Black Lawmakers Slams Trump!

The Democratic lawmakers from the Congressional Black Caucus were none to happy to hear The Donald finally admit the President of the United States being born in the United States.

Yesterday, they held a presser to discuss their frustration with Republicans and Donald Trump.

It was carried on CNN and MSNBC.

Trump News Channel (I meant Fox News) decided to not carry the presser.

The Black lawmakers were really not thrilled with Trump's rhetoric and they took to Washington to slam the Republican nominee.

"By any definition, Donald Trump is a disgusting fraud." said Rep. G.K. Butterfield (D-NC), the head of the Congressional Black Caucus. His campaign is completely "race based and insult to the intelligence of the American people.

Donald Trump's birther presser was a rouse. The junk food media was none too happy about the Trump announcement.

Hackers Share Dem Lawmaker's XXX photos!

Congresswoman got hit by a cyberbully.

I will address the controversy of cyberbullies. I am frustrated with ignorance online. They have created websites devoted to exposing racists and cyberbullies. It's not easy to find a digital footprint, but in the age of Donald Trump, the need for being politically correct should merit accountability for such actions.

Actress Leslie Jones was attacked by some internet troll and his merry band of bigots. He was dismissed from Twitter after this. I was going to address this controversy but this one overshadowed it for the moment.

A Democratic lawmaker who represents a U.S. territory was the focus of a smear campaign. I don't know what happened, but it's a sign of what happens when you share things that should be private through your phone or computer.

Rep. Stacey Plaskett (D-VI) is finding herself with an embarassment. Now she is calling upon the U.S. Capitol Police and the FBI's cyber crime unit to find out who leaked a video of Plaskett and her husband taking things a little freaky.

She and her then husband made a sex tape and it got leaked on social media.

One of the photos that leaked to the junk food media has Plaskett sharing her goodies

Some of the videos that were leaked were really XXX. I mean it was so racy it's practically got her attention.

"I am shocked and deeply saddened that someone would stoop to such a level as to invade my marriage and the love of my family in an attempt to besmirch me personally," said Plaskett in a presser.

She added, "Private photographs shared between my husband and me, as well as a private playful video of our family, including one of our children, were illegally obtained and disseminated via the internet".

The video was posted on Facebook before it was quickly deleted. It also showed her husband Jonathan Buckney-Small wearing eyeshadow and lipstick.

Again, I don't care what people do in their bedrooms. I mean this is some real fucked up shit to have a public servant get caught up in a sex scandal. I mean her opponents are likely going to use this against her.

Plaskett who is a nonvoting delegate from the U.S. Virgin Islands, an unincorporated territory in the Caribbean Sea. She won a seat in Congress in 2015. She declared her intentions to run for reelection.

Also in the junk food media, Garry Marshall the famed entertainer and producer of Happy Days and Mork & Mindy, Laverne & Shirley, The Odd Couple and Pretty Woman passed away yesterday. He will sorely be missed. A part of my childhood died along with Saturday Morning Cartoons.

And not to forget the Hawaii Democratic lawmaker who died of cancer. Rep. Mark Takai passed away at the age of 49. He was suffering from pancreatic cancer. He would not finish out his term.

He was a first term congressman.

World News Today send our condolences to Garry Marshall and Rep. Mark Takai.

Republicans Vote Against Naming A Post Office After Maya Angelou!

President Barack Obama awards The Medal of Freedom to poet Maya Angelou. She passed away in 2014.

When Maya Angelou passed away in 2014, many in America praised the poet for her upbringing towards greatness. Her dynamic stories of growing up in a racially-divided South have become literary masterpieces.

Her praise was going to be notarized on a post office. Although it passed through the Congress without much controversy, the Huffington Post notes that a handful of insurgent lawmakers voted against it.

The post office was going to be named in her hometown of Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

The lawamakers who voted against the naming were Andy Harris (R-MD), Mo Brooks (R-AL), Ken Buck (R-CO), Michael Burgess (R-TX), Jeff Duncan (R-SC), Glen Grothman (R-WI), Thomas Massie (R-KY), Alex Mooney (R-WV) and Steven Palazzo (R-MS), and Rep. Don Young (R-AK).

Notably the Republican lawmakers such as Brooks, Burgess and Rep. Steve King (R-IA) are scheduled to speak at the CNUTS Convention this weekend.

The so-called party of Civil Rights once again at work, trying to destroy itself.

The reason to why they opposed the naming of a post office is because Maya Angelou said positive things about Fidel Castro, the former president of Cuba.

As NBC points out, the bill was debated just after the House unanimously voted to rename a California post office. The 114th Congress has voted to rename at least two dozen other public buildings.

One of the congressmen who voted against the Maya Angelou Memorial Post Office called the poet "a communist sympathizer."

"His parents escaped communism and he feels that he cannot vote to name a post office in the United States in honor of someone who supported the communist Castro revolution in Cuba," a spokesperson for Rep. Andy Harris (R-Md.) told NBC. According to his campaign website, Harris' father was born in Hungary and his mother's birthplace was Poland.

In 2015 a United States Postal Service stamp was issued commemorating Maya Angelou with the Joan Walsh Anglund quote "A bird doesn’t sing because it has an answer, it sings because it has a song", though the stamp mistakenly attributes the quote to Angelou. The quote is from Anglund's book of poems A Cup of Sun (1967).

The Republican revisionist history says that Ronald Reagan was friend of Black America.

The Republican revisionist history says that Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves.

The Democrats passed the Jim Crow laws. The Democrats founded the Klan. Even with a Democratic President like that "racist" Lyndon B Johnson, the Democrats didn't passed the Civil Rights Act. It was the Republicans.

Who Wrote The "I Hate Black Women" Book?

The book says it clearly.
Some nobody wrote a book highly critical of Black women. The writer assuming its a pen name wrote this book called "I Hate Black Women".

Now there's a backlash against the writer and the companies that promote this.

The writer T.C. Writer (ahem) wrote this provocative, controversial and certainly much talked about book. This Writer person is an American author who writes about the elephant in the room that everyone pretends is not there. "The goal is to ruffle a few bird feathers because angry people seek change, and complacent people don't."

