The U.S. Justice Department found no reasonable crime committed by Attorney General Eric Holder in his withholding of documents into the Republican-led investigations of the botched gun operation known as "Fast & Furious".
President Barack Obama has an opportunity to paint the Republicans as "out of touch" and worrying their butts over issues that aren't related to the economy. The political party is invested in the fear cranking of the National Rifle Association, a major gun rights lobbyist organization.
Fresh off their bitter defeat, Republicans feel like another opportunity lies in the Supreme Court decision to uphold the president's health care reform bill. They claim that their nominee, perennial candidate and soon to be nominee Mitt Romney has raised over $5 million in the aftermath of the landmark decision.
Republicans have finally came to the student's loan and road construction bills at the last minute. President Barack Obama will sign the bill into law.
What gets me!
The delay of progress. Why delay progress when it's only going to hurt them in the long run. They haven't learned. They still knee toed to the extremist within their party.
I figured it out when the first comment came from a person who claims that just because I'm Black and happen to support the president, again race is the only thing that comes to their minds. They can't stand it when you give them something to chew on and they spit it out.
This distraction of Operation Fast & Furious is coming to an end. The Republicans can't go any further with it other than taking it into civil court. So as far it goes, there's nothing other than another rant and rave from those lunatics and their buddies in the Republican Party.
The Rock Of Ages! Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are splitting up!
The videos below appear under YouTube. The videos shows Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes in better times before they've announced their divorce. The second one is the controversial Glenn Beck talking about Chief Justice John Roberts and the Supreme Court upholding "Obamacare".
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were married for over five years, marked with controversy. The media dubbed them "TomKat" in regards to the zany romantic things the actor done for Holmes. His most infamous thing was the "couch scene" during a taping of Oprah Winfrey's talk show. Cruise jumped on the couch confessing his mad love for Holmes.
Cruise has a track record of dating hot women. One being movie actress and ex-wife Australian actress Nicole Kidman. Kidman and Cruise adopted a son and daughter during their nearly ten years of marriage. Cruise had full custody of his son and daughter. The fallout between Cruise and Kidman is his religion Scientology. Their children are grown up and were closer to their father and Holmes, although they do spend time with their mom. Kidman went on to marry Australian country singer Keith Urban and had a children with him. Holmes and Cruise had their daughter Suri put into the spotlight. Some were concerned about her image as the daughter of two celebrity parents. They took pictures of the little child in high heels and dressing like a stripper.
Cruise just recently wrapped up the movie Rock of Ages. The movie was considered a flop and many are thinking the tipping point of Cruise's career has begun. The divorce was a shock to the media agitators. Some thought the relationship was on the rocks as earlier as 2011.
Besides the entertainment industry's obsession with the breakup between Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, there's a bunch of fraction between our leaders in Washington.
Conservative agitator Glenn Beck calls Chief Justice John Roberts a coward because of his vital decision upholding the historic American Health Care Reform Act, a signature achievement of President Barack Obama. Beck is trying to profit off the controversy by selling t-shirts for $30 online.
You should look at the extreme comments left for President Barack Obama, Chief Justice John Roberts, Attorney General Eric Holder and House Minority Leader, California Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi.
The extremist wing of the Republican Party is looking for a place to vent off their frustration.
There's nothing better than calling in your random right wing agitator. Glenn Beck, Michael Savage, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly, Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham, and Neal Boortz have been working hard to keep their listeners calm and energized for the election. They lend their aggression towards the landmark decision to uphold the president's signature America Health Care Reform Act solely on the feet of the Chief Justice Of The Supreme Court, a George W. Bush judicial pick!
Listening to Rush Limbaugh, Michael Savage and Glenn Beck slamming Chief Justice Roberts is wild.
His decision to side with the liberal wing of the Supreme Court comes off as a big surprise. Many thought the conservative leaning Justice Anthony Kennedy would be the deciding factor to the law. The controversial individual mandate that was the keystone to the president's health care law was upheld. The Republicans decried this was a government overreach and this law should be repealed. Of course, the Republicans have no plan on replacing the law. Now the Republicans are trying to put their best faces forward. They're now calling "ObamaCare" the "ObamaMassiveTaxHike". They're so upset with this decision, they vow to motivate voters to get Barack Obama out of the White House.
