Walmart Workers Caught Up!

Looks like doing good for the company was a bad thing. Three Walmart employees are charged in the death of a man who was allegedly shoplifting out of the Lakeland store.

Three Florida Walmart workers are in the freezer pending a cannon firing. They were caught up in a manslaughter case involving an apprehension of an alleged shoplifter.

The Lakeland store was the scene of a tragedy. Three workers were trying to stop a man from stealing nearly $400 worth of DVDs from the Walmart. After he dropped the merchandise, he took off.

The three Nathan Higgins, 35, Crucelis Nunez, 23, and Ruandall Tomko, 58 were taken to county lockup.

They caused grave injury to the victim, Kenneth Edger Wisham, 64. Yeah, the victim had a rap sheet for doing some minor shit, but for all that, he didn't deserve to die.
Kenneth Wisham may have been a thief but he didn't harm anyone. He didn't deserve to die.
In February, Wisham went into the store at dark time to grab and dash. He was stopped by store detective Tomiko and service manager Nunez for a receipt. When Wisham said that he didn't have one on him, he stopped his cart at the door and took off. In the heat of the moment, worker Higgins took off with the two to stop him.

As Wisham was trying to flee, he tripped and they piled on him. I guess he was having trouble breathing after they put him in a restraining lock.

He was soon having trouble trying to breathe.

After the meds took him to the hospital for treatment, he would die of his injuries.

Authorities determined after an investigation that Wisham died of mechanical asphyxiation due to restraint. An autopsy found he had 15 broken ribs sustained during the incident.

Nunez recalled the victim saying, “Let me up!” and “I can’t breathe!” according to an arrest report.

The law along with Walmart provided the tape and the evidence to bring these three to trial.

Walmart often times fears the negative perception of these events offered sympathy to the victim's family and said until the court room matter is resolved, these three will have no place within any Walmart ever.

World News Today send our condolences to the family of Kenneth Wisham.

These three are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Ohio's Inept AG Wants To Be The Guv!

Ohio's Attorney General Mike DeWine confirms that he's in the running for the Republican nomination for the state's governor.

DeWine believes that he could win the state given the "oh so great" job of his boss John Kasich.

Kasich, the failed presidential candidate is currently the governor of the state. He's a conservative who pretends to be a moderate. He so far signed off controversial laws that go after unions and abortions. He's so far leading at the bottom in job creation.

DeWine is controversial. He held back evidence in the controversial shootings of Malissa Williams, Timothy Russell, John Crawford and Tamir Rice.

Timothy Russell picks up Malissa Williams from an area known for prostitution. The East Cleveland and Cleveland Police gave chase to them, They took off a broke down vehicle and it made a popping sound. The officers believed they were firing at them. They cornered them at a middle school and they let the bullets fly. Over 137 slugs hit the car and one officer jumped on the vehicle shooting into them. One of the officer Michael Belo was charged for the crime but managed to beat the case. He was fired out the cannon along with eight others. The family of Russell and Williams sued the cities of Cleveland and East Cleveland, the officers and Mike DeWine for withholding evidence.

John Crawford was in a Dayton area Walmart when he picked up a pellet gun. A man called 911 saying that Crawford was pointing the gun at people. The Beavercreek Police immediately came and stop Crawford. The officers claimed that they gave verbal warning and then they shot him. It turns out that in the video, Crawford was on the phone with the pellet gun lowered and the officer who fired upon him didn't give ample notice to drop. The officer Sean Williams is still in the freezer pending a federal probe on his routine. The Crawford family sued Beavercreek, the officer and DeWine for withholding the video.

Tamir Rice was in a Cleveland park playing with a pellet gun. He was minding his business when a man called 911 saying that there's a man in a park pointing a gun at people. The Cleveland Police immediately came and stopped Rice. The officers claimed that they gave verbal warning and then they shot him. It turns out that in the video, Rice was caught off guard by the officers. They pulled up right on him and within a few seconds he was shot in the stomach. Rice was pronounced dead the next day. The family claims that the officer Tim Loehmann was untrained and reckless. They sued the city of Cleveland, the officer, and DeWine for withholding evidence.

DeWine is a piece of shit. He won't prosecute incompetent police officers. He will continue to allow reckless actions to happen. And he wants Ohio Republicans to know that he's tough on crime.

Nope.

Right now he doesn't want to accept refugees from Syria. He sued the government over marriage. He sued the government over President Barack Obama's immigration and trans protection law. He also is pushing for Ohio to have voting rights restricted.

Even his role in the mass shooting in Waverly, Ohio is inept. The Rowden family was murdered in cold blood. There' were allegations of marijuana grow operation and a professional hit was put out on a handful of family members. DeWine can't even determine who's actually responsible for the callous murder of innocent human beings.

DeWine who has ties to the Dayton metro area was a state legislator, U.S. representative and U.S. senator. As a senator, DeWine was a yes man for Bush. He got his ass sent back to Ohio after taking a beating from Sherrod Brown, a congressman from Lorain, Ohio.

Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) is being floated as a potential veep for either Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.

Ain't No Sunshine In This Song!

The idiots walk: They were responsible for the deaths of Akai Gurley and John Crawford.

There's no justice for Akai Gurley,John Crawford and Angie Williams. The incidents were provoked by individuals who had no care for the lives of these innocent individuals.

Ex-NYPD officer Peter Liang was found guilty in the manslaughter death of Akai Gurley. He was doing a foot patrol in a dark area of a housing project. He got spooked by the footsteps of Akai and his girlfriend inside a dark stairwell.

The idiot shot through the door striking Akai in the chest. Instead of serving time in the iron college, he will be doing in-house. This means for the next five years or 800 hours of workhouse, Liang can practically get away with murder.

Then the guy who called 911 in the Beavercreek Police shooting of John Crawford III is off the hook.

John Crawford, Akai Gurley and Angie Williams died at the hands of law enforcement. The cops walk free.
Ronald Ritchie, the guy who managed to set off a chain of event that led to the death of John and Angie Williams will not face any criminal mischief charges.

He was the guy who said that John was pointing a gun at children. That wasn't the case. He was on the cellphone talking to the mother of his children while holding at pellet gun.

