The latest CNN/ORC poll has the president at a rating at 45%

The NSA scandal, the IRS scandal and the lack of progress from Congress has gotten the president and legislators. The one that hurts the most is the trust issue. The president is down among independents, young voters, and even a portion of Blacks are disappointed in him.

What the junk food media is not telling you is that the Republican Party isn't doing so well among the majority either.

The party is looked upon as bad because of stalling progress and also wasting time over these scandals.

Meaning that they're overreaching over these "scandals".

The CNN/ORC International survey released Monday morning comes as the White House has been reacting to controversies over a massive U.S. government surveillance program; the Internal Revenue Service's targeting of tea party and other conservative groups who applied for tax-exempt status; the administration's handling of last September's attack in Benghazi that left the U.S. ambassador to Libya and three other Americans dead; and the Justice Department's secret collection of journalists' phone records as part of a government investigation into classified leaks.

The poll indicates that for the first time in Obama’s presidency, half of the public says they don't believe he is honest and trustworthy. And Americans are split on the controversial National Security Agency anti-terrorism program to record metadata on U.S. phone calls, but they support the NSA program that targets records of Internet usage by people in other countries. That doesn't mean they necessarily like what is going on: Just over six in 10 believe that government is so large and powerful that it threatens the rights and freedoms of ordinary Americans.

A slight majority of those questioned in the poll, which was conducted Tuesday through Thursday of last week, disapprove of the actions of the man who leaked sensitive information about the NSA program. A similar number say Edward Snowden, who fled to Hong Kong, should be brought back to the United States and prosecuted.

What the approval drop means for Obama

The president's approval rating stands at 45%, down from 53% in mid-May. And 54% say they disapprove of how Obama's handling his job, up nine points from last month. It's the first time in CNN polling since November 2011 that a majority of Americans have had a negative view of the president.

"The drop in Obama's support is fueled by a dramatic 17-point decline over the past month among people under 30, who, along with black Americans, had been the most loyal part of the Obama coalition," says CNN Polling Director Keating Holland.

The president also dropped 10 points among independent voters, from 47% last month to 37% now, with Obama's disapproval among independents jumping 12 points to 61%.

What's behind the drop?

"It is clear that revelations about NSA surveillance programs have damaged Obama's standing with the public, although older controversies like the IRS matter may have begun to take their toll as well," adds Holland.

Six in 10 disapprove of how Obama is handling government surveillance of U.S. citizens, which is higher than the 52% who disapproved of George W. Bush on the same issue in 2006, when government surveillance was also in the headlines.

Obama's approval rating on terrorism, although still above 50%, has taken a 13-point hit since mid-May. By contrast, his approval rating on domestic issues such as the economy, immigration and the deficit only dropped by two to four points, within the poll's sampling error.

Views of Obama's personal characteristics have also declined.

The number of Americans who think he is honest has dropped nine points over the past month, to 49%. Fifty-seven percent of those questioned say they disagree with the president's views on the size and power of the federal government, and 53% say he cannot manage the government effectively. Fifty-two percent say the president is a strong and decisive leader. That's still a majority, but it's down six points from last month.

Cheney defends NSA, calls Obama's credibility 'nonexistent'

Forty-three percent of the public says that the Obama administration has gone too far in restricting civil liberties to fight terrorism, with 38% saying the administration has been about right and 17% saying it has not gone far enough.

"That's roughly the same reaction that the public had to the Bush administration in 2006 when the details of a similar program to gather phone records were made public," says Holland.

Fifty-one percent say the current NSA program to gather phone records is the right thing to do. By comparison, 54% felt that way about the Bush-era program back in 2006. Two thirds say they feel that the current NSA program on Internet usage is right.

More than six in 10 say the government has collected their phone or Internet data. What is the government doing with all of this information?

Just 8% of all Americans think the government has collected their personal data and is using it to investigate them. Just over half say they think the government has collected their data and stored it somewhere without analyzing it, and one third say they believe that government has not collected and stored any of their personal phone or Internet records.

