Just when you thought it was over, here comes this asshole. George Zimmerman's back and he's telling his side of the story. The Orlando Sentinel releases a video of Zimmerman talking with his lawyers about his experience being in the limelight. About three years ago, Zimmerman brought himself into the limelight when he gunned down unarmed teen Trayvon Martin.

Trayvon Martin was leaving a local store in Sanford, FL and heading over to his father's home. He goes through the housing complex where Zimmerman was staying. Zimmerman was apparently a neighborhood watch member. He was in the area and saw Martin walking. He calls the law telling dispatchers that he thinks the guy is suspicious and is up to no good. The dispatchers tell him to stay in his vehicle. He chose not to stay inside his vehicle. He would confront the teen and they get into a scuffle.

A gun goes off and Trayvon Martin is dead. Zimmerman tells the law he was attacked and he was by Martin. The law believe him and lets him go. This touches off the controversial "Stand Your Ground" law. If you're life is threatened by anyone, you can legally use deadly force. After pressure, Florida governor Rick Scott called for a special prosecutor to charge him.

This earned Zimmerman a courtroom visit. The legislative law helped Zimmerman beat a murder rap. And with new found freedom, he spent some of it in the county lockup after physically assaulting his wife Shellie.

Shellie served him with a restraining order and divorce papers. His other girl has got the restraining order on him. And he's beaten a serious charge of domestic violence that would have netted him 20 in the iron college.

What a lucky son of a bitch!

Now as he's facing the cameras again, he vents off at President Barack Obama for being the reason for his turmoils. He escaped federal civil rights charges after the Justice Department put the breaks on their investigation.

The Raw Story reports that Zimmerman bitched about Obama's meddling in this.

“I feel that now is the perfect time to speak my mind without fear of retaliation by the president, the attorney general, the federal government etc.,” Zimmerman explained. “Initially I was extremely alleviated. Quickly that turned into realization that the Department of Justice finding that there was no basis to pursue [federal] charges was just the beginning of a journey — my personal journey — to correct the wrongs that the federal government did. To ensure that it never happens to any innocent American ever again.”

The former neighborhood watchman insisted that he had a “clean conscience” after he was found to be not guilty.

Sybrina Fulton isn't amused by that asshole's comments about her son. Zimmerman made her an activist and gun control advocate.

“I believe God has his plans, and for me to second-guess them would be hypocritical, almost blasphemous,” he said when asked if he wished the encounter that ended Martin’s life would have turned out differently.

And according to Zimmerman, “Barack Hussein Obama” was the government official who was the most unfair to him “by far.”

“President Obama held his Rose Garden speech stating if I had a son he would look like Trayvon,” he explained. “To me, that was clearly a dereliction of duty pitting Americans against each other solely based on race.”

Trayvon  sparked the BlackLivesMatter movement.

“He took what should have been a clear-cut self-defense matter, and still to this day on the anniversary of the incident he held a ceremony at the White House inviting the Martin-Fulton family and stating that they should take the day to reflect upon the fact that all children’s lives matter,” Zimmerman continued.

“Unfortunately for the president, I’m also my parent’s child and my life matters as well. And for him to make incendiary comments as he did and direct the Department of Justice to pursue a baseless prosecution he by far overstretched, overreached, even broke the law in certain aspects to where you have an innocent American being prosecuted by the federal government, which should never happen.”

Zimmerman argued that instead of “making racially charged comments and pitting American against American,” the president should have told people not to “rush to judgement.”

“Ask for the Martin-Fulton family and their attorneys not to incite violence and asked for calm from the entire community,” he remarked.

Zimmerman concluded by saying that it was “up to God” if he would ever be the person again that he was when he killed Martin.

“It’s up to God and I put it all in his hands and I do have faith that whatever he has planned out for me is what’s best for me. So whatever he’s determined whatever he has planned out for me I am along for the ride and I just hope to be strong enough to see his will be done.”

What Zimmerman created was activism. Sybrina Fulton, the mother of Trayvon Martin hasn't stopped. She is determined to keep pressure on lawmakers to repeal these lapse gun laws.

The Republican Party and its friends of the racist right have aided and abetted Zimmerman throughout his turmoils. The extremists have used it as a rally call to make unarmed Black suspects worthy of their deaths. The conservatives have claimed victory in watching an unrepentant asshole walk away from murdering an unarmed teen.

I will say this for Zimmerman, the dice are rolling. Give it sometime. He will screw up again. And when that day will come, he's going to find himself either in the ground taking a dirt nap or catching a case. Maybe then he will finally end up in the iron college.

Residents Might Sue Ferguson For Targeting!

James Knowles, the mayor of Ferguson is trying to calm tension after DOJ revealed damning evidence of racial bias in their police force.

The Department of Justice released a stinging blow to Ferguson. They uncovered a lot of damning evidence of racial bias by city workers and police.

The mayor vows to cleanse the city of racism and work to regain the trust of its residents and the family of Michael Brown.

Michael Brown was an unarmed teenager who was killed by former officer Darren Wilson after an altercation on a city street. This controversy sparked the "Black Lives Matter" movement.

Also it sparked the "Hands Up Don't Shoot" movement. A movement that the racist right undermines because they believe that Brown didn't have his hands up. They believe that he's charged at the officer while he was firing.

The conservative agitators and junk food media smeared the name, the Black residents and civil rights leaders revolted against the victim blaming. Black America seen how the junk food media made Trayvon Martin look like the bad guy and gave George Zimmerman the cape and laser vision.

Now this Michael Brown situation opened a trove of racial bias.

The right wing emails that appear courtesy of "MYRIGHTWINGDAD.NET" have come back to haunt Ferguson. Some of their workers and officers shared some hateful emails targeting Black America and the president.

The racist trolls are driven to that click bait. They laugh and cackle at this nonsense. They see this as a First Amendment issue because this is what they assume Black people do.

They see issues with Black America being overblown.