So in this country, a Black man's life isn't valued as much.

And it's unfortunate that if you hide behind a badge or use 911 in the vein, you can walk with a slap on the wrist.

World News Today send our condolences to the families of Akai Gurley, John Crawford and Angie Williams.

911 Caller In John Crawford Shooting Facing Heat!

John Crawford is dead. Sean Williams is facing a cannon firing. But what about the 911 caller? Ronald Ritchie moved out of the area and went into hiding. Protesters with #BlackLivesMatter hope to bring him out of hiding to face criminal charges.

We haven't forgotten about the shooting in Beavercreek, Ohio. We haven't forgotten about Officer Sean Williams killing John Crawford III, a Black man without warning. Williams the officer who was dispatched to a Dayton area Walmart believed that John was carrying a firearm. The officer and his partner Dave Darkow were called to the store on a false 911.

John Crawford was shopping in Walmart and managed to pick up an open air rifle. While he was walking through the store, he was on the phone with the mother of his children.

Ronald Ritchie, a White shopper was nearby. He saw John on the phone with the air rifle. In his mind, he believed that John was being rude on the phone. So he concocted this story about John loading a firearm and was pointing it at shoppers. He called 911 and told them that story and it brought the Beavercreek Police out within one minute.

As John was talking on the phone, the officers creeped up near the pet supplies aisle. John was still on the phone when the officers claimed they gave him verbal disengagement warnings. That didn't happen so Williams fired.

Ritchie went into hiding after the John Crawford shooting.
According to John's ex-girlfriend, she heard screams on the phone and the words, "It's not real!" before another shot was fired.

As the officers approached John on the ground, they arrested him. He was bleeding badly. So they call for an ambulance and take the injured to the hospital. John would die of his injuries.

The panic of gunfire had gotten to a shopper. Angela Williams was near the event. She would have a heart attack in front of her children. She was taken to the hospital and died a heart attack.

Ritchie, the only person on the phone who called 911 was grilled intensely. He said that John deserved it because he caused the panic. When the Beavercreek Police and FBI shown the video, he changed his tune.

The junk food media pressed for the video's release. Ohio's Attorney General Mike DeWine refused to publish it citing potential backlash.

An Ohio grand jury would find the officers not liable in the death of John.

Despite Ohio being an "open carry" state, John's action according to the grand jury were merit for police response. The grand jury decided that even if they saw John on the phone, not pointing the air rifle at customers, and standing away from officers, his death was justified.
John Crawford death brought a lot of attention to Tasha Thomas. Thomas was grilled intensively by Beavercreek cops. She was threatened with jail time for something her boyfriend didn't do. Thomas's would die a few months later in a fatal car accident.
Sean Williams is facing a potential cannon firing after this. He may have lied on his statements. He is currently doing desk work while he's under federal watch for reckless calls past and present.

John's family field a wrongful death lawsuit against Beavercreek, Walmart and DeWine. The girlfriend that John was dating at the time was Tasha Thomas. Her family was suing Beavercreek for unlawful restraint.

Tasha and her new boyfriend were killed in a tragic car accident.

Ritchie managed to skirt the junk food media. He would eventually move out of Dayton and is living out of state. Ritchie is hoping that his new neighbors never heard of him and his role in the shooting.

Protesters head over to Fairborn Municipal Court to file wrongful death complaints against Ritchie.

They hope the judge would hear the case and force Ritchie to return to Ohio to face criminal charges.

Ritchie shut down his social media and has not spoken to the junk food media since the protesters petition.

Me and S. Baldwin haven't forgotten about John Crawford. He was killed by the Ohio laws that were supposed to protect his right to carry a firearm in public without fear of arrest. If he was a White guy carrying an actual firearm, they would have waited until he would have fired on people before they would take action.

MarShawn McCarrel Passed Away!

Black Lives Matter activist MarShawn McCarrel passed away.

The Black Lives Matter movement have went to social media to show condolences to a member of their team. He went to social media to tell the world that he's struggled for many but he felt failure came upon him.

MarShawn McCarrel who was a high profile activist in the wake of the John Crawford and Tamir Rice shootings in Ohio, was found dead. He died of a self-inflict slug. He was found on the steps of the Ohio statehouse.

"We don't have any evidence to know the reason why he did it," a State Highway Patrol rep tells the Columbus Dispatch. But the Washington Post notes McCarrel's social media posts "oscillated between joy and despair." "I love y'all," the 23-year-old tweeted Monday morning. At noon came his final tweet: "Let the record show that I pissed on the statehouse before I left." Then this Facebook post around 3pm: "My demons won today. I'm sorry."

A former teacher describes McCarrel as the student he was proudest of in his 27 years on the job. "I saw him as a shining star in the future of civil rights." Indeed: McCarrel was named one of just 15 Radio One Hometown Champions, attended the NAACP's Image Awards on Friday, helped organize Black Lives Matter protests in Ohio after the shooting of Michael Brown, founded a youth mentorship program, and worked with the homeless. "He had so much to do," his mom tells the Dispatch. "He forgot to take time for himself." A fellow activist says "the statehouse was no accident. We've been working so hard, and yet the conditions for the people in our community ... are still so hard." McCarrel was "an activist to his soul," a friend adds on Facebook. He "fought tirelessly in Ohio and beyond for the rights of oppressed people … Brother—we'll keep fighting. You rest, now."

World News Today sends our condolences to the family of MarShawn MacCarrel.

Cop Walk In Tamir Rice Case!

Tamir Rice was killed in November 2014. Ohio prosecutors decided to not indict officers.

I will no longer support the Democratic Party. I will not support the Republican Party either. They are too fucking inept in local and national leadership. The leadership in both national parties in Washington and in my state of Ohio can kiss my ass.

I will always have my support for President Barack Obama. Although I am starting to realize that he can't mend the fences between White and Black. His impact as the first Black president opened up wounds that should have disappeared in the 20th Century.

Although I still am tolerant of race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, political and economic standings, I'm going to be more critical of those who say "I'm not a racist, but....!"

We should have expected that White resentment would surge. I knew it. I just didn't want to believe it. I just didn't want to believe that given these high profile events, White America was starting to be more diverse towards Blacks, Hispanics, immigrants and Muslims. Nope.

