Cop Walk In The Charles Kinsey Shooting!

Another dirty cop goes home. This North Miami cop shot an unarmed man. The jury said he didn't deserve time in the iron college.

This is bullshit. I am highly offended. I am mortified at this decision by the fucking Florida jury that acquitted a dirty cop who shot an unarmed Black man who clearly told the law, he had his hands up, "Please don't shoot."

In 2016, Charles Kinsey was assisting a severely autistic man who ran away from a healthcare facility. The law was notified and was told by audio. Kinsey was a mental health therapist.

He was taking care of Arnaldo Rios Soto, a 23 year old man who needed special care.

The six person jury found the North Miami cop Jonathan Aledda not guilty of culpable negligence. A second charge and two counts of attempted manslaughter resulted in a hung jury.

The jury foreperson said the vote was 5-1 to acquit Aledda of the other charges. The judge scheduled a March 27 hearing to discuss whether the state will retry Aledda on the counts.

The men had no weapon. Yet, Kinsey was shot directly in the leg. Kinsey was filmed by a bystander that the "gun" was a toy. The case became a national scandal. Kinsey did everything right and still was shot.

Aledda claimed that he was aiming at Rios Soto not Kinsey. Aledda claimed that he didn't hear the commands because of faulty equipment

Charles Kinsey was denied justice. He was an unarmed health therapist . He was shot by a dirty cop. The cop managed to convict a jury he felt threatened. 

The Miami New Times published an audio from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. The recording showed Aledda had been told over police radio that men were not armed. They were told not to fire upon the men.

North Miami's former top cop Gary Eugene said that his department was a mess. The cops failed to adequately secure the crime scene after the shooting, and that North Miami Police were so consumed with factional infighting he worried that cops would not back the dirty cop.

The top cop was fired out the cannon.

Jonathan Aledda, the North Miami cop who worked for the SWAT team fired three into the leg of Kinsey.

Arnaldo Rios Santos didn't get justice.

Kinsey did not commit any criminal act. His lawyers are planning on suing the officer and the city of North Miami for the shooting.

Florida prosecutors were not happy about the verdict. They are hoping to retry this dirty cop. It's unlikely the cop be convicted.

"Since July 28, 2016, our community has been traumatized by North Miami Police Officer Jonathan Aledda's shooting of mental health therapist Charles Kinsey in his effort to protect his client, Arnaldo Rios Soto. The difficulties posed by this case are clearly represented by the jury's inability to come to a verdict on three of the four charged offensives. We will be discussing the case to determine the appropriate course of action as to the unresolved counts."

Now this dirty cop may face a cannon firing if he is returned back to beat.

You wonder why some individuals shot cops and folks on social media praise the person instead of those in law enforcement.

Black UPS workers sue the Toledo facility after they uncovered racism.

The workers at an Ohio UPS hub say they were targets of a deliberate racism.

This was under the radar.

UPS workers at a distribution hub in Toledo, Ohio sued the company on Wednesday citing a series of discriminatory hiring decisions and a series of racist acts, including a noose and confederate flags in the workplace.

White employees had directed in racist language at black workers. They hung a stuffed monkey toy in a UPS uniform in the office. They hung nooses near the restroom and elevators. The workers, mostly Black filed a lawsuit against UPS and the five managers.

The lawsuit alleged managed at the UPS distribution hub in Maumee, a suburb of Toledo "enabled, tolerated, and purposefully promoted and encouraged" a culture of racism at the site tha tled to racist acts and discriminatory employment decisions.

The lawsuit also says ther has been a pattern of discrimination for more than a decade at the facility.

UPS said in a statement on Thursday that the company responded quickly and fired two employees after the 2016 complaints, and since the time has taken remedial steps in cooperation with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, including additional training and monitoring.

An attorney for the workers told The Toledo Blade that Black employees have been passed over for promotions in favor of white employees with less training and seniority.

