Trump Outfoxed The Chief!

Trump got dirt on Roger Ailes.

Splashed on The Huffington Post today was a story about Donald Trump and his ongoing feud with Fox News and its agitator Megyn Kelly.

Trump's war against Kelly began at the first Republican debate in Cleveland when he was given a question about his treatment of women. Trump's reaction to her and Fox News was supposed to be the end of his campaign.

Fast forward to now.

Trump's holding a little bit of dirt on Fox News. According to an article being published by New York Magazine, Gabriel Sherman reveals how Trump came to possess some deep shit going on in Roger Ailes' circle. Sherman says that this information could damage the reputation of Ailes and his network.

Here's the splash.

REPORT: TRUMP SITTING ON FOX BOMBSHELLS

Fox News is by far the cable news leader. It's often beating most primetime shows in 3:1 ratio.

The network has long being question for journalistic ethics. Most conclude that Fox News is in favor of the Republican and conservative policies.

Roger Ailes fired a longtime aid to his inner circle. Brian Lewis was fired out the cannon after a story turned up about Ailes carrying a firearm to work and fearing Muslims may attack him. Lewis told the junk food media that Roger got enemies and these enemies could expose him.

The Donald may have been getting practically kiss ass coverage from the country's most annoying conservative agitator. Sean Hannity, is by far the worst conservative agitator to ever host a show. He's nothing more than a screaming parrot of Republican talking points, insults and name dropping.

The Ted Cruz campaign vowed to never go on Hannity's show anymore because the annoying conservative agitator brought up the alleged sex scandal.

He was demoted to 10pm back in 2013 after his show entitled "Hannity" was losing to Rachel Maddow.

The network is not so keen on a Donald Trump or Ted Cruz presidency.

Roger Ailes has privately told people that "Trump has no chance" of being the president.

Cheddar Jack Cruz!

Wisconsin is leaning to Ted Cruz and it could be a blowout for the controversial Texas senator.

Conservatives in the state have mounted war against Donald Trump and Ohio governor John Kasich.

Trump had some major derailment these last two weeks.

Failed presidential candidate and current Wisconsin governor Scott Walker endorsed Cruz in a last ditch effort to stop Trump from winning the nomination. Perennial loser Mitt Romney endorsed Cruz for president in his last hurrah for relevance. Both have openly said that they may sit it out if Trump is the nominee.

So far it's working.

Cruz is leading in the state by 10 points. The Cruz campaign gained momentum in the wake of allegations of an affair with five women. Trump's attack on Heidi Cruz was a bad move.

Not to mention the incident in Florida where Trump's right hand thug Corey Lewandowski shoving conservative agitator Michelle Fields.

Even Trump's strongest backer, former Alaskan half-termer Sarah Palin flopped at a Wisconsin Republican dinner.

Many conservatives agitators in Wisconsin have tried to sabotage Trump.

The media mogul went on a radio program and got his ass handed to him by a radio agitator who was in favor of Ted Cruz. Then when he went to MSNBC to engage conversation with Hardball's Chris Matthews, he said that women should be punished for having abortions. That lit a shit storm with Republicans who whisper the message. They hated the fact he used the bullhorn. Trump's foreign policy flopped as well. Now he's doing damage control and warning that if he fails at winning the nomination, he will engage in an insurgent candidacy.

Trump, Cruz and Kasich vowed to not support the Republican nominee if its not them.

They complain that Republicans threaten to nominate a candidate who hasn't ran. House Speaker Paul Ryan, the Wisconsin lawmaker and former vice presidential nominee is considering taking control of the situation by becoming the nominee.

Also Cruz gained a victory today. North Dakota's delegates went to him in a landslide. The state's Republican convention nominated Cruz as their candidate of choice.

Wisconsin's primary is two days away. Cruz and Bernie Sanders are leading in the state polls.

Sanders is leading by a narrow lead of 4 points against Hillary Clinton.

Sanders, the independent senator from Vermont who is running as a Democrat for the nomination is catching up with Clinton. He's scored a huge bank of donations. He raked in $35 million in the month of March. Sanders promises to stay in the race until the convention.

Even though he's trailing in the delegates, he's showing signs of life in states like California and New York. Clinton currently leads in these states but Sanders running a stronger offense is likely to make the states a challenge for the former first lady and secretary of state.

Tulsi Gabbard Got A Bern'n Sensation!

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) resigns from the DNC. She formally endorsed Bernie Sanders for president.

GOP Sundays are sure interesting. Donald Trump is the headliner of the day. On all the networks and CNN, Trump will get a lot of airtime given the GOP debate and Super Tuesday. If Trump sweeps the primary, he will become the presumptive nominee.

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) also got some fair time on the air. Of course, the agitators are asking about his failure to secure the Black vote after the South Carolina primary loss. The candidate is telling the junk food media that you shouldn't count him out. He's working to win states that Clinton is struggling in.

Chuck Todd interviews Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI). The conservative leaning lawmaker announced today she's exiting the Democratic National Committee. She thrown her support to Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) for the Democratic nomination.

The lawmaker was born in American Samoa, the U.S. territory that has residents fighting for American citizenship. She is the first Hindu woman elected from the state. She is of Indian-American decent and is one of the few active military officers elected to Congress. She is one of the youngest members of the Congress.

Gabbard is feuding with Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL), the current chairwoman of the DNC. They are fighting over the debates and the lackluster excitement of the candidates. Gabbard accused Schultz of being in the tank for Hillary Clinton. She says that the debates were lowered and placed on nights that people aren't watching.

I got an opportunity to hear the two struggling presidential candidates from the Republican side complain about how Trump and the junk food media are shutting them down. All on a network that's pretty damn friendly to them.

Chris Wallace interviews Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) on his struggling campaign. The two get really into it. Wallace ask the lawmaker about Trump's accusations of him being a liar. Cruz was really pissed when the interview ended. Wallace and Cruz usually had a friendly encounter. But when it came down to hard questions, Cruz will say that it's liberal tactics. Cruz did manage to bring up the White extremists who refuse to support him. The White extremists are throwing their support behind Trump which is showing that the party is inviting dangerous elements into its fold. Not like it hasn't.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) also addressing Trump's attacks on his personality. The Florida lawmaker is now wasting his time going after Trump's personal appearance. He came out with the #NeverTrump hashtag. That hashtag was being swamped by #AlwaysTrump. Rubio went after Trump's horrible tan and his failed business dealings. Rubio even cracked a couple of jokes. It's not working. Trump hit back with splashing water and his makeup to hide the sweat. Also the tag of being a "choke artist" is sticking.

