Detroit News Agitator Fired Out The Cannon After N-Tapping A Hot Mic!

Local news agitator is doing damage control after one of their reporters was caught on hot mic saying to a cameraman that she was tired of covering stories of "NIGGERS killing each other". 

WDIV had to fire out the cannon Lauren Podell after it was revealed that six months ago she was making racial comments towards a co-worker. It's got the whole city of Detroit abuzz.

Podell who worked for the NBC affiliate for some time was forced out because she caused a great deal of controversy to the viewers and victims of gun violence. 

WDIV issued a statement condemning the reporter and urges the public to not look at the station as a provocateur of hate. 

Now facing death threats, Podell released a statement saying that she's sorry that she put the station through an ordeal.

"During my time at WDIV I have created many friendships that I will continue to cherish."

Loss prevention officer was caught on camera detaining a thief. The cameras were rolling when the thief said she was pregnant.

Trump Picks Nikki Haley For UN Ambassador!

South Carolina governor Nikki Haley picked to be U.N. Ambassador.

The establishment governor was a fierce critic of the president-elect and supported Lil' Marco for president. She believed that his rhetoric was divisive and racist. I guess all that tiff-for-taff nonsense ended when became the president.

Haley got praise for supporting the removal of a flag from the losing side of the Civil War. She faced pressure from many Civil Rights leaders. A mass shooting at Mother Emanuel AME Church by a terrorist forced Haley to do something she likely wasn't sure of doing.

Second Round For Tensing!

Murder suspect Ray Tensing will have a retrial.

The city of Cincinnati is preparing for potential unrest. The Hamilton County prosecutor Joe Deters will retry ex-cop Ray Tensing for the murder of Sam DuBose. He blamed the jury's willingness to accused the victim of the shooting. They were more worried about how many baby mamas Sam DuBose had then why did Tensing bucked him without an ounce of remorse.

The last trial was deadlocked. The nearly White jury wasn't willing to sent Tensing to the iron college and it led to mistrial.

Deters said issues of race, DuBose's criminal background and lifestyle (he had 13 kids by at least seven women) "absolutely crept into the jury room" even though Shanahan banned testimony about DuBose's criminal and health records.

Deters said the jury of 10 whites and two blacks was 10-2 in favor of voluntary manslaughter on the third night of deliberations, Friday, Nov. 11. After two hours of deliberations Saturday morning, the 24th and 25th hours over four days, Shanahan decided the jury was hopelessly deadlocked and called it off.

After saying he interviewed half of the jurors, Deters said some were sympathetic to Tensing, who teared up on the witness stand, and were considering punishment, which they shouldn't have done.

"There's no question that issues were being discussed in there that should not have been discussed," Deters said.

Facing pressure Deters had no choice but to reexamine the case against Tensing.

Deters said pressure from DuBose's family, city council, ministers, demonstrators and Black Lives Matter Cincinnati had no influence in his decision to retry Tensing. He said he did what he had promised to do -- meet with his assistant prosecutors, talk to jurors and analyze the "likelihood of success at trial."

Deters is blamed himself for not giving a stronger cross-examination of Tensing and a better presentation in closing arguments.

Federal Judge Tells New Americans To Go Back Home If They Hate Trump!

Federal judge tells newly sworn Americans that if you don't like the fuhrer, then head back home.

I'm hearing that the controversial billionaire/racist/sexist/reality television star who was elected your President of the United States may not pursue charges against his former rival Hillary Clinton.

After all, her emails were the primary issue for his supporters and the junk food media. Even though, those goddamn emails weren't important to me, this became a primary reason to why she lost this election. Her lost sparked furor with Democrats. They're very pissed and plotting revenge on Republicans for being inept.

The Supreme Court is an issue that could be pivotal towards the future of the country. Democrats are hoping that President Barack Obama slip diss the Senate by appointing a nominee without merit.

Inept majority leader Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has placed rules on the senate to block or delay the nomination of Merrick Garland. It's highly unlikely the federal judge will be confirmed.

Now that we have a fuhrer in office, the Court will likely have an appointment and Republicans are willing to fulfill the vacancy.

Federal courts are exhausted with overload of work. There are federal judges wanting to retire but can't because the Senate will not let them or they can't confirm nominees that Obama picked.

And they won't censure or impeach those who follow their bigoted views.

This federal judge presiding over the ceremony of new Americans says if you don't like that Donald J. Trump will be president, go to another country.

"I can assure you that whether you voted for him or you did not vote for him, if you are a citizen of the United States, he is your president," Judge John Primomo said. "He will be your president and if you do not like that, you need to go to another country."

In an election where women played such a pivotal role, Indian immigrant and new American Vharati Dharwadkar said that women have it better in the U.S. than in her native India.

"The freedom and the importance that ladies get in this country is independence," Dharwadkar said. "She can freely say whatever she has to say. I feel free in this country compared to my country."

Iraqi native Mohammed Al Farradh said that America is still is a beacon of hope for many.

"It is exciting to be an American. I believe that America is bigger than whoever is in office," Farradh said.