T.C. Writer claims that she rapidly learned that your work will never please everyone. Balancing daily hate mail with messages from those hailing her as a maverick who isn't scared to speak the truth, Writer is on a lifelong mission to help fellow African American women better themselves. But her tools are not conventional, including 'I Hate Black Women', Writer's latest book. Firm in her belief that the African American audience respond better to hate than love, Writer's provocative manifesto untangles how black women often make life difficult for themselves, fostering a culture and reputation that ultimately finds them discriminated on by the rest of society.

This Writer said that Black women need to dial back their attitudes and fall in line with the system.

Basically this writer claims that the Black woman must act right in the presence of the Black man and White people.

Yeah, Black women are discriminated against. Ask Raven Symone, she said she wouldn't hire any women with a Black sounding name.
Raven-Symone is an example of Black women who attack their own.
Hear the nonsense from that annoying conservative agitator. The worst cable news host to ever have a program constantly says that First Lady Michelle Obama is a downright mean person. When she said that "for the first time" she was proud of her country, that annoying conservative agitator says that Mrs. Obama is "an angry Black woman".

Matter of fact, even that old fart Limbaugh said that "Moo Chelle" is the type of women Alex Rodriguez refuse to date.

How about when the Madame Tussauds decided to reveal the Nicki Minaj figure. They designed the wax figure to a likeness of her Anaconda music video. The famous pose by the entertainer was being vandalized by horny jerks and sexual perverts.

In her mind, the Black woman are destructive to America.

She calls upon the American people to address this. If we refuse to address it, we're going to be considered complacent.

Well I guess I am complacent. I am not down with this garbage. I am not going to allow this hateful book spread the seeds of distrust, division and diversion about Black women.

Here's what you're going to hear from concern trolls. Did you read the book?

Many in the Black community are very reactionary. We are willing to take action against something without reading it. Before I sign off the Change.org petition to have it removed from Amazon's website, I want to know what I'm dealing with.

Of course, the difficult job of looking for this book will be the challenge.

Any thoughts on this controversy?

The Boys Of Summer!

Haters are gonna hate. The jobs are coming and the ney sayers are complaining about it!

The U.S. Department of Labor released its jobs report for May. Another good day for the president, a lot of belly aching for the conservatives. The May jobs were around 280,000 giving the jobs rate a rise to 5.5%. This rise was due to an uptick in those who gave up on searching for jobs and those underemployed.

Nevertheless, another healthy jobs report means the president created more jobs than his predecessor.

But will the partisan agitators make noise about it?

Of course.

They can't tolerate good news in the country. They believe everything that President Barack Obama's done has ruined the country. The gas below $3.00 a gallon in most states, the unemployment numbers are below 6%, the stock market has improved, the world looks to the United States as a developing partner, and many are spending $$$$ on luxuries.

This ends a slump of slow job growth that seemed to hoover.

The AP added that last month's strong job growth suggests that employers remained confident enough to keep hiring even after the economy shrank during the first three months of the year. The government also revised up its estimate of job growth in March and April by a combined net 32,000.

Construction and health care companies the drove the May job growth. On the negative side, persistently cheaper oil led energy companies to shed workers for a fifth straight month.

Still, average hourly wages rose only 2.3 percent from a year earlier. Tepid pay gains has been a persistent problem for the economy.
Still bitching and whining.
Over the past three months, the economy has added an average of 207,000 jobs, a decent gain though lower than last year's average of 263,667.

Consumers, the main driver of the U.S. economy, remain fairly cautious. Factory orders have dropped. But Friday's solid jobs report could help confirm the economy's vitality.

Auto and home sales are accelerating despite otherwise slow-spending consumers. More big employers, such as Wal-Mart, have unveiled pay hikes.

Those factors could power faster growth, fuel job gains and boost wages. If they do, a broader economic recovery than the one that's existed in the six years since the Great Recession officially ended could emerge.

Over the past 12 months, around 3 million jobs have been added. Those additional paychecks helped increase spending on housing and autos. Sales of newly built homes have surged 23.7 percent through the first four months of 2015 compared with a year ago, government data show. Rising demand for new homes could lead construction firms to ramp up hiring.

Americans bought 1.64 million cars and trucks in May, the most since July 2005. If that trend were to endure, it would benefit a manufacturing sector that's added a scant 4,000 jobs since January.

Employers seem to be envisioning a healthier economy, given that the weekly number of people applying for unemployment benefits — a proxy for layoffs — has remained under a historically low 300,000 for more than four months. By holding on to nearly all their workers, businesses are ensuring that they will have the capacity to respond to greater customer demand.

But the economy faces other challenges. The dollar has appreciated about 19 percent in the past year against other major currencies. That trend has made U.S. goods costlier overseas, thereby squeezing exports and the U.S.-based branches of foreign companies.

Nor has cheaper gasoline delivered much help. Instead of sparking the wave of consumer spending that many economists had expected, a nearly 45 percent drop in oil prices since July has damaged a U.S. economy increasingly reliant on energy drilling. The energy industry has shed workers and cut orders for pipelines and equipment.

The setbacks have been substantial enough that the International Monetary Fund on Thursday said it thinks the Federal Reserve should hold off on raising short-term interest rates until 2016. IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde, saying a rate increase could disrupt the economy, urged the Fed to await signs of wage growth.

Fed Chair Janet Yellen has said she expects to raise rates this year if the economy continues to improve, thereby ending nearly seven years of record-low rates.

Falling unemployment usually leads to fewer people seeking work, forcing employers to boost wages. But plenty of people are still searching for jobs. The aftermath of the recession has left 8.5 million people unemployed and seeking work, about 1.3 million more than were jobless before the downturn began in late 2007.

Companies often increase pay when their workers become more productive. Yet productivity fell at a 3.1 percent annual rate in the first quarter — a sharper drop than the decline estimated a month ago, the government said Thursday.

Mia Love: I'm Joining CBC! I'm Gonna Shake The Apples Out Of The Tree!

Mia Love will be the Republican Party's newest toy. She is an attractive lawmaker and one of the youngest members. She is the first African American lawmaker from Utah to win. She will become a controversial figure. She will run to the cameras whenever a racial issue arises in her party.

