Florida Woman Convicted Of Killing Ajike “AJ” Owens!

Unremorseful. Florida woman will face the rest of her life in the iron college.

Florida woman who shot and killed another woman through the door of her home.

The mother of four was upset over this woman destroying her children's property.

The woman claimed self defense which was bogus. Now Susan Lorincz, 60 will likely die in the iron college. The family of Ajike "A.J." Owens would rather see her get LIFE not a limited of number of years. Lorincz fired a single shot from a .380-caliber handgun as Owens knocked on her apartment door on June 2, 2023.

A white woman with a history of harassing children and using racial slurs was convicted of manslaughter on Friday in the fatal shooting of a Black neighbor last year in Ocala, Florida.

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office said at the time Lorincz and Owens were in a long-standing “feud” over Owens’ children playing.

The all-white, six-person jury found Lorincz guilty of manslaughter despite the 60-year-old asserting that her actions were in self-defense. Lorincz, who showed no emotion, faces up to 30 years in prison.

Pamela Dias, Owens’ mother, cried during the trial. A family member yelled out, “Oh, God. Thank you, Jesus,” after Lorincz was convicted and taken into custody.

Dias, at a post-trial press conference with attorney Anthony D. Thomas, said that it "has been a long journey to get to this day, to get to this verdict," adding that she has found "some peace" with the verdict and feels "some justice" has been achieved.

"My heart is a little lighter, and we’re now on the path of true healing," Dias said.

Thomas said Owens' "children are coping the best that they can."

Pamela Dias, Ajike's mother pushes for Florida to end the "Stand Your Ground" law.

"Certainly the loss of their mom lingers every single day," Thomas added. "But just like I’ve said before, and the State’s Attorney’s Office agrees, we still need to sentence Susan Lorincz. The next step is the sentencing part."

Owens, a mother of four, had gone over to confront Lorincz after the woman allegedly threw skates and an umbrella at Owens’ children as they played outside. Owens was shot through the door as the women argued and with Owens’ children present.

During trial, Lorincz’s interview with police in which she told authorities she was in fear for her life was played for the jury. She said she was scared and wanted Owens to “go away.”

“I was never intending to kill. I was shaking. I was just so distraught at that point in time,” Lorincz said in the interview. “I felt like I was in mortal danger.”

Owens was not armed and the door to Lorincz’s apartment was locked, according to prosecutors.

Justice couldn't come any sooner.

Lorincz denied throwing things at Owens’ children and described in the interview feeling harassed by the children during her time living in the home. Her defense attorney, Morris Carranza, told jurors in his opening statement that Lorincz felt “in her core that she had no choice” but to shoot.

Florida law gives some protection for the use of deadly force if a person “reasonably believes” such force is necessary because their life is in imminent danger. These are often called “stand your ground” laws and have led to some controversial cases.

"Not only was Susan Lorincz on trial today, but so was 'stand your ground' and how that’s defined," Thomas said at the post-trial presser. "I think we made one step closer with case law and defining what 'stand your ground' actually means."

Thomas continued: "No, you cannot claim to be in fear of your life. No, you can’t bait the police by telling them you’re in fear for your life over the phone to make sure they hurry up and get there."

Dias, Owens’ mother, told reporters Lorincz had “no regard” for human life.

“She set out to cause harm. She set out to kill. That’s exactly what she did,” Dias said. “She has no regard for any form of human life.”

Lorincz wasn’t initially arrested following the shooting, which prompted outcry. The sheriff’s office at the time said officials were investigating whether the “stand your ground” law applied.

Ajike "AJ" Owens' children deserve a mother. Susan Lorincz took that away.

She was arrested June 6, 2023. Marion County Sheriff Billy Woods said investigators gathered information from witness interviews that found her actions were not justifiable under the law, calling it “simply a killing.”

The prosecutor’s office has said it considered a second-degree murder charge, but did not feel there was enough evidence to prove intent.

Multiple neighbors told NBC News in interviews last year that they recalled times Lorincz had recorded their children, taunted them with slurs, called the police and waved guns at them.

Phyllis Wills lived in the neighborhood for 15 years and described Lorincz as having a problem with children being children. She noted that many of the neighbors had issues with Lorincz.

Lorincz yelled curse words at the children, as well as used the N-slur and a pejorative for people with intellectual disabilities, Wills said.

“She’s gotten into her truck and blasted the radio as loud as she could to agitate the kids,” Wills said. “She’s gotten into her truck and laid on the horn for long periods of time to agitate them, as well.”

