Hall & Oates Feud!

So no go!

Daryl Hall and John Oates are part of American music history. Without them, you would never had Hip-Hop sample their music. The Philadelphia sound that made them successful in the 1970s and 1980s are feuding with one another.

Variety reports Hall took to the stage at the Tokyo Garden Theater in Japan on Nov. 23, and performed plenty of the duo’s classic hits, including “Out of Touch,” “I Can’t Go for That (No Can Do)” and “Private Eyes.”

Classic rocker Todd Rundgren also appeared at the show.

Fans of Hall & Oates were shocked to learn that Hall filed an undisclosed complaint against Oates, as well as a motion for a temporary restraining order, on Nov. 16. The restraining order was granted and is set to go into effect on Nov. 30. Little information is known about the lawsuit, as the records are sealed by the court.

Hall & Oates formed in 1970 and released their debut album, “Whole Oats,” in 1972. Through their wildly successful career, they achieved six No. 1 hits, including “Maneater” and “Rich Girl.” In addition to their respective solo careers through the years, Hall & Oates toured together as recently as October 2022.

In a 2021 interview with GQ, Oates downplayed any tension in the duo’s long-term collaboration.

“Y’know, [there have been] way more ups than downs, to be honest with you,” he said. “It’s actually a miracle, I’m actually shocked that we are able to still play together and it’s great. It’s something that you have to really appreciate, because like you said, it’s not easy.”

Sue Me, B****!

Two men try to trademark a rally cry for Palestine.

The Zionists are really desperate in quelling the global movement. The movement to end the occupation and Israeli apartheid of Palestine will see fundamental change in American politics.

From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free! 🇵🇸 🍉

Cry more!

Okay, the first round of Israeli civilians are returning home. The Israeli government released Palestinian civilians unlawfully arrested and imprisoned. The ceasefire is in effect but it won't last long. Israel will still have settlers shoot Palestinians. They will continue to shoot Gazans who try to return to the North.

They will continue manipulating the West and Americans with the notion that they were the victims of this ongoing conflict.

Israel will be held accountable for its actions and we will see the movement to dissolve the apartheid regime.

The phrase above is a rally call for liberation.

But to the operatives, Anti-Defamation League, American Israel Public Affairs Committee and U.S. lawmakers, it's anti-semitic.

Some ops are trying to own the rally cry so they can stifle protesters and sue organizations for using it.

Two Jewish American men have submitted separate trademark applications for the expression "from the river to the sea," triggering a flurry of reactions. A prominent legal expert has cautioned that the move might have unintended consequences for both the Jewish community and Israel.

"It could backfire, and eventually all kinds of people we don't want to wear hats and shirts with this slogan will buy the goods and use them, and it will spread around the world," said Lihi Katzenelson, a partner at Arnon, Tadmor-Levy Law Firm, who specializes in trademarks and intellectual property.

Joel Ackerman and Oron Rosenkrantz filed trademark applications for the phrase that refers to the geographic area between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea, encompassing Israel and the Palestinian territories.

The slogan became popular when the Palestinian nationalist movement first used it in the 1960s. It has since been used to express Palestinian aspirations of a Palestinian state that covers all of this territory and, therefore, wipes Israel off the map.

Ackerman, representing River to the Sea LLC, seeks to trademark the entire chant: "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free," Rosenkrantz of From The River To The Sea Shop LLC has applied only for "from the river to the sea."

To receive a trademark in America, the owner must prove use, which could also prove a challenge. Finally, if the brand would go through, it would only apply in America, meaning that in other areas, such as Europe, where the slogan has become popularized, it would still be able to be used.

Israel's campaign to stifle free speech in the U.S. will fail.

President Joe Biden and Washed Up 45 better wake up! Their support for Israel is going to be their downfall. Young voters see through the noise and see a genocide happening before their eyes. No matter what America does, the status quo of unfettered loyalty to Israel must come to an end.

Derek Chauvin Fighting For His Life After Stabbing!

Someone tried to carve a turkey.

One thing about Israel, they trained U.S. police how to put the knee on someone's neck.

Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis cop who put his goddamn knee on the neck of  George Floyd and suffocated him was convicted in 2022 of his murder. It was not fentanyl that killed Floyd by the way for those far right trolls who want to deny the evidence that was presented in a fair trial of his own peers.

Chauvin has a state conviction of 22 years plus an additional 1/2 years. His federal conviction also was 20 years which will be the majority of the sentence. In total, he has 25 years.

He was in FCI-Tuscon, a medium security federal time out.

He was stabbed by an inmate.

The Bureau of Federal Prisons Colette S. Peters will investigate the matter. The BOP has struggled with hiring and keeping workers, inmates and civilians safe.

Republicans will use his incident as a rally cry.

Chauvin is a high profile intern. His actions sparked global protest against police brutality, the stereotypes of Black men, systematic racism, the way police handle white criminals and of course Black Lives Matter.

It was a recruitment tool for white supremacists. They infiltrated protests. They started fires, vandalized buildings, broke windows, instigated looting and planted criminal tools in areas to encourage rioting.

FCI-Tuscon, a medium-security prison that has been plagued by security lapses and staffing shortages. The person was not authorized to publicly discuss details of the attack and spoke to the AP on the condition of anonymity.

The Bureau of Prisons confirmed that an incarcerated person was assaulted at FCI Tucson at around 12:30 p.m. local time Friday. In a statement, the agency said responding employees contained the incident and performed “life-saving measures” before the inmate, who it did not name, was taken to a hospital for further treatment and evaluation.

