I guess them nights are going to get colder at Sean "Softball" Hannity's home. It seems like the love is gone between the annoying agitator and his wife Jill Rhodes-Hannity. She packed up and left his annoying ass.

I know how you feel, Jill.

He is a humongous pain in the ass. He spends about 90% of his right wing carnival and nightly shitshow complaining about Hillary Clinton and the so-called Deep State in order to distract American from the incompetent president.

The two had been separated for over a year now but finally acknowledged the two are no longer married. I guess after 2018's shocking revelation, Jill may have decided that "Softball Season" is over.

The agitator appeared at Fox News and conservative events without his wife. That fueled rumors of two coming to split.

You may have remembered the shocking announcement of Michael Cohen. The former lawyer and fixer for Trump had Elliott Broidy and "Softball" Hannity were also his clients. After 20 years of listening to his nonstop bullshit, I guess she gotten tired of it.

I mean the children are adults and he's got homes in New York and Florida. He makes over $36 million in revenue and is the most watched agitator in cable news.

I'm not a doctor but he seem like a person with hyperactivity and bipolar disorder.

At least Softball Hannity has love for Hillary Clinton.

When asked about the divorce, the two released "separate statements."

This agitator built his empire on divisiveness. He built his fortune on America's bigotry and hatred of change. He is an example of the "red hot" rhetoric going on in the country. He has been on radio for over 30 years and television for 21 years promoting "conservatism."

Hannity is a mixture of Trump, Rush Limbaugh, Alex Jones, Mort Downey, Jr., Bill Cunningham and a greased up pig. He is by far the most successful radio host in the United States.

Hannity claims he is a humble man who cares about the so-called forgotten man and is devoted to helping Trump succeed. Hannity takes home $36 million on television and $15 million on radio. Estimate value of $51 million.

These suspects are facing criminal murder charges in the death of George Floyd.

It was announced today, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison had indicted the four former Minneapolis Police officers responsible for the death of George Floyd.

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison announced he will indict each suspect with murder and complicity charges.

They also have issued a criminal complaint against the department for possible violations of civil rights. The city of Minneapolis welcomed the investigation. Gov. Tim Walz has issued another curfew for the Hennepin County and Ramsey County. Those counties are home to Minneapolis and St. Paul, respectfully. Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey and St. Paul's Melvin Carter announced they will work with the community to change policing in the cities.

The AFL-CIO has called for the resignation of the controversial POF president Bob Kroll after he posted inflammatory remarks about George Floyd and Black Lives Matter. Kroll is a staunch supporter of Donald J. Trump.

The names of the individuals will only be named once on this posting.

Thomas Lane - Complicity to second-degree murder, failure to render aid, falsifying records and unbecoming of a peace officer.

J.A. Kueng - Complicity to second-degree murder, failure to render aid, falsifying records and unbecoming of a peace officer.

Tou Thao - Complicity to second-degree murder, failure to render aid, falsifying records and unbecoming of a peace officer.

Derek Chauvin - Second-degree murder, felonious assault with reckless intent, falsifying records, unbecoming of a peace officer. He also faces manslaughter.

The charges of complicity are 40 years in the iron college.

Any murder charge in the first or second degree are 15 to LIFE in the iron college.

The four cops were indicted by the state. The county earlier had charged the main cop with third-degree murder. Ellison had bumped the charges up due to the video evidence and the remarks of the former cops warning the suspect that Floyd wasn't breathing.

For nine minutes, the dirty cop had his knee on the neck of George while he was crying in pain and begging for them to ease up. He was repeatedly telling them "I can't breathe" and he was calling for his mama while this dirty cop kept pressure on him.

They are being held in isolation at the Hennepin County lockup due to a confirmation they were exposed to COVID-19. The junk food media said that George died of a heart attack through asphyxiation and had tested positive for the coronavirus.

At the press conference, Ellison thanked the public for giving him time to bring charges.

"I asked for time for to us to review all the evidence. The investigation is ongoing at this time. I know it's asking a lot of people to give us time and yet we did get that time."

"Together, a very strong experienced team, we reviewed the evidence and we have something to announce today."

Roxie Washington had to tell her daughter Gianna Floyd that her daddy went to heaven.

The charges he announced today at 3pm (CST) came a huge relief to the family of George Floyd.

They have said this is a "bittersweet moment." They wanted to have that dirty cop hit with first-degree murder.

Ellison added, "Thank you for your patience fo the people they've shown me in the pursuit of justice."

