Rep. Robert Pittenger (R-NC) is walking back his comments about the unrest in Charlotte. The lawmaker represents the city and the suburban south. He said these comments on a foreign news channel. He insulted 1/3 of his constituents yesterday on the BBC.
When asked about the unrest in the city, Pittenger basically said that the protesters "hate white people because white people are successful and they're not."
Newsflash: There are White people involved in the protest.
This the sixth fatal shooting by the police. The police refuse to release the body camera and dash camera footage for fears it may spark more violent protests.
The family of Keith Lamont Scott saw the video. They demand the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police release the full encounter. They continue to stand firm that Keith didn't have a firearm on him.
Pittenger with Donald Trump.
The law said that a firearm was retrieved on the scene. According to the law, they were serving an arrest warrant to another figure when they stumbled across him.
The Republican Party is desperately trying to win over non White votes. Donald Trump boasts he is winning with Black, Hispanic and the youth vote. Will this set him back?
This is the deplorable behavior of the Republican Party. This is how Republicans think of President Barack Obama and Black America.
The governor Pat McCrory ordered the National Guard to Charlotte.
More divisive rhetoric from Wisconsin sheriff David Clarke.
Police Benevolent Union of New York decided to honor the most divisive figure in the junk food media. Patrick Lynch honored Milwaukee County sheriff David Clarke for his outstanding benefits to those who wear the badge.
A politically divisive figure who called Black Lives Matter activists a bunch of slime. A politically divisive figure who called then Attorney General Eric Holder an "asshole". A politically divisive figure who said that President Barack Obama hates cops and relishes in the murder of Whites.
A politically divisive figure who is a Black lawman who was elected as a Democrat. A politically divisive figure who resides over a country that is ranked one of the worst places for Black people to live.
A city with a population of 648,000 residents. A city that is divided by a viaduct that literally divides the city's Black and White population. The well off live south of the city. The poor live in the north.
An area where residents claim that the political divisive rhetoric from this figure created the distrust.
A politically divisive figure who appears on Fox News and especially Sean "Softball" Hannity's program more than a handful of times to bash Black leaders who call for accountability.
Rubbing salt in the wound, NYPD police union boss Patrick Lynch honors David Clarke, a Black conservative sheriff from Wisconsin.
This is who they honor for their Patrolman of the Year.
“I think of Mr. Clarke the same way I regard Bull Connor, the same kind of law enforcement officer who would sick fire hoses and dogs on elderly women,” said Kirsten John Foy, northeast regional director for the National Action Network.
“I think he has a disregard for people of color. He has allowed the power that comes with the badge or the gun to cloud his true mission or perspective. “
Marquez Claxton, a retired NYPD detective and former member of the 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement group, called the PBA’s decision to honor Clarke “surprising and disturbing.”
“This is a guy who is beyond polarizing, who has zero empathy at even understanding about police community relations, who has even less respect for communities of color,” Claxton said.
“He really is often times nothing less than a hate-monger.”
Two figures that dismiss BlackLivesMatter and President Barack Obama.
PBA President Pat Lynch offered a vastly different take on Clarke, an unabashed Donald Trump supporter who has become a hero to the right for taking on black activists.
“During this challenging and dangerous period for police officers across the country, Sheriff Clarke has stepped into the national spotlight as a passionate defender of our profession, appearing frequently on TV programs and at high-profile events such as the Republican National Convention to push back against the rising tide of anti-police sentiment,” Lynch wrote in a letter to his members.
Lynch and Clarke are politically divisive figures. The trust between Blacks and law enforcement is at an all time low. We can credit them for agitating the notion that cops can't do wrong and it's the fault of Blacks.
According to Lynch and Clarke, any criminal act by a Black suspect is punishable for death.
It's on now. Andrea Tantaros sues Roger Ailes and new Fox News president Bill Shine for sexual harassment.
The conservative agitator Andrea Tantaros filed a federal lawsuit against Roger Ailes and new president of Fox News Bill Shine.
In her lawsuit, she claims that the network "masquerades as a defender of traditional family values, but behind the scenes, it operates like a sex-fueled, Playboy Mansion-like cult, steeped in intimidation, indecency and misogyny."
She calls out Ailes, Bill Shine, public relations manager Irena Briganti, and her former friend Bill O'Reilly as agitators of sexual harassment.