As for Snowden, 52% disapprove of his actions, with 44% saying they approve of the leaks by the former government contractor. Fifty-four percent say the government should attempt to bring Snowden back to the U.S. and prosecute him for his actions.

Documents Snowden provided to journalists revealed the existence of the secret NSA programs to collect records of domestic telephone calls in the United States and the Internet activity of overseas residents. Snowden, who fled to Hong Kong, was fired from his position at the consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton earlier this month. The FBI is investigating the leaks.

The poll was conducted for CNN by ORC International June 11 to 13, with 1,014 adults nationwide questioned by telephone. The survey's overall sampling error is plus or minus three percentage points.

The controversial agitator known only as The Guy Who Throws Shit To The Wall, isn't a fan of hip-hop music. On his website, he advocates "race stories" to equate to his readers that Blacks are violent and Whites are good.

Democrats are evil. Republicans are good.

Barack Obama is this. Barack Obama is that.

Yet, this formula hasn't really benefited the Republicans. The perennial loser Mitt Romney once said that this website was his favorite place to get his talking points.

Again, this guy is allegedly a closeted homosexual. Many liberal agitators want to find the reclusive agitator in a position where it could embarrass him or an event to drive his viewers away from the website.

Of course, they'll keep waiting, because the agitator never leaves a paper trail. But he'll slip and they'll be waiting on him.

Media mogul and rapper Jay-Z is in the news for being one of the biggest Obama supporters known. He and wife pop singer Beyonce are often targets of conservative ire because of some controversial theme.

Jay-Z and his labelmate Kanye West are often subjects of controversy. West and his girlfriend Kim Kardashian welcome their first child. West is accused of having an affair while Kardashian was pregnant.

Jay-Z and Beyonce traveled to Cuba this year and pissed off Latino Republicans. Senator Marco Rubio (R-Florida) is one of the country's most well known hipsters is a fan of the rapper. He was extremely livid over them going and demanded President Barack Obama answer to this.

Jay-Z launched back a couple of subliminal shots at Rubio, King Hippo and others for getting worked up over stupid shit.

Now I guess the rapper announced his latest album is going to be out in July.

Wall Street Journal reports that a curious TV ad aired near the end of the second quarter featuring Jay-Z in a studio, riffing with a cast of characters including producer Rick Rubin and artist Pharrell Williams. At one point, a member of the posse is shown taking notes on a tablet device. More than two minutes into the three-minute video Samsung Electronics Co.’s tagline flashes across the screen: “The Next Big Thing.”

He's known to be a big fan of Whitney Houston, Chaka Khan, and Lady Gaga.

The connection: Samsung has purchased 1 million copies of Jay-Z’s coming album, entitled “Magna Carta Holy Grail,” slated for release July 4, and plans to give them to Samsung Galaxy smartphone users for free – 72 hours ahead of the release. The users are to receive the music through an app they’ll receive later this month. (Recipients won’t be able to share it until the official release date.)

Samsung paid $5 apiece for the albums, according to a person familiar with the matter. It wasn’t immediately clear if Nielsen SoundScan will count Samsung’s purchases in its sales tallies.

The partnership could help Samsung compete with Apple Inc., which recently announced the launch of iTunes Radio – an online radio service bundled onto Apple devices that promises to offer listeners access to certain tracks before they’re available elsewhere.

For Jay-Z, the deal is a precious advertising opportunity and gives him $5 million in sales before the album is even released. The agreement signals the increasing importance of corporate sponsors to the music industry, which has seen sales tank over the past decade.

Jay-Z hinted at the partnership on Twitter two days ago with a photo of a Samsung smartphone displaying text telling fans to “tune in” to the game.

Neither Samsung nor Jay-Z could immediately be reached for comment.