Hennepin District Attorney Mike Freeman took himself off the case after backlash. Ellison took over and promises a fair trial for the four suspects. He said that it's going to be a challenge that he's willing to take to task.

It was revealed that two of these dirty cops had history with excessive violence. The one who killed George was involved in a police shooting of Ira Latrell Toles in 2008, Toles was wounded by that dirty cop and survived his injuries. Then in 2011, the dirty cop shot a fleeing suspect. Leroy Martinez was shot and injured after he fled an arrest.

The other cop who was filmed in the video had a complaint of excessive force in 2017. The city of Minneapolis settled with a man after that dirty cop punched his teeth out.

The reason for the dirty cops to come to the scene was a store owner calling the law on a man trying to pass off a phony $20 bill.

The dirty cop was pressed on the neck while these three were restraining him.

Moments after the video went viral, the chief of police Medaria Arradondo fired them out the cannon.

It started a week of unrest in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Soon it became a global protest against police brutality, racial profiling, stereotyping and the status quo.

Retired NBA star Stephen Jackson holds Gianna in support of her dad. The 6-year old girl said "Daddy, changed the world."

Black Lives Matter soon began peaceful protests across the city. Some (likely white extremists) started the unrest and it soon became the "vandalizing, looting and rioting" theme of the junk food media.

The protests have forced mayors in most major cities to issue curfews to deter violence between protesters and police.

The funeral for George Floyd will be held in Houston, Texas. His body will be traveling from Minneapolis to Fayetteville, North Carolina and soon to Houston.

The Republicans Are In A Desperate Search For A Convention Home!

Trump and North Carolina's governor Roy Cooper don't see eye to eye. The Republicans pull out of Charlotte.

Republicans are scrambling for a new place to host their convention after the spat with North Carolina's governor Roy Cooper. Organizers of the Republican National Convention said Tuesday they will begin the search for another venue.

The 2020 Republican National Convention is being held in Charlotte this summer. Trump wants a packed house. But thanks to his failure to control the coronavirus from spreading from coast-to-coast, many governors are concerned that money and resources will be wasted on protecting Trump, Mike Pence, Republican leaders, celebrities and visitors.

The U.S. Secret Service had already spend time and resources to maintain a safe event in Charlotte.

If the Republicans pull out of Charlotte then they'll be left with two options:

Find a community that's willing to take it in.

Columbus, Ohio, Dallas, Texas, Kansas City, Missouri and Tampa, Florida are considerable venues but will the governors and mayors accept the Republicans request?

Governors in Tennessee, Florida and Georgia are interested in rounding up a convention.

I am guessing that Tampa is the second choice given that in a few months, the city has to figure out how to shut down roads, provide protesting safe areas, shutdown airspace around the venue and handle the overtime.

Trump and Rona McDaniel are desperate for a venue regardless of the pandemic.

Cooper said that the venue can move forward but it will not have a large-scale attendance. Trump was pissed about the decision to scale back. He called the governor a flake and said that he's no longer interested in Charlotte. He said that the money and resources Charlotte could had is gone.

Trump is in dire need to keep North Carolina. The state went to him in 2016. He has a 3 point lead in the state. Sen. Thom Tillis (D-NC) is facing a tough competitor in Cal Cunningham.

Tillis, Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA), Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME), Sen. Martha McSally (R-AZ), Sen. Cory Gardner (R-CO), Sen. Doug Jones (D-AL) and Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT) will face challenging opponents. The Republicans have to lose four seats in order to lose the majority.

If Donald J. Trump loses the general election, then Democrats can have control of both chambers and the power to swing the Supreme Court. If Trump wins reelection but looses Congress, he will have to work with Democrats in order to get his Senate confirmations and Supreme Court nominees.

Minneapolis Police Union Prez Is A Racist!

Dirty cop under investigation. The FOP Union President Bob Kroll is facing scrutiny over comments about George Floyd and the Minnesota state authorities are looking into his previous encounters with residents.

The governor of Minnesota Tim Walz has ordered an investigation into the city of Minneapolis Police Department. He said the police department may have violated the civil rights of its residents.

He said that an inquiry going back 10 years will determine if there's officers who abused their authority towards people of color.

The Minnesota Department of Human Rights will launch an investigation into the Minneapolis Police Department after filing a civil rights charge related to the death of George Floyd, who died while being pinned to the street by police last week.

The so-called, "COPS FOR TRUMP" police union president is under fire.

Bob Kroll is facing calls to resign after he called George Floyd a "violent thug criminal" in a letter to the Police Officers Federation of Minneapolis members.

