Young Thug Is No Tupac Shakur!

Little Haitian Baby meets Slime Season.

When Haitian American rapper/singer Wyclef Jean said to the junk food media he envisions rapper Young Thug as Tupac Shakur, I was totally shocked. I am surprised that the Atlanta rapper was given the mantle of being associated with 'Pac.

Young Thug is a rising talent, no question. He's affiliated with the domestic terrorist group The Bloods. 

He's made his big break by releasing the hit singles "Stoner", "Danny Glover" and "Loaded" off the mixtape titled Stoner. He collaborates with Gucci Mane, Future, T.I., Young Dolph, Usher and Rae Sremmurd. He's an in demand rapper.

But he's no Tupac... 

NOPE. NADA. NO WAY.

Young Thug's mixtape Jeffery is out and the rapper wanted to get a reggae influence. Jean appears on the album's final song. Speaking to Pigeons & Planes, the 46-year old rapper says he's found new respect for Thugger. 

The rapper will appear on Wyclef Jean's album J'ouvert. 

Thugger shows some love to the Haitians. Thugger named his child after the impoverished country.

"Sometimes you don't realize who you are affecting," explained Wyclef. "But he's from a project, I'm from a similar background. And he has natural love for Haiti, understanding the history of Haiti. Haiti is the first Black republic. He reminds me of a modern Tupac, in a sense---- in a revolutionary sense."

That drew a lot of attention.

People were pissed that a former rival of the late rapper would dare compare a newcomer to a complex but prolific rapper such as Tupac Shakur.

Any thoughts to the matter?

Does Young Thug have 'Pac in him? 

Mind you that rapper Ja Rule was roundly mocked by 50 Cent and Eminem for trying to create himself as the legendary rapper.

Blake Shelton Saw The Digital Dash!

Country singer gets hit with his ugly past.

He's gotta a way with words. It seems like pressure is mounting on The Voice to cannon fire Blake Shelton. The country music singer is under fire for his social media outbursts.

The celebrity agitator had posted some years ago some real ignorant shit.

Currently Shelton is dating bisexual pop singer, fellow co-host and celebrity agitator Gwen Stefani.

Shelton posted some ignorant shit between 2009-11 when he was just a country boy with a guitar.

He's now one of the highest paid entertainers in the junk food media.

The controversy started when Shelton's tweets which went under the radar were posted. Shelton didn't join The Voice until 2012.

Page Six obtained the cache of offensive remarks. Some were, "wish the towelhead in the next room would either shut up or learn some English so I would at least know what's he's planning to bomb."

Another goody, "standing in line at a coffee shop in LA talking with the man in front of me. He orders a skinny caramel latte. I couldn't tell he was gay!!"

Another good one, "flying home to sleep with two young blonde and black bitches". He was taking a shot at actress Dakota Fanning.

"Sooo....I just figure out a great excuse for my sick fantasy about Dakota Fanning. I thought she was Amanda Seyfried."

The Voice is aware of the controversy. They haven't made a decision yet, but expect Shelton to be on the bubble for the time being. The cannon fire could come as soon as next season.

I mean they got rid Cee-Lo Green after he was accused of slipping a roofie in a woman's drink. He avoided time in the iron college. He had to do PSA and community service.

Jesse Williams: Just Because We're Magic Doesn't Mean We're Not Real!

Jesse Williams passionate speech on Blackness goes viral.

Jesse Williams plays Avery Jackson on the Shonda Rhimes medical drama Grey's Anatomy. He's a passionate supporter of the #BlackLivesMatter movement. And today, he couldn't be more prouder of the group and their place in history.

He accepted the BET Humanitarian Award on Sunday.

Williams delivered a passionate speech about how the junk food media reacts towards Black America. He addressed the recent high profile police incident that killed unarmed Black citizens.

He also singles out the situations at the Cincinnati Zoo and Walt Disney World as an example to how the junk food media reacts towards it.

Before we get into it, I just want to say I brought my parents out tonight. I just want to thank them for being here, for teaching me to focus on comprehension over career, and that they make sure I learn what the schools were afraid to teach us. And also thank my amazing wife for changing my life. 

Now this award - this is not for me. This is for the real organizers all over the country. The activists, the civil rights attorneys, the struggling parents, the families, the teachers, the students, that are realizing that a system built to divide and impoverish and destroy us cannot stand if we do. It's kind of basic mathematics, the more we learn about who we are and how we got here, the more we will mobilize. Now this is also in particular for the black women, in particular, who have spent their lifetimes dedicated to nurturing everyone before themselves. We can and will do better for you. 