No employees were injured and the FBI was notified, the Bureau of Prisons said. Visiting at the facility, which has about 380 inmates, has been suspended.

Messages seeking comment were left with Chauvin’s lawyers and the FBI.

Chauvin’s stabbing is the second high-profile attack on a federal prisoner in the last five months. In July, disgraced sports doctor Larry Nassar was stabbed by a fellow inmate at a federal penitentiary in Florida.

It is also the second major incident at the Tucson federal prison in a little over a year. In November 2022, an inmate at the facility’s low-security prison camp pulled out a gun and attempted to shoot a visitor in the head. The weapon, which the inmate shouldn’t have had, misfired and no one was hurt.

George Floyd mural in Gaza.

Chauvin, 47, was sent to FCI Tucson from a maximum-security Minnesota state prison in August 2022 to simultaneously serve a 21-year federal sentence for violating Floyd’s civil rights and a 22½-year state sentence for second-degree murder.

Chauvin’s lawyer, Eric Nelson, had advocated for keeping him out of general population and away from other inmates, anticipating he’d be a target. In Minnesota, Chauvin was mainly kept in solitary confinement “largely for his own protection,” Nelson wrote in court papers last year.

Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected Chauvin’s appeal of his murder conviction. Separately, Chauvin is making a longshot bid to overturn his federal guilty plea, claiming new evidence shows he didn’t cause Floyd’s death. The Floyd family threatened a lawsuit against Ye (Kanye West) and Candace Owens for misrepresenting the cause of Floyd's death.

Floyd, who was Black, died on May 25, 2020, after Chauvin, who is white, pressed a knee on his neck for 9½ minutes on the street outside a convenience store where Floyd was suspected of trying to pass a counterfeit $20 bill.

Bystander video captured Floyd’s fading cries of “I can’t breathe.” His death touched off protests worldwide, some of which turned violent, and forced a national reckoning with police brutality and racism.

Three other former officers who were at the scene received lesser state and federal sentences for their roles in Floyd’s death.

Chauvin’s stabbing comes as the federal Bureau of Prisons has faced increased scrutiny in recent years following wealthy financier Jeffrey Epstein’s jail suicide in 2019. It’s another example of the agency’s inability to keep even its highest profile prisoners safe after Nassar’s stabbing and “Unabomber” Ted Kaczynski’s suicide at a federal medical center in June.

An ongoing AP investigation has uncovered deep, previously unreported flaws within the Bureau of Prisons, the Justice Department’s largest law enforcement agency with more than 30,000 employees, 158,000 inmates and an annual budget of about $8 billion.

AP reporting has revealed rampant sexual abuse and other criminal conduct by staff, dozens of escapes, chronic violence, deaths and severe staffing shortages that have hampered responses to emergencies, including inmate assaults and suicides.

Bureau of Prisons Director Colette Peters was brought in last year to reform the crisis-plagued agency. She vowed to change archaic hiring practices and bring new transparency, while emphasizing that the agency’s mission is “to make good neighbors, not good inmates.”

Testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee in September, Peters touted steps she’d taken to overhaul problematic prisons and beef up internal affairs investigations. This month, she told a House Judiciary subcommittee that hiring had improved and that new hires were outpacing retirements and other departures.

But Peters has also irritated lawmakers who said she reneged on her promise to be candid and open with them. In September, senators scolded her for forcing them to wait more than a year for answers to written questions and for claiming that she couldn’t answer basic questions about agency operations, like how many correctional officers are on staff.

The inmate who stabbed Chauvin will likely head to a maximum security. The charges will be added on the sentence of the attacker. Chauvin will fight for a release after this. He also will be placed in protective custody due to this incident. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

يجب على وسائل الإعلام الغربية أن تضع حداً لنزع الإنسانية عن الحرب!

The Drudge Report gets paid for the Israeli propaganda.

End the apartheid.

End the occupation.

Hold Israel accountable for crimes against humanity.

From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free!

[The] Western Media Must End [The] Dehumanizing Of War!

The junk food media reports that the temporary ceasefire between Israel and whomever it is fighting with is in effect. It will not last. Obviously Israel is still occupying the Gaza Strip, East Jerusalem, Golan Heights and the West Bank.

Gaza is unlivable and they are still killing Palestinians who return to the north.

Almost all the hospitals in Gaza are destroyed. Millions of Palestinians are displaced in Gaza. Settlers and the Israel Occupation Force have continued to destroy villages in the West Bank. Think of the billions of dollars to rebuild the Gaza Strip.

But at least some civilians are being released.

Hamas released a handful of Israeli and foreign citizens. Israel will release Palestinian citizens unlawfully imprisoned. See in the junk food media, they call Israeli civilians hostages and Palestinian civilians, prisoners.

The BBC, Fox, CNN, NewsNation, NBC, ABC, CBS, The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Times of Israel, The Daily Mail, The Drudge Report, The Guardian, Facebook and X have used this war to make it "Us against them", "good vs. evil", "you with us or against us!"

In how they cover this, it is favorable towards Israel.

Israel maintains a strict hasbara when it comes to how the world covers its actions.

So far, they convinced American lawmakers to draft laws that make criticism of Israeli affairs illegal. They have equated Israel with Judaism. They equated Zionism with Judaism. They compare Hamas, an organized resistance as terrorists.

For years, I believed the noise that Hamas was bad and they were out to kill Americans.