Jay-Z is an enemy of the conservative media. They blamed him for being front and center when it came to Black, Hispanic and young voter turnout. Jay-Z often encouraged his fans at concerts to sign up to vote.

Even Rupert Murdoch the powerful media mogul over at NewsCorporation got rid of his wife Wendi Deng after rumors swirled that she's taking backshots from former British prime minister Tony Blair.

To have that dingbat back on the network along with That "FOOLISH" Guy Who Helped Obama Win and Bill-O will be interesting.

I can see that her best friend for life Greta Van Susteren (Greta The Ambulance Chaser) is eager to have her on to discuss the latest "scandals" involving President Barack Obama.

I can see she'll return to Twitter to announce that she and Roger Ailes (Loserville honcho) kissed and made up. Of course, she'll be on Monday to repeat her word salad of stupidity.

Did you know that daughter/reality star Bristol Palin will trade places with Joan Rivers, the controversial celebrity agitator?

They will do ABC's Celebrity Wife Swap in which the daughter Bristol will join daughter Melissa and Rivers will join Palin Da Ass husband Todd.

Joan Rivers have a not so friendly relationship with the family.

One thing Rivers and the Palin Da Ass can agree on is their hatred of Katie Couric.

So I guess the Palin Da Ass will love to hear that 80 year old plastic doll give her two cents and three nickels about life in New York.

NRA Goes After Obama And Gun Totting Senator!

With friends like this Senator Joe Manchin (D-West Virginia), who needs enemies? The president can't get things done because of idiots in his own party. Manchin is one of them. He comes from the state he never could win.

Quick question: If there's no source of food or human life on this planet, would you eat a firearm if there's no food?

Of course not. You've rather put it to the temple of your head if there's no one around and you're the last person on this planet.

Quick question: Why is it that Black men are depicted as natural born killers in the junk food media?

Simple. Black men are glorified by negative stereotypes of Blacks being criminals, thugs, pimps, rappers, and everything else they've watched in the junk food media. It is considered an ethnic subgenre of the general category of exploitation films. Hence the term, Blaxploitation. Blaxploitation films were originally made specifically for an urban black audience, although the genre's audience appeal soon broadened to cross-racial and ethnic lines.

Last question: Why is the fear of President Barack Obama's gun control proposals spooking the White man?

Simple. The National Rifle Association is working double time to scare up fundraising to defeat senators who are incumbents. They're trying to defeat the Democratic Party and President Barack Obama. The president's  proposals for gun control are riling up the white supremacist/conservative bubble. They are buying firearms in huge quantities. Despite the constant pleas from victims of gun violence (i.e. Santa Monica shooting, Sandy Hook shooting, Trayvon Martin, Aurora shooting, and Tuscon shooting) the NRA and its allies in the Republican Party are determined to stop proposals that may prevent the next mass shooting.

Okay, now before we get into the story, we'll talk about the Santa Monica College shooting.

Santa Monica shooter John Zawahri represents the rise in firearm usage among those who are mentally insane.

A 24-year old man named John Zawahri went on a shooting rampage last week. He killed five people before the police killed him. The man was a few days shy of his birthday. Somehow, I guess he's been mentally unstable for some time.

He ended up killing his father and brother before setting his home on fire. He carjacked a woman. He grazed a woman with a few shots. He shot at a bus going by. He shot a vehicle with people inside. He grazed a woman with his firearm. Then he managed to kill a Santa Monica College professor and his daughter.

When confronted by the cops, he aimed and they've fired. Zawahri was killed and while they were checking his body for weaponry, they've found a note saying his forgiveness for his actions.

The New York Daily News reports that Zawahri left a farewell note in which he expressed remorse for killing his father and brother but left no explanation for the rampage that left them and three others dead in Santa Monica, police said Thursday.

The three- to four-page handwritten note was found on Zawahri’s body after he was shot and killed June 7 by officers on the campus of Santa Monica College, Police Chief Jacqueline Seabrooks said at a news conference.