They never experience racial profiling or disenfranchisement. They believe that Rev. Perm and President Barack Obama are stroking racial tension. They are the concern trolls who believe that for every White on Black crime, there's thousands of Black on Black crimes in America.

Well the Department of Justice revealed that many stops were driven by revenue. Most arrest were singling out Blacks. Most arrest and citations were given to Black residents and motorists. Most individuals with no criminal record were given tickets in perception not infraction.

While some of the evidence obtained shows a pattern of discrimination, the Department of Justice went easy on them.

The Ferguson city leaders and police have at least six months to get their act together. Or face lawsuits.

The ACORN Pimp James O'Keefe Targets Rev. Perm And Eric Garner's Family!

Rev. Perm accused by the racist right of being a "shakedown artist". They have proof. The ACORN pimp James O'Keefe hires a woman to go undercover to talk to family members of Trayvon Martin and Eric Garner.

If anyone is dumb enough to fall victim to a racial prank by ACORN pimp James O'Keefe, then you deserve to be shamed by the racist right.

I would never want to interact with someone who tries to "befriend" me. I am very cautious about certain people.

Obviously, this turd still on federal probation hasn't given up on the exposing liberal hypocrisy bandwagon. This round involves the victims of police brutality and vigilante justice. And of course, their old enemy, Rev. Perm.

Eric Garner, Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin were extremely controversial by the standards of junk food media coverage. The junk food media focused on every aspect of what happened and gave the public an opportunity to spin these men's deaths. See the racist right will slander and dehumanize their names and shrine the ones who killed them.

One of Eric Garner's daughters was caught on tape saying that Rev. Perm is all about the money and not the cause.

A member of O’Keefe’s team spoke with the late Eric Garner’s oldest daughter, Erica, on a brisk January evening in Staten Island. Garner did not hold back when asked about Rev. Perm’s involvement, stating: “he’s about the money.”

Garner, who has become a passionate champion for social change following the death of her father, accused Rev. Perm and his National Action Network of “attacking” her for not giving them credit; and trying to capitalize on her father’s death. “Instead of me, he wants his face in front of them,” said Garner of Rev. Perm.

The ACORN Pimp James O'Keefe strikes again.

Garner was visibly angered at Rev. Perm and the National Action Network. Indeed, rather than help, Garner felt as if Rev. Perm and NAN were trying to take advantage of her:  “Rev. Perm paid for the funeral. She’s [Cynthia Davis, President of the Staten Island Chapter of NAN] trying to make me feel like I owe them,” a statement that shocked one of Garner’s friends who was speaking with Erica and a Project Veritas journalist.

In Florida, a Project Veritas investigative journalist spoke with Tracy Martin, the father of the late Trayvon Martin, at a banquet for the Trayvon Martin Foundation. Martin quickly distanced himself from Rev. Perm, stating: “he’s on his own personal mission.”

Troy Wright, the President and Executive Director of the Trayvon Martin Foundation, further distanced Martin’s family and the Martin Foundation from Rev. Perm. When asked about Rev. Perm and NAN, Wright responded “that’s a sore subject with us right now.” Indeed, all traces of Rev. Perm and NAN have recently been removed from the Foundation’s website.

Wright also strongly insinuated to Project Veritas that a decision had been made not to invite Rev. Perm to a recent Foundation banquet.

O’Keefe’s team also spoke with prominent leaders in Ferguson, who were sharply critical of Rev. Perm. Bishop Calvin Scott, whose personal dealings with Rev. Perm in the aftermath of the Michael Brown tragedy left him critical of the MSNBC host, told Project Veritas that he “incites people for the wrong reason,” that he gets people “all fired up,” and that is “not the way you want to go.” Bishop Scott went as far as to place partial blame on Rev. Perm for inciting violence in Ferguson: pointedly stating “when you have a fuse that is already lit, you don’t need to add no more fire to it.”

When asked if Rev. Perm used the Michael Brown controversy to raise money, Bishop Scott told a Project Veritas journalist “you’re not the first person to raise that question… someone in the higher up that even mentioned… the history of an Al Sharpton, and an organization such as him, and they emphatically stated that… for them, knowing their history, it’s about money.”

Erica Garner who was caught on tape saying Rev. Perm shakes down for profit.

Stacy Garner (no relation to Eric or Erica Garner) of Ferguson Christian Church told another member of O’Keefe’s team that he believed Rev. Perm was exploiting the Michael Brown tragedy for his own profit and that “instead of bringing us together, I think he was drawing us apart.”

“Rev. Perm’s perception of himself is a far cry from how he is perceived by the families and communities he thrust himself upon,” stated James O’Keefe. “By all accounts, Rev. Perm appears to be abusing the bully pulpit given to him by MSNBC to capitalize on tragedies. It was quite apparent from the number of individuals we spoke to that Rev. Perm's views tragedies as opportunities, and that he is willing to do whatever it takes to further his personal agenda.”

This is one of the many accusations thrown at the Obama News agitator and founder of the National Action Network president. Most conservatives and Republicans believe that Rev. Perm is a "shake down" artist and is a tax cheat.

That annoying conservative agitator who often debates Rev. Perm was gleeful about this latest bombshell.

Rev. Perm is being sued along with Comcast by some conservative black group.

The complaint, filed in California on Friday, comes from the National Association of African-American Owned Media, which also filed a similar suit against AT&T and DirecTV in December.

This time, the plaintiff is not only targeting both Comcast and TWC — on the eve of the two companies merging to become what would be the largest pay television distributor in the United States — but also various African-American advocacy groups and Rev. Perm for allegedly facilitating discrimination.

By the way, George Zimmerman will not face federal civil rights charges. The Department of Justice dropped its charges against the controversial Florida man. Zimmerman was the central figure in the February 2012 shooting of Trayvon Martin. Since being free, he's been in the news over 20 times for some stupid controversy.

Erica Garner also had a brief share of controversy too. She had posted offensive comments about the NYPD and leaked the address of the officer who placed her dad in the fatal stranglehold.