Remember Bill O'Reilly was accused of sexually harassing Andrea Mackris. She sued him and they settled this matter without a figure being said. Somehow O'Reilly has a thing for Andreas. He also hired Bo Dietl to spy on his ex-wife when she filed a divorce against him. The ever so temperamental O'Reilly tried to get her new husband arrested for criminal charges. Tantaros said that O'Reilly was fond of her and asked her to come through so he can get some "privacy" with her. He said that she's a "wild girl with a wild side". The issue was resolved when she ended her contributions to The O'Reilly Factor.
Former Massachusetts senator Scott Brown who is a part-time contributor to Fox News is accused of making inappropriate comments about Tantaros and other woman. He even took a nasty jab at Elizabeth Warren, his then rival for his competitive seat. He would sneak up on Tantaros while she was purchasing lunch and grab her waist and shocking her.
She said that Fox News Washington chief John Roberts was a dick to her. He is a Canadian born journalist who is married to CNN/HLN anchor Kyra Phillips. Roberts made a nasty comment about her fertility. The statement was "Have you frozen your eggs?"
Tantaros had filed a complaint against Roberts and they punished him for this. But the O'Reilly and Ailes accusations weren't going nowhere.
Even actor Dean Cain, groped her on her butt when he appeared on Outnumbered to slam President Barack Obama. He said that he's the "luckiest guy in the room". Cain appears frequently on the show.
When Tantaros rejected Ailes request for a sleepover, she was demoted from The Five to hosting duties on Outnumbered. When she brought attention to Shine, he told her to back down. Shine said that Ailes is "very powerful man" and he could ruin her. He told her that she "needed to let this one go."
Roger Ailes and Bill O'Reilly are accused of sexual harassing Andrea Tantaros.
Ailes also tried to denounce Tantaros and her relationships.
Tantaros also said that Ailes said some really ugly shit about his employees.
He thought Greg Gutfeld was gay.
He thought Dana Perino was a lesbian.
He thought that Dana and Greg were shacked up in the darkroom.
He thought Kimberly Guilfoyle and Eric Bolling were having an affair.
He believed that Kimberly Guilfoyle was open 24/7. He said that she's a Puerto Rican whore and a streetfighter. A real alleycat in the bedroom.
He said Monica Crowley is a shrill woman.
He said Shannon Brean is annoying as fuck.
He said Gretchen Carlson is batshit crazy.
He said that Catherine Herridge is a stalker chick.
He said "Money Honey" Maria Bartiromo is a fat hog.
He said Harris Faulkner was an angry Black woman.
Tantaros detailed some real shit in her lawsuit and it opened up some real hurt feelings between her colleagues and the head honchos.
We're seeing Fox News destroy itself. Liberals are cautiously rejoicing the epic fall of a news titian.
You notice that most of the agitators on primetime haven't mentioned Bill Clinton's affairs. Well "Softball" Hannity had called an alleged mistress the "Energizer Bunny" but that's mild compared to what he and many others have said.
Steve Doocy, Brian Kilmeade, Bill O'Reilly, Eric Bolling, Geraldo Rivera, Shepard Smith, Jon Scott, Greg Jarrett and Neil Cavuto are known to harass employees.
Gabriel Sherman is destroying Fox News with a pen.
Fox News chief Roger Ailes isn't having a good day. Rupert Murdoch gave Ailes two opinions, get fired out the cannon or quit the job.
Sources report that 21th Century Fox Entertainment and Fox News CEO Roger Ailes is about to be fired out the cannon.
Fox News's brain and mastermind behind the most successful cable news channel is under fire for sexual harassment. His reckoning came from Gretchen Carlson. The former anchor filed a federal lawsuit against him and he's trying to get it dismissed.
He claims that she's bitter. But in reality, he's bitter. His past is coming back to haunt him.
James and Lachlan Murdoch are the sons and investors of News Corp, the international mass media company founded by their father Rupert Murdoch.
Gretchen Carlson admits that Fox News is GOP propaganda.
Murdoch is very concerned about the allegations. Now it's reported that all media personalities will be interviewed and recorded for comments said by Ailes.
Gretchen found an ally in five other women. But what got me rocked out of my seat is the one woman I would never expect aid Gretchen in her fight against Ailes.
I was not expecting this!
