Major League Baseball announced the draft and the All-Star Game are no longer taking place in Atlanta, Georgia. The MLB said that white nationalist Gov. Brian Kemp's attempts at voter suppression play a major role in the decision.

In protest of the Republican-led voter restrictions passed in Georgia, protests are happening. Many are slamming Kemp for pushing legislation based on the big lie.

For the first time in over 20 years, Georgia went to the Democrats. Joe Biden carried the state and Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock took the senate seats giving the Democrats a slim majority. 

Washed Up 45 lost Georgia and Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue both lost their bids to remain in the Senate. 

Now Republicans vow to "correct the error" by passing legislation that makes it difficult for people of color to vote. First they are working on restricting times at polling places. They are forcing people to provide proof of identification to receive a mail-in ballot. They are going to eliminate the early voting days. They are also restricting volunteers from passing out food and water to those waiting in line.

The MLB originally have the All-Star Game in Los Angeles but due to the pandemic, they pulled out. 

Kemp lobbied for the event to be Atlanta. They managed to accomplish this goal.

Now because of his stupid law, the MLB and many events are pulling from Georgia.

Washed Up 45, Republican chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel, Kemp and white nationalists are calling for a boycott of the MLB for pulling. 

Commissioner Robert D. Manfred, Jr. said in a statement that the decision is final.

Kemp salty but not relentling from the voter law he signed.

"I have decided that the best way to demonstrate our values as a sport is by relocating this year's All-Star Game and MLB Draft. Major League Baseball fundamentally supports voting rights for all Americans and opposes restrictions to the ballot box."

Georgia Republicans passed these measures to ensure they'll stay in power for another generation.

Kemp signed the law in a livestream with a handful of Republican lawmakers present. One Democratic lawmaker was arrested after she pounded on the door. 

Washed Up 45 supported the measure. The Republicans call it a "common sense" way to prevent voter fraud. There was no voter fraud or tampering of the ballots in the Georgia race.

Many Republican-led states are trying to pass these laws in the wake of Washed Up 45's loss. They have their motherfucking heads on backwards. It's easy to purchase a firearm in many of these states but if you want to vote, you have to go through hurdles.

President Joe Biden slammed the decision for Georgia to pass this ridiculous law. He said that this legislation is another form of Jim Crow.

Republicans are mad that MLB caved to "pressure." 

Stacey Abrams, a former state legislator turned voter rights advocate was disappointed in the decision for the MLB to pull but understand that this fight is bigger than a baseball.

A California teacher was recorded on Zoom calling a Black child a "piece of shit." 

Now his mother is filing a lawsuit against the school. She said the whole ordeal scarred her child. 

So what happened?

Kimberly Newman, the science teacher for the Desert Willow Fine Arts Science and Technology Magnet Academy in Palmdale, California was caught on a video conference call insulting her student. She didn't realize that her student and his mother Katura Stokes were listening to the whole rant.

So this teacher was making the claim that Stokes and her son were making ridiculous excuses for not getting proper access to the internet. Stokes had to struggle keeping lights on because she lost her job due to the pandemic.

Neither party officially ended the Zoom conference call -- but unbeknownst to Newman, who immediately complained about the student and his mother to her husband. When Stokes heard the remarks, she immediately got her camera to record the audio.

Newman claimed to her husband that Stokes had been avoiding her and only returned a missed call from the teacher by mistake -- an action Newman ultimately equated with the mother's skin color.

"She answered her phone for the first time the entire year," Newman said. "I mean these parents, that's what kind of piece of shit they are."

Newman kept going deeper.

"Two kinds of pieces of shit," she continued. "They're Black, he's Black."

After calling Stokes' son a liar who resorts to make excuses, Neman offered her take about it.

"Your son has learned to lie to everybody and make excuses to be a child," Newman continued. "Since you’ve taught him to make excuses that nothing is his fault. This is what Black people do."