Florida Cops Had Black On The Target Sheets!

The North Miami Beach police are doing damage control after a woman discovered her family member on a mugshot used for target practice.

In the wake of the killings of unarmed individuals such as Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, Tamir Rice, Eric Garner, Jordan Davis, Darrien Hunt, John Crawford, and Renisha McBride, police continue to use their judgement in operating their service weapon.

National Guard sergeant Valarie Deant saw her brother Woody on the target piece. Woody, a former member of the iron college served a four year bid for a fatal car accident. He's reformed and changed his ways.

After her sister saw the image, she took a picture of it and sent it through the social networking websites.

Now North Miami Beach police are back peddling their use of images. North Miami Beach Police Chief J. Scott Dennis admitted that his officers could have used better judgment, but denies any racial profiling.

The City of Medley owns the Medley Firearms Training Center and it leases the facilities to law enforcement agencies in the area. The shooting range staff doesn't select the targets used by law enforcement and the military.

The Deant family questions why officers were firing targets with images of real people, in this case African-Americans, especially at a time when relations between minority communities and law enforcement are so tense.

Zimmerman In Lockup!

Back to the courtroom for acquitted shooter!

The country's most notorious free man is locked up again. Three years ago, this asshole was living at the gated community in Sanford, Florida with his now ex-wife. He would be leaving his home to go do some errands. While on his errands, he noticed a Black teen walking through the gated community. He would follow him. He would call 911 and tell the dispatcher this guy look like he was up to no good. The man would follow him and ignore the pleas from dispatch to wait on the cops.

He would exit his vehicle and confront the teen. There was a scuffle and then a gunshot. When the cops come the asshole would tell them that he feared for his life. He would put a bullet in teen. The teen is dead. He would tell the law that he was "standing his ground". He would walk.

That started a chain of events that led to massive protests, a special prosecutor and then a trial. The junk food media would wait on that July 2013 verdict. He would be found not guilty of second degree murder.

Since he's been free he's been in the news over 18 times. Now here we go again. He's in jail for aggravated assault. The Associated Press reports that George Zimmerman is facing a judge yet again!

The Seminole County Sheriff's Office says the 31-year-old Zimmerman was arrested for aggravated assault at his home in Lake Mary about 10 p.m. Friday.

Zimmerman was released on a $5,000 bond Saturday afternoon. At a court appearance earlier Saturday, he was ordered to avoid contact with the woman, who was not identified.

Judge John Galluzzo gave few details of the incident, but said a wine bottle was involved and that the alleged assault happened at Zimmerman's home. Prosecutors questioned whether substance abuse treatment was needed, but the judge said that didn't seem to be a factor.

After the brief hearing, Zimmerman's attorney, Don West, told the Orlando Sentinel (http://tinyurl.com/me467wh) his client was arrested after allegedly throwing a wine bottle 'in the direction of' his girlfriend several days ago.

"No injuries, no contact, nothing that I'm aware of that led up to it. It's just one of those things that somehow brought us here," West told reporters.

West didn't know who called police, but said he didn't think the alleged victim placed the call.

Zimmerman was also told by the judge to stay out of Volusia County, where the woman lives.

The judge ordered Zimmerman to pack up any personal belongings his girlfriend may have left at Zimmerman's home and give them to his lawyer.

Zimmerman, who wore blue scrubs and handcuffs, appeared calm during the brief hearing. At one point, he laughed and joked with an officer as he signed paperwork.

Although the incident didn't involve a firearm, the judge ordered Zimmerman to surrender any weapons out of an abundance of caution.

Zimmerman is scheduled to appear back in court on Feb. 17.

He just can't stay out of the limelight.

No further details about the alleged assault were released. A message left for Seminole County Sheriff officials seeking further information about the incident was not immediately returned Saturday morning.

Zimmerman was acquitted in 2013 of a second-degree murder charge for shooting an unarmed teenager, Trayvon Martin.

Since his acquittal, Zimmerman has had several brushes with the law:

— He was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, battery and criminal mischief after his then-girlfriend said he pointed a gun at her face during an argument, smashed her coffee table and pushed her out of the house they shared. Samantha Scheibe decided not to cooperate with detectives and prosecutors didn't pursue the case.

— Zimmerman was accused by his estranged wife of smashing an iPad during an argument at the home they had shared. Shellie Zimmerman initially told a dispatcher her husband had a gun, though she later said he was unarmed. No charges were ever filed because of a lack of evidence. The dispute occurred days after Shellie Zimmerman filed divorce papers.

— Zimmerman has also been pulled over three times for traffic violations since his acquittal.

Stan Solomon And Larry Pratt: These "Die In" Protesters Are Roadkill!

Nutjob with a gun. The founder of Gun Owners of America was on an extremist radio show talking about protesters being responsible for the deaths of NYPD cops.

Gun Owners of America is a gun rights organization founded by far right extremist Larry Pratt.

Pratt is one of these White extremists who parade on wackadoodle radio these conspiracies about President Barack Obama, the gun control advocates and even the National Rifle Association.

Pratt has spoken at meetings organized by white supremacist and militia leaders. Pratt denied any ties to racism, calling accusations smears aimed at hurting him.

Pratt is not well liked by the NRA and those who support gun control.

RightWingWatch notes that Pratt was on extremist radio with Stan Solomon. The extremists were bitching about the protesters doing die ins for Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, John Crawford, Eric Garner and Tamir Rice.

According to the extremists, they would rather see the cars run their ass down.

Solomon and Pratt discussed the assassination of two police officers in New York last week, which they blamed on demonstrators.

Solomon, trying to give Pratt cover by saying “Larry will not condone this” suggested, “The next time there’s a die-in, make sure they’re dead. The next time they block the road, run their asses over. I think it will slow down.”

“Well, it’s a very confrontational mentality that we’re dealing with,” Pratt responded, “and at some point the police will have to come to the conclusion that it’s us or them.”