Boy I was wrong. Hamas was not formed out of terrorism. It was an elected government that overthrow an Israeli backed government. Thus, Israel retaliated with a blockade, a razor wire border wall, military guards trained to kill civilians who step over the border and years of dehumanizing.

The old saying, "Keep poking at a nest, and sure enough you will anger the bees!"

Since the Nakba, Israel has sought to eradicate the Palestinian territories from existence.

It was the plan all along. This conflict did not start on Oct. 7. It started in 1948 and continues to be an issue that America should eventually end it relationship with.

President Joe Biden will be the final U.S. leader from this point. Young voters will no longer accept a president who backs Israel and turns a blind eye to genocide.

Biden and Washed Up 45 will never learn.

Puff In The Foxx Hall!

Diddy and Jamie Foxx feel the MeToo movement.

Sean "Puffy" Combs, Jamie Foxx, Axl Rose, New York mayor Eric Adams and Aaron Hall all face a #MeToo moment. They are facing lawsuits in regard to allegations of sexual assault by women they messed with in the past. Now women are coming forward to expose them for their behavior.

The cases were filed under New York’s Adult Survivors Act, which provides a one-year window for sexual assault plaintiffs to file civil claims, regardless of the statute of limitations. That window closes on Thursday and has led to a flurry of lawsuits claiming sexual assaults.

Combs, known as Diddy settled with his former girlfriend Cassie for an undisclosed amount of money after the R&B singer accused him of sexual abuse, physical abuse and human trafficking. He quickly took to social media and through his lawyers to deny all the allegations.

Combs now faces two fresh lawsuits and one handed to veteran R&B singer Aaron Hall.

I am getting the feeling that Ron Isley, Anthony Anderson, Donell Jones, Teddy Riley and Tank will see the #MeToo movement.

Eric Bishop (aka Jamie Foxx) has hit back at a lawsuit filed Wednesday in New York, in which he is accused of a sexual assault that allegedly happened in 2015.

“The alleged incident never happened. In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. That case was dismissed shortly thereafter,” a spokesperson for Foxx said Thursday. “The claims are no more viable today than they were then. We are confident they will be dismissed again. And once they are, Mr. Foxx intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against this person and her attorneys for re-filing this frivolous action.”

In the lawsuit, the 55-year-old Oscar winner (real name Eric Marlon Bishop) has been accused of placing his hands on an unidentified woman’s waist, then moving them under her top. He then allegedly began rubbing the plaintiff’s breasts, dragging he touched other areas of her body.

The lawsuit claims the incident in question began when a friend of the plaintiff asked Foxx for a photo. The lawsuit said Foxx “seemed intoxicated at the time,” and said the plaintiff looked like Gabrielle Union, complimenting her on a “supermodel body” and her scent.

When Foxx escalated his alleged physical assault, court papers claim the plaintiff tried to get away. The alleged assault finally halted when the plaintiff’s friend rushed to her aid.

The plaintiff claims to have sought medical treatment and suffered pain as well as emotional distress “as a result of the “sexual assault, abuse, assault and battery.”

The lawsuit names Foxx and Catch, as well as its employees, and seeks compensation and punitive damages.

Aaron Hall faces a R. Kelly style of sexual abuse allegations.

Foxx’s reps have not commented on the lawsuit.

Combs was hit with not one but two new lawsuits. One victim came forward. The other stayed anonymous but also named Aaron Hall as a co-conspirer.

The second alleged victim, Joi Dickerson-Neal, was a Syracuse University student at the time of the 1991 incident and had previously appeared with Combs in a few video clips of a music video.

The suit alleged she agreed to a dinner at a Harlem restaurant “reluctantly” with Combs while on school break for the holidays in January, when he “pushed” her to keep him company while he attended to “a few things in the city.”

The suit alleges during their date he “intentionally drugged” her “resulting in her being in a physical state where she could not independently stand or walk.”

While at dinner, she left to use the restroom and left her drink “unattended,” it is alleged in the suit.

In the car, the suit alleges she took a puff of a “blunt” under pressure from Combs, and “from that point on, Plaintiffs memory is incomplete.”

“Driving first to a music studio where she could not get out of the car, Combs proceeded to a place he was staying to sexually assault her,” the suit alleges.

“Because she had been drugged, Plaintiff lacked the physical ability or mental capacity to fend Combs off,” the suit alleges.

The suit alleges Combs video recorded  the sexual assault, and days later a male friend revealed to Dickerson he had viewed it.

“Horrified, Ms. Dickerson asked how many others saw it, to which he responded, ‘everyone.’”

Thereafter, Dickerson alleges her life “went into a tailspin,” she was admitted to hospital for severe depression and suicide ideation, the suit claims.

According to the suit, Dickerson filed police reports at unspecified agencies in New York and New Jersey and spoke to “several prosecutors” hoping to press charges and was told her “allegations would need to be corroborated.”

The suit goes on to say Combs had experienced “great success” with the launch of late Notorious B.I.G.’s career whose hit single Juicy was charted on Billboard, and claims witnesses were “terrified that Combs would retaliate against them and that they would lose future business and music opportunities if they made a statement in support” of her.

The accuser was trying to gain a foothold in the music industry working as a location scout for an industry cameraman, and despite her allegations of “emotional pain” continued work in the music industry at a DJ management company after the incident, the suit states.

She eventually left as Combs’ “star continued to rise and his presence was inescapable,” according to the suit.

“It was the filing of the lawsuit about his abuse of Cassie Venture [sic] on November 16, 2023, that forced her to face his assault again,” the suit says.

