Feidin Santana: I Didn't Want The Media To Smear Walter Scott's Name!

Obviously he didn't think he would put a corrupt cop in the county lockup. Feidin Santana got his camera phone out and filmed a North Charleston police officer open fire on an unarmed suspect. The officer could get LIFE or the GAS if the state charges of murder stick.

He didn't want the media to drag Walter Scott's name in the mud like they've done to Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown. The racist right would have certainly took Scott's name and turn it into a political football. The racist right would advocate President Barack Obama, Rev. Perm, Attorney General Eric Holder (and eventual replacement Loretta Lynch), NAACP, and the so-called liberal media as enablers of racial unrest.

Feiden Santana would have ignored the commotion. He knew that all the noise that morning had to be something worth filming. He whipped out his camera phone and recorded former North Charleston police officer Michael Slager engage in contact with Walter.

His video would film Walter escaping a taser shot at him. He would see Slager draw his service weapon. Slager would empty that service weapon and down goes Walter.

This video become national news after Feiden took it to the New York Times.

If he would have taken it to the cops, he probably would have been arrested. They would say that he was impeding on an arresting officer. They would destroy the video or alter the video. They would release to the public segments of it. The junk food media agitators (i.e. the folks of Loserville) will run loops of the video to make the cop look like the good guy.

The racist right websites would find some "evidence" of criminal behavior from the unarmed suspect.

Maybe they would have found Walter smoking a blunt. Walter giving the bird on camera. Maybe he was holding a firearm in his basement. They would have made it all about the Walter and not Slager.

Feiden feared the police retaliation. Most Black folks fear that filming police could get them arrested.

If there weren't people so frustrated with the police in the wake of high profile shootings such as the Michael Brown, Tamir Rice, John Crawford and Akai Gurley controversies, you wouldn't see camera phones being used.

And to make this clear, you are allowed to film police. They may try to "justify" an arrest by saying you're impeding on an arresting officer or disorderly conduct. You can lawyer up and tell the judge that you had a right to film public servants while on duty.

YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO FILM THE POLICE!

"I remember the police had control of the situation," Santana said during the interview (above). "You can hear the sound of a Taser... I believe [Scott] was just trying to get away from the Taser."

Slager was reporting that he had to empty the service weapon after Walter tried to take his taser. According to the police report, he said that Walter was the aggressor. The North Charleston police were going to run with the officer's side of the story.

Feiden was also filming the corrupt officer dropping evidence on a dead body.

Kind of odd, that an officer would drop evidence on the suspect if the report says that he reached for a service unit of the arresting officer!

Dzohkar Got ___________!

BostonSuspect2.jpg
The Boston Marathon bomber Dzohkar Tsarnaev was found guilty of capital murder.

Two years ago, two men wanted to cause mass destruction and death at the Boston Marathon. These two men placed pressure cooker explosives near the finish line. The bombs went off around 2:45pm and 2:53pm.

The bombs exploded. The impact killed three and injured hundreds of people. Krystle Marie Campbell, 29, Lu Lingzi 23, a Chinese national and Boston University graduate student from Shenyang, Liaoning; and Martin William Richard, an eight-year-old lost their lives.

The suspects placed the bomb close to little Martin.

The suspects were Tamerlan and Dzhokar Tsarnaev. These two men who lived in Cambridge were immigrants from Chechen region of Russia.

They were spotted on cameras placing the devices. They ran from the scene.

Within the night, they carjacked a man who was heading to work.

They stopped at a gas station to fill up. The man escaped and told the attendant that he was carjacked. The attendant notified the law.

A campus police officer from MIT was nearby. The officer spotted them in the area. As he approached the vehicle, Tamerlan jumped out and put the slugs in him. The MIT officer Sean A. Collier was killed immediately.

After they bucked the MIT officer. The law started to close in.

Tamerlan decided to go out with a bang. He and Dzhokar went into a firefight with the law.

Tamerlan got served a lead sandwich. He would die in the firefight. Dzhokar was injured.

It took about 15 hours to locate Dzhokar hiding in a man's backyard underneath a boat.

These two had the whole Boston metro area on high concern. They thought that they could cause an act of terrorism. They thought they could get away with murder.

Tamerlan and Dzhokar Tsarnaev were spotted with the backpacks. Inside them were bombs.
Well that proved to be wrong.

