Democrat Beats David Vitter In Louisiana Gubna's Race!

Sen. David Vitter (R-LA) went down hard in the race for Governor in Louisiana. The Republican's dirty little sins became a campaign issue. He was one of the most corrupt lawmakers in Washington.

Even though President Barack Obama is strongly disliked in the state of Louisiana, Sen. David Vitter (R-LA) is way worse than Obama.

This was suppose to be an easy election for the Republicans. It turned out to be a disaster. The general election didn't merit a 50% vote for Vitter and the Democrat. It forced a run-off election.

The Republican candidates that dropped out the race decided to throw their weight into helping the Democrat win this election.

It seems like the Republicans got one lost on their belt. The state elected a Democrat to hold the chair in Baton Rouge.

In a run-off election, John Bel Edwards, a state lawmaker ended up winning the 50% plurality vote.

The leadership of Governor Bobby Jindal was an epic disaster. Many voters felt that Republican leadership didn't help the state.

Jindal took a hard line stance on issues especially when running the government and for that he suffered. He gonna leave the governor's mansion with high disapproval.
Democrat John Bel Edwards is governor-elect. In Louisiana, many of their lawmakers are corrupt. Will Bel Edwards disspell the tradition?
Bel Edwards victory doesn't really help the Democrats. The governor-elect is a conservative Democrat who supports weak gun laws and is anti-abortion. He support more oil drilling and urban sprawl.

Vitter was a clear front runner. Vitter tried to play the race card, the fear card and the "he's a liberal" card. Vitter mocked Obama for being a "ungodly" leader. None of this shit worked for him.

His sex scandals and ties to shady individuals became the anchor around his neck. The late Debra Jean Pelfrey was the DC Madam and she ran a hoe train. The hoe train got a handful of lawmakers and government workers in the book. The book had Vitter's name in it.

It became a lightening rod in the race.

Republicans and Democrats believed that Vitter's ties to Washington and his sex scandal doom his chances at winning.

Vitter was voted one of the most corrupt lawmakers in Washington.

Paging Melanie Sloan...

Her organization the Center for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington called Vitter one of the worst lawmakers to hold office. The ethics were so off the hook, Vitter was under federal watch.

Besides the prostitutes, he gave kickbacks to the polluters. He managed to win elections despite having these controversies swarm him.

Now as a result of the loss, Vitter can't run for reelection in 2016.

Now Republicans must defend a crucial seat to retain their majority.

Allen Toussaint Passed Away!

AllenToussaintFeb07.jpg
The legendary Allen Toussaint passed away.

The world of jazz and blues loses another legend. The great blues player Allen Toussaint passed away of an apparent heart attack while performing in Madrid, Spain.

He was an American musician, songwriter/composer, record producer, and influential figure in New Orleans R&B.

Many of Toussaint's songs became familiar through versions by other musicians, including "Working in the Coal Mine", "Ride Your Pony", "Fortune Teller", "Play Something Sweet", "Southern Nights", "Everything I Do Gonna Be Funky", "I'll Take a Melody", "Get Out of My Life, Woman" and "Mother-in-Law".

Toussaint, 77, had been touring in Madrid, Clarence Toussaint said in the statement.

Artists in nearly every major genre recorded Toussaint's songs or collaborated with him, including the Rolling Stones, the Yardbirds, Herb Alpert, Glenn Campbell, Robert Palmer and Alison Kraus and Elvis Costello.

His music, often by way of his house band The Meters, was also widely sampled by hip-hop artists such as Amerie, Public Enemy and N.W.A.
President Barack Obama shakes hands with Allen Toussaint at the 2012 Medal of Honor induction.
"I don't want y'all thinkin' 'this is just some old legend that passed away' naw," Questlove, founding member of the hip-hop group The Roots, wrote on Instagram. "This dude wrote some of your favorite music & you just didn't know it."

Toussaint's influence is woven through popular music and hip-hop, he wrote.

"At least 12 'Get Out My Life Woman' snares were like starch in hip hop's daily nutritional chart -- meaning so there you barely notice it," Questlove wrote.

British singer Billy Bragg also lamented Toussaint's death on Twitter.

"The man was a genius," he said.

Toussaint also was a well-regarded performer in his own right. His 2012 jazz album, "The Bright Mississippi," showcased "what an idiosyncratic, inventive instrumentalist he is," Allmusic critic Stephen Thomas Erlewine wrote at the time.

Toussaint opened a recording studio, Sea-Saint, in 1973 with partner Marshall Sehorn and operated his own record label.

Artists including Dr. John, the Neville Brothers, Paul McCartney, Paul Simon, Robert Palmer and Labelle recorded at the studio, according to Toussaint's biography for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, into which he was inducted in 1998.

After Hurricane Katrina destroyed his studio in New Orleans, he relocated to New York, according to his biography, and began a resurgent career as a live performer that continued to his death.

"After his hometown was battered by Katrina and Allen was forced to evacuate, he did something even more important for his city: He went back," President Barack Obama said in 2012 in awarding Toussaint a National Medal of the Arts. "And since then, Allen has devoted his musical talent to lifting up and building up a city."

The Bluegrass Gubna's Race!

Insurgent Matt Bevin shakes hands with Democrat in name only Attorney General Jack Conway.

The state is Cook Political Voting index value +13 Republican. The state supported George W. Bush, John McCain and perennial loser Mitt Romney. The last Democrat in national office to win this state was Bill Clinton. The state has a term limit governor. And now is it possible that Democrats can hold on to a state that supports Republicans in 2:1 ratio?

Democrats in Kentucky are voting for Republicans.

These so-called Reagan Democrats exist in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

There's a razor thin lead for the Democratic nominee against the Republican nominee. The nominees are both worthless. They are also-rans who lack charisma.

But one thing could impact this election: Medicare. Kentucky voters support the state's health care exchange. They don't see it as Obamacare. They see it as "healthy Kentucky".