Ventura, former girlfriend of Combs, accused the rapper and producer of years of sexual abuse, rape and trafficking in a suit Combs said was resolved “amicably” one day after the filing.

Combs’ representative at the time said it was “in no way an admission of wrongdoing” and “does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims.”

Combs has been hit with a third lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault, this time from a Jane Doe who says the hip-hop mogul and R&B star Aaron Hall took turns raping her and a friend more than 30 years ago.

In the New York Supreme Court filing, first obtained by Rolling Stone, the anonymous woman claims she and her friend first met Diddy and Hall at an MCA Records event in New York City. The accuser also names MCA and Geffen Records as additional defendants having enabled the assaults.

According to the lawsuit, “Combs and Hall were very flirtatious and handsy with Jane Doe and her friend, offering them drinks throughout the night,” before the foursome retreated to Hall’s apartment, where “Jane Doe was offered more drinks and was coerced into having sex with Combs.”

After the alleged assault, the lawsuit continues, “Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized. As she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him.” Hall is a member of R&B group Guy, which was credited as pioneering the “new jack swing” sound in the late 1980s and early ’90s.

Doe claims she fled the apartment and was later informed by her friend that she, too, was also allegedly coerced into sex with both men in a separate room.

AIPAC Trying To Get Hill Harper To Oust Rashida Tlaib!

Hill Harper told the junk food media that AIPAC will not back him if he stayed in the senate primary race. They demanded he dropped out and challenge Rashida Tlaib.

Actor Hill Harper has considered running for U.S. Senate to replace Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) but is considering a challenge against Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI).

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee [AIPAC] has called him and asked him to drop his senate bid and challenge the progressive lawmaker. Tlaib, the three term American lawmaker who is Muslim and a 4th generation Palestinian has withheld her endorsement of President Joe Biden due to his one sided stance on the Israel-Palestinian conflict.

She and Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) have been vilified by the far right and several of their fellow Democratic lawmakers in a coordinated plot to silence their opposition to Israel and its genocide on Gaza. This is racist and Islamophobic.

Harper was offered $20 million to drop out of the Michigan senate primary race. The donor wanted Harper to run for the Michigan 12th District which Tlaib represents.

He declined it.

In a post on X, the actor-turned-politician said he rejected the notion.

I won’t be bossed, bullied, or bought,” he wrote.

Tlaib, the only Palestinian-American member of Congress, has faced intense scrutiny in recent weeks over her criticism of the Israeli government’s military operations against Hamas. Earlier this month, the House passed a GOP-led resolution to censure Tlaib over her comments.

AIPAC wants to push Rashida Tlaib out.

Harper did not name the donor in the post. But in an interview with CNN, his campaign spokesman Karthik Ganapathy identified Michigan businessman Linden Nelson as the person who offered the financial support.

Nelson did not immediately respond to emails and telephone messages Wednesday afternoon.

Harper, a first-time candidate known for his roles on “The Good Doctor” and “CSI: NY” television shows, faces a stiff challenge in vying for an open Senate seat next year. Democratic Rep. Elissa Slotkin, another candidate seeking the Senate seat, had led Harper – and the rest of the field – in fundraising.

Harper is using the phrase about not being “bossed, bullied, or bought” to solicit campaign donations.

ישראל וחמאס מסכימים להפסקת אש זמנית!

Resistence is the only way to obtain freedom.

Israel And Hamas Agree to Temporary Ceasefire!

End the apartheid.

From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.

The only way for this to end is the UN places sanctions on Israel, world leaders call for an embargo of resources to Israel, mandate that Israel remove border walls, end settlement building in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, end occupation in Golan Heights, end the Gaza blockade, be forced to pay for rebuilding and reparations for Palestinians and the U.S. ends its alliance to Israel.

World leaders must acknowledge that Palestinians lives matter and Israel must be held accountable for its actions. The leadership must dissolve and replaced wirh a new democratic government that serves all races, religions and ethnicities.

AIPAC must register as a foreign interest operation.

That is the only solution to this.

On this ceasefire, Qatar warned both parties that consequences will come if they violate this. I mean it is a temporary ceasefire and Israeli leaders have already said they want to push the Gazans further down.

The ceasefire won't last because Israel will violate it. The propaganda that Israel pushes has made it seem like it was a bad idea and Hamas will violate when actually Israel will.

Under the Israel-Hamas deal, the two sides agreed to a four-day truce so that 50 women and children under the age of 19 taken hostage could be freed in return for 150 Palestinian women and teenagers in Israeli detention.

The 50 hostages, among about 240 taken by Hamas in their Oct. 7 raid on Israel, are expected to be released in batches, probably about a dozen a day, during the four-day ceasefire.

Those involved in the deal have described the break in hostilities "a humanitarian pause". The pause will be extended by a day for each additional batch of 10 hostages released, Israel said in a statement.

Hamas said Israel had agreed to halt air traffic over the north of Gaza from 10 a.m. (0800 GMT) until 4 p.m. (1400 GMT) each day of the truce and to halt all air traffic over the south for the entire period. The group said Israel agreed not to attack or arrest anyone in Gaza, and people can move freely along Salah al-Din Street, the main road along which many Palestinians have fled northern Gaza where Israel launched its ground invasion.

Israel uses thirst traps to spread propaganda and make it cool to cause a genocide.

