Y'all FedEx Is Not The Best Job!

If you want to do social media content, I suggest this incident inspires you. FedEx driver and social media influncer assaulted by Tallahassee business owner.

After I get let go from my casino job, I was in a moment of anxiety. I went to find jobs around my community. I ended up getting a job at FedEx Ground. Out of all the jobs, I've worked for, this company and the ethos is terrible.

FedEx Ground and the FedEx company in general is the worst logistics, delivery and corporate company in the United States.

The company does not pay their employees enough for the labor. They have no union or structural balance. The company puts excessive amount of weight on its workers.

While it's a fast paced work environment, you are not assured full time work. They expect you like you're full time but ended up getting a part time check.

For two years, I came to the job (at first a regular loader and later a occasional loader).

The company does not take out federal taxes on your check. If you are an occasional loader or a driver, the company can place you as an independent contractor. If you do not check your paychecks, you end up finding out you'll owe taxes because they refused to withhold federal payroll taxes.

People get fed up with pressure, weak management, back breaking labor, lackluster breaks or restroom periods. I was let go from the facility because I wasn't available for a shift because others quit. I do not regret them letting me go.

It was a horrible experience and I normally stay neutral. I officially declare FedEx, the worst logistics and shipping company in the world.

In *sigh* Florida.

Stop.

Vote for Angie Nixon and David Jolly.

Ashley Moody and Byron Donalds are incompetent. They will continue allowing Floridian taxpayer money go to corporations, Israel and their big donor allies.

Racism is free speech. Unfortunately, we have racism lead to physical assault.

A FedEx Ground driver was accosted by a man who claims he was an off duty Leon County deputy. He was literally accosting the delivery driver and allegedly threatened to use his firearm.

LeRoy Vann of Tallahassee posted on social media an encounter with a man. Vann is Black and the man who is wrangled on him is white.

Vann was doing a routine delivery pickup when he was confronted, subjected to racial hostility, and threatened with a gun.

A white business owner, Travis Sparkman who claimed or was alleged to act as an off-duty Leon County Sheriff's Deputy was involved in the confrontation.

Thr footage of the confrontation recorded by Vann circulated widely on social media platforms like X and Facebook, drawing attention to workplace safety and accountability.
