Family Cries Foul In Officer Involved Shooting At An Ohio Walmart!

Beavercreek officers fired on a man with a pellet gun. According to family, John Crawford II wasn't a criminal.

Local junk food media is covering the shooting at a Walmart in Dayton. The controversy surrounding the even involved a 22-year old man who was spotted with a firearm. A 911 caller tips the police and of course they respond. The police ordered the man to drop his firearm. He refused. They shoot and kill. The questions come forth.

Two Beavercreek, Ohio officers are on paid administrative leave. The two officers were involved in a shooting of a man who was carrying a gun. It turns out that the suspect John Crawford II was holding a pellet gun.

The family of Crawford is demanding answers to how this happened.

A 911 caller Ronald Ritchie followed Crawford around Walmart and stated that the suspect was walking through the store with a firearm.

Crawford's girlfriend and mother of his children challenge the Ritchie's claims. Crawford's girlfriend claims that he was on the phone with the mother of his children when all this jumped off. She lost sight of him after a few minutes. He was known to joke around while in a public place.

The police order the man to drop his firearm. He refused. They ended up shooting him twice. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other victim was a panicked customer. The customer was Angie Williams of Fairborn, Ohio. The mother of four was engaged. Her marriage was this month.

This situation is a reminder to the gun rights advocates. The open carry nonsense doesn't float in Walmart nor in any establishment with a large amount of people.

See if a Black person is seen with a firearm in the store, they call 911. They don't care if the Black man is walking around with a concealed license or even an attempt to purchase, trade or show off a weapon. It's 911 and at least five officers with their service weapon drawn.

If a White person is seen with a firearm in the store. I guess they wait until he actually fires on the people before they call 911. Obviously they say that's their right to bear arms.

In my honest opinion, Crawford should have not even goofed around in the store. I have no actual opinion of what happened. All I can say is the tape will determine what happen.

The FBI and Ohio Bureau of Investigation will determine if the law did the right thing. Walmart will probably focus on their pellet rifles. They will lock them up likely and warn customers not to open packages while in their stores.

This is an ongoing story, we will continue to follow the developments. We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those lost in this senseless tragedy.

Theodore Wafer Found Guilty In The Death Of Renisha McBride!

Theodore Wafer was found guilty in the death of Michigan woman.

Last year a Michigan man was being charged with murder of a young woman. Ted Wafer of Dearborn Heights claimed that the victim was belligerent and acted like she was going to do something. He would shoot her in the face and leave her lifeless body on the porch for 20 minutes.

He was found guilty in the second degree murder of 19-year old Renisha McBride. Wafer faces a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment for the second-degree murder charge and 15 years for manslaughter, and an additional two years for the felony gun charge.

The trial began on June 2014. Wafer was found guilty of all three charges on August 7, 2014

A jury in Detroit found Theodore Wafer guilty of second-degree murder and manslaughter in the death of Renisha McBride Thursday, according to the Associated Press.

Wafer, 55, was on trial in Detroit's Wayne County Circuit Court after shooting 19-year-old McBride on his porch in November. McBride appeared at Wafer's house in Dearborn Heights, adjacent to Detroit, around 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 2. She crashed her car nearby earlier that night, and no one knows her whereabout in the several hours between the accident and her death. She was severely intoxicated. She knocked on Wafer's door, potentially looking for help; he came to the door with a loaded shotgun and shot her in the face.

One of the first images the jury saw in the trial was of McBride, lying lifeless on Wafer's front porch.

Wafer pleaded not guilty and his attorney sought to show the shooting was in self defense. According to the defense, Wafer woke that night to loud, intense banging on his front door and side door and feared multiple people were breaking in.

"In the depth of his being, he's never been that scared in his life," defense attorney Cheryl Carpenter said.

She cast doubt on the thoroughness of the crime scene investigation and questioned why officials didn't examine what may have been a footprint on top of an air conditioner in Wafer's backyard.

The prosecution painted a different picture, of a man who "wanted a confrontation" and a vulnerable woman who needed help and wanted to go home, and ended up dead for it. Wafer had other options, they argued, and pulling the trigger was "negligent" and "reckless."

The prosecution wondered why Wafer wouldn't call 911 if he was so scared; Wafer said he had looked for his cell phone when he woke up, but couldn't find it.

