Grammy-award winning gospel singer and entertainer Kirk Franklin is engaged in a feud with his son.

The entertainer was caught on tape berating him and it's got the junk food media talking. 

Franklin, 51 is heard on tape arguing with his son, Kerrion Franklin, 32. The estranged son records the conversation and it gets a little verbally abusive.

Kerrion Franklin puts the family business out.

"I'll put my foot in your ass. I will break your neck NIGGA, don't you ever disrespect me!"

The audio went viral and it forced the entertainer to publicly address the controversy.

Franklin said on social media that was "losing his temper" and explained that he's been having issues with his eldest son "for many years."

Kerrion posted the video on social media and Media Take Out managed to obtain the video. 

He said that Franklin was "abusive" and he "tried to kill him."

Kirk Franklin values his family. He admits that his eldest son and him are feuding and he's hoping to patch it up with him after an audio was leaked of him threatening to the put heat on him.

In a social media posting Kerrion wrote: "This is why I'm done. No father should speak to their children like this. If I have any issues it's because of this type of treatment that I deal with behind closed doors. Hanging up in my face, no apology, no compassion, no effort."

"Stop tell me to go home to my family I don't even know where they live. I don't think I'll ever trust my father to be alone around him ever again. I didn't want to do this."

"I probably won't release the entire recording because it's too embarrassing that I'm not even dealing with this. No matter what people think I pray my dad deals with his deep hatred towards me. I don't feel safe around him at all."

"This recording is recent it is not from 2018. Just to clarify. I'm going to learn from these experiences, live my life and peace and make beautiful art.

In separate Instagram posts shared four days earlier, Kerrion wrote: I'm not allow to have any childhood pictures of myself and my family. Some of the shit I see y'all complain about is so surface. I've been through the fire."

Franklin went to social media to dispute the claims aimed at him.

"For many years we have had a toxic relationship with him as a family. We've tried for many years through counseling, through therapy, to try to rectify this private family matter. Recently my son and I had an argument that he chose to record. I felt extremely disrespected in that conversation and I lost my temper. I said words that are not appropriate. And I am sincerely sorry to all of you. I sincerely apologize."

It appears he is apologizing to his fans, his management and his religious institution. He didn't apologize to his son.

Franklin said that he had called a family therapist during that conversation, but Kerrion left that part of the audio out of the posting.

"I'm not perfect. I'm human and I make mistakes. I'm trying to get right," Franklin said. "Please keep my and my family in your prayers."

Many of the fans came to the defense and wished both well. They want the men to patch up their feud.

I am not a religious person. I am not a church-goer nor a person who spiritually believes in a higher power. I am not going to question the existence of GOD or religion in general. This has been a controversial issue for decades. 

I am considered agnostic.

A legendary boxer passed away over the weekend. His death has sparked conspiracy theories about the COVID-19 vaccines.

Marvelous Marvin Hagler, one of the four kings of boxing passed away on Saturday at the age of 66.

He passed away in his hometown of Bartlett, New Hampshire. The legendary former middleweight champion leaves behind his current wife Kay Guarrera, his former wife Bertha and his five children, Charelle, Celeste, James, Marvin, Jr. and Gentry. His brother Robbie Sims is a former middleweight boxer.

A Facebook post from his son James told that his dad was taken to a New Hampshire hospital after experiencing chest pains and difficulty breathing. TMZ reported that Hagler's family was notified four hours later that he had died.

Hagler was one of the "The Four Kings" of the 1980s along with Sugar Ray Leonard, Roberto Duran and Thomas Hearns. He is widely regarded to be not only arguably the greatest middleweight of all time but one of the greatest fighters, period, who ever lived.

Hagler was born in Newark, New Jersey in 1954. He reigned as the undisputed middleweight champion from 1980 to 1987, making twelve successful defenses of that title, and holds the highest knockout percentage of middleweight champions. He holds a 78% rating which means Marvelous Marvin can really take a man down quick. 

A man who knocked your ass out fast.

He trademark his name and legally certified it as Marvelous Marvin (Nathaniel) Hagler.

They said that Marvelous Marvin had a chin of iron because the blows didn't phase him. He holds the record of 67 (15 by points and 52 by KO) with 3 losses and 2 draws.