He went on to suggest that the protests would create “no-go zones” in cities where police would refuse to enter: "If they’re going to have to deal with an enemy terrain where a lot of people, and they can’t sort out ahead of time who’s the enemy and who is not, I think that’s going to lead to the conclusion that ‘I’m not going in there.’"

Die In At Walmart!

The protesters for Michael Brown, Eric Garner, Tamir Rice, and John Crawford III were at the Walmart in the Dayton. Ohio suburb of Beavercreek to stage a "die in".

The protesters were causing such a ruckus the store had temporary shut down.

They believe that the shooting of Crawford and the death of Angie Williams were unjustified.

John Crawford was in the Walmart and he picked up an open air rifle. The caller Ronald Ritchie called the law on him after he accused him of waving the gun at children.

Officers responded quickly. They gave the warning to drop and within two seconds, Crawford was gunned down. He would die on route to hospital.

He was in given right to purchase a firearm. But to the residents of Beavercreek and the racist right, he's a criminal.

Loserville Only Pulls 1% Of Black Viewers!

White people love that network.

The not so subtle racism coming out of that network merits results.

Only 1% of the general cable news viewers are Black. That means no Black viewer actually listens to those Black extremists like Jesse Lee Peterson, Angela McGlowan, Allen West, Benjamin Carson, Deanne Borelli, Stacey Dash, Juan Williams and David Webb whine about how Blacks are being brainwashed by them evil Democrats.

The negativity of President Barack Obama from the likes of that annoying conservative agitator obviously makes Blacks change the channel.

Mediaite reports During the primetime hours of 8-11 p.m., MSNBC’s audience is 24% black, CNN’s audience is 16% black and their audience is just 1% black. By comparison MSNBC’s primetime audience is 67% white while CNN’s is 73% white and that network is 92% white.

Want a piece of the mud pie? These Blacks are conservative agitators.

According to the 2010 census, 72% of Americans identify as “white alone” while 13% say they are “black or African-American.” That means that both CNN and MSNBC are overrepresented when it comes to black viewers, while that network is vastly underrepresented.

Using November 2014 as an example, It has undisputed record in winning the primetime. It averaged 2.082M total viewers in primetime, compared to 653K for CNN and 605K for CNN. That means that network had an average of about 20,820 African-Americans watching on a nightly basis. For CNN, that number was approximately 104,480 and for MSNBC it was 145,200.

So even with an audience that more than doubles its competitors, Loserville had far fewer black viewers than the other two networks.

Jon Stewart who is currently feuding with that annoying conservative agitator made note of the swipe at media mogul Jay-Z. That agitator called Jay-Z, a successful rapper, media mogul and business executive a "former crack dealer". Yeah, that's true that Jay-Z sold dope when he was a nobody. But he changed his life and got into the music industry and managed to turn his life around.

Jay-Z endorsed President Barack Obama's reelection and it set off a major feud between that annoying conservative agitator and the rapper. The agitator has taken swipes at his wife pop singer Beyonce and even gone as far to compare the rapper to Trayvon Martin.

Michael Brown's Friend Side Of The Story Ignored By Grand Jury!

Dorian Johnson's testimony was shelved. 

The document dump in the wake of a grand jury decision to not indict the officer in the shooting of Michael Brown. It continues along with the protests.

The friend of Michael Brown, Dorian Johnson still to this day gets death threats. He was being smeared by the racist right as a criminal. Despite Johnson and Brown both having no criminal records, the racist right will never believe a THUG's account.

It's a shame that Dorian is judged by the junk food media for being an "accomplice" to a "robbery".

The hair, tattoos, and his demeanor are the only things that the racist right focuses on.

St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch said the newly released records were inadvertently excluded from the thousands of pages of other documents made public Nov. 24, when a grand jury decided not to charge Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson for killing Brown.

The freshly publicized documents include a transcript of an interview of Brown's friend Dorian Johnson conducted by the FBI and county police just four days after the Aug. 9 confrontation in which the white officer shot the black 18-year-old. Previously released forensic evidence showed that Brown was not shot in the back but was struck by bullets in the head, chest and arm.

Johnson's account to investigators was generally similar to his later grand jury testimony, in which he portrayed Wilson as the aggressor during a struggle that began at the officer's vehicle and led to a brief chase before Brown's fatal shooting.

In both his original interview and his Sept. 10 grand jury testimony, which was previously released, Johnson said that Wilson reached out of his vehicle window toward Brown's throat or shirt. During the ensuing struggle, Johnson said he never saw Brown touch Wilson's gun.

Wilson told grand jurors that Brown grabbed ahold of his weapon and twisted it toward the officer's leg. The officer eventually fired his gun from inside the vehicle. Forensic evidence showed that Brown's hand was shot at close range. Brown and Johnson then ran.

In his August interview, Johnson initially was adamant that he had seen Johnson get shot in the back while running.

"It definitely struck him in his back," Johnson said, later adding: "It caused him to stop."

Asked by a detective how he knew Brown had been shot in the back, Johnson replied: "If it would've missed him, or if he wouldn't have felt it, I believe he would've kept runnin."

Under further questioning, Johnson later acknowledged that he didn't see a bullet hit Brown's back, but he remained adamant that Brown's back was toward Wilson when he fired a shot.

By almost all witness accounts, Brown turned at some point to face the officer.

Johnson described Brown's hands as being raised, one higher than the other. Wilson told grand jurors that one of Brown's hands was clenched in a fist and the other at his waist as Brown began charging back at Wilson.

As with the previously released grand jury documents, the witness transcripts released Saturday varied in their accounts of Brown's hands. One witness said Brown's "hands kinda went up." Another said Brown's hands were up briefly but he then ran toward Wilson. Another said Brown threw up his hands and said something that sounded like, "Don't kill me."

Among the documents released Saturday was a witness list, with all of the names of the witnesses whited out. It shows that 62 people testified before the grand jury between Aug. 20 and Nov. 21, including some who appeared multiple times. Some of the people interviewed by federal authorities did not testify before the grand jury.

