James Blake: NYPD Should Fire That Guy!

The NYPD could have killed me. James Blake was injured by a plain clothes officer who slammed him down.

The video that shows retired tennis star James Blake getting a face full of concrete after he was slammed to the ground by the law.

The video has went viral. The New York Police Department is doing damage control. They already put the officer who slammed Blake to ground in the freezer pending a disciplinary hearing. The mayor Bill de Blasio and police commissioner Bill Bratton offered apologies.

Blake didn't accept that. What Blake wants is those who done this act to be fired out the cannon.

The disciplinary hearing could determine if the plain clothed officer James Frascatore should get a cannon firing. Matter of fact, a trove of information about Frascatore came out this weekend.

This isn't the first time he's been involved in unnecessary roughness. It's been over five times and those times often involved Black suspects or in the case of James, mistaken identity.

Blake was waiting for his ride. He was on his way to view the U.S. Open when this guy comes out nowhere and body slammed him to the ground. Blake didn't even know what hit him. It was finally revealed that he was a NYPD officer. Four other officers aided in his arrest. They detain him for 15 minutes. He was bruised up and traumatized.

"The first words out of my mouth were 'I'm 100 percent cooperating,'" Blake told CNN Saturday.
The video went viral.
Blake, who had been ranked as high as No. 4 in the world before retiring after the 2013 U.S. Open, was misidentified by a cooperating witness as being part of an identity theft scheme when he was tackled, police have said.

Officer James Frascatore has had multiple complaints levied against him in the past and has been sued four times for using excessive force. All four cases are still ongoing.
"I've seen [the video] a few times now, and they talk about being desensitized when you see something a lot, and I'm definitely not at that point because it still strikes a nerve," Blake told CNN. "It's still so frustrating and angering to see how vulnerable I was and what he did with that. To be a police officer you're given a lot of rights, you're given certain powers. And then to abuse them is just wrong."

"This officer didn't treat his badge with respect and honor the way we're supposed to," he told CNN. "He doesn't deserve to ever have that badge again."

Officer on ice after being caught on camera body slamming James Blake.
Remember Patrick Lynch.

Yeah, the dickwad who worked as the NYPD union president. He had some thoughts on the matter.

Lynch said Blake's arrest was made "under fluid circumstances where the subject might have fled, and the officer did a professional job of bringing the individual to the ground."

Basically Lynch condoned that type of behavior from that officer.

This is the same Lynch who blamed de Blasio and Black Lives Matter for the tragic shootings of four NYPD officers. Lynch instigated the infamous turn around on de Blasio during the funerals of officers. de Blasio who has a biracial son commented on racial profiling and how it affected his son.

Lynch took that as anti-police. He went to that network to bemoan about President Barack Obama, the mayor and the Black Lives Matter activists. He said they contributed to the deaths of police officers.

Eric Garner death by NYPD attracted a lot of attention last year. It may have led to a nutjob traveling from Baltimore to put slugs in two officers last November.

Infinite Possibilities!

Eminem.

There's talk about Eminem reissuing his rare debut album Infinite.

Infinite is raw uncut and underground Detroit hip-hop.

Eminem, basically known as M&M at the time release his debut album out the trunk of his car.

The album is hard to find (unless you get it off the torrents). The album is just a cassette tape.

The album had 11 tracks. It is a decent album. Raw hip-hop. Em wanted to make the album "radio friendly" and try to push it into Detroit radio stations. He couldn't make a break because he was a White rapper.

Before he signed to Interscope and became the world's best rapper, Eminem was Marshall Bruce Mathers III, a struggling single parent trying to find a place.

In 1996. Em was working a fast food joint in Detroit and doing freestyle rapping on the side. He decided to use his skills as a lyricist and save enough of his paychecks to release an album.  He teamed up with the Bass Brothers and Denaun Porter (aka Mr. Porter/Kon Artis) to release the raw Em.

Em cites the album's influence to AZ, a Queens based rapper who told stories about the struggle. The album received mixed reviews. Many said while his style was true, it wasn't unique.
Rare album may be released this year.
Em would recruit his friend Paul Rosenberg who was working at Goliath Artists to help him get his music out into the mainstream.

So he would release The Slim Shady EP and that ended up landing in Jimmy Iovine's office.

Iovine wanted to create a superstar. He asked Dr. Dre if he was interested in working with Eminem.

The good doctor said "let get to work!."