Kroll claimed that he and over half of his board members were involved in police shootings but "didn't have problems" with PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder).

Kroll did not immediately respond to a request for comment Tuesday. Kroll has been an outspoken critic of the city's liberal leadership, which he faults for being anti-police and holding back on needed resources and manpower. In a letter to the rank-and-file, he blasted the city's handling of the riots following Floyd's death, saying officers had been made "scapegoats" for the continued violence.

Kroll was under fire from two of the state's largest labor organizations. Education Minnesota and the state AFL-CIO called for his resignation.

Meanwhile the City Council issued a joint statement welcoming the state scrutiny. In a news conference Tuesday afternoon, council members presented a wide range of ideas about how they hope this investigation could help reform the police department.

Some want to defund the department quickly, though others prefer to take a longer approach, soliciting more community input before drastically overhauling the force.

In a letter released Monday, Kroll described protesters demonstrating over Floyd's death as terrorist and criticized the city's politicians for not sanctioning greater use of force against them in a letter to union members.

Kroll's was on local radio talking to an agitator. He called the mayor and city council a bunch of pussies and ungrateful to the police.

"The first thing we said was OK, let's see the budget, let's see the city budget. And guys they're pissing away, millions and millions of dollars to projects," Kroll said.

"Like you know, they're giving $15,000 a year to the transgender coordinator of the city."

He was referring to the city paying a worker who is transgender.

He was complaining about Terrance Franklin, a former Minnesota Viking who was Tased by the Minneapolis Police at a bar. The city settled out of court with the football player.

"They just paid a former Minnesota Viking $385,000 in an out-of-court settlement because he was tased when he wouldn't leave a bar. The cops tased him. You're giving away money left and right in lawsuits, and you  want us to take a bath? So forget it," Kroll said.

The state is investigating an incident where a woman recording the police storming down a residential street being pelted by paintballs while on her own porch.

There's a lawsuit underway from a dozen or so residents who felt the Minneapolis Police violated their civil rights.

Biden's sweeping primary victories came from African American voters.

Democratic presumptive nominee Joe Biden managed to sweep another round of victories.

Biden won the state of Oregon on May 19, 2020 with 66% of the vote. His opponent Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) who suspended his race only managed to maintain 21% of the vote and the remaining obtained the 17% of the vote.

Biden won the state of Indiana on June 2, 2020 with 83% of the vote. Sanders got 9% of the vote and the remaining candidates only won 10% of the vote.

Biden won the state of Maryland on June 2, 2020 with 89% of the vote. Sanders won 8% of the vote and the remaining candidates won 3% of the vote.

Biden won the state of Pennsylvania. A huge delegates so far are awarded to the candidate who got the most in polling. On June 2, 2020, Biden won 81% of the vote. Sanders won 16% of the vote and the remaining won 3% of the vote.

Biden won the state of Rhode Island. On June 2, 2020, Biden carried the state with 63% of the vote while Sanders won 30% of the vote and the remaining candidates won 7% of the vote.

Biden won the state of Montana. On June 2, 2020, Biden carried Montana with 76% of the vote. Sanders only managed to win 14% of the vote. The remaining won only 10%  of the vote.

Biden won the state of New Mexico. On June 2, 2020, Biden carried New Mexico with 73% of the vote. Sanders only carried 16% of the vote while the remaining won 11% of the vote.

Biden won the state of North Dakota. Biden won the state with 78% of the vote. Sanders only carried the state with 22% of the vote. The remaining had less than 0.02% of the vote.

With unrest in Washington, DC, the results were calculated as of yet. It's likely that Biden will carry the state overwhelmingly.

Tonight was "Mail-In 'Super Tuesday.'"

Biden has built a solid lead over Sanders in the overall pledged delegate count, but voters in more than three dozen states and territories have yet to head to the polls to cast their primary election ballots.

Right now, Biden is considering a female running mate. This matters a lot. Many progressives and moderates are concern that he may pick a candidate that could be a flaw. Trump has already been on a campaign to tarnish Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), Rep. Val Demings (D-FL), Stacey Abrams and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA).

Now I don't have much to say about the women but I'll feel comfortable if he picks Demings, Harris or Whitmer. But if he choose a female running mate, she must be ready for the onslaught of sexism, racism, psuedo-nationalist attacks and gaffe counters.

Biden should have 1849 pledged delegates. Sanders should have 1020 pledged delegates.

Embattled Republican Congressman Steve King of Iowa falls to Randy Feenstra in the Republican primary.