Tamerlan met justice in a hail of fire.

Dzhokar met justice at the hands of a federal grand jury.

Today, the surviving bomber was found guilty on all charges of conspiracy, capital murder (police officer and three bombing victims), and using a weapon of mass destruction.

The 21 year old man who's life is in the hands of a jury could face the GAS or LIFE in federal time out.

The experts considered this an act of terrorism. They were upset over the U.S. intervention in Muslim countries. This event was considered one of the worst post 9/11.

The Law Looking For Springfield Ohio Man Who Let His Friends Die In Car Wreck!

Juan Compton (left) and Tristin Sherman (right) killed in crash in Springfield on April 7, 2015. (Photo/Springfield City School District)
Two young adults were killed after their friend drove reckless on Ohio roads.

The night when Angel Rajas drove his vehicle, he may have been under the influence of alcohol.

Angel's night on the town turned fatal for two of his friends. And it seems like Angel's on the run and the Springfield Police, Ohio State Patrol and Clark County sheriff wants him brought to justice.

Tristan Sherman and Juan Compton were killed after Rajas drove on Old Columbus Road in Springfield Township and lost control. He ends up hitting a telephone pole and the car flipped.

Compton aged 21 and Sherman aged 18 were riders in the Mazda that Rajas drove. Sherman and Compton were thrown from the vehicle. They died on impact. Two other passengers, Devan Moore and Ashley Predmore suffer injuries. Predmore was released from the Springfield Regional Hospital and Moore was transferred to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton fighting for his life.
Angel Rojas is wanted in connection with a double deadly crash.
Angel Rajas is a wanted man. U.S. Marshals, OSP, Clark County Sheriff and Springfield Police would like to see this reckless driver locked up.
Sherman and Compton's families were in attendance at a memorial near the accident site.

The families want Rajas to turn himself in. For the sake of his decease friends, he has to turn himself in.

The charges for vehicular homicide is punishable up to 20 years in the iron college. If he's an illegal immigrant he could be deported.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the families of Tristan Sherman and Juan Compton. We wish a speedy recovery for Devan Moore and Ashley Predmore.

North Charleston Officer Charged With Murder! [NSFW]

Police officer off the force and in county lockup. He shot a fleeing suspect in the back and tried to plant evidence. He may have gotten away with it, if it wasn't for them witnesses and those damn camera phones.

Damn, this is getting worse.

Everyone knows that getting a traffic citation sucks. Some believe that the cops are picking on you because you did everything right, but according to the officer, you done an infraction.

Did you know that cops can lie to make an arrest?

Yes. They can and will do so.

The law can lie to justify a pull over, a citation, an arrest or use of force by service weapon or physical restraint.
Evidence drop.
Police brutality is an ongoing issue. Black and Latino men are often looked upon as natural born criminals in the minds of the racist right and the law. About 38% of Black men and 40% Hispanic men all aged 18 - 39 have been pulled over by the law.

The North Charleston Police are doing some major damage control after one of their officers decided to put eight slugs in an unarmed man. It would have been the officer walking free if it wasn't for a witness who filmed the whole ordeal.

The officer who fired on 50 year old Walter Scott of North Carolina is being charged with murder.

He pulled over Scott in his Mercedes Benz. The officer claimed that the suspect was reaching for his taser. The officer was caught firing his service weapon at the suspect fleeing. Then apparently the officer may have tried to plant evidence on the suspect after he was down on the ground.
Corrupt cop Michael Slager got locked up for emptying his firearm on the unarmed Walter Scott.
Michael Slager, 33 was seen shooting the suspect after a confrontation. He didn't realize that a witness was watching the whole ordeal. The officer chases Scott and then fires on him.

Slager and his lawyer claimed that Scott reached for his gun and he felt threatened by the suspect.

But the video contradicts his claim.

Now I am waiting on that bullshit peddler Matt Drudge, the annoying conservative agitator Sean Hannity, racial asshat Colin Flaherty, and smear merchant Charles C. Johnson to slander Scott's name.

The confrontation started when Slager had reportedly pulled over Scott because of a taillight violation. The officer claimed that the taillight was broken. Scott was issued a warrant for child support.

