Bloody Households: Mass Shooting In San Diego!

Another mass shooting in the United States. This was a domestic violence incident.
Thoughts and prayers, thoughts and prayers. Thoughts and prayers will not heal the wounded or bring back the dead. It's a worthless platitude and we need to stop saying stuff like this. This is a man-made crisis. Our American leaders, the National Rifle Association and the junk food media are numb to gun violence.

GOD IS NOT FIXING THIS.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

Donald J. Trump, Mike Pence, Gov. Gavin Newsom, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) and the 53 U.S. Representatives are going to do their usual "thoughts and prayers" and "our hearts going out to" nonsense.

Lots of mass shootings in California. Despite the far-white claims, California has some of the most relax gun laws in the nation. You can easily obtain a firearm in California if you're legally able to do so.

The mass shooter in the Santa Clarita high school shooting died. He leaves behind a trail of uncertainty. The feds don't know the motives to why this terrorist decided to carry out his actions.

Anyway, there's another mass shooting in the state of California.

The state isn't sure on what happened but they believe its a murder-suicide.

Does restraining orders protect you from gun violence? (Expect trolls to offer the dumbest responses and answers. This is an unscientific poll. We expect trolls here).

No. Restraining orders are not stopping gun violence. Domestic violence is one of the main triggers of gun violence. In fact, this elevates the situation. The restraining order is like a "time bomb" for a subject. If Congress would pass stronger background checks and ban semi-automatic firearms, maybe we could slow down this epidemic of mass shootings in the United States.
Yes. Restraining orders can stop individuals from harming the victim. The Court can allow a victim obtain a restraining order to keep the subject from being near the places where a victim works, sleeps or socializes. It is effective to point. But more has to be done to keep these domestic violence abusers from obtaining firearms.

Five family members, including three children under the age of 10 are shot and killed in San Diego.

Three boys, ages three, five and nine, were killed alongside a 31-year old man and a 29-year old woman. A 11-year old suffered a gunshot wound and is currently undergoing surgery.

The terrorist is believed to be among the five people killed.

The couple at the center of it were estranged, according to police, and the 29-year-old woman had obtained a temporary restraining order against the 31-year-old man one day earlier.

It's not clear whether he had been served with the papers, but police said they believe he was aware of the order.

Their conflict had brought officers to the house on Flintridge Drive near Bolivar Street at least once before, two weeks ago, when the man came over to retrieve tools.

Saturday morning he showed up again, and the shootings happened around 7 a.m. Police said they found the man, woman and their 3-year-old son dead at the scene.

The other sons, ages 5, 9, and 11, were taken to the hospital. Two died. Police initially identified the 11-year-old as the survivor, but later said they weren't sure yet which boy was which.

Police said the man shot the others and then turned the gun on himself. It was found at the scene.

"It appears to be a tragic case of domestic violence murder-suicide," homicide Lt. Matt Dobbs said a news conference Saturday afternoon.

Many of those killed by gun violence are often victims of domestic violence.

Moments of silence, street memorials, naming of public places, saying "Your heart goes out to...," lowering of flags and hashtags are platitudes. They are a huge waste of time. It's a man-made crisis created by a lazy ass government. They are enabling this. Donald J. Trump, Congress and the National Rifle Association are a bunch of lily-livered cowards. They are numb to gun violence.

The "good guy" with a firearm is the most dangerous person to have a firearm. Matter of fact, the NICE GUY is often the ones who are spurned by society. Bad relationships, losing your job, jealousy over promotions, family feuds and racism are typical NICE GUY issues.

Restraining orders are just pieces of paper. They will not stop a "mad" man.

The American justice system needs to rethink the protection orders. I mean if a victim is to report a potential threat to their lives, they should be taken to another location until the issue is resolved. The suspect should have been stripped of firearms and be placed on monitoring devices if a restraining order was filed. Unfortunately, it won't stop a "mad" man from obtaining firearms from other sources. A friend could loan the firearm. They could have bought it on same day purchase. The shooter could have been a member of law enforcement or a certified NRA trainer. Who knows? The suspect had obviously some way to obtain firearms and our government let this victim down.

Mass shootings are happening in the United States. You may think it's never gonna happen to your town, your family or yourself, but I assure you it will affect you at some point.

We are in the midst of possibly the 300+ mass shooting in the United States. Donald J. Trump, Congress, the National Rifle Association and agitators in the junk food media have moved on from dealing with gun violence. They're too busy sniping over the impeachment inquiry and partisan blame games.

Trump and lawmakers elected to federal office made politics extremely toxic.