This wasn't the last place in Toledo. There was a lawsuit filed at General Motors. There were workers who faced similar racist attacks from workers. The GM lawsuit also active said that racist graffiti was spotted in restrooms and workers would display nooses. Several Black employees were passed on promotions. GM is currently trying to fix the problem.

Although they couldn't save the Lordstown plant....!

The employee who hung the noose was fired out the cannon.

I can testify to this. Now that I work at a better job. I can disclose that I once worked for a Midwest grocery/retail superstore in Dayton. I've worked there for 18 years and found myself in the very same circumstances. I worked my ass off at the business. I was passed on promotions. Denied vacations and forced to work various hours while two other full time workers had one shift.

At the time, I had gotten a better job. At first I was just going to just keep two jobs, but I finally found myself at a place where I am happier. After 18 years of working for this company, I decided to quit.

I could have filed a lawsuit and got the company to change their management. But I choose to just let the company survive without me. I mean the company is going to still be there for the time being.

But I've always told folks that "If you leave an impact on a person's life, then you've done your job right!"

Trust me, I was missed. I am still missed at the previous jobs as well. But as time moves forward, I just keep my head up and move towards better.

I have a child now, so I guess I got this challenge to deal with more than a crappy job.

Elliott Broidy Got A No Knock!

Elliott Broidy did more than sleep with a Playboy model.

Client number 2 was just raided by the feds.

Elliott Broidy, one of three men tied to Michael Cohen, the former lawyer to Donald J. Trump and Sean "Softball" Hannity had his offices and home raided in regards to money laundering.

Broidy, the former RNC deputy finance chair allegedly paid a mistress to conceal a pregnancy. Cohen announced his name in federal court the past year.

The Robert Mueller investigation has taking a turn into the controversy involving a lawyer who allegedly covered up payments to Trump's alleged mistresses, Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal.

The past summer the feds had searched the disgraced Cohen's office and homes. The trove of information has been given to federal prosecutors.

Cohen who continues to corporate with the feds has made Trump and Softball Hannity nervous. Cohen has spoken about the financial ties Trump has with the Russian Federation.

Broidy served as a major Trump campaign fundraiser and was the national deputy finance chair of the Republican National Committee until he resigned in April 2018, when it was revealed he had agreed to secretly pay off a former Playboy model in exchange for her silence about their affair.

The search warrant cites three potential crimes that authorities are investigating: conspiracy, money laundering and violations of the law barring covert lobbying on behalf of foreign officials. To obtain a search warrant, authorities have to convince a judge that there’s a probable cause they will find evidence of those specific crimes.

In a separate filing in November, the Justice Department alleged that Broidy was paid by Low to lobby Trump administration officials to ease off on U.S. investigations into Low. Broidy is not identified by name in the filings, but he is widely reported to be the person referred to as “Individual No. 1.” Broidy has not been charged with a crime, and it’s unclear what the status of the investigation is.

Pras Michel, a member of the hip-hop group The Fugees and an associate of Low’s, funneled the money to pay Broidy into the United States, the Justice Department alleged. Asked about the Broidy search warrant, a lawyer for Michel, Barry Pollack, said: “There has been news of this Broidy investigation for many months. Mr. Michel has not been charged with any wrongdoing whatsoever related to Mr. Broidy or anyone else.”

Federal authorities were also seeking records in Broidy’s office related to the United Arab Emirates, UAE adviser George Nader, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and any travel to the Middle East.

Chelsea Clinton was not spared as well. The progressive activist and daughter of former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was confronted by NYU students. She complained about remarks made on social media by Omar. The freshman lawmaker criticized American-Israeli influence in policies and was immediately labeled anti-Semitic.

Now a comedian who won praise for her role on a primetime sitcom is facing heat for her remarks about Muslims and Sikhs.

Jess Hilarious caught flack over the weekend for her off-handed remarks about four men in turbans being kicked off a plane.

The entertainer is touring the country with a gig coming to Omaha. She lit up social media to note ow she was felling uncomfortably by several Sikh men she claimed were Muslims boarding her flight.

Jess said the men made her nervous.

Now folks want her removed from the comedy tours. She at fist apologized but remained totally clueless.