Republicans didn't pour a lot of money into insurgent Matt Bevin's campaign. Bevin is a perennial candidate for House, Senate and now the governor's race. Bevin is determined to make a name for himself.

Conway is a perennial candidate who lost to Rand Paul in 2010. He just kept a low profile for the time and decided that it could better choice to run for governor than a rematch against Paul.

The conservative agitators have ignored Bevin. Even during the Kim Davis fiasco, Republicans haven't put much into this race.

Many see Bevin as out of the mainstream. But does it mean it's not capable of pulling it off?

Hell Bevin could win this.

Democrats ain't really got much to celebrate. Whether Conway wins or not, they can't rely on him.

I can picture Conway being a thorn in President Barack Obama's skin. He will find ways to blame the president for "attacking the coal industry".

Fred Thompson Passed Away!

Fred Thompson and his wife, author Jeri.

Fred Thompson was a senator, presidential candidate, talk radio host and actor. He gained critical acclaim as being the hardliner Manhattan District Attorney Arthur Branch on Law & Order.

The former Tennessee senator and 2008 Republican presidential candidate passed away today confirms his family. He passed away in his hometown of Nashville, TN today.

CNN reports that Thompson had cancer.

Thompson died after a recurrence of lymphoma, his family said in a statement Sunday. He was first diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma more than a decade ago.

"It is with a heavy heart and a deep sense of grief that we share the passing of our brother, husband, father, and grandfather who died peacefully in Nashville surrounded by his family," the statement read.

Thompson, a Republican, won a special election in 1994 to fill Al Gore's vacate U.S. Senate seat. He was re-elected for a full term two years later and announced in 2002 that he would not run again.

As an actor, Thompson appeared in the films "The Hunt for Red October," "Die Hard 2" and "In the Line of Fire," among others.

"Fred stood on principle and common sense, and had a deep love for and connection with the people across Tennessee whom he had the privilege to serve in the United States Senate. He enjoyed a hearty laugh, a strong handshake, a good cigar, and a healthy dose of humility," his family said.

"Fred was the same man on the floor of the Senate, the movie studio, or the town square of Lawrenceburg, his home."

World News Today send our condolences to the family of Fred Thompson.

Alabama Teacher May Face Cannon Firing After Posting A Kanye Blackface Costume!

Heath Morrow, Shannon Morrow, black face teacher alabama
Teacher facing criticism after posing as Kanye West in blackface.

A Decatur, Alabama teacher may face a cannon firing for posting on social media his "cool" costume.

He and his wife wanted to go as America's most talked about reality couple. Unfortunately he put on the coal and started doing the "nah nah".

Heath Marrow is apologizing to the junk food media after his wife posted the picture of him in blackface as the rapper/producer/celebrity agitator Kanye West.

It soon made it to Reddit and went viral. Now his school is investigating the incident and may fire Marrow out the cannon.

He's a primary school educator who loves his job. He loves to teach and he has "many black friends".

“I didn’t know dressing up as a celebrity couple would cause so much controversy,” his wife Shannon Morrow told the junk food media. “There was no malicious intent in this costume. It’s for HALLOWEEN, the one time a year it is okay. Some of my husband’s best friends are black. There was no racial intent whatsoever.”

So as in "I'm not a racist" fashion, Heath and Shannon issue an apology to the local junk food media that covers the Huntsville-Decatur area.
To whom this may concern:
I would like to first apologize for my error in judgment. My intentions were not malicious or directed toward any certain group of people. I would also like to say that everyone who knows my character and knows my heart, knows that I have never seen color in my life. I wasn’t raised or taught that way and do not raise my children that way. I see people for who they are, and my wife and I go out of our way to help anyone we can in my profession as an educator. When deciding to dress up for a Halloween party, my wife and I made a decision based on celebrities and the political climate today. I do not want this to reflect on my school or school system based on my poor decision that I made. Again I apologize and this will not happen again.
Sincerely,
Heath Morrow

Kanye and his celebrity agitator wife Kim Kardashian-West have been in the news for their wacky family drama and the second bump her belly. There's talk about friction between the two.

Is divorce on the way says the junk food media?

For one thing, I don't believe anything on the internet. Second, who cares?

They are right now consoling Khloe in the wake of her ex-hubby Lamar Odom's tragic accident.

They care less about some nobody in Alabama.

Morrow, a 5th-grade teacher at Chestnut Grove Elementary School, went to a private Halloween party over the weekend with his wife.

Morrow's boss the superintendent Ed Nichols said the district is investigating the incident.

"We are saddened as a district by the action of a member of our staff that have offended members of our community, and most of all, have taken away from the focus of our children and the good things that are going on in our school district and with our children," Nichols said.
The country's most talked about celebrity couple got rumors of divorce in the air.
Nichols wouldn't comment on the teacher's current employment status with the school.

"As a school district, we are looking into this issue and seeking advice from our legal counsel, and I want to make sure that all the citizens of our community know that we do not condone this action or any action that would bring any offense to a person based on their race, their religion, or any other matter," Nichols said.

Nichols also didn't say anything about follow-up actions.

"Due to the ongoing investigations, I cannot talk about those procedures. However, I do plan to meet with leaders in our community to discuss this issue and seek their advice and their counsel on what we can do as a school district, for our staff and our students, to do a better job of being sensitive to those around us and their feelings," said Nichols.

Paul Prudhomme Passed Away!

The soul of New Orleans Cajun cuisine passed away Thursday.

The Cajun King has passed away today according to CNN.

Louisiana Chef Paul Prudhomme, credited with helping popularize Cajun and Creole cuisine, died Thursday, according to K-Paul's, the New Orleans restaurant he owned.

Prudhomme, who was 75, died in New Orleans after a brief illness, the restaurant said.

"Paul was the one who not only put Louisiana food, our food, Cajun and Creole food, on the map, but he was also the one who started the American food revolution that flourishes today," Poppy Tooker, host of the "Louisiana Eats!" radio show, told CNN.