Wafer shot McBride through his locked screen door, which was partially removed when police arrived at the crime scene. An expert witness testified he thought it came out when McBride banged on the door, while the prosecution said it happened after Wafer fired.
Renisha McBride actions didn't merit to her being shot at point blank range in the head.
He testified during the trial, telling the court he shot McBride to defend himself. When he first spoke to police, he said the shooting was an accident.

"I wasn’t going to cower in my house, I didn’t want to be a victim,” he said during testimony. He also expressed remorse over McBride's death.

Though race was rarely mentioned in the trial, the tragic death of a young, unarmed black woman in need of help has put Theodore Wafer (who is white) under the spotlight in a line of high-profile cases with black victims. Less than two months before McBride died, former Florida A&M University football player Jonathan Ferrell got in a car accident in Charlotte, N.C. and went to a nearby home seeking help. The woman called police, and when they arrived, Officer Randall Kerrick shot Ferrell, who was unarmed, 10 times. Kerrick was indicted in January. Though the cases have many differences, McBride is also often compared to Trayvon Martin, the unarmed Florida teen who was shot to death by a neighborhood watchman in 2012. Shooter George Zimmerman was acquitted last year.

"It’s not about Renisha, it’s about what her actions and other persons’ actions did to make Ted in fear for his life that night,” Carpenter said in her opening statement. “You always need to go back and look at this through Ted’s eyes.”

Wafer faces a maximum sentence of life in the iron college for the second-degree murder charge. The involuntary manslaughter charge carries a 15-year maximum. There is also a mandatory two-year penalty for being in possession of a firearm while committing a felony. Wafer is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 21.

“We are obviously very pleased with the jury verdict and feel that justice was served today, Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said in a statement. "We sincerely hope that this brings some comfort to the family of Renisha McBride.“

Thief Geeking On Camera!

Can you look beautiful and still act like you're stupid?

This is what happens in the state best known for its residents and their utter stupidity. Guess what happens when you're a thief holding a stolen item?

You would pose in front of surveillance cameras holding a credit card from someone else.

This is a Florida woman who would try to purchase merchandise that driven a red flag to the cashier.

The shopper charged more than $400 worth of items from Lookin’ Good Beauty Supply, but she couldn't produce any government-issued ID to prove she was the person listed on the card. The cheerful consumer agreed to the clerk’s request for a picture of her with her plastic, which also had been used to make purchases at Family Dollar and Citgo.

"I thought that would scare her into saying I don't want this anymore, but she smiled for it," the clerk tells WKMG. Police say they've gotten several tips since releasing the photo to the public, but haven't made an arrest yet. The card actually belongs to an elderly woman who says it was stolen while she was shopping at Walmart.

In the photo, the alleged thief also appears to be holding the wallet that was stolen along with the credit card, reports the Ocala Star-Banner.

Her victim, 74-year-old Josephine Lupo, had her wallet stolen while shopping at a Ocala Walmart.

Abdel Kasem said the alleged thief is a regular customer, but the Kasem said she grew suspicious after the thief showed a credit card and didn't have a matching driver's license.

"She kept saying, 'You know me, you know me,' and I said, 'I know your face, but we don't know your name, so I'm not gonna take your card without ID.'"

That's when Kasem asked to take her picture with the credit card.

"I thought that would scare her into saying I don't want this anymore, but she smiled for it," Kasem said.

The picture surprised Lupo, too.

Insurgent Justin Amash Beats Establishment's Choice (And Slams The Guy For Losing)!

Insurgent lawmaker beats challenger and threatens to knock him out.

Republican lawmaker Justin Amash is a new version of Ron Paul. He's a libertarian conservative representing Michigan's 3rd Congressional District which serves the city of Grand Rapids and Walker. He's a strong supporter of the Insurgency. And also a damn good talker.

He won his 2014 Republican Primary against a candidate backed by the Republican Establishment.

This is considered a victory for the Insurgency.

Amash was first elected to the House in the 2010 election during the rise of an insurgency.

Previously he was a member of the Michigan House of Representatives representing the 72nd District, which is centered around the city of Kentwood and includes his home in Cascade Township as well as the townships of Caledonia and Gaines. At the age of 30, Amash assumed office as the second youngest sitting U.S. Representative, behind 29-year-old Aaron Schock of Illinois.