During the rant, Newman also accused Stokes' son of having learned to lie to everybody. The teacher continued, "You've taught him to make excuses that nothing is his fault."

"This is what Black people do," Newman added. "This is what black people do. White people do it, too, but black people do it way more."

Newman was initially placed on administrative leave. She decided to resign instead of facing a cannon firing. Stokes had filed a complaint with the school board and has taken her son out of the school.

"Ms. Stokes is concerned about her son's ability to get a 'fair shake' at school since ... other teachers appear to share similar feelings about he and Ms. Stokes," the lawsuit said.

The teacher has not commented since the video went viral but it appears that she's not going to be able to teach in California if they remove her license.

So here's the blame game. A topic de jour of Journal de la Reyna. The folks often want to point fingers at other entities instead of the person who committed the act. The act is done only by the suspect. 

The attack on the U.S. Capitol claimed the life of a police officer. The man who attacked U.S. Capitol Police was shot and killed. The name of the suspect was revealed. 

The suspect killed U.S. Capitol Police officer William "Billy" Evans after ramming his vehicle into a barrier. Then he exited his vehicle and tried to lunge a knife at the cops. The cops shot and killed him.

Now the FBI and the U.S. Capitol Police are trying to determine whether he was motivated by extremism.

18 year veteran USCP officer Billy Evans was killed by the terrorist when he rammed his car into him.

Acting Capitol Chief Yogananda Pittman said the driver was shot after jumping out of the car with a knife and failing to respond to verbal commands and "lunging" at the officers, Pittman said. The suspect was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead a short time later.

Four senior law enforcement officials briefed on the investigation identified the suspect as a 25-year-old man from Indiana. He was living in Virginia for a few months.

The fallen officer was identified as William Evans, who was known as Billy. Evans was an 18-year veteran of the Capitol Police, and a member of the Capitol Division's First Responder's Unit, Pittman said.

The extent of the injuries to the second officer were not clear. The Capitol Police said in a statement early Friday evening that the officer "is in stable and non-life threatening condition." Earlier, President Joe Biden had said the officer was "fighting for his life."

Pittman said, "I just ask that the public continue to keep U.S. Capitol police and their families in your prayers. This has been an extremely difficult time for U.S. Capitol police after the events of Jan. 6, and now the events that have occurred here today," Pittman said.

Robert Contee, acting chief of the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department, said that his department would take over the investigation. "It does not appear to be terrorism-related," Contee said.

Law enforcement sources said the terrorist recently lived in Virginia. In postings on social media, he let his friends and family know that the past few years have been "tough" and the past few months "tougher."

"I am currently now unemployed after I left my job partly due to afflictions, but ultimately, in search of a spiritual journey," he wrote on his now-deleted Facebook page.

The terrorist's page featured several recent postings that reference the teachings of the Nation of Islam, a Black separatist movement that does not follow the traditional teachings of Islam, and its leader Louis Farrakhan. Nation of Islam has been classified as a "designated hate group" by the Southern Poverty Law Center because of what the SPLC calls "deeply racist, anti semitic and anti-LGBT rhetoric of its leaders."

The postings do not indicate why the terrorist, who is Black, would target the Capitol. He posted about the "end times" in one post, and in another on March 17, warned about the "last days of our world as we know it."

The terrorist's final post on Facebook, from March 21, was a YouTube video called "the crucifixion of Michael Jackson," a 150-minute sermon in which Farrakhan defends Michael Jackson.

Of course, the far-right is obsessed with the race of the suspect and the person who he claimed as a spiritual leader.

The Nation of Islam leader is called anti-Semitic because his sermons are anti-Israel and anti-colonialism. 

He often speaks in tones that are considered controversial. He orchestrated the Million Man March on Washington in 1995 which didn't result in an insurrection to overthrow the government.

The difference is the white president who lost his bid for a second term convinced thousands of his supporters to storm the U.S. Capitol. Their goal was to seriously injure lawmakers and those in the junk food media covering them. Their goals were to destroy the electoral college ballots and deny Joe Biden the presidency. 

