if you're criticize Israel. The issues of deporting immigrants are at the behest of Israel.

You know what is going to make people less safe: A federal government willing to target people who challenge the status quo.

You know President Donald J. Trump didn't react to the Neo Nazis who posted banters on overpasses in Cincinnati and Orlando. Hell, he didn't even bothering condemning their actions.

Even though they are in their right to promote their speech, they ain't being rounded up and sent to immigration centers. They are not being classified as terrorists.

I am starting to believe that terrorist is a colonist word used by the West to justify targeting of non-white countries. It is a status quo theme of the elite.

Trump, former presidents Joe Biden and George W. Bush opened my eyes. They are the spitting examples of incompetent leadership. White men have dominated the White House since its opening. The only two exceptions is former president Barack Obama and former vice president Kamala Harris.

I am so saddened that our country voted for chaos.

But once it starts affecting them.... well they'll keep voting Republican because they will find someone else to blame for their fucked up situations.

I admit I am living paycheck to paycheck right now and it sucks.

You work over 40 hours, a second job and less sleep and still can't afford the luxuries or even a vacation.

Y'all voted for this.

Columbia University graduate student Mahmoud Khalil can be kicked out of the U.S. as a national security risk, an immigration judge in Louisiana found Friday during a hearing over the legality of deporting the activist who participated in pro-Palestinian demonstrations.

The government’s contention that Khalil’s presence in the U.S. posed “potentially serious foreign policy consequences” was enough to satisfy requirements for his deportation, Immigration Judge Jamee E. Comans said at the conclusion of a hearing in Jena.

Comans said the government had “established by clear and convincing evidence that he is removable.”

Lawyers for Khalil said they plan to keep fighting. The judge gave them until April 23 to seek a waiver.

The defense’s next steps

After the immigration court hearing, Khalil attorney Marc Van Der Hout told a federal judge in New Jersey that Khalil will appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals after the immigration judge issues the final written ruling. He said lawyers can also pursue an asylum case on Khalil’s behalf.

“So nothing is going to happen quickly in the immigration proceeding even though she’s found him removable on the foreign policy grounds,” he said.

Addressing the judge at the end of the immigration hearing, Khalil mentioned that she said at a hearing earlier in the week that “there’s nothing more important to this court than due process rights and fundamental fairness.”

Unconfirmed image of the federal judge. If this is true, there will be a mistrial.

“Clearly what we witnessed today, neither of these principles were present today or in this whole process,” he added.

Van Der Hout, also criticized the hearing’s fairness.

“Today, we saw our worst fears play out: Mahmoud was subject to a charade of due process, a flagrant violation of his right to a fair hearing, and a weaponization of immigration law to suppress dissent,” Van Der Hout said in a statement.

Lawyers challenge Khalil’s detention and potential deportation

Khalil, a legal U.S. resident, was detained by federal immigration agents March 8 in the lobby of his university-owned apartment, the first arrest under President Donald Trump’s promised crackdown on students who joined campus protests against the war in Gaza.

Within a day, he was flown across the country and taken to an immigration detention center in Jena, thousands of miles from his attorneys and wife, a U.S. citizen who is due to give birth soon.

Khalil’s lawyers have challenged the legality of his detention, saying the Trump administration is trying to crack down on free speech protected by the U.S. Constitution.

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has cited a rarely used statute to justify Khalil’s deportation, which gives him power to deport those who pose “potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States.”

At Friday’s hearing, Van Der Hout told the judge that the government’s submissions to the court prove the attempt to deport his client “has nothing to do with foreign policy” and said the government is trying to deport him for activity that is protected by the First Amendment.

They said an immigration judge could determine if Khalil is subject to deportation and then conduct a bail hearing afterward if it is found that he is not.

The protests that led to Khalil’s arrest

Khalil isn’t accused of breaking any laws during the protests at Columbia. The government, however, has said noncitizens who participate in such demonstrations should be expelled from the country for expressing views that the administration considers to be antisemitic and “pro-Hamas,” referring to the Palestinian militant group that attacked Israel on Oct. 7, 2023.

Khalil, a 30-year-old international affairs graduate student, had served as a negotiator and spokesperson for student activists at Columbia University who took over a campus lawn last spring to protest Israel’s military campaign in Gaza.

The university brought police in to dismantle the encampment after a small group of protesters seized an administration building. Khalil is not accused of participating in the building occupation and wasn’t among the people arrested in connection with the demonstrations.

But images of his maskless face at protests, along with his willingness to share his name with reporters, have made him an object of scorn among those who saw the protesters and their demands as antisemitic. The White House accused Khalil of “siding with terrorists” but has yet to cite any support for the claim.

Federal judges in New York and New Jersey have ordered the government not to deport Khalil while his case plays out in court.

The Trump administration has said it is taking at least $400 million in federal funding away from research programs at Columbia and its medical center to punish it for not doing enough to fight what it considers to be antisemitism on campus.

Some Jewish students and faculty complained about being harassed during the demonstrations or ostracized because of their faith or their support of Israel.