Melissa Harris-Perry Abruptly Quits MSNBC!

Melissa Harris-Perry dropped from MSNBC.

Looks like your #Nerdland may be over at MSNBC. It seems like Melissa Harris-Perry abruptly parted ways with the network. The network has primarily been focused on the 2016 presidential race and its given fodder time to covering the campaign rallies of Donald Trump, Marco Rubio, Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.

The host says that the network scrapped the show for political coverage. She is not happy about it.

She posted on her official social media page and the websites picked up on it.

Dearest Nerds,

As you know by now, my name appears on the weekend schedule for MSNBC programming from South Carolina this Saturday and Sunday. I appreciate that many of you responded to this development with relief and enthusiasm.

To know that you have missed working with me even a fraction of how much I've missed working with all of you is deeply moving. However, as of this morning, I do not have any intention of hosting this weekend. Because this is a decision that affect all of you, I wanted to take a moment to explain my reasoning.

Some unknown decision-maker presumably Andy Lack (of NBC News) or Phil Griffin (of MSNBC), has added my name to this spreadsheet but nothing has change in the posture of the MSNBC leadership team towards me or towards our show. Putting me on air seems to be a decision being made to save face because there is a growing chorus of questions from our viewers about my notable absence from MSNBC coverage. Social media has noted the dramatic change in editorial tone and racial composition of MSNBC's on-air coverage. In addition, Dylan Byers of CNN has made repeated inquiries with MSNBC's leadership and with me about the show and what appears to be its cancellation. I have not responded to reporters or social media inquiries.

However, I am not willing to appear on air in order to quell concerns about the disappearance of our show and our voice.

Here is the reality: our show was taken - without comment or discussion or notice - in the midst of an election season. After four years of building an audience, developing a brand, and developing a trust with our viewers, we were effectively and utterly silenced.

Now, MSNBC would like me to appear for four inconsequential hours to read news that they deem relevant without returning to our team any of the editorial control and authority that makes MHP Show distinctive.

The purpose of this decision seems to be to provide cover for MSNBC, not to provide voice for MHP Show. I will not be used as a tool for their purposes. I am not a token, mammy, or a little brown bobble head. I am not owned by Lack, Griffin, or MSNBC. I love our show. I want it back. I have wept more tears than I can count and I find this deeply painful, but I don't want back on air at any cost. I am only willing to return when that return happens under certain terms.

Undoubtedly, television nurtures the egos of those of us who find ourselves in front of the bright lights and big cameras. I am sure ego is informing my own pain in this moment, but there is a level of professional decency, respect, and communication that has been denied this show for years. And the utter insulting absurdity of the past few weeks exceeds anything I can countenance.

I have stayed in the same hotels where MSNBC had been broadcasting in Iowa, in New Hampshire, and in South Carolina, yet I have been shut out from coverage. I have a PhD in political science and have taught American voting and elections at some of the nation's top universities for nearly two decades, yet I have been deemed less worthy to weigh in than relative novices and certified liars. I have hosted a weekly program on this network for four years and contributed to election coverage on this network for nearly eight years, but no on on the third floor has even returned an email, called me, or initiated or responded to any communication of any kind from me for nearly a month. It is profoundly hurtful to realize that I work for people who find my considerable expertise and editorial judgment valueless to the coverage they are creating.

While MSNBC may believe that I am worthless, I know better. I know who I am. I know why MHP Show is unique and valuable. I will not sell short myself or this show. I am not hungry for empty airtime, I care only about substantive, meaningful, and autonomous work. When we can do that, I will return - not a moment earlier. I am deeply sorry for the ways that this decision makes life harder for all of you. You mean more to me than you can imagine.

Yours always,

Melissa

It seems like MSNBC is sticking to the liberal agitators of the primetime. Chris Matthews, Chris Hayes, Rachel Maddow and Lawrence O'Donnell are stable for the time being.

MSNBC is turning into strictly news format. After it took a rise in 2013, it sank again in the ratings.

CNN is still cruising in the second place spot. But Fox News is beating the networks in a 2:1 margin.

I've always enjoyed Melissa Harris-Perry's show. What could happen now that she's departed from the network in such a fashion. Will you watch the network?

MSNBC Under Fire For Being In The Tank For Trump!

Why do any advertising? Trump got Joe Scarborough, Mika Brzezinski, Sean Hannity, and The Drudge Report all in the tank for him.

The liberal network that devotes a portion of its coverage trashing Republicans is embracing Donald Trump. The two morning nuts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski were interviewing Trump.

Joe and Mika are the conservatives on the network. Joe has somewhat endorsed Trump. He's a huge supporter of Marco Rubio.

Trump of course, was cordial to the two. Scarborough and Brzenziki both sang praises.

Throughout the six minutes or so, Trump and the MSNBC hosts chat amiably about a variety of topics, including politics, the primaries, golf, Morning Joe‘s coverage of Trump’s campaign, and their fellow journalists. On at least one occasion, the duo appear to discuss questions for the next segment within earshot of Trump. At times it can be difficult to determine who is speaking to who; Brzezinski and Scarborough appear at several points to be speaking to producers who were not picked up by the mics at the same time they were speaking to Trump.

Who brought attention to this controversy. It was Harry Shearer, the voice actor/comedian/talk radio host/satirist who voices a majority of characters on the Fox sitcom The Simpsons.

On Sundays, Harry hosts Le Show on many NPR stations. He also has My Damn Channel which gave open mic credence to Laura Ingraham, Katie Couric and now the Morning Joe crew.

Dems The Debate Too!

Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton duke it out once again.

The Democratic debate is on MSNBC and the two candidates are taking off the gloves and I can say that it's pretty damn hostile. What turned out to be a friendly disagreement now becomes a battle royale.

Rachel Maddow and Chuck Todd get to instigate Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton go after each other.

In the New Hampshire polls, Sanders is leading the polls. In the beginning Hillary Clinton was riding high in the polls. Sanders managed to either tie or run extremely competitive with her in the key states.

Iowa Caucus ended up with Clinton barely beating Sanders.

While the Republicans are having their civil war between Donald Trump, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), the Democrats are fighting it out.