His 1975 appointment as executive chef at the upscale New Orleans restaurant Commander's Palace helped break the assumption that a fine-dining restaurant had to have a French chef, Tooker said.

His upbringing as one of 13 children born to Louisiana sharecroppers also helped shape an approach to cooking that favored fresh, local ingredients and grew into the wildly popular farm-to-table movement of recent years, Tooker said.

Prudhomme was one of the nation's first celebrity chefs, and his restaurants attracted huge crowds and widespread acclaim. He hosted several cooking shows and authored nine cookbooks, some of them bestsellers.

His recipe for blackened redfish, first served at K-Paul's, became so popular state fisheries officials had to impose limits to save the species from overfishing, Tooker said. He also created and marketed a successful line of seasonings sold in groceries nationwide.

New Orleans Times-Picayune food editor Judy Walker called Prudhomme a "legend" who "changed New Orleans food forever."

Commander's Palace, the well-regarded New Orleans restaurant where Prudhomme was executive chef before opening K-Paul's in 1979, tweeted that its staff was saddened by the news.

"He was well loved," the restaurant said.

Paul Prudhomme made New Orleans cuisine so freaking good. World News Today send our condolences to the family of Paul Prudhomme.

Atlanta Dork's Selfie With Boy Merits Racial Insults!

Business marketing executive got a cannon fire after he racially insults his co-worker's child.

A man got fired out the cannon for unprofessional behavior. Although, the company denies this was over the controversy, he knew his time was up. I'm going to explain that RacistsGetFired had a hand in this.

Some dork took a selfie with the son of a co-worker. As soon as he posted it on....Guess!

It went viral. It was sweep with racial insults towards the boy. Some were referring the boy to being a "feral animal" inside a civilized environment. Other remarks were "Kunta Kente", "Toby" and "Niglet".

Sydney Jade the mother of the 3-year old boy Cayden got the last laugh. Black Twitter created the hashtag #HisNameIsCayden and it went viral.

This is Cayden Jace! The love of my life, the apple in my eye, my EVERYTHING. All this lovely personality wrapped up...
Posted by Sydney Jade on Saturday, October 3, 2015

Gerod Roth (aka Geris Hilton) was the guy who took the selfie with Cayden.

Roth posted the image on Facebook last month, and the comments quickly showed the Internet at its absolute worst. Roth's friends posted racist jokes and hateful commentary, including references to slavery.

"He was feral," Roth wrote in what appears to be his only comment.
Dork got fired out the cannon after he made a snarky comment about a coworker's son. It went viral.
Roth told Fox 5 Atlanta that the "feral" comment referred to kids running around the building and that he actually told one person not to make racist remarks.

"I just really feel upset, not only with myself, but also the character that was based off the comments that my friends had made," Roth told the station. "Cayden has been victimized but I have been targeted."

A black friend who added #BlackLivesMatter to the image also said Roth is not racist.

"My Dawg isnt Racist, he just made a bad joke & im sure when he is given the outlet to speak about his regret, he will," wrote Skylar Felton on Facebook.

Roth said he has apologized to Jade by email.  He was also fired from his job at Polaris Marketing Group last week, although the company said it was for unrelated reasons, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

"It breaks my heart that Sydney and her adorable son Cayden were subjected to such hateful, ignorant and despicable behavior," company president Michael Da Graca Pinto wrote on Facebook. "Cayden visits my office almost every afternoon after daycare, he's sat at my dinner table and I consider him a part of the PMG family."
Sydney Jade Facebook post
Sydney Jade and her lovely son Cayden.
But if the hatred and bullying posts reveal the Internet at its worst, the response also shows the online community at its best. Jade told the Atlanta Black Star about the unexpected level of support she's found.

"I never in a million years expected it to be this massive,” Jade told the website. “If it has to start with us, I’m going to finish it. It was my son put in the limelight. And not only my son but a child, a 3-year-old, someone who can’t defend himself."

Instead of the image linked to the hate-filled rants, Jade wants people to see another side of her son and posted a set of photos that show "all this lovely personality wrapped up into one small person's body."

The Root and Huffington Post reports that Roth apologized to Sydney and Cayden.

World News Today wish Sydney and Cayden well on their journey.

An 11-Year Old Boy Bucks McKayla Dyer Over A Puppy!

McKayla Dyer would be one of the youngest victims of gun violence. An 11-year old boy murdered the little girl after he got upset over her not sharing a puppy.

I don't like doing this. But I am going to take a political stance on gun crimes. When will we have reasonable gun control?

Why do the agitators amplify criminal acts for ratings?

When these criminal acts are done by someone of color, the junk food media and agitators would often rush to blame someone other than the shooter. Now if this was a young Black child who murdered a White child over a spurn, the junk food media would release the name of the suspect.

The conservative agitators would automatically blame #BlackLivesMatter and President Barack Obama.

I am even shocked that there's no sympathetic responses from BlackLivesMatters activists DeRay McKesson, Shaun White and Bree Newsome.

There was a shooting in rural White Pine, Tennessee. A boy was upset over a girl's refusal to share a puppy leads to murder. It's shocking to me that a 11-year old boy would murder a 8-year old girl over a spurn. The boy got agitated with her. McKayla Dyer didn't expect this boy to return to kill her.
Mother clearly devastated over McKayla's lost.
The boy retrieved his father's 12 gauge shotgun. The boy fired the firearm from the window of his home. McKayla got shot in the chest. She would be rushed to the hospital where they confirmed she died.

Her mother Latasha told the junk food media that her daughter was bullied by the suspect. Latasha confirmed that the boy would agitate confrontations with McKayla. This feud was going on for awhile between the children.

The boy is detained in juvenile lockup.

The boy's name isn't released for now. Tennessee law requires murder charges in case of underage to be classified until a judge charges the child as a suspect.

The parents may face charges if the judge determines that boy and his siblings experienced inadequate living conditions.

World News Today send our condolences to McKayla Dyer.

Julian Bond Passed Away!

Civil rights icon Julian Bond passed away.