Immigration authorities have cracked down on other critics of Israel on college campuses, arresting a Georgetown University scholar who had spoken out on social media about the Israel-Gaza war, canceling the student visas of some protesters and deporting a Brown University professor who they said had attended the Lebanon funeral of a leader of Hezbollah, another militant group that has fought with Israel.

Softball Hannity And The Seven Warmongers!

Softball Hannity interviews Republican senators Lindsey Graham, Markwayne Mullin, Tom Cotton, Katie Britt, Tim Scott, John N. Kennedy and Ted Cruz. The annoying Fox host is pushing Republicans to attack Iran.

Disney's live action Snow White didn't do well. It had numerous controversies.

Rachel Zegler is getting blamed. The far right accuses her of being a "woke" choice.

She is Latina and she is very passionate about speaking about the plight of Palestinians. She also called out President Donald J. Trump and MAGAland.

They claim that having a Latina portray Snow White was a mistake. The mentality of the white supremacist is that all Disney princesses are white. They don't like people of color being lead figures or heroes in movies. They would lose their minds if a person of color, a person with a disability, a person who identifies with the LGBTQ community or even a woman.

Picture them as iconic figures like Batman, Superman, Spider-Man or Jesus Christ.

If they were not white.... oh boy.

Gal Gadot was also a controversial figure. She was cast as the villainous Evil Queen. Gadot is an Israeli actress best known for her role as Wonder Woman in the DC Movie Universe. She was casted as the Queen. She is a tall figure.

Gadot had served in the Israeli Defence Forces and is very supportive of the country.

Protesters sympathetic with the Palestinians have boycotted the movie because of how they boasted Gadot and tried to cast the blame on Zegler.

Gadot and Zegler are feuding publicly.

The movie is expected to pull in $156 million at the box office.

Disney has taken a hit publicly. The boycott, divest and sanctions movement (BDS) is powerful now. Many companies that partnered with Israel are facing boycotts.

Now the annoying media agitator known as Sean "Softball" Hannity. The longtime Fox host is the biggest booster of Trump and Israel. He annoys Trump constantly by interrupting him and kissing up to him.

Trump doesn't mind ass kissers but Softball Hannity is too much even for him.

I hope the best of Ainsley Earhardt and her daughter.

Trump is Netanyahu’s bitch.

The agitator hosted Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK), Sen. Katie Britt (R-AL) and Sen. John N. Kennedy (R-LA).

They are pushing for Trump to invade Iran at the behest of Israel and Christian nationalism. They are also trying to push for massive cuts to the safety net in this next round of continuing resolutions.

The Congress even in a slim Republican majority cannot pass a budget to keep federal government open.

The agitator is adamant that Trump should protect America's important ally.

Republicans show concern over the tariffs that were impose this week. Trump backed off the tariffs on Wednesday which led to a small rebound in stock trading.

The president has a job approval of 39%. He is past his 100 days and so far he has gotten a D+ in handling the economy, C- in immigration, D+ in political stability and B in consistency.

Overall he is a shitty president. Still ranked one of the worst in modern history.

Donald J. Trump, Joe Biden and George W. Bush will be ranked as some of the worst presidents in the 21st Century. They are relics of the 20th Century.

Sean "Softball" Hannity is a relic too. He is a shitty media personality and downright ignorant piece of work.

They Proved A Point!

Try this shit. I swear he would be wearing his teeth as a necklace.

This week, a large crowd of Pro Palestinian protesters were attacked by a person throwing a bag of dog poop and trash.

Now the protesters are calling for the New York Police Department to arrest this person.

Some of these assholes are cheering this disgusting act.

Zionism.

When people throw poop on people, calling for to be raped, saying that you are a terrorist or an idiot, it actually shows how Israel operates. Apparently, Israelis have done these horrible acts on Palestinians.

Video captured by a demonstrator shows items and a bag of trash falling from an upper floor of the Summit NYC luxury apartment block.

Speaking to Storyful, the protester, who wished to remain anonymous, said a resident on the 11th floor of the apartment block flung what appeared to be several bags of “dog feces” from their balcony.

“As police directed a pro-Palestine protest past the Summit luxury apartment building, a resident on the 11th floor proceeded to throw several bags of what appeared to be dog feces from his balcony,” the protester said.

“This was followed by two buckets of liquid containing a bleach-like odor and another ten gallon bin liner filled with large amounts of fresh excrement and hard objects that smashed a parked car windshield. The resident continued to goad protesters by displaying the Israeli flag and making rude gestures.”

The protest action, organized by Within Our Lifetime (WOL) was held to coincide with World Health Day and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to the White House.

Protesters also marched into New York City’s Grand Central Terminal, chanting and waving flags inside and at the entrance of the world-famous train station. Credit: Anonymous via Storyful.

Miss Me With That..... You Didn't Hug That Black Girl!

A mom watched her daughter get snubbed by the dance instructor. The dance instructor claims no wrong doing but the video speaks for itself.

The video that went viral.

A dance instructor celebrates her dance team. She hugs everyone but the biracial girl. And when the biracial girl tries to hug her, she avoids it.