McCulloch apologized in a written statement for any confusion that may have occurred by failing to initially release all of the interview transcripts. He said he believes he has now released all of the grand jury evidence, except for photos of Brown's body and anything that could lead to witnesses being identified.

There were major protests over the weekend. Rev. Perm and his National Action Network organized a march to Washington in protest of police brutality.

The racist right sought to undermine this event. Breitfart and Loserville ran this video of protesters chanting "What do we want! Dead Cops! When do we want it! Now!"

The folks over at Loserville tried to deceptively edit the chants alongside Rev. Perm's call to peace.

The mothers of Trayvon Martin, Jonathon Crawford, Darrien Hunt, Eric Garner, Michael Brown and Tamir Rice were in attendance. Benjamin Crump the attorney for Martin, Brown and now Rice is hoping this rally could change how law enforcement use deadly force against unarmed suspects.

Florida State University Professor Fired Out The Cannon After Racist Social Media Spat!

I've worked so many years for FSU, and you people are trying to fire me for speaking my mind. 

Another issue at the Florida State University is a professor who went to the social networks to vent off about Black America's frustrations with law enforcement getting off after killing unarmed or given right citizens of color.

The very fact that unarmed citizens (of color) being killed by law enforcement has became the final major event in 2014. This has carried further than expected. With the grand jury decisions not to indict a NYPD officer in the stranglehold of Eric Garner marks another week of unrest in Missouri and probably across the nation.

This professor Deborah O'Connor was a business communication instructor. This woman was on the sidelines trolling the internet for a fight. She picked a fight with a gay celebrity hairstylist. That fight ended up costing her job, her reputation and probably the scorn of the university. The university asked for her resignation after it was revealed that Colin Lively's on police brutality merit a brutal insult. She would post the following:

This former FSU professor didn't realize that Myron May went on a rampage at the campus a few week ago after having thought the world was out to get him. He shot four before the law put the slugs in him. He would be killed after a ten minute rampage. This extremist was given the opportunities most never gotten. A master's degree, a law degree and an alumni status. Not too many have an opportunity to achieve the dream through the American educational system.

May, a graduate of FSU in 2005 went into the library and let rounds. Four were injured critically.

Some good news happens at FSU. The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Division I Seminoles football team get an opportunity to win the Bowl Championship Series (BCS) trophy. They will play the Oregon Ducks (2) for the chance to advance to the finals. The other teams include Alabama Crimson Tide (1) and the Ohio State Buckeyes (4). Each team could advance to the finals.

The United States of America is the leader of death by gun! The junk food media is hoping to get the vindicated Darren Wilson's side of the story. Of course, while he talks, Ferguson continues another day of unrest. The grand jury decision on Monday was no probable cause for indictment.

White Conservative Extremists Gloat Over The Darren Wilson Verdict!

The gloating of the racist right begins today. White conservative extremists flock to the websites of their choosing to post their "ah ha" moments. "NIGGER" is expected from these extremists.

The racist right and their allies being the Republican Party will celebrate the decision as a victory for all White police officers serving their communities against them "THUGS".

All they care about is this being a defeat for President Barack Obama, the family of Michael Brown, the family of Trayvon Martin, the Black community, Attorney General Eric Holder and the Democratic Party.

What pisses me off is the false comparisons by White extremists. They figure that an officer shooting an unarmed teen is equal to Black on Black crime. A black criminal will probably be caught within a few months. White criminals will be on the loose for years before they're caught.

What pisses me off is the fact that White on White crime is just about as worse. Although for the White criminal, it may take years to catch him.

Okay, the Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson was not indicted in the shooting of unarmed teen Michael Brown. The St. Louis County prosecutor does a document dump and the testimony was released. It's also noted that Wilson has no regrets for this. It appears that he got hitched last month.

The verdict of being not indicted has created such an uproar, the president, Governor Jay Nixon (D-MO), and civil rights leaders pleas for calm are ignored.

Wilson stated that in his testimony, he thought that Michael Brown look like a demon and had the strength of "Hulk Hogan". He didn't use the non-lethal forces. The pepper spray, the taser and the baton weren't used in this. The firearm was.

BREAKING: Marissa Alexander Out In 38 Months!

Florida woman may be out of the iron college.

The Florida woman who used the stand your ground defense in a high profile case will finish her term. She was sentenced to three years in the iron college.

While on time out at home, Marissa Alexander agreed to a plea deal. She will admit guilt in the shooting but had to denounce the notion that "stand your ground" played a role.

The case has gained some public recognition because of the comparisons made to the widely covered George Zimmerman case, in which Zimmerman was prosecuted for the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin. Both cases were prosecuted by Florida State Prosecutor, Angela Corey, and, in both cases, Florida's "Stand Your Ground" law was implicated.

Buzzfeed reports Marissa Alexander, 31,may be on home time out after the remaining 65 days are fulfilled.

Alexander was charged after a 2010 altercation with Rico Gray, her estranged husband, during which she said she fired a “warning shot” into the ceiling with a legal firearm after he threatened her in their house.

In 2012, a Duval County jury initially found Alexander guilty on three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to harm and she was sentenced to 20 years. During the trial, Alexander claimed self-defense and rejected a plea agreement similar to the one she signed on Monday.

Before the trial, Gray admitted in a sworn statement that he was abusive to Alexander, calling her a “whore” and a “bitch,” and “hitting her in the mouth” because she wouldn't “shut up.”

Gray also admitted to an abusive past in his deposition. “I got five baby mamas and I put my hands on every last one of them except one,” Gray said.

In a statement released after she was found guilty, Alexander detailed the events of Aug. 1, 2010. She said that she fired the gun after Gray charged at her and yelled, “Bitch, I will kill you!” But the judge denied her “stand your ground” motion, saying Alexander could have exited the house instead of shooting.

Prosecutor Angela Corey also argued in court that Alexander was “angry” but “not in fear”.