He grew up around the times of racial unrest in the country. He was spent his early years in Central Ward in Newark where his family endured the unrest in the city which lead to 26 deaths and $11 million in property damage. His family had to leave the violence to settle in the community of Brockton, Massachusetts.

In his teens, he learned how to box because he was bullied by a local gang. He took out the lead bully and knocked his ass out. The next day after he was roughed up he determined to become a boxer and told gym owners Pasquale (Pat) and Goody Petronelli, that he wanted to learn the skill and he was not leaving until he did.

So the Petronelli brothers trained him and managed him through the local circuit as an amateur. He would end up lying about his age to box in competitive rounds. He lied saying he was 16 but in actuality he was 14. But he ended getting the work done. He won his first bout at the AAU beating Terry Dobbs a former U.S. Marine.

He would complete the amateur circuit with 55 wins and 1 loss.

So he decided to join the World Boxing Association. The legends square off with the WBA. He was a top-ranked middleweight boxer for years before he fought for his title. He was told by Smoking Joe Frazier the rules of the game.

"You have three strikes against you, 'You're black, you're a southpaw and you're good." 

He often put fear in his opponents. He would had to travel to the towns to square up. His first break came when he was offered on -- two weeks' notice -- a chance to square off against Willie "the Worm" Monroe. 

Marvelous Marvin lost by decision. The fight was so good, The Worm said that you ready for a second bout. The second bout turned out to be the career boost for Marvelous Marvin. He knocked out Willie The Worm in a 12 round bout where he had a successful KO. 

The third time he got Willie in the first two rounds.

Marvelous Marvin Hagler meets then president Ronald Reagan.

He got his first title shot in '79 against Vito Antuofermo -- which got called a draw, despite many feeling Hagler had taken it. He got a 2nd shot at the title the following year ... this time against Alan Minter -- whom Hagler pounded into a 3rd round stoppage.

Year after year, Hagler successfully defended his title ... but one of the most brutal bouts to date ended up going down against Tommy Hearns in 1985, which got billed as "The War." It only went three rounds, but all of them were brutal ... especially that opening one, which is regarded as one of the most violent and action-packed to date.

Hagler's reign came to an end in 1987 against none other than boxing icon Sugar Ray Leonard, who came out of retirement for another shot at the title. They went all twelve rounds, and despite many saying Hagler got the better of SRL ... the latter was announced as the winner in a split decision. Granted, Leonard landed a higher percentage of punches.

Post-boxing, Hagler moved on to a career in movies ... in Italy no less. He notably starred in 'Indio' and 'Indio 2' as well as a few other action flicks. He was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 1993.

It appears that the allegations of Marvelous Marvin getting a COVID-19 shot drove his former boxing rival Tommy Hearns making a baseless allegations about the vaccine. There is no official cause of death, which has not been officially revealed.

HER NAME IS BREONNA TAYLOR!

The March 2020 incident didn't get much coverage at first, but it took the works of Tamika Mallory and Benjamin Crump to make this a national story and a push for reforms.

We mark one year since the Louisville Metro Police shot and killed Breonna Taylor, an EMT who was sleeping in her home. The cops were believing her ex-boyfriend was staying at the home.

They did a "no knock" warrant on the home and her current boyfriend, Kenneth Walker fired a shot through the door. Upon the shot, the three detectives opened fire on the home and she was struck multiple times.

She died at the scene.

Breonna Taylor changed the world. She meant a lot to folks. Now she's memorialized as pioneer for change.

The Louisville Metro Police denied they committed any wrongdoing. They claimed they were fired upon first and tired to charge Walker for the death. Eventually, the state dropped the charges against Walker under the notion that he was protected by the Castle Doctrine. One cop was injured in the shooting. Walker fired once but the three cops fired up to 30 shots.

The three cops were plainclothes. Myles Cosgrove, Brett Hankison and Jonathan Mattingly were all placed in the freezer shortly after the shooting. 

It turns out that they went to the wrong home. Her ex-boyfriend used her address to get his mail. The law was trying to make Jamarcus Glover say that he lived there and claim she held drugs and money for him. 

The home was never searched and the cops were trying to conclude they were attacked on.

The situation would soon pick up steam around the time of Ahmad Arbrey and George Floyd's tragic murders.

The Louisville Metro Police fired Hankinson first. He lied on his report on what happened and ended up firing into another home when they were fired on. 