As of 2013, Amash is the 6th youngest U.S. Representative. He is Chairman of the House Liberty Caucus.

After initial speculation that he might run for the U.S. Senate, Amash confirmed that he would run for re-election to the House of Representatives in 2014.

Amash has been endorsed by the fiscally conservative Club for Growth PAC, which has spent over $500,000 protecting Amash in his Republican primary against former East Grand Rapids School Trustee Brian Ellis, a self-funded candidate endorsed by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Amash got the victory in yesterday's Republican primary. He got a call from challenger Brian Ellis. Amash hung up the phone on this one.

At his victory speech, Amash went hard on the opponent and every Republican lobbyist who threw their support into Ellis.

“To Brian Ellis, you owe my family and this community an apology for your disgusting, despicable smear campaign,” Amash said on Tuesday after winning the GOP primary. “You had the audacity to try to call me today, after running a campaign that was called the nastiest in the country.”

“I’m an Arab-American, and he has the audacity to say I’m Al Qaeda’s best friend in Congress. That’s pretty disgusting,” Amash said in a post-speech interview with Fox 17.

During his speech, Amash claimed that he “ran for office to stop people like [Ellis].”

“I ran for office … to stop people who are more interested in themselves than doing what is best for their districts,” Amash said. “Everyday Americans are taking back their government from the crooks and the cronies.”

“I want to say to lobbyist Pete Hoekstra, you’re a disgrace,” Amash said. “I’m glad we can hand you one more loss before you fade into total obscurity and irrelevance.”

Pat Roberts, a Republican U.S. Senator from Kansas managed to beat an insurgent after he was lobbied with criticism from the second cousin of President Barack Obama. Milton R. Wolf, an insurgent candidate is a physician. He is a regular columnist for The Washington Times and has appeared as a conservative commentator on shows including Hannity, Fox & Friends, and The Rush Limbaugh Show.

Roberts won another notch on his belt for the Republican Party nomination in the 2014 United States Senate election. On August 5, 2014, Roberts defeated Wolf 48% to 41%.

Reps. Kerry Bentivolio (R-MI), Jack Kingston (R-GA), Eric Cantor (R-VA) and Ralph Hall (R-TX) fell to the insurgency.

Backlash Against Exodus: Gods and Kings!

Exodus: Gods And Kings is universally panned by critics for lacking diversity in its main cast.

The Huffington Post reports that Ridley Scott's movie Exodus: Gods and Kings is facing a backlash for not hiring minorities as characters.

“Exodus: Gods and Kings” is the most recent film to face backlash regarding the portrayal of characters from the Bible and the entertainment industry. Director Ridley Scott’s film has so far been met with a furious Twitter storm armed with the its very own hashtag: #BoycottExodusMovie.

The “Exodus” cast’s leading lineup of kings, queens and prophets are all played by white actors such as Christian Bale and Sigourney Weaver, but the the slaves, servants and low-class civilians are played by actors of color.

The Sydney Morning Herald and Christian Today reported that the casting of white actors in nonwhite roles were being protested.

Ridley Scott faces backlash.
Four white actors were cast to play the lead roles: Christian Bale as Moses, Joel Edgerton as Ramses II, Sigourney Weaver as Queen Tuya, and Aaron Paul as Joshua. Tariq Nasheed, who has made productions about race, protested the casting, "The storyline takes place in ancient Africa, but all the African Kings and Gods are portrayed by white actors and all the slaves, thieves and 'lower class' Egyptians are played by Black actors." Sydney Morning Herald also reported the online community's observations that the Great Sphinx of Giza in the film has a European profile.

Christian Today reported that an online petition was underway. It also compared Exodus to the 1956 film The Ten Commandments with its all-white cast and said, "The racial climate, number of black actors, and opportunities provided to then were very different in 1956, however."

I understand that in a country where a majority of Whites dominate, doesn't Egyptians kind of look brown?

And to make this clear, do you actually have to see the movie. It's already panned by critics for being diversity lacked. It's probably going to be a bomb now cause people are upset over a movie cast.

It's the power of the freedom of speech. Boycotting movies, individuals, laws and public places are common among activism from both the left and the right.