The Sean Hannity Word Vomit: The Flip-Flop And Flailing Edition! 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Sean "Softball" Hannity spinning conspiracy theories and propaganda as usual.

Almost 30 years on Fox and he hasn't changed the formula of his stale, repetitive, boring and downright whackadoodle radio and television program. The biggest conspiracy theorist on that far right network is by far the most annoying. Now operating out of his West Palm Beach, Florida penthouse, the annoying agitator continues on the path to destruction.

He repeats himself over and over, initiates Trump-style name calling, flip-flops on almost everything whenever a Democratic lawmaker promotes Republican policies and constantly complains about the media competition being state run media.

Sean Hannity is as old as the mold in a bathtub not scrubbed in decades.

I call him "Softball" Hannity because he admitted that he gives softball interviews to Republicans and especially former president Donald J. Trump. In 2016, he got angry at Ben Sasse because the former Nebraska senator refused to endorse Trump. He stated that Republicans are given easy interviews because he wants them to win.

I've listen to him on radio and television for about 10 years during the Bush and Obama presidencies. I started to realize that he is basically a scripted character.

Constantly repeating the formula of divisiveness.

Can you stomach three hours of radio and one hour of television listening to one of the most annoying media agitator in the world?

The top ten controversies that should have gotten Hannity fired.

1. Hannity literally cost Fox $787 million in promoting false claims that Dominion Systems intentionally changed voting machines from Trump to Joe Biden.

2. Hannity promoted the Seth Rich murder as a conspiracy to disprove that Russian operatives stole emails from the Democratic National Committee and John Podesta. He put on guests who believed that Hillary Clinton murdered Rich because he allegedly gave emails to Wikileaks. The family sued Fox and settled for an undisclosed amount.

3. Hannity has allegedly sexually harassed women. He was named in a handful of lawsuits involving inappropriate behavior. He managed to scare far right agitator Debbie Schlussel into retracting her claims of him trying to engage in a sexual tryst. Cathy Areu has accused him of sexual harassment. Her case was dismissed and she faced criminal charges for elder abuse. She has signaled she will file again. Kristen Powers, a former Fox commentator has accused him, Bill O'Reilly and the late Roger Ailes of inappropriate behavior. He has allegedly slept with Fox commentator Sara A. Carter. He is currently involved with former contributor and now Fox and Friends host Ainsley Earhardt. He divorced wife Jill Rhodes in 2018.

4. Hannity gotten a woman fired from her job after doing a radio prank call while questioning the effectiveness of the Affordable Care Act. While on a rant about the ACA (Obamacare), Hannity called the phone number to talk to a representative named Earline Davis. He asked stupid questions about the ACA and forced the woman to reveal the slowness of applications. Davis was fired and it forced Hannity to apologize. He assured her that he will get her another job and even paid her $30,000 to starve off a possible lawsuit from Davis.

5. Hannity has failed to acknowledge that Rudy Giuliani, Michael Cohen, Victoria Toensing, Joseph diGenova and Jay Sekulow were his lawyers. The most infamous was the revelation that Cohen was his lawyer. Cohen in federal court had admitted that Hannity was one of three clients who used his services. Stormy Daniels was in attendance. Hannity flatly denied it and claimed that his services were off the record and he was talking about real estate and not hush money payments.

6. Hannity has been told numerous times to stop using Fox's brand when doing events. He appeared on stage along with Jeanine Pirro at a Trump rally in Missouri. Trump called them to speak on behalf of him and then state attorney general turned senator Josh Hawley. While the late Rush Limbaugh was free to speak on stage, Hannity and Pirro were not. The network quickly refuted the claims that they "allowed" them to speak. Hannity and Bill Cunningham were promoting the Cincinnati Tea Party's event at the Fifth Third Arena. Hannity, the late Samuel "Joe the Plumber" Wurzelbacher, Jon Voight and Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-OH) were scheduled speakers. Hannity was the headliner. Hannity had his crew there preparing for the taping. Hannity was at the studio in Cincinnati saying he will be there. However at 6pm, he flew back to New York for a studio taping and left his fans angry and disappointed. The sponsor of the event, the Tea Party Patriots had to refund money to those who had paid to be close to the annoying agitator. Fox warned him that he would be a termination if he does that again. He still does this stuff. He appeared in 2018 with Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), then congressman turned governor Ron DeSantis for an event in Florida without permission of Fox top levels.