Megyn Kelly told investigators that Ailes sexually harassed her. This bombshell also falls in suit of the feud between Kelly and Donald Trump. When Trump was berating Kelly during the primaries, Ailes and his acolytes weren't helping her out.
She took a few weeks off after the dustup. Trump and Kelly sort of settled their feud.
Megyn Kelly gets a shout out for taking down the biggest asshole in the junk food media that's not Donald Trump.
Many media figures have somewhat defended him. But the evidence is there and now those pinheads on the couch Steve Doocy, Brian Kilmeade, and Ainsley Earhardt got to be retrained.
Tucker Carlson, Greg Gutfeld, Chris Wallace, Bret Baier, Keith Ablow, Geraldo Rivera, Martha MacCallum, Bill Hemmer, Shepard Smith, Jon Scott, Jenna Lee, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, Neil Cavuto, and Greta Van Susteren have to report to investigators and be retained on their behavior in the workplace.
I can say that Bill O'Reilly, Shepard Smith, Softball Hannity, Brian Kilmeade, Steve Doocy, and Greg Gutfeld better start looking over their shoulder.
O'Reilly, Smith, Kilmeade and Doocy were accused by women and men of sexual harassment.
No word of any comments from Gretchen Carlson or Roger Ailes. No comment from Fox News or the News Corp folks.
Stay tuned to the story. Biggest media story of the year.
I practically despise him and Matt Drudge. I believe they are the reasons to why the Republican Party is destined for failure. Donald Trump's biggest cheerleaders in the junk food media are often ridiculing President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, #BlackLivesMatter, and anything that goes against their warped views of America. They are often boasting these kookspiracies and hosting wackadoodles who have nothing good to say about their fellow Americans.
Megyn Kelly, the rising star of Fox News is celebrating her third year as the primetime host of The Kelly File. Her show is ahead of MSNBC's Rachel Maddow.
At one time, Rachel Maddow was the leading agitator at 9pm. She dominated the year after the 2012 presidential election. The folks at Fox were concerned that the 9pm spot was going to be lost.
Never fear, Megyn is here. She was promoted to primetime and was given the 9pm spot. The shakeup was huge.
The right team. Conservative agitators Greta Van Susteren, Bill O'Reilly, Megyn Kelly and Softball Hannity.
The shakeup led to demotions and move arounds. Shepard Smith got promoted to breaking news and keeps his 3pm slot. He lost the 7pm slot and it went to Greta Van Susteren. Gretchen Carlson lost the seat between the two airheads Brian Kilmeade and Steve Doocy. She hosts the 2pm slot. Bill O'Reilly keeps the 8pm spot and still is the reigning king of agitation. Geraldo Rivera loses his show. Juan Williams goes to The Five. But who ends up getting the weak 10pm slot?
The most annoying conservative agitator on radio and television, Softball Hannity.
Softball Hannity was pissed that he loses the 9pm slot. He held that spot since he's started. And he even had pushover Alan Colmes to help him promote his warped views of America.
Softball Hannity says that he's not "fair and balanced". He says that he's not a straight news man, he's an opinionated agitator. He admits that he will treat Republicans and conservatives with kid gloves while demonizing Democrats and those who called him out for his bullshit.
Megyn Kelly who is celebrating a huge win this week for settling the feud with Trump is getting media bookings.
She went to Andy Cohn of Bravo to discuss her days over at Fox. There's word that she may retire from the right wing network in the few years.
This cartoonist wanted to poke fun at First Lady Michelle Obama and Melania Trump, the wife of presumptive Republican nominee Donald J. Trump.
This cartoonist is gaga for Trump. He makes it no secret that he's no fan of President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.
He goes all out with a sexist and borderline racist depiction of the first lady looking like a "man".
Check this nonsense out for yourself.
The cartoon was published by Ben Garrison who entitled this piece #MakeTheFirstLadyGreatAgain.
This cartoon gives the impression that the First Lady is a transexaul or a butch. Regardless of this, this is an example of what Republicans think of the First Lady of the United States, who happens to be a Black woman.
A professional Black woman who a mother. A woman went to Princeton and the Harvard Law School to become an educated lawyer is regarded by the sexist, Islamophobic, homophobic racists as a "transexual".
The cartoonist who drew this shit. Ben Garrison claims he's a "One Man Klan".
This is an insult towards Black women, transgender women and White women. To depict Melania Trump only as a beauty model instead of a business mogul is sexist too.