It's not just the fault of our dear leader and lawmakers, but relentless agitators on the 24/7 cable news channels. They are profiting off division and divisiveness. The internet is also a problem. It's is a breeding ground for potential mass shooters. Facebook, Twitter, Google and other social media outlets have been "ground zero" for disinformation, partisan threats and social activism. Incels and social outcasts find their outlets on sites that inspire them to cause harm to their fellow human beings.

Blame Game: The Airbnb Five!

The alleged terrorists responsible for the mass shooting at a Bay Area home are caught. They face a choice, LIFE or DEATH.
Thoughts and prayers, thoughts and prayers. Thoughts and prayers will not heal the wounded or bring back the dead. It's a worthless platitude and we need to stop saying stuff like this. They also will do symbolic stuff like "lowering flags," "candlelight vigils," and "naming of roads" in honor of those killed by gun violence. All of this is meaningless platitudes. I am sorry, this is a man made crisis and Trump, Congress, the National Rifle Association and media agitators are so numb to this. They will not move the needle on keeping semi-automatic firearms out of the hands of potential terrorists.

Gun violence does not take a break in the United States. That is the biggest threat in the United States and we're not doing one damn thing to stop this from happening.
An unauthorized party in California turned into a mass shooting.
There were arrests in the mass shooting at a Bay Area home. The shooting happened at a Halloween Party in Marin City. The suspects wee allegedly domestic terrorists. Rival gang members, the law says. One of the terrorist was the host of the event. He was charge with being an accessory and not cooperating with law enforcement in regards to a criminal act.

The other suspects are being charged suspicion of murder and conspiracy. The charges could place each individual in the iron college for LIFE. Some could face the DEATH card if convicted.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Authorities in the San Francisco Bay area are calling a shooting that left five people dead a "bloodbath." It also made Airbnb change rules in regards to clients hosting unauthorized events at the host's home.

Contra Costa County sheriff David Livingston said on Friday that he knows residents are on edge after the massive party on October 31. Livingston said that there's enough evidence to put the these terrorists in the iron college for a very long time.

The shooting started in the kitchen. It was alleged that one person tried to steal property. An altercation ensued and then gunfire.

Livingston said that there were multiple shooters at this party.

He said investigators have reviewed the video footage from that night and saw people tucking firearms into thier pants as they slip past a front-door security guard who was drinking a bottle of Hennessy.

He said that these folks went into this party "with intent to cause harm and conflict."

Kmart Is A Critically Endangered Species!

Kmart at present time has 103 stores. In 2020, there will be only 60 stores left.
When 2020 begins, Kmart, once the most dominant retailer in the United States and Canada will now be reduced to only 60 active stores. So we might as well call it a wrap.

Sears will only have 150 stores actively left in the United States.

Sears/Kmart is now under the authority of Transform Holdco (formerly Sears Holding Group). The company's embattled CEO Eddie Lampert continues to drag the company along.

We're seeing a "DEAD STORE WALKING."

According to the Motley Fool, the massive wave of store closures are a clear signal that bankruptcy didn't solve the underlying problems at Sears and Kmart. Transform Holdco is slashing its Illinois headquarters to the bone, keeping on just enough staff to carry out the essential tasks needed to stay in business.

Transformco, which acquired the retailers out of bankruptcy, is set to shutter 51 Sears stores and 45 Kmart locations in the latest round of closures.

Sears and Kmart have closed more than 3,500 stores and cut about 250,000 jobs over the last 15 years.

The company said Thursday that it lined up $250 million in fresh financing as a lifeline while it pursues a sustainable business.

Cop Walk In De'Von Bailey Shooting!

Cops walk in the shooting of De'Von Bailey.
So don't be surprised when cops are killed and people of color are cheering it. I am not condoning violence against law enforcement. I am just giving a hypothetical to the situation if another first responder is killed in the line of duty.

Yes, police have a split second decision when it comes to apprehending an armed perpetrator.

If the perpetrator flees, then it's required for law enforcement to give chase. Only time it comes to deadly force is when the suspect is reaching for something. It only takes a few seconds for a suspect to reach for something. However, cops are already trigger ready.

The decisions to not hold law enforcement accountable for the deaths of unarmed or armed citizens is controversial to say at least.

Still, the families of those killed by police violence will never get justice.

De'Von Bailey didn't get a chance to be tried in a court of law. He didn't have an opportunity to make a move against the cops who shot him. His life came to an end when cops chased him.

The cops who shot him aren't being charged.

Colorado Springs, Colorado is on high alert.

The two officers who fatally shot a fleeing Bailey will not face criminal charges after a grand jury ruled that the use of deadly force was justified.

The 19-year old was shot in the back multiple times while running away from the two cops.