Heck, frustration of the Supreme Court decision or even the Republican House passing a resolution to hold Attorney General Holder in contempt of Congress has the internet buzzing. This charade has the right wing agitators talking about the Constitution being flushed down the toilet is ridiculous. They are mad that the Democrats stormed out of the resolution vote, claiming they pissed on the fallen U.S. Border agent Brian Terry's grave! Although this criminal and civil contempt vote isn't going to get traction in the U.S. Justice Department nor the Senate, Republicans can at least have one "achievement" under their belt. Michelle Malkin, The Drudge Report and Breitbart News are trying their hardest to find the most nastiest turds out of the toilet in order to take their minds off this disappointing week.
Of course, I forgot the lame Republican candidate Mitt Romney. He vows to repeal Obamacare. He urges his extremist base to vote President Barack Obama out and him in. Of course, the foolish politician has no plan to replace the historic healthcare reform law.
House Speaker John Boehner and Congressman Darrell Issa smirk. They voted on contempt of Attorney General Eric Holder. The president and the Democrats are calling the vote a distraction and are hoping to energize their base based on this decision. Also the Republicans plan on repealing "OBAMACARE!"
Major news breaks this day. The Supreme Court of the United States upholds the American Health Care Reform law and the Republicans are very upset over this one! They vow to repeal the entire law after their umpteenth break.
Now onto the next controversy, the ridiculous Operation Fast & Furious scandal. The Republicans managed to have a wrestle enough conservative Democrats to hold the Attorney General of The United States in contempt of Congress. They're playing right into the president's trap. Now he can say that the Republican Party and its allies in the conservative movement aren't worried about the economy. They're worried about appealing to their radical extremist base in defense of the culture war!
The remaining moderate and liberal Democrats walked out in protest. The Congressional Black Caucus did the passionate plea to the Republican leaders to avoid the contempt vote. No avail.
Similar to those good old days when then House Minority Leader (now Speaker of the House) John Boehner (R-Ohio) and Congressman Darrell Issa (R-California) walked out in protest of the contempt charge of Harriett Meyers and Josh Bolten. Alberto Gonzalez had to resign as the U.S. Attorney General in this scandal.
I guess this is the Republicans attempts at getting revenge!
The House of Representatives voted to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress. The vote was 255 ayes, 67 nays, and 1 present vote.
Seventeen Democrats joined with 238 Republicans to vote for the contempt charges against Holder, while over 100 Democrats did not vote, most of them symbolically walking out of the House chamber in protest.
Attorney General Holder is not resigning. He basically ignore the Republicans. He's currently in Florida talking to a civil rights organization to motivate Americans to vote.
Courtesy of YouTube and House Speaker John Boehner
It's the way of the law, says the Supreme Court of the United States!
In a 5-4 decision, the liberal wing with Chief Justice John Roberts stated the law is validated and the Republicans concerns shouldn't stop the controversial individual mandate. Dissent comes from Justices Anthony Kennedy, Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito. Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Ruth Bader Gingsberg, Steven Breyer, and Elena Kagan stood firm with the decision.
Earlier, I wrote that it was a 6-3 decision. But it turns out I was misinformed by The Drudge Report and CNN. The decision was another partisan 5-4. Justice Anthony Kennedy stood with the conservative wing. Kennedy is the only swing justice in the Supreme Court. Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the president's lawyers and the liberal wing of the court.
President Barack Obama's signature health care reform law is validated and the Republican governors and lawmakers are defeated!
This overreach of government claim made by Republicans is not good enough to stop the health care law!
In the words of Fox News and Steve Doocy, "THIS IS HUGE!"
Get ready for the reactionary outrage from the conservative/extremist wing of the Republican Party. Expect death threats from the deranged! The death threats and nasty insults will be directed towards President Barack Obama, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi (D-California, Minority Leader), the Supreme Court Justices and those who defended the law.