Will you watch the movie?

Ohio Cops Kill Crazed Gunman At Walmart!

Police investigate officer involved shooting at a Walmart in Beavercreek, Ohio.

This event happened while I worked at my job last night. I just barely got word of the tragedy that occurred at a Walmart in Dayton, Ohio.

HERE'S A STANDARD THAT IS OFTEN IGNORED: IT'S OFTEN THE NICE GUY WHO WILL BE THE NEXT DOMESTIC TERRORIST!

The nice guy would be the [person] who was rejected from a job, a relationship or experience family issues.

The nice guy would be isolated, reclusive and often a giver. When the nice guy is spurn, the nice guy would snap. They would commit acts upon others including themselves.

The gunman or victim would get apparent sympathy from some but condemnation from the world.

Say if this was a mass shooting. If this was a mass shooting, obviously you will get wall to wall coverage on the cable news and local news. The junk food media will obviously make some mistakes on the situation.

The agitators would make it a political issue. Some would call for gun control. Others would call for arming civilians. Some would blame liberals for being wussy advocates for the deranged. Some would blame conservatives for being idiots with blinders whenever a mass shooting happens in suburbia. The blame game is often a play in political theater.

The possibility of a shooting in a large gathering place is not rare! It's obvious a part of the growing problems with firearms and the deranged.

This lone gunman who went into Walmart while people were shopping. The gunman waved the gun around but never fired. The Beavercreek Police came in a hurry to the location. They ordered the gunman to disarm but he ignored their words. They used deadly force. The location of where the shooting occurred probably happened in the front.

This occurred at 8:00 pm Tuesday night. The gunman would later be shot and killed by Beavercreek police.

Not often a situation would happen in Beavercreek. We all as Americans never would expect this thing to happen. We normally live and do daily routines without thought of an active shooter.

Who would have thought an active shooter situation happening in one of world's largest retailer?

Matter of fact, if this happened in your own community?

These things happen! We never know when a person would snap. The family of the suspect tells the junk food media that they never would have expected him to do something like that. They could fathom a young man doing something like this. His actions lead to the death of an innocent woman.

On top of that, he's going to bring the asshat Colin Flaherty back into the spotlight. He loves stories like this.

Black on White crime is sugar to conservatives and White extremists. They bemoan that the junk food media ignores stories like this because they want to drive a narrative that Blacks and Latinos aren't racist.

The extremists claim that the media is liberal and against conservatives and White people. They figure that the suspect (i.e. Black man) is an Obama supporter, the "bad guy and good guy with a gun" narrative.

Stuff like this already pop up on That Guy Who Throws Shit To The Wall's website. This stuff will link to the White extremists websites.

Flaherty is a White extremist who contributes to World Nut Daily. He wrote a book called White Girl Bleeds A Lot and he is chronicling every criminal incident in which a Black or Latino harms White people. Just this week an Alabama lawmaker said that White people are under attack.

Insurgency endorsed lawmaker Mo Brooks (R-AL) caused a firestorm earlier this week when he told Laura Ingraham that liberals and the Democratic Party wanted "OPEN SEASON" on Whites.

To make matters worse, this incident happened in the community where its residents aren't supportive of public transportation. They were aggressively against it because they believe it brought crime and riff raff to the community.

The crazed gunman was named John Crawford II.
John Crawford killed in Walmart shooting
Crazed gunman was identified as John Crawford II of Fairfield, Ohio.
He was the one who was going around the store causing a panic in which it caused Beavercreek police officers to use deadly force. We are learning more about the officers, the victim and the suspect.

A woman who was there at the Walmart had died. She wasn't shot but apparently she was shocked and may of had a medical emergency. We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those lost in this senseless tragedy.

Beavercreek, Ohio is the controversial suburb of Dayton. Last year they were making so much noise about the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority coming out there. They claimed that the public transit would cause so much trouble for the Pentagon Boulevard region.

The residents were upset that Route 1 would land near The Mall at Fairfield Commons and other establishments. They believe that crime would come if the bus comes to town.

Somehow I don't think this person was on the bus when he started shooting in the Walmart.

The Associated Press reports that the Montgomery County coroner's office investigator Jim Fannin said Wednesday that the 22-year-old John Crawford was fatally shot at a Walmart in the Dayton suburb of Beavercreek on Tuesday night.