EL Paso County District Attorney Dan May who is likely a Republican announced that the decision by the grand jury was unanimous. The rule was a "No True Bill," which dismisses defendants when the grand jury can't gather enough evidence to convict the subjects.

The attorney representing Bailey's family condemned the district attorney and police department.
De'Von Bailey got no justice.
"For De'Von's family, the decision was like a kick in the gut, but of course we are not one bit surprised," said Mari Newman, the attorney in charge of Bailey's family. "This is the exact results that the system was designed to yield when a tainted investigation is presented by a biased prosecutor. This is precisely why we have been calling for an independent prosecutor and an independent investigation from the beginning."

Thoughts and prayers, thoughts and prayers. Thoughts and prayers will not heal wounds or bring back the dead. It's meaningless platitudes and folks need to stop doing this. They need to demand lawmakers in Washington do something about gun violence.

Mind you they'll do something about raising ages on cigarette and tobacco usage but never a law to stop mass shootings or eliminating the "fear for your life" excuse when cops shoot unarmed people.

I've said it time after time.

BAD COPS WILL GET GOOD COPS KILLED.

Again, I don't condone any attacks on law enforcement. However, I demand better community policing. I demand that police unions stop demonizing unarmed people of color who were killed. I want the junk food media to stop bringing up the criminal history of individuals killed by the police. If the suspect was unarmed, the junk food media should not try to justify that person's death by talking about minor encounters with law enforcement. No one is perfect. No one is above the law.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

BREAKING: Roger Stone Served!

He got his time in the barrel. Roger Stone was convicted of lying to federal authorities and Congress.
In the trial of falsification and lying to Congress, Republican trickster and Donald J. Trump's former advisor Roger Stone was convicted. He was found guilty of lying to Congress about how he knew about the Wikileaks dump of John Podesta and the DNC emails.

He could face LIFE in federal time out.

Stone's guilty verdict includes obstruction of justice, lying to Congress, lying to the FBI (including Robert Mueller's investigation), threatening the federal judge Amy Berman Jackson, threatening witness and witness intimidation. The charges of obstruction of justice are already 30 years in federal time out.

Stone was a colorful and somewhat nasty fella.

He was the guy who has Richard Nixon tattooed on his back and Trump on his stomach.

Stone was responsible for getting Al Franken caught up in a sex scandal.
Amy Berman Jackson, the federal judge preceding over Stone's trial will hand down his bid in federal time out.
As a longtime confidente of Trump, Stone was peddling in conspiracies against Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden and CNN.

The smooth-talking provocateur got served a federal sandwich. Seven indictments and each led to a conviction.

He literally took a bullet for Trump. Cause this guilty plea is really bad.

If he gets at least 30 years in federal time out, that might as well be a LIFE sentence.

Stone is 67 years old. He showed no emotion as he stood before the judge and jury that deliberated his fate. That fate could be really harsh if the judge throws the book at him.

Mind you that as first time federal offender, Stone does have a chance to get a reduced sentence but clearly he's going to serve some time. We don't know how long.

Stone from the jump denied that he had contacts with Wikileaks and Julian Assange. What damaged him was the testimonies of his former allies.

Steve Bannon, Jerome Corsi, Rick Gates and Randy Credico testified against him. They told the judge under oath, that Stone had contact with Wikileaks. He reached out to Trump, Donald Trump, Jr., Eric Trump, Sean "Softball" Hannity and Paul Manafort.

I assume that Stone is under suicide watch. So the Judge Amy Berman Jackson might have him restrained or sent to the iron college immediately.

Stone can appeal his conviction if he dares. But if he gets convicted again, he will suffer more time in the iron college.

Public Gets The Impeachment Inquiry Live 🍑!

The second day and more controversial testimony from key witnesses.
The impeachment inquiry is live today. The ranking committee chair, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) will ask for testimony from a key witness in the impeachment inquiry of President Donald J. Trump.

Minority chair Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) and many of his Republican lawmakers will also take a part in the testimony. They will try to attack the witnesses and claim that the inquiry is "sham."

Trump will also be watching (although he will claim he isn't).

Maria Yovanovitch, the ambassador to Ukraine is slated to testify. She will address the termination by Trump. She will likely address John Solomon, Rick Perry, Joe DiGenova, Rudy Giuliani, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Gordon Sondland and Mike Pompeo.

She will say that since her departure, she was the subject of death threats.

Indicted were Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, two former associates of Giuliani. They were arrested at Dulles International Airport in Virginia in route to Vienna, Austria. The two are facing criminal charges that include accepting foreign donations and campaign finance fraud.
Former ambassador Maria Yovanovitch testify to Congress.
Nunes will try his best Softball Hannity.

