Creepy Uncle Sam Endorses Obamacare!

I just don't have any words for it. Although, I laughed at the YouTube video, I also shake my head in disgust over the latest attempt to scare up fundraising.

The video has went viral and drew the ire of liberal agitators.

In the video promoted by the conservative group My Generation Opportunity, a young woman goes into a exam room and out of nowhere comes this cartoonish version of Uncle Sam.

He's appears out of the woman's pelvic region with clips in his hands.

The video has over 1.4 million views and it's crazy.

My Generation Opportunity is group with ties to the Koch family. The Koch family has been an adversary to President Barack Obama and his allies in the progressive movement.

Political dog whistle. What the political ad says is the government is forcing women to have abortions.
David and Charles Koch have promoted libertarian and conservative causes for over 30 years. They've spent millions in promoting the tea party movement.

As health care cost are rising, young Americans often never worry about their health. Well as the implication for the health care law take effect, it will require a majority of individuals to have mandatory insurance or face penalties on their taxes.

The uninsured continue to drain resources. Many Americans spend thousands if not millions of dollars for treatment.

What this YouTube video is telling the public, young voters don't fall into the trap of Obamacare, opt out.

What are you're thoughts on this video and the implications of the Affordable Healthcare Law?

Are American-Born Terrorists Involved The Nairobi Mall Shooting? [NSFW]

File:Al-Amriki1.jpg
American born Abu Mansoor al-Amriki (previously known as Omar Shafik Hammami) rapped a verse for young Muslim men to join al-Shabaab's fight against Westerners. He played a big boy game and lost. The CIA and FBI have claims that the American born terrorist was killed on September 12, 2013 in a gunfight in Somalia.

The terrorist attack at the Westgate Mall in Nairobi, Kenya has claimed 70 lives. We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those lost in this senseless tragedy.

The group al-Shabaab claims responsibility in carrying out the deadly attack on the suburban mall. Many foreign nationals shop there and it's pretty much a westernized facility.

President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder were notified to the acknowledgement that its a possibility of Americans being associated with the terrorist group.
Mass causality event in Nairobi, Kenya.
On GOP Sundays, Congressman Peter King (R-New York) has made his case to profile Muslims again. He was on bitching about how American Muslims from the Midwest and Northwest are dropping the flags and picking up the firearms.

Hey, King, you want more guns in the hands of Americans. Aren't these men entitled to have a firearm?

It was reported that men who lived in Minnesota gave up their American lifestyle to join the Somali based terrorist organization al-Shabaab. Sometimes the group would carry out attacks in support of al-Qaeda.

More than 200 people in a mass shooting. Islamist group al-Shabaab claimed responsibility for the incident and characterised it as retribution for the Kenyan military's actions in Somalia, with many media outlets suspecting the Somali-based group in line with their warnings following Operation Linda Nchi in 2011–2012.
The look of fear in Kenya. People fleeing the Westgate Mall in Nairobi.
On Saturday, masked gunmen attacked the upscale Westgate shopping mall during an annual children's day event. The fighting was ongoing with armed police at least 20 hours later.

The gunmen reportedly carried assault rifles and wore combat fatigues. There were additional reports of grenade explosions. Police surrounded the area and urged residents to stay away. A report indicated that about 80 people were trapped in the basement, but police said that they had escorted some shoppers to safety and were trying to capture the gunmen.

This gives the American news media agitators another phobia. A mass shooting at a mall carried out by those "evil Muslims" and not that crazy White guy or Black guy!

Yeah, our weaknesses are to blind to others. We see something and we don't report it. If you see someone acting suspiciously, you look the other way. You notice a guy going into a public facility with a large amount of carry on bags, you think it's just another worker or some guy with a lot of bags.

The Associated Press release the causality count of those killed in the mass shooting.

