The Atlanta Falcons have a superfan who is always attending the games, dressing up in an unique outfit and always rooting on the team to victory.

She was arrested by the Atlanta Police when she appeared at the latest home game at Mercedes Benz Stadium.

Carolyn "Birdlady" Freeman of Macon, Georgia was charged with theft by deception. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Many fans from the Falcons and opposing teams accuse the Birdlady of stealing donations for tailgate parties.

It appears that she used the funds for her clothes, shoes, wigs, makeup, feathers, expensive box seats and away games. She also used the funds to help herself and family members.

The victims want her permanently banned from Atlanta Falcons events and her season passes revoked.

The arrest warrant, issued on Oct. 30, 2024, states that Freeman obtained $14,000 dollars to orchestrate a party for the Chiefs-Falcons game on Sept. 22, but did not show up for the event and did not return the money.

Prior to the game, Atlanta News First Investigates asked Freeman about accusations she used money she had collected for tailgates and Super Bowl events in the last 10 years to pay for car repairs, her season tickets or personal seat license at the stadium.

“I don’t need that money,” Freeman said. “I’ve never had a problem with money. I have money; my family has money.”

When asked about the Chiefs tailgate claims, she said that she was not given $14,000 dollars, adding that she did not owe them money, she said, because she spent more than they had given her.

One week before the warrant was issued, Atlanta News First Investigates revealed the Chiefs fan club’s claims along with two similar events from 2017 involving a Seahawks fan club tailgate and a trip for Falcons fans to the Super Bowl in Houston.

When asked about theses events, Freeman said that the Seahawks fan club was lying and that they had a “great tailgate.” She added that the bus company that she was helping promote the trip to the Super Bowl in 2017 was not honest with her, and that she made sure every fan got their money back.

But since the story aired, Atlanta News First Investigates found fans who say she did the same thing to them with a trip to an international game in London in 2014.

“I couldn‘t believe it, I was like, ’Man, she‘s still doing that?’” exclaimed JeNard Gibson who had paid to go on the trip with her in 2014.

Gibson said that his money had gone directly to the travel agent, so he was able to go, but others who paid Freeman directly had a different experience.

“Watching your story… she used the ‘got pulled over by the cops,’“ Gibson said pointing out similarities in his experience to the Chiefs fans experience. “She used that on us, too. She used a concussion. She was sick.” Gibson recalled.

We asked Freeman about the London trip and she said she couldn’t believe anyone would say it didn’t happen.

“We had every event that was promised,” Freeman exclaimed. “We had a great time. We had a really good time.”

Atlanta News First Investigates spoke with the event planner who booked the flights and hotels in London and she confirmed the promised events did not happen.

Freeman, who was also named a 2016 Bud Light NFL Super Fan, was featured on an Equifax billboard inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium this season. The credit bureau company removed her image after Atlanta News First Investigates inquired about recent allegations that she had taken money from the Chiefs fan club.

Tammy Southwood, an organizer for the Kansas City Chiefs Arrowhead South Georgia Chapter filed a police report with Atlanta Police on Oct. 7. Southwood told Atlanta News First Investigates that come gameday, Freeman kept telling them over the phone that she was on her way, but she was in the hospital for asthma and later said she had an incident with the police.

According to the club’s records, more than 300 people paid $14,500 to Freeman through apps like Eventbrite, Venmo and PayPal.

Southwood said she never showed up to the tailgate, but they then received photos of Freeman at the game.

In response, Freeman told us that her handyman had tripped while loading the trailer and “bust his head open, blood everywhere.” She added that he had to be taken to a local hospital and that she herself had been in the hospital the night before from pushing herself too hard.

Freeman said that by the time she made it to the tailgate location that day, the Chiefs fans had left, but she told them they could come get all of the items she bought after the game.

While Freeman and Southwood did have a contract for the tailgate, Freeman insisted that Southwood voided it via email. She said that she had proof, but never shared the email with Atlanta News First Investigates.

Catherine Baskett, a Kansas City organizer with the Chiefs fan club who helped plan the event, said that’s not true and they never heard from Freeman again after those phone calls.

Baskett said the Georgia Attorney General’s office and Atlanta Police contacted her the day after the Atlanta News First investigation aired, asking for more information and bank statements.

The fan groups from 2017 and 2024 also claimed that Freeman said part of the money collected for tailgates would go to her nonprofit, Bridlady Cares Inc.