Now what we've been doing is looking at the data and we know that police somehow manage to de-escalate, disarm and not kill white people every day. So what's going to happen is we are going to have equal rights and justice in our own country or we will restructure their function and ours.

Yesterday would’ve been young Tamir Rice’s 14th birthday, so I don’t want to hear anymore about how far we’ve come when paid public servants can pull a drive-by on a 12-year-old playing alone in a park in broad daylight, killing him on television then going home to make a sandwich. Tell Rekia Boyd how it’s so much better to live in 2012 than 1612 or 1712. Tell that to Eric Garner. Tell that to Sandra Bland. Tell that to Darrien Hunt.

Now the thing is though, all of us in here getting money, that alone isn’t going to stop this. Now dedicating our lives to get money just to give it right back for someone’s brand on our body, when we spent centuries praying with brands on our bodies and now we pray to get paid for brands on our bodies.

There has been no war that we have not fought and died on the front lines of. There has been no job we haven't done, there's been no tax they haven't levied against us, and we've paid all of them. But freedom is somehow always conditional here, 'You’re free,’ they keep telling us, ‘But she would’ve been alive if she hadn’t acted so… free'.

Freedom is always coming in the hereafter, but, you know what though, the hereafter is a hustle. And let's get a couple of things straight, just a little sidenote, the burden of the brutalized is not to comfort the bystander. That's not our job, stop with all that. If you have a critique for the resistance, our resistance, then you better have an established record of critique of our oppression. If you have no interest in equal rights for black people than do not make suggestions to those who do. Sit down.

We’ve been floating this country on credit for centuries, and we’re done watching and waiting while this invention called whiteness uses and abuses us, burying black people out of sight and out of mind, while extracting our culture, our dollars, our entertainment like oil, black gold, ghettoizing and demeaning our creations then stealing them, gentrifying our genius and then trying us on like costumes before discarding our bodies like rinds of strange fruit. The thing is, just because we’re magic, doesn’t mean we’re not real.

This passionate speech has went viral and it's expected that conservatives will laud the speech as "anti-cop", "racist" or "anti-White". And the concern trolls will say that Black leaders don't care about violence in Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit, etc.

Justin Timberlake caught some flack after being touched by Williams' speech.

Timberlake posted on social media to praise Williams. It kind of backfired.

Post Malone Gave Justin Bieber A Reality Check!

While on tour, Post Malone puts his hands on Justin Bieber's neck. The rapper told the junk food media they were just playing.

Post Malone who had the hit single "White Iverson" made him a household name. Now giving the Biebs a neck brace is legendary. The Dallas rapper was allegedly placed his hand on the neck of Canadian entertainer Justin Bieber.

Biebs was being an asshole as usual. He decides to put a cigarette out on Post Malone.

TMZ reported that Justin Bieber had mischievously ashed a cigarette on Post Malone while he was performing his hit, "White Iverson," at a Houston club. As far as we could tell from the clip, Malone seemed unbothered by the move, or perhaps he's just a good showman and withheld the pain until after his performance-- because a new photo tells a slightly different story.

Justin Bieber looks like the holy ghost got him. Nah, that's his buddy Post Malone after he flick a square on him.

The junk food media went bonkers. Matter of fact, people were trashing on Post for being "rough" on him.

Post said that they were just playing. No feud.

In the clip, taken on a mobile phone, Justin can be seen grinning after the shocking incident - which took place as the pair partied with the Biebs’ very large entourage following his sold out show in Houston on April 9.

Responding to the picture on Twitter, Post said: "I love Justin y'all tripping lol.

"He's my big brother and we like to rough house. If we was fighting someone would have done something instead of just sit around while the Biebs gets chokeslammed.

"End of story I love jus more than life and the mixtape is on the precipice of release. God bless my fans."

They are currently on the Purpose Tour. Bieber is currently on tour with Post Malone. The incident happened while they were in Houston.

T-G-T Ends The Show!

Tyrese announced T-G-T broke up. Tyrese and Tank kicked Ginuwine to the curb.

Tyrese, Ginuwine and Tank formed the supergroup T-G-T in 2007. The three were close friends and Tyrese was best man at Ginuwine's wedding, but TGT represented their first collaboration.

The Three Kings album was released a couple of years ago.

The group released their album on Atlantic Records. Things got rocky from the start. It's the fault of a guy who once told women to ride his "Pony".

T-G-T officially broke up. Tyrese took to social media to announce the breakup.

I believe that Ginuwine was responsible for the group having broken up.

There's a video on YouTube showing Tyrese and Tank visibly angry at Ginuwine. Ginuwine was either too drunk or high when he performed their single "I Need" on live television.

