Today faces another scandal. Tamron Hall and Al Roker get bumped from the Today show for Megyn Kelly.
NBC rewards a divisive agitator named Megyn Kelly her own talk show. Her talk show will bump MSNBC anchor and Today host Tamron Hall and Today weatherman Al Roker from their third hour.
Phil Griffin once again puts Today into a crossfire of scandal. Kelly's arrival was unexpected. It was also a shift towards more tabloid and less news.
Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb are safe. The two will continue to share a wine and gossip on Today. So they're safe for now!
Savannah Guthrie can breathe a sigh of relief. She won't lose her spot for now!
Kelly will take a spot in September.
Tamron Hall is frustrated with the decision and is on her way out. She believes that Kelly's past statements towards groups like Black Lives Matter and then President Barack Obama makes her a divisive figure.
"Everyone has been left in the dark and no one knows why there's such a disruption when shows are doing so well across the board," said an insider. Another added, "People are pissed. The third hour was beating every syndicated show across the board. They were in over their head and bit off more than they can chew when they hired Megyn Kelly."
Conservative agitator gets her way.
Kelly, who held a spot on Fox News for over 10 years abruptly left the network in January after contractual agreements went sour. Kelly who won praise for getting Roger Ailes fired from the network he created. Ailes came under fierce scrutiny for allegations of sexual harassment against Gretchen Carlson, Laurie Dhue, Alyson Camerota, Andrea Tantaros and Kelly.
Ailes was unceremoniously fired from the network. Kelly also felt that Ailes left her hanging when then candidate Donald J. Trump was trashing on her after the first debate.
Kelly won praise for opening up the dirty secrets at Fox News. However, we never forget the divisive and downright racist nonsense she promoted on that network.
Attacking Black Lives Matter, smearing Michael Brown, insulting DL Hughley, hosting assholes like Wisconsin sheriff David Clarke, Mark Fuhrman and George Will kind of makes her lightening rod.
Now Kelly muscling her way into a timeslot hosted by two longtime fixtures on America's Number 1 Daytime News Program is the latest insult towards Black America.
Oh by the way, Fuhrer Trump who has been very vocal about the junk food media. He is blaming them for his negative job approval ratings. Now he is turning to Sean "Softball" Hannity and others for guidance.

"It amazes me, to convince Black people that Donald Trump cares about them, he takes pictures with celebrities," said Hughley. "If Donald Trump cared about Black people, he wouldn't have denigrated the president with those claims of birtherism. He wouldn't have stoked fears and racist fears saying this man is less than or not one of us to become president. If Donald Trump, cared about Black people, he wouldn't have, in the debates, talked about stop and frisk."
He slammed entertainers who decided to make it their business to "lecture" Black folks about Trump.
"Donald Trump takes pictures with Black people. --- You rather have Black people be football players, comedians and rappers than the president. You rather see us run the ball than run the country. That's why you do it."
He also called King, a "Gator of the King family". He said that King tried to sell his dad's bible and Nobel Peace Prize for money.
He pointed out Trump's nominee for Attorney General, the squinty eyed bigot Jeff Sessions.
Now The Hughleys is on Bounce TV. King is the co-founder and co-chairman of the network.
Hughley may lose syndication rights to his show for that comment.

Since The Daily Show host Trevor Noah's interview with conservative troll (alt-right darling) Tomi Lahren, many people are seeing her as a potential threat to journalism and social integrity.
To go so blind with accusations against people she barely knows is one thing. To reward her with book deals and a television show spewing racially charged rhetoric is another.
Lahren is about to leave The Blaze network soon. She is gunning for bigger opportunities now that her man-crush fuhrer Donald J. Trump won the election. She, Matt Drudge, Ann Coulter, Alex Jones, Michael Savage, and Sean "Softball" Hannity are doing a gloating tour. Her most famous outburst was the nasty comparison of Black Lives Matter to the Klan. She believes that the BLM's protesters are similar to the Klan.
She also took aim at Beyonce, Jay-Z, Colin Kaepernick, Jesse Williams and others.
Lahren is a "Hop-Hop Republican" as she describes herself.
Her most recent feud is involving Wale, a Washington, DC, rapper who is closely associated with Miami rapper Rick Ross.
Wale was addressing Lahren by song by calling her "Tammy" instead of her actual name. He was trying to subliminally call her out for her negative compassions of Black leaders by saying her name wrong.