In the note, which was conversational in tone, 23-year-old Zawahri also said goodbye to friends and expressed hope that his mother would be taken care of and receive recompense from his father’s estate.

Police shoot and kill Zawahri before he could reload his homemade assault rifle.

Zawahri apparently built his own .223-caliber assault rifle, using it to shoot his father and brother before he set fire to their family home, officials said earlier Thursday.

Zawahri’s bedroom, investigations found illegal zip guns, Seabrooks said. They also found ample evidence of his fascination with weapons, including four replica airsoft pellet guns, knives and gun magazines, said Sgt. Richard Lewis. Investigators also found materials that indicate he likely assembled the weapon.

Police said Zawahri bought a lower receiver that was only 80 percent complete. Because it is not complete and not considered a full weapon, a person isn’t required to go through a background check to get one, nor does the part need to have a serial number.

Understand this.

He wasn't able to purchase a firearm, but yet he managed to outmaneuver the law by purchasing accessories to the firearm.

No one could stop him from making a straw purchase. Even though he had known mental issues, that was thrown under the table because he had the cash.

The new NRA president James Porter is a fat White asshole who once represented gun manufacturers. Besides he's packing more than his firearm on his holster.

California Democratic Governor Jerry Brown and President Barack Obama were informed about the shooting that day. The president was in Los Angeles and his Secret Service detail were told of this incident.

Last April, the gun control measure compromise by conservative lawmakers Senator Pat Toomey (R-Pennsylvania) and Senator Joe Manchin (D-West Virginia) went up in smoke.

The Senate refused to pass even the most water-down legislation capable from stop the next mental patient from obtaining a firearm.

The people of Sandy Hook were lobbying members of Congress to help pass the law. They've ignored it and called the parents of Sandy Hook a bunch of Obama supporters. The conservative agitators send their phony sympathies to the families but told in the second verse they've told the Sandy Hook families to shut up and go away.

Now the National Rifle Association is back in the news. I look at the Redding News Service and clicked on an article from the UK's Daily Mail, a London based newspaper.

They've reported that President Barack Obama and New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg were featured in a NRA online web video in which they were heavily criticized for their gun control proposals.

What's got the Daily Mail buzzing was the apparent blackening of the president. Hence the sinister feature.

In the ad, Bloomberg's face appears to be shaded, as well, but much less dramatically than the president's
Obama's darker appearance in the ad is being compared to a controversial 1994 Time magazine cover that shows a shaded image of former Buffalo Bills running back O.J. Simpson - who, at the time, was on trial for the brutal murders of his ex-wife and another man - that makes his skin seem much darker than it actually is.

The Time magazine cover came at a time when racial tensions across the U.S. began heating up as a result of the Simpson trial, which divided the country along racial lines for a variety of reasons.

Specifically, those skeptical about the state's case against Simpson charged that the lead investigator on the case, former Los Angeles Police Department Detective Mark Fuhrman, was racist and had planted evidence to frame the Heisman trophy winner.

Oh, look scary people on the TV screen....

James Gaines, the managing editor of the magazine when the now-infamous cover was published, later posted an explanation online.

'It seems to me you could argue that it's racist to say that blacker is more sinister, but be that as it may: To the extent that this caused offense to anyone, I obviously regret it,' Gaines said in his message.

The NRA did not respond to Mail Online's request for comment, nor has it responded to any of the criticism that the ad is racist.

The NRA dropped more than $100,000 on the ad, which will start airing in West Virginia in two weeks.

The ad quotes one of Manchin's videos from his 2010 Senate campaign, in which he says 'As your senator, I'll protect your second amendment rights.'

A voiceover in the ad then says, 'That was Joe Manchin's commitment. But now, Manchin is working with President Obama and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Concerned? You should be. Tell Sen. Manchin to honor his commitment to the Second Amendment and reject the Obama-Bloomberg gun control agenda.'

