A story that happened to get a bit of national attention. The bad behavior of a young mother acting a damn fool on public transit. The woman gets into a verbal argument with the bus driver. The two exchange words and within a few minutes, all hell breaks loose.
The racist right will head over to the White extremist websites to slam her, President Barack Obama, Black Lives Matter and Rev. Al Sharpton for the antics of an unruly bus rider.
The woman threatens the bus driver with the Taser she pulled out her diaper bag. As in the video, you actually see the woman turn on the Taser and lunge at her.
The law would quickly apprehend her after she exit the bus with her infant son.
She gets national exposure and condemnation. She will end up getting her fair share of death threats.
On Monday, the Dayton Police were called to the location of Edwin C. Moses Boulevard. The law had got tipped of an unruly passenger on a local RTA bus.
Greater Dayton RTA is trying to disspell negative image.
The woman now identified as Tymeisha Williams got upset over a sudden stop which caused her infant son's stroller to tip over.
The bus driver admits that words were exchanged. She was visibly upset over this confrontation.
The driver wrote in her statement that she had an emergency call from her daughter. The daughter was being rushed to the hospital for an emergency C-section. The driver taken the call from her daughter and probably missed the stop Williams wanted. So the sudden stop caused her to jilt and her son's stroller to tip over. When the driver stopped, Williams verbally complained about the driver's irresponsibility. The two get into a shouting match. The bus driver told her to exit the bus or she'll call the law. Williams said that she'll give put her ass in the hospital with her shocker.
After Williams was cuffed, she was resisting arrest. Once she was placed in the vehicle, Williams bangs her head on the window and screams loudly. They had to place her in shackles on her way to the county lockup.
The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority bans the passenger.
President Barack Obama endorses the reelection of Rahm Emmanuel for mayor of Chicago. Emmanuel faces mounting criticism over gun violence in the the city. The president has mentioned gun violence in his hometown. Republicans and conservative agitators are tone deaf.
How come Obama mentions gun crimes all over the place but ignores Chicago?
Does Haydia Pendleton ring a bell?
Well in 2013, the young Chicago girl was a part of her school's marching band. She was attending the second inauguration of President Barack Obama.
Two weeks later, she was murdered by ricochet fire in Chicago. Her death made the news. The president even mentioned her in his State of The Union Address. Outgoing Weeper of the House, Rep. John Boehner (R-OH), rolled his eyes when the president mentioned her name and the victims of the Sandy Hook massacre.
I can tell you that Chicago has seen a decline in homicide by guns but the problem still exist.
There's even a website that tracks the homicide by firearms. It's called HeyJackass and it's a controversial tale of Chicago's gun violence.
Many of the concern trolls are balking at the president's tougher stance on gun control in the wake of the Umpqua Community College massacre. The president said the time is now to "politicize" this.
He wants gun control and I am definitely for it. Too many innocent lives are lost to senseless gun violence.
This stupid argument about a "good guy with a gun can stop a bad guy with a gun" is getting old.
The gun nuts are playing deflection bingo. They're trying to find ways to distract the American public from discussing the possibility of gun control.
The inept Congress, the NRA, the insurgents running in the clown car and agitators are trying to say that the issue isn't about guns. It's about mental illness and the president is "rushing to judgement" over a tragedy.
Yes, the Black community and Black Lives Matter talk about gun violence in Chicago.
Well this has been nearly 20 times and it's not getting any better. I swear on my life, if Obama didn't mention this tragedy, the conservative agitators would say he doesn't care about them. Their bitching about the Chattanooga shooting. When the president didn't react fast enough to the tragedy they were bitching about him not supporting the troops. He didn't lower the American flags in the wake of four military officers being slain by a deranged man. He took heat for that. The agitators solely focused on the terrorist's religion and race than the fact he had access to firearms and had mental issues.
When the Charleston massacre happened, the conservatives deflected from the fact this terrorist's race, access to firearms and political views. They initially thought the terrorist didn't have conservative views. They thought it was a whack job. They hoped it was a Muslim. Then when the terrorist admits it was about race, the agitators were quick to blame the president for making this about race. The agitators went as far to blame the president for advocating this terrorist because of the Obama's reactions to Michael Brown and Freddie Gray.