BirdLady Cares Inc. has been registered as a 501(c)(3) with the Internal Revenue Service for almost a decade. Guidestar, a philanthropic research website, details the nonprofit’s mission as serving children affected by abuse, domestic violence and bullying.

When Atlanta News First Investigates asked how much of the money went to her nonprofit, Freeman said, “None of that went to it because I spent more than I received, so BirdLady Cares has got nothing.”

In the warrant for her arrest, the officer states that they tried to call Freeman and left her voicemails. They said they sent local police to her house for a welfare check, tried contacting her family members, and even the local hospital, but could not find her. The officer states she “disappeared.”

When Atlanta News First Investigates reached Freeman via phone the Saturday before the game, she said she had been in the hospital all week, ill with breathing problems, had thrown out her back, and a pipe in her basement had burst, but she would meet us at the game ahead of the season ticketholder tailgate.

“Duct tape and super glue, it’s an illusion,” the Birdlady said Sunday.

The Birdlady got caged.

Atlanta News First Investigates confirmed Freeman is a season ticket holder with a personal seat license at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

A petition to ban Freeman from Falcons games that began in 2017, has now garnered more than 500 signatures.

A spokesperson for AMB Sports and Entertainment, which owns the Atlanta Falcons’ Major League Soccer’s Atlanta United FC; Mercedes-Benz Stadium; Atlanta Drive GC; and PGA TOUR Superstore; said this is a legal matter and declined comment on the claims or the arrest.

We asked the Georgia Attorney General’s office if they are investigating, but have not heard back.

Maybe she should run for president. The Birdlady mugshot looks almost bad as the Trump mugshot.

A spokesperson for the IRS said they cannot comment on tax matters of specific taxpayers, including tax-exempt organizations.

By the way, the state of Georgia had criminally charged President-elect Donald J. Trump. He used his white privilege to delay his trial in Fulton County. The prosecutor Fani Willis won her reelection. The president-elect had pressured the state secretary of state Brad Raffensperger to cancel votes out of Fulton County.

The trial is likely postponed because of him being in transition and under federal law and the Supreme Court's immunity decision, Trump cannot be charged while in transition and office.

Whereas Freeman is charged as a private citizen, Trump, a private citizen and well established politician used every trick in the book to protect his white privilege.

Yeah, y'all gonna learn.

The Republicans Will Eliminate The Filibuster!

Welcoming the new senators. Vice President Kamala Harris will do her final duties in the Lame Duck session. She will swear in the new senators.

Sen-elect Adam Schiff (D-CA), Sen-elect David McCormick (R-PA), Sen-elect Andy Kim (D-NJ), Sen-elect Elisa Slotkin (D-MI), Sen-elect Jim Justice (R-WV), Sen. John Curtis (R-UT), Sen-elect Bernie Moreno (R-OH), Sen-elect Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-DE), Sen-elect Angela Alsobrooks (D-MD) and Sen-elect Tim Sheehy (R-MT) will be sworn in on Jan. 3, 2025.

The Senate will have five African American senators. Alsobrooks and Blunt Rochester will be the fourth and fifth African American women to serve. Carol Mosley Braun, Kamala Harris and Laphonza Butler served at least one term in the Senate before retirement.

Sen. Jacky Rosen (D-NV) wins her U.S. Senate race after the AP called the race in her favor. It keeps the Republican Party from extending their gains.

Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) has not won against Kari Lake and the AP has him leading.

Ohio, Montana, Pennsylvania and West Virginia went to the Republicans.

Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), Vice President-elect will resign soon and Gov. Mike DeWine of Ohio will appoint likely Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH) to fulfill the term.

Okay, the filibuster was the biggest issue holding up President Joe Biden and his agenda.

Republicans along with outgoing independents Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin fucked up everything. 

Now with an incoming Donald J. Trump second administration, Republicans see the opportunity to push through federal judges. Trump could appoint more Supreme Court nominees if Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Sonia Sotomayor retire or die in term.

Election denier Kari Lake comes closer to Ruben Gallego in Arizona senate race.

The filibuster will end once the Democrats stall a controversial nominee. 

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) says he will not eliminate the filibuster. But he is no longer the Minority Leader come Jan. 2025. He never can be trusted.

The Democrats stop the filibuster after Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) continued to stall former president Barack Obama's nominees. 

McConnell robbed Obama and Biden of their Supreme Court nominees by stall nominations and ramming through Trump's appointment of Amy Coney Barrett.