During her appeal in July 2014, Alexander entered a new motion for a “stand your ground” hearing that was denied by the court.

This week, facing a new trial that could have led to 60 years in the iron college, Alexander agreed to the plea bargain, avoiding a mandatory 20-year term for the deadly weapon charge. She will likely be released on Jan. 27, 2015, after which she will serve two years of time out at home.

Guarded that if she causes one felony, it's back to the iron college.

I hope the best for Marissa Alexander. She hopefully rebound and move forward. We wish her well on her journey.

These women are named Loretta Lynch. Guess which one is being nominated for U.S. Attorney General? Which one will the racist right attack the most?

In their latest attempt to find some either racially bias or politically bias attack on the nominee for U.S. Attorney General, the dumbasses at Breitfart have tried to dig up dirt on Loretta Lynch.

How much dirt?

But according to Media Matters for America, they already got the story wrong before it left the gate.

Breitfart.com added corrections to the articles that confused the two attorneys, noting at bottom that "[t]he Loretta Lynch identified earlier as the Whitewater attorney was, in fact, a different attorney."

Later on November 9, Breitbart.com removed the article by Warner Todd Huston.

However, the Loretta Lynch that played a bit role in Whitewater -- an investigation into fraudulent real estate deals that did not include any wrongdoing by the Clintons -- is a different person than Obama's attorney general nominee.

According to a November 8 Breitfart.com article by Warner Todd Huston, "few are talking about" the fact nominee Lynch "was part of Bill Clinton's Whitewater probe defense team in 1992." She has served her current tenure as U.S. Attorney since 2010, having previously held the position from 1999-2001. As U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, Lynch oversees federal prosecutions in Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and Long Island.

On November 8, 2014, President Barack Obama nominated her to succeed Eric Holder as the next Attorney General of the United States.

Insurgent Radio Host: Democrats Will Shoot "THE BLACKS" If They Leave The Plantation!

She can't go a day without stroking the flames of her racist right buddies. Of course, she and the racist right are hoping that Blacks, Hispanics and young voters sit it out this election. They're doing everything to make it easier for the Republicans to win Congress.

The conservative agitator is instrumental in helping the insurgency chop off some of the establishment's choices for higher office.

Every Midterm is considered a disaster for Democrats. They seen the biggest turnout of support for Barack Obama's reelection a few years back, but now all of sudden, low turnout.

What's happening now?

Why can't the Democrats run on the accomplishments?

They practically have the support of young voters, Hispanics and Black voters. How can they achieve the goal of bringing in a bigger coalition of voters?

Obviously, the majority White Republican Party is pouring millions of dollars into races to unseat Democrats, why aren't they counter attacking?

Republicans can't seem to crack the 10% mark on Black votes. The Black vote is crucial for the Democrats who count on this to carry them to victory.

Republicans are too damn condescending and downright bigoted towards Blacks. They can't even speak honestly about the Black experience without throwing some inflammatory statement about Obama or someone they've targeted in conversation.

As posted earlier, there's a group of Black Republicans slamming Pat Quinn, the Illinois Democratic incumbent for the gubernatorial race. This White extremist named the Rebel Pundit put out a set of videos targeting Blacks who feel "abandoned" by the "Democrat Party".

Ingraham happened to siphon off the videos. She would make this bold statement about Blacks and the Democratic Party:

Ingraham found this particularly disgusting and reminded viewers of how black conservatives have been treated in the past. She said, “Look at what they did to Colonel Allen West, look at what they did to Justice Clarence Thomas––this is what they do.”

“You can’t get off the plantation. It is their sole province for maintaining control of the black population,” Ingraham continued, “You must be liberal, you must be for certain policies that Al Sharpton and Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid favor. You can’t waver. Because if you think for yourself, you are, as that caller said, a sell-out.”

Here's two things that moron forgot to mention. Allen West said some inflammatory statements about the president, Attorney General Eric Holder, and First Lady Michelle Obama. The voters of Florida dismissed him after he was not doing his job as lawmaker. West was on television acting like a total idiot, embarrassing himself and the constituents in his district. He had one term as a U.S. Representative.

Clarence Thomas was accused by numerous women for sexual harassment. It's not just Anita Hill who complained. It was Hill who got the most spotlight in the unruly behavior of Thomas. To this day, Thomas never apologized to the women who accused him of saying sexually explicit things to them while working in Washington, DC or Georgia.

Ingraham needs to get off the soapbox. She is probably one of the reasons why Blacks hate voting for the Republican Party.

Of course, Ingraham will promote her adoptive family as an example of her not being a "racist".

This is not productive. Not productive at all.

USA Today has a feature about the Black pastor who endorsed that Republican Bruce Rauner.

According to the Black Republican Corey Brooks, he believes there was a politically motivated crime by Black Democrats. He was robbed of $8,000 from the collection box of his New Beginnings Church this weekend. Of course, I believe everything done is political stunt in order to gin up attention to a failing campaign. Obviously, that's what drives attention to this pastor nobody here.

The money was earmarked to help the prominent church on Chicago's South Side establish a new community center near the congregation hall.

Brooks, who has appeared in a political advertisement backing Rauner, says he received threatening messages by phone and over social media on Friday because of his support of the venture capitalist Rauner. In one audio recording that Brooks shared with WGN-TV, a caller left an expletive filled message in which she called "Uncle Tom" and Rauner's "puppet."

"It's is unfair that a person does not have a right to voice their opinion and speak about who they want to support, and that some people still feel you have got to stay on this Democratic plantation," Brooks said. "If you choose to leave it or go off it, we will attack you."

Barack Obama is doing fine.

Quinn also weighed in, calling the alleged threats wrong.

"I don't believe in threats at anywhere in our democracy," Quinn said. "I support the voting rights amendment to make sure everyone has a right to vote and follow their conscience. That's what America's all about."

Rauner was scheduled to make an appearance at the Brooks church on Sunday.