Congresswoman Mia Love (R-UT) the first Black lawmaker from Utah to be elected to Congress is going to be a controversial figure in the 114th Congress.

She has decided to join the Congressional Black Caucus. Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) declined. No word from Congressman Will Hurd (R-TX) on whether he'll join.

Love was extremely critical of the CBC. She felt that the members (mostly Democratic members) were agitators of racial angst. She wants to make sure that the CBC will hear all sides.

Love was the former mayor of Saratoga Springs, a suburb of Provo. Love took on Jim Matherson in the 2012 U.S. Election and lost.

Matherson was the last Democrat in the state. He was the most vulnerable lawmaker in the Congress.

Matherson would retire from Congress giving Love a chance to ran again. She would beat the opponent handily.
Mia Love with her husband Jason and her children.
The district according to the Cook Political Report was +24 Republican.

Love is of Haitian American roots. She was born in New York City. She is married to her husband Jason and has three children. She is a rising star in the Republican Party. She already took to defense of Congressman Steve Scalise (R-LA). She believes that the Majority Leader's speech to the white extremists group was a mistake but nothing short of what other politicians done.

Basically saying in the opinion: a mistake doesn't stop the message.

Love and Herd are the two Black lawmakers who were elected as Republicans in the sweep.

Scott who was elected in 2010 as a congressman was promoted to Senator in 2012. He ended up wining reelection to fulfill the term.

She along with Congressman Louie Gohmert (R-TX), Congressman Ted Yoho (R-FL), Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA), Senator Tom Cotton (R-AK) and Congressman Steve Scalise (R-LA) have already put the Republican Party in the forefront.

BREAKING: GSD, PART II?

The session of Congress is by far the worst. It's going to get even uglier now that the Republicans are in charge and they'll face the final two years of Barack Obama's presidency. The Congress is hopefully starving off a government shutdown.

With compromise being such a dirty word, I want to say the American people are not going to give Republicans much time to do nothing.

I assure you that if the Republicans win the presidency, Democrats will obstruct and throw temper tantrums. They will run to the cameras attacking the Republican president. They will do what Republicans done the moment President Barack Obama got sworn in.

In January the inept Republicans will reclaim the legislative body. They won control of the House of Representatives and the Senate. This gives the Republicans the power to pass bills at their own peril.

Those outgoing Democrats will return to the private sector or to the networks to find ways to attack the president or the Republicans who threw them out. Soon the Republicans will find themselves in charge and hopefully they'll find reasonable compromise with the president. The Republicans will now be hammered for their actions. They will get a taste of their own medicine.

President Barack Obama is not in the mood for Republican obstruction. He warned them that he's going to veto any laws that roll back progress made when the Democrats were in control.

But is there a tide turning?

The progressives along with the insurgency are not going along with the Weeper's bill. Even the senate isn't going to support Mitch McConnell and Harry Reid's bills, this next session could be even more worse.

Things will probably get done now Republicans in charge.

The Republicans can finally shut the fuck up and do something that works.

The agitators will whine regardless.

The Senate will have issued a 2-day issued extension. The House has passed the $1.1 trillion bill on slim majority 219 - 206 with 10 not voting.

Marion Barry Passed Away!

DC Councilman and former mayor Marion Barry passed away.

Today it was announced that former Washington, DC mayor Marion Barry passed away overnight.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Barry.

Barry, a colorful and yet troubled individual in the 1990s. He was caught smoking crack cocaine while in office. While in prison, he turned around his behavior. He wrote booLike the former mayor of Toronto, Barry made things work in Washington, DC during the 1990s. But his actions were mired in controversy. For you see lawmakers in Washington hated him.

Barry was a council ward during his final years.
The infamous crack smoking tape. The FBI set up a sting operation to catch the mayor.
Marion Shepilov Barry, Jr. (March 6, 1936 – November 23, 2014) was an American politician who served as the second elected Mayor of the District of Columbia from 1979 to 1991, and again as the fourth Mayor from 1995 to 1999. A Democrat, Barry had served three tenures on the Council of the District of Columbia, representing as an at-large member from 1975 to 1979 and in Ward 8 from 1993 to 1995 and again from 2005 to 2014. In the 1960s he was involved in the African-American Civil Rights Movement, first as a member of the Nashville Student Movement sit-ins and then serving as the first chairman of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC).

Barry came to national prominence as mayor of the national capital, the first prominent civil-rights activist to become chief executive of a major American city; he gave the presidential nomination speech for Jesse Jackson at the 1984 Democratic National Convention.

His celebrity transformed into international notoriety in January 1990, when he was videotaped smoking crack cocaine and arrested by FBI officials on drug charges. The arrest and subsequent trial precluded Barry seeking re-election, and he served six months in a federal prison. After his release, however, he was elected to the DC City Council in 1992 and ultimately returned to the mayoralty in 1994, serving from 1995 to 1999.

Despite his history of political and legal controversies, Barry was a popular and influential figure in the local political scene of Washington, D.C. The alternative weekly Washington City Paper nicknamed him "Mayor for life," a designation that remained long after Barry left the mayoralty.

The Washington Post has stated that "to understand the District of Columbia, one must understand Marion Barry.

The Day Of Reckoning!

Weeper of the House John Boehner (R-OH), Minority Leader Mitch "The Turtle" McConnell (R-KY) and House Majority Leader Kevin "The 'Young Gun" McCarthy (R-CA) are posed to take back Congress. They will continue to be a headache to President Barack Obama.

It's the day of reckoning. The U.S. Midterm Elections is today. There are very important governor's and U.S. Senate races. It's time to make history.

Could the inept Republicans take back Congress? They lost control in 2007 when George W. Bush was deeply unpopular. That impact managed to help Democrats retake the Congress and aid then senator Barack Obama to the White House.

Now the worthless Democrats are finally seeing the impact of six years of Barack Obama's presidency. The Dems now fear that the base that turned out for him in 2008 and 2012 is sitting it out or dirty tactics from Republican led state legislatures could hurt their chances to hold on to what little power they have.

Barack Obama is deeply unpopular and his impact could cost the Democrats seven seats in the U.S. Senate and eight in the House of Representatives.