The Attorney General of Kentucky, Daniel Cameron, an African American Republican failed to indict the three cops in the shooting. It also lead to protests across the nation. It also brought attention to police brutality and systematic racism.

It did not get rid of Kentucky's longtime senator Mitch McConnell, who decided to side with the cops instead of with Walker who was defending his home or Breonna who was the unlikely victim of gun violence.

Jurors accused Cameron, a protege of McConnell of orchestrating a coverup. They were trying their hardest to tarnish Breonna's name and make it seem like the guys she dates were the reasons to why she died.

Now one year later, we still have no justice for Breonna.

For all the protests, the naming of roads, bridges, parks and memorials, the calls for reform and the amounts of compensation issued to the families of victims of police violence, they're not coming back.

We need to change!

The world is counting on President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris to change the narrative.

By passing the George Floyd Police Reform act, we can hopefully make policing safer. We can eliminate no fault shootings. We can make police officers understand neighborhoods and work to improve them. We can call upon city leaders, civil right leaders and Americans to work on solutions to make policing better and safer.

I know this is a lot to handle but if we can improve the way we handle criminal activity, the better.

Despite numerous delays to her confirmation, Marcia Fudge was confirmed to become the Housing and Urban Development Secretary. She will be formally sworn in on Monday. She will leave the U.S. House of Representatives and it leaves a vacancy for Ohio's 11th Congressional District.

Gov. Mike DeWine will issue a date for a special election and the constituents will have to come out and vote in the special primary and follow up general. 

So it appears that it's going to be likely two contenders for the seat. One is Cuyahoga County official who is trying to help push President Joe Biden's agenda and one former campaign advisor to Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) who said that voting for Biden is like eating half a bowl of shit.

Shontel Brown is hoping that she can take the mantle that Fudge left behind. Bianca DeLuca, a progressive agitator from Anchorage who is dubbed the QueenB of the Khive is urging supporters to back her against the presumed candidate.

Brown, 43 is from Shaker Heights and is a council member for Cuyahoga County. She has no strong name recognition but the whisper campaigns from leftists are trying to tarnish her name. 

The very fact that the leftists are attacking her has increased her chances of beating her notable opponent, Nina Turner. Turner dubbed herself as the "angry ass Black woman." 

Turner is hoping to become a chaos agent and vocal opponent of Biden's agenda. According to the former Ohio state senator turned leftist agitator, Biden is "Blue MAGA" and not progressive enough.

Turner and many leftists are salty that Biden won. They were trying to prove a point by undermining Democrats and their chances to beat Republicans and their standard-bearer, Washed Up 45.

When Biden picked Kamala Harris as his running mate, it shook them. They tried to undermine a woman of color by calling her a cop, a corporate Democrat and not authentically Black. 

Leftists were just a vicious as the far-right and Republicans. 

When Biden won handily in the U.S. election and became president, the leftists continue to denounce it and hope that a Democrat or a People's Party candidate will emerge from the ashes and defeat Biden and the Republican nominee in 2024.

Turner was a part of the People's Party.

Leftist agitator Nina Turner hopes Democrats forget about her bombastic comments.

Turner had some name recognition in Ohio. She was the state senator who was appointed to the Ohio senate after a member resigned to become a court judge. Turner was known for trying to rile up folks.

She introduced a bill to impose restrictions on men's health. She wanted to restrict access to Viagra and condoms. She wanted to stick it to men who felt they wanted to deny access to women's rights.

She tried to push for a ban on men who fathered children through rape. It didn't pass in the Ohio senate.

Then she tried to run for Secretary of State. She had support of then Bill and Hillary Clinton. She ran against Jon Husted. The race was a blowout and Turner lost by 40 points. 

Then when the 2016 presidential race came forth, she immediately jumped on Team Sanders. She was the attack dog against Hillary Clinton, the favored nominee. When Sanders lost, Turner vowed to never support a Democrat in the general election. 

She supported Sanders in the 2020 election and was the most vocal member of the campaign. When Sanders failed to clinch the nomination again, Turner turned into an attack dog. She openly criticized Biden and Harris while on television and on the various leftists podcasts. 

She endorsed the Tara Reade allegations and also said the infamous comments about a "half a bowl of shit" when it came to voting for Washed Up 45 and Biden.

