The Second Amendment Is.....White!

White gun owners are rarely shot by police.

To all the Black firearm owners who support the Second Amendment or former president Donald J. Trump in the 2024 presidential race, I just want to say...

"YOU'RE GONNA BE SHOT BY POLICE TOO!"

The National Rifle Association never reacts to lawful exercise of firearm use when a Black, Hispanic, Arab, Muslim, Indigenous, LGBTQ or underage teen of color is carrying them.

It is automatic dehumanizing from the far right, police unions and the junk food media.

When white men, women or even some Asians are carrying firearms, the NRA is often parading them around like they're heroes and protectors of freedom.

In about 45 states, I believe it is lawful for you to walk down a street with a firearm.

If you're a Black man walking down the street with a firearm, the random 911 call or the visual spotting from a police officer merits an automatic drawl of a service weapon.

Police officers within seconds are either shooting or premeditated an excuse to use force.

The unions back up their claims of "fearing for their lives" despite the perpetrator not even firing a round. Given that the junk food media loves to paint the aggressor as the victim, the police officer is given the benefit of doubt. The person police shot usually do not get any ounce of doubt. A mugshot of a suspect or a picture of a person posing with money or firearms automatically draws far right conclusions to justification of force.

Even fleeing from police with a firearm and not even pointing at them results in police shootings.

If a person does survive, the state still charges the person for a crime despite the state allowing open carry and lawful possession.

So I just want to say that the Second Amendment is White, period.

Ohio.

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed Senate Bill 215 (effective June 13, 2022). Under its provisions, any person 21+, residents and nonresidents, who meets the definition of a "qualifying adult" under O.R.C. 2923.111, may carry a concealed handgun without a license. Residents and non-residents under 21 may still open carry, but require a valid concealed handgun license issued by another U.S. jurisdiction to conceal carry.

The open-carry of firearms by those who legally possess the firearm is a legal activity in Ohio with or without a license. It is legal for a person to open-carry a loaded handgun in a vehicle without a permit, as long as they are eligible to receive a concealed handgun license.

One may not open-carry a firearm upon or into: a school, the grounds of a school, school building, school premises, school activity, or school bus; a courthouse or other building in which a courtroom is located; or an establishment licensed to serve alcohol, unless the person is eligible for a concealed handgun license and is not consuming alcohol.

It is lawful for one to open-carry firearms in certain locations that are statutorily prohibited for those who are conceal-carrying, such as police stations and sheriff's offices or other such law enforcement buildings; churches, mosques, synagogues, and other places of worhsip; etc.

Two incidents. Nexstar Media stations NBC 4 Columbus and Fox 8 Cleveland detail police shooting incidents. A Columbus man was shot and killed by a suburban police. An Akron teen survived a police shooting but is charged after he was shot by police while holding a prop gun.

Whitehall Police confront passenger Santiago Elias Alfaro Munoz.

Whitehall, a city in the metro Columbus area. The city of Columbus has 1 million residents. A city illegally gerrymandered to serve four AIPAC lawmakers. Three Republicans Jim Jordan, Troy Balderson, Mike Carey and one Democrat Joyce Beatty.

One man is dead after being shot by a Whitehall police officer early Friday.

According to Whitehall Chief of Police Mike Crispin, two officers were conducting a routine traffic stop about 2 a.m. when they heard gunfire nearby. Whitehall’s Shotspotter alerted the officers to the Roses Discount Store in the 4600 block of East Main Street.

When they arrived, police saw two cars, but one, a dark SUV, sped away immediately. Two officers approached the parked vehicle, a silver Honda Pilot, and found two men. It’s here that bodycams started recording video that the department released Friday afternoon.

One officer came to the car first on the driver’s side, followed by the other on the passenger’s side. The video showed the driver’s side officer asking if the pair spoke English, and they said no. The passenger’s side officer took a drink can from the man in that seat. The officers then asked in Spanish if the occupants had any handguns or drugs, and they replied no.

The pair of officers briefly pointed their flashlights into the backseats and then back toward the passengers. The video recorded the officer on the driver’s side alerting the other one that he spotted a “33,” a police code for a person with a gun.

Within 30 seconds of engagement, cop shoots man.

The officers told both passengers to put their hands up in both Spanish and in English. After the driver’s side officer opened the car door, the driver complied and got out. The officer’s bodycam recorded him placing the man in handcuffs.

When the passenger’s side officer pulled that door open, the bodycam recorded the passenger turn around toward the backseats. Both officers backed away quickly, drew their handguns and fired multiple shots. The driver’s side officer camera caught the car’s window glass shattering from the bullets.