Tonight the junk food media is going to cover every aspect of this. They will tell stories of new faces in the Congress.

The agitators of talk radio will debate the sides. The racist right will celebrate this as a repudiation of the Democrats and President Barack Obama.

The condescending left is saying that this narrative that a Republican victory is a disaster for America.

The racist right is saying that with Republicans in power, the country could be saved.

You see how this election is so divisive!

A bunch of unaccomplished legislators are going home. A bunch of unaccomplished legislators coming in. The old cycle of talk a lot of game and yet do nothing. Rush to the cameras to attack the opposition while secretly taking the spoils.

Don't let me drag on your opportunities. Get your ass out there to vote!

MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

The Inept GOP Will Take Control Of The Senate!

President Barack Obama and these two old geezers. One is the majority leader! The Republicans WILL LIKELY take control of the Congress this coming session,

U.S. Senate Race outlook is looking good for the inept Republican Party.

It's time to give you the rundown of what's going on! In a few weeks, you may see democracy in action. The lousy House of Representatives will continue to be in the hold of Republicans. But the razor thin Democratic majority in the Senate will soon come to an end. The Democrats are already down about their chances of holding control. The president's so toxic this year, the Republicans and their racist right allies have been very motivated to send the Democrats back to the minority.

Again my predictions are stated as so, the Republicans will have 52 seats and the Democrats will have 48. The Republicans will take back the majority in Congress.

America get ready for two more years of gridlock and partisan antics from the president and the Republicans.

But this time the Republicans will be trying to impeach the president over Obamacare, Benghazi, Fast & Furious, the IRS, Black Panthers, Trayvon Martin, Beau Bergdahl, ISIS, Ebola, and the executive orders.

CHiPs Caught On Tape Beating Up Woman!

This event makes Friday news tonight. A California Highway Patrol officer is under fire for using excessive force against a female suspect they accused of acting crazed on a busy stretch of highway.

There was a man who filmed the event and the shocking video went viral. This event happened on Tuesday and the junk food media is now on it.

The NAACP and of course Rev. Perm are going to be ready to strike.

Knowing that California law enforcement and the Black and Latino communities aren't the best of friends, the possibility of unrest could occur.

The video posted on YouTube shows the cop pursuing the woman on foot past an I-10 on-ramp. Those recording it can be heard laughing at first.

CHP says the officer asked the woman to stop, but she refused and continued to walk away from him.

"A physical altercation ensued as the pedestrian continued to resist arrest, at which point a plain clothes, off duty officer assisted in applying the handcuffs," the CHP said in a statement given to KABC.

The woman refused to give her name and is identified only as "Jane Doe." KABC says she was taken to a hospital for physical and mental evaluation.

Bennie Thompson: Clarence Thomas And Mitch McConnell Ain't Friends To The Black Community!

Congressman Bennie Thompson believes that the constant obstruction by Republicans towards President Barack Obama has more to do with his race than his policies. The racist right pounces on it.

The racist right can't seem to get their "I Told Ya So" moment!

Remember last week the racist right was backing away from Cliven Bundy after it was revealed on tape he was ranting about the NEGRO. That was repudiated by most in the conservative agitating media.

They were almost close to having t-shirts printed with Bundy in the Obama-style silhouette.

Now that Bundy is back in the cesspool, the racist right wanted to find something to blame the liberals on.

Enter Donald Sterling. The owner of the Los Angeles Clippers was making a racist rant about his former girlfriend posing on the social networks with Black people. He warns her not to bring Blacks to the Clippers games and told that he didn't appreciate her posing with NBA legend Erwin "Magic" Johnson.
The main reason to obstruction of the raising of the minimum wage.
The junk food media went sensational on this. All of sudden, the racist right was trying to find out what political affiliation Sterling endorsed. They dig up a time capsule and found a couple of cheap donations to a bunch of failed Democratic candidates. Automatic Democrat says the racist right.

They ran with this Sterling was a Democrat for the last three days until..... Politifact, Mother Jones and Talking Points Memo burst their bubble.

It turns out that Donald Sterling was a Republican. Abetted that he rarely donated to political campaigns, his message resonated with the Republicans.

So another talking point down the drain. No new villain.

Enter Mississippi Democratic Congressman Bennie Thompson:

Yeah, I can agree that yesterday's vote on raising the federal minimum wage shows that Republicans have real issues with the middle class and people of color. Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky) and his 43 members of the Senate blocked the wage.
Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is frequently a target of attack by Black leaders because he opposes the needs of the Black community.
Yeah, McConnell devoted his time to making sure that President Barack Obama being a "one term" president.

Now facing a tougher opponent from the Tea Party and Democratic Party, McConnell will be dirtier than usual. According to the C.R.E.W., he's one of the most corrupt politicos in Washington.

He so far up the ass of the Koch brothers.

Okay, I guess it's wrong to call Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas an "Uncle Tom". After all, he stood behind the Michigan ban on affirmative action.

One thing that the host of this show got wrong was who appointed him. It was George H.W. Bush who nominated Thomas to the Supreme Court after Thurgood Marshall retired from the court. Bush thought it would thought the notion of replacing a Black man to the court would help score some votes.

Thompson is catching flack.

Truth be told, Thompson is right.

Again, I've never in my life see such opposition towards a president.

One could wonder if this wasn't because of racism?

O'Reilly's Feud With Barbara Lee Continues!

O'Loofus found his new Ludacris. This one is a Democratic representative from California.

Looks like it's O'Loofus back to his old ways. The conservative agitator now picks fights with lawmakers who he believes are "race hustlers". Instead of promoting that vile garbage he calls rap music, the kingmaker of cable agitation now sets his sights on California congresswoman Democrat Barbara Lee.

O'Loofus and his network Loserville have made it their goal to undermine President Barack Obama and help the inept Republicans take full control of the Congress. The Republicans if proven are posed to recapture the U.S. Senate.

The Republicans are hoping that they can win enough votes (i.e. Angry White Folks) to rebound after a devastating loss in the 2012 presidential elections.

It's bad enough they had to run on this "I won't work with Obama meme", but they've tied their whole campaign around the Affordable Healthcare Act. They are so fixated on Obamacare and will continue these wasted votes long after today's deadline for enrollment.