Now Nadia Bucher has the digital dash. She deleted her social media and her dance studio went dark. The young girl and her parents are fuming.

This happened in Plainville, Connecticut.

Boucher, a coach at Dance Xpressions in Plainville, Connecticut, is seen rushing the stage after her students compete in the Headliners dance competition. She gets down on her knees to scoop three of her white students up in a hug. When a fourth student, who is biracial, reaches out to hug Boucher, she gives her the cold shoulder and backs away. But don’t worry, Boucher’s actions didn’t go unnoticed.

“That was rude,” someone in the audience can be heard saying in the clip.

The dancer’s mom, Melissa Breglia, shared her frustration with the coach and the dance studio in an emotional Facebook post.

“It absolutely breaks my heart to watch this... Shaniah came off stage devastated! Why would a “teacher” treat a child so poorly!” she wrote. “My daughter deserves an apology and I will continue to share this until THEY FEEL AS BADLY AS SHANIAH DID!! And the studio feels justified and released a statement to the team parents as if it was MY FAULT!! I STAND WITH MY DAUGHTER!”

Thousands of others were there to stand with Shaniah as well, calling out Boucher’s bad behavior in the comments.

“That was rude as hell, how can someone treat a child like that, shame on her,” someone wrote.

Since she posted the video, Breglia gave viewers an update on the situation in the comments, telling them that she has since pulled her daughters out of Dance Xpressions. Breglia says that while Shaniah and her sister are heartbroken since they’ve left, the director of the dance studio has ignored her requests to talk about what happened.

“Im glad everyone gets to see the truth... unfortunately I get to wipe the tears from my kids faces because they worked so hard all year to have their passion ripped from them... They refused to even have a conversation today when I called the director, she hung up in my face. As if she didn’t make THOUSANDS off of my family...” she wrote.

Reading Breglia’s heartbreaking message left other parents ready to get in formation to make sure the teacher and the studio are held accountable.

“Melissa Breglia maam let us know the name of the gym, my daughter does competitive cheer so I know first hand how this must’ve felt.. WE RIDE AT DAWNNNN!!!!!” someone wrote in the comments

The "America First" President Is Hoping Iran Comes Back To The Table! Israel Ain't Down With That!

Partners in crime is literally what these assholes are.

When President Donald J. Trump pulled out of the JCPOA in 2018, the world saw it as a betrayal of America's trust.

Then president Barack Obama called it one of the most successful achievements towards peace within the Middle East. Republicans and Israel did not see that.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu inserted himself into American politics in 2015 to denounce the JCPOA and demanded Congress stop it.

When Trump got into office, Israel was excited. They had the perfect stooge.

Republicans quickly pushed for removing the U.S. out of the treaty and impose sanctions on Iranian political officials, business leaders and military generals.

Trump at the behest of Israel killed Iranian top general Qasem Soleimani which triggered global tensions. The Iranians according to the junk food media have plotted an assassination attempt on Trump.

Trump, Netanyahu and former president Joe Biden are war criminals. They have engaged in a pattern of unfiltered complicity and genocide.

Now as Trump engages in his second term, the thoughts of war with Iran are growing.

Trump is now demanding Iran to come to the table and rehash the JCPOA.

Iran is not going to support this.

Israel is pushing for the U.S. to attack Iran's nuclear power plants. They are pushing the U.S. to do regime change which always results in catastrophe.

The "peace president" is hoping this weekend's talks could ease tensions.

The Israeli prime minister is wanted for genocide and has a warrant for his arrest.

So far, Netanyahu has been able to travel to the United States, Hungary and is allowed entry into Argentina. The U.S. refuses to acknowledge the International Criminal Court's warrant. The U.S. imposed sanctions on criminal prosecutor Karim A.A. Khan.

Israel is doing a blackmail campaign on him. They also threatened to kill him.

Many world leaders have obligated to the warrant. Netanyahu has to travel up to 17 hours to avoid being in the airspace of nations that will order a landing.

The U.S. rolled out the red carpet for this asshole.

Netanyahu traveled to Washington for a hastily organized White House visit bringing a long list of concerns: Iran’s nuclear program. Trump’s tariffs. The surging influence of rival Turkey in Syria. And the 18-month war in Gaza.

Netanyahu appeared to leave Monday’s meeting largely empty-handed — a stark contrast with his triumphant visit two months ago. During an hourlong Oval Office appearance, Trump appeared to slap down, contradict or complicate each of Netanyahu’s policy prerogatives.

On Tuesday, Netanyahu declared the meeting a success, calling it a “very good visit” and claiming successes on all fronts. But privately, the Israeli delegation felt it was a tough meeting, according to a person familiar with the matter who spoke on condition of anonymity in line with regulations.

Netanyahu “didn’t hear exactly what he wanted to hear, so he returns back home with very little,” said Nadav Eyal, a commentator with the Yediot Ahronot daily, who added that the visit was still friendly, despite the disagreements.

