Something is brewing at Mar-a-Lago and it ain't the coronavirus. The washed up former president Donald J. Trump is supposedly launching a new grift: His very own social media platform. 

Will Amazon, Apple and Google Play allow the app to be on their platforms?

Who cares?

Why the fuck are still giving this guy attention?

It's not helpful that he's still in the junk food media. I guess the more we focus on him, the less we'll focus on President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. I mean the more we talk about this washed up politician, the more free publicity we will give him.

For Pete's sake, dude got $2 billion in free press time during the 2016 campaign.

Trump spokesperson Jason Miller told Fox News on Sunday that the former president would be launching his own network in the coming months.

The unnamed platform would "attract tens of millions" of new users and would "completely redefine the game," Miller said.

Miller added that Trump's been conducting "high-powered meetings" at Mar-a-Lago regarding the latest venture, CNN reported.

The news comes after Twitter and Facebook permanently suspended Trump after his supporters stormed the US Capitol on Jan. 6.

"I do think that we’re going to see President Trump returning to social media in probably about two or three months here, with his own platform," Miller told  Fox News' "#MediaBuzz" on Sunday. "And this is something that I think will be the hottest ticket in social media, it’s going to completely redefine the game, and everybody is going to be waiting and watching to see what exactly President Trump does."

Miller said he was unable to provide much more in terms of details at this point, but he did reveal that Trump has been having "high-powered meetings" at Mar-a-Lago with various teams regarding the venture, and that "numerous companies" have approached Trump.