Scott was being chased by Slager in a grassy lot. Slager claimed that he fired his taser on the suspect to restrain him.

Moments later, there's Slager calling dispatch for backup after he reported shots were fired.
Walter Scott had petty criminal charges. It didn't merit in murder.
In parts of the video you see Slager planting the taser next to a nearly lifeless body.

Other claims stated that officers performed CPR and delivered medical aid to Scott, but the video shows that Scott was face down with handcuffs on him. Apparently over 10 minutes pass the first firing. One officer gave aid but didn't do CPR.

Scott had been charged for being a "broke baby daddy".

Conservatives go to town. A man who has multiple children and can't pay for them. He's a "gubmint handout" right? He was the father of four children and didn't have a criminal record for violence.

He was about to get married says the Scott family attorney.

Now in lockup, Slager could face either LIFE in the iron college or perhaps the GAS.

Now I am wondering if FRED 101 or FartDown will find some excuse to denounce this.

FRED 101 are you going to find some excuse to say that Walter Scott caused his own death?

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Walter Scott.

Ben Carson: That Devil Music Keeps Us Blacks Chained Up!

Ben Carson thinks hip-hop is the devil's music.

Okay, Dr. Ben Carson was on a R&B station talking to the host about his potential announcement to run for the Republican nomination. The clown stated that his intentions to run could happen in May.

But in the meantime, he wants to let The Blacks know that he's "one of us".

Like his good buddy, Stephen A. Smith said, "For once, 'US BLACK FOLKS' should vote for a Republican."

But for Carson, he's not even trying to win the young voters. He's pretty much trying to sell the idea of him running to the church going, anti-gay Black folks who voted for Obama but became disappointed when he stepped pass the Black church, and walked into the madrassa.

Attacking hip-hop music is probably not the smartest idea for a Black candidate running for political office.

It makes you sound like Dan Quayle, the former president who served with President George H.W. Bush during the early 1990s.

Quayle and Bush were fired out the cannon after Bill Clinton managed to win over Black folks.

Make sure you visit YouTube to see Clinton playing the saxophone on Arsenio Hall.

Mediaite reports that Dr. Ben Carson stopped by New York’s R&B radio station WBLS on Easter Sunday morning to share the news that he will announce his 2016 plans at the beginning of May. But while was there, the potential Republican candidate also made some comments about hip hop music that are likely to rub people, both in and out of the African-American community, the wrong way.

“We need to reestablish faith in our communities and the values and principles that got us through slavery, that got us through Jim Crow, and segregation, and all kinds of horrible things that were heaped upon us,” Carson said, according to Business Insider. “Why were we able to get through those? Because of our faith, because of our family, because of our values, and as we allow the hip hop community to destroy those things for us, and as we grasp onto what’s politically correct and not what is correct, we continue to deteriorate.”

The assertion that hip hop music stands in sharp opposition to “family values” received some pushback from the show’s host, who told Carson, “When you said ‘hip-hop,’ my antennae went up very quickly, because I said, ‘Wait a minute that sounds like an old argument that they used to make about rock ‘n’ roll/R&B back in the fifties.’ That’s what they used to say.”

In an attempt to better explain what he meant, Carson replied, “When I talk about the hip hop community, I’m talking about the aspect of modern society that pretty much dismisses anything that has to do with Jesus Christ, that’s what I’m talking about.”

Seriously, does he really want to go there?

Apparently, he does!

Dayton Could Put An "I" With U.S. 35!

Interstate 575 traveling through Dayton, Ohio could become a reality.

This normally doesn't come up in the discussion. But sometimes I want to talk about things that I often think about whenever I travel through the rust belt city of Dayton, Ohio.

I had this feeling today about the future of this city. I conclude this area in particular is doomed. I think that Dayton is on the verge of being a "ghost town".

The mayor Nan Whaley is trying to dismiss the notion of Dayton being a "ghost town".

She hopes that the latest developments help bring Dayton back to its glory.

Dayton has recently announced they were developing the Water Street Residential District. It is a mixed retail commerce center that sits on the border of the Great Miami and Mad Rivers.

It is a slow rebound from the failed Ballpark Village and Walmart proposal. Bear Creek Capital was going to develop the area but it turned sour after the economy went south.
Water Street District is being built. But will it bring the people to Dayton?
Crayford Holdings is now in charge of this project. Hopefully this Water Street District will help the city bring in residents. I mean it's risky move, but Whaley and city leaders are hoping for a win.