Three British citizens.
Two Canadians, one of whom was the liaison officer Anne-Marie Desloges with the Canadian Border Services Agency.
A Chinese woman.
A pregnant Dutch woman and her Australian husband, architect Ross Langdon.
Two French citizens.
Ghanaian poet Kofi Awoonor.
Two Indians, Paramshu Jain and Sridhar Natarajan.
Radio Africa Group personality Ruhila Adatia-Sood.
The nephew of Uhuru Kenyatta, Mbugua Mwangi, and his fiancee, Rosemary Wahito.
A Peruvian physician and UNICEF doctor Juan Jesús Ortiz.
A South African, James Thomas.
A South Korean woman Kang Moon-hee, who lived in the UK with her British husband, also injured by gunshots.

At least 68 people have died, according to the Kenyan Red Cross, and 175 wounded.

Eyewitnesses were reported to have seen 50 bodies in the mall.
Mass causalities.
In addition, 36 people were taken hostage at the supermarket and a jewelry store; other eyewitnesses also said that they had seen dozens wounded. An unnamed local hospital reported that it was overwhelmed with the number of wounded being brought in and that it had consequently diverted victims to a second facility.

Secretary to the Cabinet Francis Kimemia wrote on Twitter that 293 people had received treatment at three hospitals in the area and that they "are appealing for more blood." The National Disaster Operation Centre said that the wounded ranged in age from two to 78 as it urged people to "remember them in your prayers."

The United States State Department reported that four U.S. citizens were injured in the attack.

Al-Shabaab claimed to have killed over 100 Kenyans.

Indian Media reports that one Indian Man was killed by Terrorists when he failed to answer a query regarding Islam.

Al-Shabaab's Twitter outlet posted messages, amongst them some read: "The attacks are just retribution for the lives of innocent Muslims shelled by Kenyan jets in Lower Jubba and in refugee camps;"

"What Kenyans are witnessing at #Westgate is retributive justice for crimes committed by their military, albeit largely miniscule in nature;"

"Since our last contact, the Mujahideen inside the mall confirmed to @HSM_Press that they killed over 100 Kenyan kuffar & battle is ongoing;" "For long we have waged war against the Kenyans in our land, now it’s time to shift the battleground and take the war to their land;"

"The attack at #WestgateMall is just a very tiny fraction of what Muslims in Somalia experience at the hands of Kenyan invaders;"

"The Kenyan government, however, turned a deaf ear to our repeated warnings and continued to massacre innocent Muslims in Somalia."

[The] "Kenyan government shall be held responsible for any loss of life as a result of such an imprudent move. The call is yours!" and "Kenyan forces who’ve just attempted a roof landing must know that they are jeopardizing the lives of hostages."

Twitter suspended their account before the attack had ended

There are conflicting reports that there were as many as 14 gunmen. Some of the gunmen were women.

It's a damn shame that we here in the United States turn a blind eye to the chaos.

Gun control isn't a taking away the guns. It's about preventing them from ending up in the hands of terrorists, street gangs, racial extremists, human smugglers, drug pushers, mentally insane and those who have no proper training.

Developments will continue as they become available.

Obama: Who The Republicans Think They Are?

A political dog fight over the budget and the healthcare law.

President Barack Obama lays the line in the sand on this budget deal. He said that Republicans aren't looking forward to progress. They're looking for political gamesmanship. At the Congressional Black Caucus annual dinner and conference, he puts it in two simple words: VETO THREAT!

The political agitators are saying that it's likely that the Republicans are going to face the blame for an impending government shutdown.

The Republican civil war is on and popping.

The House leadership are pissed at Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Senator Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) and Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah) for fucking up the strategy. The Republicans were hoping to paint the Democrats for overreach, but it backfired. The stubborn mentality of the three senators have put Obamacare back into the forefront.

The Republicans have long scorned the Affordable Healthcare Law and repealed the law symbolically 44 times since winning the House of Representatives.

The Republicans have passed stricter budget cuts that strained the SNAP program by $40 million. The food stamp program cuts are going to have an impact on the middle class and the poor. The Republicans believe that the poor are causing economic turmoils by taking out of taxpayer's pockets. Ignoring the big businesses that cutting hours of the workers, polluting the environment, and taking tax breaks while shipping jobs out of localities.