This comes right after the CNN Townhall that was on yesterday. I didn't watch it.

Obviously the Democrats have cautious thoughts about their candidates. The field isn't strong.

It's so divided. The older generation and working class Democrats support Hillary Clinton. The young, White liberals and college educated support Sanders. The Black, Hispanic and LGBT vote is divided over who to choose.

So I am going to give you a poll.

Who Won This Debate?

Bernie Sanders Smoked Hillary Clinton.
Hillary Clinton Trashed Bernie Sanders.
Republicans Gonna Crush Them.

Dems The Debates!

The first debate of the year for the Democrats. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) go at one more time before the Iowa Caucus.

Did you know that the Democratic debate is on tonight on NBC?

Of course, not! Many Democrats are grumbling about this! They blame Democratic chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) for her deliberate attempts to place the debates in positions where viewership is expected to be low.

She's a supporter of Hillary Clinton. Although she is trying to distance herself from endorsing candidates, the Florida lawmaker is so in the tank for Clinton.

Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders and possibly Martin O'Malley will have a chance to duke it out one more time before the Iowa Caucus.

Obviously, the Clinton and Sanders Campaign will spar at each other tonight.

Clinton is leading in national polls, but Sanders is catching up with her. He is leading in New Hampshire and Clinton is leading in Iowa. It's pretty much a neck and neck race.

Both of them will praise and criticize President Barack Obama's policies. They will obviously go after the Republican front runners Donald Trump and Ted Cruz. They will address controversies sparked by their campaigns. Clinton obviously will be hit on her trustworthiness. Sanders will be hit on his "socialist" views on America.

Lester Holt, Andrea Mitchell and Chuck Todd will have the moderating seat.

Expect the viewership to be in the 5 million.

I will probably not watch it. It's a shame that the field is weak.

I like Bernie Sanders. But it seems like it's a deliberate attempt to give Hillary Clinton an advantage by limiting the debate schedule. Unfortunately I am not inspired by any candidate running for president.

The Democrats are not hitting Republicans hard enough. Republicans are too extreme. They aren't focused on real issues.

Both candidates appeared on GOP Sundays along with Donald Trump, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, and Jeb Bush.

If you're watching it, good for you! You might get an opportunity to get some much needed sleep.

Matter of fact, the Republican debate was really noise pollution. I couldn't stand it. It was nothing more than tongue flexing and Obama bashing. It was truly a waste of time to listen to them. But if you're a Republican primary voter, you got all you needed.

We're a few weeks to the Iowa Caucus. Are you hoping for your candidate to win?

The Junk Food Media Has No Shame!

Ethics violated,

The home of terrorists Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik was raided by the feds. The feds went into their Redlands, California home to gather evidence. They managed to break down the door and scoop up all the needed evidence that matters. They are trying to piece together the motives of the seemingly "NICE" family.

The feds would board up the home after they raided it.

The landlord of the home decided to allow the junk food media access to the home.

A moment in history where the frenzy of getting the story becomes the story.

It was reported that Inside Edition wanted to pay the landlord $1,000 for access to the property.

NBC News was embarrassed over the actions of an MSNBC reporter who entered the home. He went through the stuff and found identification. He would boldly show that social security numbers, bank account statements and address of family members not associated to the case.

I am amazed that the junk food media never went into the homes of other mass shooters.

Nobody in the junk food media went into the homes the Sandy Hook shooter, the Colorado Springs shooter, the DC Navy Yard shooter, the Aurora movie theater shooter, the Charleston church shooter, the Umpqua Community College shooter, and the Virginia news crew shooter.

The New York Times decided to do something it hasn't done in 100 years. They decided to place the editorial on the front page of the newspaper. It's blasting the Congress and NRA for being turning a blind eye to the NUMBER ONE THREAT in the America.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

Idiots like Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and the remaining clowns running for the Republican nomination offer no real solutions to stopping these issues.

Holiday Cookies!

The final year begins in January.

The final jobs report for the year comes out and it seems like President Barack Obama is smiling all the way. The unemployment rate remains unchanged but it did net over 211,000 jobs.

U.S. job growth increased solidly in November in a show of the economy's resilience, which most likely paves the way for the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates this month for the first time in nearly a decade.

Nonfarm payrolls increased 211,000 last month, the Labor Department said on Friday. September and October data was revised to show 35,000 more jobs than previously reported.

The unemployment rate held at a 7-1/2-year low of 5 percent, even as people returned to the labor force in a sign of confidence in the jobs market. The jobless rate is in a range many Fed officials see as consistent with full employment and has dropped seven-tenths of a percentage point this year.

Federal Reserve chief Janet Yellen may raise the federal interest rate. She believe the government is healthy enough for the interest rate to increase to at least 4%.

Yellen said the economy needs to create just under 100,000 jobs a month to keep up with growth in the working age population.

The Fed's policy-setting committee will meet on Dec. 15-16. Market-based measures of Fed policy expectations assign a probability of 79.1 percent to the central bank's raising interest rates at that meeting, according to the CME Group’s FedWatch site.

The dollar extended gains against a basket of currencies, while prices for U.S. government bonds fell. U.S. stock futures extended gains.

The second month of strong job gains should allay fears the economy has hit a soft patch, after reports showing tepid consumer spending in October and a slowdown in services industry growth in November. Manufacturing contracted in November for the first time in three years.

Though wage growth slowed last month, economists say that was mostly payback for October's outsized gains, which were driven by a calendar quirk. Anecdotal evidence, as well as data on labor-related costs, suggest that tightening job market conditions are starting to put upward pressure on wages.

Average hourly earnings increased four cents, or 0.2 percent from 0.4 percent in October. That lowered the year-on-year reading to 2.3 percent from 2.5 percent in October. The average workweek, however, dipped to 34.5 hours from 34.6.

Other labor market measures that Fed officials are eyeing as they consider lifting the benchmark overnight interest rate from near zero were mixed.

The labor force participation rate, or the share of working-age Americans who are employed or at least looking for a job, rose to 62.5 percent from a near 38-year low of 62.4 percent.

But a broad measure of joblessness that includes people who want to work but have given up searching and those working part-time because they cannot find full-time employment rose one-tenth of a percentage point to 9.9 percent.

Employment gains in November were broad-based, though manufacturing shed 1,000 positions and mining lost 11,000 jobs.