So the guy apparently supported the Nation of Islam. So did Farrakhan inspired this man to cause chaos at the U.S. Capitol?

Contee and Pittman said at a news conference about two hours after the attack that the suspect was not someone previously known to their departments. U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland said later Friday that the FBI's Washington field office would be "assisting the Metropolitan Police Department with their investigation of this tragic attack."

The attempted breach happened at the north barricade vehicle access point around 1 p.m. ET, officials said. The Capitol complex was locked down for about two hours after the incident.

Biden ordered flags be flown at half-staff on all federal buildings until April 6 in honor of Evans and the other injured officer.

"We send our heartfelt condolences to Officer Evans’ family, and everyone grieving his loss. We know what a difficult time this has been for the Capitol, everyone who works there, and those who protect it," the president said.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi ordered flags at the Capitol be flown at half-staff in honor of the fallen officer, who she called "a martyr for our democracy."

"May it be a comfort to the family of Officer Evans that so many mourn with them and pray for them at this sad time," Pelosi said.

Congress is in spring recess for the week, so lawmakers had returned home and were not working in the building.

A heavy law-enforcement presence quickly descended upon the complex, including dozens of National Guard troops. Two stretchers were seen being taken out of an ambulance and a helicopter landed on the east front of Capitol.

The U.S. Capitol Police have to deal with another fatal encounter with extremists.

A message sent to congressional offices said, "Due to an external security threat," there was "no entry or exit is permitted at this time. You may move throughout the building(s) but stay away from exterior windows and doors. If you are outside, seek cover."

Security at the Capitol has been heightened with extra safety measures and personnel in place since a mob of Trump supporters stormed the complex during the Jan. 6 electoral vote count before a joint session of Congress.

About 140 officers from the Capitol Police and D.C. Metropolitan Police departments were injured during the assault. One officer, Brian Sicknick, died as a result of injuries during the riot, and two other officers died by suicide in the weeks after the violence.

Again, conservatives and white nationalist Republicans can't claim they're in support of Blue Lives Matter. They don't support police reform, gun control and community focused policing. They only use the banter for political theater. Cause the actions of Jan. 6 already disqualifies their notion they're "backing the blue."

The tears of clowns. The weeper is going at the softball. The two white nationalists are feuding.

Former Republican House Speaker John Boehner is living in the comforts of West Chester, Ohio. He drinks a bottle of scotch, smokes a pack of Marlboro Reds, and weeps whenever he attends a Catholic mass.

Boehner, who once represented the 8th Congressional District in Ohio resigned abruptly. After Pope Francis came to speak in a Joint Session of Congress, Boehner was weeping. Then vice president Joe Biden comfortably embraced the speaker because he was touched by the Pope's hands and speech.

Boehner would resign for a reluctant Paul Ryan to take control. Ryan held the House Speaker post for at least until 2019. He would retire from Congress after he passed that Washed Up 45 tax cut which led to the mess we're in now. Ryan is now a board member at Fox Corp.

Enter the most annoying media personality in the world. He is the most divisive figure in the junk food media. He is a bipolar, mentally challenged airhead who parrots relentless talking points for the Republican Party.

Oh, be he's not a Republican. He's a registered conservative. A registered conservative devoted to Washed Up 45.

After all, they shared Michael Cohen in some fashion.

Cruz and Softball Hannity were not happy about Boehner's tirade against them.

Sean "Softball" Hannity is once again devoting his coverage to President Joe Biden slipping on the stair and parroting Russian Active Measures on his far-right carnival of bullshit.

The softball is not a doctor, not a prosecutor, not a lawyer and not a journalist. He is a mediocre conspiracy nut who claims to be fighting the war against liberalism.

Boehner and The Politico are writing a book on how the Republican Party went from principles to now cult worship of Washed Up 45. Boehner blames "Softball" Hannity for the problems the Republicans are facing.