She ended up taking a lobbyist job for Our Revolution and then left it to declare her intentions to run for the seat being vacated by Fudge.

I will make sure that Shontel wins this. I will donate to her campaign and hope her name will ring bells.

Shontel Brown is the perfect fit for Congress. She is not looking for a television interview. She is not running against the party. She is not trying to be a chaos agent like Turner.

Fudge hasn't spoken on who should succeed her. She knows that a race to fill her spot requires the person to believe in Cleveland, Akron and Cuyahoga Falls. A person who supports the Biden-Harris agenda. A person who will fight for the constituents of Ohio.

Shontel, you seem like that person.

I endorse Shontel Brown for Congress. Ohioans, don't make the mistake of voting for Nina Turner. 

Turner will cost Democrats votes in Ohio. With Republicans in control of the state, they will gain a redistricting advantage. Turner will make it harder for Democrats to win the Midterms.

The special primary will be held on May 4 and the general will be held on August 3. Who ever wins the nomination will go against Republican challenger and perennial candidate Laverne Gore.

White nationalist senator and far-right agitator scream and pout over the American Rescue Plan having incentives for Black, Hispanic and indigenous farmers. They claim that white farmers are not getting a portion of the relief package.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) is truly a white nationalist. He and many Republicans rejected the American Rescue Plan. A law that is very popular with Democrats, independents and even Republicans. 

Yet, Republican lawmakers did not support the damn bill. They distracted us with culture war issues like Dr. Seuss, Mr. Potato Head, Pepe Le Pew, transgender girls playing sports and knocking governors with neanderthal thinking when it comes to ending mask mandates.

Now the next controversy is "woke supremacy." A term developed by Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), a Black Republican who defends the white supremacy of his fellow members.

The $1.9 trillion federal spending package approved by President Barack Obama includes billions of dollars to help farmers of color pay off their loans, buy supplies for their land and otherwise invest in their operations.

The Emergency Relief for Farmers of Color Act, introduced by Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) provides $4 billion for the U.S. Department of Agriculture to forgive direct or guaranteed loans given to farmers of color. 

Another $1 billion will go to the USDA for farmer grants, college scholarships and other efforts for minority growers.

This pile of shit.

Apparently a white nationalist by the name of Todd Starnes is riled up over it excluding white farmers.

Starnes complains about it being reparations and conservatives are calling the package to aid people of color racist. 

The far-right also tapped Graham's sissy ass for comment. He said that the package is a "wish list" for liberal policies and believes that Americans will bamboozled by the law.

"Let me give you an example of something that really bothers me. In this bill, if you're a farmer, your loan will be forgiven up to 120% of your loan ... if you're socially disadvantaged, if you're African American, some other minority. But if you're [a] you're a white person, if you're a white woman, no forgiveness. That's reparations. What does that have to do with COVID?" Graham asked.

Black farmers have lost more than 12 million acres of land in the U.S. in the past century as a result of "systemic racism, biased government policy and social and business practices that have denied African American equitable access to markets," The Washington Post reported.

White nationalist Todd Starnes pushes conspiracy about American Rescue Plan being reparations for Blacks.

Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC), the Majority whip of the House said that Graham is a dumbass.

"Lindsey Graham is from South Carolina. He knows South Carolina's history. He knows what the state of South Carolina and this country has done to Black farmers in South Carolina. They didn't do it to white farmers. We're trying to rescue the lives and livelihoods of people. He ought to be ashamed of himself," Clyburn said on CNN. "I think you ought to go back and maybe go to church. Get in touch with his Christianity."

Black farmers say this law is a big deal.

"This is a big deal for us," said John Boyd, Jr., the president of the National Black Farmers Association.

"We see this as a great opportunity to help thousands."

Farmers of all race and farm-related programs will get $10.4 billion in total from the American Rescue Plan, according to analysis from the American Farm Bureau Federation. Most of that money is earmarked as debt forgiveness for minority farmers.

They refuse to support it but scream and bitch about what's in it.

So this announcer from Oklahoma cursed and called one team a bunch of "fucking NIGGERS" because they kneeled during the national anthem.