The Associated Press declared the Feenstra, an Iowa State Senator from western Iowa beat the long-term incumbent. He bested King, Steven Reeder, Bret Richards and Jeremy Taylor.

He will face off against Democratic nominee J.D. Scholten, King's former opponent in the general.

Scholten ran unopposed in the primary.

Randy Feenstra will face off against Democrat.

"I am truly humbled by the outpouring of support over the past 17 months that made tonight possible and I thank Congressman King for his decades of public service." Fennstra said. "As we turn to the general election, I will remain focused on my plans to deliver results for families, farmers and communities of Iowa. But first, we must make sure this seat doesn't land in the hands of Nancy Pelosi and her liberal allies in Congress. Tomorrow, we get back to work."

When King won his reelection, the Iowa congressman threw his support towards white nationalist leaders and far-right extremists.

"White nationalists, white supremacist, Western civilization -- how did that language become offensive?" He later said his comments were taken out of context.

Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) stripped King of his committee assignments. This month, McCarthy was considering giving him back his committee assignments.

Feenstra was also the treasurer of Sioux County from 2006 to 2008. While serving in the Iowa senate, he worked for ISB Insurance in Hull and was adjunct faculty at Dordt University since 2001.

Fennstra supports Gov. Kim Reynolds and Donald J. Trump's controversial agenda. He says that he supports building the border wall, defending the Second Amendment and protecting "Religious Right" values.

King was often a controversial figure on Journal de la Reyna. Me and LeReyna have talked about his dirty ass for years. He was often associating Black people to animals whenever there's unrest in America. He is a typical concern troll when it comes to "whitesplaining."

J.D. Scholten will face off against a Republican shithead.

He tried to troll Democrats at the State of the Union in 2019. He invited Black fascists Diamond & Silk to the hear Trump's address to the nation.

King was a birther. He hated Muslims, immigrants, those in the LGBTQ community and had a constituent hand him a Confederate Flag.

Steven Arnold King is an American politician and former businessman. He is an avowed white nationalist who is currently the Republican congressman from the 4th Congressional District in Iowa.

King represents Sioux City, Ames, Fort Dodge, Carroll and Kiron.

Now that King is out of the race, the Republicans will likely hold on to the seat. But who knows what could happen?

We have a global pandemic, an economic crisis, civil unrest and the entertainment industry shutdown.

Good thing toxic waste is disposed of properly. Steve King would be better a toxic waste dump.

The White Knight Is Looking At The King!

The controversial activist Shaun King is being hammered once again for his latest fundraising in the wake of the Geroge Floyd and Breonna Taylor police killings.

Before the Floyd protests started picking up steam, King was under scrutiny from former partner Benjamin Dixon. The two are leftist agitators who supported Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and started whisper campaigns against Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Pete Buttigieg, Michael Bloomberg and Joe Biden.

The two are insufferable assholes and do not represent Black Lives Matter in any form or fashion.

The two had a biter fallout. Kind of like Deray McKession's controversial Medium posting detailing King's ambitions and failures to deliver.

Dixon said the same happened to him. He also left a warning to Black America who still supports King's "activism" for people of color. Dixon said, "watch your wallet and don't expect him on the frontlines."

The Daily Beast's Kail Holloway had a report on the two launching The North Star, a publication that was based on the abolitionist Frederick Douglass.

The organization was proudly supported by scholars, entertainers, athletes and supposed to be a news and entertainment network. Well The North Star is on the backburner.

Sigourney Weaver, Brene Brown, Robert Smith, Susan Sarandon, Michael Eric Dyson and Megan Mullally chipped in a few thousands to help their organization get off the ground.

The Daily Beast said that 14 months later, almost none of what King promised to build has appeared and the site has struggled with issues that alienated many subscribers. The headquarters and television studio shuttered last year and all the employees of the Atlanta bureau were laid off.

The mobile app disappeared and there's not many updated articles in regards to the recent times.

Some of the former employees who worked under Dixon and King said anonymously, "King was hustling hard and leaving them out in the cold."

They said the issue with King's over-ambition than his absenteeism., insistence on absolute control, and radical incompetence led to the downfall of The North Star. They said he had little interest in feedback from staffers he had ostensibly brought on for their lengthy resumes and media experience, despite his own lack of the same. Two iterations of broadcast news shows were scrapped, and their staffs and hosts fired, before they ever aired, and Dixon was pushed out even as money poured in and the site remained underpopulated.

Shaun King's support of Bernie Sanders was controversial. He was spreading fake stories about Sanders' rivals.