Now Raw Story and many other outlets are digging into her past. Her past was full of teenage joy and first year college scenarios. She was then a raging liberal before she became a darling of the white extremist movement.
Syracuse University student Matt Gehring uncovered a series of videos from Lahren's University of Nevada-Las Vegas days, where she hosted a political roundtable show on UNLV-TV called "The Scramble."
In the 2014 videos, Lahren (whose signature shout-at-the-camera approach is noticeably absent) can be seen acknowledging the scientific consensus that climate change is real, and advocating for lawmakers to address the “multi-dimensional issue” of gun violence.
"Despite this cold snap, scientists have reached a consensus: climate change is occurring," Lahren said in one video. "What are we going to do about it is the controversial question we will address here today."

As Gehring points out, while Lahren today "won't mention the words 'gun control' without blaming Islam," in college she managed to get through an entire segment on the nuances of gun violence without mentioning the religion.
"We need to understand that it's a multi-dimensional issue,"she said in 2014. "So anytime you have a rampage or school shooting, it's not caused by one thing. It's not cause by the gun, it's not caused by the violent media or video games, it's not caused by mental health—anything entirely. It's a multi-dimensional issue so it needs to be addressed from all angles."
So far, the troll responded to videos with the words,"So!"
Lahren doesn't apologize for her past. All she cares about is basically getting attention and spewing her rants.

The comedian/game show host/media mogul Steve Harvey hasn't stopped the success. The Original King of Comedy is a busy man. He's taking the title from the disgraced Black everyman Bill Cosby.
Harvey is heading back to hosting duties for special run It's Showtime at The Apollo.
It's a special event on Fox and it's set air on December 5 at 8pm. It will air another hour special in early 2017.

The junk food media is covering a fatal police encounter in which a Black man who was unarmed with his hands in the air being shot dead by the Tulsa Police. The officer was a White female and the victim was a 40 year old man who had no weapons on him. His vehicle broke down in the middle of the road. He was the father of four children and was a member of his local church.
Terence Crutcher was the victim of this shooting. The officer who shot Crutcher has been identified as Betty Shelby. The officer who deployed his Taser was named as Tyler Turnbough. These two are in the freezer pending a state investigation.
Shelby been on the payroll for about five years. Shelby has been accused of using excessive force twice during her career, local news agitators reported.
Both of those complaints were determined to be unfounded, the news station reports. Details of those cases were not immediately available.
Her personnel file also shows that she is a field training officer, meaning she works to train rookie officers.
She has also received four letters of commendation and an Oklahoma meritorious service award, according to the junk food media. Shelby is married to one of the officers who piloted the helicopter.
The officer who was in a helicopter said that Terence, "looked like a bad dude. Probably on something". That merit criticism.

This tensions are high right now. You may remember that we covered the controversy a year ago involving a spoiled millionaire who took the role as executioner to a man who was on his back being detained. This spoiled man heads to the iron college for a measly nickel for shooting Eric Harris.
Think if Eric Harris was a spoiled millionaire who had shot this guy. He would be sent to the iron college for LIFE or gotten the DEATH CARD for it.
Here's how the police and junk food media justify a shooting of an unarmed Black man.
He refused to comply to an order
He had been pulled over numerous times.
He has a criminal record (for felonies or traffic violations).
He had drugs on him.
He had a firearm on him.
He had served time in prison.
He took off running.
The cop feared for his (or her) life.
The family along with their attorney urged the public to not cause violence. They said that Terence's name will not be smeared by the police and junk food media.
“We are truly devastated, the entire family is devastated,” said Tiffany Crutcher, Terence’s twin sister.
“You all want to know who that big bad dude was? That big bad dude was my twin brother. That big bad dude was a father. That big bad dude was a son. That big bad dude was enrolled at Tulsa Community College. … That big bad dude loved God. That big bad dude was at church singing with all his flaws every week. That big bad dude, that’s who he was.”

When will they peak into the social media habits of Terence and this officer? Obviously I am expecting pro-Trump, pro-cop and White extremists trying to find an ounce of wrong on Terence's part.
Refusing a cop's order isn't merit for death. Oklahoma is an open carry state. Terence didn't have a firearm on him. Given if he did, they would justify the shooting because in an "open carry" state, a Black man with a firearm is still a criminal.
Obviously we'll expect the conservative Black extremists to attack the character of Terence or Black Lives Matter.
Milwaukee County sheriff David Clarke, Jesse Lee Peterson and Kevin Jackson will find some reason to say to blame Terence for his death. They blame Obama for "Black males living in fatherless homes" or his policies "hurting Black America." They will demonize protesters and say that it's best to get the information before blaming the cops.
When the law bucks Black men, they probably killed a father. So it's pretty disingenuous to say that Black fathers aren't taking care of their children. Terence was a father who took care of his children.
Now his children will be fatherless. Will they justify the fact that the law took away their father?
The Tulsa Police are doing an investigation into the fatal shooting. They are calling upon the U.S. Justice Department to do a federal probe into its standards.
Did you know that Oklahoma had the most fatal police encounters?
So far it's on record to have 70 fatal police shootings this year alone.
Now that Donald Trump has became the face of the Republican Party, The Late Show's Stephen Colbert invites an old friend back to discuss the nomination.
Matter of fact, he let him take over the show for a moment to address not only Trump, but Roger Ailes, the former CEO of Fox News and his "obsession".
Jon Stewart reminds the audience that the feud between him and Sean "Softball" Hannity isn't over.