Donald Trump tapped into the anger of people who believe that "even though it applies to me", those who aren't like me shouldn't have it.

So basically in a nutshell, if a White boy was playing with firearms or fake firearms, he's not likely gonna get shot. But given you're Tamir Rice or John Crawford, you're going to be killed.

Or in the case of Sandra Bland, you can end up dead if you get pulled over for a turn signal violation.

It's a travesty of justice.

Ohio grand jury decides to not indict the two cops who were involved in the November 2014 shooting of Tamir Rice. On a slow news day, the Cuyahoga County prosecutor decided the time is now to allow Tim Loehmann and Frank Garmack walk out that courtroom and go about their lives.

They may end up back on the force.

The family of Tamir Rice who sought almost one year and two months for an indictment got no justice.

The family said that Loehmann went into the situation guns ablazing. He spared no second. He shot Tamir at two seconds of sight.
Two second rule spares corrupt lawman from murder charge.
All because of a fuck up on a dispatcher call.

I am not only mad at the Cuyahoga prosecutor Tim McGinty, but I am pissed at the junk food for trying to make the case it was justified to kill that boy. I am pissed that every time a cop walks, we get concern trolls bitching about how "Blacks must stop something that we never started".

I am so tired of the issue of "Black on whatever" crime made an issue when Black America protest unfair treatment by law enforcement.

I am tired of law enforcement not properly training their officers in situations.

There is no GOD. If there was a GOD, we would have equal justice for equal criminal acts.

Some rich White teen gets away with murder after drinking and driving. Now he an unrepentant danger to the community and those around him. He's given slapped on the wrist. But a little Black girl who gets mouthy with a lawman gets slammed on the ground. A man who walks away from a lawman gets shot 16 times while a White woman doses her face in drain cleaner gets a book deal. A White man murders innocent church goers in the middle of bible study gets food after he calmly surrenders. I bet you money a Black man won't get this type of treatment.

That's some real fucked up shit.

So I will spare the rest. I am guessing the cops who injured Freddie Gray, shot Laquan McDonald, shot Akai Gurley, shot Sam Dubose, shot Christian Taylor and Jamar Clark will walk too.

Most of the officers who were involved in the shootings of the unarmed or unintentional circumstances walked.

The Law Bucks A Man In Pennsylvania Walmart!

Fatal police shooting in East Stroudsburg Walmart.

Do I smell a John Crawford style shooting in East Stroudsburg?

The law puts down a gunman who was threatening shoppers at a local Walmart.

I don't know. Maybe it was a legitimate threat.

Pennsylvania is an open carry state. A person can walk into a business with a firearm.

I have to be skeptical. Could it been another swatting call?

Ronald Ritchie calling 911 on John Crawford saying that he was pointing a gun at shoppers. That wasn't the case. The law arrived in two minutes to the store. The law would approach John while he was on the phone. He was holding a BB gun on his shoulder and within two seconds, he was shot by Beavercreek, Ohio police.

Andrew Joseph Todd was the gunman who came into a Walmart with a two handguns and a machete.

Maybe he may have threatened customers. Maybe he didn't. The state police and feds are investigating if the shooting was justified.

Stroudsburg resident Chris Torino was in the store's home and garden section when he saw the man dressed in black with a bandanna over his face holding a handgun to his own head. The man rounded a corner and went into a different aisle, at which point Torino lost sight of him.

Torino was probably the one who called the law on Todd.

"People started screaming and going frantic. They were saying, 'look, look, look!'" Torino said.

Within what seemed like minutes of the man entering the store, Stroud Area Regional Police converged on the store carrying assault rifles and telling shoppers to evacuate.

The scene was chaotic and shoppers screamed and scrambled to the nearest exists, dropping shopping bags on their way out the door, Torino said.

Torino heard at least one shot fired as he evacuated the store. Todd didn't shot anyone at the store. No body was injured in this. The law was doing the shooting.

The law declined to comment on whether the man was pointing the gun at his own head.

Are they trying to say that Todd was trying to commit suicide while in the store. Suicide by cop?

The Law Won't "Shoot On Sight" The White Guy With A Firearm!

Daniel Kovacevic, 25, near Akron bus stop - Twitter
The White guy strolls Akron streets with a firearm and there's nothing the law can do about it. He has a right to do so under the Ohio open carry law.

If a mass shooting happens, the blame game often comes into play. From the Charleston shooting to the most recent shooting in San Bernardino, the agitators want to point fingers at each other rather than solve problems. President Barack Obama said that we're becoming numb to mass shootings. It's like an everyday occurrence in the country.

When the shooter is Black, he's either a thug or Obama's son. When the shooter is a Muslim, he's either a terrorist or a supporter of "radical Islam". When the shooter is Hispanic, he's either an illegal or a drug smuggler.

When it comes to innocence before guilt, Blacks, Hispanics and Muslims are often guilty before trial.

When it comes to White people, they're innocent until proven guilty.

White people are often given glowing profiles when they're arrested. Blacks, Hispanics and Muslims are given menacing profiles (i.e. use of drugs, hand signs, criminal history or views opposed to the United States).

White people stockpiling firearms is just prevent a government gun grab. Muslims stockpiling firearms is a potential terrorist attack.

The junk food media ignores "NICE GUYS" being the most dangerous individuals to ever hold a firearm. The "NICE GUY" is probably the ones who are likely going to commit acts of mass murder.

These are the people who are shunned by society. They have been hurt by relationships, jobs, discrimination, and unfortunate circumstances. They get influenced by events, groups or self-infliction.

Raw Story reported on an Ohio man deliberately toying with residents. He is using Ohio's open carry laws to walk around neighborhoods with a loaded semi-automatic firearm.

Daniel Kovacevic, 25 year old man was testing the law.

So he goes into Akron and Cleveland wearing his firearm on his holster. He stands near a Black barbershop.

The barber is of course shaken by this. He calls the law on Kovacevic and they come to the area. Of course, the law was tied up with other issues and said that he wasn't causing any problems in the area.

The owner Deone Slater did not want the man with his rifle hanging out in front of his shop.