Netanyahu’s second pilgrimage to Washington under Trump’s second term was organized at short notice and billed as an attempt to address the new U.S. tariff regime. But it came at a pivotal time in Middle East geopolitics. Israel restarted the war in Gaza last month, ending a Trump-endorsed ceasefire, and tensions with Iran are rising over its nuclear program.

Netanyahu and his allies were thrilled with Trump’s return to office given his strong support for Israel during his first term. This time around, Trump has not only nominated pro-Israel figures for key administration positions, he has abandoned the Biden administration’s mild criticism of Israel’s conduct in Gaza and the West Bank, and of Netanyahu’s steps to weaken Israeli courts.

Monday’s meeting showed that while Trump remains sympathetic to Israel, Netanyahu’s relationship with the president during his second term is more complicated and unpredictable than he may have expected.

Here is a look at where Trump and Netanyahu appear to have diverged.

Netanyahu has long pushed for military pressure against Iran

With Netanyahu’s strong encouragement, Trump in 2018 unilaterally withdrew the United States from the agreement between world powers and Iran over its nuclear program. That deal, negotiated by the Obama administration, put curbs on Iran’s nuclear program. It was denigrated by Netanyahu because he said it did not go far enough to contain Iran or address Iran’s support for regional militant groups.

Netanyahu has long maintained that military pressure was the best way to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons. Israel struck Iran last year in the countries’ first direct conflict ever. But it did not target Iran’s nuclear facilities, something Israel would likely need U.S. military assistance to do in order to strike targets buried deep underground.

Trump has suggested, including on Monday, that the U.S. could take military action if Iran doesn’t agree to negotiate. But his announcement Monday that talks would take place between the U.S. and Iran this weekend flew in the face of Netanyahu’s hawkish views.

Netanyahu gave a tepid endorsement, noting that both leaders agree that Iran cannot develop a nuclear weapon. He said he would would favor a diplomatic agreement similar to Libya’s deal in 2003 to destroy its nuclear facilities and allow inspectors unfettered access. However, it is not clear if Trump will set such strict conditions.

Eyal said the announcement with Netanyahu by Trump’s side was meant to show the transparency between the countries’ leadership.

Netanyahu hoped for tariff relief and appeared to be rebuffed

A day before Trump’s so-called Liberation Day unleashed global tariffs on the world last week, Israel preemptively announced that it would eliminate all levies on U.S. goods. But that didn’t spare Israeli products from being slapped with a 17% tariff by its largest trading partner.

Netanyahu was summoned to Washington ostensibly to make Israel’s case against the levy. He was the first international leader to do so, in an encounter that may have set the stage for how other world leaders approach the tariffs.

While Trump repeatedly praised the Israeli leader, he did not appear to budge on Israel’s share of the burden. Asked if he might change his mind, he said “maybe not.” He cited the billions of dollars the U.S. gives Israel in military assistance each year — money that is seen as the bedrock of the U.S.-Israel relationship and an insurance policy for U.S. interests in the region.

“We give Israel $4 billion a year. That’s a lot,” he said, as though to suggest Israel was already getting enough from the U.S., and congratulated Netanyahu on that achievement.

Netanyahu was told to be reasonable on Turkey

Since the fall of the Assad dynasty in Syria late last year, Israel and Turkey have been competing in the country over their separate interests there. Israel fears that Syria’s new leadership, which has an Islamist past, will pose a new threat along its border. It has since taken over a buffer zone in Syrian territory and said it will remain there indefinitely until new security arrangements are made.

Turkey has emerged as a key player in Syria, prompting concerns in Israel over the possibility of Turkey expanding its military presence inside the country. Netanyahu said Tuesday that Turkish bases in Syria would be a “danger to Israel.”

Once strong regional partners, ties between Israel and Turkey have long been frosty and deteriorated further over the war in Gaza. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has been an outspoken critic of the war, prompting angry reactions from Israeli officials.

Netanyahu sought to hear support from his stalwart ally Trump on a country Israel perceives as increasingly hostile. Instead, Trump lavished praise on Erdogan for “taking over Syria,” positioned himself as a possible mediator between the countries and urged Netanyahu to be “reasonable” in his dealings with the country.

“Israel is not provided with a blank check here,” said Udi Sommer, an expert on U.S.-Israel relations at Tel Aviv University. “There’s no unconditional love here. It is contingent. It is contingent on Israel behaving a certain way.”

Trump wants the war in Gaza to end

While both addressed the ongoing war in Gaza and the Israeli settlers who remain held there, the topic appeared to take a backseat to other issues.

Netanyahu spoke of the captured soliders and settlers’ plight and an emerging deal to free them, as well as the need to end the “evil tyranny of Hamas.” Trump sympathized with the settlersmand made another pitch for his plan to “own” Gaza through a hostile seizure and remove its Palestinian population, a once fringe idea in Israeli discourse that has now found acceptance among mainstream politicians, including Netanyahu.

However, there were signs of differences on the horizon.

Netanyahu has always violated the ceasefire. He is under major pressure from his governing allies to keep up the fighting until Palestinians are no longer allowed to return to Gaza and the West Bank. He has a corruption trial facing him. In order to stop it, he will prelong this. He never cared about bringing home the remaining settlers, soliders or foreign nationals who support the apartheid ethnostate.

