Will the law use deadly force when confronting this vandal?
In the latest edition of You Can't Fix Stupid, here comes a story that is disgusting. It's one of the most disturbing things I've read in a while.
But somehow, it describes the real issues with mental illness.
There's millions of Americans who are suffering from mental illness.
I can relate. Before I get into this I want to acknowledge a real story. I will explain it in the later postings. But I will give you a summary.
There was a woman who I just recently dated. She's a 40 year old mother of three who works at a restaurant that serves specialty foods such as Bourbon chicken and fried rice. She is bipolar and has an serious addiction. She has an addiction to alcohol and crack cocaine.
For the last few weeks, I've notice that change.
And believe me, it's a destructive change.
While I wish this woman and her family well, I don't want no part of this. I thought I could be a supportive friend, but somehow I knew this would become a major issue.
I'll explain this in my posting about social media and online dating. Stay tuned. And yes, there may be pictures and a warning to all women and men searching online for true love.
Now onto this disgusting story. I am amazed that the law can't catch this guy.
That's why the meme #CrimingWhileWhite became a phenomenon.
This group of neighbors are baffled by the mysterious man who lurks their neighborhoods. All he does is take a dump on the vehicles and runs off into the darkness.
This nincompoop is on the loose. He is wanted by the Akron police and Summit County Ohio sheriff.
NewsNet 5 reports that officers are searching for this nincompoop they said has defecated on 19 parked cars in driveways since May 2012.
The bowel movement bandit strikes between 4 and 6 a.m. On Wednesday morning, a resident caught the suspect on film. She set up a camera after the seventh time that someone had pooped on her car while it was parked in her driveway.
One man said that the defecator has struck his car six times, and has even smeared it on his hood, door handles, gas tank cover, windshield and mirrors.
The map above shows the places hit by the man, who could face misdemeanor criminal mischief or criminal damaging charges. The spots are between Hancock Avenue, Waterloo Road, state Route 93 and Kenmoore Road.
So far none of the victims have recognized the man in the photo, but Akron Police said Thursday that the department has received about a dozen tips about the identity of the man.
No arrests have been made, but police are following up on leads, hoping to get to the bottom of this.
No pun intended.
Only in America, a white man who does a criminal act that considered a bio-hazard could elude authorities. But if this was a man who was practicing Muslim or a Black man with mental issues, I bet you money they would shoot to kill.
Method Man was on the cable news agitators talking about Ferguson and the racist frat boy video.
The conservative agitator ignites his feud with rap music again. This controversy over at the University of Oklahoma and the fallout in Ferguson have gotten major play in the junk food media.
O'Loofus, who is already under fire for telling lies in his reporting is unfazed by the critics. He's full steam ahead. He's hates the "pinheads" who opened fire on two officers in Ferguson.
The moment Thomas Jackson was fired out the cannon, the protesters celebrated. But all that changed when a gunman went to the protest with a semi-automatic firearm. He makes it rain.
Two officers were injured and the FBI and St. Louis County police may have a "person of interest" in this criminal act.
Now with that being said, here's the cable news agitators. Desperate for attention Obama News had featured rappers and Black celebrities on their programs. The rappers and celebrities are giving insight to the situations.
The racist right places all the blame on protesters, Rev. Perm, Attorney General Eric Holder, and of course President Barack Obama.
Method Man becomes a target of this guy.
Blow Joe and Mika launched the first attack by going after Waka Flocka Flame.
Then the old fart goes after Kanye West and told his minions that if West made a racist frat chant, they would make it a hit.
Now O'Loofus is going after Method Man for expressing his thoughts on Ferugson and the frat boys.
Method Man, one of the members of Staten Island rap collective WuTang Clan is legend. He released four albums and two collaboration albums with Newark rapper Redman under the Def Jam label.
He is an actor, director and entrepreneur.
He appears on Newsnation with Tamron Hall.
O'Loofus responds to him.