The president has a backlog of nominees for federal office and Republicans in the senate have filibustered a handful of nominees for federal court and his administration. Paul, Senator Jim Inhofe (R-Oklahoma), Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin) and Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) have been known to stall nominees over issues such as breathing wrong.
The Three Stallmigos. Republican senator Rand Paul, Mike Lee and Ted Cruz are pissing off fellow Republicans over this continuous grandstanding.
The tragedy in Libya passed a grim milestone. One year since the tragedy in Benghazi, Libya in which four Americans have died in a terrorist attack. The Republicans continue to waste more time covering this. Even though the investigators determined that higher ups in the State Department deserve most of the blame for the actions, President Barack Obama and then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton aren't at fault. This haven't stop the conservatives from pushing Republicans in the House and Senate from do a "real investigation" on the Benghazi consulate attack.

The Republican Party have said that they hope to tarnish the image of the Democratic Party by linking to the healthcare law and the Democrats giveaways to the "moochers" of society.

While this last election showed a distinguished change in demographics and showed a huge deficit in Republican outreach, it's full steam ahead to political suicide.

The president went to the Congressional Black Caucus annual conference to detail his plans if Republicans would stick to their guns on the budget, then the country may go into an economic crisis.

The government shutdown threat happens once again. The U.S. Congress is going to eventually give in to the president.

The Republicans don't want to seem like they're the ones responsible if that military officer serving overseas doesn't get his paycheck. They don't want to be responsible if that federal loan is delayed over a budget deal.

But the way this is going, they're going to suffer for this one.

Who's going to be at fault if the government shuts down?

The Republicans or President Barack Obama?

Tragedy In Nairobi!

Westgate Mall in nearby Nairobi, Kenya dealing with a tragedy.

There was a horrible tragedy in the country of Kenya. Militant extremists took hostage of hundreds of innocent shoppers at a Nairobi mall. They've ended up killing 59 people.

Even in foreign nations, gun crimes happens. This type of incident is considered terrorism. Muslim extremists who have ties to al-Shabab, a North African terrorist group confirms they're involved. They came they are to kill the Westerners and Kenyans who support them.

There were Americans injured. Some Canadian, French and Chinese nationals were killed in this incident.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those lost in this senseless tragedy.

The Associated Press reports that multiple barrages of gunfire erupted Sunday morning from inside the building where hostages are being held by militants. The radicals attacked the mall Saturday and remained inside throughout the night.
The look of fear.
"The priority is to save as many lives as possible," Joseph Lenku said, reassuring the families of the hostages in the upscale Westgate mall. Kenyan forces have already rescued about 1,000 people, he said.

Ten to 15 attackers remain in the mall and Kenyan forces control the security cameras inside the shopping center, Lenku said. Combined military and police forces surrounded the mall in the Westlands neighborhood of Nairobi, which is frequented by foreigners and wealthy Kenyans.

Former Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga told reporters at the mall that he has been told officials couldn't determine the exact number of hostages inside the mall.

"There are quite a number of people still being held hostage on the third floor and the basement area where the terrorists are still in charge," Odinga said.

Somalia's al-Qaida-linked rebel group, al-Shabab, claimed responsibility for the attack in which they used grenades and assault rifles and specifically targeted non-Muslims.

Kenyans and foreigners were among those confirmed dead, including French, Canadians and Chinese.
Americans were among the injured and killed.
A 38-year-old Chinese woman was killed in the shopping mall "terror attack," the Chinese Embassy in Kenya said in a statement Sunday. Her son was injured in the attack and in a stable condition in hospital, according to the statement posted on the embassy's website.

Nineteen people, including at least four children, died after being admitted to Nairobi's MP Shah hospital, said Manoj Shah, the hospital's chairman. "We have at least two critical patients currently, one with bullets lodged near the spine," he said.

The hospital continued to receive patients Sunday, he said.

