We Still Can't Breathe: One Year Later!

Eric Garner, Michael Brown, Tamir Rice, John Crawford and Trayvon Martin were killed by law enforcement. Their names became symbolic with the Black Lives Matter Movement.

We reflect on the need for better policing in the wake of three high profile incidents where the unarmed or unintended were gunned down by the law.

July 17 - Eric Garner was a father of six who lived in Staten Island. He was accused of selling cigarettes on a corner when the NYPD confronted him. While being filmed on camera, one of the officer placed a restraining hold around his neck. Eric would utter the words "I Can't Breathe".

As they take him down on the ground, the law was shocked to find out he wasn't breathing. They would call for an emergency crew. He would die at a local hospital.

This officers Daniel Pantaleo and Justin Damico were let off the hook. The prosecutor Daniel M. Donovan, Jr. found that the officers didn't do anything that caused Eric's death.

Donovan, a Republican went on to become a U.S. Representative in a special election.

The family was awarded $6 million in wrongful death lawsuit.

August 5 - John Crawford was a father of two. He lived in Hamilton, Ohio. He was shopping in Walmart in Beavercreek, a suburb outside of Dayton. He was on the phone when he picked up an opened air rifle. While on surveillance camera, you see him walking through the aisles on the phone with the air rifle, A man calls 911 claiming that John was pointing a AR 15 at shoppers. Beavercreek police arrive on the scene. They enter through the garden center and without proper warning fired two shots at John. John yelled to the officers it's not a real gun.

As they take him down to the ground, the law was shocked to see he wasn't holding a real rifle. They would call for an emergency crew. He would die at a local hospital.

The officer who fired his weapon Sean Williams is in the freezer. He was let off the hook when the Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine found that the officer did nothing wrong. The grand jury said that even though Ohio is an open carry state, John caused his own death.

DeWine is a Republican who sides with the law on most issues.

The family sued Williams, DeWine, Beavercreek and Walmart for wrongful death.

August 9 - Michael Brown was a teenager who lived in Ferguson, Missouri, a suburb outside of St. Louis. He was walking down the street when an officer stopped him. The officer claimed that Michael was acting menacing. There was a struggle and the officer fired his weapon. Out of twelve shots, six of them hit Michael.

As the officer takes him down, he realized that Michael was unarmed. He would call for backup and then an emergency crew. Michael died on the scene.

The officer at first said that he stopped Michael for being in the street. But he would change his story saying that he was told of a robbery and the suspects were nearby. Michael was on surveillance allegedly stealing a cigarillo from QuikTrip.

This event sparked unrest. The QuikTrip that Michael visited was burned down.

The grand jury found that the officer Darren Wilson didn't commit a criminal act and he was spared trial.

That launched another night of unrest. The rioting cost millions, people were injured.

Michael Brown's family is suing Wilson and Ferguson.

Wilson would resign from the force and go into hiding.

You notice that these events happened one year ago. These events have sparked the Black Lives Matter Movement.

Black Lives Matter is an American activist grassroots movement that can be traced back to the July 2013 acquittal of George Zimmerman in the Florida shooting death of African-American teen Trayvon Martin.

It received fresh impetus from the 2014 shooting of Michael Brown, an African-American teen, and the death of Eric Garner, as well as the acquittals of both of the officers who killed them. The Black Lives Matter movement also speaks out and organizes against police brutality against African-Americans in the United States.

Some of the unarmed African-Americans who died at the hands of law enforcement have had their deaths protested by the movement, including Tamir Rice, Eric Harris, Walter Scott, and Freddie Gray (which sparked the 2015 Baltimore protests).

The movement was co-founded by three black activists: Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors, and Opal Tometi.

The shooting of Walter Scott by a white policeman was recorded by a bystander, who contacted a local activist involved with Black Lives Matter; they, in turn, contacted Scott's family to take possession of the video. Soon after the video was released to the public, the officer was arrested and charged with murder. The case is pending.

When you look at how many officer involved shootings in which lead to the death of unarmed suspects, you might want to question why do this stuff continue to happen despite the outcry from Trayvon Martin.

So many names in the news being killed by gun violence.

Shame we're still not making progress on gun control. The United State leads in gun violence.

Over 4,000 people were injured by gun violence. About 2,400 of them died because of gun violence.

Gun violence is more of a threat than terrorism. The discussion is often muted because of Republicans, some spineless Democrats and the NRA.

I am a gun owner and I am a voter. But seriously, we need to do something about this.

When will the next shooting occur. Will the junk food media follow this shooting like they've done with John Crawford, Michael Brown and Tamir Rice?

When will we hold those responsible in law enforcement for unintended deaths of unarmed citizens such as Eric Garner and Sandra Bland?

When will we finally recognized that everyone killed by gun violence matters?

World News Today send our condolences to the families of Eric Garner, John Crawford and Michael Brown. We send our condolences to everyone who died in gun violence.

Concern Trolls Can't Move Boulders With Their Hands!

In the wake of high profile incidents involving police, concern trolls believe its the victim's fault for their deaths.

Okay, here we go again. In the wake of high profile incidents in which police faced harsh criticism for the deaths of people in their custody, the concern trolls come out with the defense of the law.

They head to the social media and blogs such as our and leave their word vomit.

I would suspect these trolls as members of law enforcement or individuals who have ties to those in law enforcement. These trolls would post nonsense like what you're reading below.

Again, I shrink it down so you will have to have a magnifying glass to read it.