O'Loofus claims that Method Man engages in COLOSSAL IGNORANCE. Instead of listening to Method Man's passionate concerns, he plays the edited clip. He takes the most sensationalist quote from the rapper and made it into a blame game.
So according to this lying buffoon, Method Man was responsible for two cops being shot in Ferguson.
Really pathetic O'Loofus.
This isn't the first time O'Loofus went after rappers. I can tell you a list of them. It starts with Ludacris, Jay-Z, Eminem, Jeezy, Jadakiss, 50 Cent, Lil' Wayne, Kanye West, Akon, Snoop Dogg, Nas, and Common.
For some reason, he singles them out for at least doing something good.
Method Man and Tamron Hall.
Ludacris got dropped from Pepsi after this agitator complained. The Black leaders and Russell Simmons warned Pepsi to reinstate the rapper or face a boycott. Pepsi caved. Ludacris decided to move on. Pepsi donated to Ludacris' charity groups.
Nas was being singled out for attending Virginia Tech. He was to appear as a speaker and performer at the college. O'Loofus was pissed that Nas was there and went on this tirade and threatened to end the career of the college president.
Common was to appear at the White House for a poetry reading. The conservative agitators went off and tried to label Common as a "cop-killer". Common went on to perform despite the agitator complaining. Common went on to winning an Oscar this year.
While I don't agree O'Loofus targeting rap music some rappers such as Cam'ron, Chris Brown and Shawty Lo deserve to be criticized.
Another thing. The police are public servants to the local or federal government. They are not immune to criticism.
YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO CRITICIZE THE POLICE! YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO FILM THE POLICE!
THE POLICE CAN LIE WHEN ISSUING A CITATION, AN ARREST OR A FIRING OF THEIR SERVICE WEAPON IN THE CASE OF SHOOTING A SUSPECT.
A DEAD BODY CAN'T TELL A TALE! THE SUSPECTS IN THESE MOST CONTROVERSIAL OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTINGS WERE UNARMED. THIS IS WHY THE #BLACKLIVESMATTER MOVEMENT IS GROWING. IT'S BIGGER THAN TRAYVON MARTIN OR MICHAEL BROWN!
Poor choice of words for Spanish speaking American talk show host.
The cannon fired today. Inside was Univision talk show host Rodner Figueroa. He got sent out of the tent after he made a racially insensitive comment about First Lady Michelle Obama.
He had the nerve to call the beautiful first lady an ape.
Matter of fact, this fashion critic said that she kind of reminds him of a character from The Planet of The Apes.
Figueroa, who's known for his biting fashion commentary, made his remarks during a live segment of the show El Gordo y la Flaca. The hosts were commenting on a viral video that shows a makeup artist transforming himself into different celebrities, including Michelle Obama. "Well, watch out, you know that Michelle Obama looks like she's from the cast of Planet of the Apes, the movie," Figueroa, 42, said with a giggle.
When hostess Lili Estefan countered with "What are you saying?" and host Raul de Molina said Obama was very attractive, Figueroa defended his remark, saying, "But it is true." In a statement, Univision called Figueroa's comments "completely reprehensible" and said they "in no way reflect the values or opinions of Univision." Figueroa, who in 2014 won a Daytime Emmy Award, did not respond to requests for comment. He worked for Univision for 17 years.
This isn't the first time some agitator called the Obamas apes.
CNN reports that Figueroa issued a statement.
But in his statement today, Figueroa said that his comments were intended as a criticism of an unflattering job done by Obama's makeup artist.
"The full video clip in context shows that," he said.
Figueroa referred to his own background in asserting that he's "no racist."
"I come from a biracial Latino family with members like my father who are Afro-Latino," he said.
Figueroa showed contrition, too. He apologized to Obama and said said there's "no excuse" to make a comment "that could be interpreted as offensive or racist during these volatile times we're living in."
Figueroa also used the statement to highlight his voting history.
"I openly voted twice for your husband, Barack Obama, because I consider him a great man who respects minorities like me in this country," he said.
Tension mount in Ferguson. The chief of police resigns.
