Dirty Cop Passed On Ohio Town's Offer!

The dirty cop withdrew his application to become a cop for a local Ohio town.

The outcry came swift. The dirty cop who killed Tamir Rice in 2014 has backed out of his job offer after civil rights groups protested the decision.

The dirty police chief Richard Flanagan said that Loehmann withdrew his application to become a part-time cop.

"I have accepted his withdrawal from the Bellaire Police Department. The pressures of all this. He's been through enough the last couple of years. He cared about the community here. He didn't want no protests, no violence, nothing of that nature."

Tamir's mom Samaria Rice said, "It feels like a personal attack on our family at the hands of the Bellaire Police Department. It is also putting the safety of innocent people at risk."

"As long as I'm living he won't," Rice said.

Flanagan said that he has no regrets about hiring the dirty cop on the force.

"He was cleared of any and all wrongdoing," Flanagan said to The Intelligencer last week. "He was never charged. It's over and done with."

It might be time to fire the police chief out the cannon.

The Cuyahoga County grand jury decided not indict Loehmann. That costed the prosecutor his job. That also forced the Cleveland Police to change the way they handle 911 calls. The Cleveland Police is by far one of the most inept police agencies in the country. If you remember the fatal shooting of a man and woman fleeing the authorities? I do. Or how about the three young women who were abducted by that pedophile? I do.

So here's what you should do?

Let's put an end to the bullshit. If you had enough of police officers getting away with killing unarmed civilians, gun violence in the United States, tax cuts for the rich, voter suppression, poor schools and roads, lawmakers trying to destroy the safety net, agitators in the junk food media and holding Donald J. Trump accountable, let's vote.

Vote to save democracy.

Vote to show Republicans and Democrats that they can't be entitled to their seats. They owe us more than the lobbyists and special interest groups. We need to show the country that we're not "shock and awe" voters. We are struggling to eat. We are not safe in these streets. There are more guns on the street than books. We are destroying our communities. Technology is destroying us.