“Officers told him to lift his hands up several times in both Spanish and English and still did not comply,” Crispin said. “It appears on the video he quickly spun around and reached for something, spun back toward the officer. The officer then responded to the threat. Shots were fired into the vehicle.”

A Whitehall police report said the passenger had reached for a gun and then turned toward the officer, and was struck by the officers’ gunfire. The man in the passenger seat, identified as 36-year-old Santiago Elias Alfaro Munoz, was taken to Mount Carmel East hospital but was pronounced dead a short time later. Neither officer was injured.

Mugshot of Santiago Alfaro Munoz. The junk food media loves to use mugshots to justify police shootings. Munoz did not harm the cop.

Several handguns were found inside the vehicle and police are still searching for the other SUV that fled the scene. However, police do not believe there is a threat to the public.

Police arrested the driver, 35-year-old William Morales Villatoro, on charges of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. He was turned over to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.

“Plenty of officers are out. We don’t see any concerns for our citizens at this point,” Crispin said. “Everyone has been secured other than we don’t know anything about the vehicle that took off.”

Crispen said there are now two investigations. Whitehall PD will conduct a criminal investigation into that original report of shots fired. The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation has taken on the case of the officers shooting and killing the man who did not comply with their comments.

Crsipen said the two officers involved are on administrative leave.

“That’s just protocol. It’s not because there’s a reason and it’s not because they did anything wrong. It’s just because that’s what we do to separate them. It’s tragic. It’s tragic both directions. And so it’s a very even they and as much as the families have some tragedy, they’ve got some tragedy because this is not what they came in to do today,” Crispen said.

The officers are not being named. Crispen said they each have one to three years experience with Whitehall police. This is the first officer involved shooting in Whitehall since 2018, according to Crispen.

An Akron officer with a disciplinary record of misconduct shoots a teen moments after he exits his vehicle. Teen was walking with a prop gun.

Akron, a city represented by AIPAC supporting Democratic lawmaker named Emilia Sykes.

The 15-year-old boy who was shot by an Akron police officer who thought a toy gun he was carrying was real, is now being charged.

According to the Akron Police Department, 15-year-old Tavion Koonce-Williams is being charged with having a facsimile firearm, a first-degree misdemeanor that will be handled through juvenile court.

The City of Akron and the Akron Police Department released police body camera video of an officer shooting Koonce-Williams in Akron on April 1. I guess the cop saw Koonce-Williams hair and automatically assumed criminal.

The officer responded to a report of a man with a gun who was pointing it at houses.

According to the body camera video, Officer Ryan Westlake asked, “Where are you coming from? Can I see your hands?”

Koonce-Williams responded, saying, “It’s fake, it’s fake, it’s fake!”

Teen being charged.
Video shows the teen on the ground being handcuffed and bleeding from the shooting. Police later learned that the gun was indeed a fake.

“The officer’s file includes a number of disciplinary actions and use of force incidents, one of which has been deemed unreasonable,” the city said in a press release.

The officer is a nine-year veteran of the department and is now on paid administrative leave.

Koonce-Williams appeared in public for the first time as his family spoke out to the media, demanding answers and changes on April 12.

This is a perfect example of why Congress failed America!

The Republicans seriously believe the Second Amendment is more important than the lives of the Americans who value safety, tranquility and shelter.

Gun violence is the number one threat in the United States.

I dismiss this ridiculous notion that criminals are the problem, not the guns. Firearms are often obtained through legal purchases.

Again, having more security, teachers being armed and offering safe rooms are not solving the problem. The problem is lawmakers not willing to stop gun violence.

According to the far rightWhite shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. Almost all mass shooters are registered Democrats because they have liked one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white. They say a white person should "protect" from protesters and use of firearms are justified. They say if a shooter is active military or a veteran who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens, the far right automatically assume the gunmen are Black.

The Republicans usually amplify white victims. Anytime a person of color kills a white victim, it is often wall-to-wall coverage on Fox, Twitter and they force it into national news. They make the case to blame Black Lives Matter, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, Democrats, Rev. Al Sharpton and rap music for Black on whatever violence. Republican lawmakers who do not live in urban neighborhoods often troll social media to talk about gun violence or crime in Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee and New York City while not doing a damn thing to stop it. If a white person shoots a Black person, the shooter is given the benefit of doubt. White shooters are given glowing profiles about their perfect lives and how friends noticed something but refused to do something. When it comes to Black shooters, automatic vilification. They don't see mental illness. They see it as gang violence, allegedly fatherless homes, Democratic policies or the need for more firearms. The far right and Republicans exploit gun violence in the Black community for culture wars and racism.

Teen's family demands accountability and a cannon firing of cop.

So in closing, expect more.

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-semitic or in support of terrorism. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.