O'Loofus is so tired of Black leaders singling him and many other conservative agitators as "racist".

Last week Wisconsin Republican congressman and former vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan made comments on Bill "If We Abort Black Babies Then Crime Will Go Down" Bennett's program derailing on intercity folks not working and wanting "da gubmint sugar daddy" to help them.

Lee didn't find that comment amusing and sent out a press release saying that Ryan should apologize for his statements.
Congresswoman Barbara Lee (D-CA) would love to debate O'Loofus. Unfotunately he's such a punk. He'll never allow her on his show because he'll have to take blood pressure meds to keep him from shouting.
To "us Black folk", you don't have to blow the whistle to get our ears ringing. You just have to be a stupid ass Republican. The privileged Ryan and his former running mate perennial loser Mitt Romney continue to be anchors around the necks of potential losers for the 2016 presidential elections.

For you see Republicans like Ryan, Romney and O'Loofus are typical old White men who fear change.

They would never set foot in a Black neighborhood.

They would never experience the joys of Black culture.

They would get their generalizations from those in the news media (i.e O'Loofus' employer Loserville).

They inspire bigots to openly attack others because of race, gender, sexuality, religion, political and economic standings.

They put in the heads of mush mouths (i.e. Romeo Rose), that Blacks are criminals. Blacks are whiners. Blacks take from the White man. Blacks vote for Obama because he's like them. You know the usual word vomit that keeps them continuously in the red when it comes to minority outreach.

O'Loofus had Ryan defend his comments. Ryan cautiously walked back some of his comments and said that Lee was a "personal friend" and "he was a big boy about the criticism".

O'Loofus wasn't. He had the nerve to call her a race hustler, a liar, a pinhead and a member of the PC crew who wants to throw race in every aspect of an event that happens in America.

Lee didn't waste time knocking the agitator. Saturday on Media Matters Radio on SiriusXM, the California congresswoman stated that (Loserville, O'Loofus, That Guy Who Helped Obama Win and Megyn The Outrage Princess) are the right's decoders. O'Loofus is using coded words, she declared.

She said, “We need to hear more from people of conscience,” and admitted that when people like O’Loofus rail against people like herself, “some people could be intimidated” and feel they shouldn't speak out. Lee insisted on the importance of moving past “anger and hostility” and engaging in a real dialogue.

She basically saying "put me on the show". I'll debate your accusations.

She was a single mother who lived on food stamps before she would run for Congress. She would participate with Ohio Democratic congressman Tim Ryan and Minnesota Democratic congressman Keith Ellison for the Food Stamp Challenge.

Many lawmakers can tell you that the safety net is very important. Without that safety net, you would see those who need the safety net kill you to survive.

Here's an audio from Media Matters Radio.

And of course O'Loofus attacking Lee after she respond the first time to his racial bias.

Barbara Lee: Bill O'Reilly Ain't Nothing But A Damn Race-Baiter!

California Democratic congresswoman Barbara Lee can tell you that she was once a single mother on food stamps. She can testify to how living poor was rough.

California Democratic congresswoman Barbara Lee didn't take kind to the accusations being thrown at her by the conservative agitator. The agitator had Congressman Paul Ryan (R-WI) on to defend his controversial statements about intercity people being too lazy to work.

She devoted her time as a lawmaker to ensure that no child will never go hungry. She is a progressive voice who believes in the American safety net. She doesn't take kindly to people like Ryan and O'Loofus (both privileged White men) telling the public that "you're a parasite" if you're getting "gubmint" assistance.

Ryan, the former vice presidential nominee went on Bill "Abort Black Babies And Crime Will Go Down" Bennett's program to rant about how those "gubmint" parasites are not working and he had his "Path to Prosperity" plan on the come out!

He would say something that rang the bells. It's like he and his former running mate perennial loser Mitt Romney can't keep their traps shut. These two losers can't muster enough to go into an intercity neighborhood to at least talk to those who work at least two jobs a day.

Lee condemned the comments by Ryan. She asks for the condescending politico to apologize.

Ryan referred to the "tailspin of culture in our inner cities." Lee in turn called Ryan's comments a "thinly veiled racial attack."

“Let’s be clear, when Mr. Ryan says 'inner city,' when he says, 'culture,' these are simply code words for what he really means: 'black,'" Lee said in a statement.

On The O'Loofus Factor, Ryan said he has no bad feelings toward Lee, noting he's "a big boy" and understands that "if you challenge the status quo, sometimes you'll be misinterpreted."

Looks like she's not going to get that apology.
O'Loofus calls the poor and needy, parasites. Paul Ryan sits there and agrees.
O'Loofus decided to takes her to task by labeling her a "race hustler".

O'Loofus claims that Lee don't want to have a conversation and that they "get voted into office by portraying their constituents as victims."

"And it's all your fault and it's my fault and it's rich people's fault and the Republicans' fault," O'Reilly said. "It's everybody's fault except what's going on ... The race hustlers don't want to solve the problem."

Blow the dog whistle, cause we got another rabble rousing statement about Blacks yet again.

Now the conservative agitator and his network Loserville are the provocateurs of racial inst.

The congresswoman was pissed with the interview and decided to let O'Loofus know that she's not a "race hustler". But she added that O'Loofus and his network run ratings on racism. She issues a statement.

Unfortunately we’ve come to expect language like “welfare queens,” “food stamp president,” and now “race hustlers” from the right wing and Mr. O’Reilly. It is disgusting and divisive and should never be accepted in our national discourse.
For us to achieve the American dream for all, we must engage in this conversation that has been sparked about race and poverty, even if it is difficult for some. Racial discrimination, poverty, and income inequality remain issues that must be debated and addressed, and these kinds of ‘code words’ only get in the way of solving the real problems.
As members of Congress, we must come together to present a budget and funding priorities that create opportunity for all. We must make critical investments in job creation, education, and job training. Among many issues, we must address extending unemployment insurance, raising the minimum wage, enacting criminal justice reform, and securing voting rights for communities of color, so that we can truly find solutions to these critical issues.
Yeah, I agree with her. The conservative network is the heart of the racial extremism in America.