To make the impression that White women are more feminine than Black women is pretty damn racist.
Garrison claims he's a "One Man Klan" on the illustrations. You should see how he depicts Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton.
This is how Ben Garrison depicts Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.
He believes political correctness is killing America.
Garrison's cartoon shows the public that Trump isn't supportive of women's rights.
Facebook faces a slew of conservative outrage over its viral content.
Conservatives are totally pissed that the world's largest social media website decided to play politics in the trending section. Many stories that favor conservatives aren't trending and an ex-Facebook worker is "exposing" the shadiness of the social media.
Of course, these are the very same conservatives who want to the private sector to thrive. Well the last time I've checked, Facebook is a private company.
Gizmodo, the technology news agitator broke the news and conservatives are none too happy that Mark Zuckerberg isn't being "friends" with them.
According to the ex-worker, Facebook would routinely suppress news stories of interest of conservative readers from the social network's "trending" news section.
Stories about the CPAC gathering, perennial loser Mitt Romney, Rand Paul and other conservative topics weren't trending. It had to passed around by the site's users.
Conservatives are now crying that Facebook has liberal bias.
Facebook denies any political bias.
Topics that conservative constantly bring up are: Benghazi, Clinton in jail, Lois Lerner (former IRS official), Obamacare, radical Islam, Obama's not American, Obama's a Muslim, Ted Cruz, and Chris Kyle. They were shoved aside.
Given how social media has helped Barack Obama become the president, conservatives have long whined that the media is against them. It helps them win votes.
Regardless, Facebook can do whatever it wants. It's not in the business of pandering to hateful rhetoric from the likes of Breitbart News or The Drudge Report. It doesn't need to read racial slurs or groups devoted to hating on someone's race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, political, economic and social standings. It's not in the business of allowing trolls dictate content.
Conservatives are blowing steam. Because if they really wanted to end their Facebook accounts, they wouldn't even touch Freedombook, formerly known as Reaganbook: The Facebook for Patriots.
DeRay McKesson decided to run for mayor to stop the potential nomination of former mayor Sheila Dixon.
Civil Rights activist DeRay McKesson formally files for the Democratic primary in the Baltimore mayoral race. The race is fielded with 13 candidates and one of them is scandal plagued.
Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake has declined to run for re-election. Leading candidates include former Mayor Sheila Dixon, state Sen. Catherine E. Pugh, City Councilmen Carl Stokes and Nick J. Mosby, lawyer Elizabeth Embry and businessman David L. Warnock.
Knowing he's a long-shot for the nomination, DeRay wants to make a statement to corruption in the Baltimore police, the rampant homicide rate and potential of Sheila Dixon returning.
Dixon served as Baltimore's mayor before Stephanie Rawlings-Blake took over. Dixon was appointed to mayor after Martin O'Malley became governor of Maryland. Dixon would end up resigning after she was caught up in a bribery scandal. She took kickbacks and tried to hide it from state auditors.
Mckesson, 30, a Baltimore native and former public school administrator here and in Minnesota, is part of a team called Campaign Zero, which seeks to end police killings in America. The group wants to end "broken windows" policing, increase community oversight of police and limit use of force, among other goals.
He has met with top White House officials and presidential candidates in recent months to discuss civil rights. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has called him a "social media emperor."
McKesson who rose to fame as apart of the #BlackLivesMatter movement has attracted much attention during the 2014-15 peak. He was there protesting throughout a list of high-profile incidents involving law enforcement.
McKesson has been rewarded for his actions and scrutinized by them. I started to acknowledge him when he appeared on that annoying conservative agitator's right wing carnival. He appeared alongside some conservative Black extremist Kevin Jackson. The interview between the two was heated. Jackson played dirty by called McKesson a "race pimp".
Since his appearance, McKesson rose in social media stock. Today he has 308,000 followers on his Twitter account and I am guessing some of his detractors are there too.
DeRay runs for mayor.
McKesson ignored the critics and kept pressing forward. His ground work also includes his #CampaignZero project which expands from police reform but protection of those in the LGBT community.
McKesson came out last year as a gay man.
Other candidates include Nick Mosby, the husband of state prosecutor Marilyn Mosby. She rose to fame when she indicted the six cops who were involved in the killing of Freddie Gray. Nick also appeared on that right wing network and told the reporters and Geraldo Rivera that their divisive coverage of the 2015 riots were biased.
