Joshua Fox is about to own the name. The man who Eatherly shot suffered severe injuries and will have to go through a lifetime of treatments.
He didn't asked to be bothered by Eatherly. All he was trying to do was enjoy the peace and quiet of the downtown area. Eatherly took it upon himself to start streaming and thriwing racial slurs and threats.
Fox said he suffers from PTSD. He reacted like most veterans of serving in war. Eatherly would not leave him alone. So he caught a fade. Eatherly reached for his firearm and shot Fox in the stomach and shoulder. Eatherly ended up shooting himself in the arm as he was being disarmed.

As he was being carted to the local hospital, Eatherly confessed that he had to shoot one because he was "chimping out."

Since late 2025 to early 2026, Eatherly terrorized people throughout Clarksville and Nashville. He randomly starts livestreaming himself. When he sees a large gathering of people, he immediately starts chucking out racial slurs. He intimidates them to physical assault thus leading to him using his firearm and bear mace.
He vowed to shoot a Black person and claim it was self defense.
Eatherly's online persona, characterized by frequent use of racial slurs and harassment directed at Black people, has led to public condemnation, platform suspensions, and legal controversies. He received national media attention in 2026 following a shooting outside a courthouse in Clarksville, Tennessee, which resulted in Eatherly being charged with attempted murder.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Now he has a bunch of fans. They are frequently gathering around the courthouse to protest the system they've supported when Black people are arrested.
Now everyone who watched his streams became inspired to say racial slurs freely without any fear of triggering reactions or physical assault.

So in the only Democratic leaning city of 1.03 million, Austin, this asshole tries to bait Black and gay people into fighting him. He views his disrespect as the archtype of ChudTheBuilder.
This doofus joined Kick in 2026 and has not pulled in the massive streams that Eatherly pulled being an asshole.
He started off as a mediocre rapper who decided to pivot to rage baiting.
Now as he is trying to Chud himself into relevance, folks are starting to see the decline of MAGA influencers. The Savanna Cannon controversy set off a chain of events.