State Of The Union

President Barack Obama tells Congress and the nation that if gridlock continues he will use his executive orders to get things done. Republicans weren't impressed with it. Of course, there's plenty of Republicans acting like idiots that night.

Apologies to the good readers of Journal de la Reyna, I had to work last night and didn't get the opportunity to listen to the president's State of The Union Address.

I almost wanted to just get an opportunity to sneak off the job and peak out the president's speech.

But alas, I will elaborate over the themes of President Barack Obama's address for his sixth year as the leader of the United States.

The main themes of the president's address is income inequality, women's rights, ending Iranian sanctions, immigration reform, the healthcare law, his executive orders, and climate change.

Unbelievable, there were four Republican responses. Four lawmakers were addressing the nation.

Two Stallmigos and two congresswomen had an opportunity to undermine the president. U.S. Representative Cathy McMorris Rodgers and Florida U.S. Representative Ileana Ros-Lehtinen delivered the most recent Republican response, on January 28, 2014, in English and Spanish, respectively.

Stallmigos Rand Paul of Kentucky and Mike Lee of Utah do unofficial Republican responses. The Tea Party Express does one with Lee and Paul does his little showboating response.

Of course these two have no legislative accomplishments as of today. They are often mentioned as potential presidential contenders.

House Speaker John Boehner looks like a sour puss. Even though the president tossed him a shout out for being a son of a tavern owner.

Steve Stockman walked out. He of course wanted news attention. He is going for John Cornyn's senate spot. It's possible that Stockman could beat Cornyn. After all we got Stallmigo Ted Cruz.

Trey Radel gets out of Congress. He was forced out after it was revealed he was purchasing cocaine while in office. He sought for treatment after he was found guilty of possession.

Michael Grimm acts a fool in front of New York television reporter.

Willie Robertson, Sean Hannity (aka That Guy Who Helped Obama Win) and Tyrone Woods' dad Charles were guest of the extremely conservative Republican lawmakers.

Obviously it's the talk of the week, what's your take on it?

BREAKING: Government Shutdown Adverted (For 6 Months)!

Gambled his political future to the tone of extremism.

The Senate passed a bipartisan budget bill and debt ceiling increase.

The House of Representatives controlled by the Republicans finally gave up their useless fight over Obamacare. This has sparked a feud within the party itself. The House will finally pass a clean resolution to fund the thousands of workers off the job. This will also prevent a spark of a global recession.

For nearly 20 days, government workers were furloughed and some were even working without getting paid.

Those off the job will be compensated for time missed.

The debt ceiling will be raised for a moment.

Now six months from now, we'll be back in the same mess we've gotten in. But this time, the Republicans can't stop Obamacare. And this time Republicans will have to pick their fights carefully. Because if they try this stunt again, they're going to lose everything.

Boehner and the tea party were finally forced to release their grip Wednesday by a bipartisan coalition in the U.S. Senate that said enough is enough, and the looming deadline of potential default starting Thursday.

“The House has fought with everything it has to convince the president of the United States to engage in bipartisan negotiations aimed at addressing our country's debt and providing fairness for the American people under ObamaCare," Boehner said after he finally waved the white flag. "That fight will continue. But blocking the bipartisan agreement reached today by the members of the Senate will not be a tactic for us."

All that Republicans got for the bruising battle was a fig leaf provision on Obamacare and record low approval ratings.

The bill agreed upon by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) will fund the government through Jan. 15 and extend the $16.7 trillion debt ceiling through Feb. 7. It also includes back pay for unpaid and furloughed federal workers and an agreement that both chambers would open a budget conference committee for the first time in years.

The lone change to Obamacare was minimal, and Democrats said they liked it. It involves putting tighter restrictions on income verification standards for people receiving subsidies in the Affordable Care Act's new insurance marketplaces. It was a far cry from defunding or delaying the law, as many Republicans conceded the strategy to focus the fight on Obamacare had been wrong from the start.

Republicans did notch a significant victory in the final deal. It funds the government until mid-January at the sequestration levels specified by the 2011 Budget Control Act that ended the last debt showdown. But Republicans had won that concession from Democrats weeks before the House set out on its doomed effort to strangle Obamacare.

"The sad truth is, we ended up where we started," said Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.). "We achieved our goal, but at a cost. It never should have been this way."

Cruz grabbed one final moment in the spotlight, railing on the Senate floor against letting the Treasury Department pay the debts Congress has run up and putting federal workers back on the job.

"This is a terrible deal," Cruz said. "This deal embodies everything about the Washington establishment that frustrates the American people."

But even as Cruz spoke, he conceded defeat by accurately predicting the bill would pass "by a big margin," and accused his Senate colleagues of abandoning House Republicans in the fight against Obamacare.

"I ask you to imagine a world in which Senate Republicans united to support House Republicans," Cruz said. "It is heartbreaking to the American people that Senate Republicans divided as they did and decided to direct their criticism, direct their attention, direct their cannon fire at House Republicans and at those standing with the American people.

"They became the Air Force bombing our own troops -- bombing House Republicans, bombing conservatives," Cruz said.

The 18 senators who voted against the final deal are all idiots: Republicans Tom Coburn (Okla.), John Cornyn (Texas), Mike Crapo (Idaho), Ted Cruz (Texas), Mike Enzi (Wyo.), Chuck Grassley (Iowa), Dean Heller (Nev.), Ron Johnson (Wis.), Mike Lee (Utah), Rand Paul (Ky.), Pat Roberts (Kansas), Jim Risch (Idaho), Marco Rubio (Fla.), Tim Scott (S.C.), Jeff Sessions (Ala.), Richard Shelby (Ala.), Pat Toomey (Pa.), David Vitter (La.).

President Barack Obama said he would sign the measure "immediately."

"We'll begin reopening our government immediately and we can begin to lift this cloud of uncertainty and unease from our businesses and the American people," Obama said in a brief speech at the White House.

The standoff began over the summer, when tea party Republicans, led by Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), demanded that the House of Representatives lock government funding in a chokehold unless Democrats and Obama defunded the Affordable Care Act.