Despite the allegations of abuse of power, Republicans have the Congress.

They continue to remain unpopular with policies but yet won over voters with lies about immigration, transgender rights and the economy. 

The Republican House members will demonize Rep-elect Sarah McBride (D-DE), Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Rep. Maxine Waters.

McBride will be sworn in as the first U.S. member who is a transgender woman.

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) will continue to be absolute bitches. Along with Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) and Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) will be the worthless members in the news.

What Happened To Elroy Clarke?

Even a well off Black man can be killed by police. Elroy Clarke called the police to remove an individual and he ends up dead.

This is Joe Biden's America. This will be Donald J. Trump's America. 

I just want to say that the Second Amendment is White, period.

No George Floyd Policing Act.

According to the far right: White shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant thugs and criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. According to the far right, almost all white [or non-white] mass shooters are registered Democrats [or some progressive activist] because they have liked or done one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share or post disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme or make bogus social media platforms with the shooter's image as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white or associated with conservative causes. The far right says a white person or the police should "protect" themselves from thugs, terrorists or protesters. They believe the use of firearms are "justified" if they are protesting or even instigating a conflict. The far right believes if a shooter is a police officer, an active military member, a veteran or a citizen who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens in urban communities, the far right automatically assume the gunmen are Black.

Long story short, a man in Charlotte County, Florida was lynched by the deputies. A Black man called 911 because he wanted a person trespassed from his property.

The man was confronted by five deputies. It started somewhat cordial until one of the deputies ran his address in the system and it had a warrant for a minor offense.

It quickly escalated to where deputies deployed a taser and another used pepper spray. Then they used batons. Then they quickly resorted to deadly force.

Not once did the man attack the police. He remained defiant because he said they were on his property and he demanded them to leave. Then they used beanbag shots before the man runs towards a deputy where the bitch shot him six times. The bitch claim he was hit in the head. Literally getting hit by a beanbag projectile is extremely painful and possibly fatal. The man wasn't even trying to attack the deputies. As you see he was resistant but not violent.

Elroy Clarke, 42 died.

The deputy who shot him went sobbing like a fucking baby. The deputy did not render aid or showed any any compassion for the unarmed man.

Ron DeSantis and Republicans love this.

They will say if he would have complied.

He called the police and they unalived him.

The incident happened on Wednesday, Oct. 23, on Sandy Pine Drive near Punta Gorda.

The body cam shows the deputy who tased Clarke and later shot him dead.

At 12:15 p.m., deputies responded to a disturbance between two men, Troy Johnson and Clarke.

Clarke called to report that Johnson, his tenant, was acting erratically and wanted him off his property.

During the course of the interaction, deputies identified Clarke as having an active warrant for failing to appear in court on a trespassing charge from an incident on June 4.

Deputies attempted to arrest Clarke. However, Clarke said he didn't know who Elroy Clarke was and claimed his name was "Ben Day."

Deputies asked Clarke to put his hands behind his back, but he refused.

Body cam video shows that Clarke was repeatedly warned that he would be shocked with a stun gun if he did not comply. After being stunned multiple times, Clarke still refused and was immediately pepper sprayed.

The deputies finally arrest the individual who Clarke called on.

He remained standing, repeating that he was unaware of why he would be under arrest, video shows.

After further discussion between deputies and Clarke, one of the officers retrieved a less-lethal bean bag shotgun from the patrol car.

Clarke was hit multiple times and remained standing.

At this point, the video shows Clarke lunging toward a deputy who was holding a gun.

In the text of the video released by the sheriff's office, it said, "After Clarke was struck with the final bean bag round, he charged at and made contact with Deputy #3. Deputy #3 was holding his service weapon. Deputy #3 and Deputy #1 discharged their service weapons, striking Clarke."

CCSO said CPR was performed on Clarke until medics arrived. Clarke was pronounced deceased at the scene.

In a news conference on Wednesday, Sheriff Prummell promised to provide this video as soon as possible so the community would be able to see what happened during the incident.

This is what the junk food media to describe Elroy Clarke. They used his mugshot from a previous encounter. It gives the perception of his death being justified.

According to Prummell, the deputies are on administrative leave as per protocol.

Johnson ended up being arrested for failing to register as a convicted felon.

According to the arrest report, Johnson is facing charges of possession of firearm by a convicted felon, manufacturing marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Prummell said CCSO is working with the State Attorney's Office as the investigation continues.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Blue Drip!