In the midst of resignation, here a bunch of dumb asses gave the racist right a reason. Two police officers were injured in an apparent shooting in Ferguson.
These two officers were doing riot control and out of nowhere comes the bullets. They were seriously injured. We here at Journal de la Reyna send our prayers to those injured. We wish for a speedy recovery.
This comes after the resignation of three officers who shared racist emails, the city judge who improperly fined Black motorists, the city manager who relished on revenue, and the police chief who was the human shield in the controversy that involved the killing of unarmed teen Michael Brown.
Tom Jackson was the chief of the Ferguson police. The controversial decision not to prosecute former officer Darren Wilson after he put rounds in the unarmed teen sparked weeks of unrest.
Loserville may hire former Ferguson sheriff Tom Jackson as an analysis.
The partisans have debated, insulted and insinuated that Michael Brown and Darren Wilson did have an altercation.
The Department of Justice dismissed the assertion that Brown had his hands up during the altercation.
Wilson did have non lethal restraints on him. The officer didn't have his camera on. He didn't activate his sirens when this altercation occurred.
This comes on the heels of the Department of Justice's scathing report saying that the city of Ferguson was improperly targeting Black motorists and residents more than any other minority.
There were some city workers sharing ignorant emails depicting President Barack Obama as a chimpanzee and First Lady Michelle Obama as a topless African dancer. Some of the controversial emails head over to Myrightwingdad.net for record.
The Washington Post reports that two Secret Service agents were fired out the cannon after it was reported that two of them got drunk and crashed into a White House barricade. The agents were inside the government vehicle.
One of those agents were on the president's personal detail crew.
Another reckless event created by the men and women who protect our president.
The Secret Service has really screwed up. The president had to fire the cannon and let Mark Sullivan and Julia Pierson fly out of it.
The Salahis crashing an invite only party, the prostitution scandal in Colombia, the fence jumper, the bullet holes in the White House, the drone, the fake credentials standing near the president, the numerous death threats to President Barack Obama and his family, the threats to Vice President Joe Biden, Weeper John Boehner (R-OH) and their families hurt the credibility of the Secret Service.
Joe Clancy the current director of the Secret Service promises the hammer to drop on those agents who fuck up.
They put an explicit lyrics tag on Waka Flocka Flame's albums. I don't get the fact that the racist right would target rap music. It's probably one of the most successful music genres. It's controversial but it's considered art.
Brick Squad Monopoly CEO Waka Flocka (Flame) (aka Juaquin Malphurs) goes to the junk food media to explain why he cancelled his upcoming concert at the University of Oklahoma.
You may have heard or viewed the controversial chants of ΣΑΕ (Sigma Alpha Epsilon) saying they'll never be "NIGGER". And yes, it's been heard. All over the world.
Now OU president David Boren dropped the hammer on this frat and kicked them off the property.
A rolling boycott was enabled by the athletic recruits dropping OU as a choice. There's a silent protest at the ΣΑΕ chapters. The controversy has made the rapper a target of criticism from Obama News, Loserville and that old fart on AM radio.
Blow Joe and Mika Brzezinski both got on this bandwagon.
The duo first talked about rapper Waka Flocka Flame's "disgust" with the video and his decision to cancel his upcoming campus appearance before going into the discussion about rap music being the core issue for the frat's racist behavior.
"If you look at every single song, I guess you call these, that he's written, it's a bunch of garbage," Brzezinski said. "It's full of N-words, it's full of F-words. It's wrong. And he shouldn't be disgusted with them, he should be disgusted with himself."
Blow Joe and Mika Brzezinski.
"The kids that are buying hip-hop or gangster rap, it's a white audience, and they hear this over and over again," Scarborough added. "So do they hear this at home? Well, chances are good, no, they heard a lot of this from guys like this who are now acting shocked."
Brzezsinski later clarified her comments in another appearance on MSNBC by saying, "The students in the video are responsible for their behavior. And as we said on our show this morning, they did it, and it's beyond appalling. In no way is anybody else to blame for what they did on that bus. They are responsible and they made that choice."
