The Alabama mall shooter was caught in Atlanta. More than week after the Hoover Police killed E.J. (Emantic) Bradford, Jr., the U.S. Marshals managed to get the terrorist who opened fire in the Riverchase Galleria Mall in Hoover, a suburb of Birmingham.
Now the terrorist is now facing attempted murder charges for the shooting. He will be heading back to Alabama to face a judge. The terrorist is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The relatives who helped him flee will be charged as well.
Brian X. Wilson was the victim of the shooting. He was shot while engaging in an argument with the terrorist. In the gunfire, a 12 year old girl was grazed by gunfire.
The "good guy with a gun" was Bradford. He was a legally armed resident. He would try to corner the terrorist.
The Hoover Police would shoot Bradford directly in the head. They let him die right on the scene.
Attempted murder and now a fugitive charge against man suspected of Alabama Mall shooting.Erron Brown was found here in Metro Atlanta. Images from the scene, what his relative says & continued outcry over police killing of a man who wasn’t involved in the altercation @wsbtv at 5 pic.twitter.com/Nm2pQZVcKY
BREAKING: SBI says Erron Brown, 20, of Bessemer will face $150,000 bond when extradited back to Alabama, also says releasing video of this shooting "would have hampered the investigation’s progress thus far, even to the point of deterring key witnesses." pic.twitter.com/yHQQUcryc1
The shooting made national headlines because the law concluded that Bradford was the shooter. They retracted the story after they realized they shot the wrong man. They made the point that Bradford was "waving the gun" and "refused to drop" as a sign of victim blaming the deceased.
Btadford didn't even fire his gun.
Hoover Police initially portrayed Bradford as the mall terrorist and said the officers acted heroically to "take out the threat" within seconds of shots being fired in the crowded mall. They had to retract the story and found it to be the wrong guy.
Bradford had no criminal record. His father Emantic Bradford, Sr. is a retired cop who is dying of cancer. Why would he want his son to be criminal?
The good guy with a gun died by police.
The terrorist will face LIFE in the iron college if he is convicted of attempted murder. He will be held in the county lockup on a $150,000 "free card." The terrorist is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Apparently the terrorist had no sympathy for the lives affected in his attack. He got an innocent man killed by the police. He shot another man in the stomach. He shot a little girl.
Yeah, this trash deserves to be lockup.
The "actual" suspect in the Birmingham mall shooting was caught. Now who actually takes the blame for the mass shooting? (Expect the dumbest answers picked by trolls).
A good man died and the cops tried to lie on him.
We're still waiting on the name of the cop who shot E.J. Bradford. We are hoping this cop will find himself in the iron college as well. Cause an apology won't cut it. This dirty cop needs to be held accountable for his actions.
Benjamin Crump, the attorney who represents Bradford's family wants justice.
"We are gratified at the arrest of a suspect in the Thanksgiving Riverchase Galleria mall shooting, further underscoring the unjust death of E.J. Bradford, Jr. at the hands of an off-duty Hoover Police officer who was serving as mall security. Right now, E.J.'s family is focused on planning their son's funeral, to be held at 10 am on Saturday at Boutwell Memorial Auditorium. They look forward to reviewing unaltered video evidence of the shooting next week, after properly remembering and honoring E.J. and enduring the painful process of burying their son."
Progressive agitator Marc Lamont Hill fired out the cannon with CNN after making remarks about Israel and Palestine.
Hey, Laura Loomer....how's the weather? The crazy alt-white agitator decided to handcuff herself to Twitter's New York headqaurters. Her livestream ended as of now. She was arrested for trespassing.
Loomer is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Maybe this Black progressive agitator should handcuff himself to CNN's New York studios. Yeah, good luck on that one. He might get a good beat down by the NYPD. They at least offered Loomer a water and asked if she was doing okay. Clearly, she's mentally ill but who's judging?
Black agitator fired from CNN after he spoke against Israel and it wasn't even anti-Semitic.
Professor Marc Lamont Hill loses his deal with CNN after he made remarks about Israel. He didn't even call for the destruction of the country. All he said is that he wants a "Free Palestine."