MAGA will be a generational change.

Like the Red Wave, the Blue Wave was just talk and bluster. Many Democrats were wiped out of their House seats in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Florida.

The Democratic turnout must have been low because of the party's unwavering support for Israel and the Biden Administration and Kamala Harris campaign refusal to stop aiding that apartheid ethnostate. It broke the Blue Wall.

Trump carried Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania after losing them in 2020. 

He won back Georgia, Arizona and nearly Nevada.

The Democrats may have not secured a House majority. The Republicans have won Pennsylvania with the U.S. Senate flipping for David McCormick beating incumbent Bob Casey.

So Tim Sheehy, Bernie Moreno, Jim Justice and David McCormick secured a Republican Senate majority. The Democrats held Arizona, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan and Maryland. 

Sen. Jacky Rosen (D-NV) is project to win her seat against Republican Sam Brown.

What pissed me off the most was the Democrats refusal to have Biden or Harris campaign for them that's why Bob Casey, Sherrod Brown and Jon Tester were defeated.

When will the Democrats stop shooting themselves in the head?

Couldn't save the soul of the nation.

Like I said, it is time to play dirty.

Congratulations to Sarah McBride. She will be the first transgender U.S. House member. Lauren Boebert and Marjorie Taylor Greene will continue to plague us with endless vitriol. So I hope McBride is ready to step up. 

Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar and Andre Carson warned the Democrats that Israel will doom the party. Will they fucking listen or they keep saying that Israel will be priority number one?

Jamaal Bowman and Cori Bush were defeated by George Latimer and Wesley Bell in races where Israel influence the outcome.

Israel had the finger on the scale for Trump and Biden refused to fight the accusations.

Biden is getting most of the blame from angry Democrats and their supporters.

Blame Game!

This was not a smart move by Biden.

If wearing a Trump hat at a Sept. 11 commencement wasn't something, President Joe Biden is getting most of the blame for Vice President Kamala Harris' shocking lost to Donald J. Trump. 

Biden and his staunch support for Israel done the Democrats in. 

So I will say this in two words: Get Angry!

Revenge, oh hell yeah.

If you angry about the election, yeah I get it. I am too shocked but not surprised.

Supporting Israel, putting faith in Republicans who hate Trump, being truthful despite an onslaught of lies, misogyny, racism and just too much bullshit will be the Democrats failing.

Jaime Harrison will be ousted.

The Democrats will have to build a different ground game now that President Donald J. Trump will get to appoint up to three new Supreme Court nominees again.

His first term was a disaster. His second term.... who knows?

No more mocking the white angry voters. No more taking advantage of the non college educated voter. Democrats need to get into the business of troll farming, disinformation, grievance politics and less about identity politics.

No more idol worshiping. The Republicans worship Trump. 

The Republicans worship greed, hate, getting in people's businesses and sexual predatory behavior. If a Democrat has a sex scandal that doesn't involve legal ramifications, fucking embrace it and ignore the calls to leave. 

Stop trying to paint MAGAland as idiots. I know that sounds like I am siding with Trump but I am not. I am no longer going to embrace the social influencers who try to paint the Trump supporters as morons.

The time to do soul searching is over. It is all out war.

We must stop aiding Israel, Ukraine and other foreign countries. We must stop appeasing white supremacy. The border wall isn't going to stop immigrants.

If Republicans want to keep their guns, maybe Democrats should keep theirs.

No more condemning racism. It is time to just allow the conspiracy theories, racism and hate fester. Cause it may eventually be the Republican Party's undoing.

Cause if you can call Puerto Rico an island of garbage, let's no longer seize on it.

Let the right deal with it and no longer allow our impulses to react to it.

No more happy clappy liberal.  I am sorry Stephanie Miller, Clay Kane and Thom Hartmann, we ain't winning on being positive. I think it time to go negative and embrace the right's definitions of the left.

I am not advocating for violence but I will no longer condemn it if it's done in the name of politics. I am tired of trying to push for issues that are ignored.

I will register as an independent. I will not support the Republican or Democratic Party any longer. I am going to have progressive views on human rights and a conservative view on finances.

I will not worry about what Biden, Trump or any future president. They will have costly mistakes and proven successes. I must accept it.

Prepare yourselves for 2025. The Trump years are more chaos.

