Jim Ward Passed Away!

Jim Ward, acclaimed voice actor passed away from Alzheimer's disease.

A veteran voice actor, comedian and former progressive talk show host has passed away. I have listened to The Stephanie Miller Show since 2007. I have became a fan of her show along with her co host Chris Lavoie and Jim Ward.

Jim was the vocal effects and response to George W. Bush, Donald J. Trump and Republican incompetence.

From 2004 to 2017, Ward was the co-host of The Stephanie Miller Show, a syndicated progressive talk radio program that featured a number of his impersonations of political figures and other celebrities and news makers.

He voiced characters on television shows and radio.

He had to retire from active acting after being diagnosed with early onset of Alzheimer's disease and long set coronavirus. His family confirmed he passed away at the age of 66.

Stephanie Miller, a comedian and progressive agitator on talk radio will address the passing of her longtime former co host and producer Jim Ward.

Stephanie Miller, Chris Levoie, John Fugelsang, Butch Hartman, Rob Paulsen, Maurice LaMarche and Jody Hamilton will react to the news.

Ward played several roles in animation and video games, most notably Captain Qwark in the Ratchet & Clank franchise, and several voices in The Fairly OddParents and Ben 10. In 2006, Ward played Eyemore, Crusher, and Stoker in Biker Mice from Mars, a remake of the 1990s series of the same name. Ward inherited the role of Stoker from Peter Strauss. In 2009, for his roles on the show, he was nominated and won the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program.