Qatar's chief negotiator in ceasefire talks, Minister of State at the Foreign Ministry Mohammed Al-Khulaifi, said that under the deal there would be "no attack whatsoever. No military movements, no expansion, nothing."

The deal was announced 46 days after the start of the war, one of the most fierce conflicts to erupt between the two sides. Hamas fighters killed 1,200 people when they launched their raid on Israel, the biggest single-day toll on Israeli soil since its creation in 1948, and more than 14,000 people have been killed in the Israeli air strikes and land incursion since then, the most by far of any recent war.

Amid such ferocious fighting, the large number of hostages and Israel's stated determination to wipe out Hamas in Gaza, mediating even a temporary deal, like this one, proved far more challenging than in previous conflicts.

The initial negotiations for a deal between Israel and Hamas, both sworn enemies, began within days of the Oct. 7 attack but progress was slow. This was partly because communications between the warring sides had to go via Doha or Cairo and back for every detail hammered out, such as securing a full list from Hamas for those to be released, U.S. officials said.

Even with a deal in place, the ceasefire is temporary. Hamas has said throughout the truce its "fingers remain on the trigger". Israel has said the conflict will continue until all the hostages are freed and Hamas is eliminated.

In 2014, when Israel last launched a major land invasion in Gaza, it took 49 days for both sides to implement a ceasefire deal, but that brought major fighting to an end for several years.

Blame Game: Benjamin Jones!

White terrorist opened fire on Ohio Walmart.

Mass shooting No. 691.

Okay, the No. 1 problem in the United States happens again. What happens is we cover it for a few days, get reaction from President Joe Biden, a state governor or a mayor about the latest mass shooting in the country.

We talk about the weapon of choice for mass shootings. The calls for more gun reform grow only for Republicans and some Democrats to balk at it.

Republicans will say "Now it's not the time to talk about gun violence."

As usual, we come to another mass shooting in the United States. It hits close to home for me. It happened in Beavercreek, Ohio, an exburb in the Dayton metro area.

These murderers don't have mental illness. They are calculated and prepared. It happened to be a moment where they have the opportunity to take out lives. There's no sickness in the head. Most mass shooters legally obtain their assault rifles without little background checks. They have likely no criminal history and they are willing to use the assault weapon in the only thing it's good for: Killing numerous lives.

I dismiss this ridiculous notion that criminals are the problem, not the guns. Firearms are often obtained through legal purchases.

Ohio is an "open carry" state, in which the open carrying of firearms is legal with or without a license, which prompted discussion of gun rights and race.

A 20-year old white terrorist opened fire on shoppers at a Dayton area Walmart. This may have been a racially motivated extremist attack. The victims were people of color.

Four people were shot inside a Walmart in the suburbs of Dayton Monday night after a 20-year-old man entered the store and opened fire with a rifle.

Capt. Scott Molnar with the Beavercreek Police Department said a man entered a Walmart location on Pentagon Boulevard just after 8:30 p.m. and began firing shots, hitting four people.

All four people were taken to area hospitals; police said they are all adults.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Mike DeWine, Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH) and Rep. Mike Carey (R-OH) were notified of the mass shooting in Beavercreek.

During a Tuesday afternoon press conference, Beavercreek Police Captain Chad Lindsey said they have identified the shooter, who died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

By the 2 p.m. press conference, three of the victims were considered stable and one victim was in critical condition, but stabilized, Lindsey said.

The gun used in the shooting has been identified as a Hi-Point .45 caliber carbine long gun, Lindsey said.

"This has been an incredibly tragic incident," Molnar said the night of the shooting. "Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families of the victims, to the responding officers and everyone that was here this evening."

Molnar said the shooter died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. No shots were fired by police officers, Molnar said.

On Tuesday, Lindsey said the shooter was found by responding officers just behind the vision center. The victims, however, were hit by gunfire throughout the store; Lindsey said they were all found in different areas of the store.

Body camera footage shows Beavercreek Police arrive to see terrorist killed himself.

Lindsey said the victims' wounds varied, too.

"The shots were largely random, they ranged throughout all parts of the body," he said.

The victims were shoppers. No employees at Walmart were injured.

Zrinka Dilber, assistant special agent in charge for the FBI Cincinnati field office, said the investigation into the gunman is still ongoing. Dilber could not say whether the shooter obtained his gun legally, whether he had any connection to the Walmart or the victims or any other information regarding his motivations.

Dilber asked that anyone who may have known the gunman or had any insight into his motivations contact the FBI, either by calling 1.800.CALL.FBI or by submitting a tip online.

In 2014, Beavercreek Police officer Sean Williams shot and killed Jonathan Crawford III inside the store after an asshole named Ronald Ritchie prank called the law. The white man called 911 on a bogus claim that Crawford was blatantly pointing a firearm at shoppers. In fact, Crawford was holding a pellet gun and on his cellphone when Williams shot him within seconds of contact.

Williams was not criminally charged but has been on working duty but withheld from foot patrol.

Again, having more security, teachers being armed and offering safe rooms are not solving the problem. The problem is lawmakers not willing to stop gun violence.

THE NICE GUY IS THE MOST DANGEROUS PERSON WITH A FIREARM. THOSE WHO ARE SPURN BY RELATIONSHIPS, THE WORKPLACE, SOCIETY IN GENERAL WILL SEEK REVENGE BY TAKING OUT LIVES. THEY WANT TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS OF MASSACRING THEIR FELLOW HUMAN BEING.

THE JUNK FOOD MEDIA AND POLITICIANS ADD FUEL TO THE FIRE BY AMPING UP POLARIZING RHETORIC.