An energized base of the Democratic Party and its allies of the progressive movement! The president will look a lot less weaker, I hope!
Mitt Romney and President Barack Obama will talk about it and of course we will too!
Update: 11:15am | June 28, 2012 - Congressman John Boehner (R-Ohio), the United States Speaker of The House announced that a congressional vote on repealing Obamacare is slated for July 7, 2012.
Update: 11:25am | June 28, 2012 - Senator Harry Reid (D-Nevada), the Majority Leader of The United States Senate has applaud the decision and urged Congress to put forth jobs and student loans bill.
Update: 11:45am | June 28, 2012 - Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney delivers remarks to the ruling. Vows if he is elected, the law is repealed. Romney makes concerns to Supreme Court failure to acknowledge the law is a "job killer". Makes generic talking point speech about how "big government" and "intrusion" is not the way to victory. He makes blanket statements but no solutions.
Update: 12:15pm | June 28, 2012 - President Barack Obama delivers remarks to the nation. Addresses the American Health Care Reform Act decision and corrects the misinformation from conservatives agitators such as Rush Limbaugh. Takes a jab at Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney.
MSNBC obtains a cell phone video of Congresswoman Jean Schmidt (R-Ohio) reacting to the news of the Supreme Court ruling. Unfortunately she was excited over a decision that didn't happen. It turns out it was in the favor of President Obama. Many conservatives are upset over Chief Justice John Roberts and they're taking their reactionary outrage online.
The Operation Fast & Furious distraction scandal has the political parties at odds with one another.
Republicans are looking forward to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress over this. Some conservative Democrats will break with the party in order to push forth this witch hunt vote!
I think that the Republican Party and its conservative allies are screwing the country in order to hurt the president. They don't care about progress. They cheer for failure! They scream at success. These are the people who cheered for the United States losing out a bid for the Olympics. These people are upset that gas prices reached its peak at $4.139 a gallon! When it decreased to an average low of $3.439, they scream that it's a conspiracy to help the president. The president gave Americans tax cuts but in the conservative media led by this network, the president is coming for your guns, taxing your families and giving his "homies" a pass on issues while the "White man" suffers!
The conservative Fox News Channel has been the Republican Party's press secretary. From the lunatic rantings of Bill O'Reilly, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Greta Van Susteren and even Karl Rove, the network has been a major thorn to the president and his progressive allies.
Jon Stewart of The Daily Show talks about this latest scandal by piecing together the blatant hypocrisy of the network's flip-flops and unjustified outrage over things they've supported in the past.
It's almost a shame that a comedian can expose the extremist agenda of America's Most Watched Network.
The network that advocates dog whistle propaganda to rile up the White working class, Rust Belt, Bible Belt voters into opposing President Barack Obama.
Let's break it down once again about the White voter and President Barack Obama.
White people are the most pessimistic of the president and are the likely ones to complain about his policies and his race.
I for one am the angry Black male! I am tired of defending the indefensible. For way too long, I just toyed the notion that the Republican Party isn't a bunch of old white racists. Alas, I was wrong!
You can't defend a political party that wants nothing to do with you or the president. I can't support a party that wants to harm others under the guise of the radical Christian agenda. I don't want to support a party that wants to be intrusive of a woman's right to have children or an abortion. I don't want to be a part of a political party that denies rights to people who love the same sex and feel the need to marry just like a straight couple. I don't want to be a part of a party that concludes that "Black folk just outta be off welfare and food stamps" even though a vast majority of the recipients are White. I have gave myself the benefit of the doubt that most conservatives are smart people, just a little misinformed. No. They're not smart, nor informed. They're the reactionary bigots that created the political environment and its led by Fox News and the Republican Party. In these warped minds, anyone who supports President Barack Obama and the Democratic Party is a bunch of anti-American communists who want to take from those hard working folk!
These stupid bumper stickers tell ya to honk to annoy a liberal! How about a finger to rile up a conservative?
Senator Claire McCaskill (D-Missouri) is facing a tough reelection this time.