Kovacevic was warned about trespassing and was told to leave.

He escapes the law without a scratch on him. Many in Black America are fumed up over the fact that a White man with a firearm can stroll through Black neighborhoods without being arrested or shot.

But when it comes to John Crawford picking up a BB gun from the Walmart shelves and Tamir Rice playing with a pallet gun, they were shot on sight.

“He was a threat to my community,” Slater said. “If I can prevent him from shooting up the city, I would. I won’t condone it. Somebody’s got to stand up.”

Slater said he was yelling profanities at Kovacevic when police arrived, and that Kovacevic said little during the confrontation other than to ask him if he was a Christian.

“I told him to take his guns off. I told him let me have five or 10 minutes with him without his weapons,” Slater said before adding that the police seemed more concerned with him than the man carrying the gun, and that he believes race plays a part in it.

“They (police) were more concerned about me than him, as if I were the threat,” Slater explained. “If it were me with a gun, they would have shut the whole block down.”

“He’s a threat to me and my people. He’s a threat to me.”

Police have been monitoring Kovacevic for days after receiving calls from security at University of Akron that he was seen near the school carrying his rifle.

Had he been a Black man, he would have been shot on sight.

When Trolls Attack!

Okay, here we go again. A troll was critical of a recent post I've put down on World News Today.

Hey, if you're still here I want to give you an unabashed honest answer to your concerns and let you know that you're entitled to your opinion. Matter of fact, if you haven't experienced it, good.

I hope it never happens to you. But since it happen to me and many other people of color, it matters.

I normally don't respond to your comments. But since we get that one that managed to slip through, I decided to answer to you!

Whether you take it as an offense or a suggestion is a matter of your choosing. Not mine.

So here we go. Get your magnifying glass and start reading the word vomit from "When Trolls Attack".

Anonymous said...
What junk? You say that some have already concluded that the suspect is guilty. Hell you have already concluded that the Deputies are guilty. So, in other words, you are no better than the people you are demonizing. It appears that you have your own personal bias as it is anyway. It is amazing at the number of people that say that they "believe" that Martin wouldn't have done that; they don't "believe" that Martin had a gun. In the the end, your "belief" means absolutely shit! You weren't there. Trashy fucking blog! That's all this is.

This sounds very personal not a unbias blog at all. It is very clear you are trying to push your own agenda!! and unfortunately any idiot can hide behind a computer and write what ever they want!!!! This blog is trash !!!!!

Did you get an opportunity to read this? The troll says the blog is junk, trash, demonizing, etc.

Okay, no one pointed a gun to your head telling you to read this blog. If we demanded you to read this blog, then I guess we're demonizing you!

Personal bias! Yeah, everyone has a bias. Don't give me this bullshit about a world without bias. I know my personal views and beliefs. I don't hide my feelings about an issue. I don't discuss my personal beliefs around the job, around the public or in response to you! I waste too much time debating someone who's two feet in the manure. It's nothing personal unless you've experienced it.

The article where this word vomit came from dealt with Ohio deputies killing Dontae Martin.

According to the report, the deputies from Montgomery County said that Martin was pointing a gun at them and they opened fire on him. They claim that he was in an accident and then pulled a firearm on him. Of course, they didn't have their lights or dash camera on during this encounter.

It sparked outrage with the community and the family demands answers to the situation.

They deserve a right to the answers. What I done was slip in an experience with the deputy who fired on Martin. Josh Haas is in the freezer for shooting the man. What I stated was a former friend who is a minor offender told stories of corruption in the department. She singled Haas out.

I been profiled by him and Gust Teague, the other deputy who opened fire on Martin. I want to be clear that they're in the freezer until the Ohio Bureau of Investigation and FBI determine they used justified discharge of their service weapons.

The sheriff of Montgomery County tried to stir guilt towards the decease. He said that Martin had "cop killing" bullets and has minor run-ins with the law. Yeah, but those other times he was unarmed.

His family said that he had applied for a concealed carry license. In Ohio, concealed carry licenses are up. Ohio is an open carry state. You can carry a firearm in a business and not be harassed by the law. It may spook people but given the state lax laws, you can wear it on your shoulder without a peep.

Matter of fact, White people are more likely to bring firearms into business and no one would call the law on them. Black, Latinos and practicing Muslims would probably be shot on sight. John Crawford was killed in Beavercreek after he picked up a pellet gun. This asshole Ronald Ritchie called the law on him. The law didn't give a strong verbal warning. They shot him from a distance and he was hit twice. He would die of injuries. The cop who shot him Sean Williams is still in the freezer. His department is under investigation by the U.S. Justice Department.

You may say that I'm bias and whatever. I say you're ignorant and you don't have freaking clue.

The moment I've said something about how the law treats people of color, and you automatically say that I'm "anti-cop" and "blah blah blah"

The deputies aren't charged with a crime. There is a preliminary hearing before a grand jury decides whether to charge the officers. Right now they're in the freezer which is standard procedure for those who shoot their service weapons on a suspect.

If the deputies are charged for a criminal act, they're innocent until proven guilty.

I assume that you assume guilty before innocence. Obviously, you're like that. That's fine. You have a right to judge just like I have a right to criticize.

But in the meantime, we appreciate your feedback. However, based on your response, you're wrong!

I'm going to be mild in expressing my response but be warned, you're testing my nerve! I will shut you down hard if you make another bold comment!

So if you're reading this whoever you are, understand we're here to stay! You can't move a boulder without throwing your back out! Hopefully you're not that stupid to do so!

We Still Can't Breathe: One Year Later!

Eric Garner, Michael Brown, Tamir Rice, John Crawford and Trayvon Martin were killed by law enforcement. Their names became symbolic with the Black Lives Matter Movement.

We reflect on the need for better policing in the wake of three high profile incidents where the unarmed or unintended were gunned down by the law.

July 17 - Eric Garner was a father of six who lived in Staten Island. He was accused of selling cigarettes on a corner when the NYPD confronted him. While being filmed on camera, one of the officer placed a restraining hold around his neck. Eric would utter the words "I Can't Breathe".