Boehner praised Rush Limbaugh for being more incline to helping built the Republican Party. 

He said that the softball's blind following to Washed Up 45 made Republicans become more nuttier. He said the party is trending more towards white nationalism.

"Sean Hannity was one of the worst. I'd known him for years, and we used to have a good relationship. But then he decided he felt like he busting my ass every night on his show. So one day, in January 2015, I finally called him and asked: 'What the hell?' I wanted to know why he kept bashing House Republicans when we were actually trying to stand up to [then president Barack] Obama."

The softball replied: "Well, you guys don't have a plan."

Boehner said that the softball whined about how they're not using his advice to win the narrative.

"Look, our plan is pretty simple: we're just going to stand up for what we believe in as Republicans."

"I guess that wasn't good enough for him. The conversation didn't progress very far. At some point I called him a nut. Anyway, it's safe to say our relationship never got any better," Boehner said.

In the memoir, Boehner slams the Republicans. He said the Republicans didn't care about principles. 

He said that they only care about winning elections and they don't seem to care who they put in.

The softball was not happy about Boehner's attack.

But he saved the best for Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX). The former speaker was recording his audiobook when he blasted Cruz on wax.

In leaked audio that you can listen to below, the Ohio Republican departs from his book's text to say: "P.S.: Ted Cruz, go fuck yourself!"

Axios actually reported on the rogue moment in late February, and Boehner blamed it on too much wine in the recording studio.

Cruz referred to Boehner's F-bomb while speaking at the 2021 Conservative Political Action Conference shortly after it was leaked, saying: "He suggested that I do something that was anatomically impossible. To which my response was: Who's John Boehner?"

And to perhaps prove he's not like a regular senator, he's a cool senator, Cruz reacted to the tweet above on Friday with a GIF from "Mean Girls," which we’re sure he thinks is so fetch.

Cruz was most infamous for running out of Texas when they were suffering from a massive winter storm which nearly destroyed the power grid. Of course, Softball Hannity and Cruz aren't concerned with the Texans struggling to keep their lights on. They were obsessed with Hunter Biden's laptop and Andrew Cuomo's sexual harassment of women. 

Softball Hannity has not covered Ted Cruz's name being on Ashley Madison. He has not covered the allegations of sex trafficking from Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL). He has not covered anything negative about Republicans. 

Boehner said that Republicans used to hold principles. Nowadays, they'll put anything in if it claims to be a Republican.

The teary eyed Boehner is right. His party is a bunch of white nationalists. He should know, he enabled it by listening to Softball Hannity, Joe The Plumber, Ted Nugent, Herman Cain, Michele Bachmann and Sarah Palin. They all paved the way for Washed Up 45 to become the president.

The Bronx-native rapper DMX is reportedly in grave condition after suffering a drug overdose that led to a heart attack. The 50-year old rapper known as Earl Simmons has been struggling with drug abuse for years and went to rehabilitation and Dr. Phil to get help.

The entertainer who is affiliated with Ruff Ryders led Def Jam through the 1990s with his hit album "It's Dark and Hell is Hot" which went four times platinum. He quickly released Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood that same year.

DMX was controversial during his time.

I remember going to see him along with Jay-Z, Method Man, Redman and Ja Rule at the Hard Knock Life Tour when it made a stop to Dayton in 1998.

But in 2000, DMX, Eve, The Lox, Swizz Beatz, and Drag-On skipped Dayton. The Ruff Ryders and Cash Money Records were doing a collaboration concert and they were supposed to stop in Dayton. 

Cash Money Records performed their usual hits. Lil Wayne, Juvenile, B.G., Turk, Birdman and Mannie Fresh did perform their hits and held the set for 50 minutes. But waiting on DMX, Eve and The Lox took three hours before the announcement they weren't performing. 

It appears that DMX was too busy getting high before performances. 

He admitted he has used cocaine, opioids and heroin. 