The Democratic Party is a bunch of spineless wusses. They have all the ammunition to go after these lunatics, but they hold their hands back because they don't want to lose what little White votes they got! They're so scared of the angry White conservative male threatening to dismantle their political futures, some of these lily livered Democrats distance themselves from the president. The Hispanic vote is nearly yours and the Black vote is locked. All you need now is to tell the independents and women to fall in line! You keep it focus on issues like the economy and the possibility of economic chaos if the Republicans return back to power. I mean I don't predict the future! Republicans and its conservative allies are so fearful of the future! I almost wished they could predict a person's untimely death!
Who's to say if things may get better if Republicans take control?
Who's to say if things get better if President Barack Obama is reelected?
Yeah, I am talking to you skinny mini Senator Claire McCaskill (D-Missouri).
Seriously, we need leadership from the president. He has to get his groove back and hammer these worthless ass politicians and that stupid network. That stupid network has no credibility whatsoever!
Jonathon Wall, 21 has filed lawsuit against a nightclub after staff threw him out. Wall claims that he was harassed by staff members because he was Black. Wall took his fight to the internet and many across the country are outraged at the establishment and came out in support of Wall and many others patrons who were discriminated by the staff. The owner of the bar denies he was harassing the young man.
Earlier this month, I posted the story of a young Harvard bound man named Jonathon Wall and his horrific experience at a Raleigh nightclub. The club adhere to some strict conduct that appears to be discriminatory towards Black patrons and the young man decides to fight back against the establishment.
Besides a boycott, there's a lawsuit against the bar manager/owner Todd Chriscoe. The owner denies he's been discriminatory towards his customers but yet manages to dig the hole deeper the more he speaks publicly about the ordeal.
Many others have came out in support of Wall. Here's a few videos in relation to this controversy. Courtesy of WRAL, a CBS affiliate of Raleigh, North Carolina. The controversy may be disturbing for some who are reading this here at Journal de la Reyna.
A few weeks ago, Wall with some of his friends went to the nightclub. They were stopped by a bouncer and was told that they had to have a membership in order to enter the establishment.
Todd Chriscoe is the owner of Downtown Sport Bar & Grill. According to WRAL, Chriscoe has a criminal history. The owner of the bar is accused of harassing and assaulting Jonathan Wall. The young man has filed a lawsuit against the business. The young man spawned a citywide boycott of the establishment and took his fight to the internet to publicly shame this individual. Chriscoe denies he's a racist and his bar treats people discriminatory.
According to Wall, when a police officer was approaching, the bouncer let them into the establishment without incident. But while entering the bar, the manager Chriscoe was constantly harassing him to buy an alcoholic beverage or leave his establishment. Wall stated that his friend was in the restroom and he will buy something as soon as he and his group were ready. Chriscoe infuriated grabbed Wall and shoved him towards the exit. Wall was thrown out of the establishment. After pleading to the bouncer of the situation, another police officer approached Wall. Wall explained his situation to the officer. The officer stated that she didn't want no part of the conflict and told the young man to ignore the problems.
When Wall told his professor about the encounter, the professor wrote on his personal blog about Wall and the Downtown Sports Bar & Grill and people across the Raleigh-Durham region chimed in on the situation.
Other patrons White and Black spoke out against the bar and thus lead it to the news agitators and it went viral.
One woman says that since her boyfriend and his friend were Black, she could enter but her boyfriend could not enter the establishment. She claimed that because of a collared shirt they were denied entry. She saw a group of White men go into the club with collared shirts.
A Black woman was told that she couldn't enter but some of her friends who were White were allowed entry without incident.
According to WRAL, a CBS affiliate out of Raleigh, North Carolina, the criminal summons, issued on June 22, was served Tuesday against
Todd Chriscoe, who manages The Downtown Sports Bar and Grill on Glenwood
Avenue.
In the paperwork, Jonathan Wall, 21, accuses Chriscoe,
47, of simple assault and ethnic intimidation. Wall says Chriscoe
grabbed his wrists, put them behind his neck, forced him out of the bar
and pushed him to the ground.