What to do to protect your life.

1. Run - If you hear sounds like firecrackers, popping sounds or suspicious activities around a large gathering (i.e. malls, stores, clubs, public gatherings), if you can flee, run away from the shooter. Do not run in a straight path of the sight. Move around and zig-zag if possible to keep yourself out the line of fire. It's best to not film a shooter commiting the act. If you are willing to risk your life for a viral video, more power to you but its best to stay out of the line of fire by running away.

2. Hide - If you are involved in an active shooting, you must barricade yourself in a room and keep doors locked, lights off, phones on silent. Do not go into restrooms, lockers and kitchens. Those are most likely places where shooters often go. If you can barricade a room to prevent a shooter from getting in, it eliminate the opportunity for the shooter to get through. Make sure you keep your voice low when you're involved in mass shooting. Call 9-1-1 if you can.

3. Fight - If you are willing to risk your life or willing to film the incident, you have no choice but to fight. Make sure you grab something that is powerful enough to disarm a shooter. Do not confront a shooter in the midst of sight. Make yourself not visible if you're trying to fight. Do not think being a "good guy with a gun" is going to stop a bad guy. The cops don't see good guys trying to stop bad guys. They see active shooters and they will shoot anyone who is armed regardless of the matter. If you're ready to fight, be prepared to die. It's best to not be easily seen if you're trying to stop a shooter. If you're a conceal carry and attempt to disarm an active shooter, you are willing to sacrifice your life to save lives. You are willing to go hero, you could die a hero or an idiot.

4. Realize - Mind you, that the types of firearms used by shooter are based on capacity which limits the time of reaction. As with rule 3, you have only less than a second to make a reaction when the shooter is set on sights. So there's no real solution to save your life in the event of an active shooter. The best thing to do is understand, that anywhere in the United States could be a target of a mass shooting. Congress isn't doing a damn thing about it.

Beavercreek cops arrive too late.

The far right often infiltrate protests and cause chaos to paint progressives protests as violent. Even when the far right attacked the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, they believed that far left members infiltrated the mob. Ignore the fact that Washed Up 45 and his allies urged the supporters to come, called for them to protest and told them to not show weakness.

According to the far rightWhite shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. Almost all mass shooters are registered Democrats because they have liked one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white. They say a white person should "protect" from protesters and use of firearms are justified. They say if a shooter is active military or a veteran who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens, the far right automatically assume the gunmen are Black.

The Republicans usually amplify white victims. Anytime a person of color kills a white victim, it is often wall-to-wall coverage on Fox, Twitter and they force it into national news. They make the case to blame Black Lives Matter, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, Democrats, Rev. Al Sharpton and rap music for Black on whatever violence. Republican lawmakers who do not live in urban neighborhoods often troll social media to talk about gun violence or crime in Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee and New York City while not doing a damn thing to stop it. If a white person shoots a Black person, the shooter is given the benefit of doubt. White shooters are given glowing profiles about their perfect lives and how friends noticed something but refused to do something. When it comes to Black shooters, automatic vilification. They don't see mental illness. They see it as gang violence, allegedly fatherless homes, Democratic policies or the need for more firearms. The far right and Republicans exploit gun violence in the Black community for culture wars and racism.

Republicans solutions are more guns, blame others for America's social ills and defect from accepting reality.

You're not safe at home, in the school, the concert, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, the beach, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the road trip, the natural disasters, the state/federal buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events, the homeless shelter and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operative inspired are types of gun violence.

Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of never ending tragedy. Gun violence, extremism and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how gun reform is taking away your rights to own firearms.

I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth.

One of the many mass shooting in Walmart. Two others were in Texas. El Paso in 2018 was the most deadliest Walmart mass shooting.

When you hear folks say "gun rights," what they really mean is that its white privilege. This good guy with a gun nonsense has to end. The cops didn't do nothing when children were shot inside a school. A security guard was shot dead trying to protect shoppers. A cop accidentally shot his own. The good guy who tried to stop a bad guy is outgunned and a part of the rule #3.

Remember #3 means: The "good guy with a gun" better be prepared to die if they want to stop a shooter.

I don't want to hear folks say masks and vaccine mandates impede their freedoms. It prevents a deadly outbreak from spreading. If you want to die from the coronavirus, that's on you. We lost over 1 million people from the coronavirus.

I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. Cause a bullet does not have eyes and it's always likely gonna hit a target. These folks seem to not get it. These incidents are a tragic part of American history. Thoughts and prayers and your heart going out to the victims is not enough. It quite frankly is an insult. I am also tired of scapegoating Black on Black crime, Chicago, Baltimore and Democratic mayors for the nation's obsession to be numb to gun violence. You pretty much enable this nonsense by deflecting.

President Joe Biden is trying to curb gun violence. However, he has no support from Republicans. Most Democrats and America are for gun control measures. However one Democrat and one independent who caucuses with the Democrats in the Senate refuse to change the filibuster rules and its holding us back.

The National Rifle Association is always pushing against gun control. They will not relinquish from the narrative. These guns are not saving lives. The Republicans aided by a fickle junk food media are openly encouraging anarchy and disruption in a desperate attempt for the Republicans to win back Congress and the White House. These agitators are calling for Biden to curb crime but will not help him. They want more guns on the street but balk at the fact Blacks obtain them. It makes no sense.

So in closing, expect more.

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence

Rainbow Bridge Car Explosion!

Car crash at the U.S.-Canadian border.