Here's the video from a YouTube page that is against the UN. The full 20 minutes.
Hill is pro-Palestine and spoke on behalf of the United Nations. He alluded to the "one state solution" by saying "from the river to the sea" which some pro-Israeli advocates said was anti-Semitic.
Hill said basically he was calling for equal rights for Palestinians.
See in the United States, these morons believe if you're a critic of the Israeli government being ran by war criminals, you're anti-Semitic.
If you're protesting the Israeli military causing the genocide of innocent civilians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, you're anti-Semitic.
If you're protesting the building of settlements on land given to the West Bank despite calls by the UN and world leaders, you're anti-Semitic.
If you're protesting injustice by Israelis and Americans, then you're committing treason.
CNN fired Hill out the cannon today after he urged countries boycott Israel for the way they've treated Palestinians.
"Contrary to western mythology, black resistance to American apartheid did not come purely though Ghandi and nonviolence. Rather slave revolts and self-defense and tactics otherwise divergent from Dr. [Martin Luther King, Jr] or Mahatma Gandhi were equally important to preserving safety and attaining freedom. If we are to operate in true solidarity with the Palestinian people, we must allow the Palestinian people the same range of opportunity and political possibility. If we are standing in solidarity with the Palestinian people, we must recognize the right of an occupied people to defend itself. We must prioritize peace, but we must not romanticize or fetishize it. We must advocate and promote nonviolence at every opportunity, but we cannot endorse a narrow politics of respectability that shames Palestinians fro resisting, for refusing to do nothing in the face of state violence and ethnic cleansing."
Hill also responded on social media about CNN and the decision to fire him out the cannon.
Timeline
Your response is as petty as I would be for pointing out that you misspelled “geographical.” https://t.co/hXZRpzrdtu
Today, I spoke at the United Nations, as a representative of civil society, for the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People. It was truly an honor.
In my remarks, which also marked the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, I addressed the various ways that Palestinians are actively being denied access to basic human rights.
I also discussed how the Trump Administration’s policies are undermining peace and justice. At the same time, I pointed out the ways that American Middle East policy BEFORE TRUMP has also failed the project of peace and democracy.
Ummm. That’s absurd. I called for freedom and equal rights for all citizens, irrespective of race, religion, class, gender, or sexual identity. No one should have greater or fewer rights and privileges in a democracy. It’s quite simple. https://t.co/bT3EMowWQ9
It’s really sad that this is the level of discourse. I actually critiqued Syria, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia in my remarks too. Of course, you didn’t bother to actually listen. In reality, I want the same rules for everyone: equal rights, freedoms, and safety. https://t.co/uU2zGpy7z1
This is silly. And inaccurate. “River to the sea” is a phrase that precedes Hamas by more than 50 years. It also has a variety of meanings. In my remarks, which you clearly didn’t hear, I was talking about full citizenship rights IN Israel and a redrawing of the pre-1967 borders. https://t.co/6jFN22mTcq
At no point did I endorse, support, or even mention Hamas. This is dishonest. I was very clear in my comments about desiring freedom, justice, and self-determination for EVERYONE. https://t.co/6jFN22mTcq
The 20% minority of Palestinians living in Israel are systematically denied access to equal rights. From free speech to housing to family reunification. I’m speaking about concrete laws currently on the books. https://t.co/0A4icpTEFt
Yesterday, I gave a speech at the UN in which I critiqued Israel’s polices and practices toward Palestinians. It’s baffling how people are not responding to the critique, but instead responding to things I didn’t actually say.
In my speech, I talked about the need to return to the pre-1967 borders, to give full rights to Palestinian citizens of Israel, and to allow right of return. No part of this is a call to destroy Israel. It’s absurd on its face.
I believe in full rights for all citizens. I believe in safety for all citizens. I believe in self-determination for all citizens. This is not an anti-Semitic position.
While I have my own beliefs about one vs two state solutions (I prefer one), it is not my job as an outsider to decide for Palestinians or Israelis. Regardless of the resolution, however, Palestinians cannot be denied freedom, self-determination, or human rights.