7. His ratings have been steady at best. While not the No. 1 on Fox, Hannity has tried to stay competitive with The Five, Gutfeld, Jesse Watters Prime, Outnumbered and Fox & Friends. When Tucker Carlson was fired from Fox, the network saw a 15% decrease in viewership. The Five remains the top program followed by Gutfeld and Jesse Watters Primetime. Even some far right viewers believe his show is stale. Endless conspiracy theories and constant name drops of Hillary Clinton, Hunter Biden, Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers, his media ratings and reminding folks to set their DVRs is tiring. Many figured that Hannity is not willing to change the way he does his programming. Media Matters for America believe having on Greg Jarrett, John Solomon, Rep. James Comer (R-KY), Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Sara A. Carter are a liability. They are notorious for peddling libel and misinformation.

8. Hannity forced his supporters to destroy their property to protect him from advertising boycotts. He faced an advertiser boycott after he attacked several women who accused a former Alabama supreme court justice of inappropriate conduct when they were teens. He basically dismissed the allegations as an attack on the right. Media Matters for America put a list of advertising to boycott in regards to his flagrant support of Roy Moore, the annoying agitator called for his listeners to destroy their $150 Keurig coffee machines. He enjoyed watching his listeners destroy their products and offered money to replace them.

9. Hannity tried to whip up a scandal by playing a voice mail of Joe Biden pleading to his son Hunter Biden to get help. He thought folks would think this was going to make Biden look like a corrupt politician. It backfired. Hannity drew outrage from the disabled community, recovering addicts and some parents.

10. Hannity allowed white nationalists and racial extremists on his programs. He hosted a series of callers, guests and lawmakers who have extremist views towards people of color. Hannity previously allowed Colin Flaherty, Ann Coulter, Mark Fuhrman, James O'Keefe, George Zimmerman, Andy Martin, Steve Bannon, Stephen Miller, Wayne Simmons, Steve Emerson, John Solomon, Cliven Bundy and numerous others on to push bigoted rhetoric against Blacks, Muslims, immigrants and those in the LGBTQ community. Hannity also allowed people of color who have anti-Black views on. He previously hosted Michelle Malkin, Terrence K. Williams, Jesse Lee Peterson, Kevin Jackson, Alveda King, Candace Owens, David Clarke, Darrell Scott, Lynette "Diamond" Hardaway, Rochelle "Silk" Hardaway and numerous folks who attack people of color or act like shields to white nationalism.

Hannity is clearly obsessed with Hillary Clinton, Hunter Biden, the junk food media and Joe Biden's age. This was a sample of what I had to listen to for one full week of his right wing carnival on the radio before Biden stepped out.

I dare not stomach a hour of his right wing shit show on Fox.

Should Fox retire Sean "Softball" Hannity?
Yes
No
Created with Poll Maker

A millionaire conspiracy theorist who has a platform on radio and television. He has an audience of 20 million on radio and 3 million on television.

For some strange reason he has pulled in ratings only for the fact that he constantly interrupted his guests, threw ad hominem attacks, constantly steals the spotlight and often peddled in conspiracy theories and white nationalism.

So let's understand how he operates. He literally brags about how moral he is. Of course, he is shameless in whatever he says, does and reacts to.

Hannity complains about how the junk food media refuses to hold Democratic lawmakers accountable while literally doing softball interviews with Republicans. When they do, he complains about the Democrats not being held to the "same standards" as Republicans.

He literally trips over himself to brag about how his radio show, his cable program and his network are leading in ratings.

Hannity calls critics silly and childish nicknames, calls the press "the media mob" and encourages his gullible audience to believe lies and misinformation. In turn, some may act out in violence.
Every August I devote a portion of my worthless life to write about this annoyance in the junk food media.

They should have canceled the most annoying, most laziest, most repetitive and most boringest media agitator in the country. We came a long way from Hannity & Colmes, to this straight up bullshit we come to know as Hannity.

His guests are the same worthless nobodies.

Hannity often puts on Mark Levin, the most listened far right agitator in talk radio to dehumanize Americans who oppose Trump and the apartheid ethnostate of Israel.

He often allows extremists like Lindsey Graham, Ted Cruz, Leo Terrell, Kellyanne Conway, Kayleigh McEnany, Jeanine Pirro, John Solomon, Sara A. Carter, Tammy Bruce and Newt Gingrich to platform conspiracy theories and attacks on Democrats.

I predict this annoying agitator and his divisive rhetoric will come to an end soon.

Softball Hannity obsesses over Hunter Biden and Hillary Clinton.