The city of Baltimore already have 23 homicides this year.
So Freddie severed his spine. The law claims that he did it to himself.
Once again, we jump to conclusions. Some say this! Some say that!
Blame the suspect for his own death! That's what the Baltimore Metro Police and the agitators are trying to fuse into the minds of White America.
What you want to believe is the suspect injured himself when being transported to city lockup. This is coming from anonymous sources (i.e. the other guy who was riding with suspect).
According to the leaks, the suspect hit his head constantly.
So I guess he ground and pound the police van.
When are they going to leak to the junk food media, the pictures of blood on the van, the internment into the lockup, and the real reason to why they came.
That annoying conservative agitator was making bold claims about this case. He said that he talked to a "source" about the case.
The "source" claims that cop morale is down because of Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and this controversy. The "source" claims that he heard someone say that this case is a wrap. Freddie caused his own death.
Now you gotta love how the junk food media handles this revelation.
The actions of the MLB's Baltimore Orioles and Mayor Rawlings-Blake are being criticized by the arm chair warriors. No matter what they done or what they could have done, they're always gonna be a person bitching about how wrong it was.
The media is giving Toya Graham praise for being a mom.
What?
Toya is a mom 24/7. She doesn't need to be reminded that. I give her praise for getting her son out of the rioting, but the junk food media is trying to exploit the situation for $$$$ and a relentless smear campaign against Toya and her city.
The mother of six told the junk food media that it's a struggle being a single mom and she didn't want her own son to become entangled in the media's obsession.
So far, we're through 48 hours since the riot and nothing for the media to obsess over.
The curfew is working and the public is trying to rebound from this.
The picture floating around the racist websites is this picture. Some say the Black man tried to snatch a purse. Others say the White woman was trying to snatch the big handbag.
Random Musings.... A perception of the rioting in Baltimore.
The $$$$ shots are the pictures that gives them scared White folks an emotional reaction towards this event that happened on Saturday and Monday.
We don't condone rioting and looting. We don't condone yellow journalism.
CNN, Fox News (aka Loserville), MSNBC (aka Obama News), the AM dial agitators, the internet agitators and local news agitators see click bait and ratings whenever an event goes on in America.
They chase the shinny coins.
This ongoing controversy comes in wake of the Freddie Gray death. Six Baltimore officers are off the force after video showed them arresting Gray. According to some, Gray was injured and he dragged to the police van with feet dragging.
Saturday was the first round of rioting in Baltimore. Monday after they buried Gray, the second round of rioting. Both netted some costly damages and injuries.
Baltimore looters. Some are White looters. The junk food media wants to see Blacks steal from the liquor store.
What the media fails to show is the peaceful protests that happened in the 99% of the city.
The 95% of protesters who aren't out there rioting or inciting rioting are being ignored. Usually the one who don't riot are flooded with condescending remarks about labeling the rioters "thugs" or saying that the Black leaders are not doing anything to solve this.
Another thing, are white people involved in rioting too?
Of course they are! But the media won't show that because it doesn't fit their narrative of the scary Black people stealing from the liquor store.
They're not interested in that nonsense about residents cleaning up burnt homes and the CVS store.
The junk food media isn't interested in the mayor taking all the incentives to stop the rioting. Stephanie Rawlings-Blake has given the police all the resources needed to prevent more riots from happening.
The conservative agitators want President Barack Obama, Rev. Perm and Cut His Nuts Off Jackson to react or come to these areas to solve these problems. But once they shows up the same agitators complain about them being there.
But one managed to capture a picture of a Black man and White women. The picture shows that he's stealing her purse.
That was splashed on the racist right webs.
But something is being cleared up. Was the White woman the aggressor?
Some say yes. Others say no.
According to some, they said that she was a drunk who tried to run up on the Black man. The others say that it was a purse snatching.
I can't judge it. What I see is perception. That's what generates the thoughts of Black men being natural born criminals.
Mic’s Derrick Clifton wrote, “When a mob of mostly white people take to the streets, vandalizing cars, storefronts and street signs in the process it usually means someone either won or lost a game.” Drawing on an earlier piece, penned by Zak Cheney-Rice, Clifton continues: “These rioters are usually called ‘revelers,’ ‘celebrants’ and ‘fans.’ They’re not even called ‘rioters’ in many cases. They’re not derided as ‘criminals,’ ‘thugs,’ ‘pigs,’ or even ‘violent.’ Those descriptors, as events in Baltimore Monday night reveals yet again, are only reserved for black people.”