The incident occurred on Thursday before the Norman High School-Midwest City quarterfinal game in Sapulpa as "The Star-Spangled Banner" began to play. The broadcasters told their listeners on the NFHS Network stream that they would return after a break. Then one, apparently not realizing the audio was still live, used an expletive and the racial slur as the Norman players kneeled.

"They're kneeling? Fuck them," one of the announcers said. "I hope Norman gets their ass kicked ... Fucking NIGGERS."

Matt Rowan, the owner and operator of the streaming service OSPN, told The Oklahoman he was the person who said the remarks on the hot mic.

Rowan apologized on Friday and blamed his actions on blood-sugar levels.

"I will state that I suffer Type 1 Diabetes, and during the game my sugar was spiking," Rowan said in a statement. "While not excusing my remarks, it is not unusual when my sugar spikes that I become disoriented and often say things that are not appropriate as well as hurtful. I do not believe that I would have made such horrible statements absent my sugar spiking."

The Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association and NFHS Network each issued statements apologizing for the comments.

"While we are currently investigating the incident, this crew will not be doing any more games for the remainder of our championships," OSSAA director David Jackson said. "This kind of behavior will never be tolerated by anyone representing the NFHS or OSSAA."

Caught on hot mic, a pair of announcers called Norman High School girl's basketball team a bunch of fucking NIGGERs.

The NFHS Networks said in a statement that is was "sickened" and "outraged" by the comments, apologized and "immediately cut ties with the third-party production crew that was involved."

"We also deeply apologize to the students, their families and the entire community for having such ignorant and hurtful comments express during the broadcast," the statement said.

The Norman High School Superintendent Nic Migliorino said that the school will be holding sessions on how to address the incident so this will never happen again. The school said that kneeling was a way for athletes to express themselves, often while protesting racial and social injustice. The school supports the students' right to freely express themselves.

"We condemn and will not tolerate the disgusting words and attitudes of these announcers," Migliorno said. "We will do everything in our power to support and uplift our team and everyone affected by this incident."

Oklahoma State Public Schools Superintendent Joy Hofmeister also released a statement, saying the comments cannot be tolerated.

There's two sides to a story. 

Before I begin, I want to say that I take all allegations of sexual abuse seriously. However, given how the junk food media is covering it through the partisan lens, I am going to stay cautious about the situation.

I want to hear the facts before I cast judgement. Because allegations are allegations, not facts.

We been through this. 

Harvey Weinstein, Bill Cosby, R. Kelly, Dennis Hastert and numerous others have been arrested for sexual abuse. They are currently spending time in the iron college or awaiting trial or sentencing.

Danny Masterson is also facing a court date. If convicted, Masterson could face 30 years in the iron college.

Clifford "T.I." Harris and Tameka "Tiny" Harris are facing allegations of sexual abuse. They are under federal watch due to the accusers being underage and they traveled state lines.

Then of course, Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, former president Donald J. Trump, former president Bill Clinton, President Joe Biden and others who been accused. 

Kavanaugh is still a Supreme Court justice despite his allegation. Clarence Thomas is still a Supreme Court justice despite his allegation. Washed Up 45 served his full four years despite his 25 accusers and him openly saying he grabs 'em by.... Well you know.

Biden has been accused by six women of making them feel uncomfortable when he embraced them.

One accused of him of sexual assault in the U.S. Capitol. More on that later.

Cuomo facing calls to resign from Chuck Schumer and Kristen Gillibrand.

Biden admits that he has hugged people during his time as a Senator, Vice President and candidate for president. He owned up to it and said he will be mindful of those who he embrace. He said that he has never sexually abused women. 

I'm not rushing to judgement and I am not on this "resign" bandwagon. Besides, Republicans have Donald J. Trump (aka Washed Up 45) as the prime example.

Democrats in prominent positions are now calling on Andrew Cuomo, the governor to resign after four more accusers came forth with allegations of sexual harassment.

And it appears the Democrats from the New York Congressional Delegation, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Sen. Kristen Gillibrand (D-NY) have called for Cuomo to resign.

The Republicans are such hypocrites for jumping on the bandwagon. They didn't seem too concerned about the numerous allegations against Washed Up 45 and their fellow members. But enough about them and the utter hypocrisy.

The New York State legislature are considering impeaching Cuomo for the allegations before the investigation.