Sean "Softball" Hannity, you're fucking annoying. I am not a doctor but I know that you have adult attention/hyperactivity deficit disorder, bipolar disorder and paranoia. You lack the intelligence to be a media personality.

Even with Hillary Clinton being out of government since 2012, this annoying softball can't let her go. It is like her emails is the only thing that keeps him going as well as the dossier that was produced by Christopher Steele. Even a public statement by Clinton will result in a 15 minute rant by Hannity.

Or perhaps, he will bring up Barack Obama again. He was clearly obsessed with Jeremiah Wright and Bill Ayers. He constantly reminds us about those two whenever he goes on a rant about Obama. He already claiming Harris and Walz have "radical" pastors.

Since Joe Biden took office, Hannity has been relentlessly pushing baseless allegations about the president and his son.

When Biden officially ended his presidential campaign, Hannity is trying to pivot to Harris and Tim Walz.

Now he is complaining about Harris not being at the border, her laughing, her record as a senator, eating Doritos and claims she is not actually Black.

Hannity has attacked Walz's military service.

Hannity is attacking Walz for being at an event with a Minnesota imam who criticize Israel. He also claims Walz is an agent of China and a "radical" like Harris.

Hannity has privately told Trump to personally attack Harris and Walz despite Trump's campaign officials urging him to stay focus on issues.

You can literally predict how his show going start and finish. You can make a bingo card of everything he has said on his show.

My question to you: Do you think Sean "Softball" Hannity should be cancelled if Kamala Harris becomes the President of the United States?

Those marked in bold will be considered controversial and their speeches will definitely be talked about in the junk food media.

It is currently being held from August 19 to 22, 2024, at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. Delegates nominated Harris for president through online and phone voting that lasted from August 1 to 5. Harris is the first Black woman and first South Asian person to be the presidential nominee of a major political party in the United States, and the first Democratic presidential nominee from the Western United States.

Phil Donahue Passed Away!

Phil Donahue was a legend.

The longtime talk show host, podcaster and activist has passed away.

Before Jerry Springer, Maury Povich, Steve Wilkos, Rikki Lake, Jenny Jones, Dr. Phil, Oprah Winfrey, Sally Jessy Raphael and Mort Downey, there was Phil Donahue.

A controversial figure who was a progressive icon and a leading voice against George W. Bush's campaign to engage war with Iraq. Donahue's shows have often focused on issues that divide liberals and conservatives in the United States, such as abortion, consumer protection, civil rights and war issues. His most frequent guest was Ralph Nader, for whom Donahue campaigned in 2000. Donahue also briefly hosted a talk show on MSNBC from July 2002 to March 2003. Donahue is one of the most influential talk show hosts and has been called the "king of daytime talk". Oprah Winfrey has said, "If it weren't for Phil Donahue, there would never have been an Oprah Show". In 1996, Donahue was ranked #42 on TV Guide's 50 Greatest TV Stars of All Time.

Donahue died Sunday night of an undisclosed illness, according to a family statement provided to ABC News by a representative for Donahue's wife of 44 years, Marlo Thomas.

Donahue was born into a middle-income, Irish Catholic family in Cleveland, Ohio; his father, Phillip Donahue, was a furniture sales clerk and his mother, Catherine (née McClory) was a department store shoe clerk. In 1949, he graduated from Our Lady of Angels Elementary School in the West Park neighborhood. In 1953, Donahue was a member of the first graduating class of St. Edward High School, an all-boys college preparatory Catholic private high school in Lakewood, Ohio. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1957.

The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the Phil Donahue/Notre Dame Scholarship Fund, according to the statement.

After working as a local TV reporter in his native Ohio and launching a talk show on local CBS affiliate WHIO in Dayton, he moved his "The Phil Donahue Show" to the local NBC affiliate WLWD (now WDTN), also in Dayton, in 1967. Three years later, it entered nationwide syndication, now titled simply "Donahue."

Phil married actress/activist Marlo Thomas. They were supporters of St. Jude's Children Research.

The show would run for 26 years in syndication, produced at NBC's 30 Rockefeller Plaza, until its last show in September 1996.

"Donahue" rose to national prominence for its compelling guests and its pioneering, open-forum interview style, where audience members could ask questions of the guest and fans could call in to the show. That format was soon emulated by others who followed, including Oprah Winfrey and Sally Jessy Raphael.