Eminem would sign to Aftermath in 1998 and release the commercial debut The Slim Shady LP in 1999. That album would sell 8 million copies and launched his career as one of the most famous rappers in the genre.

And of course, his legacy as the greatest rapper comes with controversy. Many critics think Em's lyrics encouraged drug use and criminal deviancy. Some complained that his lyrics were homophobic, sexist, misogynistic, anti-cop, anti-establishment. Even some rappers were concerned that his music destroys hip-hop.

Em ignored the critics and kept the music going. And for that he's earned that success.

Denaun Porter was on a radio show recently. This interview with “The Cypher,” Porter was asked about whether the album will ever be re-released.The only thing that stops the release is the ongoing feud with his former record label.

“That might have a lot to do with the Bass Brothers,” Porter said, citing Mark and Jeff Bass who released the effort through their Web Entertainment imprint in the mid-’90s. “If they were to release that right now, they would have to pay me a grip. I got screwed around way early messing around with them dudes. I don’t know what they’re doing right now, but it seems like it’s something that should happen.”

While Porter said he’d be down for a reissue, he also explained that he’d prefer if Em’s manager, lawyer and friend Paul Rosenberg handled it.

WEB Entertainment still owns the rights to most of Eminem's albums and they are the ones who can clear Infinite for a full release.

“Paul is more creative when it comes to how to do that sh-t,” he explained. “If [the Bass Brothers] did it themselves, they would have to do it in a special way because that’s a special project. For whatever reason, a lot of these younger kids, I think they gravitate towards that retro sound. It was a dope album.”

If you're interested in more Em, don't forget to get the soundtrack to the movie Southpaw. It is executive produced by Eminem and it's released on Shady/Interscope.

Also The Marshall Mathers LP 2 is out on Aftermath/Shady/WEB Entertainment/Interscope.

Have you heard Infinite?

The 6th Man....

Larry Lessig is running.

A little known candidate has entered the race. He's a Harvard professor who believes that corporations and big money donors ruined democracy. He chose to run as a Democrat.

Larry Lessig announced his bid for the clown car.

He's officially the 6th man. He is the candidate that vows to fight for campaign finance reform.

Lessig 2016.pngHe said his only mission as the President of the United States is to pass restrictions on fundraising in political elections. He wants to take big money out of the elections.

If he can pass campaign fiance reform under his watch, he will resign.

Will he even get on the stage with Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, Martin O'Malley, Jim Webb and Lincoln Chafee?

The Democrats will have the first debate in October in Las Vegas. It's featured on CNN.

It makes six candidate running. If Vice President Joe Biden makes his decision to run for a third time, it will officially be seven candidates. It's by far the weakest field of Democrats so far.

Lawrence "Larry" Lessig (born June 3, 1961) is an American academic, political activist, and attorney. He is the Roy L. Furman Professor of Law at Harvard Law School and the director of the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard University. As an attorney, he is a member of the Illinois Bar.

He is a proponent of reduced legal restrictions on copyright, trademark, and radio frequency spectrum, particularly in technology applications, and he has called for state-based activism to promote substantive reform of government with a Second Constitutional Convention.

In May 2014, he launched a crowd-funded political action committee which he termed Mayday PAC with the purpose of electing candidates to Congress who would pass campaign finance reform.
Got to get the money out of politics.
Lessig announced that he was exploring a possible candidacy for President of the United States in the 2016 election, promising to run if his exploratory committee raised $1 million by Labor Day.

After accomplishing this, on September 6, 2015, Lessig announced that he would become a candidate for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination. Lessig has stated that if elected president, he would resign the office and transfer power to his vice president as soon as he accomplished his goals of passing campaign finance reform and electoral reform legislation.

Conservative Outrage At DeRay McKesson Again!

Keep fighting.

The racist right once again aims at Black Lives Matter activist DeRay McKesson.

DeRay McKesson will be guest lecturing at the Yale Divinity School and all hell broke loose on the social media. His guest lecturing will be a credit course on grassroots leadership.

McKesson, whom the university describes as a “civil rights activist and social media leader” will teach a course titled “Transformational Leadership in the #BlackLivesMatter Movement,” as part of Yale Divinity School’s “ Transformational Leadership for Church and Society” program.

Many on the racist right believes that McKesson is a "race pimp" and a "cop killer".

DeRay would gladly respond to the critics about his guest lecturing gig. It's just one term and he's back out protesting for equal justice. He's on social media almost every freaking day.