Cuomo who led the state through the pandemic is being hammered for the failure to disclose the amount of people in nursing homes dying from the coronavirus. Then of course, the allegations of sexual harassment from six women.

Cuomo denies the behavior and refuses to resign. The pressure is on and it seems likely that Cuomo's days are numbered. 

Republicans are seething with glee. But remember, they have no morals and they supported a man who literally said that he would grab 'em by the... (well you know).

And lastly, Tara Reade. 

The Biden accuser has been on social media trolling and calling for Cuomo to resign. She also is claiming that the junk food media is ignoring her. The crazy heifer had three months of coverage from the junk food media. She didn't produce receipts.

She claimed in her less than six months of working for Biden, then a senator, he reached into her crotchless panties and fingered her. It was in a semi-private area in the Russell building or U.S. Capitol.

She can't remember but she sure as hell knows he did. Just like her ex-husband, her abusive father and her former co-host on local radio. She was sexual abused by each of them. 

Nevermind. I am not going to waste my time on Tara Reade. The claims are debunked. She is mentally ill and potentially a white nationalist.

I will mention their names a few times on this. Malaysia King and Arna Kimiai are turning themselves in to the San Francisco Police after an incident involving an Uber driver. 

Kimiai was the infamous thot who coughed on the driver. She snatched his mask off and took his phone. It all was recorded on his dash camera and it was over his polite request for her to wear a damn mask.

The woman and two of her friends were permanently banned on Uber and Lyft will also retrieve their names and proceed in banning them as well.

The incident happened on Sunday and it got the attention of President Joe Biden. 

On Thursday, the president addressed the rise in violence against Asian Americans and immigrants. The far-right and Washed Up 45 are playing upon the culture wars and scary brown people narrative to win the 2022 U.S. Midterms.

The two women who attacked an Uber driver were banned from the service.

They have no active plans on how to win back voters who didn't back Washed Up 45 and the Republicans in the 2020 presidential elections. Their only plan is to continue being fucking obstructionists.

The incident involved Subkahar Khadka being accosted and verbally abused by the women. 

The now viral video shows Kimiai ripping off the mask and coughing on Khadka, 32. The father of one was politely asked the women to wear a mask and even offered to give them some at a local gas station.

The thot decided to be a pain in the ass. 

So he stopped on the freeway and demanded they cooperate or he will leave them on the sidelines.

That's when the incident happened. 

Uber had promptly reached out to the driver. He said that he has damage in his vehicle. Apparently, the women sprayed pepper spray in his vehicle and caused damage to the car. 

Well appears that King was the woman who used pepper spray at Khadka. The woman turned herself into the law in Las Vegas. She was charged with assault with caustic chemical assault and battery, conspiracy and violation of health and safety code on Thursday. The Las Vegas Department has her in custody.

The other woman who refused to apologize and went on rants on social media before she quieted them is going to turn herself in on Friday with her lawyers presence.

She said that she may sue Uber for banning her.

Uber has mandated that riders wear facial protection in the wake of the pandemic. They have been enforcing this but it has led to violent encounters with riders who choose to not wear them while riding with the Uber partner.

The suspects are going to face up to five years in the iron college if convicted.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

A Michigan man is suing the struggling car rental company Hertz after it delayed releasing a receipt that would have proved he was not involved in a serious crime.

Herbert Alford was convicted of second degree murder in 2016 for a murder of Michael Adams. It was in 2011 but the state convicted him on faulty evidence and he spent five years in the iron college for that.

Michael Adams lost his life to senseless violence.

He wasn't involved in the murder and the state released him. He is now trying to reclaim his freedom and clear his name. 

This incident happened in Lansing. 

Alford was at the Capitol Region International Airport in Ingram County, about seven miles away from where the shooting occurred.

Alford, 47 was convicted of second degree murder in 2016 of the 23 year old man.

He was found guilty of shooting Adams after an argument over a marijuana sell in a shopping plaza parking lot in South Lansing back in 2011.

It's unclear to why the state charged him. 

His attorneys asked Hertz to produce proof of his rental after he was arrested in 2015 but they couldn't find it in time. It wasn't until 2018 when the car rental company found the receipt. It took two additional years before he was fully exonerated in 2020. 

Now he is suing the company for failing to keep him from being out the iron college.

Hertz Rental Cars is being sued by a wrongfully convicted man.