For one thing, the 19 men who committed the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 dressed like professionals. They weren't wearing turbans or head scarfs.

In the first installment, I'll do a biographies of the victims of the Cleveland serial killer Anthony Sowell.  The victims deserve more than this, given the fact that police and society at large didn't care about the women until Latundra Billups filed rape and abuse charges against Sowell a month before the discovery of the remains of 11 women inside his house in October 2009.


Warning to readers, some of the biographies of the victims may be too graphic and adult for some of my youthful readers of this blog.  Readers discretion is advised.

Also to  our quick to judge readers, the biographies of the women contain circumstances and imperfect lifestyles that are less than savory to some readers.

Telling of the womens' stories shouldn't make us less sympathetic just because the women may led a less than perfect or ideal lifestyle that society wants us to lead.   I knew this to be the work of a serial killer, all of a sudden these women’s disappearances have real value to people, mainly negative.  We can see it in the sea of satellite dishes perched on the roofs of TV news vans suddenly jamming our streets. We can hear it in Cleveland’s local radio-talk shows, which have been having a field day with the story since it broke at the end of October, and in the embedded local racial animus exposed by a white caller to one of those talk shows, who essentially blamed the victims—either for being crack whores, or for simply living in a black neighborhood. But he/she's not the only one.  The store owner share those sentiments as well.  In the Unseen documentary, he wished there were "a million Sowells" to take out what he call the unfortunate, vulnerable women, "garbage."  That's how many in society, including the people in the neighborhood viewed such women.  It's the raw misogyny that lead to real violence against women, including serial murder.  But it's also the disinvestment in Cleveland's inner city neighborhoods such as Mount Pleasant in the last 50 years we need to take into account.

MOUNT PLEASANT is a section of southeast Cleveland bounded by Milverton and Griffing on the north, Martin Luther King Blvd. on the west, E. 155th St. on the east, and Harvard on the south, with Kinsman as the main thoroughfare. Settled by successive immigrant groups, the section eventually became a stable area of African American homeowners. The first residents of the area were MANX farmers who migrated there in 1826. It remained rural until 1921, when Joseph Krizek and his partners bought 20 acres southwest of Kinsman, where they mapped out streets and planted 248 maple trees along Bartlett St. The area received its name from its comely appearance. Among the immigrant groups who succeeded the Manx in Mt. Pleasant were GERMANS, CZECHS, RUSSIANS, JEWS, and ITALIANS.

Unlike other areas of the city where AFRICAN AMERICANS occupied housing first owned by whites, Mt. Pleasant counted blacks among its earliest citizens. Reportedly, in 1893 a contractor who employed a large number of black workers was unable to pay wages in cash, so he gave them title to lots in the section north of Kinsman between E. 126th and E. 130th. The title holders built homes there; by 1907 there were 100 black families, and 100 other lot owners. Advertised in African American newspapers as a suburban paradise, the section was noted for its high percentage of blacks who were homeowners. To prevent neighborhood deterioration, the Mt. Pleasant Community Council and block clubs in the 1950s fought delinquency, crime, and housing violations.

The neighborhood of Mount Pleasant declined in the 1980s with the coming of the drug epidemic invading the inner cities around the nation as well as disinvestment, housing bubble, and unemployment.  These set the stage for the killing grounds of Imperial Avenue home of Anthony Sowell in the late 2000s

These women are more than victims, more than their unfortunate circumstances. More than the labels we given to them when describing the women.  These women have lives lived to their fullest before Sowell.  Each women have a story to tell and their voices and lives matter.

Jeanine Pirro iced. The controversial agitator was pulled off Fox News after remarks about Ilhan Omar sparked outrage.

The results of an outcry. Another conservative agitator falls from grace. Her show was cancelled and it's got the commander of cheese angry and warning fellow conservatives, they're next.

This weekend, Donald J. Trump won't be watching Justice with Judge Jeanine.

As of today, Jeanine Pirro was pulled from Fox News. The host was yanked off the air on Friday night after she ignited a controversy. She obtained a rare condemnation from her network bosses after she made inflammatory comments about freshman lawmaker Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN).