"We knew if we were to have any chance to succeed, you know, we couldn't be talking about juvenile delinquency or, you know, all these broad, very imprecise issues that are often discussed at Rotary Club meetings and other places. We knew we had to have personalities who moved you to go to that phone and make a phone call," said Donahue, discussing the show with the Television Academy Foundation.

Among the topics Donahue chose to highlight on his show were breakdancing, which was was new to national audiences after originating in New York City when Donahue featured it in 1983.

Donahue also prompted conversations around fringe figures, like Ku Klux Klansman David Duke, whom he interviewed in 1978.

"You don't fix racism by throwing a blanket over the people who are racist. Put them on, let's hear them," said Donahue, discussing the Duke interview with the Television Academy Foundation.

In May, President Joe Biden gave Phil Donahue the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Marlo Thomas was award one as well. She appears in the back.

Donahue earned 20 career Emmy Awards for "Donahue" and, in 1992, the Television Academy inducted him into its Hall of Fame. In 1980, he was awarded a personal Peabody Award, recognized for his "sensitive yet probing interviews, his ability to ask the tough questions without seeming to offend, his knack for getting to the heart of the matter are all important. Above all, Phil Donahue brings to his interviews and discussions what has been characterized as an 'innate sense of honesty.'”

In May, Donahue was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by President Joe Biden. He was lauded at the ceremony as pioneering "the live daytime talk show, holding a mirror up to America," and for "[interviewing] everyone from our greatest stars to our forgotten neighbors, uniting us around the toughest issues of our time,"

Donahue is survived by his wife, actress Marlo Thomas, as well as "his sister, his children, grandchildren and his beloved golden retriever Charlie," according to the family statement.

Donahue went to MSNBC and famously criticized Bush and Republicans for being "gun ho" with Iraq and protecting the interests of Israel. He was fired from the network soon after. He inspired Keith Olbermann, Rachel Maddow and Lawrence O'Donnell.

Donahue began his career in 1957 as a production assistant at KYW radio and television when that station was in Cleveland. He got a chance to become an announcer one day when the regular announcer failed to show up. After a brief stint as a bank check sorter in Albuquerque, New Mexico, he became program director for WABJ radio in Adrian, Michigan, soon after graduating. He moved on to become a stringer for the CBS Evening News and later, an anchor of the morning newscast at WHIO-TV in Dayton, Ohio, where his interviews with Jimmy Hoffa and Billie Sol Estes were picked up nationally. While in Dayton, Donahue also hosted Conversation Piece, an afternoon phone-in talk show from 1963 to 1967 on WHIO radio. In Dayton, Donahue interviewed presidential candidate John F. Kennedy, late-night talk show host Johnny Carson, human rights activist Malcolm X and Vietnam war opponents including Jerry Rubin. In Chicago and New York City, Donahue interviewed Elton John, heavyweight boxing champions Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier, and author and political activist Noam Chomsky.

Harris: Nacho Cheese Doritos My Favorite!

Nacho cheese Doritos are the best.

As Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz prepare for the Democratic National Convention, protesters are expected to flood Chicago with calls to end the aid to Israel.

Also gun violence, prostitution and property theft are expected. Mayor Brandon Johnson, Gov. J.B. Pritzker and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas vow to make the DNC a safe, fun and less controversial event.

Last month former president Donald J. Trump and Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) accepted their nomination and the ear magically healed after the assassination attempt. They held their convention in Milwaukee. While there, Trump spoke for over 1 hour and 34 minutes, Vance introduced his wife Usha, Hulk Hogan ripped his shirt, Amber Rose spoke and Melania did not kiss Trump on the lips. Also the Columbus, Ohio Police who were tasked to watch the event killed a homeless man.

Trump is hosting a few rallies this week while the DNC is happening.

Looks like Harris, Walz, Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, Minnesota First Lady Gwen Walz and the staff are gonna be Sheetz Freakz.

President Joe Biden, Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA), Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), Rep. John Joyce (R-PA), Rep. Guy Reschenthaler (R-PA) and Rep. Summer Lee (D-PA) are Sheetz Freakz.

On Sean "Softball" Hannity's right wing shitshow, he had on Fox contributor Elisabeth Hasselbeck. The contributor was once a longtime fixture on The View as the far right opinionist.

Harris wrote that she ate a whole bag of nacho cheese Doritos after finding out Trump won the 2016 election.

Harris ate a family-sized bag of Doritos and “did not share one chip with anybody,” not even her husband.

Hasselbeck took issue with it.