They added, that King's prominence as a surrogate to Sanders both in 2016 and 2020 was also controversial. King's advocacy for Sanders came at the expense of Democratic candidates who sought the nomination.

King was feverishly pushing hard on Biden's senate record, his touching of people and Tara Reade.

He also shared controversial videos of people of color being killed by the cops and vigilantes.

King claims credit for bringing Ahmaud Arbery's killers to justice. He shared the video of one of the killers filming the encounter with the father and son who killed him as he was running away from them.

King also was responsible for outing the people who attended the Unite The Right rally. The folks who were responsible for violent clashes with counter protesters had given King credibility. He would often post images of individuals who attended the event engaging in violent acts. He managed to get over 20 individuals caught. He also played a role in the white terrorist who used his car a weapon to kill activist Heather Heyer.

King had made some serious errors last year. He fingered the wrong folks in many of his "call to arms." Last year a young girl who was shot by a motorist in Houston was fingered as a white man.

The junk food media even went as far to accuse an innocent man who matched the description as the suspect. It turns out that the suspects were Black and they somewhat knew the victims. King never apologized for pushing that out.

Black women, Black queers and former co-workers have said that King inflated, mismanaged or failed to account for the funds he's raised for various social-justice causes.

King's former allies are blocked from his social media. Anyone who dares call him out is blocked.

It also brought into question King's "Blackness." In a lengthy post, King claimed that he was a child born of a White mother and Black man.  He said his mother had an affair with a Black man and his dad took him as his own.

But even I'm starting to question his "Blackness."

For one, he is not Shaun King. He is born Jeffery Shaun King a 40-year old American writer, civil rights activist and co-founder of Real Justice PAC. He was born in rural Versailles, Kentucky.

He claimed that he was a victim of racism.

He is a graduate of Morehouse College and Arizona State University.

King continues to deny he's white.

He is a celebrity among social media. He has 1.1 million followers. Years before he had over 2 million. He is also an ordain pastor.

The gay fascist Milo Yiannopoulos questioned King's race in an article for Breitbart and it listed his birth parents as white. King maintains that he's biracial and his father was not white.

He is married to Rai King and has five children.

Rai even admits that King is white but no one seems to care other than the folks who were scammed, defrauded and angered by his actions.

Trump declares himself a man of the people.

Donald J. Trump had ordered Attorney General William Barr to evict protesters from St. John's Church. The controversy started when the Washington, DC Metro Police Department, U.S. Park Police and U.S. Secret Service deployed tear gas near protesters a full hour before the curfew.

The launch of tear gas cleared a path for Trump, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany and White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows to head to the church for a photo op.

Trump stood in front of the church holding a bible. He went to the church after he found out that protesters set fire to the historical church.

The move was condemned by the Democratic Party, faith leaders and some Republicans.

Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) condemned Trump.

"If Donald Trump wants to gas someone next time, start right here," Booker said, as he thumped his heart. "If he wants to shoot somebody with our federal officials, with rubber bullets, start right here. If he wants to trample them with horses while they peacefully assemble, come to this body."

Biden condemns Trump's stunt.

Booker spoke at a news conference shortly before Senate Democrats called for a vote on a resolution condemning Trump for "violating the constitutional rights of those peaceful protesters."

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) blocked the resolution. McConnell said it failed to deal with the two issues Americans want addressed: racial justice and ending the riots.

Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic nominee has spoke today condemning Trump's act.

We should call it the religious right. Or perhaps the white identity movement. That's what it should be called because these are the folks who are pushing for staunch rules on abortion. They're the ones who support Israeli apartheid in the Gaza Strip and occupation in the West Bank.

The protests are expected to be large tonight.

The curfew will be activated in Washington, DC at 7pm. The mayor Muriel Bowser has ordered protesters and non-essential workers off the streets. The city exempted anyone living in the city who's going to cast their vote in today's mail-in primary.

The border wall got nothing on this fence that was placed near the White House.

The District of Columbia, is a federal district which co-exists with the city of Washington. The population of the federal district is 721,000 residents. The District of Columbia is similar to the U.S. Territories in federal representation. It has one U.S. Representative who is a non-voting delegate.

The residents of Washington, DC are allowed to vote in their primaries. They are allowed to vote in the Presidential Election thanks to the Twenty-Third Amendment of The U.S. Constitution. The district has three electoral votes and is the only non-state to have right to vote for president.

The U.S. territories of American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands can vote in their party primaries for the nominees for president and delegation but are not allowed to vote for president.