Tyrese says Ginuwine's antics broke the group up. Ginuwine blasted Tyrese and Tank for being drama queens.

Ginuwine apparently was going bonkers. He was married to Solé since 2003. That 12 year marriage came to an end when she filed for divorce this year. They have two children. She has two from a previous relationship. Ginuwine has four other children before and after his marriage to Solé.

Tyrese broke the news on social media, saying it wasn't anyone's fault ... but he and Tank were moving on without Ginuwine.

That announcement didn't sit well with Ginuwine, who immediately blasted Tyrese for airing their dirty laundry. He dismissed it as a "p***y move" from a diva. His advice to Tyrese -- "Call me don't try and manipulate the situation publicly wack wack wack of you."

Usher Got Hitched!

Famed pop singer Usher married his longtime manager Grace Miguel.

Looks like he's off the market again, ladies. The famed pop singer Usher Raymond married his longtime girlfriend Grace Miguel. Miguel is the manager of the 37-year old singer.

The couple were engaged in January 2015 after working together for a three years.

"I have an incredible partner and manager", Usher said to Billboard. "She has helped me though some of the hardest times in my life and career."

Added, Usher shared his experience with his new wife. "One thing that has come from having a great partner like Grace is being able to cherish the places that I've gone," he said. "We see the monumental sites, go to the museums, eat in the best restaurants. I'm that guy now! In the past I'd do what I have to do and get on the bus to the next city. Life has become a vacation."

Usher got out of an ugly marriage with Tameka Foster. Foster is the mother of two of his sons.

His sons 8-year-old Usher Raymond V and 6-year-old Naviyd Ely Raymond are in his custody. A few years back, Usher V nearly drowned in his ex-wife's home.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Cuba.

OH Darn: The State Smoked The Weed!

Back to the drawing board for pot advocates. The ballot measure was rejected. 

The state of Ohio boldly rejected the Issue 3 ballot issue. The issue was legalize marijuana usage for both recreational and medical usage. The catch is that marijuana will be grown at only 10 specific counties under the whim of private investors.

Many said the language was confusing.

Some are citing the rise in heroin usage as a reason to decline the ballot measure. Ohio, Indiana and Illinois lead in heroin deaths in the Midwest.

The supporters of Legalize Ohio and their creepy mascot Budd-E go down in a major defeat.

The ballot measure would have granted Ohio full legalization of marijuana. However it will only be unfettered government control of grow operations by a handpick group of business executives.

Nick Lachey, the former pop star and reality television host and a handful of celebrities and politicos throw their weight into Issue 3.

The Legalize Ohio 

Issue 3 would have legalized marijuana for recreational smoking and in edible form for Ohioans 21 or older, and in medicinal form for those of any age with qualifying medical conditions. Commercial growth was to be controlled for at least the first four years by investment groups at 10 specified locations around the state.

The word "monopoly" was the word inserted in the ballot measure. Issue 2 would prevent a sole private entity from owning all access to marijuana grow centers. Issue 3 would legalize it statewide, but keep it strictly grown in these select areas.

Chris Brown's "Blood" Lust!

The biggest douche in the music industry has finally came out as a "Blood".

Well if it makes him happy, more power to him. As he begins his course towards destruction, singer/rapper/washed up celebrity Chris Brown now declared himself a supporter of the notorious domestic terrorist group.

He threw up their sign and the group endorsed him as "one of them".

So I guess he's now a member of the Fruit Town Piru.

TMZ the news agitation website reports that Brown  hired several of them to work for him ... giving their Compton community an economic boost

- Chris comes to the hood and hangs out with them
- He shot a music video in the neighborhood ... and even included some of them in the video
- He donated a thousand pairs of new shoes to Compton kids

The album X is scheduled to be released in 2014, through RCA Records. In September 2013, Brown stated that X will be a double disc album, with ten songs on each disc.

We Miss You Michael!

Michael Joseph Jackson passed away on June 25, 2009. The international media went bezerk!

Never since September 11, 2001, the American and international junk food media interrupt programming to discuss an event that no one expected would ever happen.

I can tell you that I was at my job that day when I got the word that Farrah Fawcett had just passed away that morning. Everyone was talking her death and the hit 70s action/drama Charlie's Angels.

But all of sudden, here comes the biggest thing to happen. Michael Jackson was being admitted to the hospital. At first I was hearing that his heart stopped and he's being rushed to the hospital. Somehow that gave me a feeling that he's on the verge of death.

Jackson was being admitted to Ronald Reagan UCLA Hospital. They did all they could to save him. But to no avail.  Michael Jackson died of acute propofol and benzodiazepine intoxication after suffering cardiac arrest at his home on North Carolwood Drive in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles.