“That’s the commander-in-chief potentially,” Hasselbeck said, referring to Harris. “That’s the emotional response of the leader of the free world? To binge eat a bag of Doritos? Are you kidding me? Can you imagine [Vladimir] Putin, how he deals with things, chugging down a bag of Sour Patch Kids because he’s depressed about something not going his way?”

Grabbed you a big bag.

Hasselbeck continued: “The relatability cloud that’s being dusted over Americans right now is only to hide the fact that there’s a lack of ability. Kamala Harris failed at the border. So what do we want to do? Give her the globe? Are you kidding me?”

Hasselbeck, who was often the only conservative woman on “The View” during her tenure, also criticized the show for not currently sharing a conservative point of view.

“What I think the viewer is missing there right now is the ability to hear another perspective,” Hasselbeck said, adding that the hosts aren’t “representing American women.”

“They’re not representing the voters in America. They’re not. I doubt there’s one person on that panel that would say they are voting for Donald Trump.”

Walz got wind of it and decided to make sure he keeps to his word about Republicans being weird.

Inside a Moon Township, Pennsylvania location outside of Pittsburgh, Harris made a stop.

Shoppers and workers along with the junk food media got the opportunity to watch Harris troll the fuck out of Hasselbeck and Softball Hannity.

Walz handed her the family size while Doug Emhoff's held on to the regular size.

Walz had declared that all the name calling, all the allegations, all the conspiracy theories, all the Trump propaganda and the rhetoric is just sad and practically weird.

Jack Posobiec, Donald Trump, Jr. and some far right agitators called them weird.

Mind you, Posobiec was involved in the Pizzagate conspiracy theory, Trump and Kimberly Guilfoyle have terrible plastic surgery and the English woman who tattooed Trump on her forehead.

Now you tell me, who is the weird ones?

U.S. Says Israel Must Investigate Themselves For War Crimes!

We are the most moral country in the world. All of you are antisemitics if you want Israel to be destroyed. We don't care what you say, we will finish the job.

Whenever Isrsel commits crimes against humanity, President Joe Biden and White House officials either want Israel to investigate themselves for criminal acts.

When Israel commits acts of aggression on other countries, the U.S. wants the sovereignties not engage in retaliation.

The U.S. uses the both sides at fault excuse and want restraint. In other words, the U.S. proudly defends Israel despite the possibility of a global war.

So do we actually want Israel to investigate itself when it comes to war crimes?

No.

How about we allow the UN special envoys enter Gaza and make a determination.

If UN workers investigate, Israel will target them. The regime already killed humanitarian aid workers, journalists, doctors, civil investigators, public officials and servants.

How about we start allowing the International Criminal Court arrest Benjamin Netanyahu, Issac Herzog and Yoav Gallant. Israel has threatened the ICC prosecutor Karim A.A. Khan with a target assassination through airplanes or vehicle travel.

The U.S. lawmakers threatened sanctions on Khan.

Israel killed three day old twin newborns.

How about the United States stop sending our taxpayer money to them. Israel will claim that the alliance is beneficial and Americans should aid Israel in "defeating evil."

How about the world finally reign in on the evil apartheid ethnostate of Israel. In order to have a full fledge democracy, Israel must abandon Jewish supremacy. Israel must dissolve its current government and have citizens vote on a non secular government. The UN must campaign for a one state solution where it allows the right of return to the descendants of historical Palestine. Any illegal settlements in the West Bank must be taxed to pay for all reparations to the Palestinians who had their homes destroyed. Israel must pay for all the lives, property and chaos without any American influence or tax money.

How about we allow journalists to cover Gaza and make an independent decision without having Israeli regime officials overseeing the coverage or censoring it.

Israel still hasn't taken accountability for the World Central Kitchen attack or even the killing of UNRWA officials.

Israel claims to investigate these crimes but in reality, they do not. They practically endorse them and advocate for more carnage.

The U.S. is controlled by the lobby. The American Israel Public Affairs Committee and the Anti-Defamation League are two operatives that have spies and handlers committed to forcing our lawmakers, business leaders and media follow the narrative of Israel.

They keep on peddling this notion that the hostages must be returned. With the Israeli regime stopping resources, shooting everything in site and brutally torturing civilians, it is likely these "hostages" are dead.

Aser and Aysel did not even get a week of life. Israel took their lives along with their mother and grandmother. Now their father is left grieving and angry over the regime killing his family.

Mohammed Abu al-Qumsan never imagined he would return with their death certificates instead.

