Cee-Lo Mocks Rape!

Rapper, soul singer and reality star CeeLo Green caught a dose of shame this week. He went to the social networks to mock a very serious crime. He beats a rape charge but yet makes his pleas to slam the victim on Twitter.

He got fired from The Voice and his new TBS reality show was shelved after one season.

The BBC reports that he made the comments after his court case ended on Friday, where he pleaded no contest to giving a woman ecstasy.

The woman says she blacked out and woke up naked in the singer's bed, but prosecutors didn't charge him with any sexual offences.

He faced a backlash on Twitter after replying to users' comments and his account was briefly de-activated.

Once his account became active again, he tweeted: "I truly and deeply apologize for the comments attributed to me on Twitter. Those comments were idiotic, untrue and not what I believe."

Not so smart.

In the controversial set of tweets Green, whose real name is Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, said "women who have really been raped REMEMBER!!!".

Another one, in reply to three users, said: "If someone is passed out they're not even WITH you consciously! so WITH Implies consent."

He then suggested that his no contest plea wasn't an admittance of guilt.

"So if I TRIED but did NOT succeed but the person said I DID then what really happened?"

The tweets replying to users about his court case appear to have been deleted, but some users posted screengrabs of them.

Before removing them and deactivating his account he had posted an initial apology saying: "I only intended on a healthy exchange to help heal those who love me from the pain I had already caused from this.

"Please forgive me as it was your support that got me thru this to begin with. I'd never condone the harm of any women. Thank you."

Green says he had consensual sex with the woman he gave ecstasy to after a dinner date in July 2012.

The judge sentenced the singer to three years of formal probation and 45 days of community service on drug charges.

CeeLo Green is part of the Goodie Mob, Dungeon Family, and Gnarls Barkley.

Understand this for the umpteenth time.

RAPE IS RAPE. There's nothing funny about it. It's a serious crime that carries up to life in the iron college. It could ruin your life. You could be labeled a sexual offender and have a lifetime of shaming from not only your family, but your friends, and the community that you chose to live in. It's a tragedy for the victim of rape. They could face depression, a sexuality transmitted disease, an unwanted pregnancy, rage, and suicide. The victim doesn't deserve to be shamed by the general masses because of what the victim wears, has or does for a living.

The Racist Right Wants A Dead Body On Trial!

Not a gang sign.

Charles Johnson of Little Green Footballs warns his readers that he's not the one who seeks information on the juvenile records of unarmed teen Michael Brown. He points out that a rival by the same name who created this racist right blog is demanding Missouri state attorneys release his juvenile criminal records.

GotNews is the newest racist right blog that advocates this blame the Black victim for his own demise. This agitator Charles Johnson has been on a mission to blame the victim, attack the witness and of course throw Obama into his word vomit. He will waste no time trying to agitate the White extremists with revelations of a criminal history to Brown.

Charles C. Johnson
The newest face to the racist right.
I read this blog and saw the Ferguson situation at full stream. The website is trying to debunk the claim that Michael Brown was an unarmed teen who had his hands up when Officer Darren Wilson shot him with the six.

He wasted no time trying to debunk the witnesses. He believes Ferguson resident Piaget Crenshaw was coached by the New Black Panthers. She recorded the event and talked to CNN recently about the situation. She has gotten death threats since she shown her face.

Dorian Johnson and Ms. Crenshaw are being brutalized by the racist right. In the minds of the agitators of the conservative media and the White extremists, they'll nothing but criminals who "lied" on a good cop like Wilson. They believe that these two individuals were paid by groups to tell the junk food media that they saw police brutality.

So I am guessing that Talking Points Memo got the word on this lawsuit being filed by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and the racist right agitator.

It turns out that even the courts found that their lawsuit to seek information turned out to be a bogus.

Again proving to the family of Michael Brown, they'll stop at nothing to smear this dead kid's name.

That's why the rush to judgement falls on both sides. Of course that "EXTREMELY" annoying conservative agitator and that one who throws shit to the wall have tried and failed on the broken eye socket narrative. They got their information from this douche and some White extremist named Jim Hoft, who by most accounts is anti-Black and totally birther.