Trump, however, made it clear that he’d like to see the settlers freed and for the gencoide to continue. “And I think the war will stop at some point that won’t be in the too distant future,” he said.

Israel and its allies overplayed the use of antisemitism. From now on, as long as there is no violence towards anyone practicing Judaism or Islam, I will not hold my tongue when criticizing Israel, the Israeli Defence Forces, Jews, President Donald J. Trump, Vice President JD Vance, members of Congress, Benjamin Netanyahu, the Anti-Defamation League, Jonathan Greenblatt, the Canary Mission, Zionism, colonialism, imperialism, slavery, racism, Christian nationalism and white supremacy.

Again, as long as there is no violence towards anyone practicing religious beliefs, there is no antisemitism when criticizing the Jews.

To clear up the AP's account of Oct. 7, the Israelis used the Hannibal Directive to massacre the settlers to prevent Hamas from taking IDF soliders. The IDF has used the weapons to kill settlers at a festival.

Hamas has been very clear on who they targeted. They targeted the IDF and the walls. They do not target civilians. Israel has exaggerated the way this went down.

They have used American weapons to kill settlers, doctors, humanitarian aid workers, UN peacekeepers and their own IDF soliders. Israel has killed Americans, British, German, Australian, Canadians and French citizens.

No investigations were carried out to why Israel targeted them.

Israel refuses to allow independent monitors into Gaza, Lebanon and Syria.

IDF soliders who refuse to carry out orders are often taken out by snipers.

The "hostages" were IDF soliders.

Israel has violated the ceasefire. They are planning on invading Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon and Syria. They have stopped humanitarian aid as Ramadan begins. They want the U.S. to start a war with Iran.

The supporters of former president Joe Biden and former vice president Kamala Harris are playing on this "We tried to warn you" nonsense. How can you morally stand on principles of being a progressive and back Israel?

First and foremost, Americans have a right to vote for whomever they chose.

Second, Harris failed to win over voters. She stuck with former president Joe Biden on the economy, Israel, Ukraine, immigration and inflation. The former president failed to listen to voters and his base.

The former president gave unilateral support and cover. We knew Trump would be worse. We demanded that Biden put pressure on Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel to stop killing and invading other countries.

That shows the "tone deafness" within the Democratic Party.

It is not Rep. Rashida Tlaib's (D-MI) fault for Biden and Harris' missteps. She warned them that Arab Americans did not like being ignored.

Those fucking hypocrites sat in silence as Israel is killing women and children.

They can fuck themselves.

Israel has killed Americans. No one was held accountable.

The killing of Rachel Corrie did not move George W. Bush to cut Israel loose.

The deaths of Aysenur Ezgi Eygi, Tawfiq Abdel Jabbar, Mohammad Khdour, Omar Assad, Shireen Abu Akleh, Jacob Flickinger and Kamel Ahmad Jawad were never investigated by the U.S. Justice Department.

Mask off.

Resistance is not terrorism.

Occupation of oppressed people is not peace.

A two state solution is "separate but equal" and a de facto apartheid.

Telling other countries to take Palestinians is ethnic cleansing.

A sovereignty seizing land in a violent conflict is a war crime.

A violent attack on children throwing rocks at tanks is justified in the minds of those who support Israel.

Spitting and shoving Christians, Satanists, non Zionist Jews, Muslims and Hindus is considered a custom in Israel. How is this disgusting act justified?

The double standard in media coverage is the Israelis are hostages and the Palestinians are prisoners. Some of the Palestinians held in Israeli custody are children under the age of 14.

When Russia seized Ukrainian land and Crimea, the U.S. pushed for sanctions.

When Israel seized Lebanese and Syrian land, the U.S. recognized it as Israeli sovereignty. They have actively rejected sanctions imposed on Israel.

Iran supports the resistance. The U.S. and Israel labels it as an enabler of terrorism and war. Yet, Israel has created the conflicts by forcing regime change, killing their civilians, their scientists, their military generals and their diplomats. No one seems to call this terrorism. In fact, some U.S. lawmakers see it as justifiable offense.

Hamas stated the reasons for the attack on occupation forces. It has nothing to do with the Jewish religion or Iran.

The IDF has the weapons to destroy everything. All on the American taxpayer, Israel has killed civilians, their own citizens and the status quo.

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.

Israel must be held accountable for war crimes and the U.S. must end its aid. Our taxpayer money should not help Israel any further.

Israel is the red line. If any lawmaker, entertainer, athlete or social media influncer backs the apartheid ethnostate, they will face a boycott.

Regardless of political affiliation, if you are supporting Israel, you are not getting donations or a vote from me.

I will hold President Donald J. Trump and Vice President JD Vance accountable.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to", blaming "illegal immigrants" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to focus on ending gun violence, lowering costs, improving healthcare and building relationships with other nations. Let them know that we are tired of police officers using immunity when committing death of suspects in custody. Let them know that you are tired of private equity firms getting away with destroying small businesses and long established companies. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-Semitic or in support of terrorism.