The criminal summons is based on
Wall's accusations before a magistrate and not a police investigation.
Raleigh police say they are not investigating the matter because Wall
declined to file a police report after speaking with a police sergeant
who was on foot in the area.
A hearing in Wake County District Court has been set for July 23.
Wall's
attorney, Alesia Vick, said at a news conference last week that
Chriscoe confronted Wall in the early hours of June 17 and told him he
would have to buy a drink or leave.
When Wall explained that he was waiting on a friend, Vick said, Chriscoe put him in a headlock and forced him out of the bar.
She said there were no other black customers in that part of the bar.
William
Potter, an attorney for The Downtown Sports Bar and Grill, has said
that Wall was not improperly treated and that he was thrown out of the
bar because he was not a member.
Potter has insisted that race had nothing to do with the matter.
Still, Wall's story has prompted numerous other people who are black
to come forward, saying they were also treated differently at The
Downtown Sports Bar and Grill.
A rally being called "Above It All:
A Raleigh Stand Against Social Injustice" is being planned for
Saturday, although a location and time have not been finalized.
Other patrons have come to the bar's defense, denying that it discriminates. Nightlife photos taken at the bar, including those by LazyDay.com, show diverse crowds inside.
Accusations of discrimination aren't new for Chriscoe.
In
2001, he co-owned a private club called The Office in downtown Raleigh.
The club's strict dress code that prohibited styles of clothing popular
among black people.
A WRAL News investigation at the time found that a doorman treated a white couple and a black couple wearing the same brand of clothing differently.
Chriscoe
said back then that the matter had nothing to do with race but had more
to do with creating an upscale environment and ensuring that patrons of
the club felt comfortable.
American mayors in major cities are demanding progress. Mayors are trying to revitalize their communities and the Congress is relativity screwing up with funds to help! The Republican controlled House of Representatives are delaying votes on the job/infrastructure and student loans bills. The Democratic Senate has went to bat on these issues only to have filibusters from Senators John Barrasso (R-Wyoming), Jim Inhofe (R-Oklahoma), Mike Lee (R-Utah), Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) and Jim DeMint (R-South Carolina).
The Republicans won't vote on any bill without domestic austerity cuts. The Democrats won't concede to spending cuts to domestic programs. The Democrats are trying to wake up the public by saying the Republicans are intentionally trying to destroy the economy to get back into power.
Stockton, California, a community that's between San Francisco and Sacramento is going to be filing for bankruptcy if the Congress doesn't pass federal funding for the city.
California legislators have worked all they could and now Governor Jerry Brown is calling upon Congress to step in to prevent the city from being literally broke.
With nearly 300,000 people, Stockton could become the first American city with a major population to ever declare bankruptcy. According to the Associated Press, to plug next year's anticipated $26 million shortfall, the proposed
budget would suspend payments for debts and legal claims, reduce
payments for retiree medical benefits, further cut some pay and
benefits, and increase revenue through code enforcement and parking
citations.
The unemployment rate has doubled in Stockton over the past decade
and now hovers around 16 percent. One-fifth of residents live below the
poverty line, and the city has twice topped Forbes magazine's list of
"America's most miserable cities."
Under a bankruptcy filing, officials would retain power over
day-to-day city operations and staffing, but a judge would take over all
decisions concerning the city's debts, said Robert Benedetti, professor
of political science at the University of the Pacific in Stockton.
The judge would decide which creditors should be paid, how much and
in what order. He would make allowances for expenditures needed by the
city to function, and it would be up to city officials to decide how to
spend that money.
"One of the reasons a city might want to go the bankruptcy route is
that they don't want a situation where they have to pay out debts and
have to close the police or fire department," Benedetti said. "Filing
for Chapter 9 means you're asking the court to protect you against
lawsuits from people who hold your debt."
Stockton's bankruptcy would make it the largest city by population to
file for Chapter 9 protection, according to Jim Spiotto, a Chicago
bankruptcy lawyer who tracks such cases. He said Bridgeport, Conn., was
the largest city to file for bankruptcy, which it did in 1991, followed
by Vallejo, Calif., which filed in 2008.