Fannin says a 37-year-old Angie Williams who was in the store at the time also died, but it was due to a medical condition. Nobody else was hurt.
Angela Williams (center in pink shirt and black vest) died after collapsing during a shooting incident at the Beavercreek Walmart.
Dayton Daily News and Associated Press released photo of a victim. Angela Williams passed away after having a medical shock and heart attack.
Beavercreek police say the man was shot at around 8 p.m. after waving a rifle-type weapon around inside the store. Officers shot him after he failed to comply with verbal orders. He died later at a hospital.

No names have been released.

Walmart spokeswoman Brook Buchanan says the company is working with police and may have a statement later Wednesday.

Insurgency Republican Believes There's A War On Whites!

Another stupid White Republican blaming plight for the decline.

The Republican Party is a majority White person party. They can't deny the fact that 90% of the political party is catered to a majority of White, Christian, male and rich individuals.

It seems like the insurgency is a prime example of the reactionary outrage by Whites. The founding of the movement came during the failed presidential bids of perennial loser Ron Paul. It took off when some CNBC asshole ranted on television about Barack Obama's policies and motivated by one bitter cable news network devoted to tormenting the new president.

Now six years later, the insurgency is still around. It took out Reps. Eric Cantor (R-VA) and Jack Kingston (R-GA). It almost ended the career of Senator Thad Cochran (R-MS) and it looks like its apparently going to win some more primary victories in the coming month.

The constant racial agitation from the insurgency forces me and S. Baldwin to call it as the last remnants of American racism. Every accusation drives the insurgency bananas. They don't like being called racist.

They really believe that the president and his supporters are the true racists. We're  too extreme and should be charged for treason. They seriously believe that President Barack Obama should be impeached.

Just because the inept Congress refuses to pass a comprehensive immigration law and the president is using his Executive Orders to get the ball rolling. That's a crime according the "you can't fix stupid crowd!"

Here's a lawmaker from the insurgency who thinks its legal to discriminate against Whites.

Meet Mo Brooks, an Alabama lawmaker who has ties to the insurgency. He's the guy holding the Alabama 5th congressional district since 2011.

Brooks went on The Laura Ingraham Show and Ingraham played Brooks a clip of Ron Fournier warning that the Republican Party could not survive as the "party of white people."
The insurgency's newest ally/
Brooks responded: "Well, this is a part of the war on whites that’s being launched by the Democratic Party...And the way in which they’re launching this war is by claiming that whites hate everybody else. It's part of the strategy that Barack Obama implemented in 2008, continued in 2012, where he divides us all on race, on sex, greed, envy, class warfare, all those kinds of things."

The comment drew considerable comments and controversy. For example, The New Yorker stated: "White reactionaries in the 19th century imagined that abolishing slavery would turn white people themselves into slaves, and the concept of white subjugation was transferred into such things as black suffrage, civil rights, and so on. The war on whites has raged continuously in the right-wing mind for more than two centuries."

When asked about the comment later that day, Brooks repeated the clam of a "War on Whites", stating: "In effect, what the Democrats are doing with their dividing America by race is they are waging a war on whites and I find that repugnant."

Damn could this be the moment another Todd Akin opened his mouth let his foot and ass right in?

How Israelis Feel About Blacks And Obama!

The truth.

Controversial documentary filmmaker Max Blumenthal did this one over 5 years ago. The racist right exists in Israel. These are the people who sat at the edge of the hill watching the missiles fly right into the Gaza Strip.

This week brought international condemnation from global leaders after Israeli strikes on a U.N. sanctioned school killed 10 people. The U.N. told Israel more than once that civilians were seeking shelter there. The Israeli military didn't give a fuck. They claim that the far right militant group Hamas was firing from near there.

The United States has came out with the strongest condemnation of this conflict.

And of course, the conservative agitators went right into their attack mode. First after Secretary of State John Kerry, then the U.N. Ambassador Samantha Power and of course President Barack Obama.

That annoying ass conservative agitator (by the way helped Obama win) was over in Israel trying to do this shuck and jive about how the Israelis being "victims".

Of course having a missile shield, military arms, aid from global powers, a media that supports you regardless of the potential war crimes committed, and yes that guy helped Israel gain support here in the United States.