Unfortunately, we are in a moment where any critique of the Israeli government is called anti-Semitic. Any call for Palestinian freedom is seen as an attempt to diminish Israel freedom. This does not have to be, nor should it be, the case.
I concluded my remarks with a call to free Palestine from river to sea. This means that all areas of historic Palestine —e.g., West Bank, Gaza, Israel— must be spaces of freedom, safety, and peace for Palestinians.
Anyone who studies the region, or the history of Palestinian nationalism, knows that “river to sea” has been, and continues to be, a phrase used by many factions, ideologies, movements, and politicians.
The phrase dates back to at least the middle of the British Mandate and has never been the exclusive province of a particular ideological camp. The idea that this is a Hamas phrase is simply untrue.
It’s also ABSURD and illogical to suggest that a speech that explicitly called for redrawing borders and granting full citizenship for Palestinians IN Israel was also calling for its destruction. People either didn’t listen to the speech or they’re being dishonest.
My reference to “river to the sea” was not a call to destroy anything or anyone. It was a call for justice, both in Israel and in the West Bank/Gaza. The speech very clearly and specifically said those things. No amount of debate will change what I actually said or what I meant.

This isn’t a case of throwing rocks and hiding hands. I genuinely believe in the arguments and principles that I shared in the speech. I also genuinely want peace, freedom, and security for everyone. These are not competing ideals and values.
Hey, there's that dork Rick Santorum. He's an avowed bigot.
Anyway, Marc Lamont Hill gets the boot for talking about possible war crimes committed by the right wing Israeli government. The government advocates genocide towards Palestinians and the United States gives Israel their blessing.
This week, Twitter banned Loomer after she posted an offensive comment about Rep-elect Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and making the ridiculous assertion that Omar is a jihadist and supporter of Shi'ra law.
Now she has decided to go to the New York headquarters of Twitter to protest.
She handcuffed herself to a door and started her rant about 4pm.
She's certainly went viral by this protest.
Loomer has created tension within New York City. She already has people getting into heated arguments and fights.
The New York Police Department hasn't done much to stop her. They will likely arrest her without violence but it does give people of color a reason to understand that white privilege exist.
See if Loomer was Black, she would have been arrested and brutally assaulted by police.
The NYPD has given her an opportunity to protest.
Loomer claims that Jack Dorsey, the CEO of Twitter personally banned her and many other alt-white agitators like Milo Yiannopoulos, Chuck Johnson, Alex Jones and others.
Why are we rewarding bigots like Loomer?
She is upset that Twitter stopped her profit. She used to make a huge profit off promoting videos via Twitter. I mean she has harassed and berated hundreds of people for what purpose?
The National Rifle Association is bleeding. It's not a self inflicted gun wound.
The revenue for the NRA has been drying up thanks to the successful campaign against the gun lobby's grip on Washington, DC. Many Republican House members were defeated. Some were endorsed and given donations from the NRA. Some of the Republicans who won their U.S. Senate races barely won. They didn't get the boast from the gun lobby. They got the boast from gerrymandering and racist tactics.
The company has losers like Dan Bongino, Colion Noir, Grant Stinchfield, Oliver North, Wayne LaPierre, Cam Edwards, Chuck Holton and Dana Loesch. They represent the voice of the NRA.
The NRA is strongly opposed to gun control and legislation to curb gun violence.
They only motto to stopping a mass shooter is a "good guy with a gun."
Tell that to the young man who lost his life in an Alabama mall. Emantic Bradford, Jr. was one of those "good guys with a gun." He was killed by the cops because he was a "guy with a gun."
The NRATV network is often seen on YouTube, Roku, AppleTV, Chromecast, and Amazon FireTV.
However nobody is watching it.
People are not interested in reality shows like Love at First Shot and Trust The Hunter in Your Blood.
The company is shedding staff and cutting back on production of series.
According to The Trace, the company is shaving off a handful of staffers. The video streaming operation is not profitable.
Longtime NRATV producer Cameron Gray is upset. He was let go after almost 10 years of working for SiriusXM's Cam & Co, a marquee program on Patriot SXM.
Dan Bongino is one of the primary voices on NRATV.