Manufacturing has been crippled by a strong dollar, efforts by businesses to reduce bloated inventory and spending cuts by energy companies scaling back well drilling and exploration in response to sharply lower oil prices.
House Speaker Paul Ryan's (R-WI) first months as House Speaker have been so far "fair" to say at least.
Mining employment has declined by 123,000 since reaching a peak in December 2014. Three quarters of the job losses over this period have been in support activities for mining.

Oilfield services provider Schlumberger (SLB.N) this week announced another round of job cuts in addition to 20,000 layoffs already reported this year. The company said it expected the slowdown in drilling activity to continue in 2016.

Construction payrolls increased 46,000 last month. With 163,000 jobs added, the services sector accounted for the bulk of the increase in employment last month. Retail jobs rose 30,700 and transportation and warehousing employment rebounded after two straight months of declines.

Professional services added 27,000 jobs and government payrolls increased 14,000 last month.

Of course, the conservative agitators will not accept this good news. They keep repeating the debunked talking points that over 94.6 million people are unemployed.

And I will continue to tell you that 1/3 of the U.S. population is either in the iron college, attending high school or college, disabled, retired or dead.

Republicans have not passed any legislation to create jobs. They've shown the world that they're incapable of governing. They won power to just showboat their ignorant agenda.

Newsflash: We have mass shootings in the United States. People are dying because of gun violence everyday. Over 245,000 people have been killed by firearms. We have a large generation of retiring people. We are going through a baby boom. We are having more people quit their jobs in search of better jobs. We have people in college, high school, and vocational school. We have people on disability.

Mark Zuckerberg Gives Away The Fortune!

Priscilla changed him. Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook announced he will donate his most of his fortune to charity. He and his wife are proud parents.

The CEO of social media titan Facebook announced that he and his wife are proud parents of a baby daughter. He also announced that he's giving away 99% of his fortune to charity.

Mark Zuckerberg and Dr. Priscilla Chan announced the birth of their first child, they also announced they'd be giving away 99% of their Facebook stock—worth nearly $45 billion, CNN reports. Zuckerberg and Chan posted an extremely lengthy open letter to their daughter Max on Facebook Tuesday.

Read it below....

Dear Max,

Your mother and I don't yet have the words to describe the hope you give us for the future. Your new life is full of promise, and we hope you will be happy and healthy so you can explore it fully. You've already given us a reason to reflect on the world we hope you live in.

Like all parents, we want you to grow up in a world better than ours today.

While headlines often focus on what's wrong, in many ways the world is getting better. Health is improving. Poverty is shrinking. Knowledge is growing. People are connecting. Technological progress in every field means your life should be dramatically better than ours today.
President Barack Obama holds a townhall with Facebook's CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
We will do our part to make this happen, not only because we love you, but also because we have a moral responsibility to all children in the next generation.

We believe all lives have equal value, and that includes the many more people who will live in future generations than live today. Our society has an obligation to invest now to improve the lives of all those coming into this world, not just those already here.

But right now, we don't always collectively direct our resources at the biggest opportunities and problems your generation will face.

Consider disease. Today we spend about 50 times more as a society treating people who are sick than we invest in research so you won't get sick in the first place.

Medicine has only been a real science for less than 100 years, and we've already seen complete cures for some diseases and good progress for others. As technology accelerates, we have a real shot at preventing, curing or managing all or most of the rest in the next 100 years.

Today, most people die from five things -- heart disease, cancer, stroke, neurodegenerative and infectious diseases -- and we can make faster progress on these and other problems.

Once we recognize that your generation and your children's generation may not have to suffer from disease, we collectively have a responsibility to tilt our investments a bit more towards the future to make this reality. Your mother and I want to do our part.

Curing disease will take time. Over short periods of five or ten years, it may not seem like we're making much of a difference. But over the long term, seeds planted now will grow, and one day, you or your children will see what we can only imagine: a world without suffering from disease.

There are so many opportunities just like this. If society focuses more of its energy on these great challenges, we will leave your generation a much better world.

• • •

Our hopes for your generation focus on two ideas: advancing human potential and promoting equality.

Advancing human potential is about pushing the boundaries on how great a human life can be.

Can you learn and experience 100 times more than we do today?

Can our generation cure disease so you live much longer and healthier lives?

Can we connect the world so you have access to every idea, person and opportunity?

Can we harness more clean energy so you can invent things we can't conceive of today while protecting the environment?

Can we cultivate entrepreneurship so you can build any business and solve any challenge to grow peace and prosperity?
Oprah Winfrey with New Jersey governor Chris Christie, Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Mark Zuckerberg.
Promoting equality is about making sure everyone has access to these opportunities -- regardless of the nation, families or circumstances they are born into.

Our society must do this not only for justice or charity, but for the greatness of human progress.

Today we are robbed of the potential so many have to offer. The only way to achieve our full potential is to channel the talents, ideas and contributions of every person in the world.

Can our generation eliminate poverty and hunger?

Can we provide everyone with basic healthcare?

Can we build inclusive and welcoming communities?

Can we nurture peaceful and understanding relationships between people of all nations?

Can we truly empower everyone -- women, children, underrepresented minorities, immigrants and the unconnected?

If our generation makes the right investments, the answer to each of these questions can be yes -- and hopefully within your lifetime.

• • •

This mission -- advancing human potential and promoting equality -- will require a new approach for all working towards these goals.

We must make long term investments over 25, 50 or even 100 years. The greatest challenges require very long time horizons and cannot be solved by short term thinking.

We must engage directly with the people we serve. We can't empower people if we don't understand the needs and desires of their communities.

We must build technology to make change. Many institutions invest money in these challenges, but most progress comes from productivity gains through innovation.

We must participate in policy and advocacy to shape debates. Many institutions are unwilling to do this, but progress must be supported by movements to be sustainable.

We must back the strongest and most independent leaders in each field. Partnering with experts is more effective for the mission than trying to lead efforts ourselves.

We must take risks today to learn lessons for tomorrow. We're early in our learning and many things we try won't work, but we'll listen and learn and keep improving.

• • •

Our experience with personalized learning, internet access, and community education and health has shaped our philosophy.

Our generation grew up in classrooms where we all learned the same things at the same pace regardless of our interests or needs.

Your generation will set goals for what you want to become -- like an engineer, health worker, writer or community leader. You'll have technology that understands how you learn best and where you need to focus. You'll advance quickly in subjects that interest you most, and get as much help as you need in your most challenging areas. You'll explore topics that aren't even offered in schools today.

