A San Francisco Uber driver was assaulted by a woman who refused to wear a damn mask.
This woman is going to be famous for being infamous. Not only she will lose her opportunity to use Uber and Lyft as her service provider, she will likely be losing her job and face criminal charges for the incident.
So Subhakar Khadka, 32 is working for Uber. He is facing the reality of driving as a South Asian in a world where racism is on the rise.
When Washed Up 45 declared the country is facing a pandemic due to the coronavirus, he started blaming the People's Democratic Republic of China. The former president started calling it the China virus and Kung flu.

He called for immigration restrictions and subliminally blamed Asian Americans for the virus making it to the United States.
Since the virus has spread, Americans are blaming Asian Americans for the pandemic and there's been violent encounters towards them.
Khaka is no stranger to this. He didn't think he would experience this type of behavior while doing his job.
So he uploaded a video that shows him picking up three women in Bayview. He immediately saw one of the passengers not wearing facial protection. Uber has enforced a strict facial mask wearing mandate when riding with operators. They take the mandate seriously.
The incident happened on Sunday.

He told her that she would have to wear a mask. She ignored him. He said that he would stop at a gas station and purchase one for her. She ignore him. He said that if you refuse to wear facial protection, he will stop the vehicle and end the ride. So the woman starts getting belligerent. The woman starts screaming, coughing and then grabbing Khaka's phone.
The whole incident lasted less than two minutes but it became a viral example of how Asian Americans are being victims of racial incidents.

The video went viral and the woman shared her thoughts on the incident. She said that she wants to sue Uber and she remains unapologetic about the whole ordeal.
She said that he wanted to live her and her friends in the middle of nowhere.
She ended up closing up her social media after they found her name in the social media.
Now the San Francisco Police are investigating the incident. If she is identified, she could be charged with battery and trespassing. The charges are misdemeanors and she could spent up to six months in the iron college.