Only in a world as profound sick and decadent as ours would saying police officers - dedicated to upholding the laws governing the very society making it possible for black dysfunction and criminality to be protected - lives be construed as racism and cause a controversy

Why are we quick to listen to the plight of the carjacker and the drug dealer, so willing to put their behavior in “context,” yet we fail miserably to comprehend the fact that cops — particularly cops in high crime areas — are dealing with domestic abusers, addicts, thieves, murderers, pimps, and the various other dregs of humanity on a daily basis? This might take a toll on your psyche after awhile; perhaps make you jaded, cynical, even bitter. I know it would to me, and I know the police who manage to be decent in spite of it all deserve an immense amount of respect.

For just being....well you know, could be a death sentence. #IfIDieInPoliceCustodyit'sbecauseIpointedmygunatpolice

Okay, if you have an opportunity to strain your eyes, I want you to understand the grievance by this concern troll.

The troll says that "we are quick to listen to the plight of the carjacker, the drug dealer, so willing to put their behavior in 'context'".

As usual the concern troll blames the victim. Hey, no one is perfect. No one can live in a glass house without a stone being thrown at it. I mean haven't you had a traffic violation or even an encounter with the law?

I have traffic citations. I know people who have criminal history. I've been fired from a job. I don't consent to police searches of my vehicle. I question why the law pulls me over.

The victims who died in police custody have not committed any criminal act. So what the fuck are you bringing up someone's past? It's not relevant to why these officers did what they've done to these unarmed citizens.

This troll says that our "very society making it possible for black dysfunction and criminality to be protected - lives be construed as racism and cause a controversy."

What pisses me off is the racial aspect to this. Black dysfunction and protecting criminality! What the fuck are you talking about? No one supports criminality. Not even the suspects.

Crime doesn't discriminate against race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, political and economic standings.

I don't often use race as a factor to why the victim died in police custody. That's left up to the junk food media and the trolls. Whenever the media releases a picture of the person who died in police custody, obviously you automatically tag race to it.

I can testify to experience that I've been profiled by the law. I had store guards look at me like I'm a shoplifter and I have experienced negative encounters.

I look at this as reckless calls. I also look at the blue wall of silence. This tactic is not official but it's common among those in law enforcement. An officer will defend his brothers. That's why oftentimes the leaks to the media say something positive about the law and something negative about the victim. This is a tactic that often gins up tension whenever someone like this troll says that "politicians and civil right leaders" condone "adjective" dysfunction and criminality.

Concern trolls are like this guy trying to move a boulder.
My psyche is always been common sense. I am reclusive and yet tend to be open minded. I don't have the assumption of guilt of anyone who commits a criminal act. That's why they have the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th Amendments. Even the mass shooting terrorists in Tucson, Boston, Aurora and Charleston are innocent until proven guilty. Those terrorists in Boston, Tucson and Aurora faced the victims in a court of law.

It's because he pointed a gun.... How do you know?

Okay this is comes from the controversy facing the law in Dayton, Ohio. Montgomery County sheriff deputies who claimed that Dontae Martin pointed a firearm at them. They opened fire on him, killing him instantly. The cops reported this but yet they are still in the freezer.

Montgomery County sheriff Phil Plummer went into this claim that "he had a criminal record" and "cop killer bullets" to tarnish the victim. The family says this is a smear campaign and they're trying to shield corrupt lawman. I agree that Josh Haas and Gust Teague may have lied about the encounter.

They deserve the benefit of the doubt but I don't take them at their word given that their captain and lead sergeant were caught sharing racial emails. And this isn't the first time citizens complained about these two deputies.

They have no dash camera or body camera to back up their claims. They didn't have their lights on when this encounter occurred. We have to believe their word. I told you that Haas and two of his buddies, one being James DeBarr were the ones who profiled me earlier this year. Haas was the one who put a slug in a man at a gas station last year.

The family is calling for the U.S. Justice Department to look into the matter.

The concern troll is the "a plague on both your houses" approach, where the concern troll tries to convince people that both sides of the ideological divide are just as bad as each other, and so no one can think themselves "correct" but must engage in endless hedging and caveats. This preys on a willingness to debate critics and allow dissent; everyone wastes time discussing the matter and bending over backwards, so as not to appear intolerant of disagreement, all to the great amusement of the troll.

Do me and S. Baldwin a favor. Ignore the trolls. Don't feed them. Use them as an example to keep pushing harder for police reform. Use them for the opportunity to move the discussion forward.

Don't hide the truth!

Cleveland Cop In The Freezer After Spraying The Pepper On Unarmed Protesters!

The law was filmed spraying the protesters.

The possibility of criminal indictments handed to the officers involved in the Cleveland shooting of Tamir Rice could come soon. I won't hold my breath about it.

Anyway, there were numerous events of unrest up in Cleveland. There was a confrontation with officers after they slammed the head of 14 year old teen after he allegedly was spotted with alcohol.

The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority police were met with the #BlackLiveMatter protesters.

The Guardian reports that the officer would put the spray on the protesters.

According to the Greater Cleveland regional transit authority, its officers were taking an intoxicated teenage bus rider to a police station just as the conference was ending about 5 pm. A large crowd blocked the squad car and tried to get the youngster out. One of the officers turned and began pepper-spraying the crowd.

Other law enforcement agencies responded, including Cleveland police department. The youngster was taken examined in an emergency medical service unit, and released to his mother about 6 pm.