Your teachers will also have better tools and data to help you achieve your goals.

Even better, students around the world will be able to use personalized learning tools over the internet, even if they don't live near good schools. Of course it will take more than technology to give everyone a fair start in life, but personalized learning can be one scalable way to give all children a better education and more equal opportunity.

We're starting to build this technology now, and the results are already promising. Not only do students perform better on tests, but they gain the skills and confidence to learn anything they want. And this journey is just beginning. The technology and teaching will rapidly improve every year you're in school.
The Zuckerbergs with their daughter Max.
Your mother and I have both taught students and we've seen what it takes to make this work. It will take working with the strongest leaders in education to help schools around the world adopt personalized learning. It will take engaging with communities, which is why we're starting in our San Francisco Bay Area community. It will take building new technology and trying new ideas. And it will take making mistakes and learning many lessons before achieving these goals.

But once we understand the world we can create for your generation, we have a responsibility as a society to focus our investments on the future to make this reality.

Together, we can do this. And when we do, personalized learning will not only help students in good schools, it will help provide more equal opportunity to anyone with an internet connection.

• • •

Many of the greatest opportunities for your generation will come from giving everyone access to the internet.

People often think of the internet as just for entertainment or communication. But for the majority of people in the world, the internet can be a lifeline.

It provides education if you don't live near a good school. It provides health information on how to avoid diseases or raise healthy children if you don't live near a doctor. It provides financial services if you don't live near a bank. It provides access to jobs and opportunities if you don't live in a good economy.

The internet is so important that for every 10 people who gain internet access, about one person is lifted out of poverty and about one new job is created.

Yet still more than half of the world's population -- more than 4 billion people -- don't have access to the internet.

If our generation connects them, we can lift hundreds of millions of people out of poverty. We can also help hundreds of millions of children get an education and save millions of lives by helping people avoid disease.

This is another long term effort that can be advanced by technology and partnership. It will take inventing new technology to make the internet more affordable and bring access to unconnected areas. It will take partnering with governments, non-profits and companies. It will take engaging with communities to understand what they need. Good people will have different views on the best path forward, and we will try many efforts before we succeed.

But together we can succeed and create a more equal world.

• • •

Technology can't solve problems by itself. Building a better world starts with building strong and healthy communities.

Children have the best opportunities when they can learn. And they learn best when they're healthy.

Health starts early -- with loving family, good nutrition and a safe, stable environment.

Children who face traumatic experiences early in life often develop less healthy minds and bodies. Studies show physical changes in brain development leading to lower cognitive ability.

Your mother is a doctor and educator, and she has seen this firsthand.

If you have an unhealthy childhood, it's difficult to reach your full potential.

If you have to wonder whether you'll have food or rent, or worry about abuse or crime, then it's difficult to reach your full potential.

If you fear you'll go to prison rather than college because of the color of your skin, or that your family will be deported because of your legal status, or that you may be a victim of violence because of your religion, sexual orientation or gender identity, then it's difficult to reach your full potential.

We need institutions that understand these issues are all connected. That's the philosophy of the new type of school your mother is building.

By partnering with schools, health centers, parent groups and local governments, and by ensuring all children are well fed and cared for starting young, we can start to treat these inequities as connected.

Only then can we collectively start to give everyone an equal opportunity.

It will take many years to fully develop this model. But it's another example of how advancing human potential and promoting equality are tightly linked. If we want either, we must first build inclusive and healthy communities.

• • •

For your generation to live in a better world, there is so much more our generation can do.

Today your mother and I are committing to spend our lives doing our small part to help solve these challenges. I will continue to serve as Facebook's CEO for many, many years to come, but these issues are too important to wait until you or we are older to begin this work. By starting at a young age, we hope to see compounding benefits throughout our lives.

As you begin the next generation of the Chan Zuckerberg family, we also begin the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative to join people across the world to advance human potential and promote equality for all
children in the next generation. Our initial areas of focus will be personalized learning, curing disease, connecting people and building strong communities.

We will give 99% of our Facebook shares -- currently about $45 billion -- during our lives to advance this mission. We know this is a small contribution compared to all the resources and talents of those already working on these issues. But we want to do what we can, working alongside many others.

We'll share more details in the coming months once we settle into our new family rhythm and return from our maternity and paternity leaves. We understand you'll have many questions about why and how we're doing this.

As we become parents and enter this next chapter of our lives, we want to share our deep appreciation for everyone who makes this possible.

We can do this work only because we have a strong global community behind us. Building Facebook has created resources to improve the world for the next generation. Every member of the Facebook community is playing a part in this work.

We can make progress towards these opportunities only by standing on the shoulders of experts -- our mentors, partners and many incredible people whose contributions built these fields.

And we can only focus on serving this community and this mission because we are surrounded by loving family, supportive friends and amazing colleagues. We hope you will have such deep and inspiring relationships in your life too.

Max, we love you and feel a great responsibility to leave the world a better place for you and all children. We wish you a life filled with the same love, hope and joy you give us. We can't wait to see what you bring to this world.

Love,

Mom and Dad

Zuckerberg believes that his fortune could help people in need. And I applaud him and his wife for being generous. They feel that they can make a difference to those who are in need.

Of course, many conservatives and selfish rich folks bitch about how liberals want to take money to redistribute wealth.

They want liberal rich folks to shut the fuck up. The conservatives were bitching about Warren Buffet and Bill Gates giving away their fortunes to charity. They believe that liberals are destroying America by asking for the rich to pay a little more in taxes.

Conservatives don't see that the middle class is being wiped away. They too focus on trying to the rich even more richer and the poor even more dependent on the safety net. They will not give a leg up to those who struggled for a piece of the American pie.

The Feds Search For A Loot Stooge!

Someone pulled a b-move on a security company. The feds are searching for a suspect who managed to walk off with $500,000. The suspect came in without a weapon and not a scratch on him.

The feds are looking for the suspect involved in the robbery of an armored truck outside a Detroit casino. The suspect allegedly wore the same gear that the driver was wearing.

The robbery happened in the Greektown neighborhood. The Greektown Casino is located smack dead in the area.

The security guard who operated the truck is certainly going to be fired out the cannon. He will be under federal watch until they can prove that he wasn't an inside man.