Now this clown still won't believe the proof. Again caught in the paradox of believing things that are proven fact as liberal bias.

Michael Brown was no murderer, thief or thug.

He was a teen who bucked six times and was unarmed. Get that through your thick skulls.

If you have the sympathy for those men who lost heads overseas, why don't you bastards have sympathy for a teen who was shot six times and left for dead in the middle of the street? It took over four freaking hours to put a sheet over the body.

There's something wrong here. It's not Michael Brown. It's not Darren Wilson. It's us, the American people. Too quick to cast blame on the victims and not the perpetrator for the crime.

Fuck The Gateway Pundit and Got News. You bozos are recycled garbage.

Michigan Man Who Murdered Renisha McBride Gets 17 In The Iron College!

I should have called the police. Why did I pull the trigger? This should have been Ted Wafer's walk out with a hoodie moment. The Michigan man got three nickels in the iron college for shooting Renisha McBride.

For the heartless murder of Renisha McBride, a Michigan man will spend three nickels with two already served in the iron college. Theodore Wafer the man who shot McBride after she knocked on his door for assistance got served after being found guilty in the 2013 death of the young woman.

The woman was 19 at the time when she was injured in a car accident in Dearborn Heights, a suburb slightly west of Detroit.

She crashed her car after being under the influence, and stumbled to the nearest house looking for help.

Wafer, who has known history with pointing rifles at people, took that woman as a threat. He would shoot the woman directly through the face as he would answer the door. He would wait until the woman was dead before calling the law.

He tried to pull the self-defense motive as the reason for shooting her. But the jury didn't buy that.

There was enough evidence and testimony from witnesses and friends to seal Wafer's fate.

For that gives him 15 years with time served.

Wafer figured that he's going up the creek. He would apologize to Renisha's family while being handcuffed and hauled off to the iron college.

This was another event in which a young Black person (this time an unarmed woman) would be shot dead by a White vigilante.

With the situation in Ferguson still an ongoing event, Black America is getting frustrated with the law and the gun nut shooting first and questioning last.
The young woman didn't deserve the fate handed to her.
We're tired of hearing the grievance machine telling us about Black on Black crime, Black on White crime and the partisan blame game.

We have legitimate issues in Black America. The criminality complex multiplies every time there's a Trayvon Martin, Jordan Davis, John Crawford III, Michael Brown, Renisha McBride,  and Eric Gardner situation.

White conservatives (aka the racist right) often try to make the focal point on the victim and not the perpetrator in these events. They would criminalize the victim because the individual was "human".

By me saying human, it says that no one is perfect. As the racist right tries to demonize Renisha McBride as they did Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin, we here at Journal de la Reyna will continue to follow this story as this unfolds.

But today, we are satisfied with the decision that send a cold blooded killer to the iron college.

Where's Waldo?

Florida city is infamous for traffic citations.

The state of idiocy has once again gotten some negative attention. A small city about 65 miles from Jacksonville is under fire for being a notorious speed trap and the police are taking advantage of the motorists.

The city has speed limit in urban areas 35 but it jumps from 45 to 55 and lowers down again numerous times. It's among the controversies that merits the Florida State Attorney to investigate the quotas.

Florida cities such as Tampa, Orlando, Ft. Walton Beach, Pensacola, Jacksonville, Miami, West Palm Beach, Lake City and Naples have traffic cameras at certain intersections. Some other cities require officers to be in a heavy traveled area where it's known for potential accidents.

The city of Waldo requires drivers to speed up and slow down six times: 65mph becomes 55mph; 55 becomes 45; then goes back to 55; then back down to 45; to 55 again; and, eventually, 35mph. AAA has named it one of only two "traffic traps" nationwide. Now Waldo faces a scandal following allegations that the town victimizes motorists to turn a profit. Two police chiefs have been suspended, the police department has rebelled, and the state is investigating possible wrongdoing. The situation simmered for years until last month, when Chief Mike Szabo was suspended, apparently in response to a Florida Department of Law Enforcement investigation into suspected improprieties in the way officers write tickets.