What pisses me off the most is the fact that he's doing something good and to the racist right, it's sinister and evil.

This nobody from some right wing website broke the story Friday. I don't want to give him too much exposure. DeRay and Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) will be guest lecturing at the Divinity. That website devotes its coverage to exposing "liberal indoctrination".

Of course, this website was amplified by the conservative Craigslist and that network. Then the Mediaite folks got a hold of it. Two conservatives pukers for Mediaite got wind of it.

They went to town on it. Of course, I won't spare the bile from conservatives. I can imagine it's a word vomit of DeRay this.... Al Sharpton...and Barack Obama that!

No need to explain to you. The racist  #gohomeDeray hashtag became a reactionary response to denouncing him.

DeRay would be happy to go. He will go only if there's accountability for the deadly actions of those in law enforcement. For you see, many in law enforcement were not convicted in the deaths of unarmed suspects. When Congress passes police reform, maybe DeRay may go home.

DeRay would love to go home. He will go when the junk food media stop ignoring and slandering the deaths of unarmed suspects or victims.

Okay, so what's my point?

As you know, I am preparing for the next post being "The Standard". The standard is common for Black people. You see we have to work extra hard to at least make it to the levels of White people.

Anytime Black people have a grievance with society, the racist right will deflect the attention away from the issue to focus on why Blacks never criticize other Blacks. They line up conservative Black extremists to denounce our grievances. They automatically lump every Black to President Barack Obama or Black Lives Matter.

They seem to get upset more whenever we hit them back whenever the agitators lump White criminals and terrorists to the Tea Party, talk radio agitators and that network.

Our nation has seen a huge spike in gun violence. This stuff happens everyday in the United States.

Our inept leaders in Washington failed to solve this problem. We just had a mass shooting over the past month. Then there was a massacre of a Minnesota family. No one mentioned much about that event. It's just another day in the United States.

GUN CRIME IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES!

GUN CRIME BEATS TERRORISM AND EBOLA!

And our inept lawmakers continue to view this issue with a blind eye and deaf ear.

DeRay keep fighting and forget the haters. Haters are going to hate.

Baltimore Mayor Staphanie Rawlings-Blake Fires Herself Out The Cannon!

The mayor of Baltimore announced that she's not interested in another run for mayor. The drama around the Freddie Gray tragedy made her a lightening rod.

Stephanie Rawlings-Blake was inspired to go for higher feats. She is one of the most attractive mayors in the United States. She had a bright future. All of that was cut short when allegations of a stand down during the riots came forth. Allegations of mismanagement and the payout to the Gray family may have sealed her fate.

Many in law enforcement and residents see her as inept. Even people close to her felt that a path to reelection would be extremely difficult. So like many politicos, they'll say that it's not about me, it's about the people and the city.

"It was a very difficult decision, but I knew I needed to spend time focused on the city's future, not my own," she said. When asked if she had effectively made herself a lame duck, Rawlings-Blake said that was not the case and that she was now focused on working for the city. She said she did not want every decision she made over the next 15 months to be evaluated in the context of a political campaign. "I'm focused right now on governing, rather than campaigning for mayor at this critical time in our history," she said.

Rawlings-Blake made the announcement at a news conference called only 90 minutes earlier, a move that comes just days after officials said the city would pay Gray's family $6.4 million to settle civil claims over his spinal injury. The mayor said she believes she could have won re-election, pointing to her work on the city's budget and pension system. However, she said, not seeking re-election was the best decision for the city and for her family. Among other things, she said the city needed to get through the trials of the six police officers charged in Gray's death.

And she decided it's not worth fighting for. So Rawlings-Blake decided the time to move on is now.

Baltimore has 619,000 residents in the city.

This year alone there's been over 200 victims of gun crime.

Oopsy Daisy!

The glasses didn't help much.

It seems like the Republican clown car had left one behind at the truck stop. It seems that the second time was really a bad decision. The biggest bad decision that former Texas governor Rick "Oops" Perry made when he decided to go for it again.

I guess the spotlight wasn't really on it. I mean he didn't make the cut yet again. CNN will host the second Republican debate and it seems like Perry wasn't ever going to take on Donald Trump.

I mean he's broke literally.

He couldn't keep any of his Iowa and South Carolina staffers paid.
Oops
At the Eagle Forum, Perry declared his ill fated journey to the White House adieu.

"We have a tremendous field – the best in a generation – so I step aside knowing our party is in good hands, and as long as we listen to the grassroots, the cause of conservatism will be too," Perry said.