The famed Julian Bond passed away over the weekend. World News Today send our condolences to the family of a great icon in civil rights.

Julian was a social activist and leader in the Civil Rights Movement, politician, professor, and writer. While a student at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, during the early 1960s, he helped to establish the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC).

Bond was elected to four terms in the Georgia House of Representatives and later to six terms in the Georgia Senate, having served a combined twenty years in both legislative chambers. From 1998 to 2010, he was chairman of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and the first president of the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Bond died in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, after a brief illness, according to The Associated Press.

“Julian Bond was a hero and, I’m privileged to say, a friend. Justice and equality was the mission that spanned his life,” President Barack Obama said in a statement Sunday. “Julian Bond helped change this country for the better. And what better way to be remembered than that.”
I'm privileged to say, Julian was a friend for justice and equality.
Bond was a Nashville, Tennessee, native who attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. While in school, he co-founded the Student Non-Violent Coordinating Committee -- an organization that fought for and encouraged youth members to be vocal in the civil rights revolution.  He led SNCC as the communications director, stood on the front lines of protests alongside several other civil rights pioneers like Martin Luther King Jr. and John Lewis, and became a leader in the 1960s protest movement.

Bond later served as board chairman of the 500,000-member NAACP for 10 years, but declined to run for another one-year term in 2010, the AP reported.

Bond would often appear as a commentator on news shows and became a leading voice in the media, featured on NBC's "Today" show, and in The Nation and The New York Times.

He was also a professor of history at the University of Virginia and an adjunct professor at American University, the AP reported.

Many other celebrated civil and human rights activists mourned Bond's death Sunday.

"Very few throughout human history have embodied the ideals of honor, dignity, courage and friendship like Dr. Julian Bond," said Chad Griffin, president of the Human Rights Campaign. "Quite simply, this nation and this world are far better because of his life and commitment to justice and equality for all people. Future generations will look back on the life and legacy of Julian Bond and see a warrior of good who helped conquer hate in the name of love. I will greatly miss my friend and my hero, Dr. Julian Bond."

Bond is survived by his wife, Pamela Horowitz, and five children.

High Rise!

Blame the BP Chicago refinery for spike in gas prices in Midwest.

A refinery in the Chicagoland has the Midwest seeing gas prices rises up to $3.00 a gallon.

Somewhere in Northeastern Indiana is a major BP oil refinery. That refinery shut down due to some issues that couldn't be determined. And since Monday many in the Midwest from Minneapolis to Cleveland saw the spike up.

In early August the average price in my hometown of Dayton, Ohio was at $2.299 a gallon. On Monday afternoon it spiked to $2.599 and now its currently at $2.999 a gallon.

Cities affected by the spike include the five largest cities in the Midwest: Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, Detroit, and St. Louis.

See the Chicago market affects million of people. It's Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa and Eastern Missouri.

No true answer to why there was a spike but it's guaranteed that's it will linger around at least past Labor Day.

Now That The Law Caught The Cop Killer, Who Will Take The Blame?

Tremaine Wilbourn is facing a court date after he killed an officer. Officer Sean Bolton was gunned down by this criminal. He grew a conscience and turned himself in.  Or maybe, it's because people weren't willing to hide him.

The Memphis Police announced that they caught the man who killed a police officer.

Sean Bolton, a four year officer who served as a Marine had responded to a suspicious car. The vehicle was in a neighborhood many residents consider a gangster's paradise.

He saw it illegally parked. He approached the vehicle and passenger jumped out. A struggle ensured and Bolton was hit up with lead by the suspect.

The officer was mortally wounded by suspect. He would die at the hospital. The law issued an APB on the suspect, 29 year old Tremaine Wilbourn. He got out of federal time out and was supposed to face the wall for the remaining time. But I guess he said, fuck the law, I'm a gee!

Wilbourn would finally grow a conscience and turned himself in. Maybe knowing that he ran out of homes to hide in or the possibility of facing a lead sandwich, Wilbourn found religion.

Sean Bolton.
The police director Toney Armstrong wasn't kind to the suspect. "Officer Bolton apparently interrupted some sort of drug transaction," he said. "A digital scale and a small baggie of marijuana.... were located inside the vehicle. We're talking about less than 2 grams of marijuana. You're talking about a misdemeanor citation. We probably would not have ever transported for that. Mr. Wilbourn gunned down Officer Bolton, for less than 2 grams of marijuana. You literally destroyed a family."

Armstrong added that Bolton's duties were an example of good policing.

"For a police officer to have that kind of temperament, and to take such a caution approach to the use of force, he was a credit to the uniform", said Armstrong.

Sean leaves behind a wife and children. He was to turn 34 year old this month.

World News Today send our condolences to the family of Sean Bolton.

Now that the suspect is caught, who is likely going to take the blame for this tragedy?

A) Barack Obama
B) Black Lives Matter Protesters
C) DeRay McKesson
D) Al Sharpton
E) The Shooter
F) All Of These Above

Okay if you picked E, you're right. The fault solely rest on the feet of the shooter. It doesn't matter what his race, gender, sexuality, religion, political, economic, and criminal standings. He committed a crime. He will face a court of his fellow peers. Tremaine Wilbourn is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

In the court of public opinion, he's guilty. But since he's not dead and he's facing an indictment, he will see how the justice system works. He will learn that for the price of taking a life, he will probably lose his life to either the gas house or a permanent detention in the iron college.

I am betting conservatives will place blame someone they've always come to loathe. The concern trolls in the conservative media will shoulder the blame on President Barack Obama.

Obama had great concern for the rise of gun violence. He wants to pass comprehensive gun control reform. The only thing standing in the way is the Republicans, some spineless Democrats and the National Rifle Association.

The NRA wants to keep gun laws loose. They believe that guns are the solutions to the problems.

The conservative agitators want to complain about the president ignoring Black-on-______ crime.
Gun violence in the United States is more of a threat than terrorism.
The concern troll worries about gun violence only when it comes to Blacks, Hispanics and Muslims. They call for gun control for these so-called Democrat cities. But in the same breath, they won't talk about the mass shooters who shoot up innocent lives.