Gray was most often seen on NRATV as a producer and occasional guest host for Cam & Co., a weekday three-hour talk radio-style broadcast that covers gun issues as well as general conservative interest stories. Gray wrote on his LinkedIn profile that he has worked on the show since 2009. Cam & Co. was first launched in 2004 with host Cam Edwards as the flagship of the NRA’s media operation, which was then called NRA News. Cam & Co. was also broadcast on the Sportsman Channel beginning in January 2013 through its cancellation by the network in June 2015. It remains to be seen whether Cam & Co. will continue to be broadcast; the November 28 broadcast of the show was a repeat of the previous day’s episode.
The dismissals come on the back of a string of evidence that the NRA is in poor financial health.
The gun lobby has fallen short on the money train. They obtained only $55 million from 2016-17 and have a deficit of $18 million According to a lawsuit filed by insurance broker Lockton Affinity earlier this year, the NRA has not been able to renew umbrella liability coverage essential to running a media operation or putting on public events.
The NRA is taking a nosedive. It's going down hard.
The gun lobby is still a part of the problem.
Are you tired of "thoughts and prayers?"
Are you tired of flags being lowered?
Are you tired of people offering their hearts to the victims?
Are you tired of "moments of silence?"
I am. I am very tired of hearing the same old word vomit from politicians, celebrities and those who want to feel good about doing nothing. The National Rifle Association and Republicans are killing us.
Colion Noir might get cut from NRATV.
As expected, trolls will find some way to blame Black Lives Matter, Barack Obama and others for the actions of the terrorist. They don't seem to care about the lives of these victims.
After a few days of coverage, we move on to other controversies.
Trump and Congress will not do anything. Republicans control the Senate. Democrats will soon control the House of the Representatives. They will not get any bipartisan legislation to stop gun violence.
GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES. AS EXPLAINED IN EARLY POSTINGS, BAD COPS WILL GET GOOD COPS KILLED. A RESTRAINING ORDER IS JUST A PIECE OF PAPER. IT WILL DRIVE A PERSON TO KILL THEIR SPOUSE, PARTNER, CO-WORKERS, CELEBRITIES AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS. RESTRAINING ORDERS ARE THE TIME BOMBS FOR A MASS SHOOTER. DON'T GIVE ME THAT BULLSHIT ABOUT CHICAGO. GUN VIOLENCE HAPPENS EVERYWHERE. DON'T YOU DARE SAY THAT CHICAGO HAS GUN CONTROL LAWS AND IT HASN'T DONE MUCH. ILLINOIS IS AN OPEN CARRY STATE. CITIZENS CAN TRAVEL TO INDIANA, WISCONSIN, MISSOURI AND KENTUCKY CAN PURCHASE FIREARMS WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTIONS. DON'T GIVE ME THAT BULLSHIT ABOUT BLACK ON WHATEVER CRIME. WHITE MEN ARE FAR LIKELY TO COMMIT MASS SHOOTINGS. THEY OFTEN ARE GUN HOARDERS, FAR RIGHT EXTREMISTS AND DOMESTIC TERRORISTS. HOLD THIS CONGRESS AND YOUR STATE LEGISLATORS ACCOUNTABLE. ENOUGH OF THE GUN VIOLENCE.
Cohen rats Trump out. He pleas guilty in lying to federal authorities and Congress.
In the latest Russia meddling investigation, former attorney and fixer to Donald J. Trump, Michael Cohen plead guilty to wire fraud and witness tampering. He also plead guilty to lying about his meeting at Trump Tower. Also there were talks about a Trump Tower being built in Moscow.
This has rocked Trump's trip to Argentina where he was scheduled to meet with Russian Federation president Vladimir Putin. Trump immediately canceled the meeting citing the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
Cohen acknowledged to the federal prosecutors that he was there when Donald Trump, Jr., Jared Kushner met with Russian operatives to expose Hillary Clinton through emails and wire transfers.
He also plead guilty to lying to Congress and the FBI. Both charges could carry up to 10 years in federal time out.
Cohen, who pleaded guilty in August to campaign finance violations related to payouts to porn actress Stormy Daniels, told Mueller’s office that he continued working as late as June 2016 on a deal to build a Trump Tower in Russia's capital.