That issue will be brought to attention when Joe Biden is certified the nominee.

The white socialite was "alarmed" that the young Black woman was sitting "comfortably" in her neighborhood.

When the NYPD came to the scene, they talked to the women and there were no arrests or summons.

Black healthcare worker said that she was offended by the white woman calling the law on her.

But the video went viral after she sent it to social media.

The white socialite can be heard telling the law the woman "is playing the Black card" during the hour long confrontation. She also asks her to walk to the police station together.

The socialite owns a restaurant in the area.

The ordeal was insulting. She claims that she was shaking because she was pregnant.

The husband was the former president of a Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Manhattan.

White socialite is married to an older man who owns car dealerships in New York City.

Only a few weeks ago, a Minneapolis white man called the law on a group of Black men at a gym inside a luxury office building.

And of course, the New York City woman who called the law on a birdwatcher who only told her to not scare the birds.

Is leftist Van Jones going to blame Hillary Clinton for the actions of a white woman or will he wake the fuck up and understand that Donald J. Trump has been the problem all along?

What Happened To Messiah Young And Taniyah Pilgrim?

Black couple Tased by Atlanta Police.

The status quo needs to be changed. It starts at the ballot box.

Two Atlanta cops were personally fired out the cannon by the police chief Erika Shields and her boss. the mayor, Keisha Lance Bottoms. They were caught on camera pulling two young Black adults out of their vehicle during the protests. When the mayor issued a curfew for the downtown, midtown and Buckhead, the police were ordered to maintain order in the city.

Well Messiah Young and Taniyah Pilgrim were the unlikely victims of police brutality.

The Fulton County prosecutor's office is planning on charging these two as well as four other officers for felonious assault.

Young, 22 and Pilgrim, 20 were stuck in traffic on Saturday night. They were leaving the protests and were looking for something to eat.

Their night was interrupted by a group of Atlanta police officers, who confronted the two on Centennial Olympic Park Drive and Andrew Young International Boulevard in downtown Atlanta.

Young, a student at Morehouse College and Pilgrim, a student at Spelman College didn't expect themselves to be victims of police brutality.

"We felt we were going to die," said the two during an interview with the junk food media.

The dirty cops, Mark Gardner and Ivory Streeter were immediately fired out the cannon. They were caught acting aggressively towards the two. Using a billy club, one of the cops smashed the driver's side window. The couple were both Tased and thrown to the ground for no apparent cause.

Gardner, who joined APD in 1997, was the subject of two citizen complaints five years ago from Richard Williams. One was for "maltreatment or unnecessary force" and the other was for violation of the department's policy on personal weapons.

Two of six dirty cops were charged with excessive force with intent to harm.

Streeter, with APD since 2003, had just completed a class on “de-escalation” tactics, according to records kept by the state Peace Officer Standards and Training Council. He also completed a 6-hour course on use of force on May 7. Gardner took a 2-hour de-escalation class and a 3-hour class on use of force in late March 28, POST records show.

Young suffered a fractured arm and a cut that required 20 stitches.

He spent a night in the county lockup. Pilgrim spent hours in the back of a police van before she was released without explanation or an apology.

"You got the wrong ones this time," said Young's attorney Mawuli Davis, adding that his client never been arrested and contrary to previous reports, he did not have a weapon in his vehicle.

Davis said that Young was targeted by the law because he was filming the chaos in Atlanta.

Young is best described as a quiet and physically unassuming. He was shell-shocked that he was endured this encounter. He spent 42 hours in the county lockup.

"This has truly been one of the hardest things I've ever experienced in my life," said Young.

Atlanta issued a citywide curfew for the remaining week.

Four officers who were aided in the arrest of Young and Pilgrim were placed on desk duties.

Pilgrim said that one of those dirty cops was threatening to shot them. She said that the cop was named Officer A. Jones. The confirmation of the name is still pending.

The body camera footage is released and of course it's disturbing.



They are now facing felonious assault through excessive force. The two ex-cops and four others could face at least five years in the iron college for this incident.

Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms said she ordered the dismissal of the officers after reviewing body camera footage with Police Chief Erika Shields.

Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard said his office is "moving rapidly to reach an appropriate charging decision" regarding the officers’ conduct.Vince Champion, Southeast regional director for the International Brotherhood of Police Officers, said the officers' deserved a more thorough investigation."We don’t know why that car was stopped," Champion said. "Until we know what happened, we don't know if the officers did anything wrong or not."

CNN's world news campus in Atlanta was vandalized and ransacked.