The show often called the weekend version of "Softball" Hannity aired at 9pm.

The network won't discuss the fate of Pirro or why she was pulled off the air.

Another conservative falls. Jeanine Pirro was pulled off Fox News after making racially offensive comments about Ilhan Omar. She no longer has a place on Fox News. So I ask, who is the next one to fall? (Expect trolls to pick the dumbest answers)

Pirro called Omar's hijab (headscarf) anti-American. She said that freshman lawmaker was following shir'a law. The network re-aired a documentary about William Kennedy Smith.

Trump apparently having his executive time found out yesterday evening.

He took to social media demanding Pirro fight for her job and slams the Far Left for getting her pulled off the air.

Pirro, Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham, Jesse Watters, Greg Gutfeld, Brian Kilmeade, Steve Doocy, Pete Hegseth, Neil Cavuto, Geraldo Rivera, Maria Bartiromo, Stuart Varney, Charles Payne and Sean "Softball" Hannity for years made a profit off of divisiveness.

This is a reminder that the fight isn't over. We must reject racism. If we can just boycott the network and force its advertisers to reconsider its ad buys, it may force Rupert Murdoch and his sons, James and Lachlan to change course on the extreme rhetoric.

Fox News is disease in the United States. They are the network that keeps white folks scared, angry and prejudice towards others who aren't them. They are the network that spawn culture wars and class warfare.

It's time to put an end to this madness.

Hey, We Were Trying To Buy Groceries And This Woman N-Tapped Us!

New Haven school employee called Black shoppers racial slurs. Now she's viral and out of a job.

Are we subhuman?

Cause some of these folks think that just because we're a little better than them, we're look upon as lower than value. I find it funny that some folks on the internet create websites devoted to attacking one race.

Say if that one Black person happened to be a hacker and decided to hack into these white extremists websites and expose their names to the world. It would be kind of awkward that those names exposed would be losing their jobs, their friends, their respect in the community and in some cases their freedom.

Donald J. Trump has create a paradox of bigotry. Ever since his victory, hate groups have increased.

He refuses to acknowledge white nationalists as a problem in the United States. The New Zealand terrorist who killed 49 innocent people who were practicing Muslims was inspired by rhetoric created by the far-white. He appears to be unapologetic and even flashed a symbol "expressing the virtues of white nationalism."

It seems for every irate human being, there's a camera and social media.

A Connecticut teacher found herself on the wrong end of the camera. The New Haven Register reported that two African American shoppers were accosted by a white woman who spat at them and called them NIGGERS.

The teacher was unrelenting and verbally abusive. This was in front of her own children.




It went viral.

And now Corinne Terrone of New Haven, Connecticut is no longer an employee of Hamden Public Schools. The woman was a clerk in the district's central office.

Terrone resigned from the school board a day after this video went viral on Facebook.

The video was shared and about 1 million people have seen it.

The school district filed a welfare check on the woman after this video went viral. She was an employee for the New Haven Schools district. She was the woman caught on camera n-tapping Black shoppers.

The footage was captured by a woman named Ttiana Winn.

In the video, Terrone is heard yelling NIGGER three times. She then spits at an African American man and woman twice. It is unclear what, if anything precipitated the outburst.

Once she uttered the racial slur, the man looks as if he steps toward her, prompting her to respond.

"Put you hands on me, come on!" - yelled Terrone.

ShopRite might ban the customer. A New Haven school employee was caught on camera making racial slurs at customers.

She starts recording the couple. The man slaps the phone out of her hand. He turns away and the woman then starts following them. Then a Black woman steps in between the two.

This was filmed in a ShopRite store in East Haven.

People who seen the video were shocked at the woman. They never knew she had that much contempt for Black people.

The law did go to Terrone's home this weekend. Authorities couldn't reach her at the time but no criminal complaint was not filed as of yet. She could face an assault charge. The school district condemned the woman.