He had told lawmakers last year those efforts ended in January 2016.
Cohen's plea also shows that he was in direct contact with at least one Kremlin official in early 2016 as part of his efforts to secure the real estate deal.
The attorney told investigators that he emailed the press secretary for Russian president Vladimir Putin on Jan. 14, 2016, and again two days later, saying he was trying to reach another high-level Russian official who was not identified in the court document.
Cohen received an email from the press secretary’s personal assistant Jan. 20, 2016, asking him to call her Moscow-based phone number — which the attorney did, and they spoke for about 20 minutes.
He told the Kremlin employee about his position in the Trump Organization, and described the proposed Moscow project and identified a development company as their partner.
"COHEN requested assistance in moving the project forward, both in securing land to build the proposed tower and financing the construction," the plea agreement says.
The assistant asked detailed questions and took notes, according to Mueller’s investigators, and two days later Cohen heard from an individual who appears to be Felix Sater, a Russian-born businessman who worked with Trump Organization on the deal.
Trump calls Cohen a coward and said that he's willing to say anything to get a lighter sentence.
"The day after COHEN's call with Assistant 1, Individual 2 (Sater) contacted him, asking for a call," the plea says. "Individual 2 wrote to COHEN, 'It’s about [the President of Russia] they called today.'"
The plea agreement shows Cohen and Sater tried to arrange a trip by the attorney to Russia — and possibly Trump himself.
"I had a chat with Moscow," Sater wrote Cohen on May 4, 2016, according to the plea. "ASSUMING the trip does happen the question is before or after the convention … Obviously the pre-meeting trip (you only) can happen anytime you want but the 2 big guys where [sic] the question. I said I would confirm and revert."
Birther king Jerome Corsi rejects plea deal.
"My trip before Cleveland," Cohen responded. "[Individual 1] once he becomes the nominee after the convention."
Sater told Cohen the following day the Russian press secretary would like to invite him to a forum in mid-June 2016 in St. Petersburg, where he offered to introduce the attorney to Putin or the Russian prime minister to discuss "anything you want."
"Works for me," Cohen wrote back May 6, 2016.
However, Cohen stopped responding to Sater's messages after June 9, 2016 — the date of the infamous Trump Tower meeting between top campaign officials and a Russian lawyer.
Cohen met with Sater on June 14, 2016 — the same day Russian hackers were first publicly blamed for the DNC hacks — in the lobby of Trump Tower in Manhattan and said he would not be traveling at that time.
The attorney told investigators that he had previously lied about his activities to obstruct the Mueller investigation.
"COHEN made the false statements to (1) minimize links between the Moscow Project and Individual 1 and (2) give the false impression that the Moscow Project ended before 'the Iowa caucus and … the very first primary,' in hopes of limiting the ongoing Russia investigations," the plea agreement says.
Cohen plainly stated in court that he lied as political protection for Trump.
"I made these statements to be consistent with Individual-1's political messaging and to be loyal to Individual-1," Cohen told the court.
The other individuals in the mess include:
Paul Manafort, former Trump campaign manager who was found guilty on bank fraud and lying to federal investigators. He allegedly met Wikileaks founder Julian Assange numerous times according to The Guardian. His plea deal was rejected after it was revealed he engaged contact with Trump and attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Jay Sekalow. Manafort has been allegedly lying to federal authorities and will likely face more criminal charges.
Roger Stone, former Trump campaign advisor and conservative agitator. Stone who claims that he has nothing to with Russian collusion said that the Wikileaks dump wasn't sponsored by him. He claims it was done by Democrats who were frustrated that Bernie Sanders didn't win. Stone who wanted Trump to run for years is the center of this controversy. He has been under federal watch for years because of his connections to Russian interest.
Jerome Corsi, longtime kookspiracy theorist and ally of Roger Stone. The birther king rejected a plea deal issued by the feds. He claims he doesn't want to be in a "perjury trap" and is willing to face charges for knowingly meeting with Wikileaks founder Julian Assange.
Chicago alderman Ed Burke is under federal watch for his ties to Trump and Russia.