Nearly 400 shootings in Chicago this year.
Every time president mentions gun tragedies the conservative agitators turn this narrative about Chicago's gun violence. They act like they're concerned about gun violence.
Let's begin with that Loudmouth Bill Cunningham. The Cincinnati-based conservative agitator has a radio program during the AM middays and Sunday nights. Cunningham is often loud and obnoxious towards the president. He puts on this "concern troll" act about gun violence in Chicago. He claims the president doesn't talk about Chicago. The pathetic conservative agitator has a syndicated talk show on The CW.
We can include them fucking Black shitkickers Jesse Lee Peterson, Deneen Borelli and Kevin Jackson to the list of deflectors. I've heard these crazy ass coons rambling about the president not mentioning Chicago. They called the president a "racist" for talking about issues like Ferguson and Baltimore.
When you travel about 200 miles to Milwaukee, you'll find the tin horn cop David Clarke. The controversial sheriff of Milwaukee County is one of the umpteenth Black conservatives who rose to fame blasting the president. He runs this "what about my city, Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, etc."
And each of those mentioned appeared on that network's primetime lineup. They appear mostly on that annoying conservative agitator's right wing carnival.
How many more will take before Congress actually gets the message?
Gun crime is the number one threat facing Americans. Gun crime is a bigger threat than terrorism, Ebola, measles, Iran and Russia.
Major scandal involving two of the country's fantasy sports companies.
FanDuel and DraftKings are incredibly popular. Gamblers take the chance on winning big $$$$$$ picking their favorite football teams and the score stats.
Talk radio agitators were promote these websites. I can tell you that annoying conservative agitator was actively encouraging his gullible audience to engage in these websites. I believe that old fart Limbaugh was promoting this as well.
Well there's a scandal brewing with these gaming sites.
One of the rivals was getting the low down on player stats. Ethan Haskell who worked at DraftKings took in over a quarter of a million running the numbers over at FanDuel.
DraftKings techie Ethan Haskell got death threats and worldwide condemnation after he accidentally leaked information that he profited from rival FanDuel.
That insider data gave him an opportunity to make himself rich. And with them riches, he actually got reckless. He accidentally leaked information to his friends. Them friends told the junk food media about it and now there's a scandal.
The New York Times reports that this scandal is huge. The two major fantasy companies were forced to release statements defending their businesses’ integrity after what amounted to allegations of insider trading, that employees were placing bets using information not generally available to the public.
Haskell clammed up and blocked access to his social media accounts in fear of death threats and potential incrimination. Now his mistake has caught wind over at Congress. Some are calling for regulations on fantasy sports.
He might be called upon the Congress to testify to why he got insider information.
The industry has its roots in informal fantasy games that began years ago with groups of fans playing against one another for fun over the course of a season. They assembled hypothetical teams and scored points based on how players did in actual games.
But in recent years, companies, led by DraftKings and FanDuel, have set up online daily and weekly games based on a similar concept in which fans pay an entry fee to a website — from 25 cents to $1,000 — to play dozens if not hundreds of opponents, with prize pools that can pay $2 million to the winner. Critics have complained that the setup is hardly different from Las Vegas-style gambling that is normally banned in the sports world.
Well here another reason to why Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity are destroying talk radio.
These two were on talk radio endorsing products that may end up being scams. They were proudly endorsing these companies.
FanDuel and DraftKings is gambling. You are wasting your money online betting on the unpredictable NFL and NCAA-I College football games.
I am not a statistician but I bet you that 80% of Americans over 18 year old have played a game of chance for money. If I am not proven right, then I lose a reader. Regardless, I won't lose a cent.
Americans involved in DraftKings and FanDuel are likely to gamble their life savings on fantasy sports, casinos, lottery and bingo.
Stock photo of a Black man staring at a White woman.
Did you know that if I stare at you, I can get in trouble?
