Sears On Its Last Leg!

Sears is going out of business soon.
It's official.

Sears Holdings officially files for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The company was founded in 1883 is now under fiscal watch. The downfall could trigger a retail crisis.

The company announced it will closed up to 150 stores. Those stores will include Kmart locations.

Under Eddie Lampert, the company saw its stock plummet. Many say that visiting a Sears was depressing. When you visit a Sears, you visit a ghost town.

The company hasn't modernized it's locations in years.

The company recently sold off Craftsman, Kenmore or a Land's End.

It's highly unlikely Sears and Kmart will continue throughout 2019.
This is the Sears location at the Upper Valley Mall in Springfield, Ohio. It's still open. And this was at 4pm on Friday.
Lampert officially stepped down as the CEO of Sears Holdings. He will remain on the chief board of executives for the time being. He will take $25 million in a golden parachute. The remaining employees who stay may not get their pensions or benefits.

The company might announce chapter 7 liquidation in the coming weeks.

Are you going to vote? (Expect the dumbest answers to be picked by trolls)

Yes. I'm voting Democrat.
Yes. I'm voting Republican.
No. I'm not voting.

Under Donald J. Trump, we see the end of Sears and Kmart. The iconic companies will disappear and it will displace thousands of American workers. Some may lose their pensions and the CEOs will walk away with millions.

Are you motivated to vote this year?

Cause I am.

Eddie Lampert literally ran Sears to the ground. By not adapting to modern shopping habits, refusing to remodel and update stores, and the all- around crappy treatment of its employees, he literally destroyed Sears and KMart. I hope he gets his comeuppance.