No arrests were made. The transit authority did not release the officer’s name. The agency’s officers are not affiliated with the city’s police department.

A video of the incident quickly went viral, and lit a community that is tense from three police-related deaths.

For months, Cleveland mayor Frank Jackson and its top law enforcement officers, as well as Cuyahoga county prosecutor Timothy McGinty, have been pressured by activists unhappy with the handling of the cases of Tamir Rice, Tanisha Anderson and Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams.

Rice, a 12-year-old, was fatally shot in November when Cleveland patrolman Timothy Loehmann mistook his toy gun for the real thing. Neither Loehmann nor his partner, Frank Garmback, have been charged.

Bree Newsome: [Never] Fear The Unknown! Fight For Change!

It's not over! - Bree Newsome

Cue the conservative outrage, a Black woman climbed up a pole and cut down the Confederate flag around the South Carolina capitol grounds.

Bree Newsome, a resident of Charlotte. NC traveled to Columbia to make a point. She wants the world to know that that flag represents the racism that led to the killings of nine in Charleston.

She wanted the world to know that Freddie Gray's life matters. She wanted to let protesters know that she's not afraid of what the media says about her. She did it to make the world know that she's not afraid to stand up for something.

Newsome was charged today for defacing a state monument on Capitol grounds. Authorities said that she climbed the 30 foot tall pole and unhooked the flag, ignoring the orders of officers who arrived when she was halfway up the pole.

This misdemeanor carries a hefty fine of $5,000 with a trip to the iron college for up to three years. If they find her guilty, she may face both. Her and James Ian Tyson, from Charlotte were both cuffed.

There is a crowdfunding website that was set up today to raise money for her and Tyson. So far it's reached nearly $100,000 in funds. A hashtag #BreeNewsome went viral since the incident.

The Confederate battle flag which is protected by South Carolina law was raised again 45 minutes after Bree unhooked the flag.
Bree Newsome gained national recognition after climbing a pole to remove the Confederate flag.
Call for removing the flag came after a White terrorist killed nine people in Charleston's Emmanuel AME Church.

Republican governor Nikki Haley along with Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Tim Scott (R-SC), Rep. Mark Sanford (R-SC) and Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC) calls for the flag's removal.

President Barack Obama delivered a passionate speech yesterday telling that the world see how Americans overcome tragedies. He urged Americans to pressure Congress to pass legislation to change the narrative. Obama believes that mass murder tragedies are going to continue way pass his term.

It's up to state lawmakers to pass it.

Counter-protesters were in Columbia today to protest the removal of the Confederate flag. Some are saying that the flag isn't about hate, it's about heritage. They blame the junk food media for allowing this discussion focus on their "pride" of the South, the Confederate battle flag.
Bree Newsome and James Ian Tyson were booked in county lockup.
Legally known as Brittany Newsome,  Bree graduated from high school being active in her community. She was involved in student government and served as student body president.

Many believe her actions could inspire millions and that's why activist DeRay McKesson has called for his followers to aid her throughout her journey.

Me and S. Baldwin wish Bree well on her journey. Bree is currently in county lockup. She is innocent until proven guilty.

This is a passionate issue. This shooting has opened deep wounds.

This month alone we've dealt with Charleston, McKinney, Texas, Rachel Dolezal, The Duggars, marriage legality, Tamir Rice and Obamacare.

June has been the most active month for World News Today. The long hot summer begins. We'll be here to cover everything.

Conservative Outrage At DeRay McKesson!

When injustices in America end, I will go home...!

He gained fame by being an active protester in Ferguson. He's appeared in many high profile events in which law enforcement has used deadly force on unarmed suspects. He has appeared in areas where the not-so-subtle racism exist.

And now, DeRay McKesson has went to Charleston, South Carolina to protest the injustices.

Conservatives are pissed. So they went to the social media to create the #GoHomeDeray hashtag.

This hashtag became one of the most talked about on Twitter. Many conservatives have taken to Twitter to denounce McKesson, Rev. Perm and President Barack Obama. They believe that they "rush to judgement" when it came to the mass shooting at Mother Emmanuel AME Church.

The racist right believes that Dylann Roof's racial hatred towards Blacks wasn't a factor. But it's his mental illness, his drug use and his social ills. They believe that racism wasn't a factor to it. They believe its an attack on Christian beliefs.

Nine lives were lost when a White terrorist shot up a church. His social media unearth a trove of hatred. He shows pride in the Confederate flag and talked about the issues. He believes that Blacks are raping White women, causing havoc and taking over government. Rhetoric you may hear from agitators on talk radio, cable news and the blogs.

McKesson comes to Charleston to show solidarity with the victims. But to the racist right, he's there to start trouble. According to the social media trolls, the people of Charleston doesn't want him or Obama there.

Cue the irony. This is discussed by liberals and conservatives alike. Notice that McKesson did acknowledge this. He brushed off the criticism and told the junk food media that it's a part of a systematic strategy to shut down dissent.

DeRay took to Twitter and responded back to his critics.

Is The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Gonna Allow A Cop Walk In The Tamir Rice Killing?

Tamir Rice was killed in November 2014. Now the Cuyahoga Ohio prosecutor is looking into whether to charge the cop responsible for the shooting of the teen.

City leaders are fearing the worst. Cleveland, Ohio could erupt into violence if Timothy Loehmann walks in the fatal killing of Tamir Rice.

