You get tired of this. The cops aren't held accountable for their actions. Two Buffalo, New York cops walk after they nearly killed an activist. |

BE WARNED THE IMAGES AND VIDEOS ARE GRAPHIC!
With the Blogger interface, it is getting harder to make blog posts. I am not kidding.
The way they rolled this interface out maybe the death knell for the once beloved media platform.
I am not going to lie, this is frustrating and I am going to make my postings shorter and quicker now.
I am really getting fed up with this type of justice. The police find it to be open season on Black men and women. It will be a deadly year for law enforcement. Trust me, for every Black man or woman killed by the police, some maniac will take revenge on the police and politicians who support the Blue Lives Movement.
Cops aren't born blue. They are regular human beings with a badge and gun. They have to follow the same rules as the ordinary people. But somehow, murder is only applied to those who kill cops or ordinary people.
I am serious, for every bad cop, there will be a dead cop.
These two dirty cops walk after they assaulted an activist and leaving him for dead. |
The two cops who were seen shoving of an elderly white man leaving him critically injured are walking.
This came in the wake of a protest for an unarmed Black man and the George Floyd protests in the United States. Martin Gugino was seen being pushed back by two cops wearing riot gear. They didn't even give him an opportunity to step back. The two cops brutally shoved him and he landed on a pillar and it fractured his skill. He would be lying in a pool of blood unconscious.
The cops who shoved him were criminally charged with physical assault and battery. The prosecutor who was friendly with the Buffalo Police at the time filed charges against those two dirty cops.
The cops Aaron Torgalski and Robert McCabe are currently in the freezer pending a panel decision on whether they're going to be fired out the cannon for the incident.
Gugino said he doesn't even remember what happened but is blessed to be alive. He didn't expect the cops to treat him like he was a criminal. He wanted to show solidarity to Black Lives Matter.
Gugino has filed a lawsuit against the two cops, the police commissioner, Buffalo's mayor Byron Brown and a third cop (possibly their supervisor).
Brown ordered a curfew around 8pm to disperse crowds gathering in downtown Buffalo. As Gugino was being told to move, the two cops took the demand up to intentional shoving and physical assault.

The charges were dropped and the cops walked. The Buffalo Police Benevolent Association supported the cops and the decision to not criminally charged them.
On June 4, 2020, amid the George Floyd protests in New York state, police officers from the Buffalo Police Department pushed 75-year-old Martin Gugino during a confrontation in Buffalo's Niagara Square, causing him to fall to the ground which left him bleeding from the ear.
Gugino was seriously injured, sustaining a brain injury, and was still unable to walk nearly two weeks later.
He was hospitalized for nearly four weeks.
Governor Andrew Cuomo and the Majority Leader, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) condemned police conduct in the incident.
Former president Donald J. Trump spread false and unfounded conspiracy theories about Gugino in his response to the incident on Twitter.