In a matter of minutes, an Israeli strike on the Qastal Tower building, in Deir Al-Balah, where the Abu al-Qumsan family was living after having been displaced from the north of Gaza, killed his 3-day-old twins, Aser and Aysel, together with their mother, Dr. Jumann Arfa, and grandmother, according to family members.

Abu al-Qumsan lost his sons, his wife and mother in law. Israel intentionally killed them.

The twins were born on Saturday, Aug. 10, as written on their birth certificate. On that day, Dr. Arfa shared the news in a Facebook post, with friends welcoming her babies in war-torn Gaza and praying for their health and safety.

Now the few comments to congratulate the birth below the announcement are overshadowed by hundreds of condolences to the family.

"I helped her raise funds for her to deliver the twins safely. I only spoke with her yesterday, my heart is truly broken," a friend wrote.

He went to get their birth certificates and those assholes uses a precision missile to strike an apartment complex.

An Associated Press investigation identified at least 60 Palestinian families where at least 25 people were killed — sometimes four generations from the same bloodline — in bombings between October and December, the deadliest and most destructive period of the war.

Nearly a quarter of those families lost more than 50 family members in those weeks. Several families have almost no one left to document the toll, especially as documenting and sharing information became harder. Israel has violently obtained footage from reporters if coverage makes the IDF look bad.

The IDF are the real terrorists.

Thousands of "children have been killed in this brutal conflict over the course of just 10 months. When the authorities closed the [border] crossings and deprived these infants and newborns of baby formula, the situation became even more dire. Tragically, a significant number of newborns have lost their lives due to malnutrition too," he said.

Two days after the Abu al-Qumsan family lived their tragedy, the number of Palestinians killed in the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, when Hamas militants carried on a surprise attack that left over 1,200 killed and hundreds kidnapped, reached the grim milestone of 40,000, on top of the over 90,000 injured, the health ministry said.

According to the ministry, about 11,000 children are among the dead.

"These appalling atrocities have become tragically commonplace, as relentless, indiscriminate assaults continue to claim the lives of so, so many children and leave countless families devastated. Surely, surely, it must be stopped," a spokesperson for the United Nation Children's Fund (UNICEF), said in a statement to ABC News.

George Helmy Steps In! Bob Menendez Steps Out!

Today Bob Menendez becomes a private citizen and a convicted felon.

Bob Menendez, the independent senator from New Jersey finally steps down after he was found guilty in campaign finance fraud as well as failing to register as a foreign agent.

Menendez who was defiant and vowed to run for reelection. Menendez l11eft the Democratic Party and abandoned his bid once the trial resulted in a guilty verdict.

They wanted him to resign.

Menendez said: "It is not lost on me how quickly some are rushing to judge a Latino and push him out of his seat. I am not going anywhere." Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said that Menendez "has a right to due process and a fair trial".

Jury selection for Menendez's trial began on May 13, 2024. On June 4, an FBI agent testified about surveillance she had conducted against Menendez in May 2019 at Morton's The Steakhouse in Washington, D.C., where Menendez and his wife, Nadine, were dining with three others, including an Egyptian official. Agents also testified about a search they performed of a safe deposit box in New Jersey Nadine Menendez used, in which they found $80,000 in cash. The defense noted that Menendez himself had never accessed the safety deposit box.

On June 6, the prosecution called former New Jersey attorney general Gurbir Grewal to the stand. Grewal told the court that in September 2019 Menendez invited him to a meeting at Menendez's office in Newark, at which Menendez complained about Grewal's office's treatment of Hispanic defendants in a trucking insurance fraud investigation; when Menendez made clear he was referring to an ongoing case, Grewal ended the meeting and left.

Closing arguments took place on July 9 and 10. Jury deliberations began on July 12. On July 16, the jury convicted Menendez of accepting bribes. Sentencing will take place on October 29, one week before election day.

Gov. Phil MuMurphy with Senate-designate George Helmy.

Beginning in late 2022, questions were raised about whether Menendez or his wife accepted allowable gifts from an Edgewater, New Jersey, halal meat provider and whether an Egyptian firm received unwarranted favorable treatment. Subpoenas unrelated to the latter firm were issued in May 2023 to Nicholas Sacco, the mayor of North Bergen, New Jersey, and others. Investigators found $480,000 in cash and more than $100,000 worth of gold bars at Menendez's home. On September 22, 2023, federal prosecutors in Manhattan charged five people, including Menendez and his wife Nadine, with corruption in a new indictment. Among the allegations in the indictment was that Menendez "provided sensitive U.S. Government information and took other steps that secretly aided the Government of Egypt".