Jon Stewart told audience to point out bullshit. He mentioned Softball Hannity as an example of it.
"Trust me, I saw a lot of people on the convention floor in Cleveland with their 'blue lives matter' rhetoric, who either remained silent or actively fought against the 9/11 first responders' bill reauthorization. I see you and I see "bullshit".....I see it!"
Stewart called out the annoying conservative agitator for ass kissing Donald Trump. He knocked him for his selective moral outrage over things he's decried about President Barack Obama.
He lastly noted that this brand of conservatism from folks like Sean "Softball Lumpy" Hannity, that creepy internet troll Matt Drudge and old fart Rush Limbaugh.

Tucker Carlson, Greg Gutfeld, Chris Wallace, Bret Baier, Keith Ablow, Geraldo Rivera, Martha MacCallum, Bill Hemmer, Shepard Smith, Jon Scott, Jenna Lee, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, Neil Cavuto, and Greta Van Susteren have to report to investigators and be retained on their behavior in the workplace.

In the picture, Ieshia Evans, a resident of Baton Rouge got international attention after she stood firm while the Baton Rouge Swat tried to arrest her and the protesters.
President Barack Obama hosted a town hall on ABC, Thursday. The President and the People was a good sit down. The president had to confront the families of Alton Sterling, Philando Castile and the lieutenant governor of Texas, Dan Patrick.
The daughter of Eric Garner, Erica was none too happy about the sitdown. She blamed ABC for not giving her an opportunity to ask the president a question. Her father was brutally taken down by the law and died of a heart attack. The cop who performed a choke hold was not indicted and it sparked protests. A terrorist went to New York to buck two NYPD officers in the wake of this.
D.L. Hughley called out the Fox News and CNN in the past for advocating racism. He went on The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly and they got into it.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxson and Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) had nothing nice to say about the president's speech in Dallas. They believe that the president and Black Lives Matter were responsible for the acts of that terrorist who ambushed five officers in a sniper attack.
Alton Sterling's son went to the junk food media to denounce the conservative lies about his father being affiliated with gangs. He was very emotional when his mother read a statement to the press about how her husband was brutally murdered by two cops while on the ground.
On Friday he was buried. The family held a large funeral and called upon the state and federal government to pass police reform.
DeRay McKesson, the founder of ProjectZero and spokesman for Black Lives Matter was arrested in Baton Rouge. He was detained for two days after he was cited for walking in the street. Of course, he was to appear on CBS's Face The Nation but was detained at the present time.
Fox News is the panderer of extremism. The network, its reporters, commentators, and its boss Roger Ailes have mastered the art of painting the opposition as the enemy.
#BlackLivesMatter is once again in the network's crosshairs and its working overtime to discredit the group and those who support it.

Black America feels like there's no justice when it comes to law enforcement.
The famed comedian is very passionate about Black Lives Matter. He had a sit down with Megyn Kelly on Fox News this week and it was contentious.
D.L. Hughley singled out the conservative network for its deliberate bias against the group.
“The only place racism doesn’t exist is Fox News and the police department,” Hughley said. “That’s absolutely true.”
“That’s insulting,” Kelly said in response. “You just insulted millions of people watching this channel.”
“And I’m insulted by the things I hear on this network, so we’re even,” Hughley shot back. “I could care less about insulting people that insult me on a daily basis.”

He also mentioned the controversial commentator Mark Fuhrman, the former LAPD detective who got caught up. He helped O.J. Simpson's defensive team by lying under oath about his role in planting evidence on suspects and saying racial slurs about individuals.
Hughley responded by pointing out a 2006 FBI report that sounded a warning regarding infiltration of law enforcement agencies by white supremacist groups.
“I don’t know a black man that hasn’t had a run-in with police,” Hughley said. “From the highest to the lowest.”
“You get backed up on that by many people,” she replied.
“My perspective on this is based on the experience I’ve had, just as yours are,” he continued. “So I am not willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.”

Today would be the day that Sandra Bland's death occurred. You may remember the incident in Texas where a woman from the Chicago area was pulled over by the law. She would have a verbal altercation with the law and then she would be forced out and placed in the cruiser. As she was being detained, she would end up being dead. The law said that she may have committed suicide. The family didn't buy this excuse and it led to the #SayHerName campaign.
As expected, conservatives were dismissing her death as another example of "rushing to judgment".