Waka Flocka goes to Now with Alex Wagner to vent off the criticism thrown by the hosts of Morning Joe. The rapper also dismissed the claim that rap music is the cause of White people acting like a bunch of racist fools.
Of course that old fart was bitching about the OU Frat boys and he compared it to Kanye West.
"If this had been a song by Kim Kardashian's husband [Kanye West] and they had sung this song at the Grammys...it'd be a hit,"
It's the blame game....
O' Let's Do It.....
Blow Joe and Mika ranting on Waka.
Waka Flocka responds to Blow Joe.
That old fart bitching about Kanye West and Kim Kardashian.
Angie Stone saw the bars after allegations of a physical assault on her daughter.
When you're not doing much where do you go?
Reality Television.
Hey how about this R&B singer Angie Stone?
She is on TVOne's R&B Divas and it's a hit. Literally, a hit.
Considering that Stone got to spend some time in the DeKalb County jail after allegations that she assaulted her daughter. I guess the old saying, "You really knocked someone's teeth out!" means something.
Entertainer's mugshot.
Stone got her daughter picking up teeth. She hit her with the metal pipe.
That charge may get her fired out the cannon on R&B Divas. But worse, it's going to be a possible five year sentence for her. Not to mention a strain on the relationship with her daughter and grandchildren.
The celebrity agitator TMZ and the Atlanta Journal Constitution put some info out on the troubled R&B singer.
Police in Dekalb County tell TMZ ... 53-year-old Angie told police her daughter Diamond punched her in the face. Angie then told police she defended herself with a metal stand, but accidentally hit Diamond in the face ... knocking out her front teeth.
Angie told police once she realized the mistake she put down the stand and tried to flee ... but claims Diamond came after her again. A family friend eventually broke up the fight.
Diamond told police the argument started when Angie complained Diamond didn't clean up after her children. Diamond was also taken into custody, but eventually released without being charged.
Faith Evans, who produces the show, wanted Stone on the show the first season but the timing didn't work out until the second season. Stone's role is that of a mentor and life coach.
This wasn't the first run in for Stone. Angie Stone (legally Angela Brown), was caught up on driving without a license.
Another unarmed suspect gunned down by the law. He was naked and had mental issues. He was shot on sight.
I see that it's not just in Madison, Wisconsin or Los Angeles. We have another unarmed suspect killed by the law. It's now in Atlanta, Georgia.
Here we have the same issue yet again. The police reacted to a man with mental issues. Instead of using non lethal force, the officer put two slugs in a man with no clothes on. The suspect didn't touched the officer. He didn't spit, toss his feces or blood on the officer.
All he done was public nudity. A minor misdemeanor. The suspect was either under intoxication or had medical issues. But for what reason did the officer fire upon this man?
We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Anthony Hill.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the DeKalb County police and the Atlanta police are investigating what lead the officer to use deadly force.
Now with that being said. The officer is on paid administrative leave which is standard for any officer using his service weapon in the event of an apprehension. He will have to call his union rep. He will have to lawyer up and have his friends "look out" for him in the case the prosecutor may file charges against him.
Those friends are fellow officers, the junk food media and protesters who have issues with Black America and civil rights leaders such as Rev. Perm.
Reuters report that a white, Atlanta-area police officer shot dead a naked and unarmed African-American man acting erratically in his apartment complex and who was possibly suffering from a mental illness, the county police chief said.
The police shot an unarmed suspect. The officer who shot the suspect didn't use a taser that he was equipped with.
A Dekalb County police officer responded to a caller who said a man was "acting deranged, knocking on doors, and crawling around on the ground naked," on Monday around 1 p.m. local time, county police chief Cedric Alexander told reporters.
The officer encountered the man, who was not wearing any clothes, in the parking lot, Alexander said at a conference published online by local broadcaster Fox5.
Alexander said the man ran at the officer, who backed up and ordered the person to stop before shooting him twice. Police did not find a weapon at the scene, he said.