"There is no question that he would have avoided going to prison had they produced this documentation," his attorneys said.

The attorneys told the New York Times, "This man wasn't asking to produce all their records for six months. He just wanted his receipt."

"We can't put a dollar amount on year of your life and your reputation." 

Hertz responded to the allegations by saying that they're deeply sadden but they have no malice in what happened.

"While we were unable to find the historic rental record from 2011 when it was requested in 2015, we continued our good faith efforts to located it," said spokeswoman Lauren Luster. "With advances in data search in the years following, we were able to locate the rental record in 2018 and promptly provided it."

Alford will be compensated by the state of Michigan for wrongful convictions. He still will have to ask the governor, Gretchen Whitmer for a complete removal of his criminal record.

With the Blogger interface, it is getting harder to make blog posts. I am not kidding.

The way they rolled this interface out maybe the death knell for the once beloved media platform.

I am not going to lie, this is frustrating and I am going to make my postings shorter and quicker now.

The latest police shooting in the United States. Again, a never ending theme here on Journal de la Reyna is the “What Happened To” postings. I often do these postings in regards to the latest incident involving a person of color being either killed by gun or racially motivated violence. It's usually long but with Google fucking up Blogger to a point where its not possible, I'll do as much as I can.

Everyday, we still see these incidents of people of color being shot and killed by the police. Time after time, law enforcement seem to be never held accountable for shooting Black men and women. It's always the cop's word over the dead body.

I hope that President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris work on police reform.  

These stories involve police shootings in which people of color are either injured or killed.

The police often get the benefit of the doubt whenever they use deadly force. Given we're still in a major pandemic which 500,000 Americans are gone, the issue of gun violence and systematic racism still exists in the United States.

The suspect drops his firearm and upon reaching again they shot him.

The surveillance video of a 15-year old boy being shot 13 times by the Oklahoma City Police draws protests and arrests of the cops who opened fired on him.

The cops who were criminally charged with involuntary manslaughter are Bethany Sears, Jared Barton, Corey Adams, John Skuta and Brad Pemberton. They will be indicted by the state prosecutor for the crime.

The sixth officer Sarah Carli will be placed in the freezer pending her use of non-lethal force.

The video of the 15-year old cooperating with the law after he surrendered in a robbery of a local QuikTrip was shot anyway.

The surveillance video obtained by the junk food media shows Rodriguez attempting to cooperate with police when he was shot.

"Show us your hands, sir. Nobody has to get hurt," cops tell the robber over a speaker.

The suspect is seen climbing out of the drive-thru window with his hands raised, as cops scream: "Hands!"

The suspect then slowly moves his hand to his waistband and lifts his shirt to show cops that he is removing the weapons tucked into his jeans. The cops yell, "Get fact down on the ground." 

Rodriguez partner was also arrested. He will face murder charges as well.

"Oh, don't do that!" a male officer says to the suspect as a female cop orders him to get on the ground and she demands he "drop it."

Rodriguez then reaches in his pocket in what appears to be an attempt to remove something else, as cops screams and multiple gun fire shots are heard.

Eventually, a commanding officer orders the cops to "cease fire."

A woman is screaming in the background saying that "He had dropped his fucking gun. He had dropped his fucking gun!"

Master Sergeant Gary Knight told the outlet immediately after the incident that: "He came out with the gun in his hand, he did not follow officer's instructions while he came out with the gun in his hand. Ultimately, he was shot."

His mother demands accountability. Rodriguez dropped his firearm and still got shot. There's got to change the way police handle encounters.

Oklahoma City District Attorney David Prater has charged five of the responding officers with first-degree manslaughter. If they are convicted they could face up to LIFE in the iron college.

Rodriguez had a partner with him. The 17-year old also involved will be criminally charged with first degree murder. The suspect, Wyatt Cheatham was not the person who fired upon Rodriguez. But since the state has a complicity in crime law, the suspect will be charged as well.

The two were involved in the robbery of the gas station.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

It never happens in your community.......! Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how this gun reform is taking away your rights. I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth. I don't want hear folks say this is not white privilege. I don't want to hear folks say masks impede their freedoms. I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. These incidents are a tragic part of American history.

We haven't forgotten about the many mass shootings in the United States. COVID-19 doesn't stop individuals from picking up firearms and killing others.