Singing the blues. IRS saying R. Kelly owes them big time!
You can sing your way out of a trial but yet again, problems face the 45 year old singer Robert Sylvester Kelly. The IRS is looking at the singer for unpaid taxes and yes this can land him back in court again.
According to E! News Online, the singer owes nearly $5 million in unpaid expenses dating back from 2005 to 2010.
Others who have tax problems include Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner, media mogul Martha Stewart, political pundit Dick Morris, actor Wesley Snipes, entertainers Willie Nelson, Lil' Wayne and Lauryn Hill.
The issue comes at a bad time! R. Kelly recently had surgery on his throat and had a divorce finalized after recent split from his 12 year marriage to Andrea Lee Kelly.
R. Kelly has been one successful pop singer. Since his breakout in the late 1980s, the singer has went on to release over 15 albums and is proclaimed as the King of R & B.
His turmoils included the marriage to the late singer Aaliyah, which led to their acrimonious split from producing albums together.
The feud with rapper/media mogul Jay-Z. The rapper and singer had apparent scheduling conflicts and huge egos at the time of their collaboration album The Best of Both Worlds. The singer was apparently upset over Jay-Z performing at concerts with or without him, and they clashed behind the curtain. A member of Jay-Z entourage pepper sprayed Kelly and his bodyguards. That led to a federal lawsuit. They haven't spoken or collaborated since the incident.
The allegations of having sex with minors have been plaguing R. Kelly for years. From Aaliyah to an alleged tape of the singer having sex with a young woman who turned out to be under age. Kelly was indicted in Chicago on 21 counts of having sex with a minor, which were later reduced to soliciting a minor for child pornography. The singer managed to beat the case.
This recent controversy is certainly going to have the critics talking. Yes, I am sure they'll eventually say something about the child pornography/sex with minor issue! Some won't acknowledge that he was acquitted on the charges, but since he's in trouble again, they'll keep dinging him until he's dead and gone.
The singer's representatives are telling the media that the issue will be solved quickly and R. Kelly looks forward to promoting his next albums.
Washed up celebrity, former Saturday Night Live comedian Victoria Jackson became the one of the voices of the Tea Party Movement. She represents the mind set of Republicans and their conservative allies. Stuck in their ways! You can't tell her anything! No matter what anyone tells her, she'll still think the president is a foreign invader that's a "socialist". Although she's not a professional bigot, her statements about the president can dog whistle extremists. The Republicans can't stand President Barack Obama. They'll find ways to defeat him and the misinformed White conservative voter is the key to their success.
Barack Obama hasn't done nothing in the three years of being the President of The United States. The common theme of Republicans and their allies in the conservative movement.
The president hasn't provided his birth certificate. The president spent over $2 million trying to have his lawyers to keep the American people from knowing. Even though, President Barack Obama shown both his birth certificates, this issue won't die. The conservatives believe that he's a Muslim or the anti-Christ. They think either he's a Kenyan or Indonesian.
The president takes too many vacations. He spending taxpayer dollars to take vacations in Hawaii, Spain and India. He golfs too much and his fat wife eats bison ribs with apple pie. We don't care if he gets paid annually $400,000 a year, and he's required to pay for his expenses. But to conservatives, that's not an issue, as long as he takes a vacation or spends time with his family, they'll complain.
The president is acting like Richard Nixon when it comes to executive orders. He's withholding documents in relation to Operation Fast & Furious. This issue is big as Watergate, and the media ignores this! This is a political witch hunt that started back in 2010, when Republican lawmaker Darrell Issa of California tried to push his radical hearings on the administration. He even declared that President Barack Obama is the most corrupt leader to ever be elected.
The president is acting like Jimmy Carter when it comes to the economy. How much have you spent on gasoline? The president wants gas up to $8 a gallon and wants us to drive Prius and public transportation. He wants put solar panels on the White House. He's hoping to pass a fairness doctrine to silence conservative talk radio. Even though this would be a consideration by his progressive supporters, President Barack Obama hasn't taken anyone's guns, anyone's rights to speech, or anyone's thoughts of dissent.