Monday's shooting comes after a string of killings of unarmed black men by police in the United States. Last year, incidents in Ferguson, Missouri and New York City prompted nationwide protests, some of which turned violent.
Police shot Hill in his birthday suit.
This is at least the third African-American man to be shot dead by police since last Friday, who either was or seemed unarmed.
Alexander said he could "reasonably assume" the person was possibly suffering from mental illness, given his behavior. He declined to identify the victim, but the New York Times reported that he was 27-year-old Anthony Hill.
Alexander said the officer, who had been with the department for seven years, was equipped with a taser at the time of the shooting. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation would handle Monday's incident, he said.
Kevin Davis (right) was shot and killed by DeKalb police.
DEKALB COUNTY POLICE SHOT AND KILL 911 CALLER.
This isn't the first time for the DeKalb County police.
I didn't know this one. The Atlanta Journal Constitution is covering these controversies.
Dekalb County police has already faced protests after an officer shot dead a black man who had called 911 when his girlfriend was stabbed by an attacker in his apartment late last year, according to local media.
Kevin Davis was shot and killed by DeKalb officer Joseph Pitts. The 44-year old man died because he tried to protect his girlfriend. The police officer also shot the man's dog after he believe it lunged at him. What started as standard police response for assistance ended in death after the officer was confronted by Davis’ dog, killed it when he feared it would bite him, and then shot Davis when he appeared with a gun and refused to drop it, said Cedric Alexander, a nationally recognized expert on policing. Davis’ family and supporters, however, likened the killing to “murder” Friday, saying even the police investigation has found no evidence the dead man threatened the officer with the gun. They want the Georgia Bureau on Investigation brought in immediately for an independent inquiry. “We want to see the GBI open up another investigation so we can have another set of eyes on this murder of my brother,” said Delisa Davis, 51 of Lithonia, the sister of the deceased.
Alexander didn’t say Davis pointed the weapon but that the officer felt threatened when he saw the pistol in Davis’ hand at his side. Davis was shouting at the officer for killing his dog, which was described as a three-legged pit bull, Alexander said.
Asked if Davis would have to point the pistol to be a bona-fide threat, Alexander told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution: “I can’t speak for that officer. That officer had to interpret that threat.”
Pastor Derrick Rice, who met with Alexander Tuesday, said DA Robert James works too closely with DeKalb police to give confidence he will do a thorough and objective investigation. Advocates and family members noted DeKalb Police had found witnessess supporting Pitt’s version of events while they and family attorney Mawuli Mel Davis have found witnesses contradicting it.
“It is not that we are picking a fight,” Davis said. “A man’s life has been lost and we are just asking for another investigation by another agency.”
They said Davis’ girlfriend, April Edwards, who was at the shooting, contends the officer shot without warning after entering the apartment without identifying himself. Edwards, 37, said she and Davis heard the shots at their dog and believed her attacker had returned. Davis picked up a gun and went to investigate. The officer told investigators he banged on the door and shouted, ‘Police’ before entering.
“The police officer’s story varies dramatically from the girlfriend,” said activist Tim Franzen. “But you have to ask, Why would the girlfriend make it up when they are the ones who called police? ”
Alexander took issue with Edward’s recollection.
“We have a witness who heard Pitts say to Davis, ‘Drop that gun,’ and we also have a witness that heard Pitts bang on the door and say, ‘Police,’” Alexander told The AJC.
The police-version of the killing, however, has been met with distrust by some who have become more skeptical about police use of force nationwide, especially since Davis had no record of trouble with the law. At best, they say, the officer shot too quickly without enough evidence of a threat. We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Kevin Davis.
If you're reading this Fred101, you understand the suspect was unarmed and naked. Is there anything you're going bitch about now that the news hit the viral web? Will you find some reason to justify the death by pointing out the unarmed suspect's criminal history or something his family or friends done in the past?
