The media mogul's latest endeavor: Opening up a charter school.

Sean "Puffy" Combs, known as Puff Daddy/Diddy told the junk food media that he's going bring Hartford's Capital Prep Charter School to Harlem. He wants to turn an abandoned building in Harlem into a school for social justice. The school will cater to high school students from 6th grade to 12th grade.

Combs is co-founding the school with Steve Perry, a recognized name in education reform who has sparred with union leaders and made TV appearances such as on CNN's "Black in America."  Perry founded a public magnet campus in Hartford, Conn., in 2005, and a charter in Bridgeport, Conn., founded in 2015. Charter schools are publicly funded and can be privately operated.

Combs provided office space and staff in New York to launch the school, Perry said. Initially, those staffers canvassed the neighborhood for support. Perry said he hasn't asked Combs to donate his money to the school, and the musician's day-to-day involvement is still to be determined.

Teachers are called illuminators because they're more than just instructors, said Capital Prep Harlem Principal Danita Jones.

He's accepting students this session.

This is the media mogul's first attempt at opening up an institution for disadvantaged youth.

Combs is the founder of Bad Boy Entertainment. Through the 1990s and 2000s the label was credited to the success of Notorious B.I.G., 112, Total, Faith Evans, Mase, The Lox, Craig Mack and Black Rob.

Bad Boy's latest acts include Cassie, Machine Gun Kelly, and French Montana.

The Law Catches Cold Blooded Killer Who Bucked Friend!

Cold blooded killer murders his friend in Dayton, Ohio. May face a the gas house if they charge him with capital murder.

In the rust belt city of Dayton, Ohio, the law says that Easter weekend was probably the most violent of the month. There were numerous shootings in the community. My hometown is facing some real issues with gun violence. Of course, the Congress won't do a damn thing about it.

There was shooting in the Westwood neighborhood. A man was shot in the chest and tried to flee. He would end up crashing into a pole on route to a hospital. The victim Gary Tisdale was pronounced dead on the scene.

Gary Tisdale was murdered by a cold blooded killer.

His former friend Michael Martin was booked in the Montgomery County lockup on charges of felonious assault, carrying concealed weapons, and having weapons under disability (as a felon),

This happened near the busy intersection of James H. McGee Boulevard and West Third Street.

The passengers managed to escape gunfire but were really ecstatic about this.

The killer may had an argument with the victim.

Dayton police presser Lt. Bill Keller said this act was senseless.

"There was a dispute some blocks over - and one guy shot the other guy in the chest. He drove away in his car with a couple passengers and due to his injuries, he crashed. At this point he has passed."

So far there probably over 2,000 shootings this month alone. It's unfortunate that we have these issues in the United States. We're leading the way in violence.

Martin is innocent until proven guilty. Based on being a felon with a firearm, a murder charge could put this killer in the gas house. LIFE in the iron college may be the only way out of the gas house. He's already assured the that option if he's found guilty of the charges.

Clerk Faces Murder Charges For Bucking Shoplifter!

Store owner kills shopper. He faces a murder charge. He claims it was "self-defense". 

The law warns residents never become a hero if you're facing a potential threat. It's best to protect yourself from an attack. If you're cornered or force to take action, do so safely. It could be justified only if the threat can't allow you to escape.

Now it seems like you can't take actions into your own hands. A Washington state clerk faces a murder rap for bucking an alleged shoplifter.

The clerk claims that its was an act of self-defense.

Pierce County sheriff says that the evidence points to a cold-blooded killing.

Min Sik Kim of Spanaway was booked in the county lockup on a high class murder charge. He decided to handle an alleged shoplifter with the firearm. Jakeel Mason was the victim. The 21-year old man was shot in the back and he posed no threat to Kim or his business.

The victim was unarmed. This killer claimed that his business Pacific Quickmart was a target of chronic theft and robberies.

Kim says that the victim was trying to steal cigarettes. They got into a tussle and the victim pushed the killer to the ground. He claimed that the victim tried to reach for the killer's firearm.

He and his wife wanted to show the thieves that they're not going to take theft lying down. They decided to use their firearms to stroke fear in Black shoppers who loiter too much. They wanted to show Black shoppers that they're not going to allow them to steal from them.

The law said that the video shows a store clerk profiling a shopper. The video  shows that the struggle started when the store clerk punching the victim and the victim goes to leave the store, the killer puts the slugs in him.

The killer's wife Suel, got into a violent confrontation with an alleged robber. She was grazed by a slug. She was treated for the injuries. The robber got away. This happened last month.

"We know that just the previous month that his wife was shot at in a robbery, we understand that. That probably leads to high emotions and people carrying weapons, but if you're going to carry weapons you have to have the responsibility of carry that weapon. We can't have shoplifts turn into homicides."