But so far, the support is declining. At first you used to think that Israel deserved the right to defend itself.

But now I am almost certain that those in the West Bank and Gaza Strip deserve sovereignty and a right to defend itself too. I mean the Gaza Strip land mass is just as big as Detroit, Michigan. The Gaza Strip and West Bank believe that the Israeli government continues to agitate them by building settlements on their lands.

The Gaza Strip deserves the right to demand an end to the blockade. They deserve a right to get aid from global powers. They deserve the right to have military arms, nuclear powers and a right to exist.

Does that mean I'm anti-Semitic?

Okay here's how the racist right Israelis reacted to the election of Barack Obama.

Be warned this contains disturbing language and offensive themes.

Media Pans Toyota For Using Busta Rhymes As A Pitchman!

Busta Gut!

O'Loofus hate hip-hop music. The controversial agitator has been on a vendetta against hip-hop. He managed to go after Ludacris, Snoop Dogg, Lil' Wayne, Jay-Z, 50 Cent, and even Busta Rhymes.

I am one for using entertainers for the promotion of products, but whenever they use rappers to promote a product, expect the racist right to scream outrage.

The 2015 Toyota Sienna minivan is coming out and they wanted to make light of the vehicle. They had a child actors rap a verse to the vehicle and Busta Rhymes appears in it.

Veteran rapper Busta Rhymes stars in a Toyota commercial and the junk food media attack it for being as crazy as he is. Especially for the fact he's no longer the skinny lyricist.

"Swagger Wagon," is the video and many panned it for the rapper "selling out" his trademark lyrical flow.

After all he hasn't released an album in four years. Busta Rhymes announced that he left Cash Money Records due to creative differences and he is no longer on Republic.

And of course, there's another controversy building up. The weight gain from the once very skinny and fit Busta Rhymes also has the nation talking.

I almost didn't even recognized him in the video.

James Brady Passes Away!

James Brady passed away.

An advocate for gun control and nemesis of the National Rifle Association passed away. The family confirmed that former press secretary under Ronald Reagan, James Brady (aka The Bear) died.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of James Brady.

"We are heartbroken to share the news that our beloved Jim 'Bear' Brady has passed away after a series of health issues," the statement said. "His wife, Sarah, son, Scott, and daughter, Missy, are so thankful to have had the opportunity to say their farewells."

Brady served as press secretary under President Ronald Reagan. In an assassination attempt on Reagan in 1981, Brady was shot and left permanently disabled.
Ronald Reagan and James Brady the moment John Hinkley
James Brady and his wife Sarah, founded the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence--formerly known as Handgun Control, Inc., co-founded by N.T. "Pete" Shields--Brady subsequently lobbied for stricter handgun control and assault weapon restrictions. The Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, also known as "the Brady Bill", was named in his honor.

Brady received the honorary degree of Doctor of Laws from McKendree College, Lebanon, Illinois, in 1982. Sarah and James Brady were each awarded a doctorate degree (of Humane Letters) by Drexel University in 1993. In 1994, James and Sarah received the S. Roger Horchow Award for Greatest Public Service by a Private Citizen, an award given out annually by Jefferson Awards.

In 1996, Brady received the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President Bill Clinton, the highest civilian award in the United States.

The Press Briefing Room at the White House was renamed after Brady as the James S. Brady Press Briefing Room in his honor in 2000.

Jim touched the lives of so many and has been a wonderful husband, father, friend and role model. We are enormously proud of Jim's remarkable accomplishments -- before he was shot on the fateful day in 1981 while serving at the side of President Ronald Reagan and in the days, months and years that followed. Jim Brady's zest for life was apparent to all who knew him, and despite his injuries and the pain he endured every day, he used his humor, wit and charm to bring smiles to others and make the world a better place.

Over the years, Jim inspired so many people as he turned adversity into accomplishment. Whether working to prevent others from becoming victims of gun violence, mentoring his Sigma Chi brothers, or working to improve the lives of Americans with disabilities, Jim used his many talents and can-do attitude to make a difference in the lives of others. We believe with all our hearts that he did.

While we mourn the loss of our Bear, we take comfort in the time we had with him and the marked impact he had on us and so many other lives. He will forever live on in our memories and in the powerful example he set for all of us.