On the eve of Jackson's 51st birthday, the Los Angeles County Coroner concluded that his death was a homicide.

The King of Pop

Shortly before his death, Jackson had reportedly been administered propofol and three anti-anxiety benzodiazepines, lorazepam, and midazolam, in his home.

His personal physician was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in 2011 and had served a two-year prison sentence.

When Michael Jackson died, the junk food media went "LIVE". That meant that every news channel, every music channel and radio was interrupted to cover the death of a legend.

Justin Bieber: Seriously Dawg, That Was Years Ago! I'm F***king Sorry!

Bieber under fire for racial slurs.

The junk food media is finally seeing the downfall of Justin Bieber.

For us this is catnip. I mean he's an entertainer who associates with hip-hop artists like Drake, Lil' Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Eminem and Ludacris. He gets production from his mentor Usher Raymond, the guy who found him and took him to then Def Jam president L.A. Reid.

Bieber produced his most recent album with Big Sean, Future, Rick Ross and French Montana as featured guests.

Usher is the longtime mentor of Bieber. He was shocked but came out with support for the embattled entertainer.

I guess hanging around Black people doesn't give the entertainer a pass.

TMZ and The Daily Mail releases more devastating videos of then 15 year old Bieber singing a song.

He goes more than just NIGGER, he goes I'm down with the KKK.

Again I don't condone his behavior. I find him annoying and just a rock star going out of control. A reality turd who continues to plague the music industry.

 Bieber along with rappers such as 50 Cent, Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Lil' Wayne, The Game, Rick Ross, Future, T.I. and Gucci Mane are the examples of ignorance in the hip-hop community. They give the racist right (i.e. conservatives) and civil rights leaders reasons to attack the music industry.

Hip-hop nets billions. But it nets controversy.

I enjoy their music and certainly their talents nets them a fanbase.

But once they've reached the top, all of sudden this.

Be warned this is explicit.

The Los Angeles Times reports that Bieber (singing on YouTube) a modified version of his 2009 hit "One Less Lonely Girl." However, instead of saying "Girl," he weaves NIGGER into the lyrics, the footage shows.

Note that YouTube is where Bieber became an overnight sensation.

In the short clip, the grinning Bieber closes the lyric with, "If I kill you, I'll be part of the KKK."  Repeated giggles are heard from off-camera.

Bieber is "changing the lyrics of his song One Less Lonely Girl to crack a vile joke about killing black people," the Sun wrote.

TMZ reported that Bieber was only doing a parody of a parody, which featured a comedian singing the modified version of the song.

His team told the site that it wanted the video out because Bieber "wants to own what he did."

His mentors, singer Usher Raymond and actor Will Smith, were informed about the recordings, the site said, adding that Bieber knew almost immediately it was a stupid thing to do.

The videos have reportedly been held against the singer for years.

The earlier clip featuring Bieber telling the racist joke at age 15 was reportedly the subject of a million-dollar dispute over confidentiality between the singer's camp and the man who obtained it, TMZ reported Wednesday.

Again, there was a petition on the White House website demanding that the federal government renounces Bieber's U.S. Citizenship. Bieber resides in Los Angeles, Atlanta, and his hometown of London, Canada.

Bieber is controversial. He was arrested in Miami after apparently having a street race while under the influence. Also Bieber was under investigation for a fight in Toronto and two incidents in Los Angeles.

One being an egg throwing incident and another being a felonious assault involving a woman getting her phone snatched up.

The Sexiest "White Man" Alive For People Magazine!

Maroon 5 frontman and reality star Adam Levine makes the cover of People Magazine's Most Sexiest Man. But you notice that men of color haven't been nominated since 1996.

I hate pop culture. I hate tabloids. I hate People Magazine. 

I hate hearing about celebrities getting married. 

I hate hearing about actresses or women in the news getting pregnant. 

I hate hearing about actors going from lover to lover. 

I hate hearing about actresses showing off their new hairstyles.

I hate hearing about celebrities who make their "coming out" parties a tabloid event. 

I hate hearing about celebrities and their personal drug problems.

I hate hearing about celebrities making their love lives the public's business. 

I don't care about this stuff.

When I picked up a People Magazine, I usually check out the magazine for some of the attention grabbing stories. Usually I pick it up when it talks about a hot teacher or an attractive actress who caught my eye.

But one thing I've often ignored was the Sexiest Man covers. I didn't care for them. I am not interested in these magazine covers of flaunting men. But as they continue to release another year of the most Sexiest Man, I happen to see more White men and not men of color on the front page.