Dayton is trying to curb the economic losses of businesses closing up, people leaving en mass and the negativity of urban blight.

It lost 30% of its population in the last 20 years. It's population at present time is 137,000 residents.

In its prime Dayton had over 200,000 residents. Once that all this dried up, the people were left without jobs and sense of happiness. So some who could afford the opportunities moved out.

The city has seen a gradual decrease in its population due to the loss of manufacturing, white flight and urban sprawl. The Midwestern city is caught between Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Columbus. These three cities have most of the area's major attractions.
U.S. 35 travels from Michigan City, Indiana to near Charleston, West Virginia. It passes through the Appalachian plateau.
Dayton's basically surviving on the military's continuation of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the mid level services (i.e.the Love's and Flying J truck stops, The Hollywood Gaming racino, and the health care industry).

Dayton's metro area includes its inner and outer suburbs with the addition of Troy, Xenia and Eaton as its extended areas.

I am traveler and love to get around town once in awhile. I like to visit areas in America that are quite unique. My community is no different.

Dayton, Ohio is the county seat of Montgomery County. Dayton is the sixth largest city in the state.

The main highway that travels through it is Interstate 75. It is a major north-south highway that travels from Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan to the suburbs of Miami, Florida. It is one of the many routes that goes toward the Canadian border.

The other interstates are Interstate 70 which doesn't pass through the city and Interstate 675 which bypasses the city.
The Federal Highway Administration has to confirm the U.S. 35 freeway is up to Interstate standards. If the freeway is up to standards, it will be labeled an interstate highway.
The secondary highways are Ohio State Route 4, Ohio State Route 49 and U.S. 35. They are limited access freeways that often have stop lights or stop signs on the pathway.

What determines a controlled access highway from an interstate?

The AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) releases a standards manual called A Policy on Design Standards: Interstate System. For a certain highway to be considered an Interstate Highway, it must meet these construction requirements or obtain a waiver from the Federal Highway Administration.

I had a thought that comes to mind. Could U.S. 35 be designated for Interstate standards?

Ohio residents could petition the state and FHA for 10 miles of  U.S. 35 to be co-signed with a 3-digit interstate highway. If approved by the Ohio Department of Transportation, the proposal would then go to the Federal Highway Administration for final approval.

Could Interstate 575 become a thing here in Dayton?

I believe that Interstate 575 would start from the James H. McGee Boulevard exit to Beavercreek at the North Fairfield Road interchange. Alongside the Interstate it would be co-signed with U.S. 35.

From Beavercreek, U.S. 35 begins it southeastern journey all the way to West Virginia.

Eventually U.S. 35 will be formally developed into a complete freeway with exit ramps and no street level intersections.

BREAKING: Duke Captures NCAA Championship!

The Duke Blue Devils beats the Wisconsin Badgers.

It looking like the NCAA Division 1 champions are the Duke Blue Devils. The men's basketball team managed to survive a hard fought game. They came from the the back to the front. They managed to overpower a strong Wisconsin Badger defense.

At first Wisconsin overpowered Duke. But in the end, Duke managed to secure a strong lead after the Badgers fouled one too many times. They were trailing by ten points before the final five minutes.

I mean this is another win for the Blue Devils. The fifth title for the ACC conference team.

They're partying in Durham tonight.
One extraordinary night.
The 2014–15 Duke Blue Devils men's basketball team represents Duke University during the 2014–15 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. Returning as head coach is Hall of Famer Mike Krzyzewski. The team plays its home games at Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, North Carolina as members of the Atlantic Coast Conference.

By beating Michigan State 81-61 in the Final Four in Indianapolis, the Blue Devils defeated Wisconsin, 68–63 for the championship, won the 5th NCAA championship titles

Congratulations to the Blue Devils and coach Mike Krzyzewski.

Wisconsin was handed another defeat. They lost the Big Ten Championship in football and now the NCAA title game in basketball.

Wondering if they're planning on rioting in the streets. After all, the junk food media will see a bunch of drunken college students and fans rioting as unrest and unruliness.

Will the junk food media call the fans of the Badgers or Blue Devils who may riot after the NCAA title game animals?