It's been over seven months since the fatal shooting and now the fate of one officer lies in the hands of the Cuyahoga County prosecutor's office. Tamir was playing with a non-lethal firearm.

Someone called the law on him. And within a few minutes, two officers pull up on Tamir and the cop fires directly on him. The boy was shot in two seconds. He took two to the body.
The junk food media unearths Timothy Loehmann's social media.
He would die of his injuries the next day. Now the prosecutor Tim McGinty got the hard task of deciding whether Loehmann's actions merit a criminal charge.

Frank Garmback
The Cuyahoga County Sheriff Clifford Pinckney is telling the junk food media that this case will be conducted by his department. He promises a "fair, unbiased and extensive" investigation.

The Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine held back the surveillance video of the shooting. It took about a month before the release. This sparked national discussion over deadly police encounters involving Black suspects.

Ohio has an open carry law. So it was in legal right for Tamir to have a non lethal weapon. Whether it's a water gun or a foam dart gun, to an officer it could be a deadly weapon.

The family of Tamir is filing a federal lawsuit against Cleveland and the officer. The judge called for a temporary delay into the lawsuit.

The police union, the lawyers for Loehmann and Sgt. Frank Garmback had requested delay. They believe their actions will land them in court. So they called a delay as the potential criminal case proceeds.

Citing concerns for the cops rights against self-incrimination, the judge put the discovery process of the case on hold for 60 days. The ruling will now delay the federal lawsuit against the city of Cleveland.

Ohio Republican governor John Kasich, a potential clown running for the red nose is calling for protesters to restrain themselves. Kasich also is hoping that the crisis in Cleveland dies down so it doesn't affect his decision to run.

Kasich has put together a task force on policing. He asked Attorney General Loretta Lynch to aid him in working on situations in the wake of this, John Crawford, Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams.

These three individuals along with Tamir were killed in deadly police confrontations.

Cleveland Ex-Cop's Freedom Was Short-Lived!

Ex-cop Michael Brelo (right) was busted for aggravated assault. Mike and brother Mark (left) will face a judge in the coming days. Mike got off a murder charge in the killing of Cleveland residents Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams.

The ex-Cleveland Ohio police officer who fired 15 out of 137 rounds into a vehicle with unarmed motorists is going to face a judge again. He got into a drunken fight with his twin brother in Bay Village. Now he's about to head back for aggravated assault.

Mike Brelo is charged only a few weeks after he was acquitted of murder. The families of Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams aren't happy that this cop walked.

I bet you money, they're not happy to hear this clown is back in the news.

On May 27, Mike and his brother Mark were at their home and apparently they got upset with one another.

The fist were flying and the police were called. Bay Village Police got the cuffs on the brothers.

They've turned themselves in. They got a "get out of free card" and will be facing a judge on these charges.

This is a misdemeanor charge. May carry a few months in county lock up if found guilty.

The Cleveland Police are facing some major controversy. The police under fire for excessive force in apprehensions. Brelo was one of dozen officers who were in pursuit of Tim Russell's vehicle.

Russell picked up Malissa near East Cleveland. The cops knew that Malissa was a pro and they wanted to put Russell in lock up for getting head. Russell had a bad license and was fearing a lockup and public shaming, took off.

His vehicle was old and rusty. While fleeing the law, his vehicle made a loud pop. The cops mistaken that as gunshots being fired upon them. So after a long pursuit, they were boxed in.
Michael Brelo didn't have one ounce of remorse for the killing of Malissa Williams and Timothy Russell.
The cops let them eat lead. They pumped over 137 into the vehicle. Brelo jumps onto the vehicle by the hood and fires into the windshield.

After searching the vehicle, they found that Tim and Malissa had no weapons on them. And that's what led to the trial of Brelo. He was the one who acted more like a mercenary than a cop.

The FBI and Justice Department are still looking into Cleveland's handling of unarmed suspects.

Last year the law pulled a half a second fire on a child playing with a non lethal firearm.

Tamir Rice was another victim of a cop killing. He was 12 year old boy playing with an air rifle. He was killed by Timothy Loehmann.

Loehmann was a rookie cop who had been under scrutiny for his behavior. The Cuyahoga County prosecutor is considering whether this cop walks or faces a judge.

Twitter Twat Suspended!

Controversial blogger got banned from at least one social media forum.

Charles C. Johnson (aka Chuck Johnson) is a notorious race-baiter. He is the founder of conservative blog GotNews. He is allied with agitators such as the conservative Craigslist, racial asshat Colin Flaherty and numerous other bigots.

He spends his time in the social media trolling. He wants to prove the point that liberals lie.

He wants to prove that unarmed Black suspects being killed by law enforcement deserved it. After all, you seen the Facebook page of the deceased Michael Brown and he's giving you the finger. Proof of a violent thug.

Note that THUG is being used instead of NIGGER. The conservatives are using every event in which a crime is committed by a Black male as an excuse to denounce #BlackLivesMatter.

Johnson is a part of this.

Today, Mediaite can claim a victory in the battle against racism. They report that Chuck is banned.

Chuck was trying to troll Ferguson activist DeRay McKesson. He threatened to publish the information about McKesson.

McKesson wrote an email to Twitter and called upon others to effectively throw Chuck off the social media. It was successful. For the time being, Chuck is off the social network.

Chuck has been suspended from the site several times before, largely for releasing news figures’ personal information, such as the Dallas nurses Amber Vinson and Nina Pham who contracted ebola. Many have derided Johnson as a serial harasser and called upon Twitter to remove him from the service, his main megaphone along with his would-be news site GotNews.com

He tried to regain his account and created phony profiles. Alas, Twitter suspended them.