House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) said no, at first. But but he later gave in, ignoring the advice of other Republicans, from Mitt Romney to John McCain (Ariz.) and Tom Coburn (Okla.).

Here's pictures that explain the whole fiasco and the lead up to passing a law.

BREAKING: Government Shutdown!

The government shuts down.

Welcome to the United States of America. It's the country of 310 million plus people and led by a constitutional government. Today Congress couldn't pass a budget to fund the government throughout 2013 and 2014.

So now what we do?

We vent online. Believe me its going to be a bunch of finger pointing!

Today, the U.S. government has let the American worker down.

As of tonight, the federal government is in a partial shutdown.

People will be affected and right now it's just a few non-essential sources, but in reality, it's everything.

People will be affected by this. Congress will find some way to work through the impasse.

Republicans will take most of the blame for the situation.

We here at Journal de la Reyna will continue to follow developments on the situation as it follows.

Syria: An American Affair!

http://assets.nydailynews.com/polopoly_fs/1.145145!/img/httpImage/image.jpg_gen/derivatives/landscape_635/alg-obama-assad-jpg.jpg
Face off.

President Barack Obama is roundly facing opposition from the equals of the left and the right over this issue with Syria. The Middle Eastern country is in a huge civil war, and there's reports that chemical weapons were used on civilians. The president blames the Syrian government for the chemical weapons use and wants to strike upon the country.

Longtime leader Bashar al-Assad has denied that his government was responsible for using chemical weapons.

He warned the United States and its allies that anything goes if they invade the country.

As the commander-and-chief, Obama has to outline his military strategy. He wants procedure strikes on military bases and spots that contain chemical weapons. The president can do that as he pleases since he's the military leader. But some are bitching about the Constitution and the possibility of going into a long drawn out war.

He's getting criticized by the Opposition Team (Rand Paul, John McCain, Lindsay Graham, Ted Cruz, and Mike Lee) on how he should address this issue in Syria. They wanted him to go to Congress to issue a declaration of war. Then when he shocked the junk food media with that, the same members of th Opposition Team are bitching about how it's a weak move by a president.

But also his core supporters, the progressives are dismayed that this could happen. I am for one concerned that the president is making a dire mistake entering into this conflict. But who am I to stop him?

I mean honestly most U.S. presidents have intervened in global affairs. This one is different. The amount of opposition is basically roundly from both sides.

The war weary American public isn't in favor of meddling in Syria.

President Barack Obama laid out a red line and told that action will be taken. So where's the action?

He's been bombarded by the left on his promise not to start wars. He's been bombarded by the right on his transparency. And of course, the right doesn't want to give him a victory and they're trying to figure ways to "impeach" him.

The Republican Party itself is even defiant in war. This party and its former standard bearer George W. Bush were unison in getting the war drums beating. The Republicans had unanimous support for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, two of the longest combat wars in the history.

This possibility of going into Syria has strained relationships with Russia. The Russian Federation president Vladimir Putin is strongly against this proposal. Russia is an ally of Syria and they believe that there's not enough proof of chemical weapons use.

Today, officials have confirmed that Syria is probably willing to give up chemical weapons to strain off an airstrike from the American military.

There's a discussion about it. A healthy and yes sometimes unproductive discussion of war.

The country is strained with economic turmoils because of the impact of Iraq and Afghanistan.

The Republican Party is trying to tarnish the legacy of President Barack Obama regardless of what he does.

We already hear talk from Rand Paul that he'll filibuster the move. Instead of writing legislation, he's going to do another camera grabbing moment to win over a few clueless stans.

John McCain was caught playing online poker while at the White House. The three hour discussion on a war strategy and McCain is playing video games. This old fool had the nerve to say that he'll talk to House members about impeachment.

John Boehner is on board with the president. And in a few days, he'll vote probably against the proposal since he's getting flack from his Tea Party members.

Pete King called the president decision a good move, but still criticized him for not being an effective leader.

Steve Stockman is already plotting a drafting of Articles of Impeachment.

Democrats are split too. Nancy Pelosi support the president. But those progressives and Blue Dog Democrats are fighting over it as well.

Syria sits within the western quadrant of the Middle East.

It's a big situation if we strike Syria. A country that no one can find on a map, but it's in those in the junk food news media who bring up those stories of those "scary Muslims."

I am actually disappointed in how far we've gotten to this moment. I mean the United States is the only global superpower in the world. Its influence has decreased since the two wars.

Many overseas view Americans as ignorant.

Yeah, we're ignorant.

Many conservative minded Americans believe that anyone who doesn't speak English (American) should go back to their country.

Many conservative minded Americans and liberal minded Americans believe Muslims aren't to be trusted.

Even though a majority of Muslims denounce the religious extremism, many are targeted for hate crimes because of perceived fears of 9/11 and the Benghazi saga.

Many conservative minded Americans would follow a Republican leader into war. They'll finger wag when a Democrat wants to go into a war. King Hippo and That Guy Who Helped Obama Win are two fine examples of that.

They we're the biggest cheerleaders for war in Iraq and called those who opposed it, "anti-American".

The very same cheerleaders are booing and crowing that this potential for strike in Syria is "anti-American."

Tonight President Barack Obama will deliver a speech to the nation about his proposals and the latest developments in Syria.

Russia's move to have chemical weapons removed may take some claim out of the storm. The conservative agitators are blasting the president for allowing Russia take control of the situation. Instead of understand the means of diplomacy, they're arm chair warriors plotting their strategies if they were the commander-and-chief.

The president welcomed any suggestions to end the conflict. But yeah, he's still can get the go-ahead to strike if Congress refuses to authorize. The president is still willing to take this on.

Diplomacy is on the way. Secretary of State John Kerry's first year on the job and he's got one of the toughest moves to make. Could he imagine this conflict gotten to this point!

What's your take on the possibility of the United States engaging in a war with Syria?

ACORN Pimp Betta Have My Money!

A setback for conservative agitator James O'Keefe. He and Hannah Giles infiltrated ACORN with secret videos and the former workers vow to take O'Keefe and the Breitbart media empire down.

James O'Keefe, the controversial conservative agitator will have to sale some of his memorable possession in order to pay up those who sued him for his "sting" videos in 2009.