Well in Cincinnati, this little boy got a suspension from school after he was caught staring at a little girl. The boy and girl were playing the staring game. According to the school, he made the girl nervous. The girl told her parents and the school handled the problem accordingly.
Now I don't want to jump to conclusions. There was no threat of gun violence in this incident.
However, I can't believe this! A staring game leads to suspension. Maybe he said to the girl that he can "shoot laser beams or bullets out of his eyes".
It seems like all the attention was brought upon the color of the children. It was a Black boy and a White girl.
Now I am just speculating but reading from the Dayton Daily News, Addicting Info and Fox 19 websites, I see that I may be right on this.
This suspension was taken to the Ohio court. St. Gabriel Consolidated School in Glendale suspended the boy in September.
St. Gabriel Consolidated School. The Cincinnati Catholic Archdiocese owns the property.
The boy's mother Candice Tolbert isn't taking this sitting down. She took her concerns to the junk food media and now it's a viral story.
The parents filed suit in Hamilton County Common Pleas court to try and get the suspension erased claiming the school didn’t give their son due process.
A judge denied the claim, which means as of now the suspension of the 12-year old stands. "The perception is he intimidated her," said the mother.
"My son stared at a girl who was engaged in a staring game," she said. "She giggled the entire time," she said from her Liberty Township home.
Candice didn't want to play the "race card" but stopped short of saying that the girl was known to be a troublemaker.
"The same girl that accused my son of this act of perception of intimidation, aggressively poured milk on someone else's lunch. When she did that there was no penalties for that. She received nothing for that," said Candice.
The school sited the handbook, which they feel supports their position on the suspension. It reads in part, "The principal is the final recourse in all disciplinary matters and may waive any and all rules at his/her discretion for just cause."
The parents are considering appealing the judge's decision.
Montgomery County Sheriff's deputy involved in an accident. Bombshell, this is the wife of a deputy who is on ice after he killed Donate Martin.
I was asleep this morning when I was awaken to sirens this morning.
I didn't know what had happen until I turned on the local junk food media. They were reporting a deputy was involved in an accident near my home.
The deputy crashed into another vehicle. The deputy said that she had the lights and sirens on when she was heading to another crash on Interstate 75 near the Needmore Road exit. The deputy and driver of the other vehicle were taken to the hospital.
The accident happened on Shoup Mill Road and Riverside Drive in Harrison Township.
The sheriff's SUV took a flip and the driver's car took a trip into the woods. I can tell you straight up from watching the video, the deputy was going 65 in a 40 mph zone. The driver of the vehicle who turned from Riverside to Shoup Mill Road turned at a point where the deputy was maneuvering through the road.
The Ohio State Patrol and Montgomery County Sheriff are investigating who's at fault.
The junk food media releases the name of the deputy.
Her name is Amber Haas. I am guessing that this is the wife of the iced deputy who shot two suspects in the same year. One of the suspects that this deputy bucked made national headlines.
Earlier this year, Montgomery County Ohio sheriff deputies Josh Haas and Gust Teague were put in the freezer after they put the lead in Donate Martin. They claim that Donate was reaching for a firearm and they had no choice but to neutralized the threat. The dashcam wasn't even on.
They're still in the freezer pending a grand jury decision on whether this merits a criminal trial.
Yeah, we can also say that Haas and his buddies profiled me this year.
McKayla Dyer would be one of the youngest victims of gun violence. An 11-year old boy murdered the little girl after he got upset over her not sharing a puppy.
I don't like doing this. But I am going to take a political stance on gun crimes. When will we have reasonable gun control?
Why do the agitators amplify criminal acts for ratings?
When these criminal acts are done by someone of color, the junk food media and agitators would often rush to blame someone other than the shooter. Now if this was a young Black child who murdered a White child over a spurn, the junk food media would release the name of the suspect.
The conservative agitators would automatically blame #BlackLivesMatter and President Barack Obama.
I am even shocked that there's no sympathetic responses from BlackLivesMatters activists DeRay McKesson, Shaun White and Bree Newsome.