Manchin - who has previously received an 'A' rating from the NRA - recently sponsored a bill with Republican Pennsylvania Senator Pat Toomey that would have expanded background checks on gun buyers to include sales at gun shows and over the Internet.

The bill failed to get the 60 votes needed to avoid a filibuster, but Manchin recently said that he hopes the Senate would again consider expanding background checks - which is what put him the cross-hairs of the nation's most powerful gun lobby.

The controversy isn't going away and many Americans like me and S. Baldwin are frustrated with the ongoing ignorance online.

I've told friends and family that "ignorance brings the worse out of me sometimes" and yes it's mostly due to those individuals who rally online hate of interracial, Black and Hispanic children. They are innocent and the reactions to that adorable commercial is beyond the pale of ignorance in America.

It's bad enough, these so-called patriots think America is the land of the free when they're the ones who are trying to deny others the opportunities to succeed in the country.

They look at us as the enemy and the reasons for the economic turmoils.

Instead of trying to solve problems, you have politicians with no legislative accomplishments trying to make noise instead of solutions.

Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Senator Lindsay Graham (R-South Carolina), Senator Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) and Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota) for example.

They have no legislative accomplishments and yet they're the ones front and center on the televisions being the serial agitators they're painted out to be.

They created the hostile atmosphere for which these online assholes rant and rave about how an interracial family enjoying a bowl of cereal is the end of the world.

For Pete's sake, I can't stomach the ignorance online. However in the country, they're entitled to be the assholes they are based on the First Amendment of The Bill Of Rights.

Yes, the Bill Of Rights are the first 10 amendments of the U.S. Constitution.

These freaking social networks will be the death of the nation. How many of these young minded idiots would post their business out there?

How many of them will slip a racial slur or derogatory slur about somebody's ethnicity when they're on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube or Instagram?

Tell me how many of these idiots work in the service industry (i.e. retail establishments)?

Okay, White Watch is a controversial website. It's the counter-balance to the hundreds if not thousands of hate websites your so-called White conservative friends go to when they can freely bash "us Black folks" and those "illegals." 

In the conservative/white supremacist bubble, they always assume that it's "us folk" who taking away from the hardworking American. It's never their fault for America's problems. 

They believe in gun rights only for them and not Blacks, Hispanics and Muslims.

Even in a Dunkin' Donut franchise a young girl would go to the social networks to attack a woman who acted a fool. The customer was seen berating Dunkin' Donuts employees in that viral video your friend sent you today is a 27-year-old Florida woman who has previously worked as a video spokesperson for such establishments as Happy Wok restaurant and an auto repair shop.

For some unexplained reason, Taylor Chapman walked into a Dunkin' Donuts Saturday morning--iPhone in hand--to record a complaint about not being provided a receipt for a prior purchase. “This is all being under video surveillance,” she warned one employee (who was unfailingly polite).

Since she had not purportedly been given a receipt, the Broward County resident cited a store policy that supposedly guaranteed her free food as a result of the oversight. Over eight minutes, the boorish, arrogant, and cursing Chapman (seen at right) records herself berating workers and even accosting fellow customers.

As she waited for her food, Chapman remarked, “Even if they hock a loogie and shit in it I don’t even care.” She added, “‘Cause one time they pissed in my fries…literally I could smell the piss in it.”

At one point, Chapman notes that she has a “business degree” and had previously received exemplary service at the Dunkin’ Donuts. Until, of course, a “dumb bitch” female employee “completely pissed me off” and “decided to cross my fucking line.”

During the video, Chapman refers to the female worker as “a complete cunt sand nigger whore.” When she spots the woman--who is named Nithi--Chapman moves down the counter to confront the worker.

“Well, guess what? This shit’s about to go live, bitch. Right on Facebook,” Chapman announces. “‘Cause I already posted what your dumb ass did last night. So I hope you’re happy with your little fucking sand nigger self. Cause I’m about to nuke your whole fucking planet from Mars. You think ya’ll are tough big fat Arabs bombin’ the Trade Center? I’ll show you tough.