He is the father of 15 children.

The rapper was at home when family members saw him unconscious. The rapper apparently overdosed and it triggered a heart attack.

The city of Dayton approved the naming of a portion of Hillcrest Avenue to the R&B/funk band The Ohio Players. The Ohio Players is a nationally known funk band who had scored chart topping hits in the 1970s.

Surviving members of the Ohio Players come to Dayton to celebrate a honorary street naming.

The most known hits are "Love Rollercoaster", "Fire," "Funky Worm," and "Free". 

The group was formed in 1959 as the Ohio Untouchables before they reformed the group and started releasing a funky kind of sound in the 1970s as the Ohio Players. 

The group was best known for having nude models pose on their album covers.

Outgoing mayor Nan Whaley and the city commission approved the naming of Hillcrest Avenue from the cul-a-sac to Riverside Drive as Ohio Players Way.

The group continues to perform to this day. With the global pandemic hammering live concerts and events, the Ohio Players have done tours virtually as well.

But today, the surviving members came to the unveiling of Ohio Players Way.

"I live here in the city. I was born and raised here. I continue to live here ... This is home. And to be recognized at home? What else can you ask for?" said James "Diamond" Williams.

Dayton is known for bring funk to the nation. There were some notable talents that came from the city.

While some of them have moved from Dayton, faded out of the limelight and passed away, the city hopefully will give them the recognition for their achievements.

This rust belt community needs a boost.

Not much is known, but apparently the U.S. Capitol Police confirm that two of their officers were injured after a vehicle rammed into them. One suspect was apparently shot.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Mayor Muriel Bowser, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) were notified of this incident. The U.S. Capitol is on lockdown due to this incident.

There were unconfirmed reports that a shooting occurred on the grounds of the Capitol. 

"USCP is responding to the North Barricade vehicle access point along Independence Avenue for reports of someone ramming a vehicle into two USCP officers. A suspect is in custody. Both officers are injured. All three have been transported to the hospital."

This comes three months after a horde of Washed Up 45 supporters storming the U.S. Capitol and attempting to cause a sedition. Those who committed those actions were caught on camera and shared their crime on social media.

The U.S. Capitol Police have recommended that the U.S. National Guard and heavy fencing remain for the foreseeable future.

Republicans have denounced the fences as well as the metal detectors being placed near the chambers for both the House and Senate.

The extremist threat from the far-right is very real. Since Washed Up 45's loss, the far-right and many agitators from Fox News, Newsmax, OANN and social media have continued to stroke tensions.

The fifth day of trial for the former Minneapolis cop who placed his goddamn knee on the neck of George Floyd. It will be a short day for the prosecutors because it's approaching Easter weekend. The court will hold trial fully on Monday.

With the tensions high, Americans are going to see whether this dirty cop will be found guilty of murder in the second and third degree.

Yesterday's coverage was emotional. The prosecution rollout never before seen footage from the body cameras and the Cup Foods store where Floyd purchased cigarettes. They had an opportunity to talk to witnesses who saw the dirty cop using his goddamn knee to restrain Floyd.

We heard from his then-girlfriend Courteney Ross. She made an emotion testimony and told the court that she and Floyd both had an issue with opioids. The prosecutors are trying to paint a human face on the victim to deflect the defense and far-right's attempt to paint Floyd as a no good criminal who deserved his fate.

The court hears from witnesses who believe the dirty cop lied about what happened.

This case has gain international attention. To watch a man be lynched in real time is heartbreaking.

No matter what the fuck Floyd did in his past and present, doesn't merit the actions of this dirty cop.

Far-right agitators like Candace Owens are shielding white nationalists. She has went as far to say that the cop's knee on the neck didn't cause his death. She believes drug abuse and his own reckless actions led to his death.

My god, I hope Twitter and Facebook permanently bans her. It's getting really old to hear that "stork neck" token defend that horrible action.

The trial will likely wrap up by 1pm (12pm Central).