The victim had a criminal history. Mason plead guilty to attempted burglary and trying to abduct a 6-year old girl.

Kim will face the judge soon on second degree murder. These charges could land Kim in the iron college for the rest of his LIFE.

Kim is innocent until proven guilty.

If the alleged suspect stole something, it's best to avoid confrontation. If the suspect attacks you and you try to defend yourself by using deadly force, then the law could determine if the encounter is justified or a criminal act.

An eerie reminder of the tragic death Latasha Harlins. Around the Rodney King beating in 1992, a teen was killed by a store clerk in a South Los Angeles liquor store.  The killer Soon Ja Du murdered Latasha after a confrontation over a stolen bottle of orange juice. The killer claimed that the teen punched her.

The law concluded that the killing was justified and Du was released. This along with the dismissal of LAPD officers accused of beating King sparked the Los Angeles riots.

The Law Caught The U.S. Capitol Threat! Now Who Gets The Blame For It?

Terrorist panicked Washington, DC with a pellet gun. The terrorist caused a panic at the U.S. Capitol in a politically motivated attack.

There was a shooting at the U.S. Capitol today. A terrorist panicked Washington, DC with a toy gun.

The incident allowed innocent civilians at the Capitol Visitor Center get injured. The DC Capitol Police put the threat down.

Officers shot and injured the threat around 3pm after he entered the north screening area of the Capitol Visitor Center and drew a weapon. It turns out that the terrorist had a pellet gun. So I am guessing he was trying to commit suicide by cop.

The terrorist was taken to a local hospital and was being treated for his injuries. An uninvolved bystander was injured and taken to a local hospital. The terrorist was a former pastor at St. Luke’s Community Church in Nashville, according to his Facebook page and the church’s website.

Panic in Washington, DC.

The terrorist cause the Capitol to shut down, the White House to shut down. It disrupted traffic along Interstate 395 and Interstate 695. Washington, DC was fearing that this was an act of terrorism caused by a Muslim.

Ted Cruz singled out Trump and Stone for sending the story to the National Enquirer. The tabloid has been questioned before for shoddy journalism. But it's been actually on it when it came to Gary Hart, Gary Condit, John Edwards and Jesse Jackson having numerous affairs.

With a pending brokered convention and the talk of Republicans not supporting the nominee, the odds of the civil war reaching critical mass is VERY LIKELY.

Obama: Mitch McConnell's Inept Leadership Dooms America!

Dirty politician faces an onslaught of criticism from Pres. Obama, the public and fellow Republicans who fear they may lose in competitive senate races.

Two weeks in and no budging on the Merrick Garland nomination for the Supreme Court.

Republican leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said in the junk food media that the nomination will be for the next president. It's pretty much pissed off the president and the Democrats. President Barack Obama in final year still at work. He may be a lame duck, but he's not sulking about being called that.

His job approval right now sits in the mid 50s.

Obama is still constitutionally entitled to have a nominee confirmed to the Court.

The Democrats are saying that Republicans are inept and they can't govern. They fear the conservative outrage brewing if they give in to the public's demand to nominate a justice to the high court.

The court's swing is somewhat conservative. Now that Antonin Scalia passed away, Republicans feared that Obama's pick for the Supreme Court could swing the court into a progressive direction.

Conservatives are outraged over Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) complaining about the senate not holding hearings on Garland.

The Garden City Telegram reported that Moran told a small group gathered in a Cimarron, Kan., courthouse on Monday that GOP senators “should interview Garland and have a hearing on his nomination,” in the paper’s words.

Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) warns Republicans that the plan to stop Obama's court pick will backfire.

“I can’t imagine the president has or will nominate somebody that meets my criteria, but I have my job to do,” Moran said, according to the report. “I think the process ought to go forward.”

Another Kansas paper, the Dodge City Daily Globe, reported that Moran was even more explicit in comments to a Rotary Club there: “I think we have the responsibility to have a hearing, to have the conversation and to make a determination on the merit,” he said.

He says that he rather vote against Garland than hold his nomination up. He understands that if a Republican wins the presidency, the Democrats will block nominees for the Court.

The partisan gridlock affecting Washington, DC is pathetic. I mean Mitch McConnell and House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) are worthless politicians and leaders.

The Republicans also trying to cock block a recess appointment to the Court. The president could impose a recess nomination if the Republicans hold firm on their threat.

She slams Cruz for being melodramatic. She also took aim at Megyn Kelly for being such a diva.

Basically Omarosa is saying that her friend and mentor Donald J. Trump isn't a mypobic, sexist, xenophobic, racist dick.