As they take him down on the ground, the law was shocked to find out he wasn't breathing. They would call for an emergency crew. He would die at a local hospital.

This officers Daniel Pantaleo and Justin Damico were let off the hook. The prosecutor Daniel M. Donovan, Jr. found that the officers didn't do anything that caused Eric's death.

Donovan, a Republican went on to become a U.S. Representative in a special election.

The family was awarded $6 million in wrongful death lawsuit.

August 5 - John Crawford was a father of two. He lived in Hamilton, Ohio. He was shopping in Walmart in Beavercreek, a suburb outside of Dayton. He was on the phone when he picked up an opened air rifle. While on surveillance camera, you see him walking through the aisles on the phone with the air rifle, A man calls 911 claiming that John was pointing a AR 15 at shoppers. Beavercreek police arrive on the scene. They enter through the garden center and without proper warning fired two shots at John. John yelled to the officers it's not a real gun.

As they take him down to the ground, the law was shocked to see he wasn't holding a real rifle. They would call for an emergency crew. He would die at a local hospital.

The officer who fired his weapon Sean Williams is in the freezer. He was let off the hook when the Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine found that the officer did nothing wrong. The grand jury said that even though Ohio is an open carry state, John caused his own death.

DeWine is a Republican who sides with the law on most issues.

The family sued Williams, DeWine, Beavercreek and Walmart for wrongful death.

August 9 - Michael Brown was a teenager who lived in Ferguson, Missouri, a suburb outside of St. Louis. He was walking down the street when an officer stopped him. The officer claimed that Michael was acting menacing. There was a struggle and the officer fired his weapon. Out of twelve shots, six of them hit Michael.

As the officer takes him down, he realized that Michael was unarmed. He would call for backup and then an emergency crew. Michael died on the scene.

The officer at first said that he stopped Michael for being in the street. But he would change his story saying that he was told of a robbery and the suspects were nearby. Michael was on surveillance allegedly stealing a cigarillo from QuikTrip.

This event sparked unrest. The QuikTrip that Michael visited was burned down.

The grand jury found that the officer Darren Wilson didn't commit a criminal act and he was spared trial.

That launched another night of unrest. The rioting cost millions, people were injured.

Michael Brown's family is suing Wilson and Ferguson.

Wilson would resign from the force and go into hiding.

You notice that these events happened one year ago. These events have sparked the Black Lives Matter Movement.

Black Lives Matter is an American activist grassroots movement that can be traced back to the July 2013 acquittal of George Zimmerman in the Florida shooting death of African-American teen Trayvon Martin.

It received fresh impetus from the 2014 shooting of Michael Brown, an African-American teen, and the death of Eric Garner, as well as the acquittals of both of the officers who killed them. The Black Lives Matter movement also speaks out and organizes against police brutality against African-Americans in the United States.

Some of the unarmed African-Americans who died at the hands of law enforcement have had their deaths protested by the movement, including Tamir Rice, Eric Harris, Walter Scott, and Freddie Gray (which sparked the 2015 Baltimore protests).

The movement was co-founded by three black activists: Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors, and Opal Tometi.

The shooting of Walter Scott by a white policeman was recorded by a bystander, who contacted a local activist involved with Black Lives Matter; they, in turn, contacted Scott's family to take possession of the video. Soon after the video was released to the public, the officer was arrested and charged with murder. The case is pending.

When you look at how many officer involved shootings in which lead to the death of unarmed suspects, you might want to question why do this stuff continue to happen despite the outcry from Trayvon Martin.

So many names in the news being killed by gun violence.

Shame we're still not making progress on gun control. The United State leads in gun violence.

Over 4,000 people were injured by gun violence. About 2,400 of them died because of gun violence.

Gun violence is more of a threat than terrorism. The discussion is often muted because of Republicans, some spineless Democrats and the NRA.

I am a gun owner and I am a voter. But seriously, we need to do something about this.

When will the next shooting occur. Will the junk food media follow this shooting like they've done with John Crawford, Michael Brown and Tamir Rice?

When will we hold those responsible in law enforcement for unintended deaths of unarmed citizens such as Eric Garner and Sandra Bland?

When will we finally recognized that everyone killed by gun violence matters?

Concern Trolls Can't Move Boulders With Their Hands!

In the wake of high profile incidents involving police, concern trolls believe its the victim's fault for their deaths.

Okay, here we go again. In the wake of high profile incidents in which police faced harsh criticism for the deaths of people in their custody, the concern trolls come out with the defense of the law.

They head to the social media and blogs such as our and leave their word vomit.

I would suspect these trolls as members of law enforcement or individuals who have ties to those in law enforcement. These trolls would post nonsense like what you're reading below.

Again, I shrink it down so you will have to have a magnifying glass to read it.

Only in a world as profound sick and decadent as ours would saying police officers - dedicated to upholding the laws governing the very society making it possible for black dysfunction and criminality to be protected - lives be construed as racism and cause a controversy

Why are we quick to listen to the plight of the carjacker and the drug dealer, so willing to put their behavior in “context,” yet we fail miserably to comprehend the fact that cops — particularly cops in high crime areas — are dealing with domestic abusers, addicts, thieves, murderers, pimps, and the various other dregs of humanity on a daily basis? This might take a toll on your psyche after awhile; perhaps make you jaded, cynical, even bitter. I know it would to me, and I know the police who manage to be decent in spite of it all deserve an immense amount of respect.

For just being....well you know, could be a death sentence. #IfIDieInPoliceCustodyit'sbecauseIpointedmygunatpolice

Okay, if you have an opportunity to strain your eyes, I want you to understand the grievance by this concern troll.

The troll says that "we are quick to listen to the plight of the carjacker, the drug dealer, so willing to put their behavior in 'context'".

As usual the concern troll blames the victim. Hey, no one is perfect. No one can live in a glass house without a stone being thrown at it. I mean haven't you had a traffic violation or even an encounter with the law?

I have traffic citations. I know people who have criminal history. I've been fired from a job. I don't consent to police searches of my vehicle. I question why the law pulls me over.

The victims who died in police custody have not committed any criminal act. So what the fuck are you bringing up someone's past? It's not relevant to why these officers did what they've done to these unarmed citizens.