Weeks later at a Waldo City Council meeting, a group of police officers said they had been ordered by Szabo to write at least 12 tickets per 12-hour shift or face repercussions. In 2013, Waldo's seven police officers filed 11,603 traffic citations, according to records obtained by the Gainesville Sun. That compares with 25,461 citations in 2013 for much larger Gainesville, which has 300 officers and 128,000 residents, including thousands of college students. The fines paid by motorists are a big moneymaker. According to the city's 2013 budget, about half of its $1 million in revenue came from "court fines" from tickets issued. The State Attorney's Office in Alachua County says it's waiting for the FDLE to finish its investigation of ticket quotas and other wrongdoing before deciding whether to file charges.

Heads Roll And Partisans Crow!

steven sotloff
American journalist Steven Sotloff (center) was beheaded by an extremist group.

The agitators of the American junk food media are going to coverage of the second beheading of an American journalist. The agitators have went to their respectable corners to point fingers at not only the man who beheaded Steven Sotloff but President Barack Obama for not doing enough to combat the Islamic State, an extremist group with ties to Iraq and Syria.

Of course, I want you to understand that we here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Steven Sotloff. First and foremost, the American journalists who cover the impacts of war and crisis knew the risks. It's a dangerous job to cover war from the front lines.

The American media doesn't show everything that happens in a war, Sotloff and James Foley done the best they can to inform the public of things outside the beltway and outside the "good v. evil" narrative.

Steven Sotloff and James Foley gave their lives to cover the news. They also knew the risk of being captured by the extremists.

I don't understand why Americans are so disgusted with this. There's more violence towards our own in the United States than overseas. The American military have caused so many causalities towards innocent men, women and children overseas, so I don't understand for one American, thousands died.

The agitators can't stop bitching. With the president and Congress on vacation, the world continues to move.

On GOP Sundays, Senators Diane Feinstein (D-CA), John McCain (R-AZ), Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Representatives Mike Rogers (R-MI) and the arm chair quarterbacks have denounced ISIS and demand Obama to take action.

The United States and United Kingdom does not negotiate with terrorist groups.

Sotloff was kidnapped in March 2013. The video was distributed through S.I.T.E. on August 28.

The Fruits Of Labor!

Oregon people are fighting against unfair work practices.

As the unofficial end of summer comes to an end, the American media and the agitators will return well rested to debate the latest issues facing our country.

Terrorism overseas, immigration reform and now wage hikes.

President Barack Obama is an advocate for raising the minimum wage for working class Americans.

But could the president's plan do more harm than good?

I mean is it worth it for the next hired employee to make $10 an hour to the 14 years of you working for the very same?

Anyway, the Huffington Post and some are focusing on wage theft.

A practice common among business such as Walmart. Where a worker must work off the clock without getting paid. This happens in America and it's an illegal move.

Wage theft is the illegal withholding of wages or the denial of benefits that are rightfully owed to an employee. Wage theft, particularly from low wage legal or illegal immigrant workers, is common in the United States.

Wage theft can be conducted through various means such as: failure to pay overtime, minimum wage violations, employee misclassification, illegal deductions in pay, working off the clock, or not being paid at all. These violated rights have been guaranteed to workers in the United States since 1938 by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)

I must say I'm feeling blessed and humbled and just freakin happy... Let's go!!! #thewadeunion."

Conservative Outrage Over Obama Taking Vacations (AGAIN)!

No well deserved vacation.

The racist right hates the Obamas. No matter what the president or First Lady Michelle Obama does, the agitators of the media will make some fuss about it.

Almost like they're timed for outrage. I mean how much outrage can conservatives take. They are going to have a heart attack (i.e Andrew Breitbart and Rush Limbaugh aka King Hippo).

The president went on many golf outings and every time he hits a ball, that annoying conservative agitator on Loserville whines. Every time President Barack Obama takes a vacation to Martha's Vineyard, expect the conservative agitators on the radio, television and blogs bemoand and whine about it.