Erica Crippen went missing for nearly three months. Not one peep from the junk food media. Her body was found in rural Maryland. The suspect Kyle Crosby is facing murder charges. He was the husband of the victim.
Thanks to The Black and Missing Foundation for dropping this one. If it wasn't for Black and Missing this story would be watershed for a missing pretty White girl.
S. Baldwin and I have long talked about how the junk food media often ignores missing people cases.
These type of missing people stories that attract agitators such as Nancy Grace have to be the perfect formula.
VICTIM (WHITE WOMAN AGE 17 - 35) + SUSPECT (WHITE MAN/BLACK MAN) + SITUATION (COLLEGE, VACATION, INTERNATIONAL TRAVELING, STRANDED MOTORIST) + TIMING (DAY/NIGHT/HOLIDAY) + LOCAL ACTIVISM (REWARDS, MEDIA DRIVEN BIOGRAPHY) = JUNK FOOD MEDIA SENSATION.
No matter how you put it, the junk food media will obsess over missing White women.
Hence the term Missing White Woman Syndrome. It's used by social scientists to describe the extensive media coverage, especially in television, of missing person cases that involve young, white, upper-middle-class women or girls.
Sociologists define the media phenomenon as the undue focus on upper-middle-class white women who disappear, with the disproportionate degree of coverage they receive being compared to cases concerning missing women of other ethnicities and social classes, or with missing males of all social classes and ethnicities.
The PBS news anchor Gwen Ifill is said to be the originator of the phrase.
Although the term was coined to describe disproportionate coverage of missing person cases, it is sometimes used to describe the disparity in news coverage of other violent crimes. The concept is similar to hierarchy of death, in which certain types of deaths garner more news coverage than others. Missing white woman syndrome has led to a number of tough on crime measures named for white women who went missing and were subsequently found harmed.
Since New Year's Eve, no one could have imagine New Jersey mom Erica Crippen would have just disappeared. Some believed that her abusive husband Kyle Crosby may have something to do it.
This week the law found Erica's body on the side of a rural Maryland road near Sykesville.
We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Erica Crippen.
The AP reports that investigators used a GPS device that was in a New Jersey man's vehicle to find the body of his wife, who had been missing since New Year's Eve, along the side of a rural road in Maryland, a New Jersey prosecutor said Wednesday.
The body of Erica Crippen, 26, was found under branches and brush in Sykesville, Maryland, on Tuesday; she was wrapped in a blanket; her arms, legs and neck were bound with an electrical cord and duct tape was on her face and nose, Burlington County Prosecutor Robert Bernardi said.
Crippen's husband, Kyle Crosby, 28, was charged in January with murder in his wife's death after investigators found items of "evidential value" in the trunk of his car in connection with her disappearance. They haven't disclosed what was in the trunk. He remained in county lock up Wednesday. Court and lock up records didn't list a lawyer for him.
Bernardi said that after Crosby's arrest, investigators found a GPS device in his car that contained 8,600 points, or what the prosecutor characterized as "bread crumbs" that showed where the vehicle had stopped. Crippen's body was found less than 100 feet from one of the points, Bernardi said.
Kyle Crosby is in lockup. He murdered his wife Erica after she was threatening to leave him.
It's unclear how or when Crippen died but authorities believe Crosby dumped her body either on the evening of Jan. 10 or morning of Jan. 11, Bernardi said. An autopsy was scheduled in Baltimore.
Investigators searched three times in Maryland for her body, but their efforts were hampered by the brutal winter, the prosecutor said.
A business card from Gloucester Township, where Crosby is from, was found near the body along with discarded food in a box from Royal Farms, a gas station chain, Bernardi said.
Investigators also found surveillance video from one of the stores in Maryland showing he had been there, Bernardi said. Phone records also showed he made a call from the store.
The couple lived in Mount Laurel with their infant daughter and Crippen's 7-year-old daughter. Crippen's body was found the same week her husband's 67-year-old mother, Jo, was charged in the case with hindering and tampering with physical evidence.
Authorities allege Jo Crosby deleted several text messages from her phone sent to her son the morning police believe he killed his wife.