This troll says that our "very society making it possible for black dysfunction and criminality to be protected - lives be construed as racism and cause a controversy."

What pisses me off is the racial aspect to this. Black dysfunction and protecting criminality! What the fuck are you talking about? No one supports criminality. Not even the suspects.

Crime doesn't discriminate against race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, political and economic standings.

I don't often use race as a factor to why the victim died in police custody. That's left up to the junk food media and the trolls. Whenever the media releases a picture of the person who died in police custody, obviously you automatically tag race to it.

I can testify to experience that I've been profiled by the law. I had store guards look at me like I'm a shoplifter and I have experienced negative encounters.

I look at this as reckless calls. I also look at the blue wall of silence. This tactic is not official but it's common among those in law enforcement. An officer will defend his brothers. That's why oftentimes the leaks to the media say something positive about the law and something negative about the victim. This is a tactic that often gins up tension whenever someone like this troll says that "politicians and civil right leaders" condone "adjective" dysfunction and criminality.

Concern trolls are like this guy trying to move a boulder.
My psyche is always been common sense. I am reclusive and yet tend to be open minded. I don't have the assumption of guilt of anyone who commits a criminal act. That's why they have the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th Amendments. Even the mass shooting terrorists in Tucson, Boston, Aurora and Charleston are innocent until proven guilty. Those terrorists in Boston, Tucson and Aurora faced the victims in a court of law.

It's because he pointed a gun.... How do you know?

Okay this is comes from the controversy facing the law in Dayton, Ohio. Montgomery County sheriff deputies who claimed that Dontae Martin pointed a firearm at them. They opened fire on him, killing him instantly. The cops reported this but yet they are still in the freezer.

Montgomery County sheriff Phil Plummer went into this claim that "he had a criminal record" and "cop killer bullets" to tarnish the victim. The family says this is a smear campaign and they're trying to shield corrupt lawman. I agree that Josh Haas and Gust Teague may have lied about the encounter.

They deserve the benefit of the doubt but I don't take them at their word given that their captain and lead sergeant were caught sharing racial emails. And this isn't the first time citizens complained about these two deputies.

They have no dash camera or body camera to back up their claims. They didn't have their lights on when this encounter occurred. We have to believe their word. I told you that Haas and two of his buddies, one being James DeBarr were the ones who profiled me earlier this year. Haas was the one who put a slug in a man at a gas station last year.

The family is calling for the U.S. Justice Department to look into the matter.

The concern troll is the "a plague on both your houses" approach, where the concern troll tries to convince people that both sides of the ideological divide are just as bad as each other, and so no one can think themselves "correct" but must engage in endless hedging and caveats. This preys on a willingness to debate critics and allow dissent; everyone wastes time discussing the matter and bending over backwards, so as not to appear intolerant of disagreement, all to the great amusement of the troll.

Do me and S. Baldwin a favor. Ignore the trolls. Don't feed them. Use them as an example to keep pushing harder for police reform. Use them for the opportunity to move the discussion forward.

Don't hide the truth!

The Law Guts A Motorist They Claim Had A Weapon!

The family of Dontae Martin want answers to why the Montgomery County Ohio deputies opened fire on him.

The law shot and killed a man from Dayton, Ohio. Montgomery County Sheriff deputies were investigating a vehicle collision in an area. Now the family, the junk food media, the bag 'em ups and the top cop want answers to why this ended this way.

Dontae Martin was a minor offender who was gunned down after two deputies ordered him to drop his firearm. They put slugs in him. He died on route to the hospital. World News Today send our condolences to the family of Dontae Martin.

Martin was involved in an accident. They initially responded to an area close to my home. They were called upon an injury accident. They claim that Martin pointed a firearm on them. They opened fire and dropped a 99.

Deputies Josh Haas and Gust Teague are in the freezer pending the outcome of the investigation. They were the ones who shot the 34 year old father of six. Martin applied for concealed carry permit.
The family of Dontae Martin want answers to why two deputies bucked a man who legally had a right to own a firearm.

The Martin family hired up national attorney Michael Wright to look into this. Wright and former partner Anthony Vannoy have been nationally recognized in the wake of the John Crawford shooting.

Martin's family and attorney Wright wants answers to why would Martin pull a firearm on a cop?

Dominique Vinzant, Martin's fiance who lives a “few houses down” from the scene, said she couldn’t believe Martin would be involved in a shooting.

“I want answers, I need answers, I got kids, I need answers,” she said. “I got to be strong for them like he would want me to, but they deserve to have their father there and being that I got to raise these kids alone now, I need answers.”

So Montgomery County sheriff, Phil Plummer's argument to the junk food media is that the suspect had "cop killing" bullets. The teflon coated bullets are a cop's worst nightmare.

Those type of ammo are likely to pinch into tanks. That ammo is often used in the war.

President Barack Obama was hoping to have lawmakers place a ban on them. But the inept Congress is too afraid of the backlash from the National Rifle Association. The NRA warned lawmakers that if you impede on our firearms, prepare for a defeat in the primaries and general election.

In the state of Ohio, he was allowed to have a firearm with "cop killing" bullets. There's no law on the books in the state of Ohio to disavow those bullets.

It's not crime to have a firearm with that type of bullet. So this what our junk food media going to peddle to the public. They automatically claim that Martin was in the wrong.

Dontae Martin was a minor offender.
Okay, where's the dash camera footage of Haus and Teague apprehending the suspect?

Did they talk to the suspect before he pointed his firearm?

Did they actually follow him and he tried to elude them but ended up crashing?

The word on the street is these two deputies were involved in a previous shooting this year.

Even my ex-friend is aware of these two.

She is a well known prostitute and heroin addict who is struggling with her personal demons. She claims that she "takes care" of one of these deputies.

She is for now a non violent offender. She's been in the county lockup numerous times. She has claims that they're hair trigger cops who shoot first, question last.

I am familiar with these officers. They represent the Harrison Township jurisdiction. This was the jurisdiction where a former captain with the force traded racially charged emails with some of the deputies.

Why is Haas singled out?