President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama issued a statement:

Michelle and I send our deepest condolences to the family of former White House Press Secretary James Brady on his passing. Jim is a legend at the White House for his warmth and professionalism as press secretary for President Reagan; for the strength he brought to bear in recovering from the shooting that nearly killed him 33 years ago; and for turning the events of that terrible afternoon into a remarkable legacy of service through the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence. Since 1993, the law that bears Jim’s name has kept guns out of the hands of dangerous individuals. An untold number of people are alive today who otherwise wouldn’t be, thanks to Jim

Every day, reporters and White House staffers walk past a plaque marking the day in 2000 that the White House Briefing Room was renamed the James S. Brady Press Briefing Room. It reads, “May his courage and dedication continue to inspire all who work in this room and beyond.” Those words will endure, as will his legacy. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jim’s wife Sarah, who has been Jim’s steadfast partner in advocacy, and their children Scott and Melissa.

I Guess The Drizzy And Breezy Feud Is Over!

There's talk that Chris Brown and Drake ended their longstanding feud. It's even confident that they're recording a song together.

So is there's something in the works between the once feuding rappers?

This picture was posted on Drake's official Instagram webpage.

Detroit Mom Got A Lucky Break!

If today was yesterday, a single mother would never believe this day would come. Michigan woman won the Mega Millions.

Being a single parent is a 24/7 business. There's no breaks and no vacations. Without a dutiful partner in parenting, the mother or father must handle duties of their child.

Most of the time, the parent will do as best as they can to support their child. It's a part of the daily routine in the United States.

The racist right can't stomach the single parent home. They attack single parents with multiple children as "parasites" dependent on the gubmint.

The racist right believe that women who have multiple children with different fathers are likely to be stuck on welfare, food stamps, and dependency.

Kelsey Zachow isn't one of those type of people. She worked two jobs. She took care of her child and boyfriend's child. She is a nursing assistant and part time bartender.

Her biggest break came when she would go to the local store and purchase a Mega Millions ticket on a day that most consider unlucky.

Zachow, a 24-year-old mother in Detroit had been working two jobs to pay the bills. Last month, on what has typically been seen as an unlucky day, Friday 13, Zachow bought what would end up being the winning ticket to the Mega Millions lottery, ABC15 reported. The mom who walked away with the $66 million jackpot says that she values her family's security foremost, and will begin her spending spree by setting up college funds for her son and her boyfriend's daughter.

"I have always wanted an electric blue Ford Mustang, and one day I will get one, but helping my family live comfortably comes first for me," Zachow said at a press conference, according to the New York Daily News.

The Huffington Post reports that the young mother had been working as a medical assistant and part-time bartender, the outlet reported. Because her boyfriend has been laid off for almost a year, Zachow has had to support him, as well as their children.

Though Zachow routinely bought lottery tickets every week, she didn't expect the big winnings, and hadn't even checked whether she won until more than a week after she purchased the ticket. She says she screamed as she ran to tell her boyfriend.

"My boyfriend thought I got in a car accident, or hit someone on the street," she said of her reaction to winning, according to the Macomb Daily.

While the 24-year-old will use the funds to provide a comfortable life for her family for now, Zachow also hopes to use her newfound wealth for other noble causes in the future.

"I always wanted to open a no-kill animal shelter of some sort but right now it’s taking care of the little one," she told the Macomb Daily, referring to her 7-month-old son.

Well wishes to Ms. Zachow.

In most states, the Powerball and Mega Millions are played. In 43 states with the District of Columbia and U.S. Virgin Islands, the two multi-state lotteries are often played when the prizes reaches over $200 million respectively.

The Mega Millions is once again rising to record setting amounts. So I am guessing by game time it will be over $700 million by draw time.

Are you game?

I know that your risk is 1:345. So that means the odds of winning is one in 345 million.

If you're not aware of the game, it's pretty simple. The Mega Millions is a multi-state game that covers 45 states including the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The cost of playing a Mega Million ticket is $1. The ticket comes with a Multiplier (except in California).

The jackpot starts at $15 million.

The drawings are on Tuesday and Friday night at 10:59pm EST.