Ghanain poet Kofi Awoonor died after being injured in the attack, Ghana's presidential office confirmed.

Kenya's presidential office said that one of the attackers was arrested on Saturday and died after suffering from bullet wounds.

Trucks brought in a fresh contingent of soldiers from the Kenya Defense Forces early Sunday.

"Violent extremists continue to occupy Westgate Mall. Security services are there in full force," said the United States embassy in an emergency text message issued Sunday morning.

British Foreign Secretary William Hague said late Saturday that his government had sent a rapid deployment team to Kenya to help. Britons had undoubtedly been caught up in the "callous and cowardly and brutal" assault at the Westgate mall, said Hague.

The United Nations Security Council condemned the attacks and "expressed their solidarity with the people and Government of Kenya" in a statement.

There was some good news on Sunday, as Kenyan media reported that several people in hiding in the mall escaped to safety, suggesting that not everyone who is still inside is being held by al-Shabab.

Cecile Ndwiga said she had been hiding under a car in the basement parking garage.

"I called my husband to ask the soldiers to come and rescue me. Because I couldn't just walk out anyhow. The shootout was all over here – left, right_ just gun shots," she said.

Nairobi resident Paolo Abenavoli said he is holed up in his apartment only 100 meters from the mall with a direct view of the entrance. He said he could see a dozen or more security forces inside a first floor restaurant.
Gunman have taking hostage of innocent shoppers.
"The battle is on now," Abenavoli told The Associated Press by telephone as the fresh gunfire broke out Sunday.

Security forces had pushed curious crowds far back from the mall. Hundreds of residents gathered on a high ridge above the mall to watch for any activity.

This is an ongoing event and we will continue to follow this.

Again, we're back on the issue of guns.

The arm chair warriors and agitators in the media have the "would of", "should of", "could of" and the "If I was..." nonsense.

Let's make this clear, you never know what happens until you're in an event where a mass shooting has occurred. Yeah, those who are lucky to "take out the threat" are bold to say at least.

Law enforcement know the rules of "life and death". They have a limited time span when it comes to an event where it requires special operations. This situation merits the notion that what could happen if we done this or that?

Why would you think that you could do something when a gunman is shooting at you?

If I was in a mass shooting event, I would high tail it out of there! I don't want to be a hero.

I rather be a living coward than a dead hero! If I had the opportunity to shoot a threat, I would!

But if the threat is gunning for me and I have no escape, either I fight or flee!

I don't fear death. But in no way I'm a law enforcement officer, a military officer or a trained security guard.

For every crime committed by a Black person (even overseas), the racial extremists will always figure that "it's one of Obama's sons".

Pope Francis: Catholics Need To Stop Being Bigots!

The Pope is an O.G.

The Catholic Church nominated a progressive pope.

The pope has rattled the Catholic church over his apparent dismissal of the religious right. The pope made references to the changing demographics and told the church it's time for a change.

The religious right have been against gay marriage, abortions and contraception for women.

Francis has spoken and the world is listening.

He told the religious right to pipe down and get over their obsession with trying to scorn those who aren't followers of the faith.

He acknowledge that even though the Catholic Church isn't keen on abortions, gay marriage and contraception, he warned that the younger generation aren't supporting the old ways.  He's not a huge fan of these issues but he's telling the faithful to accept thy.

He wants to put the Catholic Church in the present day.

Throughout his life, both as an individual and a religious leader, Francis has been noted for his humility, his concern for the poor, and his commitment to dialogue as a way to build bridges between people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and faiths.

The New York Times report that six months into his papacy, Pope Francis sent shock waves through the Roman Catholic church on Thursday with the publication of his remarks that the church had grown “obsessed” with abortion, gay marriage and contraception, and that he had chosen not to talk about those issues despite recriminations from critics.

His surprising comments came in a lengthy interview in which he criticized the church for putting dogma before love, and for prioritizing moral doctrines over serving the poor and marginalized. He articulated his vision of an inclusive church, a “home for all” — which is a striking contrast with his predecessor, Pope Benedict XVI, the doctrinal defender who envisioned a smaller, purer church.