"It's tragic," Rauner told reporters on Saturday. "We can't allow intimidation to come on to this race or into politics. People should be allowed to vote for who they want, support who they want."

Brooks has also endorsed the establishment choice for U.S. Senate. Perennial loser "Milk Dud" Jim Oberweis is fighting for a chance to unseat Democratic incumbent Senator Dick Durbin.

A Chicago Tribune poll in September found Quinn had the backing of 86% of African-American voters statewide in the survey. Rauner, however, has made a big push in recent weeks to try to whittle away at the governor's lead among a group that has historically overwhelmingly supported Democratic candidates.

He's enlisted Brooks and a few other high-profile African American pastors in Chicago to help him with his push in their communities.

Here's a reminder for every Republican, conservative and White extremist who uses this crap about Blacks voting on race.

For every time you mention Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. being a Republican, you lose five Black voters.

For every racist email about President Barack Obama, Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown, you lose one hundred Black voters.

It's almost over!

For every condescending comment about Black America, every attack on urban areas, rap music, single Black mothers, and the safety net, Republicans lose over a thousand Black voters.

And anytime a Black Republican says words like "plantation", "slavery", "zombies", and "slave master", Republicans lose 3,000 Black voters.

And if the Republican Party continues to ignore the needs of the Black community, the Republicans lose the Black vote, period.

Get the fuck off our backs! The Republican Party is a political party that has 90% of its voting base being WHITE. They don't have an ounce of dignity or respect towards the Black church, the Black experience or the first Black president.

Find a candidate that appeals to Black voters. Understand that poverty isn't Black or White issue, it's an American problem.

Don't make cuts to the safety net!

Go into the communities and speak honestly about policies that could affect everyone. Quit bitching about how Obama's policies aren't working. You Republicans don't have policies that work either, so I don't understand what the fuck y'all going to do if Congress falls in your hands.

Of course, this stuff will be ignored by Republicans. All they'll do is call me a "racist" or "liberal dick sucker" or whatever they pull out their condescending mouths.

Michael Dunn Got Served Hard!

This asshole could have just got the license plate and called police. No this asshole decided to launch an attack on a bunch of young Black teens. He shoots and kills Jordan Davis in a road rage dispute. This fool got found guilty finally for murder in the first degree.

The controversial case in the state of stupidity finally nailed this rotten bastard to the wall. The murder of Jordan Davis cried echos of Trayvon Martin. The 17 year old was shot and killed by this foolish asshole named Michael Dunn after a heated argument.

Dunn was initially charged and convicted with second degree murder. He was given 60 in the iron college for this crime. Dunn appealed this and now guess what?

Dunn got the served.

The jury reached its verdict today after more than five hours of deliberations.

Now he can face the added 45 years to his 60. Meaning life in the iron college with no chance at parole.

Poor soul can finally rest.

Fun stuff for a man who some claim is an arrogant jerk who hates that "thug music".

Prosecutors say Michael Dunn shot with intent to kill when he fired 10 times into an SUV carrying 17-year-old Jordan Davis and three of his friends in November 2012. Dunn testified that he thought his life was in danger. He was convicted previously of three counts of attempted second-degree murder in February and already faces at least 60 years in prison. The jury in the first trial deadlocked on the first-degree murder count, which led prosecutors to retry him in this case.

Dunn, who is white, had described the music to his fiancee as "thug music." He claimed he acted in self-defense. After four days deliberations, the 12 jurors found Dunn guilty of three counts of attempted second-degree murder and a count of firing into an occupied car.

Eric Holder Out!

Obama's top cop is resigning. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, the first Black man to hold the position is exiting after six years. Republicans are popping the corks.

Reports are coming in that the Attorney General of the United States will announce his resignation at the end of this week. The first Black top cop was the scorn of the Republican Party and the insurgency.

Eric Himpton Holder, Jr. didn't hold back his feelings towards those who broke the law. He was never shy to let the Republican lawmakers and conservative agitators have it when it comes to a testy debate.

Sources confirm with NPR the U.S. Attorney General claims that it's getting more frustrating to get things done. It was getting more adamant for him and the pressure was getting to him.

For him being the longest serving member of the Obama Administration, Holder was the target of attacks. Republicans in the House had called for his resignation numerous times. They even went as far to find him in contempt in regards to the never-ending Fast & Furious ATF scandal.

He never held back on his feelings of race in America. He once called the United States a nation of cowards in regards to the growing rift between races.

Holder and the president both shared experiences of being racially profiled. Holder even went as far to say that even his own sons were victims of racial profiling.

Holder was the 82nd Attorney General of the United States, in office from 2009 to 2014.

Holder, serving in the administration of President Barack Obama, is the first black American to hold the position of U.S. Attorney General.

Holder previously served as a judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and a United States Attorney. While a U.S. Attorney, he prosecuted Congressman Dan Rostenkowski (D–Illinois) for corruption charges related to his role in the Congressional Post Office scandal. Later, he was Deputy Attorney General of the United States and worked at the law firm of Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C.

He was senior legal adviser to Barack Obama during Obama's presidential campaign and one of three members of Obama's vice-presidential selection committee. As a result of the Fast and Furious investigation, he became the only cabinet member in U.S. history to be held in contempt of Congress.

As of 2014 Holder is one of three members of the original Obama cabinet that are still serving in their posts, the others being Tom Vilsack and Arne Duncan.

Holder is married to Dr. Sharon Malone, an obstetrician; the couple has three children.

Malone's sister was Vivian Malone Jones, famous for her part in the Stand in the Schoolhouse Door which led to integration at the University of Alabama. Holder has been involved with various mentoring programs for inner-city youths.

He is also an avid basketball fan, and the uncle of former NBA All-Star Jeff Malone.

Holder will stay on until a successor is picked. He will also continue his investigations into the shootings of Michael Brown and John Crawford III by suburban law enforcement.

Tom Joyner Will Appear At The John Crawford Shooting Protest!