According to an affidavit, at least 15 text messages between her and her son on New Year's Eve were retrieved during a forensic examination of their cellphones. The two also had an 18-minute phone conversation, according to an affidavit obtained by The Associated Press through an open records request. Jo Crosby eventually admitted deleting the messages when she learned authorities were coming to interview her, the affidavit said.
Kyle and Erica have a daughter. Now that child will not have a mom or a dad to raise her. Her dad murder her mom and threw away all the opportunities to see his child become a beautiful woman.
She has been released on $12,500 bail. It wasn't clear Wednesday if she had an attorney who could comment on the charges. No one responded to a note left at her house seeking comment.
A story that the racist right agitator Colin Flaherty missed was the death of Erica Crippen.
She was a married woman from New Jersey. She was reported missing for over a month. Her body was found in Maryland, and the suspect is in custody.
The shocking twist it was her husband.
But even more shocking was the fact the woman was Black and the suspect is White.
So where is Colin Flaherty?
Somewhere in the cesspool trying to find his next bombshell featuring a Black criminal inflicting harm on a White victim.
No apologies. Holder will eventually retire once Republicans confirm Loretta Lynch as his successor for Attorney General of the United States.
The Senate will finally confirm the successor to Attorney General Eric Holder.
Lorretta Lynch will get a label in the coming days. Obviously this choice will certainly become a target of Republicans in the coming years. Of course, being a Black woman is enough ammo for the Republicans to attack her character.
It may take up about 52 senators (or 60) based on the Republican Majority Leader Mitch The Turtle (R-KY) rules to confirm Lynch. The stallmigos Rand Paul (R-KY), Jeff Sessions (R-AL), Jim Inhofe (R-OK), Ted Cruz (R-TX), Tom Cotton (R-AR), Joni Ernst (R-IA), Tim Scott (R-SC) and Mike Lee (R-UT) will probably vote against it.
Like every other outgoing member of the Obama administration, some will go to networks to focus on their achievements and what the successor should do to make things better.
Holder, pretty much said, good luck to Lynch, she's gonna need it!
Holder isn't apologizing to Republicans. He's practically saying the party is in dire straights. It's doomed to failure. And being led by a tabloid news outlet like Loserville is even worse imagined.
Holder will speak on GOP Sundays. He will talk to NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN and The Politico. But absent is Loserville. He will not speak to the smirking chimp Chris Wallace, Megyn The Outrage Princess or Bret Beir.
Loserville fired back at him.
The network isn't too keen on Holder and President Barack Obama.
“We learned today that Attorney General Eric Holder has conducted interviews with ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN and Politico, while excluding FOX News. The Attorney General’s decision does a deep disservice to America’s largest cable news audience and the interests of a free press. Ultimately, however, we’re not surprised that Holder would try to evade a thorough accounting of his record in office, including his decision to investigate our Chief Washington correspondent, James Rosen through an illegal seizure of emails and phone records of Rosen and his parents. Late today, the DOJ press office said ‘they look forward to accommodating’ FOX News at a future time. We’re hopeful but realistic about whether that will actually happen.”
Michael Clemente is none too happy that the outgoing AG is blowing Loserville off.
I guess this is the bad taste that Holder leaves for Republicans and Loserville.
Holder said that Loserville would have nothing to complain about once he's gone. After all, they're focused on Benghazi, Fast & Furious and radical Islam.
Count on Holder being mentioned for years to come. Obviously that annoying conservative agitator will continue to find some reason to jam him in.
Still a simpleton, Giuliani continues to dig himself even further in the shit.
It's kind of funny this agitator has the audacity to claim that he's getting death threats for his unpatriotic and down right stupid comments. Mr. 9/11 goes to the junk food media for soft interviews defending his outrageous comments about President Barack Obama.
Rudy Giuliani is a simpleton. He's legacy is based on racial profiling and adultery. He also brought himself to fame being America's mayor in the wake of the terrorist attack in 2001.
Nevertheless, the former mayor shares his disgust for not only the president, but Attorney General Eric Holder and current mayor Bill de Blasio. During the Eric Garner stranglehold, Giuliani and many other agitators claim that Garner's health was the reason to why he died and not the stranglehold placed on his neck.
To make it worse, Giuliani continued his rant and claims that Obama's hatred for America is due to White people. Mr. 9/11 claims that Obama hatred for White people inspires his disdain for America.