There was a shooting in rural White Pine, Tennessee. A boy was upset over a girl's refusal to share a puppy leads to murder. It's shocking to me that a 11-year old boy would murder a 8-year old girl over a spurn. The boy got agitated with her. McKayla Dyer didn't expect this boy to return to kill her.
Mother clearly devastated over McKayla's lost.
The boy retrieved his father's 12 gauge shotgun. The boy fired the firearm from the window of his home. McKayla got shot in the chest. She would be rushed to the hospital where they confirmed she died.
Her mother Latasha told the junk food media that her daughter was bullied by the suspect. Latasha confirmed that the boy would agitate confrontations with McKayla. This feud was going on for awhile between the children.
The boy is detained in juvenile lockup.
The boy's name isn't released for now. Tennessee law requires murder charges in case of underage to be classified until a judge charges the child as a suspect.
The parents may face charges if the judge determines that boy and his siblings experienced inadequate living conditions.
World News Today send our condolences to McKayla Dyer.
The Tupac Shakur letters from Clinton Correctional go up for sale.
The life and trials of Tupac Amuru Shakur. The controversial rapper's death on the Las Vegas strip was almost 20 years ago. The FBI and Las Vegas Police have not solved this case.
The rapper was gunned down after leaving a Mike Tyson fight. He was the passenger in the vehicle and Big Suge Knight was the driver. They were hit with gunfire. Tupac was hit five times and would be rushed to the hospital. According to the family members and friends, the rapper was put in a coma and stayed alive until they declared his injuries fatal.
The assailants were allegedly members of the domestic terrorist group The Crips. They haven't gotten any good leads. Big Suge right now isn't talking. He's sticking to the G-code despite him facing LIFE in the iron college after he was accused of vehicular homicide which was bumped to murder.
There's talk about a movie being in the works.
Before his death, he was riding high on Death Row Records. The record label helped propel Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Tha Dogg Pound and Tupac Shakur into pop culture. It also earned a notorious reputation for being a front for domestic terrorism. The now jailed former honcho Marion "Suge" Knight was the motivator of the label. He was the muscle and the brains behind the label. Dr. Dre, the co-founder was the producer of most of the Death Row albums until his departure in late 1995. Big Suge had connections to the domestic terrorist group The Bloods. The Bloods had a strong influence on the label.
Big Suge's influence helped Tupac get a "free card". When he was being held up on a sexual assault charge, Big Suge's connections managed to get him out. Almost immediately, Tupac signed a deal to Death Row and release the All Eyez On Me album in 1996.
While he was in the iron college, he wrote letters to his friends and some of the junk food media.
Some of his letters were obtained through an organization willing to sell these items to the right bidder. One letter is going on sale for a hefty bid.
Eight months after the album's release, he would be murdered. Around the time of his death, Death Row released Makaveli: The Don Killuminati The 7 Day Theory. The album release came five weeks after Tupac's murder.
Tupac wrote to Nina Bhadreshwar, a staffer at his record label, Death Row Records. That five-page letter is now for sale for $225,000 from Moments In Time, the New York Post reports. He opens by noting that he's replying to a letter from Bhadreshwar, who worked for Death Row Uncut magazine and her own publication. "I am not granting this information to any other publication, not even Time & Rolling Stone so please represent it as it is layed," Shakur wrote. "I trust u."
He went on to explain that black males in America grow from "young dustkicker" to "thug nigga" to "boss playa" and that "many niggaz never survive the second level of thuglife." He wrote that he himself almost didn't. "A regular Playa plays women, a Boss Playa plays life. A Boss Playa is a thinker, a leader, a builder, a moneymaker, a souljah, a teacher and most of all, a Man! I want all my homiez to know there is another level, it takes heart and courage 2 stand alone face the demons and make a change!" So, since "in my heart the thug nigga has advanced to be a Boss Playa," he wrote, "Thug Life is not dead but in my heart it is."
A famed clothing company is filing for bankruptcy today. It's a sign that shoppers aren't finding any interest in American Apparel. I couldn't be any more happier of the news.