The game cost only $1 per unit. You must pick five numbers from 1 to 75. When you're done, you get the opportunity to pick a Mega Ball. Out of 15 numbers, you will have to pick one Mega Ball number. The jackpot results are a match of 5 White Balls + 1 Megaball. A player can win $1 million (if you score 5 out of 5 without the Megaball).

You're allowed five lines per unit you're playing one single drawing ticket at $5 per unit. So basically you're playing $1 per line. Add the multiplier and its one per line with multiplier so it would be $2 per unit. So at five lines per unit and with multiplier its $10 per unit.

The game in states that are participating included a multiplier. The multiplier is a function that allows the player to increase their wins by a special X ball. The multiplier is (1X), (2X), (3X), (4X) and (5X).

Powerball is played in 43 states including The District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands.

The cost of playing a Powerball ticket is $2. The ticket comes with the Power Play (except in California).

The Power Play cost $1 dollar. There is a set prize amount for Power Play addition. You can earn up to $1 million or $2 million upon the Power Play (if you score 5 out of 5 without the Powerball).

There are five Powerball numbers. From 1 to 59, you must pick the numbers. When you're done you have an opportunity to pick a Powerball. The Powerball number is out of 35. The jackpot results in a win of 5 White Balls + 1 Powerball.

The Power Play was reestablished as a multiplier. The function allows the player to increase their odds by the special X ball. The multiplier is (1X), (2X), (3X), (4X), and (5X).

The drawings are on Wednesday and Saturday night at 10:59pm EST.

The Powerball jackpot usually starts at $40 million.

Okay, I know there are some who are novice and never had an experience at playing.

The Mega Millions and Powerball tickets that are played cannot be canceled.

Be careful when making a bet decision.

Of course you have to be over 18 years old to play a Mega Millions or Powerball ticket.

All results for Mega Millions and Powerball are from the state that you've purchased your ticket from. You can't go into a South Carolina Education Lottery retailer with a ticket from Indiana's Hoosier Lottery.

The impact of being a millionaire comes with a price. You could blow money fast in a few years. Believe me there have been many Americans who lavish in luxury only to be broke in less than 10 years.

The rules of winning the lottery.

Best advice for all who win the lottery, is keep a cool head. Let's cover the 10 things about winning the lottery according to me. You can use this advice if you want to!

The first thing you do is write your name down on the back of the winning ticket. Say if you lose the jackpot ticket! If you have forgotten to sign the ticket and it gets lost, then it's your word against the winner's. I also added this to my words of wisdom. Make sure that whenever a lottery retailer is to handle a jackpot ticket, ask the cashier to make sure you hear the "winner" sound. Most machines will make a noise if you're a winner. There are also ticket verify stations located near a lottery terminal. Make sure before you hand a ticket to a cashier, you are sure you won a jackpot. Ask for a claims form and/or a validation claim voucher.  Also for tickets that may be over a certain amount (i.e. amounts over $2,500), you might have to go to the lottery's regional offices. The offices are located in metropolitan areas. There are also apps on your iPhone, Android, and smart devices. You can avoid the lines, by going to iTunes or the Google Play store to get a free app for your local state's lottery. Never put your trust in a cashier who doesn't have experience in handling jackpots or validations of high value tickets.

Second, make sure you cancel out your Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or any other social networking website your on. That's the next thing that happens when you're a winner.

Third, you cancel your phone number and limit your email intake. Obviously you'll be swamped with phone numbers and well wishers asking if you're willing to shelve out a little cash.

Fourth, hire a qualified lottery attorney. Make sure you have a qualified attorney who specializes in handling large sums of money. Don't assume every attorney is well respected in handling your financial earnings.

Fifth, don't quit a job until you are sure you've won the lottery. Don't rush to judgment about being a lottery winner. Sometimes a person who wins the lottery never expects it to happen so don't sit around the house hoping the day will come you'll be the millionaire.

Sixth, pay off debts to college loans, house, billings, and credit cards.

Seventh, invest your money in a trust fund if you have children or family members you can trust if you should die.

Eighth, have fun with your earnings. Don't blow it on things that obviously will attract negative attention.

Ninth, be humble. Cause money will change a person when they're rich.

Lastly, The Have-Nots Will Always Try To Make You Feel Guilty About Winning. Ignore Them And Be Happy About Your Success.