The racist right rehashing Jeremiah Wright and Bill Ayers again in their continuous war against the president.
The former mayor isn't shying away from this nonsense. He's knee deep in the shit.
By the way, his press secretary for his media firm claim that he's gotten death threats after this controversy ensued.
Piss poor Rudy..... If you're going to say such treasonous things about our president, maybe you may get a dose of the hate.
Stupidity continues to plague the Republican Party.
Geraldo Rivera is more destructive to Black and Latino youths
The mustached ambulance chaser is notorious for being a trash talking agitator. From his days in syndication to his gig on Loserville. The most annoying talk show host since that annoying conservative agitator, Geraldo Rivera has decided to go after the hip-hop community.
Understanding that hip-hop music may contain explicit lyrics. The lyrics are assured for adults. I don't understand why O'Loofus, that annoying conservative agitator, that old fart King Hippo and this mustached ambulance chaser concerned about the children?
Or is this another attempt to smear the president. Or maybe Jay-Z and Beyonce? Or maybe Common?
After all John Legend and Common are nominated for an Oscar for best motion picture song.
Anyway, this controversy brewed when Geraldo appeared on Loserville to talk trash about young minorities who listening to Lil' Wayne, Drake, Gucci Mane, Future, 2 Chainz and even Eminem.
He talks to Huff Post Live and went off claiming that hip-hop music done more harm to Blacks and Latinos then racism alone.
Rivera said he believes that “hip-hop has done more damage to black and brown people than racism in the last ten years.”
And it’s not just hip-hop, it’s fashion, because he challenged people to find “a Puerto Rican from the South Bronx or a black kid from Harlem who has succeeded in life… walking around with his pants around his ass and with visible tattoos.”
Have you no shame, you morons at Fox News Channel!
You're turning journalism into a joke.
That's probably why this network never won a Peabody Award. Every other networks you've scorned has a Peabody Award.
Fox News only got one recognition. Being the America's most watched cable news channel. Nobody can deny the success of the cable network. Maybe it's because of these evil liberals sitting in the underwear trying to find each outrageous comment a commentator or presenter on that network says, does or even sponsors!
Fox News is the hub for all the talking points of the Republican Party. Yeah, there maybe liberal bias on MSNBC, but Fox News operates like it's the research arm of the Republican Party.
Fox News has given a voice to conservative agitators from Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Michelle Malkin and Ann Coulter.
Fox News put on washed up celebrities who support the Republican Party and its allies in the conservative movement.
Fox News creates these phony controversies to paint President Barack Obama, his allies in the Democratic Party, and his allies in the progressive movement as enemies of the state.
Fox News advocates for some of the most extreme members of society. From mislabeling the president as a "Magic Negro" on the news ticker, to a screen grab of First Lady Michelle Obama being a "baby mama", Fox News has pushed the bar the even lower than its Fox Network.
The Trayvon Martin controversy is back in the spotlight. Many issues still remain unresolved. The incident happened in February 2012. There's footage of Martin at the 7-Eleven Convinence Store buying the items he was holding at the time of the shooting.
There's pictures of the injuries on shooter George Zimmerman. The photos are being released to the press to give a fair understanding on how Zimmerman came to the conclusion to use deadly force against Martin.
But given the audiotape and the shaky story of Zimmerman, many are still trying to decipher how this incident happen.
Why didn't the shooter avoid the teenager?
He was told to not confront the person. But he ignored it and went on to following this person and I guess the confrontation became a deadly shooting.
Two young lives are ruined. A young teenager who would never see a family, and a young man who may never see his family if the court finds him guilty on the charges of murder.
Geraldo Rivera, the host of his own program, appears on The O'Reilly
Factor to double time on the controversy that involves young Blacks and
Latinos in hoodies.
Yet, this moron still complies that if Trayvon Martin hadn't worn the hoodie, he would be alive today!
Now that's how stupid people like this are!
Yeah, there are plenty of people who rush to judgment on issues. The trial by media theme is what commentators do when a person or even the victim are look upon as guilty without trial.
This is also getting play in the conservative and White supremacist online communities. The white supremacists are trying to justify the killing by saying the teenager was high on weed at the time of the confrontation. Again, what does Trayvon Martin's marijuana use has to do with him being an unarmed teenager?