Haas was the one who gutted a suspect at a gas station last year. Haas was cleared of any charges in this shooting. The suspect was waving a gun around acting crazy. Haas put the bullet in the gut. He was placed in the freezer for about two months.

He seems to be in the junk food media often. He was deputy of the year in 2013.

These were the deputies who pulled me over a few months ago. These deputies along with James DeBarr are trigger happy types.

Sheriff Phil Plummer defends actions of the two who drew fire on suspect.
They were profiling me. I have no criminal record. But since I know people who have criminal history, I am an automatic criminal.

Does it make me a criminal cause I know someone who has a criminal history?

NO.

Does the law lie when they justify deadly force when they discharge their firearm?

YES.

The junk food media WILL always favor the law. Because the law is suppose to be trusted and they can never tell a lie.

I've posted my racial profiling experience in February of this year.

Again, I don't want to jump to conclusions. Obviously in a life or death situation, the law has to do whatever it takes to protect their lives and the innocent.

With so many routine traffic stops that end with deadly encounters with the motorists (especially of color), I want to first see the evidence of a provoked incident. I want to know the facts and see the video before I pass judgement. I know that they're some in the junk food media pushing this narrative that the suspect is already guilty. There are some in the public who assume guilt of the suspect anytime the law uses deadly force. There are some in the concern troll arena believing that the law was justified despite having no proof of such.

For just being....well you know, could be a death sentence. #IfIDieInPoliceCustody

Cincinnati Police Investigating University Cop Shooting Of Unarmed Motorist!

A father of 12 was gunned down by university cop and the city of Cincinnati is now once again dealing with another shooting of an unarmed man.

There were over 500 incidents where those in law enforcement used deadly force on individuals.

We don't have all the names of those shot by the law. But if it wasn't for social media, some of them wouldn't even gotten this much attention.

A father of 12 children was to be married at the end of the year. It's a shame that this dream of happiness was cut short after a traffic stop resulted in his death. He was a non violent offender.

The University of Cincinnati Police officer who shot and killed the unarmed motorist is on leave while his superiors hands it over to the Cincinnati Police and Ohio Bureau of Investigation.

Yeah, wink and nod.

The Cincinnati Police are still grieving over the death of Sonny Kim. He was gunned down a few weeks back in Madisonsville by a suicidal suspect.

Samuel Dubose, 43 from Cincinnati was shot by the university cop after allegedly driving the vehicle with the officer's hand in it. The Cincinnati police are investigating the situation.

The shooting happened Sunday evening around 6:30 pm. The officer Ray Tensing pulled over Sam for having no license or license plate. In the officer's report Sam handed Tensing a bottle of the drank.

When the officer refused the bottle, Sam pulled off and that's when Tensing drew his service weapon and let the lead fly.

Sam was gutted and was pronounced dead at the scene. The officer had a body camera. The officer had a dash camera. The city prosecutor will look at the tape before determining where they go next.

Of course, we seen this one too many times. Like with the shootings of John Crawford and Tamir Rice, the law will find some excuse to say that the suspects were provoking the situation. They will lie on their reports.
Shooting in Mt. Auburn
The blue wall of silence will once again come forth when the junk food media brings pressure on the law to arrest one of their own for the reckless call.

Yeah. Sam had served time in the iron college for marijuana possession. He wasn't charged for robbery and assault. So of course, the leaks of information about Sam will come into the conversation.

They will use every tactic to pain Sam as the criminal and not the victim.

Of course, President Barack Obama will be forced to discuss this situation the moment, rioting breaks out in the city. Cincinnati in April 2001 had a riot. The riot involved the aftermath of Stephen Roach, ex-Cincy lawman getting off with bucking Timothy Thomas, an unarmed suspect. Timothy had minor offenses but Roach was spooked by the young teen running through a dark alley and he pulled the trigger. That set off a week of unrest. Actually three days but for the junk food media, it would be like unrest. The junk food media was racing to the areas where the liquor store and clothing stores to watch the looters grab the drank and pair of Nikes.

World News Today send our condolences to the family of Samuel Dubose.

City Leaders Want Dayton To Merge With Montgomery County!

Dayton, Ohio is struggling. The local leaders want to merge the city with the county.

In the rust belt city of Dayton, Ohio, some local elected leaders have thoughts of merger. They propose to merge Montgomery County with the city of Dayton.

Meaning that every jurisdiction will dissolve and eventually be a part of the city of Dayton.

If the local leader get a ballot measure on the docket and it's approved by the voters, Dayton will be a consolidated-city county similar to cities such as Louisville, Columbus, GA and Lexington, KY.

Dan Foley is urging the city leaders of every jurisdiction to help.

Foley has been a strong advocate for regional collaborations including the consolidation of services and the promotion of new models of revenue sharing to promote regional economic development. He has also been a strong advocate for improving the quality of life by spearheading efforts to improve the river corridor, the bikeway system, and amateur sporting events.

Dayton Together is the new shiny coin that Foley and others are trying to pass upon the residents.

They hope that if this works, Dayton's population will surpass Cleveland.

If you do the math, Dayton's residency population is 138,000. Montgomery County's residency population is 437,000. That equals to 565,000 residents.

The city will officially become the second largest city in the state.

This area is still struggling with issues that date back to the civil rights days. Mainly the conservative minded residents are strongly opposed to this idea. They don't want the problems of the city to come into their neighborhoods. Of course, race is a contributing factor to their opposition.

An example of the concern trolls who went to the Dayton Daily News website to vent off about it.

.

Dayton, like all cities run by Democrats, is running out of Other People's Money.

Now they would like the rest of the county to be forced to subsidize them.
myself333's avatar
.

County residents have an easy way to decide whether to support merging Dayton with the county.

Simply get in your car, and take a nice leisurely drive through the neighborhoods of East Dayton, West Dayton, and North Dayton. Notice the homes, the cleanliness of the area, etc.

Then compare those neighborhoods with your current area, and decide if you want to merge.

These cities surround Montgomery County, Ohio. Dayton, Ohio is the county seat.

There are townships and unincorporated communities in Montgomery County. The proposed merger will dissolve the townships and incorporate every land mass into the city of Dayton.