We have bigger issues at home and our tax dollars should solve the housing crisis, lowering food prices, fixing roads, bridges, helping reinvest in struggling urban and rural communities. We don't want any more wars on behalf of Israel. We have hospitals closing, big box retailers leaving communities and television programs dying. There are bigger issues in the country than Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and legislators avoid influence from lobbyists.

They Let Our Baby Die From Ant Bites!

Hello.

Did you know ants have venomous bites and stings?

Most ants are omnivores. Ants usually do hunting, scavenging or cannibalism.

A two year old girl passed away after she was bitten by fire ants. The family is suing a hospital claiming that they were negligent in treating her.

The parents “looked on helplessly” as their daughter perished at Georgia hospital after being bitten by ants, according to a lawsuit the family has filed over the girl’s death.

According to a complaint filed on April 4 in Gwinnett County, Bethelhem Getu Hundie and Getahun Birhanu, the parents of Maya Getahun, a local emergency room lacked the proper equipment to intubate their daughter who was in the midst of allergic reaction.

The family’s complaint said Maya’s parents brought her to the emergency department at Piedmont Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, Georgia, on Oct. 7, 2024 after Maya was bitten by ants and developed an allergic reaction. The family said the child was “wheezing” and had “labored breathing,” and that although medical staff did realize the child was experiencing an allergic reaction, they waited over 20 minutes before administering epinephrine.

The complaint noted that “Maya had a blood oxygen saturation of 97%” when the decision to intubate was made.

The parents allege that the doctor who tried to intubate Maya found that the ER did not have the right size equipment necessary for a young child — and that this realization came too late.

“As the [rapid sequence intubation] drugs paralyzed Maya, Dr. Salazar discovered that the Hospital lacked the equipment needed to complete the pediatric intubation,” said the complaint.

As a result, the complaint said, “Maya’s parents looked on helplessly as their daughter slowly died from lack of oxygen.”

The plaintiffs argue that stocking a hospital with appropriate equipment, “particularly for a pediatric intubation,” is part of any emergency department’s ordinary duty of care.

Maya’s parents bring claims for negligence, wrongful death, and punitive damages in an unspecified amount over $10,000 against the hospital and the doctor.

This beautiful young girl died from ant bites.

Attorney Lloyd Bell, who represents the family, said in a statement to Law&Crime that the medical professionals at the hospital “failed them at every turn.”

“This lawsuit is about holding the hospital accountable and getting justice for Maya and her family,” Bell said. “By shining a light on these horrible events, the family hopes Piedmont will change their policies and procedures to ensure this doesn’t happen to another child.”

Fire ants are several species of ants in the genus Solenopsis, which includes over 200 species. Solenopsis are stinging ants, and most of their common names reflect this, for example, ginger ants and tropical fire ants. Many of the names shared by this genus are often used interchangeably to refer to other species of ant, such as the term red ant, mostly because of their similar coloration despite not being in the genus Solenopsis. Both Myrmica rubra and Pogonomyrmex barbatus are common examples of non-Solenopsis ants being termed red ants.

The venom of fire ants is mainly (>95%) composed of oily alkaloids structurally derived from piperidine (also known as solenopsins) mixed with a small amount of toxic proteins. Fire ant stings are painful, characterised by a local burning sensation, followed by urticaria. The sting site typically swells into a bump within hours, which can cause further pain and irritation, especially following several stings at the same place. The bump may develop into a white pustule within 24–36 hours which can become infected if scratched, but will spontaneously flatten within a few days if left alone. The pustules are obtrusive and uncomfortable while active and, if they become infected, may cause scarring. Some people may become allergic to the venom, and if untreated, may become increasingly sensitive to the point of experiencing anaphylaxis following fire ant stings, which requires emergency treatment. Management of an emergency visit due to anaphylaxis is recommended with the use of adrenaline. It has been demonstrated that, whilst pustule formation results from the injected venom alkaloids, allergy to fire ant stings is caused solely by venom allergenic proteins.

First aid for fire ant stings includes external treatments and oral medicines. There are also many home remedies of varying efficacy, including immediate application of a solution of half bleach and half water, or aloe vera gel – the latter of which is also often included in over-the-counter creams that also include medically tested and verified treatments. External, topical treatments include the anesthetic benzocaine, the antihistamine diphenhydramine, and the corticosteroid hydrocortisone. Antihistamines or topical corticosteroids may help reduce the itching and will generally benefit local sting reactions. Oral medicine include antihistamines. Severe allergic reactions to fire ant stings, including severe chest pain, nausea, severe sweating, loss of breath, serious swelling, and slurred speech can be fatal if not treated.

First aid for fire ant bites includes external treatments and oral medicine.

External treatments: a topical steroid cream (hydrocortisone), or one containing:
  • Aloe vera
  • Oral medicines: antihistamines
  • Applying zinc oxide or calamine lotion.
To avoid ants, focus on eliminating their food and water sources, sealing entry points, and maintaining a clean environment, both inside and outside your home.