It's a damn shame that those in law enforcement pay the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. But it comes with the jobs. We can only hope that it doesn't happen as much as them shooting unarmed suspects.

Blacks have such low approval for those in law enforcement. It's the reason for why we need police reform. We need better community relations with those in law enforcement.

Here's a Black conservative asshole's take on it. He and many in the racist right solely blames Obama for the death of Sean Bolton. Instead of finding solutions, they create more division and divide.

No one condones gun violence. It shouldn't be a political football. But who is to judge?

Memphis Grieving The Loss Of An Officer!

Sean Bolton was on the Memphis police for four years. A routine traffic stop turned deadly for him.

The racist right will have a "I told you so" moment. Of course, they'll complain about the protesters not even giving two fucks about the lives of the officers.

Well here we go. I've said it too many god damn times. Gun crimes are on the rise. Over 2,000 people are shot by a firearm a day. Over 1,200 people a day are killed by firearms. There are so many names, I could take over a month to say them. Concern trolls such as those law supporting conservatives say that those who complain about the need for police reform are the ones who allow "their friends" do all the damage.

A officer in Memphis lost his life in a shooting. It was a routine stop.

I am wondering who's going to be the first agitator to point the finger at President Barack Obama.

World News Today send our condolences to the family of Sean Bolton.

Again, those in law enforcement get no praise for doing the right things. They only get it when they die in the line of duty. The bad ones (i.e. corrupt cops and career criminals) are often the ones who make it harder on everyone.

Again, the multiple choice question of the blame game.

Who will get the blame in the killing of a Memphis Police officer?

A) Barack Obama
B) The Blacks Lives Matter Protesters
C) Jesse Jackson
D) Al Sharpton
E) The Shooter
F) All Of These Above

If you answer E, then you are right.

But if you picked the A through E, you're not helping. You have a right to be condescending. Of course, blaming a man who spoke on unethical practices conducted by those in law enforcement got you people riled up.

Matter of fact, since Memphis has 70% Black populations you blame the residents, the mayor A C Wharton, the Democratic Party, and local leaders for not addressing Black on _______ crime.

Even though they've talked about it constantly, I guess you were listening to that old fart on the AM dial or watching that annoying conservative agitator on that network. Maybe you found click bait. A story from the conservative Craigslist. Hell did you buy a book from asshat Colin Flaherty?

Wait a minute, are planning to troll underneath the bandwidth bridge?

The ones who do right never get praise.

Only in death, a cop gets respect.

Sean Bolton died from multiple gunshot wounds after he was shot just after 9:15 p.m. while conducting a traffic stop at Cottonwood and Perkins in Parkway Village Saturday night.

Bolton was rushed to the Regional Medical Center, but was pronounced dead there.

The suspect, apparently an occupant of the car that was pulled over, was still at large late Saturday.

Dozens of officers from  the Memphis Police Department gathered outside the hospital in a grim vigil Saturday night, waiting for news about Bolton, who served in the Marines. Officers from other departments, including the Shelby County Sheriff and the state troopers, joined them in a show of support.

In a briefing outside Regional Medical Center, Police Director Toney Armstrong told the media that a citizen used the officer’s radio to call for help. The officer was hit with  multiple gunshots, he said.
Memphis is grieving over the lost of an officer.
“The suspect is still at large and officers are in the area trying to locate him at this time,” Armstrong said. “We are using all the means available to use to find the people responsible for this.”

Mayor A C  Wharton said this tragedy emphasizes the dangers of the job.

“This speaks volumes about he inherent dangers of police work,” Wharton said.

Armstrong also referenced the other two officers lost during his time leading the department.

On July 3, 2011 Officer Timothy Warren  was shot and killed in a downtown hotel. On Dec. 14, 2012, Officer Martoiya Lang was shot and killed while serving a warrant.

“We’ve been here before,” Armstrong said. “This is my third time in four years I’ve been director. It never gets any easier.”

Hannity Disrespects A Black Women!

Condescending agitator tells a Black woman she needs to be educated on police shootings.

I'm in Memphis right now. I want to keep you informed through the whole ordeal. Just about 235 miles away in St. Louis, the protests continue in the wake of the Michael Brown shooting. That annoying ass conservative agitator was demoted for a reason. He knows that the moment he sinks his career even further, Chief Roger is going to pull the plug on his nonstop agitation show.

He is Loserville's most annoying conservative agitator. You can't even fathom how much ignorant is spewed from his mouth.

You can actually play a drinking game with this guy. He will say at least Obama over 20 times within two minutes. I refuse to acknowledge him by name anytime I post. I will only acknowledge him only in the title.

This agitator has decided to be judge, jury and executioner. He interviews Black committeewoman Patricia Bynes. He goes right into that "let me educate" you bullcrap.

That annoying conservative agitator already made his opinion clear. The cop couldn't do nothing wrong.

After all if Michael Brown stole a pack of Swisher Sweets, shoved a clerk, walked in the middle of the road, struggled with the cop and turned away from a firing service weapon, hell he done asked for it.

No, No, No, Judge Joe Brown!

Washed up isn't the only thing keeping Judge Joe down.

Shelby County lockup got the former TV judge for acting a fool while trial was in session.

In March 2014, Brown was arrested in Memphis, Tennessee and charged with five counts of contempt of court and getting "verbally abusive" during a child support case. He was sentenced to five days in jail, but was later released on his own recognizance.

In an interview with ABC News, Brown said that his arrest Monday, which he claimed never should have happened, has "reenergized" him, especially in his run for Shelby County D.A.

"I always used to be a hot shot about protecting people's rights," he said. "I was not happy to have my liberty detained even for 30 seconds. That's precious. It's not about the conditions of incarceration, it's about the loss of liberty."