Trump will pardon the Jan. 6 insurrectionists, pardon himself, launch investigations into Biden, Harris, Hillary Clinton and his political enemies. He will try to punish news and cable outlets that criticize him. There will be more freedoms lost to the government. 

The stress will have Trump deteriorate at a rapid pace being under the presidency. Trump will likely have more health conditions and it will likely cost him his life. I'm not advocating for any harm on the future president, but I see that at 78 years old, Donald J. Trump will suffer from dementia or heart disease.

Netanyahu Fires Gallant!

Iran will retaliate against Israel in some way. They are glad Trump won because they will not hold back like they've have with Biden.

Gallant is still under an indictment where he could be arrested and hauled into the International Criminal Court in the Hague, Netherlands.

The American voters spoke and we must accept the results. The former president will be our next president. We will see him age even further and his coalition of extremists will drive us to civil war and global war.

No More Saving Souls: The Democrats Must Play Dirty To Win!

It is time to play dirty. No more making nice with Republicans, the media and pollsters. Democrats need to start playing like Trump and Republicans.

I mean they seem to give you false hope.

Now President-elect Donald J. Trump and Vice President-elect J.D. Vance will take helm on Jan. 20, 2025. No historical moment other than a 78 year old morbidly obese man who spent his four years plotting for revenge. A man who never worked a day in the fields. A man who will lie and deceive to win.

Republicans are masters of this.

Why can't the Democratic Party go dirty? I mean they call Democrats every freaking name out the book.

I am tired of being peaceful resistance. It is time to just play by their rules.

We need to eliminate the good versus evil mantra. 

I don't know Trump or Vance personally so I am done with attacking their character (despite their hatefulness).

The Democrats need to stop supporting fucking Israel. I am so sorry for the people of Ukraine, Gaza, The West Bank, Lebanon, Syria and Iran. The Democrats failure to reach out Arab American and Muslim voters doomed them.

The Trump agenda will allow Israel to continue its genocide on Palestine. The Trump agenda will Russia to continue its genocide on Ukraine.

I am sorry to the young LGBTQ and women. The Republican Party will strip away the right to marriage, the right to make your own decisions with your body, force you to accept your birth gender identity. They will outlaw adult entertainment. They will make it hard for you to adopt if you're a gay couple.

I am sorry to the people who are special needs, poor, homeless, mentally ill and victims of sexual violence.

Stop listening to moderates to appeal. Stop thinking young voters will support Democrats. Stop trying to court Republicans to join us. White voters are forever Republican. If we can't pull over 50% of the vote, stop courting them.

Forget the white woman and Black male vote, they are unreliable. If you want to court their vote, start talking like a genie and make them wishes.

No more politicians over 70 year old. Joe Biden will be the last president over the age of 70. I want a president who isn't a grandfather.

Trump will be the oldest elected president surpassing President Joe Biden by three months. Biden turns 82 in November.

Stop placing our faith in entertainers and athletes. They have no sway in elections.

Stop mocking the nuts. It is time to get nuts.

Start posting misinformation and disinformation. Stop trying to win over non educated Americans with facts. Tell lies and watch them spread. Cause if Trump can lie about immigrants getting FEMA, we can talk about how Republicans are having orgies and cocaine fueled parties.

C'mon folks, let's get dirty. Let's stop being the party of common sense. Enough of the peace rhetoric. If they want to say violent things to us, return the favor.

I am not advocating violence against Americans but I am not condemning it. If anything happens and it involves politics, I will look the other way.

Like I said, President Joe Biden support for Israel doomed Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz. The Democrats had momentum but it wasn't enough to stop Donald J. Trump.

Now he will return to the White House at 78 years old with J.D. Vance as his New Vice president. He will continue to drive American influence into the toilet.

The former president now President-elect managed to tap into the voters with his rambling about immigration, the economy, transgender Americans and bring an end to wars.

The Israelis, Russians, AIPAC and Heritage Foundation will get their stooge.

Biden will call Trump to congratulate him and Vance and offer the smooth transition.

I strongly doubt any Harris supporters will riot or storm the U.S. Capitol come Jan. 6.

We elected a racist, sexual predator, habitual liar, convicted felon, online troll again. This country is going down hard. The U.S. will no longer reign as the leader thanks to Trump and Biden.

We will elect old men as our president.

Racism will continue to be the status quo.

Trump will pardon the Jan. 6 insurrectionists. He will pardon himself.

He will drive our economy into the ground.

The Democrats support for Isrsel may have cost them big time.