Before ending her recording, Chapman tells another customer that her video was heading for YouTube, where she hoped it would “get a million fucking hits.” Which, as it turns out, might have been an underestimation on Chapman’s part.

Donuts anyways.

Prior to her Dunkin’ Donuts production, Chapman--who attended Nova Southeastern University in Davie--appeared in several marketing videos for local Florida businesses (including, as seen above, Happy Wok in Lauderhill). While her LinkedIn page lists her current employee as a medical device firm, an employee there said Chapman has not worked for the company in over a year.

On her Twitter page, Chapman writes that, “I have my bachelor's degree in Business & Marketing and I am working towards my JD in Law now.” She adds that she is “happily engaged” to her boyfriend, with whom she lives.

Chapman who has deleted her Facebook page, could not be reached for comment.

They continue to deny reality. Because they're stuck on stupid when it comes to how deal with a changing nation. It's only fair to say that interracial marriage and children will doom the White race.

But I don't want to say things that riles up people. I'm just going ahead and say the cold hard truth.

The Republican Party and its conservative allies are going to cease to exist if they continue on the path to isolating Black and Hispanic voters.

Despite all the rumors of the rapper/producer/reality star having an affair with a model, and the rocky relationship between the two, the couple announced they're officially parents.

They welcome their baby daughter.

Kardashian, 32, and West, 36, went public with their relationship in April 2012, just six months after she filed for divorce from former husband Kris Humphries. Kardashian's divorce was just finalized on June 3.

The rapper releases his sixth album Yeezus this month. This will be his first album released with little promotion and limited radio play.

Sebastian de la Cruz wowed the crowd with his rendition of the Star Spangled Banner. But he also wowed the Twitter-verse with praise and downright evil comments from a bunch of jackasses.

MTV reports that 2 Chainz has steadfastly denied that he was robbed of his namesake jewelry at gunpoint in San Francisco last weekend. But on Thursday, the MC's bodyguard, Harold "Hammer Strength" Folsom, called in to a Columbus, Ohio, radio station and described for the first time exactly what happened during the daring daylight chase and grab.

"All of a sudden three dudes just jumped out with huge guns, .357 Magnums," Folsom said in the interview, which has since been taken down from Power 107.5's website.

"They pointed the guns at us and we was like 'Whoa!' We thought it was a joke for a minute. We looked at them, we stopped, kinda paused. We thought it was a joke. Then all we heard was, '2 Chainz, give it up.' So we like stood there and didn't do anything, and we kinda like froze, 'cause we wanted to see if this was real. All of a sudden, the next thing you know, 2 Chainz kinda like backed up a little bit. And then he said, 'Give it up. Give it up.' And then all of a sudden he took off. He took off running first. When he took off running, we took off running. Then all of a sudden these dudes, they just start shooting. I don't know where they shot at."

A surveillance video posted by TMZ corroborated Folsom's story, showing someone pulling a gun on Chainz and his crew. In the grainy clip, Chainz and his partners are walking down the street when two men approach them with guns drawn. The rapper and his people take off in different directions when they see the guns, with the purported robbers in hot pursuit, including one who skips down the street as he chases the Chainz posse.

Folsom said the attempted jacking came around 4:30 p.m., as the group came out of their van and were on their way to a store in downtown San Francisco. He also said the reports about the incident were way off. "TMZ got it all like we just left and left him standing there, and we just took off," said Folsom, who told the station that he never left Chainz's side during the robbery. "But he started running first, and we took off after he took off. So I don't know what they trying to make it seem like. The bottom line is he just fell, the dude he grabbed his wallet from him, and his cell phone from him, and that's all they took. He has his chains on him, his bracelet and all that, and all his jewelry with him and they ain't touch none of that."