The U.S. District Court found that O'Keefe, his former girlfriend Hannah Giles and the estate of dead conservative agitator Andrew Breitbart liable in the damages of those who were fired in the ACORN sting videos which got heavy rotation on right wing blogs and Fox News.

Back in 2009, Andrew Breitbart released tapes of employees of Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now doing illegal things. O'Keefe dressed up like a pimp and Hannah Giles dressed up like a prostitute claimed they've visited the locations of ACORN. They filmed workers say on camera how to create phony voter registrations, how to smuggle in child prostitutes and how to register Mickey Mouse into a low income home.

Fox News and conservative talk radio led the charge of voter fraud at ACORN. They demanded that Congress defund the organization and a federal investigation into the finances of the company.

The Congress managed to sever ties with ACORN forcing it out of business. With loss contracts, ACORN workers were let go. Some vowed to clear their names. One in particular Juan Carlos Vera wanted revenge on the conservative agitators.

He sued O'Keefe and his allies in court. Project Veritas the company founded by O'Keefe and pro-life activist Lila Rose are going to shelf out a six figure amount to Vera.

Vera was an employee of the activist group Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now in 2009 when O'Keefe and Giles traveled to his San Diego office dressed in pimp and prostitute attireto film a segment for their sting investigation. They used heavily edited footage to allege the group supported prostitution and tax-evasion.

Blowin' Money Fast.
After the video's release, Vera was fired for "unacceptable conduct" over footage that appeared to show him advising the duo on how to set up a supposed child prostitution ring. It was later reported that Vera had contacted authorities and described the details of the encounter.

In 2010, Vera filed a lawsuit against O'Keefe and Giles, alleging that they had breached his privacy by recording him without his consent. O'Keefe attempted to fight the lawsuit. But two years later, a federal judge refused to throw out the suit. Now it's settled and Vera is vindicated, and it's likely that O'Keefe will appeal the decision.

After ACORN, the conservative agitator tried to bring back the magic.

One incident had him arrested.

He managed to get federal probation for the sneak in at Senator Mary Landrieu (D-Louisiana) office, the ACORN pimp continued his mission to relevance. O'Keefe got into a heated feud with Touré after the liberal agitator on MSNBC made comments about gun control. The people over at Project Veritas ambushed Touré and his family at home.

Now ACORN was brought into the news recently. Those idiot Republicans are trying to defund ACORN.

Congressman Hal Rogers (R-Kentucky), Congressman Louie Gohmert (R-Texas), Congressman Tim Huelskamp (R-Kansas) want to defund an organization that doesn't even exist.

A perfect reason to why it's essential to have the House of Representatives in the control of the Democrats.

The Democrats at least believe in reality.

This week would mark the death of Andrew Breitbart. He died on March 1, 2012 while walking to his Brentwood, Los Angeles home. He had an apparent heart attack. Upon his death, Breitbart was going to consolidate his media websites into one venue. Now it's struggling for credibility.

The last bombshells released by Breitbart editor Ben Sharpio and Joel Pollack were duds. James O'Keefe and Lila Rose's sneak attempts are foiled before they even put on their disguises. Dana Loesh is shelling out dirt about the company saying that it's terrible place to work and no right minded activist would ever want to work at Breitbart News.

Of course there are some who still believe in James O'Keefe and the crumbling Breitbart empire. Ask the guy who helped President Barack Obama win reelection. He is on Fox News Channel with his program minus his good buddy Alan Colmes.

It's A Coming.....

President Barack Obama speaks to the press about the sequester. He's visibly angry about the Republicans refusal to support tax increases alongside spending cuts.

President Barack Obama, the Democrats and Republican lawmakers are pointing fingers at one another.

The sequester is going to take effect putting our nation's military, our government workers and our country's needy at risk of losing benefits and their jobs.

President Barack Obama and the Democrats want Republicans to give up the fight on protecting tax breaks for the wealthy. The Republicans want the president and Democrats to give up on entitlements and scaring the public with catastrophic themes.

House Speaker John Boehner and the Republican House members still are infighting over how to address the sequester. Some members are willing to tax the rich, but fear a primary challenge from a more conservative candidate. Boehner fears he may lose his speakership if he gives the president what he wants.

The public is on the president's side and the conservative media are trying there best to make it seem like the president wanted the military to be "weaken" and the growth of the government.

Now they can't understand the fact that our government hasn't grown since President Barack Obama been in office. They'll say anything that will stick to the wall. And of course, the president's political foes are tone deaf to anything he says.

Bob Woodward, the famed Washington Post journalist who rose to fame with Carl Bernstein to expose Republican president Richard Nixon's dirty deeds during his presidency. In the midst of his second term, Watergate happened and it force Nixon to resign and Gerald Ford to become the president. Ford's presidency was marred with controversy. His biggest failure was pardoning Nixon.

Woodward isn't a fan of the president. He went through the media cycle exaggerating an interview with a top Obama official. The official got heated over misinformation made by Woodward on the president.

Woodward went to CNN to tell the country that the Obama Administration threatened him.

The conservative media went totally bonkers on it. Sean Hannity was so eager to have him on to explain his side of the controversy.

Most Washington insiders figured that Woodward is trying to stay relevant by creating a scandal where there's none. And most people read the email exchange between the official and Woodward. They saw no controversy.

But since it's went viral, conservatives regardless will assume the president is hostile to the media. A media they've once claimed was in the tank for him.

It's funny that President Barack Obama won easily against that perennial loser Mitt Romney. Despite the sluggish economic conditions, the American people felt that the president's policies are working. The stock market reached 14,000 and the people are feeling good about the future.

Today, some of the steam was let out of the good times. Due to the ineptness of Congress, the government workers and people who contribute to the nation are going to suffer for a bunch of hyper partisan idiots.

My mission from this point is to be the activist. We need to get the Republicans out of the House of Representatives. They're not working for the American people. They're working for the corporations, religious fanatics and reactionary bigots.

Conservatism is on the decline. A new age is dawning. Progressive movement is rising and the conservatives aren't getting their country back!

The Democrats and Republicans who stand against progress better get their asses together or else face the gauntlet of the voter.
