President Donald J. Trump began his term with 46% job approval. It was his highest so far. His first term was 43%.

Department of Homeland Security Kristi Noem has a nickname that she not gonna like.

They labeled her the ICE Barbie.

She embarrassingly came to New York City dolled up for an Immigration Customs Enforcement raid. Then she went to Fox and had a clash with Laura Ingraham, one of the propagandists for MAGA and Israel.

Noem, former South Dakota governor was vilified for killing her puppy after it had an incurable disease. she was on the shortlist of DEI picks for vice president. It got passed on to a man who repressed his gayness. A man who called his boss America's Hitler. He also married an Indian American woman. 

Noem faced allegations of adultery with Corey Lewandowski and her godly awful plastic surgery. In 2020, Noem allowed the Sturgis motorcycle rally happen during the COVID pandemic and it killed 2,000 people. 

Noem was told not to issue fireworks during a wildfire warning. She allowed it because of the current president and media personality Mary Hart being total assholes.

Noem has an alcohol problem too.

Noem is banned from 14 tribal reservations. 

Noem also signed off the reestablishment of the Keystone XL pipeline in preparation of Trump's return. The Keystone XL pipeline allows Alberta, Canada oil tar sands ship through tribal sovereignties and water resources for an outsource in Port Arthur, Texas.

The Senate easily confirmed her. Several Democrats backed her. 

The newly sworn leader was late to her swearing in. Vice President JD Vance waited for three hours to swear her in. He got tired of waiting on her so Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas had to swear her in.

So Tom Homan, the border czar and Noem have started the mass deportation which coincide with the infamous Project 2025 that former vice president Kamala Harris warned voters about. 

Trump has now considered overturning former president Joe Biden’s order to reduce occupation of Guantanamo. He wants to put deported individuals in that facility if the U.S. is turned away from countries receiving. 

Trump wants to continue keeping the 40 men who the U.S. claimed were terrorists in permanent custody.

Trump was granted more power to enforce immigration laws.

Congress passed the latest white nationalism based law named after a white woman.

The Laken Riley Act is a United States law that requires the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to detain illegal immigrants admitting to, charged with, or convicted of theft-related crimes, assaulting a police officer, or a crime that results in death or serious bodily injury like drunk driving. The Act also allows states to sue the Department of Homeland Security for alleged failures in immigration enforcement.

The bill was introduced following the murder of Laken Riley by an illegal immigrant, who had previously been cited for shoplifting, on the campus of the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. On January 22, 2025, the House agreed to the Senate’s version of the bill with a 263–156 vote. Trump signed the bill into law on January 29, 2025.

The bill is opposed by organizations including the American Immigration Council, the American Civil Liberties Union, the Center for Constitutional Rights, the League of Women Voters, the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, the Jewish Council for Public Affairs, the National Education Association, the National Organization for Women, the Southern Poverty Law Center, the United Steelworkers, the United Church of Christ, the National Association of Social Workers, the National Council of Churches, the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists, the Center for Law and Social Policy, and the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights.