The only person of color to be nominated for the Sexiest Man in People was Denzel Washington in 1996.

That's over 17 years ago.

No, I don't disqualify Adam Levine for his cover. He's a very talented singer, producer and reality star.

But the point of the matter is simple: Why hasn't People Magazine put a man of color as The Sexiest Man?

Is there's something I'm missing here?

This was covered by The Daily Beast just last year.

Tricia Romano wrote that People Magazine for the last five years ignored people of color for the Sexiest Man Alive cover. There has been an African-American president (who, if he were a Hollywood hunk, should surely have topped the list), it seems preposterous that no other men of color have been picked as the winner. In 2008, square-jawed Aussie, Hugh Jackman took the top honor. In 2009, Johnny Depp and his rotting teeth were selected for a second time. Last year, nobody’s favorite, Bradley Cooper, walked away (shirtless) with the crown. And the year before, perhaps in anticipation of the release of Green Lantern (which bombed), Ryan Reynolds was bestowed this dubious honor. Call it the Sexiest Milquetoast Man Alive.

Where are the Blair Underwoods, the Taye Diggses, the Morris Chestnuts? The Terrence Howards, the Jesse Williamses, the Idris Elbas?

Well, they are inside, scattered throughout like chocolate sprinkles on a vanilla ice cream cone. And if you believe People magazine’s official line, it is what’s inside that counts.

A representative for the magazine wrote, in part, via email: “People Magazine is sensitive to representing people of color in its pages; our Sexiest Man Alive issue is no exception. Every section in this year’s issue includes a diverse group of men.”

How diverse? In recent years, men like LL Cool J, Eddie Cibrian, Usher, Drake, Vin Diesel, John Cho, and Mario Lopez have been featured.

Brett R. Johnson, associate editor of the website The Root wasn't surprised by the magazine’s stance. “That response is expected,” he wrote via email. “They can’t come out and say black men don’t sell magazine covers.”

Though there are some sports celebrities, like David Beckham, most of the picks skew toward Hollywood. There are very few music celebrities—and then, those picks tend toward teen dreams like Justin Bieber or the Jonas Brothers. If the magazine featured more men from sports and music—they might have had a choice of a few more men of color big enough to push cover stand sales. Kanye West, Kobe Bryant, or Michael Jordan during their primes would have been fine cover stars.

A rep for People explained: "The cover subject is chosen solely on the following criteria: Is he hot at the moment? Is he sexy? Is his career on fire this year?"

Or to put it more clearly: there are no men of color to put on the cover because there are no leading men of color, save Washington and Will Smith.

“They’re pretty much the only black men who Hollywood deems worthy of being able to carry a big-budget movie as its lead,” said Johnson. “Other top black actors such as Samuel L. Jackson, Morgan Freeman, and Laurence Fishburne do consistently great work but they’re rarely regarded as get-the-girl-type leading men—or perhaps more likely they just don’t fit People’s definition of sexy.”

Usher's Ex-Wife May Lose Her Son After Tragic Water Accident!

Usher's stepson declared brain dead after being hit by Jet Ski; Celebs take to Twitter with prayers  

Officials are currently investigating the cause of the horrific crash, which injured a 15-year-old girl, along with Kyle Glover, 11, son of Usher's wife, Tameka Foster.

Usher's celebrity pals showed an outpouring of support on Twitter following the singer's terrible tragedy this past weekend.

The singer's 11-year-old stepson Kyle Glover has been declared brain dead after he and a 15-year-old gal pal were admitted to a hospital following a boating accident Friday, TMZ reports.

The pair were floating on inner tubes in Georgia's Lake Lanier Friday when a Jet Ski struck the two youngsters.

Glover, whose mother is Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster, was reportedly struck in the head and was knocked unconscious, according to Department of Natural Resources Sergeant Mike Burgamy.
The girl also suffered serious injuries.

Both children were immediately airlifted to Children's Healthcare at Egelston Hospital in Atlanta.

"Everyone PLEASE pray for Usher and Tameka's son! This is the time they really need your prayers," singer Fantasia tweeted Saturday.

"Praying that Usher and Tameka's son is ok..." Russell Simmons added.

The cause of the horrific incident is still under investigation, which could take months to complete, according to TMZ.

So far, officials have ruled out alcohol as a factor in the accident, but Robin Hill, a rep for the Department of Natural Resources (Wildlife Resources Division) tells the site that they will recreate the accident using special computer programs to determine the details.

Based on the results, Usher could choose to press charges over the accident

TMZ reports that despite their ongoing bitter divorce battle, Usher hired a private jet to bring Foster to her injured son.

The former couple have two children together - Usher Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd, 3.