The president wants to be like George W. Bush when he's taking credit for the former president's successes. If it wasn't for Bush we wouldn't have caught Osama bin Laden. GM and Chrysler would be in toilet because of the policies Bush left for President Barack Obama. The president using drones in foreign nations and declaring war without approval for Congress. When Bush was in office, Congress agreed with him in going into Iraq and Afghanistan. When Stanley McChrystal asked the president to give him a troop surge, Obama ignored him for four months. When he gave his the needed troops, he only got less than requested. So you're saying that it's the policies that President Barack Obama signed into law worked? Of course, not! You got a candidate who wants Republicans to avoid to talking about improvements to the economy. The only card the foolish perennial candidate wants to play. While his political party is trying to sabotage the president's agenda by delaying votes and filibustering, the political headwinds are bad for any incumbent.
Barack Obama is bowing to foreign leaders, giving praise and support to terrorist groups. Look at the Egyptian election. The Muslim Brotherhood won the presidency and their goal is to see the destruction of Israel. The president would rather support evil murderous Islamist thugs than the people of Israel. He leaves Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu after a state dinner when the president got pissy over the prime minister scolding of him. The president rather diss our allies and support our enemies. He's taller than most leaders, and people shouldn't even worry about that. At least President Barack Obama never put his lips on foreign leaders like his predecessor.
Who does Barack Obama think he is? The President of The United States?
This is the word salad according to a conservative. They can't even decide on which issue they want to scapegoat the president with. Conservatives can't allow Barack Obama chart his own legacy. They have to compare him to the previous presidents of the last 50 years. And being a Black man in the White House, the conservatives would rather use race as a scapegoat when the president's policies aren't aligned to their radical agenda.
The Republicans are so fixated on some of the most trivial things in America. They would rather see the economy tank in order to defeat the president. The political party is trying to stomach Mitt Romney but they'll settle with him over the "Communist In The White House!"
The Republicans riled up over gay activists throwing the middle finger to Ronald Reagan. The official portrait of course. Yet, they send racist emails, disrupt the president during a press conference, call him everything but Mr. President. The Republicans get upset over issues that have nothing to do with what we are facing.
Rehashing 2008 U.S. presidential elections is a tactic of conservative agitators. The Republicans would love the Romney campaign to seek out cracks within the president's allies. They've been on Cory Booker, Bill Clinton, Ed Randell and even Vice President Joe Biden criticisms of the president. The conservatives want Mitt Romney to go after the president over Jeremiah Wright, The New Black Panthers, Operation Fast & Furious and of course the statement "The private sector is doing fine!"
The Republicans and their conservative allies are professional bigots. They are strengthen by motivating a simplistic group of people who lack intelligence. The Republicans are really hoping to rile up White conservative males into voting against President Barack Obama. The professional bigot would love to see the White conservative male upset over issues. They can't stand him so they'll use dog whistle statements and bumper sticker phrases to get them riled up. The riled up White conservative male will flood the internet comment sections, call-in talk shows, protest rallies with rhetoric that comes off as inflammatory, condescending or even racist.
Science proven that conservatives and racists are simple minded individuals who rally on divisiveness and division.
Yes, it's true! But to a conservative, facts are just liberal lies that the media tell you!
In what may perceived as a victory to civil rights groups and the Obama administration in a 5 - (3) decision with Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Anthony Kennedy siding with the liberal wing, Arizona's immigration law revisions were struck down with one revision remaining.
Justice Elena Kagan did not participate in the decision. The controversial Arizona law that advocated racial profiling of undocumented workers and sometimes American citizens was handed a stinging blow.
The Obama administration's challenge to Arizona's aggressive immigration
law was merited with a decision. The justices strike out multiple provisions but upholding the "papers please"
provision. Civil rights groups argue the latter measure, a centerpiece
of S.B. 1070, invites racial profiling. For now, it's still a pull and please show identification legislation. But this ruling is likely going to cancel out Alabama, Florida and other states from creating their own immigration laws.