Francis told the interviewer, a fellow Jesuit: “It is not necessary to talk about these issues all the time. The dogmatic and moral teachings of the church are not all equivalent. The church’s pastoral ministry cannot be obsessed with the transmission of a disjointed multitude of doctrines to be imposed insistently.

“We have to find a new balance,” the pope continued, “otherwise even the moral edifice of the church is likely to fall like a house of cards, losing the freshness and fragrance of the Gospel.”

The pope’s interview did not change church doctrine or policies, but it instantly changed its tone. His words evoked gratitude and hope from many liberal Catholics who had felt left out in the cold during the papacies of Benedict and his predecessor, John Paul II, which together lasted 35 years. Some lapsed Catholics suggested on social media a return to the church, and leaders of gay rights and gay Catholic groups called on bishops to abandon their fight against gay marriage.

But it left conservative and traditionalist Catholics, and those who have devoted themselves to the struggles against abortion, gay marriage and artificial contraception, on the defensive, though some cast it as nothing new.

“Nobody should try to use the words of the pope to minimize the urgent need to preach and teach about abortion,” said the Rev. Frank Pavone, national director of Priests for Life, who said he spoke Thursday about the “priority of the abortion issue” at a Vatican conference.

I'm not truly a religious type of person, but from what's being said today, makes me think that the church isn't that bad. But you know it's just words, not actions.

Pope Francis will have detractors and criticism. It comes with the territory, but it's a start for the Catholic Church to move in the future and not on the rigid past.

"Hiccup Girl" Gets Life In The Iron College!

Life in the iron college.

Jennifer Mee's rise and fall.

The Pinellas County Court has determined that it's a wrap for the former internet celebrity who had a case of uncontrollable hiccups.

The 22-year old woman was found guilty in the murder of Shannon Griffin. She was a contributor to the death of the young man after she asked him to meet him at the dope spot.
Shit's real, Jennifer Mee is guilty of murder.
Mee, her former boyfriend Lamont Newton and Laron Raiford were found responsible for the death.

Raiford was sent to the iron college for the rest of his life. He was sentenced a few weeks ago. He will serves it with no chance of parole.

Mee is the second and most high profile member of the group to be sentenced to the iron college for life with no chance at parole.
Shannon Griffin's family can rest easy knowing that two murderers are off the streets.
Of course, she'll have the right to appeal the sentence. But as of today and probably for the rest of her life, it's bars. Nothing but bars.

A sad chapter to an internet celebrity.

Looks like Lionel Tate and Jennifer Mee are the unfortunate cases of celebrity in the wrong way.

While Casey Anthony and George Zimmerman count their pathetic blessings of being free, Mr. Tate and Ms. Mee are the unfortunate cases.

Lionel Tate was sentenced to life in the iron college after he was convicted of murdering a little girl. After six years in juvenile lock up, the U.S. District Court overturned the conviction and freed him. But under pretenses he was to stay out of trouble. But after two years out, he ended up causing himself to go back. He and a friend were involved in a robbery of a pizza driver. He ended up getting 30 years on top of life in the iron college.

Mee's celebrity had her on the news agitators and she had an opportunity to meet celebrities such as country star Keith Urban. Mee's problems began when she dated her boyfriend Newton, the local dope boy. She wanted to be his "ride or die" chick. Instead of telling the law what happened, she ended up trying to finger the other guy and said the "I don't know nothing" excuse.
Raiford and Mee got life in the iron college. Newton is going to trial.
Mee's "gangsta" attitude made the court determine she had no remorse for Shannon Griffin and she tried to use her celebrity to get a lighter sentence. The 15 year sentence fell through and she went ahead and gamble her life in the hands of a jury.

It is what it is.

We here at Journal de la Reyna believe that justice was served in this situation and hope that Mee will finally realized that her actions paved the way for her sentence to the iron college.