Cleveland Ex-Cop Walks In The Murder Of Unarmed Suspects!

Cop walks in murder of two unarmed suspects.

Yeah, they've fled when an officer spotted them in East Cleveland. Yeah, they led a lot of officers on a high speed pursuit across the Cleveland streets. Yeah, they were boxed in. But when the Cleveland Police, Cuyahoga County Sheriff deuties and East Cleveland Police opened fire on them, it was deadly. It was over 130 rounds being fired into the vehicle.

The whole ordeal happened in November 2012. One of the officers even jumped onto the vehicle to continue firing. Well today, that officer was acquitted of involuntary manslaughter of Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams.

The officer Michael Brelo can leave the courtroom a free man. If he was convicted of this charge, he would have spent a quarter in the iron college.

The U.S. Justice Department is already poking holes into the way Cleveland Police handle officer involved shootings. The Tamir Rice shooting and the lack of interest in the Cleveland Kidnapping Case has the police department under the radar for a major overhaul.
MICHAEL BRELO CAR
The vehicle took over 130 rounds into it.
We're not saying that the Cleveland officer's actions were not justified. What the problem was that he didn't use proper judgement when pulling the service weapon. The vehicle was sputtering and a popping sound from the vehicle spooked the cops into believing they were being fired on.

For the amount of shells raining on that vehicle, you can say that was considered excessive force.

Russell was picking up Williams a known prostitute in the area. Williams was a drug user and was charged with misdemeanors ranging from prostitution to petty theft.

Russell was spotted by officers. He was trying to avoid getting caught. He had driving privileges revoked and had minor criminal theft charges. Russell didn't want to be caught.
Free man. Michael Brelo got off an involuntary manslaughter charge.
This incident adds to the list of incidents in which White police officers have used their service weapons in the shooting of unarmed Black suspects. These events show that despite all the talks about drugs, criminal gangs, and the need to talk to the law, the Black community believes that they may end up to a corpse if they bother.

No one is saying being the police are bad people. They do a dangerous job and most of the time it's a thankless job. They risk their lives 24/7 and the need for them is essential. But one too many believe that the police are enforcing more than protecting. I mean the distrust is extremely high.

Some officers only see residents as criminals and not victims. They don't want to protect the residents. They want to lock them up because they had a string of misfortune.

Who could judge them?

These days a cop is careful about interactions with people of color. They don't want to become overnight celebrities because of a person and their cell phones.

World News Today send our condolences to Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams.

When It Comes To Open Carry Laws, The Law Is White And Right!

If you live in an open carry state and you happen to be Black, a Hispanic or a Muslim guess what?

You're still going to be detained by the law. Matter of fact, the law will be ready to open fire on you.

This is the type of stuff that ended the lives of Tamir Rice and John Crawford in the hands of law enforcement.

Crawford was gunned down by Beavercreek cops in August after he grabbed an open air rifle off the shelf in a Dayton, Ohio Walmart. He didn't even get a proper warning. The moment the Beavercreek Ohio cop saw him he opened fire.

Tamir Rice was gunned down in November after he was playing in a park with an air rifle. The Cleveland cop pulled up on him. In less than two seconds, he guns down the 12 year old boy.

The YouTube user Willy Upchuck uploaded this video.

It shows a bunch of White guys carrying their AR-15 and Rugers. A county sheriff's deputy confronts them. He asked them what they were doing and they've complied. The deputy lets them head on their way.

In the next video a Black guy is carrying his AR-15. Within 45 seconds the county sheriff's deputy comes up on him. He exits the vehicle with service weapon drawn. He tells the Black guy to eat dirt and don't move.

The Black guy was with his pregnant girlfriend and she was recording it. The girlfriend reminds the officer that he didn't do nothing wrong. The officer warns him that he's being recorded and the girlfriend reminds the officer she's recording him. During the three minutes the officer is still drawn with his weapon calls for back up.

During that ordeal, the Black guy is detained his weapon was confiscated and they brought out a canine to do a drug search.

The Black guy had the AR-15 on his hip and a cup of coffee. Nothing more. But it drew more than four police vehicles two officers with guns drawn and one officer with a dog.

Makes you wonder why these lawmakers pass these laws?

Were they intended for the White guy afraid of a Browner nation?

Thanks to the folks over at Addicting Info and Willy Upchuck for uploading it.

It has nearly 500,000 views.

Cop Who Killed Rekia Boyd Walks!

No justice for Rekia. Her murderer walks after he claims he thought he saw gang members drawing guns.

During the week of protest and the overblown media focus on the rioting in Baltimore, another sad chapter in America. In 2012, a young woman was gunned down by an off duty detective. The detective fired from his vehicle after he made the perception of Black criminal activity in progress.

Last week the cop who killed that innocent woman got his freedom.

Chicago district court let a killer cop walk.

Dante Servin, the cop who claim he was in fear of his life when he fired his Tommy gun on a group of young people.

The bullets flew right into the head of Rekia Boyd, a woman who was a bystander who with  a group of her friends. Servin who was off duty claimed that a man was pulling out a piece. Servin didn't notice the man was holding a cell phone.

The court found him "not guilty" in the involuntary manslaughter of Boyd. Many claim that the charges filed against Servin were foul. He should have been charged with murder.

Judge Dennis J. Porter in a rare directed verdict.