For the record, Folsom said Chainz didn't have any money in his wallet and, as far as he's concerned the whole thing was a set up. "We know it was a setup so, that's why he told the police we will handle it," he said.

Anyway, the story that curvy “model” Leyla Ghobadi gave Star magazine, claiming she had sex with Kanye West while his girlfriend Kim Kardashian has been pregnant, has more holes than a golf course.

Ghobadi, 24, claims in the current issue that she hooked up with the rapper twice in 2012 and that he attempted a third encounter just this past weekend.

Star’s editor-in-chief, James Heidenry, confirms to us that spa worker Ghobadi was paid for her tale, but says our number is off. “I can tell you that’s way out of the ballpark,” he says.

We also hear news agency Coleman-Rayner had been shopping Ghobadi’s story around for a month and that other weeklies passed because Ghobadi had no proof of the alleged tryst.

Star magazine didn’t mind, though. Famous for giving story subjects lie-detector tests, the editors failed to do so with Ghobadi. “We didn’t think it was necessary in this case,” Heidenry shockingly admitted.

But the mag did recently test rapper AP.9 and discovered he did not have a sex tape with Ice-T’s wife, Coco Austin, among countless other subjects.

Editors also failed to check if text messages Ghobadi claims were from Kanye via a member of his entourage actually exist. “I forget if she either lost her phone or phone broke,” says Heidenry. “One of those two.”

Ghobadi claims she ended up in West’s hotel room one night, where “the next thing I knew, we were both naked and having sex,” she said.

Not the case, a close Kardashian Konfidante tells Confidenti@l. Although West did snap a picture backstage with Ghobadi, along with countless other fans, he left the venue with Kardashian.

“Kim left with Kanye, and her friends went to the club with her security guard, and Kim and Kanye went back to the room,” the source says. “This girl’s story is such bulls—.”

Ghobadi claims the affair started when West spotted her in the front row during his concert at Revel in Atlantic City. Kim was also there, sitting cushy in a VIP box. Ghobadi says West instructed a stagehand to pluck her from the crowd for his personal use.

Asked if he believes West and Ghobadi had a tryst, Heidenry said, “I’d rather not answer that question. To be honest, if you read that story you know as much as I do. I asked that question to our reporters who worked on it and they believe that it’s valid.”

Throwing around racial slurs if you're not tipped right. Tampering with their food by spitting or leaving body elements in it. Workers even steal from their employers. By eating food, taking money and making the workplace dangerous.

Still this example here is a reason why employers are trying to cut hours for workers.

Again what you post on the social networks could put you in a position in which you may end up being fired.

It may get you unwanted media attention. It may lead to you getting death threats and public shaming.

This example makes Black people look really bad. You what these type of Black stories goes front and center in the junk food media.

The Newser people took the opportunity to post a story about "licking". I don't know what it is, but I can tell you the picture is self explanatory.

The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports that fast food giant Wendy's is investigating the case of an employee who was captured eating soft serve ice cream straight from the machine in a viral photo Wednesday.

A photo of the worker was posted on Reddit Wednesday morning with the title, "I was going to buy a frosty from Wendys until I saw the employee do this."

Bob Bertini, a spokesman for Wendy's, responded late Wednesday that he just saw the photo.

"If true, this is totally inexcusable. We are investigating and will take action," Bertini wrote in an email to the Journal Sentinel.

A commenter on Reddit pointed out that the photo appears to have been taken behind the counter. The person said the photographer was a fellow employee.

The Wendy's worker is the most recent fast food worker to gross out potential customers in a viral photo.

The photos may be posted as a harmless joke (or, who knows, in an attempt to get someone fired maybe?), but viral photos have caused a lot of bad publicity and harm to the companies they target, so businesses tend to crack down hard on the culprit.

The last fast food worker who pulled a similar viral stunt, a Taco Bell employee who licked a stack of taco shells, was fired.

The worker caused a lot of bad publicity for Taco Bell Monday morning, when the photo went viral, in part fueled by a post by The Consumerist.