I've never bought anything from that company. I've never applied for a job there. I've always had a feeling that they would use discriminating tactics in hiring. AA founder's Dov Charney, a Canadian-American business mogul was fired out the cannon after he was caught up in a sexual harassment and discrimination scandal.
The company once held a gold standard of hiring practice. They didn't want any "trashy Black women" ever hired at their stores. Watch "the ones" who may shoplift from the store. Look for the "right types of customers". You know "the ones" who got money.
AA was having that going on at their stores.
So now the company will focus on trying to bring back customers. AA want to restart the company under Standard General, an American based hedge firm.
The company, which has seen spiraling sales and an ever-sinking stock price since the management upheaval began, proposed a plan that would keep its 130 U.S. stores open and maintain its Los Angeles manufacturing operation, the Times reported. No layoffs were mentioned in the Chapter 11 petition, which was approved by American Apparel’s board, and filed in Delaware, the newspaper said. The plan requires approval by the federal bankruptcy court, it added.
American Apparel’s shares closed at 11 cents each last week.
American Apparel’s brand recognition has far exceeded its sales numbers over the past decade with its “Made in the USA” ethos, provocative advertising, and colorful, scandal-ridden founder Dov Charney.
Charney didn't go quietly. He mounted a civil war within the board.
Notice something about this picture!
The new CEO Paula Schneider is facing mounting criticism. She promised a turnaround. It's a little too late for the turnaround. Schneider is considered inept among the shareholders.
American Apparel saw new legal fees, a workforce moving towards unionization, plummeting sales, and wider losses. It announced layoffs earlier this year, as well as store closures. Questions have been swirling around the company’s ability to pay a major interest payment later this month.
The bankruptcy, if approved, will mean just that. It will also wipe out Charney’s stake in the company, according to the Los Angeles Times. Standard General and other creditors will gain full control of American Apparel if the plan is approved.
“Not having the nuisance lawsuits, not having this massive debt, these are all extremely important things for the company to thrive,” Schneider told the Times in a Sunday interview.
Future's successful year. There's talk about him dating Blac Chyna. She's the ex-wife of washed up rapper Tyga.
After the past comes the present and then the future.
What A Time To Be Alive from Drake and Future came Number 1 on the Billboard Top 200. It pushing over 500,000 copies. It's well on its way to be platinum. The collaboration mixtape/album is the second Number 1 this year for both Drake and Future. This may be the first time Future scores a platinum album.
Drake release If You're Reading This It's Too Late in February and Future released Dirty Sprite 2 (titled DS2) in July.
Future is seeing endless possibilities. Last year, his high profile relationship with Ciara ended. Ciara gave birth to Future's son. Future has five children. He had one of his daughters from my closest cousin.
Rumors are swirling about his love life. There's talk about him dating Tyga's former girl Blac Chyna. The rapper isn't telling the world what he's doing but surely TMZ is agitating the possibility of this happening.
Amber Rose with Blac Chyna
Tyga is having a bad year. He is blowing money fast. He is dating Kylie Jenner, the now 18-year old celebrity agitator and her demands are seriously breaking him. He is apparently no longer on Young Money/Cash Money.
Tyga is feuding with former labelmate Drake. Last year, Tyga called Drake "fake" and "weirdo".
Drake rip him a new one. The boss Bryan "Birdman" Williams had him blackballed.
Blac Chyna is the mother of Tyga's son. She was pissed at Tyga for dumping her for the celebrity agitator. She called Kylie, an underage brat. Now she devotes her time trashing on him online and public. She says that he's a very desperate man who can't even take care of their son.
She and Amber Rose dog on Tyga for being foolish.
Rumor or fact? Future spotted with Blac Chyna.
To add insult to injury, Future may have gotten his girl. Tyga will likely address this relationship.
Future is a notorious cheater. The reason for the Ciara and Future break up was the allegations of cheating.
Future was pissed at Ciara for hitting him up on child support. Ciara started dating Russell Wilson, the NFL quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks. She is allowing their son around Wilson and Future is none too happy about that.