On the U.S.-Canadian border, a vehicle crashed into an entry on the New York side. It sparked an evacuation and shut down four border crossings in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls metropolitan area.

The incident has not been ruled terrorism but of course, far right bigots are trying to spread misinformation and Islamophobia.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland, Gov. Kathy Hochul, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) and Rep. Brian Higgins (D-NY) were notified.

Two people were killed in an explosion at the Canadian border when an "airborne" car crashed into a checkpoint at the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls, New York, on Wednesday, officials said.

So far, there are no immediate signs of terrorism, Hochul told reporters.

"At this time, there is no indication of a terrorist attack," she said. "Let me repeat that: At this time, there is no indication of a terrorist-involved attack here at the Rainbow Bridge in Western New York.

The two people who were killed were in the car that crashed, and at least one of them was from western New York.

The car, which officials have said was traveling at a high rate of speed, was on the U.S. side of the border when it crashed, caught fire and exploded, contrary to some early reports that it had come from Canada.

Hochul said she has seen video of the car, which was going at an “extraordinarily high rate of speed” before it went flying in an “absolutely surreal” scene.

“When you see this video, your jaw will drop in disbelief at how this went so high, over an 8-foot-high fence,” she said.

Rickie Wilson, who works for Gray Line Tours, couldn't believe his eyes when he spotted the "airborne" vehicle. He said it appeared the car struck a cement median before it went flying.

"I first thought it was an airplane. Looked like slow motion," Wilson told NBC affiliate WHEC of Rochester. "And I said, 'My God, it's a car, and it's a vehicle, and it's flying through the air.'"

He estimated the car was 10 to 15 feet in the air.

"I mean, how did it get up there? I mean, this thing was up in the air," Wilson told reporters. "I know it sounds like I'm crazy, but the car was airborne, and not 3 or 4 feet — I mean, it was up there."

A Customs and Border Protection employee suffered minor injuries and was treated at and released from a hospital, a law enforcement official said. Hochul said that the employee was working in the booth and that “the booth literally protected that individual.”

“This vehicle basically incinerated,” Hochul said. “Nothing is left but the engine. The pieces are scattered over 13, 14 booths.”

An initial search didn’t find a secondary explosive or device, the law enforcement officials said, noting that was preliminary information.

Authorities are investigating whether the crash was intentional.

Hochul said at a news conference that the incident was “a horrific accident that led to a high-level anxiety all the way from western New York to Albany to Washington.”

It occurred on one of the busiest travel days in the U.S., when people across the country hit the road for the Thanksgiving holiday.

All western New York bridge crossings into the U.S. were shut down, the Erie County executive said shortly after the crash. Hochul later said all bridges had been reopened.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams said that security has been increased and that the "city is on heightened alert due to the upcoming holiday."

The White House was also closely monitoring the situation, an official said. The Canada Border Services Agency said it was "liaising with our U.S. counterparts on this matter."

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said that “at this time, there is no indication of a threat related to this incident" and that he has been in contact with Hochul and Canadian officials.

No Sherlock! 🕵️🔍

Republicans demanded more footage. It didn't go so well for Jan. 6 suspect.

Did you know that Mr. Nobody,  House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) did a request on behalf of the most insufferable lawmaker?

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is the most insufferable, laziest, most downright meanest and lack of accomplishment lawmaker in modern history begged the House Speaker to release the hours and hours of surveillance footage from the U.S. Capitol.

To make this clear: Greene and far right Republicans want the government to release more video footage of the incident that goes down in history as an attempt coup.

The Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol was an insurrection and it was sparked by the rhetoric of Washed Up 45 and his minions. The former president denies any involvement.

Just like the Osama bin Laden role in Sept. 11, 2001. The late al Qaeda leader denied involvement but later admitted his role. He was taken out in May 2011.

Washed Up 45 was indicted by the government for criminal acts in regard to Jan. 6.

A number of lawmakers are under investigation in regards to it. The government has not determined how far deep some are.

Anyway with the release of new footage, a man from Delphos, Ohio is indicted.

Matthew Honigford, 31, of Delphos, Ohio, is charged in a criminal complaint filed in the District of Columbia with multiple felony offenses, including two counts of assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers and one count of civil disorder. In addition to the felonies, Honigford is charged with several misdemeanor offenses, including entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building or grounds.

Honigford was arrested today in Ohio and will make his initial appearance in the Northern District of Ohio.

According to court documents, body-worn camera footage taken from Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officers depicts an individual, later identified as Honigford, assaulting law enforcement officers at the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6, 2021. Court documents state that at about 2:30 p.m. on January 6th, a crowd of rioters was assembled on the U.S. Capitol's Southwest Plaza exit wing. Here, law enforcement officers from the United States Capitol Police (USCP) and the MPD had formed a line as a barrier against the crowd. Rioters soon moved toward the police line, and law enforcement officers retreated and moved up the exit wing stairs. Rioters pursued the officers with Honigford at the front of the crowd.

MPD body-worn camera footage shows Honigford holding a flagpole horizontally in front of his body with both hands. He then pushed the flagpole into an MPD officer’s chest area, and a struggle ensued. Honigford then advanced with the crowd of rioters to the Upper West Terrace, where a group had assembled on the steps in front of a barricaded police line. Honigford was again at the front of the crowd of rioters and encouraged others to move toward the police line by yelling, “Up!” and moving his hands in a gesture to bring people toward where he was standing.