The guard said that he was ordered to open the armored truck. The suspect grab the loot and disappeared. The law said that the suspect didn't appear to have a getaway ride in the area.

The truck wasn't supposed to be at the casino. There wasn't a scheduled pickup or drop off.

The suspect got away with over $500K.

I seriously doubt the suspect traveled across the Detroit River to escape the feds. The city of Detroit borders the U.S.-Canadian border.
Loomis will be doing some changes to the policies.
The suspect is described as a black male wearing a Loomis Armored security guard shirt.

A source familiar with the case said the security guard of the armored vehicle thought the thief was a coworker because he was wearing a uniform shirt.

FBI media spokeswoman Jill Washburn said the FBI is investigating, but she declined further comment, citing agency policy.

Something doesn't smell right! To me it smells like an inside job!

Don't you need a badge before you approach an armored truck?

Second don't you have to fill out paper work?

Did the security guard call his supervisor?

Since there was no delivery or pickup, why did the security guard come to the Greektown Casino?

The feds are getting to the bottom of this. That requires the surveillance cameras around the facility, the streets and local businesses.

Somehow you can't just take $500K and not be noticed!

Sheen Doesn't Apologize Giving His Victims HIV!

In 2010, Charlie Sheen found out he had HIV. He had the infamous breakdown during his run on Two and a Half Men. He admits it was an act to disguise the shame of being exposed to the virus.

The highest paid actor in America just confessed to Matt Lauer that he had HIV. Charlie Sheen made a rambling (stuttering) interview to admit to the world he's got the disease and he's being treated for it.

Sheen was high and apparently drunk during the interview. The doctor with Sheen's permission told the junk food media, that he is being treated for the disease and he doesn't have the latent AIDS.

He had admitted that he had unprotected sex while he was being treated for HIV.

He is taking the triple cocktail and admits to having doing it with alcohol.

In the rambling interview, Sheen admits he had HIV since the meltdown that led to his firing on the CBS hit Two and a Half Men. For nearly four years, Sheen knew about it and was ashamed that he had it.

He went through a binge of cocaine, alcohol and prostitutes. He had unprotected sex with a woman who may have had the virus. He admitted that he didn't care. He told his ex-wives Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller about his situation. They agreed to keep it to themselves.

During the three seasons of Anger Management, rumors were going around about the A-list celebrity having numerous flings with women. They were saying that this actor was doing risky things exposing himself to HIV.

At the time, I didn't give two cares about it. I knew that the only celebrities I could think off, Sheen, Eddie Murphy, and Hugh Grant.

The prostitutes were women and transgender. He knew that the day would come when the world would know.

A former porn star was knocked up by Sheen. She had an abortion and told the junk food media that she now has to be tested constantly.

Sheen also admits that he had unprotected sex with numerous women while being infected with the deadly virus. He admits that a prostitute went through his stuff and found the retro treatment in his bathroom.

Sheen admits that he was being exploited by tabloids.

He said that he's been with his family.

Now the social media is buzzing about the controversy. This may be the biggest bombshell in the entertainment industry.

Sheen may face some lawsuits and criminal misconduct charges. He admits that he will face his maker in the wake of his tragedy. He also said that he's been struggling to get back into acting since having HIV. Sheen admits he's battled depression during this period.

Sheen says that he will now "take the high road" to discuss his road to recovery.

No word of comment from producer Chuck Lorrie, former co-stars Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones (from Two and a Half Men) or Shawnee Smith (of Anger Management).

Waka Flocka: Get Me The F**K Off Atlantic!

Waka Flocka is the trap's MVP. He follows politics.

Waka Flocka Flame is a busy man. He's prepping up for the Flockaveli 2 album. But one thing that's delaying the release, Atlantic Records. He's been vocal about the label delaying his album release.

He's temped to buy out his contact.

He's released three mixtapes this year and is temped to release a EP called Flockaveli 1.5 for free on the social nets.

He even teased the stans with the single Blue or Red which was produced by his production team Metro Boomin' and Southside of the 808 Mafia.

Waka's really following the U.S. presidential elections. He's  shown interest in the campaigns of Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. Waka is very active in politics. Seeing that Trump is running for the president, Waka had thought about running for president too.

When the Republicans went through a month of searching for the next House Speaker, he thought it would be cool to be the Speaker of the House. They ended up choosing Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) for their speaker.

Waka also appeared on a local news agitator doing the weather. He was doing a charity concert for flood victims. A South Carolina news channel allowed the entertainer get a crack at the weather.

Earlier this year, MSNBC had Waka on to discuss the University of Oklahoma's fraternity shouting NIGGER in a musical chant.

Waka was beefing with Gucci Mane. Gucci was pissed that his mom, Miss Mizay took control over 1017 Brick Squad when the rapper got caught in a federal case. Gowop is serving a 3.5 year bid in federal time out in Terre Haute, Indiana. They recently just settled their feud.

Ted Cruz: I Rather Have Moderators Like Limbaugh, Hannity And Beck!

The Texas senator lit a fire in the conservatives. When he was asked a question about his opposition to raising the debt ceiling and budget bill, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) said that the question represents why the public (i.e. conservatives) don't trust the media.

That set off a week of concern trolling. They seriously believe that the moderators were bias to them.

Cruz went to that right wing network to talk to the most annoying conservative agitator on cable news. He said that he rather have him. that old fart Limbaugh, that ratface Mark Levin and crazy snot Glenn Beck moderate the next debates.

Cruz said that the RNC must vet moderators. Question them on their voting standings.

This is the aftermath of the CNBC Republican debate. The Republicans once again bitching about the debate rules. They have demands.

They are now feuding with the RNC chief Reince Priebus over how they handle debates. Some of the demands include luxury green rooms, bloviating time and a list of many other concerns.

On Friday, the RNC dumped NBC News from sponsoring a Feb. 26 debate of presidential candidates in the fallout over the debate conducted by media partner CNBC last Wednesday that was roundly criticized by the candidates.

Several campaigns want to change the debate format because of concerns that too many candidates in the crowded Republican field for the party's 2016 presidential nomination are on stage and do not get enough time to speak.

RNC Chairman Reince Priebus cited "bad faith" in announcing the party will suspend its partnership with NBC News for the February debate to be held in Houston. Telemundo and the National Review are co-sponsors of the event.
Will the Republicans bashing of the junk food media backfire?
Priebus told NBC in a letter that the committee wanted to ensure its candidates would be given a "full and fair" opportunity to lay out their political visions.