Taco Bell spokespeople stayed mum on the photo for several hours, but finally got around to responding to the viral attention Monday afternoon, hinting at the impending firing in this response to AdWeek:

"Nothing is more important than the safety of our customers and team members, and we have strict food handling procedures and zero tolerance for any violations," the chain responded. "When we learned of the situation we immediately contacted the restaurant's leadership and although we believe it is a prank and the food was not served to customers, we are conducting a full scale investigation and will be taking swift action against those involved."

The official statement from Taco Bell seemed to confirm speculation in the Consumerist story that the Taco Bell shells may have been headed for the trash bin and not served to customers.

Still, the photo's caused disgust with many consumers who were thinking twice about going to Taco Bell.

"It really doesn't matter if the food was to be thrown out or not," said Sabrina McMurphy in response to the Facebook post. "He is a representative of Taco Bell while working and in uniform and by doing this and posting it online for the world to see he is ruining the reputation of the company... Who would want to go to a restaurant if there is the possibility that their food is being licked?"

Another user, and former Taco Bell employee, came to the defense of the employee in the photo.

"I know the person in the photo, not just from work, but from school as well; and I know that he is not dumb enough to lick a stack of taco shells and then serve them to the public," Wes Abdi wrote. "There is a 99% chance that that stack of Tacos was getting thrown out, as in: getting thrown away, so it's not as if they were going to be served to anyone... This was obviously done out of humor. I know most of you don't see it as this, but this is friggin hilarious, sit back and just laugh at it."

It's official, the interracial birth rate has surpassed the White birth rate.

The noise was made over the family being interracial. So many racist comments came down the pipeline, the people over at YouTube had to shut down the comments section.

Now the Associated Press reports that for the first time, America's racial and ethnic minorities make up about half of the under-5 age group, the US government said on Thursday. It's a historic shift that shows how young people are at the forefront of sweeping changes by race and class.

The new census estimates, a snapshot of the US population as of July 2012, come a year after the Census Bureau reported that whites had fallen to a minority among babies. Fueled by immigration and high rates of birth, particularly among Hispanics, racial and ethnic minorities are now growing more rapidly in numbers than whites.

Based on current rates of growth, whites in the under-5 group are expected to tip to a minority this year or next, said Thomas Mesenbourg, the Census Bureau's acting director.

The government also projects that in five years, minorities will make up more than half of children under 18. Not long after that, the total US white population will begin a decline in absolute numbers, due to aging baby boomers.

The nation's demographic changes are already stirring discussion as to whether some civil rights-era programs, such as affirmative action in college admissions, should be retooled to focus more on income rather than race and ethnicity. The Supreme Court will rule on the issue this month.

The gap between rich and poor in the US has now stretched to its widest since 1970, making opportunities to reach the middle class increasingly difficult.

Longer-term changes in family structure, such as a decline in marriage, have led to a rise in single-mother households across all racial groups, with the fastest growth now occurring among whites. More than 40 percent of newborns are now born out of wedlock, in families more likely to be low income.

The latest census numbers show:

* The population younger than 5 stood at 49.9 percent minority in 2012.

* Among the under-5 age group, 22 percent live in poverty. Black toddlers were most likely to be poor, at 41 percent, followed by Hispanics at 32 percent and whites at 13 percent. Asian toddlers had a poverty rate of 11 percent.

"More so than ever, we need to recognize the importance of young minorities for the growth and vitality of our labor force and economy," said William H Frey, a demographer at the Brookings Institution who analyzed the census data.

The gaps in achievement tend to emerge early in childhood, and disparities are especially evident in SAT admission scores. College Board data show that average scores spread as wide as 130-140 points in each of the reading, math and writing sections for a student with family income of less than $20,000, compared with a student with family income exceeding $200,000.

About 40 percent of whites age 25-29 graduate from college, compared with 15 percent for Latinos and 23 percent for blacks.