Get over it, you whiny tampons.

Being president is a 24/7 operation. He really doesn't get time to enjoy a vacation. Cause things happen every freaking day. Nothing goes without acknowledgement. He can't take a vacation while the inept Congress takes vacations every month. I don't see the equivalency.

The vacation time for President Barack Obama always merits criticism from the agitators of both the left and the right.

With this newest obsession, that annoying conservative agitator who helped Obama win makes the most noise about it. He can't get it through his sponge brain that Obama hasn't taken too many vacations. Thus making he won't like it when you tell him that its clear that George W. Bush has taken way more vacations than Obama.

Factcheck.org

Q: Is it true that George W. Bush took more vacation days than Barack Obama?

A: Yes. Before his two-week trip to Martha’s Vineyard in August, Obama’s count was 125 full or partial days and Bush’s total at the same point in his presidency was 407.

FULL ANSWER

Our inbox is chock full of questions about who took more vacation days, Obama or Bush. (The short answer: Bush. The long answer: There’s no such thing as a true non-working vacation for the president.)

The recent barrage from our readers coincides with Obama’s 15-day family vacation on Martha’s Vineyard — he returned to the White House on Aug. 24 – which occurred during major news events including the beheading of a U.S. journalist by Islamic militants and protests in Ferguson, Missouri, after a police officer shot and killed an unarmed 18-year-old black man. The vacation also occurred during the funeral of Maj. Gen. Harold J. Greene, the only general officer killed in Afghanistan.

Obama faced criticism for being on vacation during these times, but those types of complaints are nothing new — either to Obama or presidents in general.

Readers may recall the criticism directed at Bush for the August weeks spent at his ranch in Crawford, Texas. Others may remember Democrats chastising President Dwight Eisenhower for spending time on the golf course.

We last dealt with the who-took-more-vacation question in January 2010, at which point Obama had spent 26 days on “vacation” during his first year in office, fewer than the first year totals for Presidents Bush, George H.W. Bush or Ronald Reagan. Our numbers are all courtesy of CBS News White House Correspondent Mark Knoller, who has covered every president since Gerald Ford and tracks the commander in chief’s travel.

But, as we noted then, presidents never fully escape from the job. Knoller told us he doesn’t consider these days away from the White House real “vacation” days. He said then in an email: “I have long held the view that a US president is never really on vacation. The job — and its awesome powers and responsibilities — is his wherever he is and whatever he’s doing.”

Bush officials called the Crawford ranch the “Western White House” to emphasize the days there involved plenty of official business, and Obama’s recent Martha’s Vineyard break included several presidential statements and two days spent back at the White House in the middle of the “vacation.” Presidents may clear brush or hit the links, but they are never actually off the clock.

Still, much is made of these presidential vacation days — and how to count them. Knoller doesn’t include visits to Camp David, the presidential retreat in Maryland often used to host foreign leaders. On Aug. 8, the day before Obama left for Martha’s Vineyard, Knoller tweeted that Obama had spent 125 full or partial days on vacation, and at the same point in Bush’s president, he had spent 381 days at his Texas ranch plus 26 days at his parents’ home in Kennebunkport, Maine, for a total of 407.

When we emailed Knoller on Aug. 26, Obama was up to 140 days by his count. Bush’s total for his two terms in office is 533 days, which includes 490 at the ranch and the rest at Kennebunkport. For comparison’s sake, President Bill Clinton’s total is 174 days, and Reagan hit 390 (349 at his ranch and 41 in Palm Springs), according to Knoller.

Adding in Camp David visits would bring Obama’s total to date to 223 (that’s 83 days at Camp David) and Bush’s total for his entire time in office to 1,024 (491 days at the presidential retreat). Note that Obama still has more than two years in office to narrow the gap.

Deciding how to count these “vacation” days can create some confusion. CNN recently listed a count of 879 days for Bush and 150 for Obama, numbers that came from a Washington Post “Outlook” piece on “Five myths on presidential vacations.” (Myth No. 1: “Presidents get vacations.”) The 879 figure, it turns out, is from March 3, 2008, at which point Bush had spent that many days at the ranch and Camp David (but it doesn’t include days in Kennebunkport). The numbers are in a 2008 Washington Post piece and attributed to Knoller.