"I give you this news with no regrets," Perry added. "It has been a privilege and an honor to travel this country, to speak with the American people about their hopes and dreams, to see a sense of optimism prevalent despite a season of cynical politics."
It wasn't my time.
Now that Oops is the first one to bow out, who will be next? Matter of fact, who's gonna take those supporters?

Another lower tier Bobby Jindal may find some interest in it. He was first to congratulate Perry on a failed run.

Matter of fact, Scott Walker and Jeb Bush may need some of them Perry supporters.

The Donald even wished him well. Despite the two having some bad blood.

I wonder what Perry would do next?

I am guessing he'll end up on that network with that annoying conservative agitator and Megyn.

FBI Looking For The Dollar!

Pimping ain't easy. The feds are searching for Ohio man who has ties to missing women in Chillicothe.

The Feds are looking for an Ohio man who may have led Chillicothe women to their deaths.

Ernest "Dollar Bill" Moore is a notorious pimp says the Ross County sheriff. He is a person of interest in the disappearance of three women.

Moore, 36, has been declared a "parole violator at large" by Ross County Sheriff George W. Lavender. He's also been named a "person of interest in the drug trade and at risk women involved in human trafficking," the Missing Women's Task Force said in a Thursday evening press release.

The task force, made up of officials from the sheriff's office, Chillicothe Police Department, FBI and Ohio's Bureau of Criminal Investigation, was formed earlier this summer to search for answers in a string of unsolved deaths and disappearances.
Tameka Lynch and Shasta Himelick
Chillicothe is 74 miles from my hometown of Dayton, Ohio. The city is smack in the middle of Ohio.

It's part of the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area.

The city of Chilliocthe is on the edge. Six women turned up either missing or dead. Some of these women were associated with the stroll. They were either addicts of the "boy" or "toke".

There is a hotel that many considered the red lights lights district. Many of these women were near that hotel when they've disappeared.

Three of the six have been found dead in or near different creeks and streams. One was found shot to death, and the remaining two are still missing.

During a June 23 press conference, Lavender said authorities have not yet ruled out the possibility that a serial killer could be responsible for some of the deaths and disappearances.
Charlotte Trego and Wanda Lemons
"When you start ruling things out, you overlook stuff, and we don't want to overlook anything," the sheriff said.

The Huffington Post reports that the two missing women have been identified as Charlotte Trego, 27, who was last seen alive on May 3, 2014, and Wanda Lemons, 37, who disappeared from Chillicothe on Nov. 3, 2014.

Shasta Himelrick, a 20-year-old expectant mother, was last seen by her family on Christmas Day 2014. Roughly a week later, searchers found her body in the Scioto River.

Timberly Claytor, 38, was found dead of gunshot wounds on May 29 in Massieville, a small town about five miles south of Chillicothe. A grand jury has indicted Jason McCrary, 36, on one count of murder in connection with Claytor's slaying. He has not been named a suspect in any of the other cases.

Tameka Lynch, 30, disappeared in Chillicothe on May 3, 2014, the same day Trego was last seen alive. Lynch was found dead three weeks later, in a creek roughly 20 miles downstream from where it passes through Chillicothe.

The latest victim to be found is 26-year-old Tiffany Sayre, who was last seen in Chillicothe in May. The following month, two people discovered Sayre's body near a culvert along Paint Creek, not far from where Lynch's body was found.

All six women are believed to have known each other, police said.
Timberly Claytor and Tiffany Sayre.
The Missing Women's Task Force did not specifically indicate why they want to talk to Moore. However, one of the women's friends told The Huffington Post that Moore is known to run in the same circles that the women did.

According to local media outlet ABC6 News, court records show Moore was released in February from jail, where he had been held on a drug trafficking offense. It remains unclear when he was initially incarcerated for that charge. Court records further indicate Moore has been in and out of jail several times in the past 10 years for drug-related charges, the news station reported.

Moore is described as an African-American male, with black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 205 pounds.

Anyone with information regarding Moore's whereabouts is asked to contact the Missing Women's Task Force at 740-774-3463. Anonymous tips can be made through Southern Ohio Crime Stoppers by calling 800-222-TIPS.

Street slang for boy is heroin.
Street slang for toke is crack/cocaine.
Street slang for stroll is prostitution.
Street slang for p'game is pimping.

World News Today send our condolences to those lost in this senseless tragedy.