Porter's reasoning was that since the shooting was intentional, Servin could not be charged with recklessness. "It is intentional and the crime, if any there be, is first-degree murder," said Porter in his ruling. It has been suggested that state prosecutor Anita Alvarez may have deliberately undercharged Servin, knowing that the charges would be dropped, in order to curry favor with the police department.

Servin claimed he fired because someone in the group was holding a gun, but it was actually only a cellphone.

Witnesses said that Servin appeared drunk at the time of the incident.

This was overlooked by the junk food media. The media was scaring White folks with the pictures of Black folks looting liquor stores and CVS.

Servin would have faced 30 years in the iron college. He had a great police union lawyer a lot of excuses (i.e. Obama, Rahm Emmanuel, Chicago gangs, Black on Black crime, etc.) and the prosecutors in his corner.
The former Chicago detective Dante Servin shows no remorse for his actions.
Had it been a Black cop, he would be found guilty. Had it been an unarmed White woman, the cop would have been found guilty.

It's going to be unlikely that the Department of Justice finding that Servin violated the civil rights of Rekia.

When an unarmed suspect of color is killed by law enforcement, the Black community is outraged.

The racist right sees $$$$, click bait, victim blaming and concern trolling as their excuse to the Black community being outrage.

When I've heard the AM agitators say that Blacks aren't concerned about Black on Black crime, unwed parents and not point the fingers at the president, I shake my head.

Rev. Perm, Cut His Nuts Off Jackson, President Barack Obama and many civil rights leaders have often talked about the problems in the Black community. This is ignored or taken out of context by the AM agitators.

World News Today send our condolences to the family of Rekia Boyd and all those who were killed in senseless tragedies in Chicago.

Ohio Man Charged At The Law! Still Alive Despite Being A Danger To Cops!

Police: Drunk teen tried to head-butt, bite officers photo
This man charged at a police officer and yet didn't get shot or physically restrained.

This guy charged at a police officer like a football player and yet he didn't get shot and killed.

Dayton, Ohio man is in the county lock up for felonious assault on a police officer. Minus the underage drinking charge, the suspect Steven Line, got some time out in the county lockup after he attempted to headbutt and bite at Dayton police officers.

The 19-year old man was apparently in his underwear and in the back of a home. He was completely knocked out. When officers tried to revive him, he gets violent.

See if the guy was probably Black or Hispanic, the law would probably have used the Taser or the service weapon to put him down.

This guy is going to face a judge on Monday.

At least he'll have drug and alcohol treatment and probably probation for the charging at an officer.

And We Be Like, Blah, Blah, Blah....

Image result for Robert Bates mugshot
Robert Bates, the former reserve deputy's mug. He was release from county lockup this week. He is facing an involuntary manslaughter charge after he put a bullet in Eric Harris of Tulsa.

So if I wanted to just do a blog that focused on one thing, wouldn't it be a big bore?

There was a story that made the news. A Florida man who flew his helicopter through Washington, D.C. The area around the White House and U.S. Capitol is restricted airspace. The pilot landed on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol in spite of being in restricted airspace. The man who flew this gyrocopter was a Florida mail carrier pissed over Congress not passing campaign finance reform. He could have been shot by the U.S. Air Force fighter jets. His machine didn't register on the radar and he had no radio contact with air traffic controllers. The man Doug Hughes, 61 told the Tampa Bay Times and U.S. Secret Service that he's attempting to do this. The U.S. Secret Service already under fire for some of its misdeeds have some explaining to do. Hughes was taken into custody and is facing charges that can net him 10 in federal time out.

Another man who committed suicide on grounds of the U.S. Capitol. Robert Bishop, 47 of Annapolis was snapping a picture of himself (selfie) before he pulled the pistol out. He was pissed that Congress failed to pass legislation that could tax the rich and powerful.

A reserve deputy from Tulsa who killed an unarmed suspect didn't get proper training. Robert Bates, 73 grabbed the firearm instead of the Taser and killed Eric Harris, 44. Harris was on camera trying to sell guns and drugs. When he realized that it was a sting operation, he bolted. He was chased and caught. On body cameras, the Tulsa police brought him down. In the few seconds of the video, he was shot in the back by Bates. Bates was confused on which item to use. Harris died. Bates is facing second degree manslaughter and was removed from the force. Many say that he bought his way into the force. He lacked proper training despite being a former cop. He is an insurance salesman and business leader.
Laquan McDonald was killed by Chicago police. They will not release the body camera or dash camera.
The Michigan cop who gave Floyd Dent a beat down is fired out the cannon. The Michigan state investigators and the U.S. Justice Department is looking into how Inkster Police allow their cops beat down an unarmed motorist. The motorist Dent 57, was pulled over and as soon as he stopped, the officers put him on the ground and gave him a nasty beat down. The officer at the center of this was a cop who beat a federal charge of impeding civil rights. The officer William Melendez (aka ROBOCOP) was fired out the cannon. According to the Wayne County District Judge, about 12 minutes of footage was not shown in this. A part of the video shows Melendez may have planted cocaine in the passenger seat of Dent. Dent is facing charges for possession. He has the other charges dropped. The city of Inkster had to let Melendez go after they looked at his previous encounters with motorist and various complaints such as evidence planting came forth. No word on charges being filed on Robocop.