If readers want to make an apples-to-apples comparison, the best solution is to use Knoller’s figures as of August 8, cited above: Bush, 407; Obama, 125. But the numbers say more about how many days the presidents spent away from the White House than they do about how much time the presidents spent not working.

One Good Shove Deserves Another!

Don Lemon and officer Dan Page get into a tussle. Page is under investigation for more than shoving the news agitator.

Don Lemon was doing coverage in Ferguson. An officer got into his face and shoved him. Lemon made a complaint to the St. Louis County prosecutor. The prosecutor was going to investigate this as police brutality. The officer who shoved Lemon decided to take an early out.

St. Louis County officer Dan Page made some inflammatory comments while a member of the Oath Keepers, a far right group that supports law enforcement.

Page made comments that drew some ire. He was talking about President Barack Obama, LGBT, Muslims, the Black community and of course his oath as an officer.

He is a 35-year veteran with the St. Louis County police. The video that got him in more trouble was his agitating speech on America's diversity. And after this revelation, he was suspended indefinitely. This video has been making rounds on YouTube.

This month was really polarizing. From this point on, never look at August as the dull month.

Things happen during the time the president and Congress go on their respective vacations.

The junk food media agitators worked overtime in jumping over the rioting and looting in Ferguson.
Speaking at an Oath Keepers gathering in a school gymnasium, Dan Page recites his vitriol.
They put the cameras in the 3% of the population acting like a bunch of idiots. Sure they're burning their community and throwing rocks at the law. The cops were going all out with military vehicles, shooting them with rubber bullets, tear gas, and of course allowing their K-9 partners urinate on the memorial dedicated to Michael Brown.

Loserville is all in defense of the reclusive Darren Wilson, the officer who put six in the body of Brown. Wilson is getting major donations from the racist right. The insurgency has always maintained that "we don't rush conclusions". Oh by the way, Brown strong armed robbed a man of a few smokes.

In their case, they're trying to say that Brown deserved his own death. They even goes as far to label him a thug and potential murderer. There are some on the racist right demanding to look into any history as a minor in the court system. They couldn't find nothing on Brown other than him giving the finger and rapping on a microphone. Nothing incriminating.

The officer's comments has gone viral. This may spark more protest in Ferguson.

The St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar saying that the comments Page made in the surfaced video, "deeply disturbed me immediately."

Will Loserville defend an officer who said some nasty things about those he swore to protect?

Was Darren Wilson in attendance of this?

Take discretion in viewing these videos.

Sam I'm Not!

Michael Sam got cut from history.

This was one of the most controversial moves by the NFC team. The St. Louis Rams decided that history will have to wait.

They decided to cut Michael Sam from the team. Despite praise for picking the first openly gay football player to the NFL, the Rams didn't think Sam had the potential.

That means that Sam (if still interested) will be a free agent and hopefully he'll get on a major team,

I am guessing today the LGBT community will probably pissed over this.

Sam took the official social networking website to post his thanks to the Rams for at least going one step forward.

The first openly gay NFL player was a great thought on television and in the papers. But the NFL still has the mentality that you have to be either a wife beater. You got to be speeding in your ride. You have to have an obsession with firearms and be a known a gun enthusiast. You could be a potential murderer.

Hell, you can have marijuana in your system or steroids and still have at least three games on suspension.

But if you're a gay player, you can't get much other than the bench.

I don't care if the guy is gay. If the dude can throw a ball and take a sack, then give the guy a chance to show it on the field.

Big Snoop Does Whiteface!

Snoop Dogg picks up a new trick. Conservative uproar.

Will the conservative agitators get mad that veteran rapper and entertainer Big Snoop dons their looks?

Yup, they would. The former editor of Breitfart News decided to find some reason to attack it.

Ben Shapiro's Truth Revolt already making noise about the entertainer's new look.

