We've heard this crap before!
Whenever there's nightclub in an urban area, you're expected to have a large gathering of young adults patronizing the establishment. However, the "rules of engagement" are placed on the window telling certain patrons that these aren't allowed.
It used to be "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service."
With COVID-19, many establishments are enforcing no mask, no entry.
But of course, there's the Black codes.
Have you heard of the Black codes?
Well let me explain to you what the Black codes are! These are laws that were governing conduct of Black Americans. It is also known as "velvet rope racism." It usually involves a predominantly white establishment that enforces a dress code that discriminates against Black and Latino patrons.

Many patrons have sued clubs over these type of codes.
A nightclub in Little Rock, Arkansas had shut down its Facebook, Instagram and Yelp profiles after a person tweeted on social media the club's rules.
With things returning back to normal, many Americans want to experience a night out with friends and family. Going to a bar or a nightclub is something to do when there's nothing at home.
To listen to the latest music, enjoy a couple of rounds and dance until the bar closes is a normal thing for some. Trust me, I was once a bar fly.
Now owners of these establishments want to keep the "ghetto" out of their establishments.