To avoid ant bites, wear protective clothing like closed-toe shoes, long pants, and gloves when outdoors, especially in areas known for ant infestations. Avoid ant mounds and use insect repellent, and keep your yard and home clean to prevent attracting ants.

The "America First" President Considers Kicking Out Americans 🇺🇸 And Sending Them To El Salvador 🇸🇻!

It won't be just undocumented citizens, it will be Americans who challenge the status quo.

Y'all voted for this.

And hopefully, this will not affect you or a family member.

The emperor has no clothes......

All this bullshit is at the behest of the apartheid ethnostate of Israel.

So the Trump Administration is considering deporting Americans. So if you criticize Israel, commit a violent act on police, burn a Tesla, go into a restroom as a transgender American, praising support for America to fail, sell drugs, engage in human trafficking or attack the president or his allies, I guess they will throw out due process and just ship your ass to El Salvador.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said Tuesday that President Donald J. Trump is exploring legal pathways to “deport” U.S. citizens to El Salvador, where the administration has already arranged to house deported immigrants in a prison known for its human rights abuses.

Leavitt suggested the effort would be limited to people who have committed major crimes, but Trump has also mentioned the possibility of sending people who commit lesser offenses abroad.

Any such move on the part of the Trump administration is certain to be challenged in court. It is also not clear what legal authority could be used to justify expelling U.S. citizens from their homeland.

“These would be heinous, violent criminals who have broken our nation’s laws repeatedly. These are violent, repeat offenders on American streets,” Leavitt told reporters at a press briefing.

“The president has said if it’s legal, right, if there is a legal pathway to do that. He’s not sure, [and] we are not sure if there is,” Leavitt continued. “It’s an idea that he has simply floated and has discussed very publicly in the effort of transparency.”

Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One on Sunday that he “love[s]” the idea of removing U.S. citizens, adding that it would be an “honor” to send them to El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele — an eager partner in Trump’s schemes.

Trump also proposed the idea in March, when Tesla vehicles were being vandalized and set ablaze in protest of CEO Elon Musk’s heavy-handed involvement in the Trump administration. Musk has been running the so-called Department of Government Efficiency, taking credit for huge cuts to the federal workforce and federal services.

“I look forward to watching the sick terrorist thugs get 20 year jail sentences for what they are doing to Elon Musk and Tesla,” Trump wrote. “Perhaps they could serve them in the prisons of El Salvador, which have become so recently famous for such lovely conditions!”

The administration has argued that housing people in El Salvador saves taxpayer money.

Several planeloads of immigrants flown there last month remain incarcerated as a lawsuit challenging their deportation proceeds through the federal court system. The immigrants, mostly men from Venezuela, were accused of being gang members and deported without the chance to defend themselves. Court documents and reports that have emerged since their removal suggest many believe they will be targeted by the very same gangs Trump has accused them of being affiliated with.

Trump used the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to send the immigrants to El Salvador, officially categorizing the gang Tren de Aragua as a hostile power and the immigrants of being members. It is not clear whether he would attempt to use the same law or a different power to remove citizens.

Critics say the administration’s policy is a clear violation of due process protections enshrined in the Constitution.

SCOTUS Rules In Trump's Favor!

The Supreme Court is out of touch too.

The United States is officially on the decline. White men who became our presidents have ruined the perception of freedom. There is no freedom when we allow white supremacy to continue.

The U.S. Supreme Court threw out a judge's decision to block the removal of men alleged to be members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua to El Salvador without any legal process under the Alien Enemies Act.

The ruling, in which the justices were divided 5-4 in part, means the Trump administration can try to resume deportations under the rarely used wartime law, so long as detainees are given due process.

The detainees must be given time to challenge their detentions via a habeas corpus claim and be able to challenge whether the act is being lawfully applied.

The fast-moving case concerns Trump’s aggressive and unprecedented use of presidential power in invoking the 18th century law, which has been used only when the country was at war.

The decision leaves various legal questions about the novel invocation of the Alien Enemies Act undecided, including whether the Trump administration can even invoke it against gang members.

“AEA detainees must receive notice after the date of this order that they are subject to removal under the Act. The notice must be afforded within a reasonable time and in such a manner as will allow them to actually seek habeas relief in the proper venue before such removal occurs,” the court wrote in its unsigned majority opinion.

The decision lifts orders issued by Washington-based U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, who blocked the move on March 15, while litigation continues. The original lawsuit was filed by five Venezuelans, with Boasberg provisionally certifying it as a class action that applies to all Venezuelans in U.S. custody who are not U.S. citizens.

Five conservative justices were in the majority, while the three liberals dissented, joined in part by conservative Justice Amy Coney Barrett.

“The Government’s conduct in this litigation poses an extraordinary threat to the rule of law," liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote in a dissenting opinion. "We, as a Nation and a court of law, should be better than this," she added.

Liberal Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson spoke to the historic nature of the ruling’s being issued Monday before Boasberg has even held a hearing on a preliminary injunction. She complained about a recent rise in the court deciding major cases on the emergency "shadow docket" without having extensive briefing and hearing oral arguments.