The mega producer Pharrell Williams (center) and pop singer Robin Thicke (left) got to break dollars to the estate of Marvin Gaye. T.I. (right) was a featured act in the hit song Blurred Lines.
The R&B/pop singer and mega producer are pissed that they owe up. The greedy family of Marvin Gaye managed to win over the U.S. federal court. They claimed that the mega-hit Blurred Lines sounds similar to Got to Give It Up, a song that was a hit when their father Marvin was alive.
Robin Thicke already facing legal drama with his ex-wife Paula Patton is now shelving cash for using stealing the legendary R&B singer's soul.
Nora Gaye is an entertainer and daughter of Marvin.
The impact could damage the reputation of Pharrell Williams. He is the producer of many hits including his own "Happy" which got nominated for an Oscar.
I am going to be honest. I am not happy about this. I don't hear no similarities to the songs. But to a federal jury and federal judge, the difference is clear: They jacked Marvin Gaye.
But Marvin's daughter Noah Gaye, a singer and actress in her own right is happy. She was one of the many family members who brought up the lawsuit to U.S. federal district.
The family won $8 million in royalties.
The AP reports that the Gaye family is satisfied with the decision. We don't know if Robin Thicke or Pharrell will appeal the decision.
"Right now, I feel free," Nona Gaye said after the verdict. "Free from ... Pharrell Williams and Robin Thicke's chains and what they tried to keep on us and the lies that were told."
An attorney for Thicke and Williams has said a decision in favor of Gaye's heirs could have a chilling effect on musicians who try to emulate an era or another artist's sound.
The Gayes' lawyer branded Williams and Thicke liars who went beyond trying to emulate the sound of Gaye's late-1970s music and copied the R&B legend's hit "Got to Give It Up" outright.
"They fought this fight despite every odd being against them," Busch said of the Gaye family outside court.
Thicke told jurors he didn't write "Blurred Lines," which Williams testified he crafted in about an hour in mid-2012.
Williams told jurors that Gaye's music was part of the soundtrack of his youth. But the seven-time Grammy winner said he didn't use any of it to create "Blurred Lines."
Gaye's children -- Nona, Frankie and Marvin Gaye III -- sued the singers in 2013 and were present when the verdict was read.
The verdict may face years of appeals.
"Blurred Lines" has sold more than 7.3 million copies in the U.S. alone, according to Nielsen SoundScan figures. It earned a Grammy Awards nomination and netted Williams and Thicke millions of dollars.
The case was a struggle between two of music's biggest names: Williams has sold more than 100 million records worldwide during his career as a singer-producer, and Gaye performed hits such as "Sexual Healing" and "How Sweet It Is (To be Loved by You)" remain popular.
During closing arguments, Busch accused Thicke and Williams of lying about how the song was created. He told jurors they could award Gaye's children millions of dollars if they determined the copyright to "Got to Give It Up" was infringed.
Howard King, lead attorney for Williams and Thicke, told the panel that a verdict in favor of the Gaye family would have a chilling effect on musicians who were trying to recreate a genre or homage to another artist's sound.
King denied there were any substantial similarities between "Blurred Lines" and the sheet music Gaye submitted to obtain copyright protection.
Williams has become a household name -- known simply as Pharrell -- thanks to his hit song "Happy" and his work as a judge on the "The Voice." He wrote the majority of "Blurred Lines" and recorded it in one night with Thicke. A segment by rapper T.I. was added later.
Williams, 41, also signed a document stating he didn't use any other artists' work in the music and would be responsible if a successful copyright claim was raised.
Thicke testified he wasn't present when the song was written, despite receiving credit.
The trial focused on detailed analyses of chords and notes in both "Blurred Lines" and "Got to Give It Up."
Marvin Gaye was a legendary musician who touched the world. He was gunned down by his own father in 1984.
Jurors repeatedly heard the upbeat song "Blurred Lines" and saw snippets of its music video, but Gaye's music was represented during the trial in a less polished form. Jurors did not hear "Got to Give It Up" as Gaye recorded it, but rather a version created based solely on sheet music submitted to gain copyright protection.