Donald Trump, Jr. is under investigation as well. He went to Congress to testify under oath that he had no knowledge of Russian meddling in the U.S. Election. He said that the meeting with honey trap Natalia Veselnitskaya were discussing child adoption. Trump has claimed that he had no knowledge of the infamous Trump Tower meeting.
Also today, the feds raided the offices of a Chicago alderman who has ties to Trump. Ed Burke, the City Hall office of Finance Committee chairman was meet with federal agents. His office was covered with brown paper and the visitors were kicked out.
The law firm that did taxes for Trump for over a decade is under investigation. The Alderman who been in power since 1969 has been under watch for years.
Oshawa, Ontario GM assembly will close along with four U.S. locations. Donald Trump fears Ohio and Michigan may never vote for his ass after this.
Ohioans who voted for Donald J. Trump now regret his leadership. Regardless, Ohio will likely go to him in 2020 despite this latest blow to the state. Trump has a 75% chance of winning reelection.
Trump threatened to pull government subsidies from GM after the announcement of the car company closing five plants in the United States and Canada. The imbecile promised the state of Ohio that he will turn it around.
Trump won the rust belt.
Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin and Iowa went to Trump in 2016.
Ohio the crucial swing state went to Republicans in the 2018 Midterm Election. Despite the state losing population, businesses closing up, nothing changing since Republican governor John Kasich entered the state house in 2011, the state elected the turd Mike DeWine as the next Republican governor to fuck this state up more.
Another GM is closing in Michigan. This one is the Detroit/Hamtramck location near Interstate 75 and 94.
GM has blamed tariffs for one of the reasons to its decision to close up shop.
Democrats who voted for Trump are feeling the most impact. They thought they voted for someone who would change the "status quo."
Nope, they got a guy who stands lockstep with the very folks they claim they're against.
Trump's threats aren't going to change the narrative.
Does Republican leadership and policies help or hurt America? (Expect the dumbest answers to be picked by trolls)
The company said the plan would make it more efficient, saving $6 billion a year by the end of 2020.
GM said it will slim down production to find new technology to keep the company moving forward.
GM is retiring Chevrolet Volt, Impala and Cruze, the Buick LaCrosse, the Cadillac CT6 and XTS.
As of today, the vehicles being made in final production will no longer exist.
Some of the lawmakers and the United Auto Workers say that GM is still producing those vehicles in Mexico at a lower rate. They were not pleased that GM would eliminate the U.S. and Canada for cheap laboring in Mexico.
Trump and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of Canada are pissed. They both met with Mary Barra and hoped that GM will invest in technology.
GM promised that they would help the middle class. It failed. Trump promised to save Ohio.
He didn't and now Ohioans and Michiganders suffer once again as well as folks in Maryland and Ontario.
Gov. Larry Hogan of Maryland, Gov. John Kasich of Ohio, Gov. Rick Snyder of Michigan and Primer Doug Ford of Ontario are conservatives. See how their leadership failed the U.S. and Canada.
Now expecting Ohio Republican governor Mike DeWine and Michigan Democratic governor Gretchen Whitmer to inherit the mess left by Republicans. Hogan will continue to destroy Maryland economy.
Alleged white extremists volunteered for the Salvation Army. The extremists were stationed outside an Indiana Walmart and it caught national attention.
This is Donald J. Trump's America. This was Mike Pence's state. The state only went to the Democrat in 2008. The state trends Republican.
Hell's Angels of Northwest Indiana was hereby banned from ringing the bells.
The chapter of the Northwest Indiana Hell's Angels were at a Porter County Walmart outside of Portage.
At least two of the men were wearing notable tags that represent white extremist views.
Customers reported the offensive attire to the Walmart management team. The management kindly asked the men to leave. The attire included words like "Aryan" and the Confederate flag on a patch.
The Salvation Army is known for it's stance against LGBTQ Americans. Many on the left have forgotten it's history and still promote this company.
The Salvation Army and Walmart did damage control.
"The Salvation Army is responsible for screening its volunteers station outside our stores. We've had a long history of supporting the Salvation Army and regret this isolated incident."