The CNBC debate in Boulder, Colorado, last Wednesday was designed to be devoted to discussing the candidates' views on how to improve the U.S. economy, but frequently strayed from that theme and the moderators struggled to maintain control.

"While debates are meant to include tough questions and contrast candidates' visions and policies for the future of America, CNBC's moderators engaged in a series of 'gotcha' questions, petty and mean-spirited in tone, and designed to embarrass our candidates," Priebus wrote.

The Republican National Committee, facing growing concerns by some presidential candidates about the format of future debates after last week's contentious encounter on CNBC, has appointed an official to work with the campaigns and TV networks.

An RNC official said on Sunday the committee named its chief operating officer, Sean Cairncross, to help negotiate debate terms with the networks.

Beep....Beep....Beep!

Jeb Bush got roll'd by Marco Rubio.

The aftermath of the Republican debate. CNBC defends its moderators after a handful of Republican candidates went off on them. The Republican candidates claim that the moderators didn't treat them fairly.

Reince Priebus went on that annoying conservative agitator's program to bitch about how CNBC messed up. Now the Republican National Committee officially suspends NBC handling of debates.

I am sure NBC will fire back at the RNC.

They tossed out the media bias bone and now conservatives are extremely livid.

Many agitators in the junk food media (i.e. conservatives) claim that they've proven a point.

Instead of answering the questions, the candidates will deflect from the question to attack the moderator. They believe it's their key to winning the Republican primary. I hear that the Republican candidates want the national party leaders to vet the moderators.

If you can't answer a few goddamn questions, how can you be the President of the United States?

Anyway one candidate didn't speak about the debate. He managed to dodge questions about being on "dire condition". Former Florida governor Jeb Bush is facing harsh criticism. Many believe his debate performance was a disaster. Many believe the Bush was a shoe in for the nomination.

Bush had face self-inflicted wounds and a mighty insurgent Donald Trump. Post debate, I am assuring that Bush is running either ahead of Mike Huckabee or behind Carly Fiorina.

Bush wanted to knock Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) for being an inept lawmaker. Rubio went around and backhanded Bush. They were once friends in the Florida state house. It turns out that the bad blood was spilled on Wednesday night.

Most in the junk food media concludes that Rubio, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Donald Trump survived the cut.

There's going to be another debate on the networks. I can bet you money, they're going to be more attacks at the moderators and more diversion tactics.
Still charting the wrong course, Reince Priebus decides to put NBC on ice. Suspends partnership with Telemundo and NBC.
I hear the calls of boycott.

The concern trolls want to boycott debates sponsored by CBS, ABC, CNN, Bloomberg, PBS, Telemundo and Univision. According to the concern trolls, the networks are liberal. NBC already got hit with a boycott.

If I was the presidents of these networks, I would tell them to "go fuck yourselves".

I would say, "Fine, we'll no longer cover Republicans". Good luck on winning votes. Let the Republicans grant all their debates to that right wing network, Newsmax, The Blaze, Cumulus, Salem Radio and iHeart Media. Let them deal with all the Republican debates.

The executives should ban all Republicans from appearing on their networks. Let them bitch about that. Tell them that you can't be President of the United States if you're constantly complaining about not getting your way.

President Barack Obama faces a barrage of attacks from the junk food media. He brushes it off. Sometimes when gets annoyed with the junk food media, he let's them have it. The junk food media covered Hilary Clinton in a negative light. Benghazi and email server stories were plaguing the campaign. It wasn't her fault that Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) blabbed out the objective.

Since the junk food media is invested in the entertainment concept such as that right wing network, they try to cave to Republicans petty and frankly childish demands.

Donald Trump, Ben Carson, Carly Fiorina, Mike Huckabee, George Pataki, John Kasich, Chris Christie, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, Bobby Jindal, Rick Santorum, Jim Gilmore, Lindsey Graham  and Jeb Bush needs the junk food media more than they need them.

Tragedy In America: The Murder Of Transgender Women!

She had a bubbly smile. Family and friends mourn the lost of Zella Ziona. The young transgender woman was murdered in suburban Washington, DC by a man who had a "gay panic".

I've been really busy over the last few days. I didn't get an opportunity to post much this weekend.

So many things are happening, I couldn't catch up to it. But one thing I've followed is the deaths of transgender women.  This year there have been over 20 transgender women killed in the United States. Most of women were of color.

The names are not known by the junk food media, but many in the LGBT community have encouraged #BlackLivesMatter to rally for their cause.

The junk food media doesn't often talk about their lives. Many would regard them as "men in drag".

Some of these suspects would often have a "gay panic" if they found out their girlfriend was born a boy. Many in the transgender community believe that if you're identified as a woman or a man and you're attracted to the opposite sex, they would consider it heterosexual. Transgender women are attracted to straight men. Transgender men are attracted to straight women. They don't want to be labeled "gay" or "straight" in their relationships. They want to be labeled a "loving couple".

The junk food media doesn't often look at their stories.

Some of the victims were of the stroll. Some men would often pick up ladies and ask them for sexual favors. Many of the women had futures and it's damn shame that these lives were lost.

Let's clear something up. I understand that many in the Black community still have intolerance towards those in the LGBT community. I know that some people love to shame "straight" men who engage in sexual contact with transgender women and gay men. In turn that sparks the gay panic.

A gay panic will result in the "straight" man engaging in a violent act towards a victim because of a purported psychiatric condition called homosexual panic.
The Advocate keeps track of the numerous victims murdered this year alone. These women were murdered because they were transgender.
The gay shame happens when a scorned gay partner wants to expose their straight sexual partner to the general public. In turn, it becomes a gay panic and then turns into a dangerous situation for the person.

A gay panic involves the person who exposed the "straight" partner getting either assaulted or killed by that person. In the Black community, the straight partner will risk their freedom to protect their cred among their fellow peers.

Why they invented the down-low?

Because men who don't acknowledge themselves a "gay or bisexual" have these affairs with women and men outside of their relationships. Some men look at it as "I can have my cake and eat too" theory.

Because they can't hide their passions. All men love sex. Men enjoy the pleasure of being involved in sex with a partner. Regardless of the partner being a man or a woman, the alpha male will satisfy his needs with that person.
The key suspect in the murder of Zella Ziona said that she embarrassed him in front of friends. He claims that he had a "gay panic". This callous murderer is held on murder and possible hate crime charges.
In turn they create the possibility of spreading HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis in the Black community. Most of the times, they refuse to wear condoms and end up having unwanted children or an incurable disease.