The indictment alleges that Menendez used his position to pressure prosecutors in New Jersey who were involved in the cases of his friends Fred Daibes and Jose Uribe in exchange for financial gifts from the two men. According to the Senate Historical Office, Menendez is the first sitting senator to be indicted on two unrelated criminal matters. After the indictment, he gave up his position as chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Now tasked with a pick, Gov. Phil Murphy announced he will pick his former chief of staff George Helmy to fulfill the term until the 2024 senate election results. It also ends the noise concerns he would pick his wife to fill the term.

Rep. Andy Kim (D-NJ) and Curtis Bashaw will face off in November. If Kim wins, he will be New Jersey's first Asian American elected to the Senate.

Menendez, who had represented New Jersey in the Senate since 2006, began to face an uncertain political future after he was indicted for federal corruption charges in 2023, his second federal corruption indictment. Amid questions over whether Menendez would seek a fourth term, a contentious Democratic primary followed between Kim and First Lady of New Jersey Tammy Murphy that was marked by allegations of nepotism and party favoritism towards Murphy.

Tammy Murphy, the first lady of New Jersey abandoned her senate bid and endorsed Andy Kim. The race would be interesting had Menendez stayed in and a MAGA Republican won.

In March, Menendez announced he would not seek the Democratic nomination and Murphy withdrew from the race, leaving Kim as the only major Democratic candidate.

Menendez filed to run as an independent ahead of the June primaries, but after being convicted of federal corruption the following month, he announced he would resign and end his candidacy.

In the June 4 primary, Kim won the Democratic nomination with 75% of the vote. Bashaw won the Republican nomination with 45% of the vote, defeating Mendham Borough Mayor Christine Serrano Glassner, who was endorsed by former president Donald J. Trump and his allies.

Republicans will likely abandon New Jersey with Menendez out. Had he stayed in the race and Glassner was in the race, it would still favor Menendez but it would be a nail biter.

Kim is likely to win his race.

Kim is a staunch supporter of Israel. AIPAC is backing him and his opponent Bashaw.

Had it been Murphy, it would have still favored Democrats despite the noise claiming she would be a nepotism nominee. Murphy may consider running for the House of Representatives in the near future.

Rep. Rob Menendez (D-NJ) and MSNBC host Alicia Menendez are the children of Menendez.

Santos Pleas Guilty!

George Santos is a weird dude.

Former New York lawmaker George Santos will plead guilty in federal court for his campaign finance fraud. He is facing at least five years in federal time out.

Santos was the first openly gay Republican elected to the House of Representatives.

A local Long Island newspaper told The Washington Post that Santos lied about his past and left a trail of aggrieved allies from New York all the way to Brazil. Some embarrassing pictures of Santos appearing in drag came forward. The former lawmaker stole from a veteran and his service dog. Lastly, Santos and his partner were improperly using campaign funds to build a lavish lifestyle.

Former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy forced him to step down from his committee assignments once the news came forth.

Santos was defiant and vowed to stay in Congress. He later changed his mind and decided to retire. The House of Representatives didn't give him the opportunity to fulfill his term.

Santos was expelled from Congress in October 2023. Former lawmaker Tom Suozzi ended up winning back the seat. Suozzi as well as Santos were funded by AIPAC and have staunchly supported Israel.

Suozzi is expected to win the seat for a full term.

According to The New York Times, the former lawmaker will take a plea deal to avoid facing trial on 23 felony charges. If convicted at trial Santos could face significant time behind bars, which he may be able to reduce with a deal.

However, two attorneys representing witnesses in the trial were informed earlier this week that Santos intends to plead guilty on Monday. Santos is expected to give a statement to a New York court admitting guilt to the charges, but the exact nature of his guilty plea and sentence is not known.

Santos is hoping for former president Donald J. Trump pardons him if he wins.

The deal will need to be accepted by U.S. District Judge Joanna Seybert. Already the judge has scheduled an in-person hearing for this Monday and delayed a few deadlines in the case.

The disgraced Republican is accused of being involved in a variety of criminal schemes, including using campaign credit cards without authorization, falsely inflation campaign finance reports, fraudulently cashing in on unemployment benefits, lying on his financial disclosures, and deceiving campaign donors.

Last May, Santos was indicted on 13 charges before 10 other counts were added in October. Jury selection for the trial was set to begin on September 9th.

The reported plea deal comes two of Santos’ aides admitted guilt last year.

Today is also the day Sen. Bob Menendez (I-NJ) resigns from the U.S. Senate.