"We have become aware of video footage that appears to show an employee in our district engaged in abhorrent behavior. Specifically, the video appears to show the employee repeatedly calling an African-American man the N-word in a supermarket in East Haven. It appears that the employee's children. Because her children were present, school administrators filed a DCF report."

The woman could lose her children. The Department of Children and Family could be notified and this teacher might have a hearing on the safety of her children.

The death of Noelani Robinson didn't get the junk food media coverage say if she had been a white girl.

The Minnesota State Highway Patrol had found the body of a missing child who was reported missing in Milwaukee. The two year old, Noelani Robinson was found on the side of a shoulder wrapped in a blanket.

An off duty public works employee noticed something in the brush and soon discovered the little toddler.

The Milwaukee County boys confirmed an individual was arrested as a person of interest in the murder.

Dariaz Higgins, the girl's father is being indicted on the murder of this innocent little girl. The suspect killed the mother Sierra Robinson. The mother originally from Las Vegas was sold into sex slavery and was allegedly trying to hide from this killer.

Noelani's mother was a victim of the sex trade. Her killer trafficked her into prostitution.

The mother was killed in a Milwaukee home. Higgins, a former pimp tracked her down. She and her female friend were wounded after the two tried to fight off the killer.

"We believe we have found Noelani. We believe that currently, this is going to be a death investigation," said Milwaukee Police chief Alfonso Morales.

The girl was reported missing only five days ago. No major junk food media coverage. The missing toddler was Black.

Once again, missing white women syndrome becomes a topic of discussion.

Had she been a little white girl from a upper class neighborhood, the junk food media would devote nonstop coverage to it. If the suspect was a Black man, immigrant, Muslim or politically liberal activist, Donald J. Trump, conservative agitators and Republicans would make such a fuss over it.

Scumbag from Miami chased the victims to Milwaukee. He killed a woman and her daughter.

This little girl didn't get the cable news coverage. It's just a local story in the Milwaukee area.

Mayor Tom Barrett said that the news of this little girl's body being found is troubling.

"She was a beautiful toddler and her life was cut short as a result of human trafficking. Her unfortunate death is a reminder of the dangers of human trafficking."

The suspect is originally from Miami is being charged with murder and aggravated assault. In Wisconsin, murder could carry LIFE in the iron college. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The U.S. Is Trying To Ban International Officials Who Investigating War Crimes!

Trump will block the International Criminal Court investigators from coming to the United States.

Donald J. Trump and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo are trying to ban individuals who work for the International Criminal Court from entering the United States. The ICC's mission is to bring to justice individuals who commit war crimes across the world.

Pompeo announced that he will take actions to protect Americans and the Israeli government from being brought to ICC for criminal charges.

"We are determined to protect the American and allied military and civilian personnel from living in fear of unjust prosecution for actions taken to defend our great nation," said Pompeo.

This is a controversial move. The move was ordered by John Bolton, the National Security Adviser and regional wingnut within the Trump machine. Pompeo said that the ICC prosecutor's office has open an investigation into possible war crimes by Afghan and American forces in Afghanistan.

Bolton threatened punitive action in September to the ICC.

The U.S. has never been an active member of the Rome Statute but has been instrumental in bringing dictators and foreign generals to court. Most tried are prosecuted for war crimes.

Before the 9/11 attacks, Osama bin Laden made a decree. He said that the United States and Israel have committed criminal acts upon the Muslim world. He said that our influence on policies have brought poverty, war and economic disruption. The group vowed to cripple the government and financial markets. al Qaeda said the U.S. will waste all its resources trying to stop them. They also noted that American Muslims and those who live in Europe, Australia and Africa will come to their aid and join them. They said the U.S. will be so paranoid of a terrorist attack, they will destroy the very freedoms they're trying to protect.

Once again, we see history repeat itself. Osama bin Laden's son Hamza is looking forward to taking the helm of this group. The group is trying to plan another crippling attack on the country.

We have to understand them. We also have to protect ourselves when we see strange activity.

We must understand everyone has a place in the United States. We have to show those who "hate" us that we're better than this.