Michael Slager is spared the GAS. But now the former North Charleston cop is facing LIFE in the iron college. He was the officer who was filmed by a witness in a fatal shooting of an unarmed motorist. He shot Walter Scott with the Taser after he bolted from his vehicle. After Scott escaped the Taser, Slager put eight in his back. Then he lied on his statements saying that Scott attacked him. Slager even planted the Taser next to the lifeless body of Scott. This incident occurred during a traffic stop in which Scott fled his vehicle.

Slager has another issue going on. Another man claims that Slager put a Taser on him after he refused to exit his vehicle in a traffic stop. Julius Wilson admits he was an ex-felon, but the pull over wasn't merit. The officer who pulled Wilson over was Bradley Woods. The officer asked him the questions about the area being high crime and the pull over was based on a faulty tail light. Wilson refused search of his vehicle and that's when Woods, Slager and another officer dragged him out of the vehicle. Slager put the Taser on Wilson. The incident was filmed and other residents are coming forth to complain about Slager's excessive force.
Rock crushes scissors. An underage drinker gets off with a warning. Texas Department of Safety is going to investigate three officers who allow her to walk.
Then the Texas Department of Safety looking into three officers who refused to arrest an underage Texas A&M University student caught drinking. The student played "Rock, Paper, and Scissors" with one of the officer and two others observed. They let her go. The county sheriff is about to load the cannon and fire them out because it was caught on camera and their conduct was unbecoming of an arresting officer.

Did you happen to see the video of a Chicago police officer putting 16 in the body of Laquon McDonald? The Chicago police aren't releasing it. Apparently its going to sway a grand jury.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Laquon McDonald.

See in October 2014, an officer claimed that McDonald was armed with a knife. The officer said to drop it and according to him, McDonald refused. Mayor Rahm Emmanuel is trying to keep the video in the vault. He thinks that it could cause riots. So I am guessing that the officer may have lied about McDonald having a weapon and the officer fired on him without regards. The officer and his superiors are trying to cover up. They paid the family over $5 million in damages.
Floyd Dent got a serious beat down by Inkster Police. The officers are under federal investigation and Inkster had to fire a corrupt cop out the cannon.
And what about the Arizona officer who drove his police cruiser up on a suspect and made him flip.

A Marana, Arizona police officer's dash camera shows him plowing his cruiser into a rifle-toting robbery suspect at high speed. The officer has been cleared of criminal wrongdoing. Mario Valencia is suing the department.

Michael Rapiejko got off felonious assault charge. But the officer had been in trouble before. He was a NYPD officer. He got into a situation with a man and his family. Rapiejko was the officer who pulled over the motorist in Manhattan. The lawsuit that was filed by the motorist stated that the officer pulled him out his vehicle and pointed a gun in his head in front of the family. Also that officer was threatening his life after he was let go.

So should I inject race into these stories? I mean the rest of the junk food media brought it up!

Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan had a hook to his song, Blah, Blah, Blah.

Today, I am going to use it. When the critics are word vomiting insults and baseless arguments, we're going be like Blah, Blah, Blah.
Doug Hughes was the pilot who landed on the U.S. Capitol.
Today we introduce you to another critic who throws his vomit on the keyboard and we have to look at it. But like always, I come back with the hard hitting response. I hope the commentator visits our page again.

The commentator goes right into the click bait. The click bait is often something the commentator obsesses over.

Take the comments of this person here. I shrink it down so you might have to get a magnifying glass to read it.

You are an idiot!!!!! Why does everyone bring race into everything. I guarantee they didn't go arrest the "black" guy walking through. One can only assume that you yourself are either black or "not white." Get over yourself. Race this and race that. Why can't it be that the cops were being cool and decided to give the girl a break like they did many others that day. The article says that on 113 citations were issued....do you know how many people attend Chilifest? 35,000. I promise you she wasn't the only one to get a warning. She was the only one that was recorded. We you get to the gates of heaven, God is going to look at you, shake his damn head and say "I'm sorry. If you wouldn't have brought race up in every thing you do then you might be walking through these gates. It's people like you that won't let racism die because that's all you people think about. White this and Black that."

Okay, thanks for reading. And yes, I'm an idiot. I am an idiot for giving you a response.

Normally, I often just delete these comments and move on. But today, I want to set the record straight about who we are and what you are.

1) No one put a gun to your head telling you to read our blog.

Walter Scott was a retired U.S. Coast Guard. The officer who shot him was also a former military officer.
2) Me and S. Baldwin been doing this stuff for years. We're not going anywhere.

3) We cover this stuff as well as the junk food media. It was worth noting because of the not so good police officers and the communities they're supposed to protect, I wouldn't be covering these issues.

On the previous post. Yeah, there were citations for arrest at an event that monitors underage drinking. The problem is that three out of at least 100 officers makes the whole bunch seem like they're advocating criminal behavior.

4) White privilege is an issue brought by a White scholar and White comedian. It wasn't our idea to bring up this issue. We just wanted to share this in order to prove a point.

5) So what! I said, Underage Drunk White Teen Beats A Rap Sheet. Is it trying to inject race into it?

Maybe I could say Drunk Underage Woman to be fairly neutral.

But that's not what I wanted. I wanted to point out the #CrimingWhileWhite meme. If the last postings on this blog say Police Killed Unarmed Suspect, would you find some reason to bring race this or race that into your word vomit?

Do I need to put an adjective on everything that I've post?

So if I want to say Cops Kill Unarmed Black Teen, should you go bananas over that?

6) Grow the fuck up. This is an opinion and mixture of a news blog. Some of the stuff posted will be controversial and inspiring. We do not apologize for that.