The famed Black talker comes to Dayton to join the protest at a Beavercreek Walmart. The suburban retailer has gotten a lot of heat after a tip by a shopper lead to two officers firing upon John Crawford III.

om Joyner and Jay Anthony Brown will visit students and faculty at historical black college Central State University, established in 1887.

Crawford was the man who was shot and killed by two Beavercreek officers after they confronted him with a pellet gun. The panic lead to the death of Angie Williams, a customer who had a heart attack after seeing the event unfold.

Crawford's death led to protest at Walmart and Beavercreek city hall. The family of Crawford wants the answers to why the officers shot and killed a man who was looking at a pellet gun.

A man who tipped of the law is under fire. Ronald Ritchie is getting some major flack after changing his account of the shooting. He was the main caller saying to the operators that Crawford was pointing the firearm at children and looking like he's loading.

This touched off a major outcry. The man was minding his business and was on the phone with the mother of his children. The woman is the only vocal witness. She told the media that he was on the phone with her and all of sudden, the law orders him to drop the item and he turned towards them, and they let the bullets fly. He was struck and died a few moments later.

Mike DeWine, Ohio Attorney General is under fire for not releasing the videos. He fears that it will prove the family's point that an unjustifiable shooting by law enforcement lead to the death of a man.

Michael Brown Was Unarmed!

The shooting of  Michael Brown has the junk food media already picking sides.

Major controversy happening over in the suburban town of Ferguson near St. Louis. The racial makeup of the city was 29.3% White, 67.4% African American, 0.4% Native American, 0.5% Asian, 0.4% from other races, and 2.0% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.2% of the population.

The shooting of an unarmed Black male has touched the nerves of residents in the St. Louis region.

I bet you money that the racist right will already label the teen a criminal before they know the facts.

I bet you that the white liberals will sympathize with the Black community while secretly rooting for more causalities in communities that are not theirs.

Two known agitators of racial outrage are cable news titans. Each of these agitators have thrown their objective opinions in this situation. Each getting lambasted by the arm chair warriors tired of them always jumping head first into a racial situation.

Ferguson Police have a big issue on them. They killed a teen who was unarmed. The residents are pissed and the outcome will drive Rev. Perm and that annoying conservative agitator back into the limelight.

After all what's a good story without those two stirring up racial agitation.

18-year-old Michael Brown was a gentle giant according to his family.

These two are part of the racist right's attempt to label unarmed teen Michael Brown a criminal. Every racial event brings that annoying ass conservative agitator and some right wing Black extremist  This guy next to that annoying conservative agitator is C.L. Bryant, a Black extremist.

As usual, this afternoon I've listened to that annoying conservative agitator (who helped Obama win). This agitator brought on Black dickhead C.L. Bryant to discuss the situation. They lay out the tracks of finger pointing at President Barack Obama, Rev. Perm and Cut His Nuts Off Jackson.

Of course, Rev. Perm is getting involved in this situation. He's already got the plate full with the situations with police brutality events with NYPD, Beavercreek police and now Ferguson police.

According to the Ferguson Police Department, there are no dashboard cameras in Ferguson police cars.

St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar reported that a scuffle began when a Ferguson police officer encountered two men on the street.

Reports describe the event as starting after 2:00 p.m. with an initial scuffle within the police car where a shot was fired, and then officers shot Brown multiple times from about 35 feet away as he was fleeing.

Brown's mother, Lesley McSpadden, reported that her son was shot eight times.

Rev. Perm and attorney Benjamin Crump. Crump represented the family of Trayvon Martin in the highly polarized trial of that asshole who was a neighborhood watch captain.

St. Louis County Police Department is in charge of the investigation, and the St. Louis County branch of the civil rights group NAACP said they would request an FBI investigation. The U.S. Justice Department said Attorney General Eric Holder had instructed staff to monitor developments.

The family announced that Benjamin Crump, the lawyer for the Trayvon Martin case, would represent the family.

Local pastors held a vigil on the morning of Sunday, August 10.

Another vigil was planned on the same day, at 8:00 p.m. in the area where Brown was killed.



The day of vigils began peacefully, but some crowd members started to behave in an unruly manner after the candlelight vigil. Local police stations assembled approximately 150 officers in riot gear.

The crowd then began looting businesses, vandalizing vehicles and confronting police who sought to block off access to several areas of the city.

At least 12 businesses were looted or vandalized and police arrested over 30 people afterwards. The people arrested face charges of assault, burglary and theft. Two police officers suffered minor injuries during the events.

The following day a riot broke out at the Saint Louis Galleria shopping mall in Richmond Heights prompting stores to lock up and shoppers to be evacuated from the mall.

The racist right has already made its bed on racial riots. The racist right already has made it point to make every event in Black America an attack on President Barack Obama.

I just want to chime in on the narrative of the racist right.

I do not condone violence in the wake of violence. But seriously, you notice that whenever White people riot in the aftermath of sporting events where they loot and destroy property, this doesn't get play on the racist right websites.

Vigils were being held for Michael Brown. Some knotheads ended rioting and looting after police tried to disperse crowds.

Only time you hear about rioting and looting whenever Blacks or Latinos upset over an injustice by law enforcement. See what happened in the Rodney King incident. The Oscar Grant incident. The Trayvon Martin incident.

Whenever these racial agitators go right into the news about rioting by people of color, expect the Republican Party and the insurgency to use this a ploy for winning elections. They want the White people to be so upset with Obama, they'll turn out in droves to vote Democrats out.

See in Black America, a gun crime is play for regulations on our rights. Gun control is common among White liberals against Black and Latinos.

Gun rights is solely for White men. Whenever a mass shooting happens in America by a White man. The racist right will automatically assume this person is a Democrat or Obama supporter. They will throw this "bad guy with a gun, good guy with a gun" nonsense.

They didn't understand that a "good guy" with a gun was killed by two White extremists in Las Vegas.

They don't see that gun crimes are more prevalent in suburbia.

But only in Black America, the racist right believes that "US BLACK FOLK" will kill every cop in America.