Snoop Dogg's White Face Gimmick - Media Is Silent

All in big caption the conservative agitator is worried that the "liberal" media isn't looking at the attempt by a BLACK THUG donning a White look.

Look at the image of the entertainer as a White man.

Shapiro who is most famously known for carrying the water for the late Andrew Breitbart before striking out on his own. He and Joel Pollack were trying to tie the president to a Harvard professor Derrick Bell. Bell was a "controversial" professor who studied in Black American studies. According to the agitators, Bell's teachings to a Harvard Law Review graduate like Obama sparked his "radical" leanings.

Big Snoop endorsed the legalization of marijuana in 2012. He also thrown his support to President Barack Obama and pissed off the conservative agitators.

This whiteface issue was started by the Wayans Brothers and then the hapless Nick Cannon. Now Snoop Dogg and of course, conservatives are pissed about the media not getting pissed at it.

Unfortunately the media isn't silent about it, Shapiro. You're covering it. We're covering it. The media is covering it. To be honest, it's not blackface. It's not like Snoop Dogg devoted his whole life to trashing White folks. Unfortunately, you and O'Loofus have devoted time to trashing him and the Black community.

You just don't like Snoop Dogg and those who associated with the entertainer.

Below there's another picture of the entertainer in his new face.

What's your thoughts on Big Snoop's "Todd" impression?

Was it funny or offensive?

Minnesota Dad Tased In Front Of His Children!

Chris Lollie with his two children. Father was busted in a St. Paul plaza after police claimed he was disturbing the peace. Father did nothing wrong at the time of confrontation.

St. Paul Police are doing some damage control after a father filmed his confrontation with two of their officers. The officers confronted the father after he was sitting near a bank waiting on his children.

The police claimed that the father was disturbing the peace and was disorderly. For him to sit in a public plaza waiting on his children and the law bothering him for doing so warrants an investigation into the officer's handling of the situation.

Again "WE BLACK FOLK" and the law are like distant cousins. Blacks have the phobia that the law will shoot first and question last. The law often have problems with the residents of a majority Black community (or neighborhood). The law often try but fail at getting information

Say if there was a shooting. The law needs to know what happen. They want to prevent a potential criminal from committing a domestic attack. But with the Black community, they believe if you tell the law, you could end up dead or arrested yourself.

The Huffington Post and Addicting Info got the goods on Lollie's confrontation. The video is making rounds around the social networks. It's driven the narrative that police are trigger happy when confronting Black people.

Chris Lollie is a father of two. Earlier this year, Lollie recorded an altercation with the police. Police were called to the scene, and the 27-year-old began filming the interaction on his cell phone. The situation escalated, and police allegedly used a stun gun on Lollie before arresting him. As his footage began making the rounds online this week, the police defended the arrest, but Lollie says the incident was racially motivated.

Lollie's disturbing cell phone video is making headlines as a national debate swells around racial profiling and excess use of force by police departments across the country.

The footage begins as he walks with a female officer, explaining to her that he had been sitting outside the bank for 10 minutes before he was asked to leave. He tells the officer he didn't see signs saying he was on private property and didn't think it was fair that he was being asked to move.

"The problem is I'm black," he can be heard telling the officer. "That's the problem. ... I’m not sitting there with a group of people. I’m sitting there by myself. By myself, not causing a problem.”

Shortly after, a male officer walks up to them, and the exchange becomes heated. Lollie appears to drops his cell phone as he is presumably restrained by officers.
The law before they were to bust Chris Lollie.
"Put your hands behind your back or you're going to get tased," a voice can be heard saying as Lollie frantically repeats that he hasn't done anything wrong.

“I'm not doing anything! Stop, please,” Lollie yells as a clicking noise, possibly from a stun gun, can be heard in the background. “Can somebody help me? That’s my kids, right there! My kids are right there!”

"I don't have any weapons or anything, and then you tase me? For what?" he is heard saying shortly after.

The charges were dropped. Chris has brought his encounter to the social networks. What do you think of the incident?

Was it right for him to be arrested for doing nothing wrong?