We understand you have a right to discourse. We have a right to delete you, ignore you, block you and end all contact with you. You may get mad. You may create hundreds of blogs, base your whole life around us and the blog, but you can't move a rock without breaking your back. We're a rock and we're not going to be moved. I want to prove to our good readers that our issues matter. We're not trying to make our issues based on one issue.

If you don't care about our issues, that's your problem.

7) I don't know you personally, but I bet you that you're not liked among people. I can tell that you spend countless hours and days trying to debate them "oh so liberal" agitators and those Black people who have an opinion. You troll blogs such as this one because it's "A BLACK BLOG."

You want to vomit about how it's not fair for THE BLACKS to bitch about injustices.

White men and women have injustices too! Yeah, that's what you're saying to us? You want us to focus on more criminal acts by Black folks, right?
In a few seconds, the Manassa officer runs over a suspect who had his back turned.
You want us to attack President Barack Obama and his family because in your mind, he's the biggest racist to ever be in the White House.

You believe everything is liberal. The air, the roads, the television, the shows you watch, the blogs, the colleges, the highways, the ocean, the planets and the animals. They're all liberal right?

8) That's why it's great to post on a blog. We expect this stuff. Thank you for reading. I don't agree with you and I don't have to call you names to say that. I don't have to keep promises either. So if you're reading this again, make sure you take the time to read 6 and 7 again. That's the only response that matters to you. You can call it an insult on your intelligence or name calling. It doesn't matter.

The rest is just me venting.

Lifetime Revisits The Cleveland Kidnapping Case!

Lifetime greenlights movie based off the Cleveland kidnapping case.

In May 2013, Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight escaped the horrors of a West Cleveland home. The three women were kidnapped by Ariel Castro, a retired bus driver.

He held them captive for nearly 10 years and used them as his sexual fetishes. He would rape and physically abuse the young girls. He would bore a child with Amanda.

The day that Castro dropped his guard, Amanda broke out and warned the neighbors about him.

He was arrested and sentenced to LIFE in the iron college. A few months into his time he hung himself. This tragedy affected these three women. Now as they try to adjust to life, Lifetime is spotlighting this case in a movie.

The Lifetime Movie Network released the trailer for the TV movie Cleveland Abduction.

It's told through the prospective of Michelle Knight. Knight who would later write a memoir of her survival and Lifetime bought the rights to the novel.

The film stars Raymond Cruz ("Breaking Bad") as Ariel Castro and Taryn Manning ("8 Mile," "Orange Is the New Black") as Michelle Knight. The film also stars Pam Grier and Joe Morton.

The movie release will be on April 25.

Also, Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus will release their book in late April.

The Cleveland Police, the Cuyahoga County Sheriff and the FBI all are trying to sort out what mistakes were made. The Cleveland Police is already facing heavy scrutiny for the shooting of Tamir Rice, the Anthony Sowell situation and of course numerous accusations of police brutality.

This is a British documentary spotlighting the Cleveland kidnapping case.

You Can't Fix Stupid, Nincompoop! [NSFW]

Will the law use deadly force when confronting this vandal?

In the latest edition of You Can't Fix Stupid, here comes a story that is disgusting. It's one of the most disturbing things I've read in a while.

But somehow, it describes the real issues with mental illness.

There's millions of Americans who are suffering from mental illness.

I can relate. Before I get into this I want to acknowledge a real story. I will explain it in the later postings. But I will give you a summary.

There was a woman who I just recently dated. She's a 40 year old mother of three who works at a restaurant that serves specialty foods such as Bourbon chicken and fried rice. She is bipolar and has an serious addiction. She has an addiction to alcohol and crack cocaine.

For the last few weeks, I've notice that change.

And believe me, it's a destructive change.

While I wish this woman and her family well, I don't want no part of this. I thought I could be a supportive friend, but somehow I knew this would become a major issue.

I'll explain this in my posting about social media and online dating. Stay tuned. And yes, there may be pictures and a warning to all women and men searching online for true love.

Now onto this disgusting story. I am amazed that the law can't catch this guy.

That's why the meme #CrimingWhileWhite became a phenomenon.

This group of neighbors are baffled by the mysterious man who lurks their neighborhoods. All he does is take a dump on the vehicles and runs off into the darkness.

This nincompoop is on the loose. He is wanted by the Akron police and Summit County Ohio sheriff.

NewsNet 5 reports that officers are searching for this nincompoop they said has defecated on 19 parked cars in driveways since May 2012.

The bowel movement bandit strikes between 4 and 6 a.m. On Wednesday morning, a resident caught the suspect on film. She set up a camera after the seventh time that someone had pooped on her car while it was parked in her driveway.

One man said that the defecator has struck his car six times, and has even smeared it on his hood, door handles, gas tank cover, windshield and mirrors.

The map above shows the places hit by the man, who could face misdemeanor criminal mischief or criminal damaging charges. The spots are between Hancock Avenue, Waterloo Road, state Route 93 and Kenmoore Road.

So far none of the victims have recognized the man in the photo, but Akron Police said Thursday that the department has received about a dozen tips about the identity of the man.

No arrests have been made, but police are following up on leads, hoping to get to the bottom of this.

No pun intended.

Only in America, a white man who does a criminal act that considered a bio-hazard could elude authorities. But if this was a man who was practicing Muslim or a Black man with mental issues, I bet you money they would shoot to kill.