Wikipedia has explained a consolidated city-county in this form. A consolidated city-county is a city and county that have been merged into one unified jurisdiction. As such it is simultaneously a city, which is a municipal corporation, and a county, which is an administrative division of a state. It has the powers and responsibilities of both types of entities.

A consolidated city-county is different from an independent city, although the latter may result from consolidation of a city and a county and may also have the same powers as a consolidated city-county. An independent city is a city not deemed by its state to be located within the boundary of any county, and recognized by its state as a legal territorial entity separate from surrounding or adjoining counties. Not considering Hawaii, which has no independent cities, the Midwest and Upper South have the highest concentration of large consolidated city-county governments in the United States, including Indianapolis, Indiana; Nashville, Tennessee; Jacksonville, Florida; Louisville, Kentucky; Kansas City, Kansas; and Lexington, Kentucky. Currently, the largest consolidated city-county in the United States by population is Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, while the largest by land-area is Sitka, Alaska.

Any thought on this?

Macon Police Put Juvies In Lockup After They Trash Walmart!

The teens crash Walmart.

The conservative Craigslist is the right's click bait. They often use this website as to promote their views on social media and through the junk food media.

But what stories attract them the most?

It's those lovely stories about Black criminal acts.

The Southern Poverty Law Center, Gawker, Media Matters for America and The Daily Banter have all noted that this website is a gateway drug for White extremists. This website has seen a rise in traffic recently. The website links often local stories about criminal behavior on the bylines.

Most readers automatically assume it's Black criminals because it's linked and it's in an urban area.

The website is doing the best PR for recruiting the next White terrorist.

You look at the comments from the concern trolls. I bet you money that Barack Obama's name is mentioned. Then you read down the comment section and see racially insensitive word vomit.

White extremists find common ground with the news aggregator. According to them, he's doing the work that the rest of the media won't!

Word vomit would require some form of "If I had my....."

A) Firearm
B) Camera
C) Vote
D) All Of The Above

A local story about a riot inside a Walmart obviously has attracted a bit of national attention. A group of  Black teens ransack a Macon Walmart and totally trashed the place. It was caught on surveillance camera.

The Bibb County Sheriff and Macon Police are rounding them up and putting them in time out.

One of the teens was outed by his parents. He lost his phone and he thought he could come back to retrieve it under the guise of being an innocent shopper caught up in the riot. Now he's been forced to snitch on the rest of them in order to stay out of the iron college.

The damages done cost a four figure sum. Obviously, the ones involved are banned from all Walmart stores in the United States.

Sheriff's officials said one of the teens later told a Walmart employee the goal was to see how much damage they could cause.

Sheriff's officials say floors were coated with broken merchandise. These young teens ran up the aisle knocking over stuff. Call the law, we got a riot inside Walmart.

Shoot to kill.

You notice that last month two White women fought inside a suburban Indianapolis Walmart. One of the woman's child was fighting in the video.

The person whipped out the camera and filmed. It went viral and the women weren't charge for fighting. The security wasn't dispatched.

A group of men were stopped by a Florida sheriff's deputy in a Walmart. She ordered them to leave after they spent too much time eye shopping and not buying. They got verbal with her and she put the cuffs on one of them. The film the altercation and it went viral.

John Crawford III paid the price for legally have a right to carry an open pellet gun in Walmart. He picked up the pellet gun while on the phone. He got shot twice in the chest while he was on the phone. He was shoot by Beavercreek, Ohio police. They didn't get charged for murder.

The People Of Walmart is a website that devotes its time to covering the most outrageous things that happen in the world's largest retailer.

And for all the good that Walmart does for the community, these things hurt its image and the individuals involved.

What's sad is that according to someone (who heard from someone) the Black teens were bored and they wanted to a flash mob.

See hearsay also works in concern trolling.

Indiana Women Fight In A Walmart And Bystanders Film It For Viral Sensationalism!

Walmart bans customers from store after a video emerged of them fighting.

Beech Grove, Indiana is a community surrounded by the city of Indianapolis.

The Beech Grove Police and Marion County Sheriff are shaking their heads in disgust over the incident in which two women get into a huge fight at a Walmart. One of the women told her six year old son to attack the other woman.

Walmart will automatically ban the women and child from every store in the country.

Allegedly one of the women claimed that the other said a racial slur. Amber Stephenson said that the woman told an employee that she's a fucking NIGGER.

“This bitch was sitting there yelling at an employee at Walmart, and she was telling her that she was a NIGGER and that she was going to get out of the chair and whoop her ass,” the woman said.

Fox 59 reports that Stephenson called in a radio station to tell her side of the story. She also criticized the security staff and the person who filmed the fight. She said that more things could have been done instead of trying to make social media fame.

“I don’t blame Walmart employees for not intervening. But as far as security, if you go to any other Walmart fight video, security is right there trying to break it up, help them.”

By the time police arrived, Amber said the fight was already over. She also talked about the role her son played in the fight.

“My son takes martial arts classes. He’s been going to the gym for several years with his father. I mean, he’s been in the gym for a long time,” she said. “He got a little crazy. I don’t have to worry about him ever being bullied.”

She described the boy as a straight-A, honor roll student and teacher’s pet. She said his martial arts teachers have taught him not to back down.

“My son is raised perfectly right. My son is perfectly well taken care of.”

A Walmart spokesman also said company policy prohibits employees from intervening in a violent situation. The store does have security officers, but they were just coming on duty as the fight was happening.

“This type of behavior inside one of our stores is completely unacceptable and we are notifying the individuals involved that they are no longer welcome on Walmart property. Once we were aware of this situation, a member of our management immediately called the police and we are continuing to work with them on this matter.”

Beech Grove Mayor Dennis Buckley called the situation “embarrassing” and pointed the finger at Walmart.

What makes the police more annoyed is the fact that the bystander videotaped on the camera phone it instead of calling the police. And to make this clear, this isn't the first case of problems for the Beech Groove Walmart.

There have been over 500 calls this year alone. The city is planning on issuing nuisance fines towards the mega store.

Brian Marye is the guy who filmed the video. He didn't care if the women were injured. He didn't care about the child's safety. He didn't care about dialing 911. All he wanted was viral sensationalism.
