Want A Medal?

Columbus Metro Police officer gets praise for not killing two boys minding their business. The cop scolds two boys for having a "real looking" BB gun.
A Columbus Metropolitan Police officer gets praise from the junk food media for not putting in the work. In the open carry state of Ohio, there was a 911 call placed in about two boys carrying what appeared to be a gun.

The officers quickly confronted the pair.

Pete Casuccio went to the two boys with gun drawn. He pulled up on Ja-Kwan Sowell and his cousin.

The boy drops his BB gun on the ground and placed his hands up.

"You can't do that dude, in today's world. Listen, that thing looks real, bro," Casuccio said while on body camera.

"I'm sorry," Sowell said.

"You should be sorry, and you should be scared," said Casuccio.

This incident didn't turn into a cop arresting (or killing) a teen with a gun incident.

Are you going to vote? (Expect the dumbest answers from trolls)

Yes. I'm voting Democrat.
Yes. I'm voting Republican.
No. I'm not voting.

"I didn't know it was a BB gun until it hit the sidewalk," Casuccio told Sowell's mother after he took the boys home.

The mother turned to her son and said, "He could have shot you for that."
Police officer gets a victory lap. His department has a record of killing unarmed people of color. He gets praise for not putting in the work.
"The last thing I ever want to do is shoot an 11-year old, man," said Casuccio. "Everything you want to do in this life could have been over."

"Everybody's treating me like a hidden gem, but the overwhelming majority of [police officers] think and act the same way I do. I get that it's great for the occupation, but this is literally happening every day all over the place."

He gets praise from the junk food media because if he didn't shoot a Black boy who was playing with a toy gun.

So if a white boy is walking the street with a BB gun, I hope that person starts calling the law and Pete Casuccio gives him a lecture.

I'm sure the junk food media forgot that Columbus Metropolitan Police were involved in five shootings of unarmed people of color. The arrest of Stormy Daniels by a Trump-supporting vice detective. The brutal kick in the head of suspect by a dirty cop was forgotten.

Don't give me that bullshit. The cop was trigger ready to buck those two boys.

Are you getting tired of white people calling the law on people of color?

Trust me I am.

Are you already registered to vote?

Good.

You planning on voting?

Good.

Alright, I want to make this clear. In Donald J. Trump's America, you see how polarizing life is when you're a person of color. To have the cops called on you when you're just minding your own business or doing things that you're given constitutional right to is infuriating. I mean we're praising a cop threatening two 11 year old boys with death because a 911 caller saw them playing with a BB gun that looks like a real gun.
The boy and his mother are scared straight. If he decides to purchase a legal firearm in open carry Ohio, the next white person calling 911 could end up getting him killed.
All of these are real issues. Not the distractions of two entertainers mocking Trump and his plastic nightmare of a wife, Melania. I want to be clear that Republicans aren't talking about the economy.

They are talking about how they preserved the "status quo." The Republicans are using the same old tired playbook that Rush Limbaugh, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Matt Drudge, Fox News and Breitbart handed off to them.

They are going to win on the culture war. Bringing up things to scare White voters has worked before and will continue to work if we don't get off our asses and vote this year.

But the Republican Party is far from the family values they've been peddling for years.

These incidents of white people calling the law on people of color is a perfect example of why we need to vote.

VOTE.

VOTE EARLY.

VOTE ABSENTEE BALLOT.

VOTE ON NOVEMBER 6, 2018.

Restore sanity. Hold Donald Trump and Republicans accountable for their failure to govern. Hold them responsible for playing dirty politics and advocating the genocide of people of color through austerity, gun violence, voter suppression and fear mongering.