They end up having Jerry Springer/Maury Povich moments.

Most celebrities in the Black community typically hip-hop and action movies go forth with the masculinity and a sense of having the baddest bitches at their side. They also rant about weaker men (or perceived gay men) as being "faggots" and "pussies ass Niggas".

Don't get me wrong, what people do in the bedrooms is solely their business.

I have no problem with the LGBT community. They're entitled to live their lives in peace and harmony. They deserve the right to marry. They're not bothering me. So let them celebrate their love in union.
So many names listed. MSNBC's Janet Mock reads the names of transgender women murdered in 2015.
I do have a problem with the junk food media labeling the victims by their birth names. They don't identify themselves as "males". They want to be addressed as women. Will the junk food media respect that?

There were 20 women so far mentioned. Some had managed to attract national attention. Others were swept under the radar.

Here are some of the victims.
  • Papi Edwards,
  • Lamia Bold
  • Ty Underwood
  • Yazmin Vash Payne
  • Taja DeJesus
  • Penny Proud
  • Bri Golec
  • Kristina Gomez Reinwald
  • Keyshia Blige
  • Venessa Santillian
  • Maya Hall
  • London Chanel
  • Mercedes Williamson
  • Jasmine Collins
  • Ashton O'Hara
  • India Clarke
  • K.C. Haggard
  • Shade Schuler
  • Amber Monroe
  • Kandis Capri
  • Elisha Walker
  • Tamara Dominguez
  • Kiesha Jenkins
These women died. Some of the suspects were apprehended. Some cases are still unresolved.

And the most recent murder of a transgender woman has now gotten national attention.

Zella Ziona was from suburban Washington, DC. Her life was cut short after an altercation with a group of teenagers.

"They argued and things happened so fast," the witness, who didn't want to be named, told the station. "I don't know what they argued for."

Her body was found in an alley with a gunshot directly towards her head. The alleged suspect Rico Hector Leblond was sought. According to witnesses, Leblond was pissed that Zella confronted him in front of his friends. Zella was pissed that the suspect spurning her.

The suspect claimed Zella was acting "flamboyantly" around him.

That's no excuse for this senseless act of violence.

The Montgomery County Maryland Sheriff ruled this a homicide and possible hate crime.

Her death would make 21 transgender women of color killed this year alone.

World News Today send our condolences those lost in this senseless tragedy.

A State Of Emergency In The Nation Of Cosby!

Over 50 women came forward. Cosby still denies sexually assault them.

So over 50 women accused the entertainer of sexual misconduct.

There was an explosive interview on Dateline. There were over 27 women who sat with Kate Snow to tell the nation that Dr. William H. Cosby, Jr. is a nasty pervert.

Bill Cosby, the famous comedian and America's day seen his legacy collapse before his eyes.

The guy who told Black men to pull his pants up is caught with his pants down. And now he's facing an embarrassing moment in which all the women who idolized him now scorning him.

He would groom actresses and model at his private home. He would engage in conversation with the women and give them a drink. The drink would have a funny taste in it. After eight hours, you're in his bedroom with no clothes and a satisfied comedian.

When you threaten to tell the law on him, he would cut a $$$$$$$$ check.

I mean he's worth $430 million. From his sitcoms, movies, animations, books, endorsements, and comedy albums, he made millions.

A defamation lawsuit brought against Bill Cosby by three women who say he sexually abused them decades ago can move forward, a federal judge in Massachusetts ruled Friday, delivering a legal blow to the comedian as he attempts to defend himself against accusations of sexual assault by dozens of women.

Over a two dozen women went to NBC to share their horrific experience with America's dad.
The women claim in their lawsuit that Cosby's representatives damaged their reputations by denying their allegations in sometimes disparaging language. Cosby's lawyers had asked the judge to dismiss their suit, arguing that the remarks were personal opinions protected by the First Amendment and legal declarations made in his defense.

But in his ruling Friday, U.S. District Court Judge Mark Mastroianni rejected Cosby's bid to dismiss the case before it ever goes to a jury.

The women — Tamara Green, Therese Serignese and Linda Traitz — have accused Cosby of drugging them and then having unwanted sexual contact with them.

The comments they claim were defamatory range from statements dismissing their accusations as "ridiculous claims" and "absurd fabrication" to longer remarks that sought to discredit the accusers.
Keisha Knight-Pulliam can't defend Bill no more. She sits with celebrity agitator Wendy Williams to discuss the accusations.
"As the old saying goes, 'consider the source," ended one statement that touched on Traitz's criminal and prison record.

In his ruling, Mastroianni rejects Cosby's argument that the statements were legal declarations made in self-defense.

"The court recognizes that some jurisdictions do apply a version of the conditional self-defense privilege, which allows individuals, in certain circumstances, to publish defamatory responsive statements necessary to defend their reputation. However ... such a privilege does not permit a defendant to knowingly publish false statements of fact," the judge wrote in his 38-page ruling.
Malcolm Jamal-Warner said he can't defend Bill.
Telephone messages left for four attorneys who represent Cosby in the Massachusetts lawsuit were not immediately returned. Cosby has a house in Shelburne Falls, in western Massachusetts.

"As we'd expected and hoped, the judge rejected every one of Mr. Cosby's attempts to throw the case out of court and allowed the case to proceed," said Joseph Cammarata, an attorney who represents the three women.

"We will take Mr. Cosby's deposition at the earliest possible moment. My clients look forward to moving the case forward and to restoring their good names and reputations."

"Dateline NBC" aired a special Friday night in which 29 Cosby accusers were interviewed together about their allegations. Cosby has never been charged with a crime and he has denied the allegations.

Cosby was deposed Friday in a Los Angeles case against him. Lawyer Gloria Allred, the defendant's lawyer in that case, said she would speak on the deposition Saturday in Boston. A third lawsuit in also pending in Los Angeles.

Court documents unsealed in July show Cosby admitting in 2005 to carrying on extramarital relationships with several women, including some who accuse him of sexual assault. The testimony added to the unsavory details that have all but wrecked his nice-guy reputation as TV's Dr. Cliff Huxtable and made a mockery of his preaching about decency and personal responsibility.