President Donald J. Trump is facing an impeachment inquiry. His July call to the Ukrainian president about getting dirt on Joe Biden and accuse them of being the hackers into the DNC server grabbed the attention of a White House staffer. The staffer went to the Inspector General of Intelligence with a whistleblower complaint.

This forced, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), the current Speaker of the House to initiate an impeachment inquiry into the matter.

Trump denies the call was to help him win his reelection. He retracts some of his statements.

Republican lawmakers in the House are trying to claim that Democrats and those working in against Trump are part of the "Deep State." This is nonsense.

Matt Bevin Finally Concedes!

Controversial governor Matt Bevin of Kentucky will gracefully leave Frankfort.
Donald J. Trump already left Kentucky governor on the sidelines.

Republican governor Matt Bevin has finally conceded. The governor refused to concede and demanded another canvasing to recount the tally of votes. The opponent, Attorney General Andy Beshear will become the next governor of Kentucky in January. The governor-elect is hoping to work with commonwealth Republicans to get an agenda done.

Once he gets into office, he will face a strong opposition from Republicans in the state house.

The controversial Matt Bevin had made enemies in his four years as governor of the commonwealth of Kentucky. Being a Trump supporting ally, Bevin had often used the same divisive rhetoric our dear leader used against his opponents.

Trailing by thousands of votes, Bevin knew that the results won't change.

Bevin believes that he will return in some form. I am guessing he's going to have a role in Trump's administration if the imbecile win reelection.

"We're going to have a change in governorship based on the vote of the people," Bevin said a presser.

Promising Kentuckians that "we won't let you down," Beshear said later in the day that he's ready to help build the "next chapter" of Kentucky's future.

Beshear focused on Kentucky issues and not the politics of Bernie Sanders, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Joe Biden and Beto O'Rourke.

Bevin wanted to tarnish the opponent as a Nancy Pelosi-supporting lunatic. Trump entered the race with his usual brand of hatred and divisiveness. He said that if you elected the Democrats, Kentucky will fall apart.
Governor-elect Andy Beshear.
Trump who won the state by 30 points had a huge setback. The governor lost by 1% in one of the closest races in Kentucky's history.

Right now, Trump just finished his Louisiana tally in hopes of helping the Republican candidate win against red state Democratic governor John Bel Edwards in a run-off election.

Bel Edwards is so far considered the likely winner but Trump's popularity in Cajun Country is strong.

The governor is conservative but does support Democrats about 80% of the time. The run-off is on Saturday. We will keep you informed on the developments in Louisiana.'

Good riddance to Matt Bevin.

Bevin, Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) have failed Kentucky. There's a huge bridge in Cincinnati that is considered unsafe. The Brent Spence Bridge which carries Interstate 75 (and 71) is a major connection between the Midwest and South.

The bridge has 140,000 vehicle travel each day. The bridge has been considered unsafe for years and it's past its life expectancy.

The bridge is extremely dangerous and sooner or later, it could collapse. The city of Cincinnati and Covington, Kentucky have urged Congress and governors Bevin and Mike DeWine to do something.

As with most Republicans, they claim the budget and cutting regulations in order to get the bridge replaced. Then of course, they want to make it a toll bridge and charge Americans traveling it.

The terrorist who opened fire on a high school in the city of Santa Clarita, California is identified.

Note: Facebook will delete the page shortly.

The terrorist managed to kill two and injured thee others. He tried to go out like a punk by putting the burner to his head. However, the first responders got to him and are hoping they can revive him. The last reports say the terrorist is in grave condition.

Okay, the terrorist opened fire on students at the Saugus High School. This happened around 7:38am before the beginning of classes. The Santa Clarita Police, the Los Angeles County Boys, the FBI and the California State Patrol are piecing together the motives of this terrorist.

The names of the victims have not been released. There has been confusion about how many victims died in the shooting.

A motive and other details about the shooting have not been made public. "That's going to take us a while to go through," Sheriff Villanueva said of the investigation into what led to the shooting. The sheriff later told the media that when authorities retrieved the gun used in the shooting, a .45 caliber handgun, it was empty.

Officials said that surveillance footage from the shooting showed the suspect remove the gun from his backpack before shooting at five students.
Didn't expect this to happen? Well get used to it. It happens everywhere in the United States.

Speaking to the junk food media, a student named Maxwell said that the terrorist hadn't been "acting like himself" in the days leading up to the shooting. Maxwell said, "As far as I could tell from the recent days that I've seen him, he was looking kind of down and I guess just kind of depressed about something. I didn't really ask him what it was that he was depressed about, but from what I could tell he was different. He wasn’t acting like himself."