Trump, Congress and the junk food media will continue to keep us divide, distracted and angry.

Chelsea Clinton Gets Confronted By Muslims!

Progressive activist Chelsea Clinton confronted by Muslim activists for her attacks on Ilhan Omar.

In the wake of the mass shooting in Christchurch, many Muslims are calling out individuals.

Donald J. Trump refused to call it right wing extremism. He refused to acknowledge that white terrorists are more of a threat than brown terrorists.

Old fart Rush Limbaugh called it a plot created by "leftists" to blame conservatives.

Trump is still in office. Limbaugh is still on the radio.

Of course, we can't forget the Clintons. Even though Hillary Clinton has stepped out the of limelight, her presence is still around. The junk food media and especially the folks over at Fox News will keep her name alive. Even in 2020 and 2024, you might hear folks like Sean "Softball" Hannity continuing on and on about Clinton.

Looks like another person being called out is Hillary Clinton's only daughter.

Chelsea Clinton became one of those folks who got confronted. The former first daughter went to New York University to attend a memorial for those 49 people killed in New Zealand by a white terrorist.

She was confronted by a young woman who said that Clinton's remarks on social media targeting Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) spanned the flames of Islamophobia.

Some of the NYU students told Clinton she wasn't welcome at the vigil.

"This, right here, is a result of a massacre stoked by people like you and the words that you put out into the world," one student told Clinton. "And I want you to know that and I want you to feel that deep down inside. Forty-nine people died because of the rhetoric you put out there."

On Friday, Clinton tweeted her condolences regarding the Christchurch tragedy.

Last month Clinton went after Omar for criticizing Israel. Clinton made the claim that Omar made an anti-Semitic trope.

Clinton who is pregnant didn't expect people to forget that she attacked a woman of color who happens to be a Muslim. She, Rep. Rashida Tliab (D-MI) and Rep. Andre Carson (D-IN) are the only Muslim lawmakers in Congress. Omar and Tliab have face attacks from the right and some on the left because of their criticism of the Israeli occupation of the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

Omar who criticized AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) for being a peddler of money and influence was labeled anti-Semitic by Clinton and many Democrats.

Omar who face harsh criticism was subjected to racist, Islamophobic and vile smears. The remarks by Fox News agitator Jeanine Pirro also made the freshman lawmaker tighten up security.

Clinton tried to calm the outrage.

"I'm so sorry that you feel that way," Clinton repeated.

"What does 'I'm sorry you feel that way' mean?" another student asked.

Some dirtbag named Caleb Hill decided to dox the young woman who raised the concerns.

Young woman called out Clinton for sparking hate.

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-MD) both condemned Omar as well. They are slated to speak at the AIPAC conference this year.

The terrorist was introduced into court where he was being charged with murder. The charges could carry the DEATH soda in New Zealand. The terrorist is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The terrorist was unrepentant. He flashed the white power "OKAY" symbol.

Chelsea Clinton has never apologized to Rep. Omar for the allegations. She said that she would love to talk to her about the comments.

Omar accepted.

Folks, let's get this straight. Criticisms of the Israeli government, the Zionist rule, American lawmakers taking money from lobbyist groups tied to Israel, the occupation of the Gaza Strip and West Bank, the brutal abuse of immigrants and Palestinians and our relentless support for the country is not anti-Semitic. Yes, saying "wiping Israel off the map" is not anti-Semitic.

In this country, there are lawmakers trying to criminalize free speech. They are trying to prevent student groups from creating separate BDS (Boycott, Deinvest & Sanctions) chapters. There are lawmakers making Americans take oaths of allegiance to Israel. They are companies forced to support Israel or face sanctions and funding cuts.

This is an outrage.

This is not going to change unless we can change minds of those who are conflated.

Israel does not equal the Jewish faith. Never forget that.

It's a distraction and like "thoughts and prayers" and "our hearts goes out to...," something is going to change. The United States alliance to Israel has always been controversial. It may have been a reason to why al Qaeda inflicted attacks on the United States.