Brown, 67, explained that the situation was "weird" because initially, he was just at the juvenile court to see how it was operating, as he's done with other courts in the area. However, when a woman approached him and asked him to take a look at her child support case, he said he felt obliged, due to a pledge he'd made to "protect womanhood and promote manhood."

"Then I almost felt nauseated looking at it," he said, adding that he believed the case never should have gone forward. "When I insisted that the woman's charges be dismissed. He started talking about, I'm not an attorney so-and-so. ... I said, 'You know it's wrong. ... You're better than this.'"

Did The NRA's "Freed Negro" Forget That King Was Killed By A Bullet?

"Freed" Negro tries to say that MLK would be happy that our country has the most relaxed gun laws!

The NRA is the oldest gun lobbyist group out there. They're trying to gin up dollars for the possibility of Republicans taking back the U.S. Senate. They recruit a Black conservative YouTube star to promote their message of more guns and less regulation.

I understand that everyone believes the civil rights leader fought for the rights for all Americans. I mean he paid the price for all with a bullet in his head. But for some reason, people are using the civil rights leader's legacy in negative ways. Last time, there was a controversy over the MLK Twerk Fest.

Now it's about the "freed Negro" using King for a gun ad.

"Freed Negro" Colion Noir is the racist right's excuse for being "not racist". He make a long rant about how Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. is this big supporter of gun rights.

Yeah, let's take a look into this one.

Hey buddy, we all agree that King was looking forward to having a gun. After all in the South, the racist right was hoping they could put a bullet in him. It's a shame they've gotten that opportunity on that early Memphis morning.

Most of "us Black folk" are often asked to give up our guns because according to your NRA buddies, we're the ones robbing and killing people. After all those so-called liberal mayors wants to keep guns off the streets. They look at those "Black groups" standing near a corner and they call it a "gang".

I mean don't Bikers carry guns?

Don't White extremists carry guns?

Don't you folks often have a man who has extreme views and mentioned around you that there's a possibility that he could just "take them all out"?

Yeah, freed Negro Mr. Colion Noir, you believe in the Second Amendment.

I do as well!

I also believe in reasonable gun control. I mean how many of these innocent young people died because of a firearm. We just had a shooting at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana and one at the University of Oklahoma in Norman.

The Second Amendment protects the right of individual Americans to keep and bear arms regardless of service in a militia. The right is not unlimited and does not prohibit all regulation of either firearms or similar devices.

State and local governments are limited to the same extent as the federal government from infringing this right. The Second Amendment was adopted on December 15, 1791, as part of the first ten amendments comprising the Bill of Rights.

It's sealed in the Constitution. But since it applies to those who believe in the right to bare arms, I guess Blacks, Hispanics and Muslims aren't entitled to the benefits of being firearm owners. Of course, cops hate to see us with them.

Whenever I get pulled over by law enforcement, I often tell the officer I'm a concealed carry owner.

They call for a second or third officer to watch what I do. I must put my hands on the wheel whenever I get pulled over. At most times, even in the possibility of me causing some infraction on the state ordinances or laws, I still have to watch what I do whenever I get pulled over.

In my mind, I might get a bullet in me if I make a move.

Oftentimes, most police officers have to watch how they deal with people of color. At best, most police officers are expecting a confrontational Black person. That's why when there's a group of Blacks in a vehicle and there is some traffic infraction (i.e. loud music, tinted windows or failure to signal), the police officers' hands are on their holster.

Adam Winkler, a UCLA professor notes that, after King's house was bombed in 1956, the clergyman applied in Alabama for a concealed carry permit. Local police, loathe to grant such permits to African-Americans, deemed him “unsuitable” and denied his application. Consequently, King would end up leaving the firearms at home.

The lesson from this incident is not, as some NRA members have tried to suggest in recent years, that King should be remembered as a gun-toting Republican.

Yeah, they've considered him the Republican savior!

The racist right often would call him a troublemaker, an adulator, a phony preacher, and even the offensive NIGGER. Some on the racist right would rather not celebrate King day because who would award a "race-baiter" a national holiday.

Ronald Reagan was against the notion of the holiday in the beginning. He and many of this "Freed Negro's" friends are against the notion of giving a Black man a holiday.

Senators Jesse Helms and John Porter East (both North Carolina Republicans) led opposition to the bill and questioned whether King was important enough to receive such an honor. Helms criticized King's opposition to the Vietnam War and accused him of espousing "action-oriented Marxism".

Helms led a filibuster against the bill and on October 3, 1983, submitted a 300-page document to the Senate alleging that King had associations with communists. New York Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan declared the document a "packet of filth", threw it on the Senate floor and stomped on it.

President Ronald Reagan originally opposed the holiday, citing cost concerns. He later signed the measure, after it passed with a 338 to 90 margin in favor in the House of Representatives. Note Reagan vetoed against the holiday.

Sen. John McCain (Republican of Arizona) voted against the creation of the holiday to honor King, and later defended Arizona Republican Governor Evan Mecham's rescission of the state holiday in honor of King created by his Democratic predecessor. After his opposition grew increasingly untenable, McCain reversed his position, and encouraged his home state of Arizona to recognize the holiday despite opposition from Mecham.

During the 2008 presidential campaign, McCain was criticized for his initial opposition to the measure.

But yet, these Republicans claim King was one of their own.

The Stallmigos would have opposed it as well. Think about how Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX), Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) and Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) are against the holiday as well.

So Mr. Freed Negro, you're argument to say King would endorse more guns on the street is false.

Mr. Freed Negro, hey could you talk to Bobby Seale about firearms?

Lord Infamous Passes Away!

Memphis is the home of the Oscar award winning rap group Three Six Mafia (aka Da  Mafia 6ix).

This year was great for the founding member Juicy J (Jordan Houston). The rapper was celebrating his successful mainstream album Stay Trippy. It's hailed as one of the best album in 2013. And with this joy comes a tragedy that hits real close.

The founding member of the Mafia, Lord Infamous (Ricky Dunigan) passes away over the weekend of an apparent heart attack.

He was 40 years old at the time of his death.