Later, at approximately 2:46 p.m., rioters began to push against the metal police barriers, moving them. Honigford is then seen squatting, grabbing a barrier, and using it and his body weight to push against the police line. An officer then attempted to remove Honigford from his position, and Honigford kicked the barricade toward the officer. Simultaneously, other rioters began to break through the police line. After kicking the barrier, Honigford then attempted to follow the crowd through the breach in the police line. He then instructed other rioters to “pull it down” and carried one of the barriers into the crowd away from law enforcement.

This case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the Department of Justice National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section. Valuable assistance was provided by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio.

The case is being investigated by the FBI’s Cleveland and Washington Field Offices, which identified Honigford as AFO (Assault on Federal Officer) #506 on its seeking information photos. Valuable assistance was provided by the U.S. Capitol Police and the Metropolitan Police Department.

1In the 34 months since Jan. 6, 2021, more than 1,200 individuals have been charged in nearly all 50 states for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol, including more than 400 individuals charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement, a felony. The investigation remains ongoing.

No Turkey! 🦃

Luxury turkey has a Republican turkey gobbling.

Former Utah congressman turned into a Fox commentator claims that Bidenomics led to his turkey costing almost $120. But like all good internet sleuths, the folks saw right through this bullshit.

1. Premium turkey is not cheap.
2. He got a farm fed and raised turkey.
3. It has giblets and stuffing inside.
4. Not the average cost of a turkey.

While Softball Hannity is away spending time in Florida driving his daughter, son and Ainsley Earhardt crazy with his stupid Hillary Clinton obsession at the dinner table, his stand in, former Utah congressman Jason Chaffetz fills in.

Chaffetz does what most idiots do, post too much information.

While guest hosting that shitshow, he bemoaned about paying for an expensive turkey.
"We went to go buy a turkey today, it was $90 for a turkey!" Chaffetz said. "The price of stamps is up 32 percent in the last four years. But it's all a choice by Joe Biden, that's what Bidenomics is!"
Bird brain.

Recent figures from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) indicate an average cost of $1.25 per pound, 43 cents less than last year. While the total price varies by weight, the $90 turkey cited by Chaffetz would need to weigh a massive 72 pounds based on the average.

Chaffetz shows the world how much of an asshole he is.

Chaffet’z claim, social media users were also quick to express their shock and disbelief, though many were not as sympathetic as his colleagues on Fox News.

As usual, Thanksgiving is the gathering of family. Even that right wing crazy member.

إسرائيل تخطف الشاعر الفلسطيني مصعب أبو توحة!

Israel forcibly detains Palestinian poet.

Israel Snatches Palestinian Poet Mosab Abu Toha!

For those who don't know, Israel does control the media. I did not say Jews.

Western journalists must accompany the Israeli Defence Force at all times and anything reported must get approval from Israeli officials before release. The journalists are not allowed to engage conversation with Palestinians. If they do, they could have their phones, notebooks and laptops seized. They could also be arrested by the Israeli Occupation Force if you are in the West Bank reporting on any criminal acts committed by the Israeli settlers. The U.S. continues to push the narrative, "Israel has the right to defend itself."

Does Palestinians have a right to defend their land from occupiers?

The Israeli government is known for manipulating the narrative. Right now, the Israeli military has release an unrelenting attack on the Gaza Strip. They claim they are trying to destroy Hamas and limit civilian casualties.

It is a lie.

They are launching attacks in the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria and pressuring U.S. lawmakers to punish protesters who are calling for a ceasefire.

The Israeli government is also kidnapping Palestinian civilians.

Toha is a New Yorker poet and an acclaimed writer. Attorney Diana Buttu told The Washington Post on Monday that Toha was arrested by Israeli officials when he, along with his family, were attempting to evacuate southern Gaza. Toha was arrested at a checkpoint along with about 200 other people, Buttu said.

Toha recently returned to his home country after completing his graduate studies in the U.S., according to the Post.

Colleagues of Toha said that the poet is currently being detained by Israeli authorities.

“It’s very scary,” writer Laura Albast, a friend and colleague of Toha, told the newspaper. “We don’t know where he is.”

Buttu also said that Toha has been in contact with the U.S. government in the past weeks in an effort to gain the approval to evacuate his family from the war-torn strip.

One of Toha’s three children, Mostafa, 3, was born in the U.S. and is a U.S. citizen, the Post reported.

In a statement to the Post, an Israel Defence Forces spokesperson said it is looking into the matter.

The ordeal comes as Toha, 30, gained acclaim in recent years for his work as a poet, having his work published in major publications such as The New Yorker and The New York Times.

Toha, who founded an English-language library in the territory, was also named a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Awards earlier this year for his 2022 collection, “Things You May Find Hidden in My Ear: Poems from Gaza.”

The New Yorker, which published Toha’s first-person essay earlier this month about daily life in the besieged territory of Gaza, issued a statement in its daily newsletter calling for Toha’s safe return to the U.S., the Post noted.

“The Palestinian poet @MosabAbuToha lives with his wife and three children in Gaza. Over the weekend, Israeli forces reportedly detained Abu Toha in central Gaza,” the publication wrote in a post on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter. “The New Yorker joins other organizations in calling for his safe return.”

It’s been a month since Hamas’s surprise attack against Israel, which resulted in the deaths of 1,200 people and the taking of around 240 hostages.

In response, Israel has launched a series of airstrikes and a ground invasion in Gaza, resulting in the death of at least 13,000 Palestinians, according to the Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry.
