Slandering two Black election workers cost The Gateway Pundit big time. |
While it is not the end, but we are seeing the eventual downfall of an infamous conspiracy theorist platform. The two former Georgia poll workers became victims of a smear campaign that painted them as criminals who stole the 2020 election from former president Donald J. Trump.
To this day, they are still flanked with baseless allegations and threats of death.
So they decided to take the agitators to court. Now I really hope that Fox is next on their agenda.
Ruby Freeman and daughter Shaye Moss sued Rudy Giuliani. He is ordered to pay $175 million in punitive damages for the relentless smear campaign against them.
Now the most dumbest agitator on the planet must fork over millions. Besides, Sean "Softball" Hannity, there is Jim Hoft. The St. Louis-native is an openly gay white nationalist who owns and operates The Gateway Pundit. He had to declare Chapter 11 bankruptcy after he and his company lost in a major defamation lawsuit.
"TGP Communications, the parent company of The Gateway Pundit, recently made the decision to seek protection under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the Southern District of Florida as a result of the progressive liberal lawfare attacks against our media outlet.
This is not an admission of fault or culpability. This is a common tool for reorganization and to consolidate litigation when attacks are coming from all sides. It allows TGP to consolidate this lawfare in one court for ultimate resolution.
The moron must pay victims despite declaring bankruptcy. |
Despite the radical left’s efforts to silence The Gateway Pundit through censorship, de-platforming, de-banking, cut-off from advertisers, and other financial strategies, we will not be deterred from our mission of remaining fearless and being one of the most trusted independent media outlets in America today. We do not expect that to change."
Founded in 2004, The Gateway Pundit expanded from a one-person enterprise into a multi-employee operation that is supported primarily by advertising revenue. During the 2016 U.S. presidential campaign, the site received over a million unique visitors per day. In September 2021, Google demonetized the site for publishing misinformation.
It was banned by X in 2021.
Elon Musk reinstated that platform as well as Trump, Laura Loomer, Alex Jones, Kevin Jackson and The Gateway Pundit.