The Hollywood Reporter has further confirmed that the cause of death was a heart attack. "He said he was tired," his half-brother, Three 6 Mafia member DJ Paul said. "He wanted to sleep. He sat down at the kitchen table, put his head in his arms to lay down ... to get some sleep."

In 2006, they were the first rap group to win an Oscar for Best Original Song with "It's Hard Out Here For A Pimp."

"He was a legend in the game, truly ahead of his time," DJ Paul (Paul Beauregard) said to Rolling Stone. "He was such a great lyricist and he always came with these different styles in his rap and his flow."

He was considered by fans and critics alike as being the darker member of the group, with his lyrics touching on occult subject matters such as satanism, mass murder, suicide, and torture.

Formed in 1991 as Backyard Posse then later Triple 6 Mafia, by DJ Paul, Lord Infamous, Juicy J and Koopsta Knicca, the group later included two more members including; Crunchy Black and Gangsta Boo (who were both added shortly before the release of their debut album Mystic Stylez).

The group has also collaborated with many rappers on their own label; Hypnotize Minds, where they have kick started the careers for many Memphis rappers, such as; Frayser Boy, Gangsta Blac, Lil Wyte and Indo G.

The group frequently collaborates with Project Pat (Juicy J's older brother).

Lord Infamous.
In 2006 following jail time which lead to a breach of contract with Sony, Lord Infamous was forced to end work with Three 6 Mafia. He is still on good terms with the group and was not kicked out of or left the group as many rumors had suggested.

In 2013, Infamous rejoined four of the original Three 6 Mafia members to form the group Da Mafia 6ix. They released their debut mixtape 6ix Commandments in late 2013 and are currently working on a studio album.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Lord Infamous.

Juicy J's Twerk Scholarship Draws Ire From Women's Groups!

Entertainer faces ire of women for "twerk" scholarship offer.

If you can work that behind, you may get a scholarship from entertainer Juicy J. And of course, you may also get the shame of women's right groups.

Black America Web reports that the entertainer is offering $50,000 for the best twerk. Yeah, he's serious about that.

Here's the entertainer speaking about it.

Some women's groups are upset over this. Two Black extremists aren't happy about it and are calling for a boycott of his album.

Seeka tha Teacha, head of the Hip Hop Liberation Army along with colleagues Abena Afreeka and Sis Tricey are too pissed off and are calling for a boycott of the rapper’s CD. Appearing on the weekly rap program, “Militant Minded Radio,” they presented a lively discussion on this display of what can be called a byproduct of misogynistic thinking. We ask for your forgiveness in advance as the speaker’s did not identify themselves so we had to play a guessing game.

“There’s no honor in getting a scholarship for shaking your behind….I think its degrading,” says one of the women we think may be Seeka Tha Teacha, a mother. “Why would you want to get a scholarship for that when there’s a lot of intelligent women out here who use their brain. Why don’t you give them some money,” she continues, adding that she would never want her daughter doing anything like that.

“I know Juicy J [is] probably sittin’ back laughing at all the women that’s gonna come and shake they ass for this money. It’s all a game,” she continues.

“I think that this contest is only symptomatic, and that any discussion about this that ignores the larger picture of the systematic sexploitation, objectification of Black women is basically an incomplete discussion,” says Sis Tricey. She equates Juicy J to someone who is “embracing that cooning buck,” a brother who will promote “the exploitation of himself, his sisters and brothers” for money.

“You can think of the situation…when the 12-year-old sits up and tells his math teacher, ‘I make more in a day then you make in a whole year,” she concludes.
Wiz Khalifa is a fan of Three Six Mafia. The rapper worked with Juicy J and signed him to Taylor Gang Records. The rapper even named Juicy J as the godfather of his son. He and model Amber Rose welcomed a child this year.
And apparently, the scholarship is only the beginning; a CD is set to follow.

“Is this going to be a trend?” Sis Tricey suggests adding a truly frightening scenario. “Are we going to have more rappers throwing in and saying ‘hey, we’re doing some positive things for the school.’ How many sisters will even want to continue to go to school once they get a taste of that.”

Abeena Afreeka states, ”As women, for starters, I believe it is imperative for us to come out in strong opposition to the CD, to the message, and begin to actively get in the ears of our young sisteren.” She invites not only women, but men as well, to join in with this support against the degradation of Black women; by boycotting the Juicy J CD and the message behind it.

The freedom of speech again comes into play. Remember we're living in the post Sandra Fluke era.

Many entertainers are getting the finger wagging too. Snoop Dogg, Ludacris, Lil' Wayne, The Game and 50 Cent are examples of entertainers who lost their deals after saying or doing things that caused women's groups to boycott the companies.

Conservative agitators aren't spared the wrath either.

Remember that King Hippo (Rush Limbaugh) called the activist a "slut" and drew ire of women's groups. His antics lead to a lost of sponsors and a strain in his relationship with Clear Channel and Cumulus Radio.

We can expect that Juicy J will be the talk of conservative agitators in the coming days. After all, if shit is posted on the wall, then it's the turd flippers who ready to rally.

Well anyways, the rapper has a lot to celebrate. He's a veteran in the hip-hop game and yes it's a big comeback. He's a part of the pop culture.

Three Six Mafia (Juicy J, DJ Paul and Lord Infamous) won an Oscar for their contributions to Hustle & Flow.
I most recognized him as a member of the Three 6 Mafia. He and DJ Paul were childhood friends and would later form the group. Formed in 1991 as the Backyard Posse and then Triple 6 Maifa, DJ Paul, Lord Infamous, Juicy J and Koopsta Knicca, the group later included two more members including; Crunchy Black and Gangsta Boo (who were both added shortly before the release of their debut album Mystic Stylez).

Their musical style—which initially featured dark, menacing beats with equally gritty lyrics—has since moved to a more mainstream sound (crunk).