That version lacked many of the elements -- including Gaye's voice -- that helped make the song a hit in 1977. Busch derisively called the version used in court a "Frankenstein-like monster" that didn't accurately represent Gaye's work.
An expert for the Gaye family said there were eight distinct elements from "Got to Give It Up" that were used in "Blurred Lines," but an expert for Williams and Thicke denied those similarities existed.
Gaye died in April 1984, leaving his children the copyrights to his music.
Pharrell responds to the verdict.
While we respect the judicial process, we are extremely disappointed in the ruling made today, which sets a horrible precedent for music and creativity going forward. Pharrell created 'Blurred Lines' from his heart, mind and soul and the song was not taken from anyone or anywhere else. We are reviewing the decision, considering our options and you will hear more from us soon about this matter.

Someone really hates ΣΑΕ (Sigma Alpha Epsilom). The president of the Sooners, David Boren kicked the assholes out of their fraternity, knocked them out of their home and told them all to be prepared to face the consequences.
Me and S. Baldwin have covered this controversy in Norman. The University of Oklahoma is under fire. Their frat boys are making a total embarrassment of their campus. Now more videos unearthed more idiocy.
Beauton Gilbow is a ΣΑΕ "Mom" and in a social media video she appears to say NIGGER more than her fair share of times. And it appears that she may be intoxicated. But nonetheless, it was said and she got fired out the cannon. She condemned the frat boys and tearfully apologized for her actions.
The New York Daily News ragged that Gilbow was NIGGER chanting while the frat boys were listening to Think It's A Game artist Trinidad James. It was "All Gold Everything".
The video kind of put the brakes on some of ΣΑΕ's remorseful members aiding her in her sudden loss of job.
The ΣΑΕ's Black cook had to suffer. The man named "Howard" was the cook for the frat boys.
He was totally devastated by this news. Especially for the fact that some of his "family" were so boldly acting like this.
With this controversy surfacing the damages became apparent when Boren kicked everyone off the campus, he meant everyone. The cook is out of a job. Some of the remorseful members created a GoFundMe page to help him gain a job and financial assistance.
These leaks of videos comes like drips. The online activism from Anonymous comes to mind. It has all the traces of it. But then it could be a disgruntled (likely ΣΑΕ) member of the frat.
And to make this worse, a college football team with strong recognition is being passed off.
Most of them football standouts are Black and they're passing on the Sooners.
That pass on could hurt the campus. Those standouts are the money makers. The NCAA could put the hammer on the football and basketball teams. Obviously these events bring in major dollars.
Of course, the hockey, lacrosse, baseball and wrestling suffer. Their marching band suffers.
Mary Fallin, the current Republican governor of Oklahoma and U.S. Senator James Lankford (R-OK) were shocked and told the junk food media that "racism" has no place in Oklahoma.
“The racist words chanted by the students in this video do not represent OU values or Oklahoma values. As the outrage among Oklahomans has demonstrated, we are a state that does not tolerate that kind of disrespectful behavior. I appreciate President Boren as well as OU’s faculty, staff and students for quickly condemning these hurtful words and demonstrating the true nature of our Oklahoma community, which is diverse, compassionate and respectful," said Governor Mary Fallin.
Lankford said “The hateful video of some fraternity students that surfaced over the weekend is disgusting and does not reflect the values of the state of Oklahoma. This is not who we are. We are a state that embraces cultural and ethnic diversity at every level. We must clearly speak out against this type of bigotry. Our state has made significant strides since the Tulsa race riots and the days when Clara Luper led our state out of ignorance; we must continue that progress.”
No sign of comment from Senator Jim Inhofe (R-OK). He's too busy bringing snowballs to the Senate floor to deny climate change.
Wink and nod....
These Republicans support this nonsense. It looks good to be on camera condemning racism. Because it's in their backyard. When the cameras are not running, I bet you that these Republican elected leaders are chanting "Ol they'll never be a NIGGER!"
Republicans are in need of some major improvement.