Republicans are not popular among the Hispanic community. Their nominee Mitt Romney is suffering from the worst deficit in minority votes in years. Romney has a strong white male vote but lacks in the remaining minorities and white women vote. President Barack Obama has a 3:1 advantage over the Republican nominee.
Also with this ruling, you may see Republican House and Senate lawmakers will horse manure federal immigration laws. They'll gradually push forth laws that may discriminate towards minorities.
The Republicans fear that if undocumented workers apply for American citizenship, and register to vote, they'll end up voting for the Democrat.
Republican governor Jan Brewer express somewhat disappointment in the decision but yet kept up the charade of being defiant in the face of federal law. Maricopa County sheriff Joe Apario, a Republican, express pure defiance and says he'll continue to aggressive stop illegals from entering his county. The U.S. Justice Department is in the process of indicting the sheriff for civil rights and cruelty charges. Embattled Republican sheriff Paul Babeu hadn't spoken on the issue yet. He's under investigation for an alleged bribery attempt after he was outed by his undocumented boyfriend.
Now the historic American Health Care Reform (aka Obamacare) decision is coming down. We'll keep you posted on the decision. This decision could shake the national debate on federal mandates for insurance coverage.
James "Jimmy Henchmen" Rosemond was indicted on federal charges for a murder-for-hire plot that killed an associate of 50 Cent's G-Unit crew. Rick Ross, a former rival of 50 Cent poses with the media mogul and his wife. Rick Ross was managed by Czar Entertainment which has 50 Cent's former ally The Game under its wing.
Czar Entertainment is the management company of entertainers, Rick Ross, The Game, Gucci Mane, Brandy and Shyne.
Rap mogul James Rosemond, known as Jimmy Henchmen is facing some federal charges. The rap mogul was arrested this year after allegations of a murder-for-hire plot were uncovered. Rosemond is also in trouble after he was indicted on federal charges of distributing cocaine through his other venues.
Rosemond was an enemy to rappers Tupac Shakur and Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson. In 1994, Shakur was nearly shot and killed by unknown assailants. Shakur had placed the blame on New York rapper Notorious B.I.G., Sean "Puffy" Combs and Rosemond for a deliberate set up! The rapper made songs dissing them.
50 Cent was engaged in a major feud with his group member The Game. In 2005, the rapper went on radio to air out his frustrations on Hot 97 FM with shock jock Funkmaster Flex. The Game was unceremoniously fired after the rapper bragged that 50 Cent had no influence on his album sales. The Game and his entourage came to the radio station and one member fired into the radio station after a conflict with the 50 Cent's bodyguards.
Tony Yayo and another member of 50 Cent's crew G-Unit attacked Rosemond's son. Yayo was given a three year probation. Lowell
"Lodi Mac" Fletcher was gunned down in September of 2009, shortly after
he was released from prison for assaulting Rosemond's son.
Gunmen Rodney Johnson, 37 and Brian McLeod, 40, were hired by Rosemond to murder Fletcher, in exchange for drugs. The
news of the murder charges comes as federal authorities investigate
Rosemond, who is currently facing federal charges for cocaine
distribution. Game
and Rosemond spearheaded the "G-Unot" campaign during the feud, which
climaxed with a shooting in front of Hot 97 that left one man from
California wounded. Shortly
afterwards, 50 Cent and Game publicly ended their feud, although
incidents of violence continued to occur in the years after.
The 47-year-old chief executive of New York-based Czar Entertainment
is already imprisoned. He was recently convicted in federal court in
Brooklyn on drug trafficking charges.
Rosemond's lawyer did not immediately return a message seeking comment.
He is behind such hits as Salt-N-Pepa's "Shoop".
The federal charges implicated towards Rosemond carry the death penalty. If he takes the plea deal, he may get life in prison. But it's unlikely Jimmy Henchmen goes out like a punk! After all he doesn't "snitch!"
That's part of the Stop Snitching Campaign that he and The Game sponsored when they launch the G-Unit (G-Unot) boycott.