The insanity of white leadership.

“With more and more of our most significant rulings taking place in the shadows of our emergency docket, today’s court leaves less and less of a trace. But make no mistake: We are just as wrong now as we have been in the past, with similarly devastating consequences. It just seems we are now less willing to face it,” she wrote.

"At least when the court went off base in the past, it left a record so posterity could see how it went wrong,” she added, citing the notorious ruling that allowed government confinement of Japanese Americans during World War II.

The government previously indicated in court that if Boasberg's order was lifted, it would immediately begin deportations.

Both sides claimed a level of victory.

"An activist judge in Washington, DC does not have the jurisdiction to seize control of President Trump’s authority to conduct foreign policy and keep the American people safe," Attorney General Pam Bondi said on X.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said in a post on X that the decision was a "victory for commonsense security."

Lee Gelernt, lead attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union who argued on behalf of the plaintiffs who were deported, said overall the group was pleased with the court's ruling.

“We are disappointed that we will need to start the court process over again in a different venue, but the critical point is that the court rejected the government’s remarkable position that it does not even have to give individuals meaningful advance notice to challenge their removal under the Alien Enemies Act," he said in a statement. "That is a big victory.”

The Trump administration announced in February that it had determined that Tren de Aragua was a terrorist organization and that its members had infiltrated the United States. The administration, in a move that has been contested, says the group is effectively an arm of the Venezuelan government, which is led by President Nicolás Maduro.

Trump then invoked the Alien Enemies Act, which can be used only when there are "invasions or predatory incursions."

By making those findings, the Trump administration concluded that Tren de Aragua members could be immediately detained and deported without an opportunity for judges to determine whether the Alien Enemies Act applied or whether the people involved were even members of the gang.

Homeland Security Secretary Melted Face Noem goes to El Salvador to brag about deporting immigrants to a brutal private prison.

Lawyers for the plaintiffs say the government's points-based method for identifying whether people are members is seriously flawed, relying in part on whether they have tattoos, leading in some cases to non-gang members’ being targeted.

The administration has argued that the Alien Enemies Act gives the president almost unfettered power to remove designated immigrants at short notice despite the constitutional protection of due process.

The Venezuelan plaintiffs argued in their own filing that the implications of the government's argument were "staggering" because it could allow officials to target a disfavored immigrant group on a whim.

Boasberg's decision did not require any currently detained immigrants to be released or prevent deportations under different legal authorities. In fact, the Trump administration has continued to deport other immigrants to El Salvador.

Boasberg's intervention prompted a barrage of hostile commentary from Trump and his allies, with Trump and others calling for the Boasberg to be impeached. That prompted a swift rebuke from Chief Justice John Roberts.

On March 26, a federal appeals court voted 2-1 to decline an earlier request to block Boasberg’s decision.

Concerns were also raised about whether the administration had violated a verbal order from Boasberg in court that planes carrying alleged gang members turn around and return to the United States. Two flights subsequently landed in Honduras and El Salvador.

Until Trump's announcement, the Alien Enemies Act had been invoked only during three major wars: the War of 1812, World War I and World War II.

Jay North Passed Away!

Jay North passed away from colon cancer.

The actor who played Dennis Mitchell, the mischievous boy in the 1950s sitcom, Dennis The Menace has passed away at the age of 73.

Jay North played the sitcom’s titular troublemaker from 1959 to 1963, died surrounded by his wife and family at his Lake Butler, Florida, home on Sunday following years of contending with colon cancer, according to a social media post from longtime friend Laurie Jacobson.

The actor was eight-years-old when he made his debut as Dennis, the meddlesome but well-meaning boy first imagined by comic strip artist Hank Ketcham.

North led the CBS classic for all of its four seasons, where he pestered his aging neighbor Mr. George Wilson and others in his community for 146 episodes.

After “Dennis the Menace” was cancelled, North had a series of one-off television roles and did voice work for animated series like “Arabian Knights” and “The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show.”

Finding it increasingly difficult to land jobs as he grew into his teens and 20s, North quit entertainment and joined the U.S. Navy in 1977.

As the years passed, North did not remember his time in Hollywood fondly.

“In this business as a child performer, you’re so brainwashed and so geared to pleasing the adults around you. They program you. They tell you you’re famous. And you don’t realize it’s all going to end,” he told Spokane, Washington, outlet The Spokesman-Review in 1988.

North played Dennis The Menace for four seasons.

He also detailed abuse at the hands of his aunt in a 1993 interview with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Jacobson alluded to her friend’s struggle with show business in her tribute, writing, “As many of his fans know, he had a difficult journey in Hollywood and after… but he did not let it define his life.”

“He had a heart as big as a mountain, loved his friends deeply,” her post went on.

“He called us frequently and ended every conversation with ‘I love you with all my heart.’ And we loved him with all of ours.”

“He is out of pain now,” Jacobson concluded. “His suffering is over. At last he is at peace.”

North is survived by wife Cindy Hackney and his stepdaughters.