When it comes to race, the Republicans are too busy trying to undermining the first Black president and the millions of people of color.
Fallin is one of many supporters of the controversial lawsuit trying to gut the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). She signed on to suing the government over the president's executive order to ease restrictions on young undocumented immigrants.
Lankford was one of the 47 senators who supported Stallmigo Tom Cotton's (R-AR) threatening letter to Iran.
The White House weigh in on the controversy. President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden said that OU president Boren's actions were appropriate. This is a reminder that the long road ahead in equal rights for all Americans.
God damn it. I am so tired of Republicans and their obstruction. Now they're playing this "who's got the bigger balls" debate. They undermine the president by kissing the ass of a foreign leader. Now they threaten to sabotage historical peace talks to disarming Iran.
The same assholes who bitched about President Barack Obama winning a Nobel Peace Prize are now bitching about this proposal. Even though it's time to move pass these silly feuds with Iran and Cuba, the Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Republican majority continue to fuck up the world, because of their utter hatred of the leaders of these countries. The Republicans don't give two fucks about these peace talks.
Seem like the terms of endearment comes with a price. Some are claiming that the Senators who signed it may have violated the law.
Republican senators mail the letter to Tehran. They call for no negotiations. They call for more sanctions and possible action if Iran continues on. They tell Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and President Hassan Rouhan that any deal with the U.S. can be undone with the next president or Congress. They also claim that the missile will be heading their way if they try anything funny.
We finally introduce the controversial Arkansas Republican senator Tom Cotton to the fold.
He along with Majority Leader Mitch The Turtle (R-KY), fellow Stallmigos Ted Cruz (R-TX), Joni Ernst (R-IA) Mike Lee (R-UT), Rand Paul (R-KY), Tim Scott (R-SC), Marco Rubio (R-FL), David Purdue (R-GA), Thom Tillis (R-NC) and numerous others signed up to this bullshit.
These assholes are defying years of delicate talks. For what reason?
To undermine the president.
Forty-seven Republicans on Sunday wrote directly to Tehran to suggest that any nuclear deal with the Obama administration would not be constitutionally binding because a future president or Congress could take steps to revoke it.
The White House blasted the Republicans. Vice President Joe Biden called the move an unprecedented affront "designed to undercut a sitting president."
CNN reports that President Barack Obama slammed Republican senators who penned a letter attempting to warn Iran that any pending nuclear agreement will face their scrutiny, claiming they were aligning themselves with Iranian "hard-liners."
"I think it's somewhat ironic to see some members for Congress wanting to make common cause with the hard-liners in Iran. It's an unusual coalition," Obama said Monday ahead of a meeting with European Council President Donald Tusk.
"I think what we're going to focus on right now is actually seeing whether we're going to get a deal or not. Once we do, if we do, we'll be able to make the case to the American people, and I'm confident we'll be able to implement it," Obama said.
Stallmigo Tom Cotton's (R-AR) stunt may actually help move talks.
The Iranian foreign minister Dr. Javad Zarif dismissed their letter as "propaganda" and told the Republicans to actually read the U.S. Constitution before they make these irrational protocols.
The Iran Primer asked the foreign minister. Zarif expressed astonishment that some members of US Congress find it appropriate to write to leaders of another country against their own President and administration. He pointed out that from reading the open letter, it seems that the authors not only do not understand international law, but are not fully cognizant of the nuances of their own Constitution when it comes to presidential powers in the conduct of foreign policy.
Foreign Minister Zarif added that “I should bring one important point to the attention of the authors and that is, the world is not the United States, and the conduct of inter-state relations is governed by international law, and not by US domestic law. The authors may not fully understand that in international law, governments represent the entirety of their respective states, are responsible for the conduct of foreign affairs, are required to fulfil the obligations they undertake with other states and may not invoke their internal law as justification for failure to perform their international obligations.”
The Republicans are forever stuck on stupid. By electing these idiots to the Congress, we'll see President Barack Obama's final years marred by the utter stupidity of Republicans.