The group has also had numerous lineup changes, and now consists of original members Juicy J and DJ Paul. Nonetheless, they have cultivated a sizable and diverse cult following that has only increased since their Oscar win. They have released two RIAA rated platinum albums; When the Smoke Clears: Sixty 6, Sixty 1 and Most Known Unknown, the latter featured their well known single "Stay Fly", which is said to be the kick start of their rise to fame and the mainstream. The group's worldwide album sales stand at 5.5 million.

Although they're still a group, Juicy J wanted to venture past the Mafia.

While on tour he signed on as a solo artist to Wiz Khalifa's Taylor Gang Records and Dr. Luke's Kemosabe Records. After the signing, he announced that he's working on an album. The album is Juicy J's first solo album since distancing himself from Three 6 Mafia and signing to Wiz Khalifa's Taylor Gang Records, who makes three appearances on the album.

He released Bandz a Make Her Dance. It was produced by Mike Will (Made It) and it featured Lil' Wayne and 2 Chainz. The single was a smash hit and it went platinum.

That single welcome the world to Juicy J.

Juicy J's album the highly anticipated Stay Trippy is now out. It's a comeback album release. It's the third album released by the rapper. But it's his first album to get such huge buzz this summer. It was ranked very favorable and is one the most anticipated albums of the year.

Again, hip-hop music sales are declining. In order for entertainers in the music industry to stay relevant, they release EPs and mixtapes. That helps them generate buzz for their albums and helps move them into the mainstream (pop culture).

Did you know that Three 6 Mafia won an Academy Award?

Their 2005 song "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp" from the film Hustle and Flow won Best Original Song at the 78th Academy Awards.

They join Eminem as the only rap performers who managed to score an Academy Award win for Best Original Song.

Wiz Khalifa is signed to Atlantic Records. He is affiliated with Taylor Gang Records and Rostrum Records.

Juicy J is signed Sony Music Group. He is affiliated with Taylor Gang Records and Hypnotized Minds, LLC.

LovelyTi2002 elaborates on the controversy and also the Bounce It video from Juicy J.

Say It Ain't So, Judge Joe Brown!

Television judge was drunk on camera ranting about being fired from his longtime program.

Since CBS Studios canceled the hit television judge's show, you get to see the worst in him.

Especially under alcohol.

WorldStarHipHop, the entertainment agitator put out a video of Judge Joe Brown in a drunken rant about how he is "pissed" off about his "gig" being cut off.

Judge Joe Brown first went on the air in 1998. Before that, he was a real life criminal courts judge in Shelby County, Tennessee. He started his career as a lawyer and was the first African American prosecutor in Memphis, Tennessee earlier in his career.

Brown won fame when as the real judge in Shelby County, Tennessee, he presided over the appeal of James Earl Ray, who murdered Martin Luther King Jr. Brown was later removed from that case over charges of bias but by then he had caught the eye of the same producers and distributors behind Judge Judy.

Both Judge Brown and Judge Judy are produced in the same Hollywood facility, with courtrooms adjacent to each other. Both are produced by Big Ticket Television, a division of CBS, and distributed by CBS’s CTD.

Brown wasn't the first African American to be a TV judge but he has become the longest running.

You may have found Judge Joe Brown on many Fox/My Network TV stations or CW station. For a few more months or until the repeats air, you'll find the television judge on many syndication networks.

Take for example, Bounce TV. That's TV Our Way!

I guess that salary dispute drove him to drink heavily. It happened to be something that CBS executives saw in the judge after the cameras were off and he was a normal person.

Being a washed up celebrity has finally taken its toll on him.

Death Of The King! [NSFW]

45 years ago, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on his way to lunch and protest march was gunned down by an assassin. The death of King brought to the nation to the grips of racial unrest.

King was the prominent leader of the African-American civil rights movement and Nobel Peace Prize laureate who became known for his advancement of civil rights by using civil disobedience. He was assassinated at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tennessee on April 4, 1968, at the age of 39. King was rushed to St. Joseph's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 7:05PM that evening.

James Earl Ray, a fugitive from the Missouri State Penitentiary, was arrested in London at Heathrow Airport, extradited to the United States, and charged with the crime. On March 10, 1969, Ray entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to 99 years in the Tennessee state penitentiary. Ray later made many attempts to withdraw his guilty plea and be tried by a jury, but was unsuccessful; he died in prison on April 23, 1998, at the age of 70.

King was booked in room 306 at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, owned by businessman Walter Bailey (and named after his wife). King's close friend and colleague Reverend Ralph David Abernathy, who was King's roommate in the motel room the day of the assassination, told the House Select Committee on Assassinations that King and his entourage stayed in room 306 at the Lorraine Motel so often that it was known as the "King-Abernathy Suite."

According to biographer Taylor Branch, King's last words were to musician Ben Branch, who was scheduled to perform that night at an event King was going to attend: "Ben, make sure you play 'Take My Hand, Precious Lord' in the meeting tonight. Play it real pretty.

At 6:01 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, 1968, while he was standing on the motel's second floor balcony, King was struck by a single .30 bullet fired from a Remington 760 Gamemaster.

The bullet entered through his right cheek, breaking his jaw, neck and several vertebrae as it travelled down his spinal cord, severing the jugular vein and major arteries in the process before lodging in his shoulder. By the force of the blast, King's necktie was ripped completely off his shirt. He fell violently backwards onto the balcony unconscious. Shortly after the shot was fired, witnesses saw James Earl Ray fleeing from a rooming house across the street from the Lorraine Motel where he was renting a room.

A package was dumped close to the site that included a rifle and binoculars with Ray's fingerprints on them. The rifle had been purchased by Ray under an alias six days before. A worldwide manhunt was triggered that culminated in the arrest of Ray at London Heathrow Airport two months later.

Abernathy heard the shot from inside the motel room and ran to the balcony to find King on the floor. King was bleeding profusely from the wound in his cheek. His SCLC colleague Andrew Young believed he was dead, though King still had a pulse.

The pictures are disturbing!

In some of these pictures will be Coretta Scott King, his children, Ralph David Abernathy, Jesse Jackson and James Earl Ray.