There's talk about a biopic about Def Jam. Rick Rubin and Russell Simmons pioneered the hip-hop label. Jay-Z signed on as an artist and distributed his independent label Roc-A-Fella and RocNation through Def Jam.
Russell Simmons and Rick Rubin created the legendary Def Jam Recordings in 1983.
Now there's talk about a movie being made in regards to it.
Michael B. Jordan and Jonah Hill are considering the roles.
Def Jam was founded by Rick Rubin in his dormitory in Weinstein Hall at New York University.
Russell Simmons joined Rubin shortly after they were introduced to each other by Vincent Gallo.
They would create on of the world's powerful hip-hop labels. The Def Jam umbrella includes Island Records and the legendary Motown Records. Each of these label operate as a separate entity under the Universal Music Group.
The last movie based on the rise of Def Jam was Krush Groove. The movie was a semi-biopic of Russell Simmons rise to media mogul.
Deadline reports that Universal is working to develop a movie based on the 2002 memoir of Def Jam co-founder Russell Simmons, “Life and Def: Sex, Drugs, Money, + God.”
The label that created Run DMC, Public Enemy, EMPD, LL Cool J, Rick Ross, Ludacris, 3rd Bass, The Beastie Boys, 2 Chainz, DMX, Jeezy, Ne-Yo, Rihanna, Iggy Azalea and Jay-Z.
The film would chronicle Simmons’ and Rubin’s creation of the legendary hip hop label that defined rap in the 80s. The pic is expected to “explore how hip hop grew from an underground sensation into a dominant and pivotal voice of culture and change.”
Russell has expressed that he is flattered that Michael B. Jordan is being considered to portray him in the pic, as Global Grind reports.
Insurgent Rep. Jason Chaffetz ordered an investigation into misconduct by the U.S. Secret Service. Some members snooped on him.
Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) is an insurgent lawmaker. He announced his run for Speaker of the House. Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) already blew it when he appeared on that annoying conservative agitator's program saying that the Benghazi committee was deliberately destroying Hillary Clinton's bid for president.
Chaffetz is a relatively annoying insurgent lawmaker who thinks the "government is too big".
Yet, Chaffetz gets a paycheck from this "big government". Chaffetz wants to be elected on this cutting government agencies and Planned Parenthood.
Chaffetz is the type of lawmaker who is obsessed with cutting agencies. Remember this is the lawmaker who openly bragged about cutting the State Department's budget. The budget that led to lack of security at embassies and consulates. That led to the Benghazi tragedy. That led to the blame game against President Barack Obama, National Security Adviser Susan Rice and Clinton.
The U.S. Secret Service was going to put the lawmaker's business out there. Joe Clancy, head of the Secret Service has formally apologized to the lawmaker.
The Secret Service put out some embarrassing stuff about the insurgent lawmaker. The lawmaker was none too happy about it. He wants some heads to roll.
Homeland Security released a report recently stating some disgruntled Secret Service members were searching up Chaffetz's files. He once tried to become an agent.
CNN reports that Director Joe Clancy said in a statement he was first aware of the "speculative rumor" of members of his agency discussing Chaffetz's records on March 25. Previously, Clancy said he first heard about the information from the media April 1.
Clancy said when he first heard the information it was "not credible and was not attributed to a source of information or indicative of any action."
An investigation released Wednesday by the Department of Homeland Security found that a top official at the agency encouraged colleagues via email to release records on Chaffetz contained "some information that he might find embarrassing needs to get out."
The Daily Beast shortly thereafter reported that Chaffetz had been rejected in 2003 by the agency he now oversees as a committee chairman.
Clancy said he didn't learn until later that Secret Service employees had accessed the private records of Chaffetz, and leaked that he applied unsuccessfully for a job at the agency.
"I feel it is extremely important to be as accurate as possible regarding my knowledge of this matter and I have personally spoken to Chairman Chaffetz to advise him of the additional information that I provided to the Inspector General," Clancy said.