• Gov. Jim Justice is now West Virginia's Republican Senate-elect.

• Florida voters reject abortion ballot measure and marijuana legalization.
• All the celebrity and anti-Trump support did not matter.
• History will have to wait this round. No woman or person of color will ever be president as long as white privilege exists in the United States.

Jill Stein once again wins the fight. The protest vote does matter. 

We will see our country rebound in some form. I mean who know what the outlook is, we got four years.

If Trump is elected, he will be the second oldest, second since Grover Cleveland, first convicted felon, first sexual predator and the longest running candidate to become president. Trump announced his campaign in Nov. 2022.

Trump was the 45th President of the United States. 

Harris is the 49th Vice President of the United States.

J.D. Vance will be the first Ohioan to be Vice President of the United States.

Tim Walz will be the newest Vice President of the United States replacing Walter Mondale, the late vice president of former president Jimmy Carter.

Kamala Harris has over 1.43 billion in campaign contributions.

Donald J. Trump has over 398 million in campaign contributions.

I will say again, I won't be flooded by text messages, emails, campaign ads, endless drivel of who is good and who is bad.

I know a lot of Americans are nervous about the election. Trust me, I have anxiety about a second Trump presidency. He was incompetent during the coronavirus pandemic. He also led a mob of his supporters to a domestic terrorist attack on the U.S. Capitol. That alone should have stopped any consideration.

But Republicans devoted to "owning the libs" allowed Trump the opportunity to run again. He used his white privilege to avoid jail, debates, accountability for actions and paying debts. He also exploited his near death experience in Butler, Pennsylvania.

I mean who would promote a near assassination as a campaign meme?

Anyway, please vote.

Regardless of who wins, I will stay humble and post the aftermath once a president-elect is named.

Republicans, you need to find a better way to win over Black voters.

Someone decided to use an AI voice of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in a desperate attempt to court Black voters to support former president Donald J. Trump.

In a video posted to the social platform X, the account @MAGAResource shares a “deepfake” video of King praising Trump.

“We’ve been told again and again that we cannot vote for the man that did more for the Black community than any other president,” the ad begins, with King’s famed baritone. “If a Black man dares speak out in support of Donald Trump, a Democrat is always there to call that man an Uncle Tom, a house negro or even worse.”

The ad alleged that Democrats are failing Black Americans and have taken the demographic for granted for decades. 

The account the video was posted to is not officially affiliated with the Trump campaign. 

Bernice King denounced the video, demanding the account delete it and saying that it stands in opposition to everything her father was for. 

“It’s vile, fake, irresponsible, and not at all reflective of what my father would say,” King wrote. “And you gave no thought to our family.”

The King family has become increasingly involved in the 2024 presidential race, with some members endorsing first President Biden then Vice President Harris. They have repeatedly denounced Trump, particularly as the GOP nominee has continually invoked the civil rights legend’s name.

Trump has falsely claimed that his 2020 inauguration speech drew the same number of people to the National Mall as the March on Washington that saw King give his famous “I Have a Dream” speech.

He also compared North Carolina’s GOP gubernatorial candidate, Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson, to King. Robinson reportedly described himself as a “black Nazi” on an online message board, and has faced a deluge of scandals throughout the campaign.

The fabricated video comes at a time when both parties are concerned about the role of deepfakes influencing voters, with both candidates having been targets of AI-generated videos over the course of the campaign.  

Vice President Kamala Harris hosted her final rallies with Lady Gaga, Oprah Winfrey, Katy Perry and Alicia Keys. The vice president also took time to honor Quincy Jones, the famed music producer and media mogul.

Former president Donald J. Trump is late at his final three rallies. His final rally at Grand Rapids was supposed to start at 9:00pm but he is over two hours late.

Let me clear up some things.

The Democratic Party has nominated two women for president. The Democrats had nominated two African Americans for president. The Democrats have elected African American men for governor. The Democratic Party has three African American senators in the current session. The Democratic Party has its top leader being an African American. The Democratic National Committee has its party leader being an African American.

If the Republican Party nominates a Black person as their presidential nominee.... then they won't be the party of white supremacy.

Byron Donalds, Wesley Hunt, Burgess Owens, John James, Tim Scott and Black MAGAland make only 2% of the Republican Party. The Republican Party is 92% cocaine and 8% what else.

Republicans stop using MLK in your propaganda. If he was alive, y'all would have vilified him like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and Black Lives Matter.
